I have purchased the said model mobile from janak telecom, rampura phul-151103 (Bathinda) (Bill no. 207) on dt.[protected]. Since last four months i have noticed that slowly-slowly mobile battery is swollen. But now the size of battery is so enlarged that it pushes the back cover up and it seems that it can blow any time. I have gone to your service centre at bathinda but i have not got satisfactory answer there. I want to know that if it blows, then who will be responsible for my life.
So, i request your goodself to please return this mobile as soon as possible.

    I Filed a complaint about water coming inside the room from my AC. Service order no - [protected] at the samsung toll free no[protected].

    I got a call from a technician within 30 mins saying I will be charged 500/- rs and tax for him to come and check. I said okey come and he was there within 2hours.

    He removed some dirt from the outgoing pipe and said all was good.
    While at the ac he checked the gas of the ac and told me that there was NO gas in the ac and he needed to charge it.
    I said okey fill it.. Please note that though he was v clear that the service will cost me 500 plus taxes now he cooly forgot to mention that filling gas will charge 1800 plus tax!!!
    My fault also that I did not enquire.

    Within few secs he said the gas was charged and gave me a bill of 2645/-.
    I told him it takes some time to charge the gas for which he said he had a good equipment.
    I also asked him that 1800/- was quite a charge for filling gas and I normally paid 750/- for which he replied this is standard charge.

    He said in case of any issue with a month of this service Samsung will respond immediately..

    Now I have two issues -
    First, is that the ac is not cooling after he has charged the gas. I called someone to check and it seems the gas has not been charged!!

    Second, though i got a bill from the technician of 2645/- I got a sms from samsung indicating the amount payable for service as 2185/-.

    Raised a complaint again with the toll free no[protected], complaint no - [protected], for both the above mentioned issues, And was told someone will get back with 2 hours.
    After no response for a day when I called back they said someone is looking into the issue and will get back..
    Till now I am waiting for the get back.. Please note that the first time the response was instant at the same toll free no.

    Can someone please resolve the issue at the earliest.

    Someone came and checked the AC and indeed there was less gas, which he filled up, without any extra charge.

    But the issue of bill mismatch still is not resolved.
    Please note that the customer will not come back to you if he or she feels cheated.

    I have received incorrect answers from you which does not match with the data.
    I reiterate again that, The mismatch is not due to the tax part. Firstly, The tax is much less than mismatch.
    Secondly, why should you send me a sms, without considering the tax?? It is totally unprofessional, that too for a company like samsung.

    Can someone tell me how much does filling of gas cost as per samsung rate card ??

        I am very disappointed with the companies service . My refrigerator got complaint before 1 month .we called the service centre and they told the board is complaint and they could replace the board within 3days and we also paid 1000 rupees as advance. Now its been 1 month, they returned the advance and said that the board is not available in the company. We need a quick solution for this problem, we have waited for a long time.

          Hi,

          I have purchased a Samsung A7 (SM-A710F) handset in last year July 2016. Unfortunately the display of this device got damaged in last month and hence I have contact the nearest service center for help. The service representative suggested that the display need to be replaced and I will have handover the handset to the service center for the replacement which will take approx. 5-6 days. The date was 8th March 2017 and the CRM number is [protected].

          It is almost 13 days now and there is no progress on this. when I call the service center the response I get is the spares are not available and it is going to take some more time.

          I purchased this device for INR 26, 000 and it is not even one year the display got damaged. For the replacement of the display the service center is charging INR 7800 which itself is huge amount (it is possible to even buy a new mobile handset with good specifications using this amount). Even after charging this much huge amount for the spare part Samsung is taking this much time to make the spare part available is not all encouraging to the customers like me.

          This is pathetic and Samsung should improve the services in the competitive market like India otherwise it will be difficult for Samsung to survive in the market like India.

          I hope Samsung will take this seriously and will take necessary steps to help the customers.

            Purchase date 21april 2016 have complaint regarding battery because it is swollen and have less backup.As my phone is in warranty period kindly replace my battery as soon as possible. My phone is working properly but battery backup is very low.I am facing a lot of problems while using phone.               I have given mobile phone for repair on 7/3/2017 at SMART MOBILE STORE BOISAR, No [protected] and the bill no: [protected].

              The Mobile phone is under warranty period & expired on 07/04/2017. The mobile phone was having problem of display broken. Till date the mobile phone is not repaired and service center always telling that the part is not available and will be repaired within 3 days, these type of bluffing to the customer of a reputed organisation is very bad. The service centre sholud be clsoed immediately, if same type of harrrasment continue.
              Kindly take necessary action at the earliest to repair/ replacement of mobile phone immediately and also pay Rs. 1000000/- for inconvenience and harassment caused to me

                After samsung lounch J7 old and after new J7(6) all devices are updated with marshmallow with company and OTA.

                  This is with regards to the above Bill No.S7 Edge not getting charged issue
                  I have submitted the phone to the service centre in the BTM bangalore location
                  The phone has stopped charging suddenly from day before yesterday (18/03.207)morning so the Tech told that complete display need to be changed only for the purpose of charging not working.
                  After that they informed that the phone is damaged (a small cut near the volume button and a scratch near antenna) and cannot be covered under warranty.

                  I need to pay 14000 for the same I did not find any proper logic and being a regular customer of samsung and a phone enthusiast I can be damn sure that the phone neither fell down nor came in contact with water.

                  Only for a small cut I have been asked to pay 14000 can you please justify that

                  I got a call from Mr.Prem Ranjan from Chennai

                  Who bluntly told that it is not going to get covered under warranty since there is a small cut in the phone near the volume button.

                  This statement made me further furious because only for chaging issue of s7 edge you I have been asked to pay money

                  What kind of business and customer support samsung is trying to give I dont understand this is completely pathetic.

                  I need my phone to be working fine and I am not at all ready to pay 14000 nor I am asking you to change the display just make the phone get charged if it requires display change then I am not going to pay money for a purpose of small cut.

                    Hello sir,
                    I have purchased samsung ac model: 18mv5 hets on 08-mar-2017 and received the product on 09-mar-2017.

                    I have received a sms on 09-mar-2017 from the samsung that ticket has been assigned to rajesh whose number is [protected]. I have taken off for my office on 10-mar-2017 for installation purpose. I have waited till 11.30 am, nobody was called for installation. Later on i have called to rajesh and enquired about installation. He confirmed that he is not taking care of chandanagar location service. He has given other person contact number. I have contacted other person to.
                    After some time two young person’s came for installation.
                    Power cable is not there with the product, service person told me that customer has to purchase the power cable. Then i asked him, much many meters are required, he said that 6 meter are more than more than enough. I asked him please measure and let me know. He said it is more than enough i purchased 6 meters. After fitting both the units cable is not enough and asked to buy 2 more meters extra cable. He wants to made a joint from indoor unit to outdoor unit. This is really not expected from service engineer and i can’t do anything. I have purchased 2 meters extra cable.
                    After doing all this exercise and completion of installation, outdoor unit is not working, service person try to change all the cables and called to senior person help did as per their instructions. He confirmed that the problem is out of his scope and he is not in position to fix the problem and told me that some senior person will come today to fix this problem. I called to customer care and explain the problem. They told me that will arrange senior engineer to fix this issue. I have waited till 7 o clock. No body turn up to fix the problem. I have received a call from delhi, she told me that senior engineer will come tomorrow morning.
                    On saturday, again i stayed at home, service engineers came to see the problem. Outdoor unit was fixed in balcony while opening the outdoor unit panel, he faced some difficulty and total unit was came out due to brackets are not fixed tightly. Luckily unit was not fallen on the service person. He told me that brackets are not fixed properly. Finally put the outdoor unit on the stand and did the service and confirmed that there is a defect in the piece and pcb problem.
                    At the time of purchase dealer told me that this product is having the warranty of 10 years for compressor and 5 years for condenser. When i open the product i can see the warranty card for condenser, buy warranty card is missing for compressor in the product. I really surprised why this card is missing.
                    I have lasted two days of my valuable time only for installation. If any problem comes in future i am really don't know how many valuable days to spend to fix the problems since this product is having 10 years warranty on compressor.

                    By seeing and facing all above worse experience with regards to defect product, worse service and missing warranty documents in the very beginning, i don't have enough confidence to use this product and we have decided not to continue this product.
                    I have communicated to samsung care, but company is dening for refund, only accepting for replacement by force without customer satisfactory, even though company is having refund policy.

                            My phone display was broken, service center repaired my phone in more than 1 month and charged almost Rs. 14000 but phone display is still defective and they have damaged my phones back glass also, now i want a fresh display replacement and also new back glass as i deposited my phone in good condition to Samsung service center.

                              Hello Guys

                              My Experience is too bad about Samsung this time.Samsung guys realise me that they are making fool all o[censored]s.Also there seniors also nonsense.They are not ready to listen any thing.
                              Guys i am warning you please don't buy any handset from Samsung because service center services is too bad.if you go there and see how are working and also customer exectuve.They don't have any idea about customers trouble and their money.They don't have any system and if nobody have system than you can imagine what they are doing and how they work.

                              I have bought Samsung S7 Edge on 21st Feb'17 ( it was my most expensive handset in my life) and after that i have request to exchange for model to Samsung C9 pro. On 3rd March'17 get confirmation call from Merchant side that we can't change. I have inserted the SIM first time and started to use it. From 5th March'17 i got problem first time 4G network is not working. And after that since 9th March evening this problem is still remain same. I have requested to company many times on toll free number [protected].Also visited in Service Centre on 10th March and ref no. is "[protected]".Service Centre Engineer told me that there might be need to change the main borad, if possible better would be take a replacement of your handset.
                              Than i called to toll free number and registered a complained "[protected]" on same day. The guy told me that give me some time i will escalate your case to their senior but till 15th March i didn't get any response from their side than i called again to toll free number ( ref no. [protected])but that again told the same thing that he is going to escalate the my case to his senior but till 17th march i didn't back any response. Than on 17th March again did same thing call and all etc than finally i got from there the guy told me that the request must be raised from service centre but on 10 of march i told to Executive that if you want to talk Engineer than i will pass the phone because i am sitting here. But he told me that we will decide at our end. Than 18th of March i talked again and talk to Mr Salim, but he don't want to listen anything but he didn't talk properly .he don't have manner how to talk with his customer. I asked simple question to him, please tell me if service centre has to decide that handset will replace than why are you making me fool from 9th of March. They have to inform me on first call that you have to submit your handset on service centre but that time was nothing.
                              Now they are saying that submit the phone and they will repair. But they have DOA(Dead on arrival) than they has to replace the handset within 14 days. Now 14 days became over so they are saying they will repair this handset. I have bought this handset 56900Rs.So guys told me how can i repair my handset within 10-15 days.

                                This is to inform all that Samsung is indulging in what seems to be a clear case of cheating by non disclosure of vital information regarding the product Samsung vr headset. Samsung has not informed anywhere that the Oculus software and apps available on Samsung Oculus store are non transferable to external sd card. Hence customers who have purchased the Samsung vr run the risk of getting the internal memory of your Samsung phone getting clogged due to the heavy non-transferable software and applications on Samsung Oculus store. Also as per Samsung customer care team, a customer who has purchased a Samsung VR should either buy multiple Samsung phones to use the Samsung vr if the internal memory of the phone becomes low or alternately deleate your existing paid or free free or paid apps downloaded from Samsung Oculus store. However Samsung has failed to clarify why they are not disclosing to public the fact that the data and softwares downloaded on Samsung VR are non transferable to external sd card. This disclosure would definitely impact and dent the sale of Samsung vrsince customers would think twice before purchasing the Samsung vr since they will realize the files and heavy applications are non transferable to external sd card.

                                  I bought a Samsung galaxy J5-2016 editiion on 10-May-2016. One fine day on 27-Dec-2016, while i was on call, the phone got blasted. And to make a note - phone was NOT on charging. We have heard numerous cases regarding Samsung's flagship Note burst, now it is J5 phone. I request to take a strong action against a company of such high reputation. It needs to be taught a lesson and realize that consumers life is not a joke. I raised a complaint in Samsung earlier. They asked for the mobile, which i cleared denied coz thats the evidence for me. I sent them few photos and then they came to my home requesting for the handset, which when denied they took photos again. I am planning to file a case against Samsung. This is a very serious concern.

The same complain in 2 days ago..                                       I have bought a 'samsung grand prime 4g' hand set on 14/05/2016 from "bhaiyaji network"tundla (Firozabad).in the month of november-2016 it stoped the working of jio 4g sim card. I immediately contact 'bardhaman samsung service centre' at suhag nagar firozabad where mr. Pratap (Manager) replaced it's pba in january -2017 and phone started jio4g services. Once again it stop jio4g services from 02/03/17. I again contect the service centre but they said that they have sent the complaints of this hand set to the company. According to the service centre the company is planning to replace this hand set. Till then what should i do with this set, tell me.

                                        Sir i purchased samsung lcd tv 22 inch model LA22A450C1MX. mnw its screen shows only green colour.I got it checked at samsung service center.They told me that motherboard is not working and i also talked samsung customer suppport but reply i got that company is nomore making motherboard for lcd tv.
                                        Why ? after some time company will say that company is not making parts for LEDs.
                                        So costly samsung products are nw should i throw it ?
                                        If you are not providing spare parts then why shoud we bought your products?
                                        Nw i will tell everyone of my known that dont buy samsung products they are making fool of people.
                                        we shoul buy Indian cheap products like micromax which are cheap and reliable .when all brands product life is same .then why should we spend more money ?
