Dear samsung team,
Your customer care executive mr. Pramod singh had called me, informing me that the fridge i had purchased could only be repaired and not replaced.

As the purchase of the fridge has been in the month of january, i believe there to be no reason for a appliance to wear out and cause problems this early. Therefore, i sincerely request you to consider my plea and replace the appliance.

I strongly believe that the product will cause me troubles in the future if repaired which i am looking forward to.

    Sir,
    I bought Samsung LED 32 inch HD tv model no. UA32K4000AR in the month of November 2016.

    From the past one month display is getting off automatically to some period of time I.e from 2minutes to 1hour. We had informed the complaint to Samsung service center & Samsung show room located in our town. None of them is responding to our complaints and there receiving to customer call is too worst.

    The showroom & service center members are not even answering in proper manner towards the customer.

    So, please take action as soon as possible

      Sir, it is to be intimated to you that i am regular customer of your home appliance product but it is very sorry to say you that i am not getting service of my product washing machine.micro oven, though several complain has been delivered to near by service station. In reply your service engineer people are giving more emphasis on exchange rather to repair my p-10 washing machine, micro oven, AC, hence your interference is required to look into the matter and to keep intact of company repo.

B memory card and 25000mah power bank from zoniic website those two are duplicate and not working bad bad samsung company brand insulting this is shame to samsung company it's repeated no one can't truely believes on this company so please take action against zonic company this is big online grad pl give me new and branded so kindly close that company and give me good judgement for me otherwise i will judge a complaint in court thanking you sir.

            Lave received call from Samsung India as i have won offer of Samsung galaxy J7 Prime Mobile for my Jio Number 4000/- .

            I accepted the offer & informed them to please me the mobile, i have paid 4000/- for the mobile, i received parcel from Samsung & opened it & i was shocked as no mobile into the box, found laxmi yantra.

            I am attached the images of received parcel, i call samsung team now thwy are taking very rudely.

            Please help to for the same.

                It's been one month since I've given my sams7ng fridge for service at the Samsung authorised service center in kollam kerala india. Initially a technician came and fixed it and the complaint didn't get rectified . Then they sent another technician still the fridge wasn't cooling or functioning properly. Then they took it to their service center and there's not response from the service center or any news regarding the progress of the work or when we will get it back.
                Samsung India kindly look into this and rectify soon.

                          If a courier person is an professional guy, Then he wouldn't have given my parcel to anybody ease without notices, Also Accepted person doesn't have sense of humor, Also she don't know should not accept others parcel.

                          I sincerely apologize for involving you in this issue, I honestly feel it is more helpful if your intervention with regards to recent correspondence with Samsung customer care on email trail below.
                          I humbly would let you know the pain the customer goes through when Product found is not for what the customer has paid.
                          I completely agree with you & Samsung policy, But I am wearied badly why nobody is bother to follow, I believe everybody is paid for that.
                          Samsung is failed to deliver the product as per the E-shopping terms, Accepting others acceptance acknowledgement is not in part of policy, ORDER SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED, WHO WAS BOOKED & PAID FOR THAT.

                          1. Ordered Date :- 7 Jan 2016.
                          2. Compliant reported Date :- 9 Jan 2016.
                          3. 50 no’s Email convocation / reminders, Escalation Email

                          During investigation found the courier person made unprofessional job, Found the product Defective, I strongly believe the delivery person would have been intentionally skipped me to inform about the order delivery and He had left the order instead of conforming to me, he was given wrong communication to the reception desk that he was already informed to customers about delivery, which was purely wrong communication, The reason behind I suspect the product would have damaged on post-delivery itself. Nobody gave me chance to analysis.

                          4. Reported defective on[protected]:02 (GMT+9).
                          5. As per online shopping terms says Delivery is 2 -4 business days.

                          PLEASE UNDERSTAND WHY SHOULD I SUFFER BY LOSING MY MONEY, If a courier person is an professional guy, Then he wouldn't have given my parcel to anybody ease without notices, Also Accepted person doesn't have sense of humor, Also she don't know should not accept others parcel.

                            I purchased my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge on 8th Jan 2017 and at the time of purchase I was told that I have an offer of one time screen replacement at 990. Now my phone is struck up at service centre for screen replacement after crack on edge screen they are demanding 14500 to get the work done. More over I have my schedule flight to UK in another 2 days
                            Totally dissatisfied and disappointed by SAMSUNG THE LEADING AND TRUST WORTHY COMPANY which cheats it's customers.

                              I am very sorry to write a mail like this about Samsung, which had given very good service when I was working in Abu Dhabi.

                              On 23rd March, 2015 I bought a SAMSUNG front Loading washing machine (SAMWF600BOBHW) from Quilon Radio Service Trivandrum, after one year it showed some complaint in its electronic system after a long struggle Samsung service agents in Trivandrum repaired it. On 9th of this month it showed some problem in its drum, same day morning I made a complaint to the toll free number (Complaint No. [protected]) later I have received call from local Samsung service agent but one technician visited only on 13th evening and he told the machine has to be taken to workshop for repair. On 14th and 15th some body called ask my location to take the machine but till now no body has come to take machine.

                              I am sorry to write complaint like this about SAMSUNG, a multinational company .

                              Please advice your local service agents to give more reliable service the customers like me.

                                I purchased a samsung tv in the month of october 2016 and in the month of feb 2017 i noticed an internal fault with the tv i logged a complaint and requested for a replacement since the tv has an internal fault.
                                Spoke to 7 - 8 different people many call backs were promised and a lady called prema latha addressed the issue (Supposed to be the head of operations for south) promised her contact details will be shared via email which is not received until today. Everyday i get a text saying the call is closed and nobody is willing to help.
                                Services nowadays are so pathetic the response for 40k tv is since its 3 months old now we cannot do anything.

                                So companies can build a gadget which would work for 6 months and then go faulty? Is this how sales are being achived and people are being played?

                                We need to bring down such companies and ensure they provide reasonable service to everyone. I will log it on multiple portals / social media / my biking community! Samsung is a no!!! Never going to be in my list again!

                                You may go to Consumer court to get better solution from company since they are not reply your queries. Just try to explorer the consumer court and loge the complaint against service center of Samsung / Samsung company.

                                I think that is what i would do for how the service providers have become these days. Pretty much every service provider is busy making money and they sale bad stuff.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have got Samsung galaxy c9 pro on feb 21st through prebook. Screen has damaged I called customer care I was told to submit at service centre.

                                  I submitted at A S Rao nagar service centre Hyderabad on Feb 25th 2017

                                  I have not received my phone back yet I called service centre..customer care many times but no one is showing atleast basic consideration and helping me out.

                                  I have raised a request for either phone replacement or refund but none is being done.

                                  iam really upset by the service given.

                                  Kindly solve the issue ASAP.

                                  After submitting the complaint in this website. next day I got couple of calls from Samsung office. They understood my issues and told me that within a week the issue would be solved. I used to get daily calls to my number from Mrs.Rekha from Samsung office. She used to update me the status of my phone. on march 18th she again called me and said I would get my on march 21st or 22nd...finally I got a call on march 22nd and I was told that my phone is ready and I can take it back from service centre.                                     Further to my query, why is there no response from samsung.
                                    Myan dutt and chethna chauan are dumb founded.
                                    I have told you that there are many frauds from samsung continuously watching my mail and movements.

                                    Some samsung frauds are constantly watching my complaints and even my email, that he gave me my password which i entered wrong deliberately.

                                    My money of rs.19000/- was stolen by one fraud from ghaziabad whose phone is switched. Another fraud had the guts to call again two days after the money was stolen.
                                    The call came from +[protected]. He said he is from samsung service center. How is it possible that he called with all the details which were given only to samsung customer care. If he has all the details, then he is definitely samsung staff. We have lodged a complaint with the commissioner of police cyber crime regarding this issue. Samsung will be scrutinized. I told mayan that you people are involved by passing on the details and phone numbers.. The police commissioner’s case is not over yet. Some one has to pay back the stolen money. It could be samsung too.
                                    Please try to understand the importance of these deleted photos/pictures and also the importance of this complaint.
                                    Please respond to this and ensure such kind of incompetent staff are not employed.

                                    We informed you that the job sheet copy which we provide to customer at the time of submission wherein clearly mentioned that customer should ensure proper backup of all the data stored on the handset as Samsung is not liable for any data loss.

                                    We are very sad to hear that amount of Rs19000/- got deducted from your amount but this is not Samsung fault as we don’t call customers to get the data which got deleted. That was the proxy call and the no. from which you got the call is also switched off.

                                    In conclusion, based on our discussion we will not be able to cater your request for refund of the deducted amount.

                                        Our washing machine is out of warranty. One day we found an error message and called up customer care.
                                        Technician visited our home and diagnosed that drum needs to be replaced. Everything else was working fine. We called up service center and agreed to pay INR 6000 for replacement of drum. We were informed that a technician would come to our house and replace the drum.
                                        On 11th feb while we were waiting for technician, we got a call from service center that it would not be possible to replace the drum at our house and instead the washing machine needs to be carried to service center.
                                        We were surprised by this last minute change. We called up Samsung customer care and requested that drum replacement service is provided at our home.
                                        As we didn’t get any firm commitment, we hesitatingly agreed to handover the washing machine to service center
                                        After it was taken to service center, one day we got a call that after replacement of new drum, the washing machine door is not getting closed & the motherboard has also stopped working and needs to be repaired.
                                        We were shocked to hear about motherboard as when the washing machine was diagnosed at our place, the mother board was perfectly fine.

                                        We have strong reasons to believe that there is a foul play from service center and request Samsung to get the washing machine repaired within the original quote of 6000. ”. We are willing to pay 6000 which was qouted to us when washing machine was taken away from our home. We always wanted to get the drum replaced at our place fearing this eventuality.

                                        We have always seen Samsung as a customer friendly, trustworthy brand and request a just solution to this.
