I recommend a strict against Samsung for providing sub standard services and failing to deliver the services. I had raised the service request [protected] two weeks ago, but nobody has called me till date. After following up for some many days, there has been no response. Such poor quality of services is not acceptable. Want strict action against Samsung India.

    I read the above tag line of yours - "most trusted brand in india". Your are right, mostly all products at my home is of samsung. So this time i again went to buy a washing machine of rs. 23700 - wa65k4020hl/tl from razzle dazzle electronics, krishna nagar, new delhi on 21/03/2017. I paid the amount and was told that it will be delivered to my home. Around 09:00 pm i received the machine and unpacked it while creating video. As i checked that there was a big dent on the front side of the machine and informed the concerned person around 09.20 pm. He said me to call in the morning - bit shocking. Then i called him 11.30 am he said rudely "showroom khulne do" and disconnected my call. Then i called him at 01.45 pm he picked my call and said "time nahi hai" and disconnected my call. It was very frustrating for me and at same time i called him 7 more times, he picked and disconnected my call. Till this time i was fuming as if i have taken some favour or took that machine free of cost as the show room was far way from my office so cant visit that time. Really it was very disappointing after seeing such an abrupt behaviour of that person shukla working there. Is this the way they treat the customer after being guilty? Really shameful. Then i received my replaced piece on 22/03/2017 at 09.30pm after many calls and that too dented piece and i paid the delivery charges. I am not sure is that piece fresh or used? But this time it was really disappointing and sad after purchasing a samsung product from a showroom not online with my hard earned money. Are these things left only, as its a brand now, no care & value for customer. Really disgusting

      One of the customer care personnel - rishabh promised assistance and also asked for details of my mobile after which he denied helping me.. He wasnt professional and acted like a robot repeating the same thing again and again though i asked him to be professional. Complaint wasn't taken but the tl provided me the reference number for the chat record... The number is [protected]... Pls ensure that people are also professional as equivalent to the organization and it's processes

        Dear sir i can repair my mobile at ashoka engineers hisar the person name akash cant behave properly and he takes me extra charges for reparing.after alll i can want reciept for these repair basis he can say after 3.4 days i can give but he says lie to me nd cant behave properly.In past i want estimate for repair basis of my mobile for insurance purpose .he takes 250 rs for giving these and i can say for receipt these cash then he says no receipt for these.in last i cant update my mobile software these updation charges can take in gurantee period

        The door is not being closed properly. Its always being half closed as a result water leaks out of it. Creating a mess.

          I bought C9 pro for my wife's birthday on 13th march 2017. Second day itself the Proximity sensor didnt work.
          I called Samsung support and they gave the case number [protected] and told me to go to the showroom itself.
          They did something and proximity sensor worked. Next day charger didnt work, Random reboots & intermittent touch issue again called up support.
          They told me to visit service center in RT nagar. My house is in kr puram and drove all the way 35kms to showroom 1st time and 30kms to service center 2nd time.
          They agreed for 14 day replacement or refund with DOA.
          But as per samsung process they need one sticker on the box which was taken by the showroom guys while they were putting the flip cover.
          They denied for DOA as the sticker is not available. Being an IT giant. Your process relies on a small sticker which the customer is not informed of.

          Next issue is Charger - they are ready to replace the charger but the phone has to be reapplied with the same version of software.
          I dont understand the logic on this when the charger is hardware faulty but the phone has to be reimaged. I lost data on the phone as i waited in the show room for more than 2 hours.
          I went at 4.45 and came out only at 7.05pm.

          Samsung need to take this really serious on the way customers are handled.
          The process is too complex for resolving a small issue.
          I have a ipad which had issues and the way Apple treated us is way superior than this support. For the small charger issue i had to wait for infinite time which doesn't make sense.

          Being a IT giant the processes should be simple for customers instead the process is in stone age.
          It is evident with the product quality that the charger for this 37K phone just died in one day.
          The phone heats up and random reboots & Touch issues.

          if you are customer will you accept this for a phone of 37K.

          Kindly give me a DOA for the device as it is nearing 14 days.
          I have also told them that I can upgrade to Samsung S7 if needed.
          I am big fan of samsung but now burnt my hands.
          Even when the Samsung note 7s were exploding.
          I was assured about samsung's quality which I have seen before and opted for C9 pro.
          I think no wonder this one can explode soon.

          Kindly give me a DOA for the device as it is nearing 14 days.

          Please let me know if I have to take it legally.

          Rahul from CEO desk called me and told me to contact the service center for DOA. He gave a number [protected] (Gopal) to proceed further with DOA. But when I called Gopal.
          He is not aware of any of these details. Is there anyone who can help me.

          When send email from samsung website there is no acknowledgement from the site to my email which is very basic. I think these things has to be taken care seriously.

          Update on the complaint
          When we put the call in speaker the mic is not working. Phone hang and touch issue still persist. The service center has got the phone with them for diagnosis to generate the report for senior management it seems. I have taken a day off to roam around to the service center and the showroom. Credit goes to Samsung support, service and show room team. I am going to write to the head office or to the head quarters if there is no proper resolution given. My 14th day is ending on saturday 25th March 2017. I think they are intentionally postponing this saying that there is a sticker missing. My phone is with service center and the bill does have the phone's imei number and box does have a IMEI number. But they are expecting some other sticker which they have not mentioned anything about in the terms and conditions. Service center manager told me to talk to Samsung directly for the rules and the regulations. I as a customer see all the representatives as Samsung.

            I purchased a samsung galaxy S5 in august 2016. it has not been working well. customer service has not been able to fix it. they offerred me a refund while I was requesting a replacement since i did not want to go through the hassle of finding another equipment. they say that they do not have the product anymore. if that is so, it would be appropriate to give me a phone with a similar configuration rather than say refund only. service staff are rough while answering. have recorded their conversation as well.

              This is to bring to your Kind notice that Myself Mr. Arjun Kudekar, presently living in Shirwal (Maharashtra) . My Samsung LED TV is not functioning properly since few days, which I had informed to the customer care .
              TV is under warranty period, even after getting Technicians service, it did not repair. I also informed at the nearest Samsung service centre Satara . They refused to repair it on warranty and asked to charge amount for the same, approximate amount of Rs 11, 000 .

Since last four months i have noticed that slowly-slowly mobile battery is swollen. But now the size of battery is so enlarged that it pushes the back cover up and it seems that it can blow any time.                   I Filed a complaint about water coming inside the room from my AC. Service order no - [protected] at the samsung toll free no[protected].

                  I got a call from a technician within 30 mins saying I will be charged 500/- rs and tax for him to come and check. I said okey come and he was there within 2hours.

                  He removed some dirt from the outgoing pipe and said all was good.
                  While at the ac he checked the gas of the ac and told me that there was NO gas in the ac and he needed to charge it.
                  I said okey fill it.. Please note that though he was v clear that the service will cost me 500 plus taxes now he cooly forgot to mention that filling gas will charge 1800 plus tax!!!
                  My fault also that I did not enquire.

                  Within few secs he said the gas was charged and gave me a bill of 2645/-.
                  I told him it takes some time to charge the gas for which he said he had a good equipment.
                  I also asked him that 1800/- was quite a charge for filling gas and I normally paid 750/- for which he replied this is standard charge.

                  He said in case of any issue with a month of this service Samsung will respond immediately..

                  Now I have two issues -
                  First, is that the ac is not cooling after he has charged the gas. I called someone to check and it seems the gas has not been charged!!

                  Second, though i got a bill from the technician of 2645/- I got a sms from samsung indicating the amount payable for service as 2185/-.

                  Raised a complaint again with the toll free no[protected], complaint no - [protected], for both the above mentioned issues, And was told someone will get back with 2 hours.
                  After no response for a day when I called back they said someone is looking into the issue and will get back..
                  Till now I am waiting for the get back.. Please note that the first time the response was instant at the same toll free no.

                  Can someone please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                  Someone came and checked the AC and indeed there was less gas, which he filled up, without any extra charge.

                  But the issue of bill mismatch still is not resolved.
                  Please note that the customer will not come back to you if he or she feels cheated.

                  I have received incorrect answers from you which does not match with the data.
                  I reiterate again that, The mismatch is not due to the tax part. Firstly, The tax is much less than mismatch.
                  Secondly, why should you send me a sms, without considering the tax?? It is totally unprofessional, that too for a company like samsung.

                  Can someone tell me how much does filling of gas cost as per samsung rate card ??

                      I am very disappointed with the companies service . My refrigerator got complaint before 1 month .we called the service centre and they told the board is complaint and they could replace the board within 3days and we also paid 1000 rupees as advance. Now its been 1 month, they returned the advance and said that the board is not available in the company. We need a quick solution for this problem, we have waited for a long time.

                        Hi,

                        I have purchased a Samsung A7 (SM-A710F) handset in last year July 2016. Unfortunately the display of this device got damaged in last month and hence I have contact the nearest service center for help. The service representative suggested that the display need to be replaced and I will have handover the handset to the service center for the replacement which will take approx. 5-6 days. The date was 8th March 2017 and the CRM number is [protected].

                        It is almost 13 days now and there is no progress on this. when I call the service center the response I get is the spares are not available and it is going to take some more time.

                        I purchased this device for INR 26, 000 and it is not even one year the display got damaged. For the replacement of the display the service center is charging INR 7800 which itself is huge amount (it is possible to even buy a new mobile handset with good specifications using this amount). Even after charging this much huge amount for the spare part Samsung is taking this much time to make the spare part available is not all encouraging to the customers like me.

                        This is pathetic and Samsung should improve the services in the competitive market like India otherwise it will be difficult for Samsung to survive in the market like India.

                        I hope Samsung will take this seriously and will take necessary steps to help the customers.

                          Purchase date 21april 2016 have complaint regarding battery because it is swollen and have less backup.As my phone is in warranty period kindly replace my battery as soon as possible. My phone is working properly but battery backup is very low.I am facing a lot of problems while using phone.                             I have given mobile phone for repair on 7/3/2017 at SMART MOBILE STORE BOISAR, No [protected] and the bill no: [protected].

                            The Mobile phone is under warranty period & expired on 07/04/2017. The mobile phone was having problem of display broken. Till date the mobile phone is not repaired and service center always telling that the part is not available and will be repaired within 3 days, these type of bluffing to the customer of a reputed organisation is very bad. The service centre sholud be clsoed immediately, if same type of harrrasment continue.
                            Kindly take necessary action at the earliest to repair/ replacement of mobile phone immediately and also pay Rs. 1000000/- for inconvenience and harassment caused to me

                                This is with regards to the above Bill No.S7 Edge not getting charged issue
                                I have submitted the phone to the service centre in the BTM bangalore location
                                The phone has stopped charging suddenly from day before yesterday (18/03.207)morning so the Tech told that complete display need to be changed only for the purpose of charging not working.
                                After that they informed that the phone is damaged (a small cut near the volume button and a scratch near antenna) and cannot be covered under warranty.

                                I need to pay 14000 for the same I did not find any proper logic and being a regular customer of samsung and a phone enthusiast I can be damn sure that the phone neither fell down nor came in contact with water.

                                Only for a small cut I have been asked to pay 14000 can you please justify that

                                I got a call from Mr.Prem Ranjan from Chennai

                                Who bluntly told that it is not going to get covered under warranty since there is a small cut in the phone near the volume button.

                                This statement made me further furious because only for chaging issue of s7 edge you I have been asked to pay money

                                What kind of business and customer support samsung is trying to give I dont understand this is completely pathetic.

                                I need my phone to be working fine and I am not at all ready to pay 14000 nor I am asking you to change the display just make the phone get charged if it requires display change then I am not going to pay money for a purpose of small cut.

                                  Hello sir,
                                  I have purchased samsung ac model: 18mv5 hets on 08-mar-2017 and received the product on 09-mar-2017.

                                  I have received a sms on 09-mar-2017 from the samsung that ticket has been assigned to rajesh whose number is [protected]. I have taken off for my office on 10-mar-2017 for installation purpose. I have waited till 11.30 am, nobody was called for installation. Later on i have called to rajesh and enquired about installation. He confirmed that he is not taking care of chandanagar location service. He has given other person contact number. I have contacted other person to.
                                  After some time two young person’s came for installation.
                                  Power cable is not there with the product, service person told me that customer has to purchase the power cable. Then i asked him, much many meters are required, he said that 6 meter are more than more than enough. I asked him please measure and let me know. He said it is more than enough i purchased 6 meters. After fitting both the units cable is not enough and asked to buy 2 more meters extra cable. He wants to made a joint from indoor unit to outdoor unit. This is really not expected from service engineer and i can’t do anything. I have purchased 2 meters extra cable.
                                  After doing all this exercise and completion of installation, outdoor unit is not working, service person try to change all the cables and called to senior person help did as per their instructions. He confirmed that the problem is out of his scope and he is not in position to fix the problem and told me that some senior person will come today to fix this problem. I called to customer care and explain the problem. They told me that will arrange senior engineer to fix this issue. I have waited till 7 o clock. No body turn up to fix the problem. I have received a call from delhi, she told me that senior engineer will come tomorrow morning.
                                  On saturday, again i stayed at home, service engineers came to see the problem. Outdoor unit was fixed in balcony while opening the outdoor unit panel, he faced some difficulty and total unit was came out due to brackets are not fixed tightly. Luckily unit was not fallen on the service person. He told me that brackets are not fixed properly. Finally put the outdoor unit on the stand and did the service and confirmed that there is a defect in the piece and pcb problem.
                                  At the time of purchase dealer told me that this product is having the warranty of 10 years for compressor and 5 years for condenser. When i open the product i can see the warranty card for condenser, buy warranty card is missing for compressor in the product. I really surprised why this card is missing.
                                  I have lasted two days of my valuable time only for installation. If any problem comes in future i am really don't know how many valuable days to spend to fix the problems since this product is having 10 years warranty on compressor.

                                  By seeing and facing all above worse experience with regards to defect product, worse service and missing warranty documents in the very beginning, i don't have enough confidence to use this product and we have decided not to continue this product.
                                  I have communicated to samsung care, but company is dening for refund, only accepting for replacement by force without customer satisfactory, even though company is having refund policy.
