Purchasea samsung mobile under one year waranty but my headphone not in proper working..And I submit to samsung service center day to day service center. I visited there 6 time but again and again he say to me that plz visit next time.I solve ur issue next time.and my fare is one time visitting 60 rupee such as i soend 360 rupee bt my problem not solve.

    i have purchased new Samsung A5 (2016) model in july 2016.

    The above mobile is not working properly since purchase of it in july 2016, as it gets heat up up to very big temprature and gives i can feel like a hot item kept in my pocket, some times suddenly gets switched off and then for getting it switched on i have to go to samsung showroom at chakrata road dehradun from where i have purchased it. this has happend 4 times till now.

    Battery backup is poorest.

    i have requested for change of the hand set but every time they say it will work fine now, but it is creating problem for me every time.
    This mobile i have purchased even i was not having this much amount and same was purchased through Bajaj finance..

    i request you to kindly, change my mobile set.

      I bought a new S7 edge in Jan 2017 and in less than a month the display was giving problems. Random green/pink lines on the screen and the screen was glowing in pink, purple green when the phone is locked. I called customer service and gave it for service center in LALBAGH BANGALORE to get the screen replaced. They took 5 days..2 days to fix the Display and 3 days to deliver the phone back. When I received the delivery today I checked it in front of the delivery boy and the screen had the same issue. Here are my complaints:
      1)How can your FLAGSHIP PHONE have a display issue within a month?
      2)I have paid 52K for this phone and is this the quality of product that you provide?
      3)What was fixed in the service center? Do i need to keep contacting your service center for the rest of the life of the phone?
      4)Brand new phone - display is faulty, should you not be replacing it with a new phone? The resale value of this phone just went down by 40% when you replaced the original display.

      SAMSUNG needs to seriously address the display issue and need to replace handsets (atleast the ones which are faulty due to a manufacturing defect) to keep customers. The whole episode has changed my perception on this BRAND and i am on a personal mission to ensure that I will recommend every person that I know in all the social media network to #STOPBUYINGSAMSUNG#.

      What kind of a company sells flagship premium phone with a display that has a shelf life of less than 60 days???

      The Product is faulty, when contacted for service - the service is pathetic. 5 days to fix the phone and when delivered the phone has the same problem on booting the phone? What are your technicians doing? Are they qualified to handle mobile servicing?

      Common SAMSUNG get your ACT right and give me an ANSWER.

        I would like to thank for your early reply, gone through your mail but cannot justify that the said handset is tampered/damaged at my end. Wherein I am left only to believe to your mail and further as mentioned by you the cost for repair to be born by me which is very higher side.

        I am left with no option rather than proceed further through consumer court.

        My works are also hampering due to non-availability of Mobile.

        Hence once again may I ask you to consider my request to get the hand set repair with in the Warranty Period.

          Dear team,

          We have bought samsung spilit ac model number ar18kc3ud on 20.05.2016 from anand electricals & electronics, kota (Rajasthan). On 22nd feb 2017, we have logged a complaints with your toll free number regarding non working of the said air conditioner.
          On 23rd feb, a technical person from global services (Authorized service centre at kota) visited to our place to check the ac, after checking he told us it can be rectified here, please send these unit to our service centre. I did the same. On 2nd march (After 7 days) the said unit returned by global services with the comments "the problem rectified".
          However, after placing the unit in the room, it found that ac was not working, than again the technical person from global services checked the outer unit and told me that the compressor of this unit is not working and it needs to be replaced, and the new compressor will come from jaipur within 24 hours.
          On the basis of his "mr pramod mishra" commitment, i agreed and ask his to replace the new compressor next day i. E. 4th march 2017.
          We are sorry to say, that till date (After 15 days) the new compressor did't reach to kota for replacement nor any update given by global services.
          As we are in hotel business, hence in the absence of working condition ac we are getting the financial losses also.

            I have just purchased and received yesterday from you a, Sir It is Charging own in 18- to 20 minutes and discharging it in 12-14 minutes when I attach my any one mobiles by one at a time, So I Confirm that it is inferior quality or it is a duplicate device, and it is not useful to me, Therefore please call back the same device from my end and return my total amount immediately.

              I have an invertor based AC 1.5 ton, the AC cooling system is not working. I called upon Samsung on 22nd Feb, and since then I am not able to get my issue resolved. I call Samsung every day and everytime they say that person will call by eod today and no one turns up.

              I have been calling them multiple times, they have a really bad response, no one knows what was the last status of complaint.

              Two times engineer has visited and that too the ones who don't know anything. They clearly say I don't know anything about this, I don't know why it was assigned to me.

              I am fed up of Samsung and its services. Please let me know how can escalate my issue to get my issue resolved.

                  I had bought samsung Refrigerator on 2nd May 2016 (side by side ) door refrigerator Model No. RS58K6417SL & SNo. 0FKZ4ABH300043N . Since The day i purchased it My ice maker is not functioning . I have Lodged the complaint every month and an engineer used to visit me but he could not resolve the problem and left it as it is. i want u to take strict action against the brand like Samsung for creating such huge mess.

                    Your service people came and advice to change the part and run freeze, It run for 2 ~3 days then stop working this has been repeated 3 time, we are fed up with your product quality and declaration of remedy recommended by your engineers, even your engineers say to put freeze in Sun light I dont understand what type of services ???

                      I have purchased Samsung LED TV (Serial Number - 0A4B3PAH904336) on Flipkart on 21 Oct 2016. Within 2 months this LED tv got a dark spot on the screen. All most 5cm from top side. This TV neither damaged or dropped, there is no such sign on the TV also still Samsung person saying this is damaged and I have to pay Rs 15000. They are trying to loot me in the name of damage product. Where as they have shipped manufacturing defective product to me.

                      When engineer visited I asked him to show me where is the damage part, he even took pictures of the same but he was not able to show the damage. They just want to rob me. Being samsung customer so far this was the worst service given by them.

                      I request you to please check this complaint and do the strict action against them.
                      Also Samsung engineer open my TV three times and now because of that more dark horizontal lines are coming on it. It was completely from there side and they are not ready to take responsibility for this. PFA pics.

                        Hi,
                        I am writing this grievance against SAMSUNG service center, Laxmi Nagar Branch (Nr. Heera Sweet) and SUSMUNG Customer care support team.

                        Issue: I am using J5 Samsung device and got multiple issue in it, as it is under warranty period, I went to the service center but they do not fix the at once.
                        1) First screen damage was there, I paid 3700 rs for it.
                        2) Secondly it has got Network issue, they said that there is a moisture in motherboard and you are charged for 4500 rs for it. Although after saying that they should have told me this problem at first, they replaced mother board.
                        3) After that it has got battery issue.
                        4) Again Network issue, they replaced motherboard and battery too.
                        5) Now again same network issue. I have complaint to the samsung customer care noida on [protected], but they are also helpless.
                        6) After about one month, I have again visited the service center for the same issue and that time kept the phone and told me that they are processing the refund of payment of this device.
                        I was asked to submit the necessary documents for the same, which I submitted 15 days back.
                        Now I received the call yesterday (07 March 2017) from Samsung Customer Care saying that the refund approval has been rejected from the higher management and they will again repair the phone.
                        I have now become frustrated with the response they gave to me, firstly the phone was with them for over 1.5 months and still they are providing the proposal of repairing the phone which they were unable to do in past and that was the reason they agreed to process the refund.

                        I have lodge a complaint on the PG PORTAL as well, but didn't get any response from them as well.
                        Registration Number # DARPG/E/2017/01004 on pg portal.

                        Please help me to get this issue resolved. Many thanks.

                          I have registered my complaint several times and my latest complaint number is [protected] by calling Samsung customer care helpline number they are booking my complaints and i receive calls on daily basis but nothing has been done in this regard as i have some issue in my refrigerator double door my cooling evaporator is not functioning and same has to be replaced but it is very unfortunate that the above mentioned part is not been replaced yet and due to which we are facing health problems mostly our children's are sick because of the same issue. if the part is not been replaced at an earliest then it compels us to registerd a case against you in the court and seek justice in the light of law. we hope you will cooperate and send some official to replace the part at an earliest.
                          it is significant to mention here that some engineers from samsung had called us to verify the details but all in vain as our complaint is that our cooling evaporator not functions and needs to be replaced and that problem is still un resolved.
                          below are the names of the engineers who just called only but did not replace the part:

                          My samasung double door refrigerators cooling evaporator is not functioniing and same needs to be replaced so for the same issue i call samsung customer care several times and latest complaint id is [protected], they are disconnecting my calls by saying that our engineer will call you before 8:00 pm and i recive the same call before 8:00pm but all in vain as they are not replacing the same .the issue is still pending from two months and i am facing a lot of problems as our childrens are using the refrigerator on daily basis and got sick due to non functionality of the part. Firstly i receive call from Mr. Guruwinder singh mobile number [protected] who is technical engineer from Samsung company, secondly i recive another call from Mr. Abhimanyu mobile number [protected] but they did not replace the part.
                          Now requesting you to please look into the matter at an earliest

                            I have been calling up samsung service customer care for my AC service .Saturday i had called twice and the care said they would be sending a person by afternoon 2..we waited till 5 but the person did'nt show up so i had again called the care and asked then they said within 2 hourse they will solve the issue and the reference number given on saturday is [protected] but no use, later i dailed up on sunday and they told sunday will be off.but i complained them and asked for faster resolution within monday..but even monday the same scene..i had called up on monday and they told tuesday it will be done and reference no. [protected].. i never expected samsung have so pathetic service else i would never go for it

                              I had given my cellphone for replacement of the broken lcd screen as on 03/01/2017 which was not covered under warranty on agreed price of 4500 for the replacement of my cell phone lcd screen but it has been two good months and the samsung contact center employees are playing the fool around and giving vague excuses and vague delivery dates which is not fulfilled. because of this i am feeling great inconvenience and i would need some assistance on getting my cell phone back

Let me tell you.Samsung customer service is worst.worst is also better word to b written for everyone at service centre and at Delhi office. My contact no. Is [protected] take job sheet no. For reference, this nuisense started one month ago.where my phone had line and I took my phone at service centre employee Katkar engineer as his designation says he took my phone as it was my display problem he said it might take 10days I asked him for spare phone which was not provided to me as they don't give spare phones to customer's.i asked him to call his manager employee Nitin waghmare he faked me a promise by saying it will be done in 3days but 10days is maximum. He wanted me to get up n leave he succeed.i get a call from most annoying employee Rupam tiwari very rudely says your phones parts aren't available I have no clue within how many days it would be done. This dialogue went on every call I did. Lame behaviour! Then I had to personally walk in to the pathetic centre of Samsung which is near to talaopali thane (mangalmurti service centre) arguing for 1hour pathetic manager Nitin raising his voice to bluntly having Samsung written on his shirt says can't help you have to wait for 45 days argued in worst English.i had to speak to his reporting manager employee Sahu ASM as Nitin is good for nothing just taking salary for free like everyone is. Employee Sahu said he can do the process within 15days of time. But the invoice submitted by me was not proper according to illiterate employee Vaishali kamble did not inform me rather talking badly that she informed the process having all false record hence buying Samsung was a punishment so I had to visit my vendor from where I had brought two phones during purchase of my handset requested him to make it one. Vendor did it within a quick time and employee silky Maluja sitting at your head office Delhi quite helped till the process promising me for replacement which will be done by March 15th later I get a call from Delhi office again stating your process for replacement will be done on priority that is by 10th March. When I spoke to service centre on 6th March as my phone expected date was nearer I again get a mini attack that my phone will be replaced by 1st April no doubt it's fools day.. Like Samsung employees day.can you wait for such a long time for having no fault for yours. Just because phone is in warranty you guys will treat us badly. Samsung has made my life miserable I have lost all my cool and patience. Rather change your process or stop your company.i need my phone replaced by 10th.you have phones available at your store I know it. My kind words to you all is give me my phone repaired or give me replacement. It's my hard earned money. Looser employee Rupam tiwari admitted it is Samsung mistakes not mine.

                                      Bought the above model barely 1 year. Has been giving me problems from 6 months. the screen flickering all time.
                                      Now this does not happen all the time. The phone has been momentarily hanging

                                        I bought a samsung j7 IN 2nd january 2017 and the mobile's display is broken my phone is under full warrenty of 1 year and i gave it to service centre in model town ext, LUDHIANA (PUNJAB) . Submit date is 2nd feb 2017 . When i submite my phone they said your phone will repaired in between 10 or 12 days but i can't receive they said they had given within 10-20 days..but now they again says to wait.. parts not available and he said call the customer care so i m calling atleast 5 times . but customer care employee not give sufficent response he said parts not available more...i want my phone back within 2 days with good condition or swap condition my bill no [protected] otherwise i complaint consumer court
