Dear team,
We have bought samsung spilit ac model number ar18kc3ud on 20.05.2016 from anand electricals & electronics, kota (Rajasthan). On 22nd feb 2017, we have logged a complaints with your toll free number regarding non working of the said air conditioner.
On 23rd feb, a technical person from global services (Authorized service centre at kota) visited to our place to check the ac, after checking he told us it can be rectified here, please send these unit to our service centre. I did the same. On 2nd march (After 7 days) the said unit returned by global services with the comments "the problem rectified".
However, after placing the unit in the room, it found that ac was not working, than again the technical person from global services checked the outer unit and told me that the compressor of this unit is not working and it needs to be replaced, and the new compressor will come from jaipur within 24 hours.
On the basis of his "mr pramod mishra" commitment, i agreed and ask his to replace the new compressor next day i. E. 4th march 2017.
We are sorry to say, that till date (After 15 days) the new compressor did't reach to kota for replacement nor any update given by global services.
As we are in hotel business, hence in the absence of working condition ac we are getting the financial losses also.
