Dear sir
I purchased my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge on 8th Jan 2017 and at the time of purchase I was told that I have an offer of one time screen replacement at 990. Now my phone is struck up at service centre for screen replacement after crack on edge screen they are demanding 14500 to get the work done. More over I have my schedule flight to UK in another 2 days
Totally dissatisfied and disappointed by SAMSUNG THE LEADING AND TRUST WORTHY COMPANY which cheats it's customers.

    Good evening

    I am very sorry to write a mail like this about Samsung, which had given very good service when I was working in Abu Dhabi.

    On 23rd March, 2015 I bought a SAMSUNG front Loading washing machine (SAMWF600BOBHW) from Quilon Radio Service Trivandrum, after one year it showed some complaint in its electronic system after a long struggle Samsung service agents in Trivandrum repaired it. On 9th of this month it showed some problem in its drum, same day morning I made a complaint to the toll free number (Complaint No. [protected]) later I have received call from local Samsung service agent but one technician visited only on 13th evening and he told the machine has to be taken to workshop for repair. On 14th and 15th some body called ask my location to take the machine but till now no body has come to take machine.

    I am sorry to write complaint like this about SAMSUNG, a multinational company .

    Please advice your local service agents to give more reliable service the customers like me.

      I purchased a samsung tv in the month of october 2016 and in the month of feb 2017 i noticed an internal fault with the tv i logged a complaint and requested for a replacement since the tv has an internal fault.
      Spoke to 7 - 8 different people many call backs were promised and a lady called prema latha addressed the issue (Supposed to be the head of operations for south) promised her contact details will be shared via email which is not received until today. Everyday i get a text saying the call is closed and nobody is willing to help.
      Services nowadays are so pathetic the response for 40k tv is since its 3 months old now we cannot do anything.

      So companies can build a gadget which would work for 6 months and then go faulty? Is this how sales are being achived and people are being played?

      We need to bring down such companies and ensure they provide reasonable service to everyone. I will log it on multiple portals / social media / my biking community! Samsung is a no!!! Never going to be in my list again!

      I may have to notify hc hong about what is happening i guess

      You may go to Consumer court to get better solution from company since they are not reply your queries. Just try to explorer the consumer court and loge the complaint against service center of Samsung / Samsung company.

      I think that is what i would do for how the service providers have become these days. Pretty much every service provider is busy making money and they sale bad stuff.

        Totally being cheated by customer care and service centre

        Hi,

        I have got Samsung galaxy c9 pro on feb 21st through prebook. Screen has damaged I called customer care I was told to submit at service centre.

        I submitted at A S Rao nagar service centre Hyderabad on Feb 25th 2017

        I have not received my phone back yet I called service centre..customer care many times but no one is showing atleast basic consideration and helping me out.

        I have raised a request for either phone replacement or refund but none is being done.

        iam really upset by the service given.

        Kindly solve the issue ASAP.

        After submitting the complaint in this website. next day I got couple of calls from Samsung office. They understood my issues and told me that within a week the issue would be solved. I used to get daily calls to my number from Mrs.Rekha from Samsung office. She used to update me the status of my phone. on march 18th she again called me and said I would get my on march 21st or 22nd...finally I got a call on march 22nd and I was told that my phone is ready and I can take it back from service centre.           Further to my query, why is there no response from samsung.
          Myan dutt and chethna chauan are dumb founded.
          I have told you that there are many frauds from samsung continuously watching my mail and movements.

          Some samsung frauds are constantly watching my complaints and even my email, that he gave me my password which i entered wrong deliberately.

          My money of rs.19000/- was stolen by one fraud from ghaziabad whose phone is switched. Another fraud had the guts to call again two days after the money was stolen.
          The call came from +[protected]. He said he is from samsung service center. How is it possible that he called with all the details which were given only to samsung customer care. If he has all the details, then he is definitely samsung staff. We have lodged a complaint with the commissioner of police cyber crime regarding this issue. Samsung will be scrutinized. I told mayan that you people are involved by passing on the details and phone numbers.. The police commissioner’s case is not over yet. Some one has to pay back the stolen money. It could be samsung too.
          Please try to understand the importance of these deleted photos/pictures and also the importance of this complaint.
          Please respond to this and ensure such kind of incompetent staff are not employed.

          We informed you that the job sheet copy which we provide to customer at the time of submission wherein clearly mentioned that customer should ensure proper backup of all the data stored on the handset as Samsung is not liable for any data loss.

          We are very sad to hear that amount of Rs19000/- got deducted from your amount but this is not Samsung fault as we don’t call customers to get the data which got deleted. That was the proxy call and the no. from which you got the call is also switched off.

          In conclusion, based on our discussion we will not be able to cater your request for refund of the deducted amount.

              Our washing machine is out of warranty. One day we found an error message and called up customer care.
              Technician visited our home and diagnosed that drum needs to be replaced. Everything else was working fine. We called up service center and agreed to pay INR 6000 for replacement of drum. We were informed that a technician would come to our house and replace the drum.
              On 11th feb while we were waiting for technician, we got a call from service center that it would not be possible to replace the drum at our house and instead the washing machine needs to be carried to service center.
              We were surprised by this last minute change. We called up Samsung customer care and requested that drum replacement service is provided at our home.
              As we didn’t get any firm commitment, we hesitatingly agreed to handover the washing machine to service center
              After it was taken to service center, one day we got a call that after replacement of new drum, the washing machine door is not getting closed & the motherboard has also stopped working and needs to be repaired.
              We were shocked to hear about motherboard as when the washing machine was diagnosed at our place, the mother board was perfectly fine.

              We have strong reasons to believe that there is a foul play from service center and request Samsung to get the washing machine repaired within the original quote of 6000. ”. We are willing to pay 6000 which was qouted to us when washing machine was taken away from our home. We always wanted to get the drum replaced at our place fearing this eventuality.

              We have always seen Samsung as a customer friendly, trustworthy brand and request a just solution to this.

                I bought samsung refrigerator model no. Rt33jsrzesp/tl at shree electronics bhilwara on 03/06/2016. I have suffering big problem in refrigerator with internal body damaged & out side main door colored fed up with dull ness. Within 6 months of purched. I had giving many compliant to samsung customer care. But nothing to get any proper responses. I feel very bad & mentally torched with buy this company products. Even i used many others products like w/m, led tv, microvan, acs, phones at my home. I am privileged customer of this company. Although i am suffering much more. Company is giving poor services like this...??? That's not good for future also..

                      I am Thomas. I ordered a mobile from Samsung estore on 14th February 2017. My consumer id is[protected]. Till now I have not got my mobile. Samsung customer care people are so rude and they don't treat customers properly. Today they are telling me that it will take 20 more days for them to dispatch my mobile. I regret my decision to buy a Samsung mobile. Its a great shame on SAMSUNG. They will be doomed if they treat their customers like this.

                      You are just sending the same reply to all customers. You have lost your credibility. I have been waiting for one month. Still same reply but no proper response from SAMSUNG. Do you expect me to wait for one year or 2 years for you to receive stock? If mobile is not in stock then why did you take up my order? It’s been one month since I ordered my mobile and you are giving such a lame excuse. Its SHAME on you SAMSUNG for treating customers so poorly. I regret my decision to buy a SAMSUNG product.

                          This message is to let you know about my dissapoint of your after sales service. You made an unfair judgement and not even made an effort to investigate further. It's a biased judgement that broke my heart and i am willing to take this further. If i need to go to dti, write blogs, share this truth to social media to share awareness to sa ngyari sa amin, ay gagawin ko po. Para wala na kayong mabiktima na gaya ko. Di po kami mayaman, pinag hirapan po namin ang pinangbayad namin buwan2x sa tv'ng nag self destruct nalang bigla.

                          As i have said po, wala pong gumalaw sa tv. Pa minsan-minsan nga lang nagagamit dahil may tv po sa kwrto ang anak ko. Apat lang po kami sa bahay. Katulong ko, ako, my 2 year old daughter and my husband. Yung katulong ko di nakahawak sa tv's yang dahil pagdating ng unit sa bahay, di ko pinagalaw yan.. Prior to what happened, yung mga app ng tv di na nag wowork and to think one year pa lang. Dahil sa sobrang busy namin, we did not even bother to call you. The night before, the tv was working fine. We had our dinner and like the usual, pag 9pm na. Naka off na ang tv, dahil pasok na kami sa office while my daughter goes to her room. Pag on ko ng tv the morning while we were having our breakfast, i noticed the black vertical bar, maliit pa lang nung una sa upper right corner ng screen. I thought, channel issues lang kaya nag change ako ng channels. Pero di nawala so i turn it off. Pagkatapos, when i turn it back on, biglang lumaki ang black vertical line so i decided to turn it off and wait for my husband na may binili lang sa labas. Pagbalik nya, he turned on the tv and don na, a white shadow beside the black vertical line appeared with that crystal line.

                          We immediately called customer support and spoke to edzel, he did a remote access and we cooperated. After doing so, sabi nya he will schedule a technician to check the tv kasi di daw software problem. We waited for the technician on wednesday but we did not recceive any call from mystique electronics, na sabihan man lang kami na "hoi maam, di po makakarating si technician, wag napo kayong mag antay". We cancelled our appointments that day, just to wait for someone na di naman pala darating. And they did not even bother to call us, though 3 contact numbers given. So wala lang sa kanila?

                          I called customer support again to make a follow-up and from there i was transferred to mystique electronis, i spoke to kryzelle. Don palang ako sinabahan na madedelay si tech, thursday nadaw darating because my inorder na parts. They did not even bother to call?

                          Finally, the tech came thursday, february 23, 2017 (Melchor). Maayos kung pinapasok sa bahay and i was very happy dahil mabilis pala ang service. I was suddenly shocked ng pagpasok nya without touching the tv, he said. Crack to, crack to... And i said, sir anong crack po? Di po namin kahit nahawakan ang tv, wala pong gumalaw jan. He called the office (Service center), narinig ko ang tech sabi nya, baka daw nahulog. Then i told him, sir kung nahulog po yan, kita nyo po ang taas ng tv rack ko... Dapat basag napod lahat yan, and you should have seen a spider crack in the tv. Ni dents o gasgas, wala kang makikita. Then he was silent and said, he will bring the tv with him in the service center.

                          Not even giving us options, i let him bring the unit with him and waited for a call which they said they will call me agad. I received a call that day asking me to come over sa office nila to talk to their head technician. When i came to their office, their head technician spoke to me and said, maam may pusa po ba kayo sa loob ng bahay o daga? The crack was cause by moist, due to ihi ng pusa o daga!!! Which is very impossible. Wala po kaming pusa, ni daga, ni ipis sa loob ng bahay. I even told them na you are welcome to check my house, ni butas na pwedeng pasokan ng daga wala. Naka screen ang windows ko, ang door, nka glass ang iba... Ni ipis, hindi nakalapit sa tv'ng yan!

                          You are definitely making an excuse. Your tech did not even followed the protocol according to customer support and i have that call recorded. The tech should have check my tv at home rather than bringing it to the service center and let us know what have caused the problem. When i came to the service center, i did not even saw my unit na inopen nila, they just let me see pictures from their phone and i could not even see it. They opened the unit without a 3rd party witnessing it or me which i think is very important. Bigla nyo nalang sasabihin na ihi ng kung ano2x, without even me seeing when you opened the unit which is a very big lie.

                          Nanlalamang po kami, wala po kaming pera. Nangarap lang po kami na magkatv ng ganyan, nalula kami ng makita namin ang laki ng tv, nagsikap po kami para may ma ipundar. But now you have taken all that happiness. Nag malaki pa kami sa facebook to our friends, ganda ng tv, bili na kayo... Pero nagunaw ng lahat, ng bigla nalang nag self destruct ang tv nyo. Make a fair judgement, don't be biased with us customers. Same issues, sa forums.. When i made a research, same issue.

                            My samsung customer number is [protected].

                            I brought my new samsung j7 (2016) mobile of August 2016.

                            On that day onwards am facing several problem on the mobile. Many time I complaint to the customer care executive.
                            They told to go to samsung service centre. Last before few days went to service centre. For the reason the reason of mobile is not charging and auto off and many problems..

                            On 10th Mar. Went to collect my mobile.. they not tell the correct reason and also they told to change the data cable..

                            They not aware to tell the correct problem is on data cable or adopter. I brought new adopter on service centre itself at the rate around 160 rupees.

                            It's soo much difficult for poor people to brought the phone at the price of around 16, 000 rupees. Now it's only 7 month still not completed we spending another 160 rupees for the same phone.. still now we not aware where is the problem in the mobile..

                            At starting itself we face many issues in the phone. We not known what is the address of samsung customer care. Within the days 6 month of charging unit warranty is completed. We spends the amount.
                            Please within this warranty period please by using replacement warranty.. give me new phone inspite of my old phone.

                                @SamsungMobileIN i have been the user of samsung devices from the recent 4 years i just want to ask u something that why samsung launches a lot of phones frequently in different names but having almost same features with slight diierences in the mid range market till now samsung is my best smartphone brand i love samsung for its screen quality but i dont know why it is skipping all the required sensors which are even offered by the chinese brands like lenovo and i think samsung should learn from Xiaomi phones which launches and understood the phone market even better so request samsung to launch a good phones with all the feauters rather than launching all the rubbish phones

                                  I bought samsung galaxy s7 edge mobile on 4th july, 2016 at 56900 rupee.. at that time no offer for one time display replacement..

                                  After 1st october 2016 to now a days.. im this period they give offer of one time display replacement.. even the price of mobile is fall down under 50000... still they give this offer...

                                  And i give 56900 and still i can't get benefit of one time display replace..

                                  For a same product, i pay high price still i can't get display replace benefit..
                                  And for same product others are paying less then 50000 still they get display replace benefit...

                                  This is unfaithfull by samsumg to their premium customers...

                                  In nov, 2016 to Feb, 2017.. s7 edge sold at 45 to 48 thousand.. with one time display replace scheme at 990 ruppe..

                                  Without scheme, display change costs at 15, 124 rupee..

                                  Then i want clarification that why your premium customer are not eligible at 990 ruppe...?

                                  If you give display replace scheme when prices are low, then plz tell me that, is their lower quality material used to manufacture in nov to feb.. and are you replace lower quality display in scheme..? If yes.. then no prob..

                                  But if you don't use lower quality material,
                                  Then tell me, why those buyer who buy this mobile at low price get benefit of display replace at 990 in place of 15124 rupee..??

                                  And why those buyer who buy this at high price like me, can't get this benefit..?

                                  Are you cheating with premium customer by abusing their money or accept that you used lower quality material for that scheme..?

                                      My mobile phone is in the warranty period but the service centre is not attaining the request and returned the set so please help to get my problem resolved . The set has been purchased from samsung distributor M/s Gupta distributor, Cuttack road, Bhubaneswar on dated 14.10.2016 but as the handset get suddenly closed and not respond so we show the same in the authorized service centre and return the same .

                                        I have visited Samsung care office, Ushamullapudi road, Kukatpally, to get my mobile phone repaired as I was facing problem of auto switch off even though the charging was good.. There was no other problem other than this in my mobile. On my first visit to Samsung mobile office Samsung officials told me that they will check and update.They have called me and said it would cost Rs 2300 to rectify the problem. I said to go ahead.Again i got a call in 2 days saying that the mother board is dead and it cost 8900 rs.
                                        I said, i cannot afford so much and asked to return my mobile in the condition that i have submitted to them.
                                        Company might have done lot of experiments on my mobile phone. I think company officials don’t know that the actual cost of brand new mobile of this model is less than the cost of the repairs being charged by the company.
                                        After taking continous follow up, They have taken more than 2 weeks for the same and called me one fine day.
                                        When i have taken the mobile, speakers and earpiece were not functioning properly.
                                        When i have asked them for the same, they behaved disgustingly and said that thats what they could do and asked me to complain if i want.
                                        I have given my mobile for repair in one of my friends mobile centre and i was shocked when i came to know that no part of the mobile is in working condition. I waas unable to charge my phone either.
                                        Iam really surprised to get this experience. I really believed that samsung care can be trusted byt now i lost it.
                                        This has caused me avoidable inconvenience, mental harassment and cut off me with the acquaintance which has put me to financial loss but management of Samsung is totally indifferent and unconcerned to my harassment and mental torture.
                                        I therefore pray that the company may be ordered to Rs. 18000/- for inconvenience and harassment caused to me.

                                        Your complaint in this regard is not solved after a period of long time, just raise a case in Consumer court against service center peoples. If needed means go with police complaint. You may ask them to replace the product as they had dome these things. Otherwise you raise a claim through consumer court.
