I bought a samsung j7 last year(2016)...and now...the mobile's switch off Cant work ...my phone is under full warrenty of 1 year ..and i gave it to service centre in Mahoba ( U.P.) on 31 Janauary but i can't receive..they said they had given within 10-20 days..but now they again says to wait.. parts not available and he said call the customer care so i m call atleast 8 times customer my complain no. [protected] but customer care no. Person not give proper response he said parts not available more...i want my phone back within 7 days with good condition of ..if you are not intrusted to take any action then i will take any step to get my phone back...so i want that you take an action and pressurize the service center to return my phone within 7 days.

    Dear Mr. Tarun,
    With reference to our telephonic talk I hereby wish to convey you that the handset was shown to my tecnical fried who is associate with the same field and his views/observation are the said hand set can't be confirmed to be defective at my end. It is surprise to here from you that this is not covered against warranty. Once again we require your kind & positive intervention so that my handset can be repaired under warranty. Please do not force me to intimate such negativity and ignorance regarding your reputed brand in my circle through facebokk/WhatsApp or any other social media. Waiting for your perfect and appreciable reply to see that the hand set is repaired at your end (I am not claiming for replacement).

Cant work proper..it blinks when it is on low brightness ..my phone is under full warrenty of 1 year ..and i gave it to service centre in ludhiana ( fountain chownk) on 18 february but i can't receive..they said they had given within 10 days..but now they again says to wait..for 10 days more...i want my phone back within 2 days with good condition of display...if you are not intrusted to take any action then i will take any step to get my phone back...so i want that you take an action and pressurize the service center to return my phone within 2 days

      I brought samsung j7 on 19 march 2016 initially my cell is working quite good but now my cell is getting hot to much.
      When i use use internet for 15 to 30 min cell get to much hot.

          My phone is galaxy note 4 smn910g.inoreder to have restarting isdue i went samsung service centre in manjeri .they said they will repair it and it took 2 MONTHS...at last he said he need to change the board that will cost me 6500.i refused and bring back my phone and putted a new battery .the phone works FINE...but the finger sensor was damaged .i went back to them and they behaved very badly.they said the will not be the one to blame...and i went to the police station and writed a compailnt.the police officer called the manager and questioned him and he confessed..he said he will repair it
          ..then he went with my phone without BATTETY AND BACKDOORA.after repairing the finger scanner the S PEN was missing..when i asked him he said i didnt give him that.then i said i will goto the police..the he BEATED me ...and Thretend me.and forcly taken back the phone and bill and my sim card containing in the phone for i was testing.i asked for bill and sim.he refused and called me abuse language ...if SAMSUNG DOESNT TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST FOR THESE CULTURELESS BEHAVIOUR.THEN WE WILL MOVE CASE AGAINST THE COMPANY ALSO IN CONSUMER COURT ..[protected].[protected]

            I have a UA40J5100 40 inch led tv from Samsung within 1st week I noticed patches on display I ignored it once but then it started spreading like all the edges of the screen I filled a complaint and a engineer was arranged from Samsung he visited and told that it is common I asked him for replacement he refused and told it is against the policy and said it may be dust issue so they changed lcd panel again after one month or so same problem arise again they changed the panel I asked him what's the problem he said its a dust problem (may be) and suggested to extend warranty otherwise a panel will cost me 20-25k I said okay again after a month same though i use to do dusting frequently to all my electronic appliances there is no dust ever on the exterior so how it went inside again they have done their routine job that's changing the panel but this time within a week it got same problem this they told will replace the product as this is the third time with same issue. I have called almost hundreds of time to CC. They asked me for cancelled cheque and ID I gave them and they said we will contact you within 10 days with a solution (replacement or refund) after 12 days no contacts has been made so I called them they started the procedure from the beginning from this date but this time I strted to call them 3-4 times a day and recorded each and conversation which i had with Samsung people and i received a call from head office from Gurgaon Priya who gave me her landline no. With extension no. & official email id and told to call her in any further assistance relating to the status but number is not exist and the email address wrong i called CC they told we will arrange a call with Priya on a priority bases as she is dealing with my case no calls has made yet fraud people worst service ever I am filing a complaint to consumer forum soon though CC folks says wait its still in process. I tell you real meaning of frustration, harassment is SAMSUNG and its SERVICES

                I purchased samsung s7 eage mobile on 19/06/16 and in Jun'16 it gets automatically battey low. Network not show.phone hung after every .30-1 hrs. I lodged the complaint at service centre 3 to 5 time jaipur but they are saying that they are not having its main board(PB) with them and whenever they get it from HO they will inform me but after repeated requests thy have not called me yet.Please guide me what to do.

                      Sub : Complaint for my Refrigerator which was in non-working condition.
                      Ref: As confirmed by your service engineer compressor which was under warranty is not working due to which my refrigerator is not in working condition.
                      I had purchased Samsung Double Door Refrigerator Model No RT28K3083SP/S9 from Croma, Rajajinagar, Bangalore dated 12.08.2015 which was working well since 12.02.2017 morning. After some time we noticed that cooling effect of the same has been gone but lights in fridge were on.
                      I had made complaint to Samsung customer care & I have been informed that she will inform the complaint to their Service center & engineer will visit my home, check the fault & will inform what is problem.
                      Accordingly, engineer from Authorized Service center of Samsung has visited & checked my Refrigerator & informed me that compressor of my Refrigerator has been blocked & will have to replace the same with new compressor. Since compressor was under warranty period he told me that the will replaces at free of cost. Service person told they will replace after 2 days as they have to request compressor and get it so I said ok but since from 15.02.2017 they are telling they have ordered the compressor part and it is yet to come from Gurgaon till date (02.03.2017) meantime I also calling to customer center asking for status but daily they are telling same thing.

                      Sir, for this my small complaint I am constantly taking follow up with your customer care, service center, dealer, company & junior & senior officials. But result was zero.

                      My main point was as below. If my compressor is under warranty period company is going to replace it but why they are taking so many days to replace it and why they are not giving details on why there is delay in getting new compressor.
                      Sir, due to your compressor problem I had lost my 5 injections
                      Please treat this as most urgent.

                      Today (2nd March 2017) Service person came and replaced the compressor. One thing is after submitting complaint here after 30 mins got service person call and serviced the product, I think its just coincidence :-).

                            Bought the above model barely three weeks back. Has been giving me problems from day 1. the screen vibrates without any provocation. does not happen all the time though.
                            the other day it dialed on its own, even though i have a password protected access.
                            Just as I write, I am trying to close applications used this morning. But it is refusing to through the Right Click method.
                            Now this does not happen all the time. The phone has been momentarily hanging from day 2.
                            however, it did not misbehave at one of your service centers. The customer care executive there said that I need to come back when there is the specific problem. Tell me how can I deal with this situation.

                              There is a servive centre of samsung mobile india named as ambey communication at 1st floor, 5b-4. Bp, neelam railway road faridabad-121001.
                              I had given my phone samsung model no - j7 for repairing. Lcd of my mobile phone has broken. I want to repair my phone. I had deposite my phone at ambey communication on 08/02/2017 for repairing. Engineer told me to collect my mobile on 24/02/2017. But when i reach at service centre to collect my phone. Theytold me there is not part available in samsung company. I visit many times at service centre. But there is no responce to me. My jobcard no is-[protected] dt 08/02/2017.
                              I had talk to manager regarding above 5 times and he refused me.

                                  Hi,

                                  I bought s7 edge 128gb on Jan, 17 and on day 1 battery issue was there. I called customer service. Guy said to wait till software upgrade I waited and it is Feb now then problem increased as battery drain too fast and while using device it does not charge. I visited service centre the guy checked and updated software again then he said that mother border needs to be changed for what I was not ready as it was only a month old device and on top I complaint the same on day 1. My concern was to replace it. Not to repair it. I got call from senior person who was telling me only same thing that it will be repaired not replaced I told him Samsung executive asked me to wait not my choice and not my fault of getting damage device. Rather repair it replacement should be done as the solution. There is point buying device of 60, 000 INR. I could have gone for some other brand for such huge amount for better service.

                                    This is with reference to call received today, 01-March-2017 at 1410 hrs from Mayan Dutt of your call center.
                                    He does not seem to know what is saying. He said it is mentioned on the job sheet that Samsung is not responsible if data is not transferred. A job sheet is given to a customer only after the product has been taken by the samsung staff. This too is mentioned in point nbr 8 of the job sheet. It is the second last point.A staff does not require customer’s permission to transfer the photos /data. What rubbish is he talking? If permission is not required then Samsung is doing this to make some quick money. I am not worried about the loss of data but am worried only about the loss of photos. I had taken my external hard disk in case it is required by the staff for transferring the photos. Arul Selvi was meddling with my tablet and was transferring photos without my permission which is very much wrong on her part. I can easily file a suit if needed.
                                    Mayan said that many people are watching my mail. Here again he is being senseless. When I am lodging a complaint on Samsungs given website, who can watch, except a fraud from Samsung itself. Thee are a lot of such Samsung frauds hanging around there to make a fast buck. This is where the frauds get the phone number of a customer.
                                    The call came from +[protected]. He said he is from Samsung service center. How is it possible that he called with all the details which were given only to Samsung customer care. If he has all the details, then he is definitely Samsung staff. We have lodged a complaint with the commissioner of police cyber crime regarding this issue. Samsung will be scrutinized. I told Mayan that you people are involved by passing on the details and phone numbers.. The police commissioner’s case is not over yet. Some one has to pay back the stolen money. It could be Samsung too.
                                    Please try to understand the importance of these deleted photos/pictures and also the importance of this complaint.
                                    Please respond to this and ensure such kind of incompetent staff are not employed.

Earlier a complaint could be sent without registering or logging in. Now it says to log in. I had not regidstered, then how come you know my password.                                       My Samsung j7 2016 model's Display got damaged, I have given it to service center for repair on 17th Feb 2017 but still I haven't receive any update on it, every time I call people says company facing shortage of parts it will take time. I heard Samsung is good in sales after services but now I realize all are rumors, Service center is putting blame on Company that they don't have stock we can't do anything, Even I called Customer care they also advise to wait no one is giving exact answer when my phone will going to be repaired such a pathetic service, If Samsung is making such expensive phones then they should also make services better else what is the use of these phones if the parts are not available in the company

                                        I had bought samsung 1.5 ton split ac in 2014.But every year its compressor gets damaged automatically. I had repaired it for 3 times, but now also it is giving problem.ac compressor stops after every 2 minutes.i am totally irritated.i had spent about 15000 on it.when i call customet service the respond only after making phone bill.Now i wanted to file case against samsung for deficency of service if samsung doesnot provide me compensation.
