Complaint Letter To Samsung Customer care

Further to your sms with reference number [protected], pls note that the matter is not closed yet. When my husband had lodged an ON LINE complaint of the Samsung tablet, he immediately got a call on his mobile, stating that he is Hasish Mehta from Samsung center and that he would recover the lost date and put it back on my tab or he would email it to me for a small amount which would be deducted from my savings account. The call came from +[protected]. We received a call from Yathna, Delhi, who was informed of the whole issue. She said that the person called is not from Samsung service center. How is it possible that he called with all the details which were given only to Samsung customer care. If he has all the details, then he is definitely Samsung staff. We have lodged a complaint with the commissioner of police cyber crime regarding this issue. Samsung will be scrutinized. Yathna of Samsung serv center called twice.. I told her that you people are involved by passing on the details and phone numbers.. The police commissioner’s case is not over yet. Some one has to pay back the stolen money. It could be Samsung too.

My husband had given the above tablet to TVS Electronic service centre [protected], Vellachery, Chennai on 13.02.2017 for battery complaint. Service girl Arul Selvi attended complaint . She was told that the battery was being discharged very fast and was taking a long time to charge up. The battery needs replacement.
Arul Selvi was meddling the tab for some time. When enquired she said she is transferring all the data and photos to the SD card. She did this without my permission. She told me that software will be updated and I will lose all the data. Had she told me prior to the transfer, I would have given her my external hard disk to put all the data and photos there. I was told it will take one day to do this job. So the next day, when I went to collect my tab, I could not even open email to check if it is working. To my surprise email account could not be opened. The girl in-charge of delivery could not do this, so she called another girl, who also meddled with tab. Finally when the email account could be opened, it was not being opened in the usual manner. I had checked for the photos which seemed to be there. They were all in an disorganized manner.
After I reached home, my wife told me that a lot of photos/pictures were missing and had been deleted. These are all my wife's business pictures which she does for charity purpose. I tried to call the service center several times to the given/stamped phone numbers, but no one answered the calls.
Probably when Arul Selvi was transferring the pictures, the SD card must have got full and she left the remaining photos be there either intentionally or she must have deleted the remaining pictures.
This shows how negligent and careless she is. I had got calls from Chennai customer care center and told them that I was terribly disappointed. Next day I went and spoke to Balaji, manager of that service center and told him that staff here are totally incompetent. I told him what Selvi had done. She said that she took my permission to transfer which is a deliberate lie. I asked him in case he had kept any back up of my tab photos, I would take them on a hard disk. He said that he would call me and let me know. He never called, but I had to call him the next day. This shows that even the manager is incompetent and has no decency or courtesy as well. He said 'sorry'. But I told him sorry means nothing.
Please try to understand the importance of these deleted photos/pictures and also the importance of this complaint.
Please respond to this and ensure such kind of incompetent staff are not employed.

2. I am still waiting for a suitable reply from your end. I have contacted many times to your head office, customer care as well as service centre and send many emails in this regard. But they are not giving me proper reply.
I am using unserviceable TV since 10 Nov 2016. Please look into the matter and do the needful .

Sir,
1. Please refer my complaint No. [protected] dated 10 Nov 16 for Samsung LED 32” (32H5100) registered against Mobile No. [protected].
2. With heavy heart after trying every way out to make things correct, I have been harassed to the level that I thought to right few words.
Right from the beginning -
(a) I have purchased the ‘Samsung LED 32 TV (32H5100)” of your esteemed company on 26 Aug 14 from my savings with extended warranty upto 25 Aug 17.
(b) In August 2014 I had made a mistake that I have bought Samsung LED 32 TV (32H5100) from your esteemed company, worth Rs. 29411/-.
Till mid of January 2015 (approx 5 months) TV worked well, but after that I got some issue with TV Panel. Then I called Samsung support they assigned one technician for the service. Technician found that problem is with TV panel, so he changed the TV panel after approx 10 days and my TV started working normally.
(c) As days passed, same thing starts happening again and again (approx every after six months), Every time I called to the samsung customer support, now here again the same process starts every times your engineer came and changed the TV panel. Within approx 2 years 3-4 Panel have been changed. So product is of Rs. 29411/- and in approx two years, your company has replaced the 4 panel (Rs. 15000/- X 4 panel) worth Rs. 60, 000/- (approx). This means that the life of this expensive TV panel is designed only for 5-6 months. This cannot be considered as a good industrial practice from a reputable manufacturer, not even from a road side manufacturer. Samsung personnel could not give any satisfactory reason on phone for such premature failure. It is not understood that what kind of product Samsung is manufacturing and what kind of technician Samsung is hiring who do not do end to end analysis of the products. Being an India’s leading Appliance Company, why your company don’t have any trained personnel to resolve this type of issues?
(d) Now again, since mid of October I am facing the same problem and lodge a complaint on 10 Nov 16, this time also your service engineer has told me to change the Panel, but this time I refuse to change the Panel. Because, when the last time the same problem was occurred, then also I refused to change the panel, but at that time I got a call from your head office (Ms Silki - +[protected] and she advised me to change the panel this time with assurance that if the same problem persist again in future then my TV will be replaced. Hence, I requested for replacement of TV / refund of my money back. I called up samsung customer care many times and asked to speak to senior in-charge or Zonal head but the call was not forwarded to any senior person. Now I have realised that Samsung services are pathetic and non reliable and quiet harassed by their behaviour.
(e) On 20 Dec 16, I got a call from Mr Rajesh (+[protected] and he offered me Rs. 19000/- against my TV which was refused by me. Because, it is not understood that on what basis your company is offering me Rs. 19000/- for my TV worth Rs. 29411/- + 3234/- (for extended warranty) = total 32645/-, as I am facing this problem since beginning and also my TV is under warranty.
(f) I have purchase Samsung LED TV because your brand is good. But right now I am not satisfied with your brand due to reasons stated above and it is getting a bad impression towards your esteemed company day by day. The company promises best of its products but all the promises seems to be fake. Having the company’s motto as “INSPIRE THE WORLD, CREATE THE FUTURE” is just a show as the company does not follow it. I wanted to pose a question on the quality control of Samsung appliances. Are they made to work for merely 5-6 months? Has most talked about ‘NEXT BIG THING” aimed to work for not more than 5-6 months? Claims that Samsung products are best in its category has also proved to be fake and hypothetical which has raised pro and cons in my blind faith with Samsung products. 99% of 32” LED TV sold by Samsung in Oct / Nov 2013 got the same malfunctioning i.e. Panel faulty and not one is being satisfied by the company. I regret that I had not bothered on their experience before purchasing a Samsung product. The company is pretending to be deaf and dump and selling a poor quality product in Indian market. Whether the company is not answerable to any one? It might be better to buy Qty 2 local branded TV (like Micromax, Panasonic etc.) in Rs. 30000/- Now, I promise myself - not to purchase any Samsung product in my life because, I have never seen such a branded company with low profile workers. Sorry if you heart by my words.
3. Sir, if I have to face such scenario after spending a lot of money on the branded product, I cannot afford this much of harassment. Hence, it is requested that kindly help in getting this issue resolved and give me relief by replacing my TV or by refunding my total money Rs. 29411/- including my extended warranty charge Rs. 3234/-, as I am facing this problem since beginning and also my TV is under warranty, else I am left with only option to take action against your esteemed company through Honourable Consumer Court / Media.
