        To whomsoever it may concern. Let me tell you.Samsung customer service is worst.worst is also better word to b written for everyone at service centre and at Delhi office. My contact no. Is [protected] take job sheet no. For reference, this nuisense started one month ago.where my phone had line and I took my phone at service centre employee Katkar engineer as his designation says he took my phone as it was my display problem he said it might take 10days I asked him for spare phone which was not provided to me as they don't give spare phones to customer's.i asked him to call his manager employee Nitin waghmare he faked me a promise by saying it will be done in 3days but 10days is maximum. He wanted me to get up n leave he succeed.i get a call from most annoying employee Rupam tiwari very rudely says your phones parts aren't available I have no clue within how many days it would be done. This dialogue went on every call I did. Lame behaviour! Then I had to personally walk in to the pathetic centre of Samsung which is near to talaopali thane (mangalmurti service centre) arguing for 1hour pathetic manager Nitin raising his voice to bluntly having Samsung written on his shirt says can't help you have to wait for 45 days argued in worst English.i had to speak to his reporting manager employee Sahu ASM as Nitin is good for nothing just taking salary for free like everyone is. Employee Sahu said he can do the process within 15days of time. But the invoice submitted by me was not proper according to illiterate employee Vaishali kamble did not inform me rather talking badly that she informed the process having all false record hence buying Samsung was a punishment so I had to visit my vendor from where I had brought two phones during purchase of my handset requested him to make it one. Vendor did it within a quick time and employee silky Maluja sitting at your head office Delhi quite helped till the process promising me for replacement which will be done by March 15th later I get a call from Delhi office again stating your process for replacement will be done on priority that is by 10th March. When I spoke to service centre on 6th March as my phone expected date was nearer I again get a mini attack that my phone will be replaced by 1st April no doubt it's fools day.. Like Samsung employees day.can you wait for such a long time for having no fault for yours. Just because phone is in warranty you guys will treat us badly. Samsung has made my life miserable I have lost all my cool and patience. Rather change your process or stop your company.i need my phone replaced by 10th.you have phones available at your store I know it. My kind words to you all is give me my phone repaired or give me replacement. It's my hard earned money. Looser employee Rupam tiwari admitted it is Samsung mistakes not mine.

        Bought the above model barely 1 year. Has been giving me problems from 6 months. the screen flickering all time.
        Now this does not happen all the time. The phone has been momentarily hanging
        however, it did not misbehave at one of your service centers. Tell me how can I deal with this situation.

          I bought a samsung j7 IN 2nd january 2017 and the mobile's display is broken my phone is under full warrenty of 1 year and i gave it to service centre in model town ext, LUDHIANA (PUNJAB) . Submit date is 2nd feb 2017 . When i submite my phone they said your phone will repaired in between 10 or 12 days but i can't receive they said they had given within 10-20 days..but now they again says to wait.. parts not available and he said call the customer care so i m calling atleast 5 times . but customer care employee not give sufficent response he said parts not available more...i want my phone back within 2 days with good condition or swap condition my bill no [protected] otherwise i complaint consumer court

          I am very fed up of this samsung j5 2015 model..the customer care is also not avle to detect the issue..i am not satisfied with product. a.lot of hanging problem, overheating, and ear phone jack problem

            I buy samsung earphone ehs64 from nutan enterprise balasore, orissa on dt-23/11/2016.After 3 months o[censored]ses one day one side earphone is not giving output and the switch(volume &call) is not working.I go to samsung service center in indore for warranty claim, my earphone is physically ok just one ring is cut.They told its not in warranty cover.So i want to change it beacause its not my fault ok ring cut may be in pocket it done without knowing us.I want to samsung change my earphone immediately.

              The thermostat of my fridge located in Mumbai was bad and service technician came to check around 24th Feb 2017 . The replacement part was shipped from Bangalore and took 10 days to arrive on 6th March 2017. After that I found that the technician had ordered the wrong part . Can somebody look into this this has become a joke .

              In the meantime all my foodstuff gets damaged due to the high temperature.

              Also when checked with customer service desk the person mentions ticket has been updated with customer has asked for reschedule to 10th March 2017 this is ridiculous not sure whom to believe now

              In those time one offer 10%cash back..
              So when I got 10%back???
              Refrigerator unserviceable. Complaint registered on 22 feb 17. Complaint no. [protected] not attended since then in spite of giving repeated calls to the service centre and is causing a lot of inconvenience. Complaint was registered on urgent basis.

                Sir,

                I would like to bring this fact to your knowledge that based upon the organizational reputation, Samsung is carrying, I bought the Samsung mobile, as per above details, during my tenure at New Delhi for a sum of Rs.12, 599.00 on 31.08.2013 from your retail outlet at Planet M Retail Ltd. Paschim Vihar, New Delhi with Customer ID[protected]. The original bill is still available with me.

                Being a proud holder of this mobile started to vanished after 2 or say maximum 3 months when it stated to give trouble either in the connectivity or the speedily discharge of the battery. However, I carried the same for the next nearly one month when I approached the same dealer. The dealer, on pretext to check the set, kept for one or two days but later handed over to me stating that some settings were done, which subsequently turned out to be false as nothing was done to rectify the problem. Carrying the mobile with same problem, I again approached the dealer who suggested either to visit the Service Centre or to handover the set to him to be taken to service centre. Being busy with government functioning, I opted for the second suggested method. However, subsequently I found that I had been cheated and the set remained with the dealer with no steps taken. Meanwhile, I shifted to other places on my posting and the period of one year warranty went in vain.

                The mobile is still with me and carrying the same with such defects.

                Meanwhile I had occasion to visit Bengaluru (Karnataka) in the month of February 2017 and while in Marthahalli, I spotted the service centre. The moment I handed over the mobile set to the technician there, he held the set horizontally over to his head and without going through any experimental procedure, stated that the mobile had manufacturing defect and had to be replaced.

                The whole nearly 3 years have gone to waste and my hard earned money has been mis-utilised or say used by the company without providing me the services of the correspondingly equal level of satisfaction in the shape of mobile which had defects at manufacturing level. The action of the dealer had lowered the image of Sansung and further it is un-assumable what this dealer got the benefits by on the one hand loss to me and on the other hand, not exchanging the set with the brand new when the policy of the Samsung Company provides the complete satisfaction of its customer and in doing this, the faith of the customer is imposed.

                I don’t know in what way the company will deal with this particular situation but what I expect that company should at least stand at the footing of customer satisfaction irrespective of the time has gone and should provide me A GOOD MOBILE HANDSET as per its fair decision. Rejection of the request may be easy but may not be an alternative where the companies grow and expand due to their true goodwill policies towards customers. I will be one of them.

                I further to say, if the Indian partners feel constrains in acceding to my request, my request may kindly be forwarded to their Korean counterpart for taking a decision. I hope and feel that a prudent favourable decision will be taken by taking all circumstances into consideration.

                I gone to Samsung service centre they told me that the anroid Base phone have comman problem of heating pls xchange or give me money back it in warranty period and 5000mh battery life performance phone gets dry half of the day

                    I had registerd complaint for fridge repair on 22.2.17 In samsung service centre. One person name Imtiaze from Reliable services came on 23.2.15 And after checki g freeze change the dumper after taking carge of Rs.2650+350(visiting chArges). Since fridge is not giving cooling proper I again complaint samsung service centre on 25.2. but nobady came. I again complaint on 26.2 Imtiaze again came i asked to change damper . He came on 4.3 with broken damper. It is requested that new original damper may be installed immediately .

                          I bought a samsung j7 last year(2016)...and now...the mobile's switch off Cant work ...my phone is under full warrenty of 1 year ..and i gave it to service centre in Mahoba ( U.P.) on 31 Janauary but i can't receive..they said they had given within 10-20 days..but now they again says to wait.. parts not available and he said call the customer care so i m call atleast 8 times customer my complain no. [protected] but customer care no. Person not give proper response he said parts not available more...i want my phone back within 7 days with good condition of ..if you are not intrusted to take any action then i will take any step to get my phone back...so i want that you take an action and pressurize the service center to return my phone within 7 days.

                            With reference to our telephonic talk I hereby wish to convey you that the handset was shown to my tecnical fried who is associate with the same field and his views/observation are the said hand set can't be confirmed to be defective at my end. It is surprise to here from you that this is not covered against warranty. Once again we require your kind & positive intervention so that my handset can be repaired under warranty. Please do not force me to intimate such negativity and ignorance regarding your reputed brand in my circle through facebokk/WhatsApp or any other social media. Waiting for your perfect and appreciable reply to see that the hand set is repaired at your end (I am not claiming for replacement).

                              I brought samsung j7 on 19 march 2016 initially my cell is working quite good but now my cell is getting hot to much.
                              When i use use internet for 15 to 30 min cell get to much hot.

                                  My phone is galaxy note 4 smn910g.inoreder to have restarting isdue i went samsung service centre in manjeri .they said they will repair it and it took 2 MONTHS...at last he said he need to change the board that will cost me 6500.i refused and bring back my phone and putted a new battery .the phone works FINE...but the finger sensor was damaged .i went back to them and they behaved very badly.they said the will not be the one to blame...and i went to the police station and writed a compailnt.the police officer called the manager and questioned him and he confessed..he said he will repair it
                                  ..then he went with my phone without BATTETY AND BACKDOORA.after repairing the finger scanner the S PEN was missing..when i asked him he said i didnt give him that.then i said i will goto the police..the he BEATED me ...and Thretend me.and forcly taken back the phone and bill and my sim card containing in the phone for i was testing.i asked for bill and sim.he refused and called me abuse language ...if SAMSUNG DOESNT TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST FOR THESE CULTURELESS BEHAVIOUR.THEN WE WILL MOVE CASE AGAINST THE COMPANY ALSO IN CONSUMER COURT ..[protected].[protected]

                                    I have a UA40J5100 40 inch led tv from Samsung within 1st week I noticed patches on display I ignored it once but then it started spreading like all the edges of the screen I filled a complaint and a engineer was arranged from Samsung he visited and told that it is common I asked him for replacement he refused and told it is against the policy and said it may be dust issue so they changed lcd panel again after one month or so same problem arise again they changed the panel I asked him what's the problem he said its a dust problem (may be) and suggested to extend warranty otherwise a panel will cost me 20-25k I said okay again after a month same though i use to do dusting frequently to all my electronic appliances there is no dust ever on the exterior so how it went inside again they have done their routine job that's changing the panel but this time within a week it got same problem this they told will replace the product as this is the third time with same issue. I have called almost hundreds of time to CC. They asked me for cancelled cheque and ID I gave them and they said we will contact you within 10 days with a solution (replacement or refund) after 12 days no contacts has been made so I called them they started the procedure from the beginning from this date but this time I strted to call them 3-4 times a day and recorded each and conversation which i had with Samsung people and i received a call from head office from Gurgaon Priya who gave me her landline no. With extension no. & official email id and told to call her in any further assistance relating to the status but number is not exist and the email address wrong i called CC they told we will arrange a call with Priya on a priority bases as she is dealing with my case no calls has made yet fraud people worst service ever I am filing a complaint to consumer forum soon though CC folks says wait its still in process. I tell you real meaning of frustration, harassment is SAMSUNG and its SERVICES

                                        I purchased samsung s7 eage mobile on 19/06/16 and in Jun'16 it gets automatically battey low. Network not show.phone hung after every .30-1 hrs. I lodged the complaint at service centre 3 to 5 time jaipur but they are saying that they are not having its main board(PB) with them and whenever they get it from HO they will inform me but after repeated requests thy have not called me yet.Please guide me what to do.
