New product which I received from Samsung is having scratches on DVD player as well as on Audio towers. Even I complaint not less than 10-12 times on customer care but no resolution, every time I am being told that I will be called back by senior team but i never got call. Even I wrote to samsung, but i didnt get any reply from them.

    Website: not complaining about website but my newly purchased smartphone

    Bought the above model barely three weeks back. Has been giving me problems from day 1. the screen vibrates without any provocation. does not happen all the time though.
    the other day it dialed on its own, even though i have a password protected access.
    Just as I write, I am trying to close applications used this morning. But it is refusing to through the Right Click method.
    Now this does not happen all the time. The phone has been momentarily hanging from day 2.
    however, it did not misbehave at one of your service centers. The customer care executive there said that I need to come back when there is the specific problem. Tell me how can I deal with this situation.
    I think the set should be replaced.

      There is a servive centre of samsung mobile india named as ambey communication at 1st floor, 5b-4. Bp, neelam railway road faridabad-121001.
      I had given my phone samsung model no - j7 for repairing. Lcd of my mobile phone has broken. I want to repair my phone. I had deposite my phone at ambey communication on 08/02/2017 for repairing. Engineer told me to collect my mobile on 24/02/2017. But when i reach at service centre to collect my phone. Theytold me there is not part available in samsung company. I visit many times at service centre. But there is no responce to me. My jobcard no is-[protected] dt 08/02/2017.
      I had talk to manager regarding above 5 times and he refused me.

        Samsung took my TV worth 89990, 124 days back for service and told they would issue refund in 10 days. It been 110 days they say they initiated refund but I am yet to get any refund...Complained, wrote emails, called hundres of time but no response. Please do needful

          Hi,

          I bought s7 edge 128gb on Jan, 17 and on day 1 battery issue was there. I called customer service. Guy said to wait till software upgrade I waited and it is Feb now then problem increased as battery drain too fast and while using device it does not charge. I visited service centre the guy checked and updated software again then he said that mother border needs to be changed for what I was not ready as it was only a month old device and on top I complaint the same on day 1. My concern was to replace it. Not to repair it. I got call from senior person who was telling me only same thing that it will be repaired not replaced I told him Samsung executive asked me to wait not my choice and not my fault of getting damage device. Rather repair it replacement should be done as the solution. There is point buying device of 60, 000 INR. I could have gone for some other brand for such huge amount for better service.

            Further to your sms with reference number [protected], pls note that the matter is not closed yet.
            This is with reference to call received today, 01-March-2017 at 1410 hrs from Mayan Dutt of your call center.
            He does not seem to know what is saying. He said it is mentioned on the job sheet that Samsung is not responsible if data is not transferred. A job sheet is given to a customer only after the product has been taken by the samsung staff. This too is mentioned in point nbr 8 of the job sheet. It is the second last point.A staff does not require customer’s permission to transfer the photos /data. What rubbish is he talking? If permission is not required then Samsung is doing this to make some quick money. I am not worried about the loss of data but am worried only about the loss of photos. I had taken my external hard disk in case it is required by the staff for transferring the photos. Arul Selvi was meddling with my tablet and was transferring photos without my permission which is very much wrong on her part. I can easily file a suit if needed.
            Mayan said that many people are watching my mail. Here again he is being senseless. When I am lodging a complaint on Samsungs given website, who can watch, except a fraud from Samsung itself. Thee are a lot of such Samsung frauds hanging around there to make a fast buck. This is where the frauds get the phone number of a customer.
            The call came from +[protected]. He said he is from Samsung service center. How is it possible that he called with all the details which were given only to Samsung customer care. If he has all the details, then he is definitely Samsung staff. We have lodged a complaint with the commissioner of police cyber crime regarding this issue. Samsung will be scrutinized. I told Mayan that you people are involved by passing on the details and phone numbers.. The police commissioner’s case is not over yet. Some one has to pay back the stolen money. It could be Samsung too.
            Please try to understand the importance of these deleted photos/pictures and also the importance of this complaint.
            Please respond to this and ensure such kind of incompetent staff are not employed.

            Now this is what i call a real fraud. How do you know my password. This ensures that samsungs fraud s are always watching my mail. Earlier a complaint could be sent without registering or logging in. Now it says to log in. I had not regidstered, then how come you know my password. This is what i call a samsung fraud whole stole my money

              My Samsung j7 2016 model's Display got damaged, I have given it to service center for repair on 17th Feb 2017 but still I haven't receive any update on it, every time I call people says company facing shortage of parts it will take time. I heard Samsung is good in sales after services but now I realize all are rumors, Service center is putting blame on Company that they don't have stock we can't do anything, Even I called Customer care they also advise to wait no one is giving exact answer when my phone will going to be repaired such a pathetic service, If Samsung is making such expensive phones then they should also make services better else what is the use of these phones if the parts are not available in the company

                I had bought samsung 1.5 ton split ac in 2014.But every year its compressor gets damaged automatically. I had repaired it for 3 times, but now also it is giving problem.ac compressor stops after every 2 minutes.i am totally irritated.i had spent about 15000 on it.when i call customet service the respond only after making phone bill.Now i wanted to file case against samsung for deficency of service if samsung doesnot provide me compensation.

                    2. I am still waiting for a suitable reply from your end. I have contacted many times to your head office, customer care as well as service centre and send many emails in this regard. But they are not giving me proper reply.

                    My TV is under warranty and I am using unserviceable TV since 10 Nov 2016. Please look into the matter and do the needful .

                    Sir,

                    1. Please refer my complaint No. [protected] dated 10 Nov 16 for Samsung LED 32” (32H5100) registered against Mobile No. [protected].

                    2. With heavy heart after trying every way out to make things correct, I have been harassed to the level that I thought to right few words.

                    Right from the beginning -
                    (a) I have purchased the ‘Samsung LED 32 TV (32H5100)” of your esteemed company on 26 Aug 14 from my savings with extended warranty upto 25 Aug 17.

                    (b) In August 2014 I had made a mistake that I have bought Samsung LED 32 TV (32H5100) from your esteemed company, worth Rs. 29411/-.
                    Till mid of January 2015 (approx 5 months) TV worked well, but after that I got some issue with TV Panel. Then I called Samsung support they assigned one technician for the service. Technician found that problem is with TV panel, so he changed the TV panel after approx 10 days and my TV started working normally.

                    (c) As days passed, same thing starts happening again and again (approx every after six months), Every time I called to the samsung customer support, now here again the same process starts every times your engineer came and changed the TV panel. Within approx 2 years 3-4 Panel have been changed. So product is of Rs. 29411/- and in approx two years, your company has replaced the 4 panel (Rs. 15000/- X 4 panel) worth Rs. 60, 000/- (approx). This means that the life of this expensive TV panel is designed only for 5-6 months. This cannot be considered as a good industrial practice from a reputable manufacturer, not even from a road side manufacturer. Samsung personnel could not give any satisfactory reason on phone for such premature failure. It is not understood that what kind of product Samsung is manufacturing and what kind of technician Samsung is hiring who do not do end to end analysis of the products. Being an India’s leading Appliance Company, why your company don’t have any trained personnel to resolve this type of issues?

                    (d) Now again, since mid of October I am facing the same problem and lodge a complaint on 10 Nov 16, this time also your service engineer has told me to change the Panel, but this time I refuse to change the Panel. Because, when the last time the same problem was occurred, then also I refused to change the panel, but at that time I got a call from your head office (Ms Silki - +[protected] and she advised me to change the panel this time with assurance that if the same problem persist again in future then my TV will be replaced. Hence, I requested for replacement of TV / refund of my money back. I called up samsung customer care many times and asked to speak to senior in-charge or Zonal head but the call was not forwarded to any senior person. Now I have realised that Samsung services are pathetic and non reliable and quiet harassed by their behaviour.

                    (e) On 20 Dec 16, I got a call from Mr Rajesh (+[protected] and he offered me Rs. 19000/- against my TV which was refused by me. Because, it is not understood that on what basis your company is offering me Rs. 19000/- for my TV worth Rs. 29411/- + 3234/- (for extended warranty) = total 32645/-, as I am facing this problem since beginning and also my TV is under warranty.

                    (f) I have purchase Samsung LED TV because your brand is good. But right now I am not satisfied with your brand due to reasons stated above and it is getting a bad impression towards your esteemed company day by day. The company promises best of its products but all the promises seems to be fake. Having the company’s motto as “INSPIRE THE WORLD, CREATE THE FUTURE” is just a show as the company does not follow it. I wanted to pose a question on the quality control of Samsung appliances. Are they made to work for merely 5-6 months? Has most talked about ‘NEXT BIG THING” aimed to work for not more than 5-6 months? Claims that Samsung products are best in its category has also proved to be fake and hypothetical which has raised pro and cons in my blind faith with Samsung products. 99% of 32” LED TV sold by Samsung in Oct / Nov 2013 got the same malfunctioning i.e. Panel faulty and not one is being satisfied by the company. I regret that I had not bothered on their experience before purchasing a Samsung product. The company is pretending to be deaf and dump and selling a poor quality product in Indian market. Whether the company is not answerable to any one? It might be better to buy Qty 2 local branded TV (like Micromax, Panasonic etc.) in Rs. 30000/- Now, I promise myself - not to purchase any Samsung product in my life because, I have never seen such a branded company with low profile workers. Sorry if you heart by my words.

                    3. Sir, if I have to face such scenario after spending a lot of money on the branded product, I cannot afford this much of harassment. Hence, it is requested that kindly help in getting this issue resolved and give me relief by replacing my TV or by refunding my total money Rs. 29411/- including my extended warranty charge Rs. 3234/-, as I am facing this problem since beginning and also my TV is under warranty, else I am left with only option to take action against your esteemed company through Honourable Consumer Court / Media.

                      I purchased samsung led tv 40inch on 31/08/2014 of Rs 62000/-
                      now getting problem in display (Dark black shades on screen)
                      i complaint customer care about it they sent a technician he told the defect in
                      display and to change the display he told amount of Rs 29000/- he also took
                      photos and send through email to samsung company.
                      We cannot afford to pay such a amount. We have not misused it and it had only 2 1/2. years (thirty months only)

                        My mobile purchased on 2nd of sept 16, is not working ( touch ) fm 26.2.17. I went to Nandanam service center. They said that some part, very small IC is to be replaced. Its cost rs.5000/- Instead requested to buy a new one. My mobile is under warranty . Mobil cost itself is rs.4750/-. When under warranty why should we pay? We are not satisfied with the service.

                            As the washing machine is not working from last 2 months as the service of your company is very poor and the staff of the company wants commission from us, as I had refused to give commission than he denied to make the machine proper and he has also given in written .So where will the consumer go for the service, as if any action if not taken then I won't refer any one to buy the Samsung product

                              This is to write to about Samsung defective air conditioner and complaining samsung almost from last one month almost to 20 times. Having call from Samsung office nothing has turned up okay. Non of the samsung guy turned up for repair rather than only promising from samsung office. I hope atleast CEO office would be serious to handle the complaint. I would like to ask Mr Ajay Sharma that did he follow for his promised services within 24 hours to be resolved with no cost to customer that he made to his customer. It was only call but no follow up to resolve complaint but excuses from Divya. I need a solution rather than explanation.

                                Employees at service centre are worst. the service at the centre is disaster.False commitments by employee vaishali and false verbal communications.My handset j7 has a prob of display which they can't repair as the parts are unavailable with them. for letting me know this it took one month and now the else process information is only given when you call.Pathetic employees..I will not recommend samsung to anyone because of the worst customer service

                                    My phone is suddenly switched off on 27th jan 2017 (purchase date of the phone is 05.07.2016) one of the worst phone i even seen now days in samsung..

                                      I am very much disappointed from the service provided from samsung india. I am not understanding why samsung isn't ashamed with the service they provide. I had submitted my phone at samsung authorized service center first on 6th feb 2017 job sheet number[protected] with complaint of having problem with my headphones and lcd, they agreed with the headphone replacement and ignored my lcd problem by saying it was due to new nougat update. Later, after few days they checked and agreed that lcd problem also prevails. My phone being in warranty service got replacement for both headphone and lcd. But it was very unfortunate that i got call from your end asking me to take phone to some other service center, with new job sheet no. [protected]. Dated: 15/02/2017. They replaced my lcd screen and got me new headphones too, i was quiet sure that i won't have any problem but i am very much disappointed that i had lcd problem again (Screen is not clear) and with this service i am not going to compromise again and again, with very poor service in kashmir i had to get my phone to delhi to get it checked there only, i am request ceo samsung to either refund my amount or replace my phone because samsung has failed many times to repair my phone.

                                      The concern person looking after my case is sincere, she tried to help but service centers personnel doesn't listen to her. I am presently at jangpura delhi (110014), and there are two nearest service centers as mentioned below:
                                      1. Maa communication, address : a-180, ground floor, main bhishm pitamha marg, sukhdev market, 110003
                                      2. Samsung service centre, a 233, pocket a, near crown plaza, okhla industrial area, phase i, new delhi, delhi 110020
                                      I would request samsung to contact both service centers to provide me best possible solution.
                                      Please replace my phone or again replace lcd or make refund of my phone.
