    I purchased a Samsung j 7 prime and it's display broke
    Very poor quality
    No response in service centre
    Customer care
    Finally after lots of mails same answer warranty not covered
    Display lens was of cheap quality
    They don't want to solve my issue
    Never go for Samsung mobiles.they want only sales no after sales care.repairs atleast they could perform in low price.but they have no interest in our problem

    no sincere steps were taken.just mailing and advicing to do chargeable service.also in future they will resolve itseems who needs their improvement when they cant care for a privileged customer
    i will take all steps to stop my friends and relatives stop buying samsung

      I visit Samsung service center and share issue executive submit my cell and told mi you drop your handset 3 days for testing i said ok Samsung technician open my cell but he forget to fiting all parts after 3 days i came and pickup my cell then i 'll come my house that tym i checked display was totally open i was shocked and i have no tym because of my busy schedule but I send cell phone on next day with my dad and communicate on call also but second same prblm that tym also what can I do your technicians are not able to work properly or what he westing my tym i want my cell with proper feeting

      I had given my mobile to samsung service center on 16.1.2017 model name SM-Z130HZKDINS till now there is no response from samsung service center they are not giving any correct information about my mobile they have taken 1 month 5 days for service till now they have not given plz take action and do needfull

        This Samsung washing machine is under the Dellisio abode Sterling resort which was purchased as on 26/11/2014 (i.e 2 yrs 2 months till now) the issues were the cold side water was not coming since last week of August, 2016. and complaint was given to the service centere at gangtok, sikkim. The company had send a person for rectification and he mention that its a major concern and same will be forwarded to the company. But couldn't get a proper response from company every time we had to call regarding the same and every time had to explain about the machine which was very irritating to us. after calling time an again the Samsung company told us that the faulty parts which be changed and person will come from the company but never came. when we send a complaint at that time still we were in warranty period but later the grace period got expired. Again we complaint to the Samsung company Gangtok, Sikkim they told us to contact to the customer care.. SAMSUNG PRODUCT REQUEST NUMBER IS [protected].. Customer care lady informed that the parts are not available for the machine and they will refund the money back when she was asked the amount she refuse to tell the amount and mention you will get sms or call from our company. Later we got call from the service center gangtok saying that the cheque had come to your co. name. when visited the service center the amount was INR 17, 000, 80. and mention that the machine will be taken back by the company.. In such point its fully the fault of the samsung company where the delay was from their side not from ours. and this is not justify for the customer and they lie to their customers and service is very pathetic. no body are concern about their customers and not responsible to their job. we accept the cheque but we are not ready to give the machine back otherwise they can take the machine and have to give the new machine on discount. this was also denied by them which is very ridiculous. this kind of service was not expected from Samsung company .. very very bad.

          I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator, Model no RT26H3000SE/TL in Jan 2015. The fridge specifically had a sticker saying "No Stabiliser required" as the fridge was supposed to have an inbuilt stabilizer.

          We moved to Jaisalmer, and ever since moving the fridge has encountered a number of problems. The technician blamed it on the lack of a stabilizer (which initially the fridge said was not required) so we purchased a stabilizer as well.

          The fridge has gotten spoilt 3 times in 3 months- 1st part changed was a PBA which cost Rs 1430, second part changed was compressor which costs Rs 900 for gas and now in the third complaint they recommend changing the "Aeroporter/ cooling coil" which will cost another Rs 1250.

          I'm requesting the company to change the entire fridge piece as obviously something has gone seriously wrong, instead of making me pay for it every month. But the company is completely refusing saying "If the part is repairable, we will not change the piece".

          All of these problems are arising as the fridge was not kept on stabilizer - which the company said to not have.

          This has been a very disappointing experience since most people in my family have had their fridges running without a problem for atleast 10-15 years.

          Kindly help me change this piece as these constant repairs are a drain on my pocket, my time and my patience

            The screen of my phone broke on 15.12.2016. I had an insurance for the same with Unicom Insurance which was having a tie up with the Samsung Service Center in Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab. I immediately contacted the service center and filed the insurance claim with the insurance company. My phone was taken by the the service center and no other complimentary phone was provided to me by them. The insurance company called for the phone to examine it, which was provided by the service center after a delay of almost 10 days even after my daily reminders. The insurance claim got sanctioned on 14th January 2017. I contacted the service center people to repair my phone and intimated them that the insurance claim has been sanctioned, but I was informed that the screen of the phone was not available with them and that it would take 2-3 days to arrange the same. However, the screen could not be arranged by the service center at Mandi Gobindgarh. On contacting them again, it was informed that my phone has been handed over to the Rajpura Service Center, Punjab. I was forwarded the contact no of Sh Mandeep, who is managing service center at Rajpura. When I contacted the concerned person he admitted to having received the phone but said that it would take another 2 days to repair the mobile. On again contacting I was told that the motherboard of the phone was not working and since the phone was under warranty, they would change the motherboard of my phone and that they would need another 2 days to repair and fix the phone. I was told to collect my phone from service center in Rajpura on 9th Feb 2017 as they had fixed the phone. Since, I m staying in Chandigarh, I started my journey towards rajpura to collect the phone. While I was 10 km away from reaching the center, I was told that while packing the phone the screen of the phone broke by the engineer and that I may collect the phone by 13th Feb. I intimated that I wont be able to collect the phone on 13th Feb and that my phone may be handed over to me on 20th Feb Positively. I again called them yesterday so as to retrieve my phone which they had promised to get delivered at Chandigarh, but to further harass me they told that the phone has been sent to Mandi Gobindgarh Service Centre and I may ask them to deliver the same. On being contacted, the manager, Sh Aman in Mandi Gobindgarh has asked me to collect the phone from their service center as he cannot send a person to deliver the same to me.
            Im a lover of samsung high end phones and is a regular customer of samsung. I have used Samsung Note series since it was first launched. I persuaded my husband to buy samsung S7 edge even though he was a regular user of iphones. However, such incidents are set back for customers like me to even think o[censored]sing samsung phones from now onwards. I have already my precious data on the phone due to change of motherboard. Further, I have been without my phone for the last two months causing me much inconvenience. I m already thinking of going through legal channels for compensation of harassment caused due to such consumer attitude of your service centers. However, I was inclined to write this mail by my husband so that samsung managers know that the consumers are being harassed in this manner. i hope I could get some resolution here.

            Inspite of Samsung Executive promising to get the handset delivered by 22.02.2017 by 5 pm, I haven't received my handset till now. The Samsung service center is not even bothered to receive the call. Neither do have received any call from them regarding delivery scheduled by them.

            I do not have any other option but to go for the legal channels to get the claim for the unnecessary harassment caused by the samsung people and for such inconvenience faced by me.

            I DO NOT WANT MY PHONE NOW. KEEP IT WITH YOU.

            Received the handset today after Samsung's executive Ms Neha helped with the same. However, there is a issue with the handset. Firstly all my data has gone. The service center detected the problem with the motherboard as already reported in my complaint and said to have replaced it. However, my previous apps are still shown to be installed with all my accounts logged in. I have no idea, how could that happen when the motherboard has been apparantly replaced by the service center people. I can only come to the conclusion that my data was lost due to mishandling of phone by the engineer coz if new ROM had been flashed on my phone the old data would not have appeared. Secondly, the phone is showing error of closing app due to sone fault instantly. None of the apps is working properly and shows error and close down within a minute. Thirdly, found my S pen missing from the phone which I already have informed about to Ms Neha and both the samsung care people.
            Now comes the main part, even after all the above discrepancies, I thought of trying my sim card in the phone. However, to my luck, the sim tray is also missing from the phone. Since I found this after the call from samsung's executive I could not tell her as the call doesnt connect to them if called back. I however contacted the service center at Rajpura who assured me of meeting me at my place but didnt bother to call back again.
            Ms Neha took my details of the phone i.e imei no, S/N and date of purchase to take up the matter with the higher authorities. Her call is awaited.
            Its like a situation u get to know about a company when you have to deal with their service center staff when a problem like this occurs. How can anyone publicize a company like this after such an experience. The company boasts about competing with the likes of apple but treats their loyal customers in such a way, Im just out of words.
            Is going to consumer forum the only cjoixe left with me. Please guide.

            Im waiting for the response of samsung executive and tgen will decide my further actions. Any suggestions/advice on the issue may please be forwarded to my email id. I shall be very thankful.

              I have lodged an official service request over a week ago and escalated it to the CEO's office. I am an NRI who is trying to settle back to India by getting involved in philanthropic projects. I am appalled at the customer service provided by major international corporations like Samsung. They have service agents who do not seem to care for the customer as they have their own agenda when and if, they will repair the product. My printer is new and has been purchased only a few months ago. I have several Samsung products in use including another wireless printer in Australia but did not have any issues. The tragedy is even after having escalated to the CEO's office there has hardly been any traction in getting the fault fixed. Seriously, I am also considering if I can escalate to Samsung, South Korea to impress upon them the state of affairs in service to Indian customers. Even the Indian CEO's office has been of little or no help. I would think India would be a large market for Samsung in-view of the huge mobile market. I hope something will be done at least now.

              Some one from Samsung Customer Care contacted me in the morning at 05:00 am stating that they will refund the full amount of Rs. 5, 428, I paid for the ML-2166w printer which has gone faulty. This offer is acceptable as I will purchase another Samsung printer with that amount. Please contact me either by phone or e-mail.

                    I have purchased a fridge from Samsung katriguppe. they have assured that i will get 5%cashback, but after multiple follow ups, i still didnt get cashback, I have already escalated the issue to you people 2 month back and mr ajit was following up on that, i didnt get the cashback yet.

                    Please help. I have never expected such a horrible and pathetic service from Samsung

                      This is regarding compalin agains samsung service center. (Ballia)... My younger brother went lots of time to center, he has facing software problem in samsung j7. He took phone in december and with in couple of months, phone is not working well... When he was went to center then no one could provide him valuable response, i think lots of illitrate people working their so its humble request, take a look on that situation and provide me valuable response... Otherwise i will come in situation to lodge complain against service center...

                      Today again he went to center and submitted phone... I am just mail behalf of my younger brother...

                        Dear Samsung,

                        I have bought samsung s7 edge international unlocked and warranty device in August in US. Suddenly my device charging port is not working. It has been less than six months since i spent $700+ to purchase this device. I have got this device expecting a lot on performance side. This device used to heat when i charge, and when i raised the same issue with your customer rep, i was answered this is normal and no need to worry. But finally now my device port stopped working, when i reached samsung service center in person about this issue, they denied to service it under warranty claiming we don't serve international warranty. And they mentioned the complete mother board needs to replaced and i will be charged for the same. Kindly help me out with this at the earliest.

                          I had given the above tablet to TVS Electronic service centre [protected], Vellachery, Chennai on 13.02.2017 for battery complaint. Service girl Arul Selvi attended to my complaint .I had told her that the battery was being discharged very fast and was taking a long time to charge up. I told her the battery needs replacement.
                          She was meddling with my tab for some time before I enquired as to what she was doing. She replied saying that she is transferring all the data and photos to the SD card. She did this without my permission. She told me that software will be updated and I will lose all the data. Had she told me prior the transfer, I would have given her my external hard disk to put all the data and photos there. I was told it will take one day to do this job. So the next day, when I went to collect my tab, I could even open email to check if it is working. To my surprise email account could not be opened. The girl in-charge of delivery could not do this, so she called another girl, who meddled with tab. Finally when the email account could be opened, it was not being opened in the usual manner. I had checked for the photos which seemed to be there. They were all in an disorganized manner.
                          After I reached home, my wife told me that a lot of photos/pictures were missing and had been deleted. These are all my wife's business pictures which she does for charity purpose. I tried to call the service center several times to the given/stamped phone numbers, but no one answered the calls.
                          Probably when Arul Selvi was transferring the pictures, the SD card must have got full and she left the remaining photos be there either intentionally or she must have deleted the remaining pictures.
                          This shows how negligent and careless she is. I had got calls from Chennai customer care center and told them that I was terribly disappointed. Next day I went and spoke to Balaji, manager of that service center and told him that staff here are totally incompetent. I told him what Selvi had done. She said that she took my permission to transfer which is a deliberate lie. I asked him in case he had kept any back up of my tab photos, I would take them on a hard disk. He said that he would call me and let me know. He never called, but I had to call him the next day. This shows that even the manager is incompetent and has no decency or courtesy as well. He said 'sorry'. But I told him sorry means nothing.
                          Please try to understand the importance of these deleted photos/pictures and also the importance of this complaint.

                          Please respond to this and ensure such kind of incompetent staff are not employed.

                          Samsung z1 we have purchase on 14/08/2016 and this is under warranty we have sent the set for repair the service centre is asking 2750 RS for repairing charge how it is possible
                          Please note that I have purchased Samsung on8 mobile from Flipkart and after 4 months its display is not working no physical damage or no liquid damage has been done but the also display stopped working.

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            On 05/01/2017, i had given my samsung sm-j500fzddins mobile to get repair a broken screen at samsung service center ([protected]) aba mobilecare pvt ltd – yagnik rd, rajkot. I was served by customer service person named swetang & i was told that my mobile will get fixed within a month time & it would cost me around approx. Rs 3200/-. Once mobile is fixed i will get call or sms for pickup. He gave me acknowledgment service receipt [ bill no: [protected], call for status [protected], imei : [protected]].
                            On 30/01/2017, i received an sms stating that my mobile is fixed and ready for pickup. I was out of city at that day so i went to service center a day later on 01/02/2017, a lady came with my mobile and told me that my mobile is fixed i can check it out. Upon inspection i was shocked to noticed that new screen was completely out of frame from one side of the corner and mobile panel and mobile battery was literally bend. I said to lady that this is not the condition in which i had given my mobile for repair. It was only given for screen replacement with some minor scratches on the panel & there was no issue with panel nor the battery whatsoever. I also showed my receipt which clearly mention the condition of mobile at the time of handover, so she was also surprised that somebody who had repaired my mobile has really messed up. I asked for swetang and lady told me that he is on holiday till 05/02/2017, so i didn’t pick up my mobile and went back to my office as it was unacceptable.
                            Again on 06/02/2017, went back to service center and this time swetang was there, he came with my mobile and told me that he had already told me that my mobile was bend & he can nothing can do about it. I told him that this is complete lie from his part & i asked him if mobile panel & battery was already bend why didn’t he mentioned in my repair receipt? His reply was he forgot & he also asked for 3000/- extra for bend panel to get fixed or if i don’t want to pay the amount he can also simply remove new screen from my mobile.
                            I told him i will not accept my mobile unless it gets fixed & won’t pay any extra for someone else mistake, then he gets little abusive and rude and told me that he can’t do anything for me so i asked for the manager and i was told that he is unavailable. So i left service center without my mobile. Next day i got a call from service center asking for pickup of my mobile so i asked him whether it has been fixed or not, he said it’s in same condition so i told him i won’t come for pickup unless mobile panel and battery gets fixed. After that i call samsung customer center[protected], i talked to lady and explained everything which was happened, she told me that in her system it says mobile was already picked up my customer same day & issue has been resolved – i told her it’s not and its complete lie. She noted my complaint and told me to wait for few days and i will get call from area manager. Unfortunately, till date i didn’t get call from anyone.
                            I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait few days before seeking third-party legal assistance, i had all call records if required to prove my case. Please contact me at the below address or by phone.

                              I'm Electronic and communication Engineer.

                              I bought the samsung A9 pro device on 1st January 2017 sunday, because I find the device beautifully designed by Samsung and features like long battery and performance which is truly commendable.

                              Apart from all this I'm facing a terrible issue with the device, that its back camera lens is fill-in with dust from inside, I have been to almost 5 samsung service center, but the only service center which is at
                              (chaitanyapuri hyderabad) have taken ownership and cleard the dust twice as well as changed camera lens also in previous three visits, but the issue still not resolved, because is see dust particle again covering camera lens from inside and image quality is again becoming terible.

                              I don't know what should be the permanent resolution for the issue, but I have paid 32 thousand bucks for the device and I'm spending all my weekend's in samsung service center with Lords of patience.

                              Here I'm requesting the concern person or team to help me in. Or else I may take legal action if the issue remain few more days. And I truly believe samsung will not let me do so.

                              Company is using such bogus screen and does not cover in warranty so that consumer needs to bear with that and as a stretagy their parts cant be available at other place and they are looting people of india by charging 4300 for only screen which cell itself is of 8000. knowingly they dont cover screen issue in warranty and making it weak to earn

                                1. Service centre not consider to repair under warranty.

                                    Shop named redial mobile in ahmedabad has done fraud with me . I bought a mobile samsung A5 from that shop. I bought this mobile on 10 month of 2016 and after a month i was having some problem in mobile i visited in samsung service centre and i came to know that the mobile which was given to me has already compleated its warranty period in 8 month of 2016 .. and prize of that mobile was 16 k and he has taken 20 k from me ..i want my money back . And some action on that owner of that shop.

                                      I am contacting you after over two months o[censored]nsuccesful attempts to resolve my issue with the samsung company. I purchased a very expensive samsung tv for 2 lakh and tenthousand rupees ($3200 dollars) less than three years ago for my elderly parents who live in kerala, india-which has now stopped working. Samsung has admitted to the television having a fault. When i asked what samsung would do to either repair or replace the television, i was told that my only option was to purchase a new product or pay an additional rs.69, 222.54 to repair the defect. Please see email thread below, i have also attached all correspondence from samsung to this email. I purchased a samsung because of its reputation for quality and reliability. The fact that this television has stopped working within three years is greatly disappointing. More so the fact that samsung is not willing to repair or replace the television is even worse. I want every unsuspecting customer to know that purchasing a samsung product is a risk and they are unwilling to repair or replace their own defective products. I am now forced to save for another six months to replace my parents gift-i will be sure not to purchase samsung. Please disseminate this warning as widely as possible.
