Sir,

I bought a samsung mobile, as i went to authorized dealer in my area and to getinformation about the service, they said samsung provides onsite repair service on customer request and thus I decided to buy samsung mobile. Now as my mobile phone is having problem and I want to avail an onsite service.Now samsung customer care says they didn't provide onsite service in my area and asked me to go to the service center.

Actually the problem is not that i cannot go the service center, the main problem is I already had a bad experience with Samsung Service center.As few year back I bought a samsung phone and it was having connectivity problem and went to the service center and they told me to submit the phone in their counter and to collect it after 2 days. But when I went to the center after 2 days, They said that my phone is having a hardware problem and have to change the motherboard and I agreed to do so as it was under warranty, they said I have to wait for another 12 days as they are not having the parts with them. So, after 14 days i went there to collect my mobile, but surprisingly they said that the part is not arrived yet, so i have to wait for few more days and by doing so they took 48 days to deliver my phone back, by that time my warranty period was over, so I collected the phone and went to home and to add more to my surprise I saw my phone touch frequently get hanged and after a week or so i saw my touch completely not responding and as such i again took my phone to the service center and they checked the phone and said that i have to replace screen and ic and they asked Rs.6000 for the repair as it was not under warranty period.So i decide not to do repair as they were charging very high, so i want to a local shop were they opened my phone in front of me and checked the phone, they said that the screen is having problem as it is already repaired once so I have to replace that one but the thing is that I have never repaired my screen before so how come the screen is get repaired might be samsung and their service knew that one. By the way I got repaired my old phone from the local repair shop just for Rs 1800/- .

The conclusion of the whole story is that I don't trust Samsung Service center anymore and I want to opt for an ON-site repair service so that I know what they were doing with my phone. So that i don't mess up again. I would have gone for a local repair shop but the thing is that my phone is still under warranty and I paid for that while buying my phone...so I will avail that one..

Hopefully my problem will be resolved soon.

I don't want to go through that mental trauma which I had been gone through earlier, so I request you to replace my handset or send a technician for neccessary servicing or inspection whatewhatever you think is best, but I will not visit the service centre anyway.

Dear Team,

I purchased one Samsung mobile last year. Now from last month there is lot of problems like display, battery backup and too much heating . I went to service center on 23rd jan 2017 with all problems but till today problem is still same.

    Hi team,

    I have a basic question on products under warranty.
    My machine wasn't working and its still under warranty. The engineer came and identified an issue with the sensor. He seemed to be a beginner as he was always contacting his seniors over the phone for seeking help. He handled the machine quite unprofessionally, to uncover the parts or open them he damaged some parts of it as well.

    Somehow he managed to identify the reason and replaced the sensor. However the issue wasn't fixed.
    In due course of this opening and fixing, he damaged the top lid. Now this lid isn't in warranty and i am being asked to pay the amount for it which is unreasonable.

    I spoke to the customer service many a times and always received only one response, that i need to pay the charges for lid. This is totally ridiculous and unprofessional.
    Also the behavior in which the customer care supervisor mr. Bhaskar spoke was uncalled for.

    I request you to look into this matter seriously and get this resolved timely. Appreciate your help.

      Please note Samsung products are good but not the best. You are aware of it.

      Your email clearly shows how ignorant you are about the way your service center attend to the customers and about the way they carry out their jobs / duties. It has become monotonous for them that they do it for the heck of doing it to make fast money. This is what I have told Balaji, the manager of Velachery service center in Chennai. The job sheet is given to a customer after it has been filled up. How does one know about the terms mentioned in the job sheet unless we are informed of it. It is the duty of staff to inform a customer about transferring data prior giving an item for servicing. All the other service centers do so. Why can't Samsung follow the same procedure?
      I had already lodged an on line complaint about the incompetent staff which Samsung has. I had already mentioned in my on-line complaint about Ms.Arul Selvi who did not inform me of transferring data to SD card. She has no right to transfer data without my permission. In the process she deleted all the important Data / photos from my wife's tablet which she does for charity. Samsung service center staff are TOTALLY INCOMPETENT.

      Samsung has to reply to this rather than evading the problem.

      I had lodged an ON Line complaint of Samsung website. How come this person so called Hasis Mehta called me immediately as soon as I had sent the 'On Line " complaint. How does he know that I have lost important data and photos from my samsung tablet?
      This clearly shows that he a Samsung staff as mentioned by him. Yachna, if you claim the he is a false person and his mobile is switched off, then from where did he get both the phone numbers to which he made calls? This clearly indicates that he is a Samsung staff.

      Yachna, why don't to attend to my phone calls instead of avoiding it? What is it that that you are afraid of talking to me? How can you say that you cannot pay the money loss when Samsung is directly involved in this matter by passing the mobile numbers numbers. It is you that have passed the mob nbr etc.

      I have already filed a FIR against Samsung India and it is being followed up.

          Horrible Service by Samsung

          I am having the most premium and costly samart phone the Great samsung Galaxy S7edge, purchased (December 2016) at Rs. 50000/- on of cost but now I realize that its total wastage of money bcoz I don''t expect that its 2.5d gorilla glass, the most toughened glass back side panel of my mobile got break by just only hitting with some my table corner in my jeans paocket.. I don''t know why company provides corning gorilla glass in their samsung mobiles, but i am very disappointed that my mobile front side gorilla glass got break due to some light hit inside pocket with table.. I want samsung company to change my mobile front side panel free of cost.. If not then in future I never purchase any items of samsung in my life ever because this is not my first time, my first problem was charging battery back up, I went to service center three times after that they change my data cable.
          PATHETIC SERVICE by Samsung I''ve never seen.

          Now they are saying that I need to pay 990 rupees for one time screen replacement, however I'm not going to pay a single penny.

          it was mentioned gorilla glass but it got broken within 10 days .after lots of mails and discussions no use, no mails to higher officials are replied.
          samsung could better stop its quality less manufacture and drag customers into trouble.

            The feature of “FindMyMobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
            We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
            As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

                I hv a s7 edge samsung phone.. there is a problem with d phone. It is getting heated.. The cammera is blur..The phone gets hanged if my application used..and battery drains out in few hrs.. D phone is in WARRANTY..i hv submitted d phone in service centre 4 times..still there is error.. and still they are not ready to accept the problem and exchange my phone..

                  I am totally disappointed of Samsung LED TV which was purchased 18 months before. Several red color patches appeared in panel.
                  when I lodged the complaint, a engineer from Samsung came today check the issue said panel problem and the panel will be changed and its approx Rs 20, 000 plus.

                  I was big fan of Samsung and purchased Samsung product blindly (LED TD, Mobiles, washing m/c) but unfortunately I must say I am totally disappointed.
                  Your all produces are bad and not usable after one year. You guys are simple cheating your customer. How a very big MNC made a such a poor products.

                  I want Samsung to repair my LED TV else I will file a consumer complaint also make sure no one buys Samsung product in my family and friend circle.

                  2. I am still waiting for a suitable reply from your end. I have contacted many times to your head office, customer care as well as service centre and send many emails in this regard. But they are not giving me proper reply.

                  I am using unserviceable TV since 10 Nov 2016. Please look into the matter and do the needful .

                  Sir,

                  1. Please refer my complaint No. [protected] dated 10 Nov 16 for Samsung LED 32” (32H5100) registered against Mobile No. [protected].

                  2. With heavy heart after trying every way out to make things correct, I have been harassed to the level that I thought to right few words.

                  Right from the beginning -
                  (a) I have purchased the ‘Samsung LED 32 TV (32H5100)” of your esteemed company on 26 Aug 14 from my savings with extended warranty upto 25 Aug 17.

                  (b) In August 2014 I had made a mistake that I have bought Samsung LED 32 TV (32H5100) from your esteemed company, worth Rs. 29411/-.
                  Till mid of January 2015 (approx 5 months) TV worked well, but after that I got some issue with TV Panel. Then I called Samsung support they assigned one technician for the service. Technician found that problem is with TV panel, so he changed the TV panel after approx 10 days and my TV started working normally.

                  (c) As days passed, same thing starts happening again and again (approx every after six months), Every time I called to the samsung customer support, now here again the same process starts every times your engineer came and changed the TV panel. Within approx 2 years 3-4 Panel have been changed. So product is of Rs. 29411/- and in approx two years, your company has replaced the 4 panel (Rs. 15000/- X 4 panel) worth Rs. 60, 000/- (approx). This means that the life of this expensive TV panel is designed only for 5-6 months. This cannot be considered as a good industrial practice from a reputable manufacturer, not even from a road side manufacturer. Samsung personnel could not give any satisfactory reason on phone for such premature failure. It is not understood that what kind of product Samsung is manufacturing and what kind of technician Samsung is hiring who do not do end to end analysis of the products. Being an India’s leading Appliance Company, why your company don’t have any trained personnel to resolve this type of issues?

                  (d) Now again, since mid of October I am facing the same problem and lodge a complaint on 10 Nov 16, this time also your service engineer has told me to change the Panel, but this time I refuse to change the Panel. Because, when the last time the same problem was occurred, then also I refused to change the panel, but at that time I got a call from your head office (Ms Silki - +[protected] and she advised me to change the panel this time with assurance that if the same problem persist again in future then my TV will be replaced. Hence, I requested for replacement of TV / refund of my money back. I called up samsung customer care many times and asked to speak to senior in-charge or Zonal head but the call was not forwarded to any senior person. Now I have realised that Samsung services are pathetic and non reliable and quiet harassed by their behaviour.

                  (e) On 20 Dec 16, I got a call from Mr Rajesh (+[protected] and he offered me Rs. 19000/- against my TV which was refused by me. Because, it is not understood that on what basis your company is offering me Rs. 19000/- for my TV worth Rs. 29411/- + 3234/- (for extended warranty) = total 32645/-, as I am facing this problem since beginning and also my TV is under warranty.

                  (f) I have purchase Samsung LED TV because your brand is good. But right now I am not satisfied with your brand due to reasons stated above and it is getting a bad impression towards your esteemed company day by day. The company promises best of its products but all the promises seems to be fake. Having the company’s motto as “INSPIRE THE WORLD, CREATE THE FUTURE” is just a show as the company does not follow it. I wanted to pose a question on the quality control of Samsung appliances. Are they made to work for merely 5-6 months? Has most talked about ‘NEXT BIG THING” aimed to work for not more than 5-6 months? Claims that Samsung products are best in its category has also proved to be fake and hypothetical which has raised pro and cons in my blind faith with Samsung products. 99% of 32” LED TV sold by Samsung in Oct / Nov 2013 got the same malfunctioning i.e. Panel faulty and not one is being satisfied by the company. I regret that I had not bothered on their experience before purchasing a Samsung product. The company is pretending to be deaf and dump and selling a poor quality product in Indian market. Whether the company is not answerable to any one? It might be better to buy Qty 2 local branded TV (like Micromax, Panasonic etc.) in Rs. 30000/- Now, I promise myself - not to purchase any Samsung product in my life because, I have never seen such a branded company with low profile workers. Sorry if you heart by my words.

                  3. Sir, if I have to face such scenario after spending a lot of money on the branded product, I cannot afford this much of harassment. Hence, it is requested that kindly help in getting this issue resolved and give me relief by replacing my TV or by refunding my total money Rs. 29411/- including my extended warranty charge Rs. 3234/-, as I am facing this problem since beginning and also my TV is under warranty, else I am left with only option to take action against your esteemed company through Honourable Consumer Court / Media.

                  (b) In August 2014 I had made a mistake that I have bought Samsung LED 32 TV (32H5100) from your esteemed company, worth Rs. 29411/-.
                  Till mid of January 2015 (approx 5 months) TV worked well, but after that I got some issue with TV Panel. Then I called Samsung support they assigned one technician for the service. Technician found that problem is with TV panel, so he changed the TV panel after approx 10 days and my TV started working normally.

                  (c) As days passed, same thing starts happening again and again (approx every after six months), Every time I called to the samsung customer support, now here again the same process starts every times your engineer came and changed the TV panel. Within approx 2 years 3-4 Panel have been changed. So product is of Rs. 29411/- and in approx two years, your company has replaced the 4 panel (Rs. 15000/- X 4 panel) worth Rs. 60, 000/- (approx). This means that the life of this expensive TV panel is designed only for 5-6 months. This cannot be considered as a good industrial practice from a reputable manufacturer, not even from a road side manufacturer. Samsung personnel could not give any satisfactory reason on phone for such premature failure. It is not understood that what kind of product Samsung is manufacturing and what kind of technician Samsung is hiring who do not do end to end analysis of the products. Being an India’s leading Appliance Company, why your company don’t have any trained personnel to resolve this type of issues?

                  (d) Now again, since mid of October I am facing the same problem and lodge a complaint on 10 Nov 16, this time also your service engineer has told me to change the Panel, but this time I refuse to change the Panel. Because, when the last time the same problem was occurred, then also I refused to change the panel, but at that time I got a call from your head office (Ms Silki - +[protected] and she advised me to change the panel this time with assurance that if the same problem persist again in future then my TV will be replaced. Hence, I requested for replacement of TV / refund of my money back. I called up samsung customer care many times and asked to speak to senior in-charge or Zonal head but the call was not forwarded to any senior person. Now I have realised that Samsung services are pathetic and non reliable and quiet harassed by their behaviour.

                  (e) On 20 Dec 16, I got a call from Mr Rajesh (+[protected] and he offered me Rs. 19000/- against my TV which was refused by me. Because, it is not understood that on what basis your company is offering me Rs. 19000/- for my TV worth Rs. 29411/- + 3234/- (for extended warranty) = total 32645/-, as I am facing this problem since beginning and also my TV is under warranty.

                  (f) I have purchase Samsung LED TV because your brand is good. But right now I am not satisfied with your brand due to reasons stated above and it is getting a bad impression towards your esteemed company day by day. The company promises best of its products but all the promises seems to be fake. Having the company’s motto as “INSPIRE THE WORLD, CREATE THE FUTURE” is just a show as the company does not follow it. I wanted to pose a question on the quality control of Samsung appliances. Are they made to work for merely 5-6 months? Has most talked about ‘NEXT BIG THING” aimed to work for not more than 5-6 months? Claims that Samsung products are best in its category has also proved to be fake and hypothetical which has raised pro and cons in my blind faith with Samsung products. 99% of 32” LED TV sold by Samsung in Oct / Nov 2013 got the same malfunctioning i.e. Panel faulty and not one is being satisfied by the company. I regret that I had not bothered on their experience before purchasing a Samsung product. The company is pretending to be deaf and dump and selling a poor quality product in Indian market. Whether the company is not answerable to any one? It might be better to buy Qty 2 local branded TV (like Micromax, Panasonic etc.) in Rs. 30000/- Now, I promise myself - not to purchase any Samsung product in my life because, I have never seen such a branded company with low profile workers. Sorry if you heart by my words.

                  3. Sir, if I have to face such scenario after spending a lot of money on the branded product, I cannot afford this much of harassment. Hence, it is requested that kindly help in getting this issue resolved and give me relief by replacing my TV or by refunding my total money Rs. 29411/- including my extended warranty charge Rs. 3234/-, as I am facing this problem since beginning and also my TV is under warranty, else I am left with only option to take action against your esteemed company through Honourable Consumer Court / Media.

                    Hi, i am from noida and raised my complaint for washing machine which was not working and under warranty on 22nd feb. 2017.

                    After that service engineer visited my home and inform about problem, without resolving it and change the accessories he just reverted to his service center team for close the complaint and shown it resolved.

                    I chased that service engineer multiples times. And again made the complaint on 25th feb 2017. He again given me time to come but still not resolved the problem and gone away by saying that on coming 28th feb it will be done.

                    We are facing much trouble and regular follow ups also waste our time and money...

                    So bad services, no time value of customers...

                      I am facing the same problem from the starting when i bought this mobile but i came to know this problem when people complain me about that your no. Is not reachable. I went to sercvice centre 3 times in the last few months and subit my request for the same problem but still i am facing same problem. Last time i went to service centre according to them they have changed some parts in the mobile. I dont have much time to go again and again tio service centre in patiala as i am working outside the city where service centre is not available. Please look for this problem seriously, the details are :

                        I hereby going to state that, I have bought a Samsung LED TV (UA55F8000ARMXL) from KEJRIWAL STEEL CO., H.S. Road, Opp Hotel Natraj, Dibrugarh, Assam. After install the TV at home found that the some function is not working on the TV. As per Samsung concern person that the company has forgot to installed an internel mechanical unit in the TV.( Worth aprox Rs. 26000/-)

                        While the same was negotiated with local samsung dealer of Dibrugarh, they have behaved, unbecomingly and in a unpolite manner. They denied to attend the grievance anymore.

                          Since we bought this 2 door fridge, every year we are facing technical challenges with motor noise. Everytime we called customer service, after initial million queries they enroll the complain and every time the local 3rd party technician comes open the panel do nothing yet charge the visit saying I will come back with the replacement part and never turn up until numerous phone calls to service center.when called the station head, his response was very rude to my wife by saying why are you calling us directly without going through call center..I bought together automatic washing machine and that too is having problem every now and then.
                          Samsung products are not only substandard but your after sales service is very poor.
                          Latest complain was placed on Feb.13th and the Service request# [protected] what was closed by service engineer Mr. Aftab without fixing the problem..

The price of these item is to be listed by samsung india on amazon on behalf of all the seller. The discount is given by samsung india. So you guys are totally responsible for that because it a samsung authorised seller. I also read amazon tieup with e-commerce for online sales. You have to deliver my order i also contact amazon regarding this they said it's a third party seller of samsung they are responsible you have to contact them not us. I filed a complaint against samsung and amazon in consumer court. You guys first offer gud discount and then cancel and give fake reasons. This practise is going on. I know something is fishy here one of the bad experience with samsung and amazon. I[censored] can't offer then why u committ sir. Sir we are middle class family when we purchase something new got excited alot intact we do aarti or pooja of that thing on hope it's work longer. We purchase these with lots of hope and in joint family all of them excited. Even my grandmother ask daily fridge kab aayega. Sry for getting personal i know it's not a big thing for you.                               Actually Us Care Center Wale ke Employee ne mera Phone khola tha wo Usi se toota tha, aur ye ek internal fault tha so Wo Care wala Uska blame mujh pr daal rha tha.

                              Fir maine '[protected]' se le kr aaj '[protected]' tak bohut bar call ki but Customer care executives aur Unke Seniors ne mera time he waste kiya hai koi Solution nhi nikaala meri complaint ka.                                       Hi,

                                      I have purchased Samsung Galaxy On8 Handset on 20/10/16. After 18 th day of purchase I am facing RESET DEVICE ISSUE populating on my device. I have taken my device to the Samsung service center and they have told that issue with software so once reset the device everything will be okay. After their service I used my mobile 12 – 14 days and again had the same issue. (For emergency purpose I had to restart my device to use normally but it’s not the solution). There is no improvement with their service and I never faced such a worst service ever. Because all they do is software update only. They cannot even identify the Issue and no technicians explain about why it’s causing.

                                      When I request to the customer service that issues is not rectified they suggest me to reach out another service center. If I have to look for the service center In order to get better solution then I have to keep on moving till the warranty period. After that they don’t care about it. And where in service center the first two complaints were not register in a job sheet instead they ask to sing in a document. I have clearly told them that my handset has the repeated issue.

                                      Whenever go for the complaint I have to explain the whole story to them and they simply proceed with the mobile updates. It seems to not considering the customer words and thoughts. If I ask what causing with my mobile they don’t have answer, then why should I come for service rather throw out this
                                      handset. After 2 rd service on Jan 3 rd they told me we are not seeing any issue and I show them issue again. After that they had the same software updates and give back to me. Feb 2 I had same issue with noisy voice while watching videos in locally. They told service center we can only do service we don’t have option for replacement mobile. I had several calls to customer care and higher officers they told that next time issue will not be and they give back my mobile on Feb 8th. Again 4 th time on Feb 18 I had same issue now a day’s noisy sounds coming when issue populating. Now they are telling sir, please don’t install any app for two days and we will look into that. They have no clue why it’s causing and I don’t want to continue using Samsung products. I need money back either need a replacement mobile.

                                      If actions are not taken for these issues I would prefer consumer court to take care of this case. And I would write review throughout social media about why issue is not rectified. I don’t understand why such a long time period required for these issues.

                                      This Four months I had several calls to the customer executive officers and higher officers though I find 0% of solution for this issue. I prefer replacement Mobile not adding someone for service. And I don’t want to do that.

                                      I am getting reply like this but this is not helping me. If i get any repair again and i have to go to service center. Which means i have to walk through service center till i get the solution. I need a final solution either replacement.

                                        Hi sir my name is sarita kamlesh jaiswal i purchased samsung galaxy j2 on 19.08.16, bill no-1690 at the cost of 7500 but on the date 07.02.2017 there was a crack in the display so the next day i took it to the service centre near khar station the cost for repairing the display was 3500 and the phone was to be returned in max 6 days but it now it has become more than 15 days but i have not got my phone yet so sir plez do sumthing to help
