Updated by Chandini232629 Reference number [protected]. I have already sent a mail earlier this day regarding my distress. Ive called the customer care only to learn that my complaint has already been closed on 9th FEB. Moreover the person named Swarti has closed the complaint.
FIrstly, when i last spoke to her i was not happy with her answer at all,
Secondly, i asked her to respeak with her team for a better solution and she had promised me a call back the next day after speaking to her team, the call still not yet received.
The following days i called the call centre several times and there was no response and Swarti extension number[protected] extension 9684 was also unanswered.
What authority she has to close the complaint, and before closing the complaint it is my RIGHT TO BE INFORMED and obtain consent which is not adhered to by this woman.
The hurry in closing the complaint goes to prove that you are on the WRONG SIDE and don't want to redress the grievance.
I personally request you to take action on this woman for her high handedness in favoring the company and not bothered about the consumer rights.
Is this the service that you train your employees to give to your customers.
If this is the high handed and inconsiderate defiant behaviour i'm going to get from your company you can definitely expect me to go legal as my consumer RIGHT to be informed is violated.
