Hi,
I bought samsung led tv (Ua43j5570aulxl) six months back. It is wall mounted by samsung executive, recently i saw some vertical lines on display so i called customer care and a registered complaint. Two days later service person came and he saw vertical lines and said your tv display is broken and it does not come under warranty. I argued with him that how can he say that it does not come under warranty because we have spent more than 50000 rupees on this product. We only three people live at home my mother and father is above 60, they don't even touch the tv. He did not care my comments, took a photo of tv and went on filling a form saying display is broken. Next day i raised one more complaint, later a person called me then i discussed about the issue, couple of days later i got a mail saying your repair cost for the tv is rs. 22770/-.

I don't have any other option than complaining about the samsung tv in consumer court, i still cant believe how can samsung make such poor quality products and blame customers for the faulty product they supply. Within seven months display is damaged. This will definitely degrade the company's brand name in the market and as a samsung customer i feel guilty about choosing the product.

I think government should impose strict laws on maintaining quality of consumer products. I sincerely feel this is not fair from samsung, as a customer i purchased product with lot of hope and reliability. I request samsung to repair the tv and resolve the problem.

    In the month of october, 2016 i had purchased my s7 edge, but recently the earphones given with the mobile is showing some internal problem.
    I had filed my problem at the service center(located in mp nagar, bhopal) at the end of January 2017 and they said they would give the new ones within 3-4 days.It has been more than 15 days but i havent received my earphones.Every time i ask them about my complaint, the only answer i receive is to come back after 2 days.the employees also show disrespect to their customers and talk abusively to them.

    I lost my bill so, please issue my duplicate bill with the reference of IMEI number of IMEI: 359932/06/43268D/5, IMEI: 359933/06/43268D/3, mobile... so, that I can make service as early. Model number: SM-A500G/DS.
    I purchased Samsung handset Samsung j5 prime on after one day i face problem while using back button . I also complaint in Samsung care for this problem and they reply that replace my handset but when I contact to customer care they said that they did not replace mobile but repair it . so I want to complaint about it .

      On 3 Feb 2017, I received Android Nougat operating system(OS) update for my Samsung-S7 device and after the update, the device lost all the data and apps like Samsung Knox stopped working, for this to fix I went to my near Samsung service center on the same day and they degraded the system OS and reupdated the device to older OS, but when I checked later the problem was not solved, so again I went to the Service center on 4 Feb and now this time they created the job sheet and submitted my device and they told me that the device is showing warranty void and we have to overhaul the device software from ground up, for which I have to pay 230 Rs installation charges I agreed and left the device with them, later on, that day I received the call from service center and they told me that to fix the software problem we have to replace the device Motherboard and I have to pay around 18-19 thousand Rs for which when I questioned they gave no clear reason for charges and told me to call Samsung Customer Support the customer support told me that I don't have to pay for the charges because device is still in one year warranty, but the service center didn't agree and said that device is showing warranty void and we can not fix this under warranty, my device was working perfectly fine before OTA update and now I had lost all my device data and also I am been asked to pay for the charges, Please help regarding the resolution of this problem I had no other spare mobile handset to use and loosing my work productivity.

        I have purchased my phone just before 2 month. It has heating issue. I phone used continuously for 20 mins, or been connected via Bluetooth or sharing of file the phone heats up a lot.
        Even can't talk for a longer time.
        After using for a while it gets heated a lot.
        I won't to complaint about it and want it's to be replaced or money back.

Problem Details- due to hanging problem in phone i gave my phone in Sc 4TH TIME AND THEY CHANGED THE PANEL OF THE phone AND SMS ME PICK YOUR PHONE. BUT I WANTS REPLACEMENT .I forbade them to open the phone for servicing ... but SC opened my phone they changed the pannel then they are giving the phone ... so I don't want this phone now I want replacement .second finger sensor not work properly.

              Respected sir,
              I have purchased a mobile handsert model no. - samsung galaxy j2 (16), imei no. [protected] of rs. 9750/- from shree telecom, city centre, durgapur, west bengal.
              Sir, my mobile hand set is presently not working and it is totally stopped. I already lodge a complaint to customer support samsung with reference no. [protected] and also visit to repair my hand set from raniganj, customer service, west bengal, but they denied and informed that you have to paid the full cost of repairing. Sir, i purchased the mobile on[protected] and got 01 year warranty period and at present i have used it only 04 months. I have already made a complaint on online samsung care through e-mail on 09.02.2017 but they do not respond any till date.
              Hence, it is requested that you may please look into the matter and help me to provide warranty period facility to repair/replace the same as per rule.

                I had purchased a fridge with model number RR19K173ZUZ on 10/11/2016 from TOP TEN Electronic Shoppe, Vashi Navi Mumbai.After 1 week we got to know about the problem in the product. It was vibrating and the food materials in the fridge began to decay. I had called the Top Ten Shop 3 to 4 times and told them about the problem, but it fell on deaf years. Then there was noise coming from the back of the fridge.I personally visited the showroom and lodged a complaint on 30/01/17. The complaint no was - [protected]. The service Engg. came and recorded the noise and went .I did not sign the call sheet at that time. I had told the service Engg that i want the whole set to be replaced. He again came on 03/02/2017.At that time i was not at home.My Wife was at home and she had a fracture in her leg and was bedridden.The Engg directly changed the compressor without informing my wife and after replacing informed her.She did not sign the call sheet at that time also.
                Even after replacing the compressor the refrigerator is not working properly.The Jam and other materials gets melted inside it.Also sometimes there is not proper cooling.I am not at all satisfied with this service.I am a very old customer of yours and I had faith in your quality and service.That is the reason I had opted for this product .
                Also I have been telling TOP TEN Store to replace the entire set but they too are not responding. I had lodged a complaint again recently with complaint no.[protected], but still there is no response from your side.
                I am sorry to inform you that I and my Wife both are not satisfied with the product.
                It has been only 1 week after buying the product it had problems.So I am requesting you to please replace the entire set .Waiting for your Favourable Reply.

                Respected Sir/Madam,
                I appreciate your prompt response. Your Customer Service team had visited my house on 14/02/1017. The service Engg. checked the temperature of the refrigerator and told us that it was not perfect.he adjusted the temperature and told that now everything is fine and the problem is solved.He came again after 3 hrs and checked the temperature and told that it is working properly now and send the photo of the temperature to your customer service department.But here the main issue was that he manually set the temperature of the refrigerator and told us that it was working fine and the next day morning at 6 AM my wife opened the fridge and saw that the milk was frozen and the kneaded Wheat Atta was also frozen.It had become like a rock. My child had to go to school without milk and without tiffin. Then we got to know that the service engg. had just set the temperature temporarily to show that everything was working properly.
                The Samsung service department had closed the complaint and I got a call from their Delhi office that their Engg. has submitted a report that the Refrigerator is working properly now.But I would like to inform you that the refrigerator still is not working fine.I have removed all the products from the fridge as they are either getting frozen or they are getting fungus on them.I had showed this to your service Engg as well. The service Incharge Mr. Ashish Jhariwala has send a wrong report about the product. Also i had mentioned in my earlier complaint dated on 11/02/2017 that the service Engg. had without asking my wife changed the Compressor.This was not acceptable.
                I am the President of a Trust GREEN GLOBAL INDIA. We work on Global Warming and Planting Trees all over INDIA. I had purchased this product so that it will help my family but instead it has created lot of problem for myself and my family. I am not able to go out for my work as there is always some problem with the Refrigerator. My wife and children have lost faith in the product and there is a sense of fear developed in them as earlier they had got shock by touching it. I had purchased a Samsung product due to their reputations and quality service.But they have let down. I again request you to please replace the entire KIT as constant repairs have made this refrigerator unacceptable. Waiting for your favorable reply.

                  I raised a service request ([protected]) for installation of split AC on Monday, 6th February. I was assured that the installation will be done at 7pm on 6th February. I waited for 48 hours and then called up the customer care on 8th. I was again assured that service would be provided on the same. However, nobody called me. So, I again called up the customer care on 9th. This time again I was told that the service would be provided the same day. When I asked how the customer care agent makes sure that the service will be provided this time when nobody contacted me for the past 3 days. The customer care guy told me that he is writing a strong message to service center and they will provide the service the same day. It's been more than 48 hours after that call and six days after the original request, nobody has called me. Such a callous attitude from customer care agents and agents is not acceptable.

                    I have purchased Samsung MC28H5025VK/DP 28 litre Convention Microwave Tandoor online on 18th Jan, 2016. I have got one contact number for free demo - [protected] - Sandeep, I have called this person on Wednesday 8th Feb and as per our conversation I have provided him my complete address and product detail and also convenient time for demo which was Sat - 11 Feb before 12 PM. Today when i have called that person he is completely unaware that he was suppose to come today for demo also he is saying provide me address again and will be available only after 1-1.30 PM. I will be out after 12.00 PM and now next weekend also not available. I am highly irritated, now have to wait for long time to get demo. I am not at all happy with the service I am getting, not sure what will happen if i had any issue with Product and i call service guy. This was my first Samsung Product purchase and m not at all happy with service.

                      I brought the refrigerator on 22/01/2015 . first issue came in warranty period itself in december 2016 and spend Rs.5641/- second issue came on 2/3/16 claim no [protected] that time Rs.2601/- and again issue started on 10/9/2016. i made a several complaint then several technician came & given various issue but no uniform feedback.

                      recently i made a online complaint id 1477276. from samsung Mr. Mayank spoken several time . but still now issue is not resolved. over of 10 days no response from samsung team. my last door to knock Consumer court. i lost patience. Awaiting for the proper reply. unit as to be replaced.

                        In the month of January I've purchased a new Samsung On7 mobile from Flipkart an online shopping website initially its been working fine but after few days my hang so much in other words I can say unresponsive and freezes alot, Sometime I can't even pick up any phone calls on my mobile and also gets overheated so I called to the Flipkart's Customer Service for a replacement but they just denied and mentioned that if it is within 10 days period so they can replace or else not then they suggested me to walk Samsung Store so walked up to the store for a replacement and they also denied for a replacement with no reason and just for the customer etiquetes they updated the software but no joy later after few minutes it started freezing again so my question is why I can't get a replacement of this samsung mobile phone from Flipkart or Samsung itself.

                          This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased Samsung Refrigerator Model RT50H50809SL from your Dealer EZONE, Great India Place Noida for a consideration of Rs 53990.04 paid with the Invoice No 91475207 on 5th Apr'15

                          The said refrigerator has suffered from the following defects:
                          1. In a short period of 10 months only suddenly the refrigerator stopped cooling therefore I raised a complaint at the samsung service center. Henceforth the service engineer came after 2-3 days and he reported that the gas has leaked. so he came the next day to repair the tubes which had leakage and refill the gas.
                          2. In another 10 days, there came up another major issue in the refrigerator. All sudden, it sounded like it's fan had become a mini generator and started making an annoying sound and the cooling stopped in the refrigerator portion. Again, I raised the complaint to Samsung service center, the technician visited after 3-4 days and analysed the product, he reported that apart from that noisy fan there were other issues with the refrigerator. As per his report, defrosting was not functioning and the thermal fuse was faulty as well.
                          As we faced so many issues with the new refrigerator during the warranty period, I requested Samsung team for the replacement of the refrigerator but Samsung team insisted on repairing the unit. Ever since then I have been following up with EZONE AND Samsung service center and lodging complains plus i have spoken to numerous so called "managers" but all went in vain. Ultimately, I decided to get the refrigerator repaired on a condition that samsung would extend the warranty period by one year. And within that one year if I face more problems the refrigerator would be replaced.

                          Samsung agreed to this and extended the warranty till 5th June 2017.

                          3. Again in November'16 again the refrigerator started leaking, again I raised the complaint and technician informed that the defrost is not working and the ice getting deposited and the drain is getting chocked. He failed to diagnose the issue & adviced to switch off the refrigerator for 2 days so that ice would melt.

                          4. On 3rd Feb'17 again the refrigerator started leaking, again the complaint was raised and technician visited informed that again the defrost is not working, ice is getting deposited and the drain is chocked again. Technician still does not know what the actual issue is. He is recommending to stop the refrigerator for another 2 days.

                          I have reported the above matter to Samsung & Ezone several times and also requested - as the refrigerator yields improper service and needs replacement of spare parts during the warranty period, it clearly indicates manufacturing defects. The manufacturer and the dealer are severally and jointly liable to either replace such a unit or refund the purchase price. But despite all my pleadings you have not replaced the refrigerator and it is giving troubles again and again which is indeed regrettable and highly unprofessional.

                          You are hereby finally called upon to
                          • Return the price / charges paid, and
                          • Pay compensation for financial loss suffered due to your negligence,

                          Failing to do so within 10 days I will pursue a consumer court case on samsung india.

                              I purchased my device in November with a regret of not able to purchase Note 7. I was prettt happy until I had heating issue, I visited service centre and submitted my phone, aftet a day they called me and said it's working fine has only softwarw issue, I trusted them and used it but after heating issue Samsung was not happy with my phone they wanted to create a problem my bad luck I updated phone to Nougat and now I am having LCD problem I visited service center and they said its new feature in Nougat I thought they sayung truth (Purple Lines on Screen). Luckily my brother uses S7 edge too we exchanged our phones to see is it really a feature but after few days I notices his phone had nothing like purple lines, Samsung Service Centres are master at cheating people. I don't know why Samsung India treates Kashmir as a free separate country they have very biased service in Kashmir, they don't have parts available, they don't replace your phones, they never repair phone on time. I am requesting Samsung India to please replace my headset, I don't want my LCD replaced

                                My smartphone is not charging even in 4 hrs. Facing this problem from last 2 and half months. It charges 80% in 2 hrs and after that charges 1% in 15 minutes. When charging reaches to 94-95% it drops back to 90% and doesn't increase in even half hr. I'd contacted samsung helpline no many times, every time they say visit samsung centre. I'd visited samsung care centre three times, but they are not able to understand the problem. First time they updated software, second time after waiting for 2 hrs they said software will be downgraded and we need time to download those updates and gave me their contact number and said call us tomorrow. I called and they said again call tomorrow. After 2-3 days I went there and they downgraded the software but problem is still same. I tried everything like used different charger, tried charging in switch off mode, but of no use. My phone is just 5 months old. I am not going again to samsung care centre. I just want my money back, I don't need any stupid excuse anymore. I bought this phone at rs 19000 and the same money I want back, no replacement else I will file a case in consumer court.

                                  Bought on - Sept 2015

                                  Sent for repairing on 6th Feb 2017, as the battery was not holding charge as had severe problem with charging and constant charging was required to keep the phone on.

                                  Samsung Repair Services people come back to us and say that the bill is around[protected] !!!

                                  When asked why, they say that the battery has got bulged because of which the display got gone when the device was kept in the oven (in order to dismantle the phone). And now that the display is gone- I have to pay for the new display !!!

                                  I don't understand why i have to pay for the display if it was not even damaged. When i asked then the same. They reply to me saying that i can choose to keep damaged display if i don't want to change it !!!

                                  Its just been a year or so and the battery starts bulging !!! That too a Samsung Note 5 - After paying so much for the phone
                                  Why should i pay for something that they broke ? Or even otherwise, it isn't my fault that the display got damaged.

                                  I want my phone with the perfect display that i had handed it over to them along with the phone repaired - (battery and charging port replaced).

                                  I bought my phone on date 27.12.2016.
                                  As it is a VOLTE enabled phone, i was using volte in this but suddenly the volte option disappeared. I replaced my sim 3 times . Everytime i replace my sim it again works for 2 days then again VOLTE GETS DISAPPEARS . There is problem in this phone please exchange my phone.

                                    I had bought a Samsung double door refrigerator on 30th March 2016, within 2 months of buying the refrigerator, we started facing Cooling issues with it. So, when we informed the Samsung technical team about it, they sent an engineer to our place who apparently did a thorough inspection of the fridge and concluded that, there was no problem with the fridge and it was functioning fine.Even though we felt that the cooling was not enough. On the first week of January 2017, the cooling in the refrigerator drastically reduced as things began to rot and Ice started to deposit in the air vent of the Refrigerator( REFERENCE NO.[protected] .So, we raised a complaint with Samsung customer helpline and they promised to send an engineer within 24 hours, but that never happened . After complaining everyday for almost a week, they sent an engineer who suggested a part needs to be changed and
                                    It would take 3-5 days for the part to be shipped.Almost 2 weeks passed and yet there was no response from them, after calling up everyday they finally replaced the part and said the problem was solved, But it was just the beginning. The same problem started again within 3 days and even after making numerous calls, numerous emails everyday there was no response from their side at all.I have tried every possible means of contacting them and getting my complaint heard but they don't seem to care at all.We couldn't keep anything in our refrigerator for almost 30 days as everything was getting spoilt. Its almost a month now and still there is no response at all from their side.Everyday i make calls to them and all i hear is 'We'll call back within 24 hours' which never happens. I haven't faced any such issue with any company in my life and this is by far the worst service experience i have ever had.

                                        I brought my mobile handset(samsung galaxy a5-2016)for battery problem @kohli telecommunication samsung service centre ambala city, haryana.m My phone battery was swelled up and the centre refused to cover it in warranty which shown on another service centre was easily taken into account and ultimately resolved by replacing the battery. Have never seen such double standards. Such a pathetic experience and such a ridiculous service centre.
