    My service request [protected] logged in on Tuesday 7 Feb. Technician asked me to empty and switch off my fridge overnight (which I have done) and is now refusing to come and check it as he says his team is not equipped to service this model. Why did he ask me to switch it off if he had no intention to repair? Logged complaint again one hour ago but no confirmation SMS yet.     The technicians did finally show up on two separate days as the first guy just screened the problem. I am told the appliance is irreparable and have been informed on phone by one Mr John that I am eligible to get a depreciated value as money back. Have sent him invoice copy on what's app but have not received any response. Can someone close this please so I can make space for a new fridge ?
    Facing problem during new insatalltion app.i want to insatll more app or want to move some app from device to sd card.bt its come erroer that i have no storge. Plz resolve my problem and suggest me how i could use more app in my galaxy on7 mobile handset.mail id - [protected]@gmail.com

      I have purchased a refrigerator from Samsung Smart Plaza Fundamental Electronics Pvt Ltd (Ballygunge Phari Kolkata.) RT28K3953PZ, 253L Frost free on 28th October 2016. ( INVOICE NO. FEBG/16-17/04252) made payment of Rs. 23000.00 by swiping my State Bank of India Debit Card. I WAS assured that I would get a cash back of 5% of the amount Rs. 23000.00, and this would be credited to my SBI A/c within 90 days.
      But I am very sorry to inform you that till date I have not yet received the same. I went to the store and enquired and they asked me to consult my SBI branch which I did, but they told me that the bank had nothing to do with it and they cannot help me in this regard. I once again visited your Samsung store, but nothing positive has outcomed. It's been more than 90 days. ..and I am still awaiting for my cash back. Now what should I make out of it. ...Samsung has given a false commitment to its customer, which I never expected from a big company like Samsung. I HAVE ALL THE PAYMENT RECEIPTS and all the related documents where it has been clearly mentioned that the cash back would be credited on to my A/c within 90 days. I want you to take immediate and necessary steps to ensure that I get the cash back at the earliest.
      Please give me a feedback at the earliest. I am awaiting a quick response.

        I bought samsung galaxy j7 prime 3 months ago, one problem was occuring in my phone that the battery level of my phone automatically get up without charging so for this issue i submitted my phone to my nearest samsung service center maa communication in kotla, but 4 times i submitted my from 21 jan 2017 till now the issue is not resolved.for first three times i submitted the phone i got the same jobsheet number i.e.[protected] and for the forth time i demanded different jobsheet not repeated so got jobsheet no.[protected].when i asked the senior (ajay rana) that why my issue has not been resolved so he talked to me in inappropriate manner and doesnt gave me any reason and when i told him that i will complaint about him he told that "complain about me i dont care".now i had suferre a lot from last 2-3 weeks now i dont want to go service center again and again.

          Dear samsung,

          I Ordered samsung on nxt from samsung official website shop.samsung.com on 15 jan 2017 my order id is[protected] and got it deliverd on 19 jan 2017, when opened the product and checked my phone i noticed that the back button was not working, when i called to samsung estore number [protected] within 24 hrs they told to go to samsung service center and get a DO letter from there, On 20 jan 2017 when i go to samsung service center in kotla (maa communication) they denied to make DO letter they excused that their is a scratch at top of phone they wll not make the letter.Then again i called to estore and told them about the conversation they asked to mail the phone invoice details and images of the phone and box.Then i got a reply from estore to call on the number[protected] and told them about the phone, then i called on the number they gave me the reference number [protected] and told me to go to service center and to communicate the service center employee with the service team and gave them the reference number.Then after the communication between the employee and the service team they told me to make a jobsheet of phone and submitted my phone and told that the issue will be forwarded to the samsung headquarters my jobsheet number is [protected].then i got reply from service center that i had to pay 3500 rs to them to repair my phone, then i got mail from a1.[protected]@partner.samsung.com that i will get 50% discount on repairing cost if i get it repaired in 7 days. If i had bought new phone and got defected product then why should i pay the repairing
          cost to them as my phone is in full warranty.niether i got DO letter nor i got my phone repaired and not got any help from your side.

            Date:- 12/12/2016, Bill No - [protected], Whenever i submit my phone for screen damage that time they said to come after 1 week.i am going after 1 week that time they said to submit ur accessories & bill & 1 cancelled check for against product coz its not possible to repair . i submitted all things at 19/12/2017.they said come after 1 month for collect the check . on 07/01/2017 they called me for a check the check amount is 17, 931/- but the real amnt is 24, 993/- they not give me that check coz the check amnt n system amnt is not matched they said i send this check back to them come after 1month then whenever i following them by phone they said wait for a 15 day or 30 days bt today date 08/02/2017 they again send me the same amnt not a system amnt .

              Sir,

              With reference to bill no. [protected] related to repair samsung jet cell (Display Damage) on 21.01.2017 but after a week they infromed that above cell has been misplaced by the service center care and care services pvt. ltd.Allahabad 211001. Now they are making execuses. It is pertinent to mention that customer care provider has entered the particulars wrongly on the acknowledgementof service request and they also marked that it is out of warranty but it under warranty period (boght the cell on 24.01.2016 and submit cell on 21.01.2017 at service center).
              kindly resolved the matter at the earliest.

                They did not change the part(charging assembly of rs 2500 around) and said for price to pay.. (for samsung galaxy s6)

                DO NOT GO to the PREET VIHAR SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER.
                PLEASE FIND ANOTHER ONE

                i heard many complaints from police station of preet vihar, the officer said they do like this all the time to make fool the customers beacuse customers cannot see what they are doing with their phone

                i went to samsung service center at preet vihar (delhi), i had some some software issue (it hangs and then turn off then not going on for few hours)
                i tried to turn on the phone then it does not getitng on properly, and then suddenly turn off and seems like to be dead.

                service center tech person make on my phone by opening in safe mode and update it and then they said we changed the part and you have to pay 2500 around money and they did not open my phone because i know when they open the phone they have to remove the tempered glass for picking the screen from vacuum and i was constantly watching my phone through mirror,

                then they again ask to pay the price and did not ask and tell me that your charging part is dead..

                then i said but you did not open my phone they did not reply i said many times

                then they said you come with dead
                phone we are giving you back dead phone then they put my phone in heater to open it and replace the my good charging assembly to dead one..
                i was saying do not open my phone just wait for few minutes but they were not listing to me they try to do fast to open that forcefully

                then i call police then one officer came they says we give the phone just i have to pay the money or they are not giving the phone

                  I had requested a service appointment for my TV through customer care, being product ref. [protected] for my Samsung LED TV which was not getting switched "ON"
                  On 21.12.2016, a service engineer was deputed to look into the matter from Samsung. He inspected the TV and gave a report that the "TV panel needed to be replaced or better go for a new one" this was the verse told by the service personnel. An inspection receipt being no. 36066 dtd 21.12.2016 was issued for this. I have also attached the receipt of the same.
                  Since I was not satisfied by his report, I approached a local TV Mechanic. He inspected the TV and informed that the power unit is defective and needs replacement. Accordingly the same was replaced with a new one. Now my TV is working without any trouble and perfectly fine.
                  It may be mentioned here that the mechanic managed to get the TV "on" for about one and half hrs on the earlier power unit. If I had believed the report of your service personnel, it would have costed me a minimum amt. of Rs. 25000 for purchase of a new TV.
                  After getting repaired by local mechanic I tried to contact SAMSUNG service centre, and tell about the details, I couldn't get any response from your people even after repeated calls from my side. The address of the service centre was:
                  R Logic Technology Services (I) Pvt Ltd, Ernakulam 682016 phone[protected].
                  Kindly look into the matter since my trust on SAMSUNG has been broken and it has been a very bad experience for me with SAMSUNG. As I am a regular customer and all my home appliances are from SAMSUNG, now I do not trust on the credibility of the service provided by SAMSUNG.

                    3. What about the dent which is came through your transportation negligence.
                    4. Now already we lost 1 year & we have not using proper advantage of new refrigerator for that we spent 24, 000 INRS.
                    5. Who will be responsible if my warranty period is over.
                    6. Please understand we had taken loan for purchase the refrigerator.
                    7. Still you are not sent any responsible engineer to investigate this issue.

                    Kindly look into this matter & replace by new one with same model.

                    Regret to say that, we are very much disappointed after purchase the Refrigerator from Samsung since after purchasing(Purchase Date-2nd Feb''16) near about 6 months we are facing problem in fridge i.e. Cooling problem, in freezer no ice formation. We had contacted to dealer but he puts hands off and advised, please contact to Samsung service center at toll free number in Karnal (Haryana State). We had contacted but they have not responding proper after 9 to 10 days one technician has come & said us we have to take your refrigerator in our work shop (Karnal). After 10 days he returned back our refrigerator with lots of dent in body & said madam now ok & it’s working. We sacrificed & think ok now our refrigerator is working. However after 20 days again we are facing same problem in our refrigerator. It went twice in the span of 3 days at your service center (work shop).

                    Now again today we are facing same problem in our refrigerator.

                    Please tell me now what to do. See we are not belonging any rich family it is very difficult for us to purchase new one & this refrigerator was purchased in Rs. 23, 500 (Twenty three thousand five hundred) and we had taken loan from my family member’s for purchase.

                    Kindly look into this matter & replace by new one with same model.

                        This is in regards to the complaint of my Samsung handset (SM-N9000ZKEECT), bearing serial # (RF1DA3GZW3A) - Quality issue of screen replacement.

                        I got my Note 3 phone screen replaced at Samsung service centre on 6th January 2017, Being the trusted brand I have spent INR 7500/- on replacement of screen of my handset (which I have been using since last 2 years).

                        It again got damaged of it on within 2 days while phone was kept on charging. I visited the service centre, detailed the situation and since 16th January 2017 my handset is lying in service centre. I am awaiting response from the Samsung service centre as well as the customer care executives, but there is no response.

                        I complained about it online that it is major Quality issue and requested for its rectification as it was in Warranty period. But again no positive response from their end and in they denied fixing it.

                        As customer I expect that the issue should be resolved in a healthy manner with a resolution, but Samsung is reverting for my mails and calls.

                        Would like to put forward that quality of screen was poor which was fixed as replacement due to which the screen got damaged within 3 days. It is major issue of cheating the customers and money making trick for their profits.

                        My phone had been lost and I m asking for the insurance since 6-7 months but there are telling to wait more and they are saying it from 6 months how much I have to wait for it now I can take it more.

                            Dear sir my mob samsung j5pro is under warranty.date of purchase is aug 2016 through on line.Now mob is working perfectly except batyery is not charging, charger is ok.so on 6-2-16 my wife submit the mob to your customer service centre vasco.They ask huge amount of repairing charge without checking or opening my mob because the mob is purchased through online.and after when the mechanic opening my mob he broken my tempered glass of mob.Firstly they demanded money if any internal parts is damage.after they say me the motherboard charging base is water logged so ask money for cleaning.finaly that members are mis behave with my wife and me.They return my mob without repairing and say it is nessessary to broken tempered glass for opening mob .see my uploaded pic also, so you pls tell me sir on line customer have warrenty or not???, why the customer pay if any internal damage under warrenty??? Who is authorise to that persons to misbehave to customers.?? I am waiting for your reply, if your is not satisfied for me then I will take next action.

                              The Service engineer visits look at the fridge and tells there is a problem with fridge we need to discuss with our superiors and leave every single time.
                              On 23rd December 2016 Escalation executive Mr Mohammed amir sends a Head Engineer promising quality service and confirming from the engineer that problem will be resolved in next 2-3 days.
                              But to new Surprise problem persist even after changing the sensor and PCBS, so now Engineer Requistions for Front panel PCB as fridge was going on auto Vacation mode.Im still requested to keep patience even after i told mr amir that i will require a replace if you haven't diagnosed the problem correctly.
                              I still keep patience
                              The part requisitioned in December has till date haven't been acquired and problem continues.
                              In mean while i made many attempts to connect to Mr Amir or any other Customer experience team member, the Call Center kept avoiding me by call back assurance and some say your case has been closed by Mr.Amir and you cannot further speak with the team.
                              How can you close the case on just promising a repair, no follow up whether the product was repaired or not.??
                              Finally to my Relief a person named Ms.Payal from call center senior team realises the complaint since she had escalated my case in October, She directes me to Customer experience Team To Ms. Preeti Yadav, She has been Corresponding with me since 1st Feb 2017, But Its been 4 days now i still have to receive explanation from the management.
                              I Herely buy request to please stop promising me extended warranty, even you can't repair the fridge in 1st case what is customer going to do with your extended warranty.
                              For your reference I'm a Engineer with profession knowledge and engineering degree which includes refrigerator systems for mass storage, I can assure you the diagonsis which your so called engineers are stating are just hunch they just think on replacing all PCB thinking the temperatures sensors are wrong, But the they fail to understand when the food itself is getting spoilt there basic problem is with the cooling coils.The Engineers set the fridge temperature to 1degree celisus at this near ice crystals starts to from in normal fridge but in my fridge food is getting spoiled.
                              When i question your engineer about refrigeration system, they simply start stammering and eventually end up running away, is this the quality of engineers you hire.
                              FYI - samsung management i have been keeping my food supplies at my neighbors house, At my house we all are working people, it is really not practical to visit neighbor place every early morning for milk and Etc.
                              And as of now I have lost that privilege too, as even they are tired of helping me out since 2.5 months .
                              I kindly request you again to either replace me the fridge or even that not possible give my money back.
                              I give you this last week, I heading to purchase a new fridge after end of this week and pursue a consumer court case on samsung india.
                              I have already started filling out the file for the court.
                              This is just a Online Reminder or intimation for you.

                                I Purchased brand new Mobile Model Samsung ON 08 on dated: 06.10.16, But after using three months in month of Jan 2017 i faced the problem in charging and in battery I visited your Okhla service center in jan 2017 given to service center for repair when i received the handset asking that your battery has been changed and in future your not facing any issue but after 02 days same problem was faced and handset is not charge properly.i visited again and given to service center for repair again.then your service engineer change the motherboard after changing the motherboard my phone is totally defective and the problem was not solved till date. They have told me to call your customer care no and get the replacement of complete set . The phone 2-3 times opened for repairing but problem is not solved. today my phone is totally defective and i am facing lot of problem due to phone So I want to replace the phone with a new one or refund my money back so that i am purchase another new phone.

                                    This letter is intended to inform you about the very poor customer support that the Samsung products receive here in TRVANDRUM, Kerala.A washing machine has been bought from Nandilath G-Mart, karamana on June 4th 2015, and it stopped working some months back.A total callous and irresponsible attitude has been dented from the authorities concerned.I cannot in my wildest dreams imagine such a company of huge reputation giving licenses to such bad local dealers(SMART ELECTRONICS TC28/988) SREEKANTESHWARAM, TRIVANDRUM, which can be a black mark in your business paramountcy.A complaint(that the DRUM was faulty)had been booked when the washing machine went wrong and after about a month they collected it on JAN 9th, it had all the warranty cards and parameters and still they asked us an amount of RS 8000 1.On what grounds shall a warranty inclusive product be charged?2.It has been almost a month and no response was dented from their part.Even after our follow ups they carelessly tell us something .Please be kindful to do the needy and take required steps.I shall attach the required documents.

Every time when I call them they say we will give you in 2 days and I am listening this from last 1 week. When i say return my phone they simply say yes you can take.                                         Dear sir,

                                        I have bought S7 edge in Master Communications and I am the first guy to inaugurate and buy the phone at store. Bought it for INR. 62000.
                                        Phone is working fine till Jan 26th. On Jan 26th after installing Android Nougat, the phone turned GREEN after first reboot.
                                        I have raised the ticket and handed over the phone to the service center personnel. Now they say that there is small dent (which formed first day when I dropped my mobile in 2016 )in the corner of the phone . Phone is working all these 10 months. And they say that warranty is not applicable whereas the Warranty is valid till March 2017.
                                        I would need your help to avoid this cheating from service center guys while I am clearly stating that display was working all these days till Jan 26th afternoon 3 PM. And as I need to get my phone back, I had paid around 14000 rupees thinking that Samsung can refund my money after verifying the problematic part. But instead, now they are saying that product has become fault after 10 month due that small dent which occured 1 month of purchase though I am insisting that screen became GREEN while updating their latest NOUGAT 7.0 Update which was about 1.2 GB. So Need the help quickly.
                                        Small dents to the phones are normal and we cannot maintain 100 perfect phone for 1 year especially when the phone has metal casing. Metal casing is provided for protection not for design or SHOW.
                                        Also, ONE PLUS and Motorolla are just replacing the screen within Warranty they are not playing like Samsung.

                                        I FEEL CHEATED after spending so much money on this phone to Samsung.

                                        Ganesh is the person who finally confirmed that he cannot do anything (is a contractor).
