Bought Double door refrigerator in Nov'15. Facing non cooling issue from Dec'16.
discussed with customer care. Advised few tips such as switch off for 6 hrs, wash with warm water, but no use.
Engineer visited and inform that Gas need refill.
No particular reason for Gas leak for such short period.
He informed there may be multiple reason, but what for mine.

My view is that there is nothing wrong at my end. this is your refrigerator which is malfunctioning. Customer is not at fault.
first you should get exact reason. And I want a replacement. Because it's a faulty machine, it may again get this problem. I have paid full amount for all the available features.

Leakage of Gas in One year is something which company need to plug.

Second, they are charging me Gas and repair amount as warranty period of one year is over.
This problem must be presist for 3-4 months, its only notice when freeze complete stop cooling. and because of weather we also didn't notice it immediately.

Further, above all why should I pay whereas I am not at fault at all.
A refrigerator automatically getting leak or stop cooling in just one year, doesn't this need to check with reason by the company, this is exception.

If they can't get exact reason, they are simple cheating innocent people, by selling faulty machine and after that keep charging money for repair and all. They are generating Money making machines for them.

      I have called within warranty period due to connectivity problem of my Samsumg smart Curved TV, but customer care suggest me to call internet service provider to higher my frequency. They took enough time and my warranty was was over. I have called customer care, technician came and make my running TV blind and repetitive for three months they are unable to resend me the mail, which they demanding send by them on 21 Nov 2016. My TV is not even going to on from 28 aug 2016. More over several times I have called to customer care but they giving different comments on different time. today one of the customer care member has told that they could not able to resend me the mail not provide me service. I have also requested them that my TV had connectivity problem but it was running, so make my TV to my prior stage please. They also not ready to response on that. So please arrange justice for me.

        1) I have been getting warning and alert messages against samsung note 2 everytime i am trying board a flight.

        2) There have been incidents where i have been almost not allowed to board plane, which costed me serous mental trauma.

        3) Several times while talking over my note 2, its leaves a red imprint on face because of overheating, that has left me worried of serious threat for my life.

        I request samsung to kindly address these serious concerns with a replacement for this phone on urgent basis.

          I purchased Samsung Mobile J7 and its screen got dead. It is under warranty so I submitted the mobile in the Samsung service center in September. Due to unavailability of screen they agreed to refund the money. after 1month cheque came but with wrong name and now it is almost 1.5 month it was sent back for correction. Till date I have not received the cheque. After repeated follow-up with the service center they told me that they had send the cheque to the head office and they are taking time. I request you to kindly see this mater and send us the cheque as early as possible.

            Date : 24 dec'16 - bought a new galaxy s7 edge
            Date : 25 dec'16 - screen got damaged
            Date : 26 dec'16 - visited the service centre (Sri communication)
            Address : 20-5-47, 1st fkoor, shahali banda, old city, hyderabad 500012.

            Instance 1 :
            As soon as i show my phone a personnel named "verma" says its gone you need to spend around 18k.. I've explained him that i visited the store knowing that its (Screen is damaged) but its not gone and came to get it replaced under the 1 time screen replacement offer which is part of my buying offer, he immediately rejected this and said nothing of that sort of offer is there and din't even bother to check this on your system at-least!!! An another personnel took 10 minutes verified and then confirmed that yes the offer is available and applicable...
            My feedback on this : never scare a customer without hearing out their concern completely and validate it first, reassure and resolve to the best... And mr. Verma needs to talk like a human to a human rather than a robot or thinking that he is the king of the world..
            Instance 2: i was given an acknowledgement receipt which a contact number on it to check the status : 91-[protected] and was told that it will be fixed and returned to me within 5 business days.

            On 29th dec i called to checked he status and after around 20 attempts a lady answered the call and told that this number is not for checking the status and not to call it again (In a very rude tone and provided another number) this happened twice, before i confirmed that this contact for status number is on the receipt she hung up on my face twice...
            Instance 3 : i called to complain about the above behavior to your customer care [protected], my called reached chennai, a representative name obili answered the call took the compliant and i wanted to check the status of my device repair and he told that at around 16:30 dated 30th dec the query is approved and the part will be sent to head office in 24-48 hours and my device should be fixed then - he lied about this and mislead me (Ref case # [protected]), i called the service center today 31 dec'16 to find out the status and they told me its not yet approved and have to wait... (By now the tat time to return the device - 5 business days is over), i called you customer care again and spoke to vijaya lakshmi (Call routed to chennai again) she informed, that the issue is not yet approved and obili has given me false information and lied to me, (I have asked her to update the same notes on the case # i provided in your ticketing tool sap), i wanted to speak to a manager and she said the call cannot be transferred live and will be arranging a callback in next 4 hours... And i am waiting now.

            And then i got a phone call from samsung email support that my issue is escalated and nothing happened till now.

            I took it social media on samsung fb page they said that issue os addressed and i need to be patient.

            Today i wrote to samsung ceo's office and waiting for a response.

            Initially i was told that i will be getting my device back in 5 days its been 8 working days and nothing moved at all...

              Service centre doing only cash transactions.

              I have given my Samsung tv for repair. Tech told it could be a problem with the panel or circuit board. Panel will cost around 20, 000₹ and circuit board may cost 5000₹ approx. Iam ok with whatever's it's. But they will take only cash!!! No card or any other digital payment. How is it possible to pay cash now when the whole country is going digital.

              I had purchased smart TV from Samsung in Nov 2015 and since I have been facing issues with the TV and till now I have been struggling on the same, There multiple no of follow up with the company Representative till along with the CEO but all the time the resolution is provided on hit and trail basis, One issue is resolved in month time which is not acceptable to the customer, I have requested if company do not have permanent fix so in that case company can initiate the refund on the invoice amount, It is really very sad after 100 of emails and phone call to top management of Samsung things are take very casually, Request your help on this,

                I purchase a samsung refrigerator 2 year ago from m/s pittapilly (shoppe) at pala in kottayam district in kerala, couple of months back, we had to see inner of refrigerator, like white case cover whole inner body of the refrigerator has been incline/removed from it's place, (which clinging with the metal body (masking case) due to this the refrigerator not working properly and the product not cooling so then, we complained the customer care service and sent them photos also for their reference, but they said we come and fix and repair the it, concerning on product how can it be fixed and repaired, while it was manufacturing defect, it should be replaced the product rather than fixing and repairing it,

                  I purchased a 102 cm led smart samsung tv costing rs57000/- (Model no ua 40j53000, sl no oa363pbg4000633) on 1-5-2015 from a reputed dealer m/s gemini tv center mavelikara in kerala it is regretted to inform that only after one year and six months the display has become grey coloured and it made impossible to view the program with naked eye. Immediately after noticing the problem i lodged an on line complaint (Ref. No. [protected]). One service engineer of your company turned up on[protected] and inspected tv. He reported that the fault was due to panel complaint and suggested its replacement.. He has informed that since the guarante period was over i have to pay rs about rs 22500/- for its replacement. How can i reinvest another huge over an above the amount of rs 57500/- already invested? The guarantee period of one year has just completed. Hence i request that urgent steps may be taken to replace the damaged panel system free of cost at the earliest.

                    I had purchases a cell phone ( Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge) dated 10/06/2016, immediately within a span of one month a technical problem occurred due to which my phone started having grey broad lines on the display which was sorted by the Mis. Rekha Tanwar around 24 july 2016 with an assurance that this problem will never ever going to occur. I was being told that it is a technical problem and If I am not mistaken S7 edge is the latest phone by Samsung and if the phone is having such problems that means company isnot at all concerned towards it's customers. The company wouldn't have said the same if the problem in the screen was due to the fault of its customer. I am even having an email from Mis. Rekha Tanwar assuring me that the same won't happen again. But, again the same problem has occurred with my screen on 30th dec due to which it is showing some pixels on the top left corner. I emailed regarding the same to MIs. Rekha Tanwar but now nobody is taking this responsibility of sorting it ASAP.

                    Same I also purchased S7 Edge on 5 August, 2016 and Mrs Rekha Tanwar is misguiding me from past 3 days. Can you imagine she just sent a "wallpaper" to Quality assurance team to check quality of my device. How stupid and idiotic is this!
                    "By just sending a wallpaper image how can a device be checked?"
                    My device is having display problem.
                    Upper half screen is faded to yellow.
                    And she is not allowing service centre to replace the display of my device.
                    Very very poor experience with Samsung.
                    Mrs Rekha Tanwar misguided me for 3 days. Everyday she was giving silly excuses for tomorrow. Ultimately she just sent a "wallaper" to quality assurance team and responded me that my device is ok. :(

                        I had purchased samsung galaxy j5 on 29th june 2016. It is under warranty period. The problem is that the dust appears on the front camera very frequently. After one month i updated my phone's software to new version but after updation phone is auto restarting again & again. I have done data factory reset two time but problem is same again.                           I have changed the battery of my handset before 6 moths back from the samsung gallery (J.B Nagar) and that time my phone was on under warrenty but again m facing the same issue for which i have already complained where my battery gets heat while using the 3G internet.
                          Dear Sir, I have purchased on[protected] but there is problem in screen small small black shades exists and it is disturbing the picture quality.

                          the black spots are spreading the over all screen.

                          Kindly send the engineer and do the repairing or replacement ASAP.

                            I have purchased a 55cm led tv in march 2014 (Model code : ua22f5000armxl, s/n : 23523znd600423, manufactured in june 2013) from a reputed retailer im west bengal. But only after 2 yrs & 9 months, i observed it's display became grey coloured & nothing is displaying. I lodged a complaint on[protected] vide ref no : [protected]. A service engineer csme on[protected], inspected & suggested panel of my tv is damaged & to be eeplaced with a new one which cost approx rs. 6, 500/- i. E. Half of my tv purchase price.

                            Is it possible to be damaged a led tv panel of a reputed company like samsung within a short periodnof time? I think a very inferior quality product has been used for the same otherwise it can never be damaged within such a short period.

                            Then why i can reinvest a huge amount twice for a worst simgle thing again.

                            Say i invest, then what guarantee it will never be damaged again in near future?

                            Have i commit a mistake to chose, rely upon & purchase a big name like samsung?

                              This is regarding my purchase from Croma, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

                              Appliance: Microwave Smart Oven
                              Brand: Samsung
                              Date of Purchase: 31st Jan 2016
                              Product Value: Rs. 15760/-

                              After a comprehensive market and product study we zeroed in this Samsung Microwave and decided to buy from Croma being a reputed store despite of better offers from local vendors. But unfortunately the trauma started from Day 1 of installation. The story goes like this...

                              On 1st Feb the technician from Samsung came for installation and training. The same evening we decided to cook Samosa using the unique Smart Fry feature.. But to our surprise in between the appliance got switched off ! When I called the technician his response was " Sir, this may happen due to over heat as the piece is new. Keep it switch off for some time and restart". This advise worked and after a wait of hungry 25-30 min it was ready to cook.

                              Next day when we tried to bake cake, this event again happened and then we made our first complaint to Samsung.
                              The technician came and diagnosed some problem in some fan motor and said in 2-3 days we will fit in a new motor to take care of this. I strongly objected and asked for replacement of the piece since this was a faulty at first place & first use. But Samsung's service centre and the technician convinced us to see if the problem get sorted out else we will do the needful to replace the same..

                              Since then, I have lodged so many complains to Samsung and Croma but to no results.
                              Many times Samsung people have not attended any complain and have even closed calls on fake reasons like "No body found at home" despite followup from Croma Customer Service.

                              Please note, during this period, the Samsung technicians have probably changed 2-3 parts of the Oven with no success.

                              After last visit to Croma in July and numerous calls to Samsung finally someone arrived from Samsung on Sunday, 10th July 2016. This man just switched on the oven, watched it like a photograph for few seconds and asked us the problem and then spoke to someone over phone and declared that all this problem is due to faulty Sensor circuit !!

                              So another hit & trial exercise is on anvil. In this whole sequence the utter nonsense is statement of the so called technicians that the Oven is supposed to get heated and auto cut off after usage of certain minutes. Please note, I am not using it for any commercial use and is solely used for occasional domestic cooking !! Here the question is about the quality & capability of service people (forget Engineer, you can't call them even technicians).

                              With high disappointment and almost a year's harassment now I am determined to take this up to all levels. As a vendor of this product I request you to take appropriate action on priority to replace the same with a new piece or return my money with interest.

                                I want to state that i brought a samsung convertible refrigerator of 275 litres on october 5th 2016 but as after the deliveryof the refrigeratorfrom the dealer i noticed that the surface of the fridge has many irregular surfaces and at the corner of the fridge ther was a dent the person who came to deliver us the refrigerator noticed the defect in the refrigerator and complained the dealer about this the dealer responded to this complain well and there was a call from the dealer to us he tolod us that we have complained about this to the company the servicing centre persons also have come and saw the fridge but they didn't responded . After that the dealer told us we are looking for a reply from the company and after 25 to 30 days they told that we will give 5 percent discount on the purchase of the fridge and after much lagging with the dealer they told us that we will give nearly about 25 to 30 percent discount and we finalled also that they will give 30 percent dicount on the fridge . The servicing centre persons have once again come to see the fridge and they told us that you should get atl;east 45 percent discount on the fridge. And after 5 days today we have gone to the dealer but now he is totally denying to give any discount.Looking forward for your reply please sir reply me in my email adress sur.[protected]@gmail.com

                                  We wanted to buy best featured phone which should have reliability and manufactured either by apple or samsung. We decided to buy note 5 of samsung purchased 2 nos. Of samsung galaxy note 5 in january 2016. We purchased 2 nos. Of note 5 on 2nd january 2016 for which we paid rs.54000 each.

                                  Out of 2 note 5 phones, in one of the phone, we noticed that after removing the s pen, the screen was not getting activated. We contacted dealer who got it replaced on 6th january 2016. We again started facing the same problem of s pen in both the note 5 phones. After removing the s pen, screen would not get activated. As both the phones were being used for our business also, we decided to give it to the samsung authorized service center at a later stage. We handed over both the note 5 to zain telecom on 29th december 2016 (Samsung bill no.[protected] and [protected]).

                                  The note 5 with bill no.[protected] was handed over on 29th december 2016 for s pen issue and we were asked to come back after 45 minutes. When we came back to service center, we were told that there is problem with s-pen and display connector. We told the executive that there was no other issue with this phone other than s pen but she kept on saying that this was a feedback from the technical team and asked us to check the status next day evening. Next day also we were asked to come and collect the phones, but this phone was not returned. The executive promised us to hand it over to us on monday (2nd jan.2017) after repairs. We asked her to provide a standby phone if this repair was going to take time for which she told us that there was no standby handset available with them. Today i. E. On 2nd jan.2017, we are told that there is problem with s pen sensor and now they have to change the motherboard which will take few more days. Today also she refused to provide a standby handset even though we told her that this phone was being used for business and it will be a big loss for us if we do not get standby handset. She refused flatly and kept on repeating the excuses. We requested her to speak to her superiors/seniors in the office for this issue which was also denied.

                                  In the note 5 with bill no. [protected], beside the s pen issue, screenshot was not getting captured by swiping the palm across the screen. This phone was kept by the service center and returned on 31st december 2016. Though the screenshot problem is solved, the s pen problem still persists.

                                  For a co. Like samsung, is it difficult to provide a standby handset if repairs was going to take time?

                                  Does it take 5 days to find out a problem in a note 5 for your technical team at zain telecom? Also we are not sure whether they have zeroed on the problem even now. We are helpless and have no option but to listen to their various excuses.

                                  We purchased 2 nos. Of note 5 phones worth rs.1, 08, 000 expecting it to be of superior quality phones but experienced manufacturing defect of s pen in one of the phones in two days of purchase only. We strongly feel that both the note 5 have manufacturing defect of s pen and therefore should be replaced with new ones without any delay.

                                    Hi, we are very much tired of calling customer care as we are not at all satisfied with samsung tv product, we have purchased smart led tv worth of 50k and we have presented this to our sister. After purchasing 3 months onwards on tv screen we have seen few patches day by day it was increased and totally spread entire tv. We have raised querys n complaints and finally a technician came and he repaired. Again after two months the problem continued.

                                    Here i want to tell that we have taken extended warranty but unfortunately we do lost the warranty card but when we have taken from samsung they should have those payment and warranty details in there database. Icalled customer care today with reference # [protected] the agent transferred call to the person name is surya and the agent is so rude and we he have was telling that he is the last person he cannot do anything until unless i should have to provide my extended warranty card details. If i could have extended warranty card i could have give to technician but as i my tv invoice copy details and account id details which i provided him to trace out the extended warranty card details. I would like to take this further.

                                    I even asked technician if i didn't have warranty details he said the estimated amount of cost 20k. Now please tell me 50k tv and other costs incurred for to buy ex warranty. Such a big samsung doesn't have database to provide my exteneddd warranty details. Straight away they denying that they don't maintain and they are helpless this is not expected from samsung. It's very shameful and disgusting when i heard about they are helpless it is better to close the customer care and he person in cce who are telling about samsung cannoy do anything.

                                    Please suggest me other consumers to get my extended warranty how to obtain.

                                    I also suggest as my opinion is it is worthless and time waste money waste purchasing of samsung product facing lot of issues by customer care and product support.

                                      I am using Samsung j7 mobile.Screen started flickering when brightness is lowered.I tried all possible ways to fix it as suggested by samsung Customer care. But screen still keeps flickering.I found there are lots of complaints about screen flickering on Samsung j7 mobile by their users.
