Customer care 0120-3055450 informed courteously on Sunday, about holiday on Sunday and response will come next day.
Later (91-11-33184587) has contacted and listened to my problems. Then, they recommended service.
When service was not received, complaint was further followed up through customer care 1800 407 267 864, the complaint was well received and they initiated action at appropriate level and committed timely service, which REALLY HAPPENED and my entire family appreciated it.
for every complaint, update was received through SMS
For online complaint, status update was made.
Frankly, we all felt initially, we should never go for Samsung again. But, this service has earned them goodwill and my loyalty is to continue...
But They do not want to take under warranty period . They charge repairs.
