I have lodged a complaint for my samsung charger not working at your service centre at BHOPAL (SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE, MOTI MASJID AT BHOPAL) vide service order No. [protected].

How they treat your customer after sale I mention below their working style in some points :

i. On first day after checking all the paper they said your papers(invoice etc) are o.k. but your have to bring your mobile set.
ii. On next day there was another person was there and he said no mobile set is not necessary now you will bring when you pick your new charge. Unnecessary they trouble me.
iii. After receiving service centre phone call I have approached on 13.01.17 for picking my new charger. (I have submitted my token at 12.05 PM in service centre)
iv. They have taken my mobile phone for some updation. I have sit there till 1.20 PM for this. It means they have no time value for their customer. Is the upgradation software realy take such a huge time. So horribly.
v. I have seen in this period they have so rudely talking to customer who come for their problem. They behave like they are begger.

I have never seen such type after sale treatment from reputed companies. Prior to this I used SONI co. mobile. But their service centre persons are extremely co-operative.

Please take it as good advise for betterment of customer service.

It will be very useful if some neutral person take surprise visit becoming a normal customer and observe their front line staff behaviour.

Each time during switching on the TV, there is a delay in response to the functioning of the TV like changing the channels and volume.

    Dear Team,

    I am writing a mail regarding the SAMSUNG Galaxy TabS2 issue.When I bought this product from JBHIFI Sydney Australia, that time JBHIFi representative told me, SAMSUNG company is providing the warranty support across the world.I bought this product on date 26 dec15 from JBHIFY.Due to personal issue, I moved to India permanantaly and since Feb16 I am in India.

    Since last 6-7 months, My Tab is not working and here(India) I approach to Samsung support centre and they are not ready to providing services to me as product was bought from out of India.Then I called to SAMSUNG customer care centre[protected] and got same response from customer care as well.

    SAMSUNG Galaxy TabS2 is in under warranty period and no one is ready for attending my call on this issue.Please help me on this is

    I spoke with SAPNA(sapna.[protected]@partner.samsung.com), She was telling as I have pay repair cost.
    Why should repiar cost to them as my TAB is in Under warranty period.

      Namaste Sir/Madam,

      Myself K. Raghavendra, purchased a Samsung Galaxy J710 (2016 model) on 25 December 2016. But on 4 Jan 2017 I Observed some green spots on the display screen and these spots gradually increased entire screen, then I Switched off the same in the evening. Next day morning (5th Jan 2017) I had visited Samsung Service center at Nigdi in Pune (M.H).

      I informed about the problem and they said that there is a damage from inside and it would not be considered in warranty. I am continuously follow up with Samsung customer care, but they are saying the same thing that there is an internal damage and you have to pay for the service of about Rs. 6500.00. I refused to pay for the fault which I have not done.

      I have even not removed the plastic cover on the both the sides of handset till date and there is no scratches & damage on the screen and no damage from outside.

      We have 2nos. Samsung mobile (Samsung Galaxy GT- 7582 & Samsung Galaxy Fame GT-S6812) and one HTC Desire 700 and using since 4 years. We haven't felt any problem with those mobile phone.

      On 10th Jan 2017 i have visited Samsung "Creative Mobile Services" at Hadapsar in Pune. Maharashtra. they have seen then the mobile and said the same thing that service will be chargeable (they declaration copy as been attached with this complaint).

      I asked Samsung customer care to drop a mail to me the reason for the display failure, but still i have not received any mail from them.

      My sincere request is kindly look into the same and I want justice in this regards. I don't have any faith on Samsung mobile service. Suppose If i face the same problem after the service also, so I want my money back.

      I have received a mail on 13 Jan 2016 from Samsung (Sana Ansari), Please have a look at below mail and my reply. They have appreciated my feedback on Samsung phone which i am using since 4 years, but finally they are saying that internal damage is bear by the customer and it's service charge is around Rs. 6300.00.

      But i am not agreed with them.

      Request you to look into the same and resolve the problem at the earliest.

        Its so pathetic that in-spite of contacting Samsung on Facebook link, there''s no correspondence from their end. Seems there''s no value for customers.
        I bought Samsung Note 5 phone on 03 December 2016. And on night of 31 December 2016, it asked for regular software update, which I ofcourse did. But after few hours, it went off and wasn''t turning on. I went to Samsung service centre - Janakpuri, where they plugged in their charger and it started showing charging bar. I was given Job sheet and I left my phone at the centre. Next day, I got call, there''s a water damage and it need to be repaired: that''s chargeable. On asking reasons of water source that could have damaged mother board, their skilled team was blank. I called up their customer service, they arranged call back from Escalation team and they are tooo arrogant to talk and were blank with no valid reason.I am not yet clear with the reason of water as I have been told by Service centre that water damage is in centre of Motherboard. And there was no LDI (Liquid damage indicator) on my phone as well before I submitted my phone. I am using Samsung phone since 2005.
        Now, I want to ask:
        How can they justify motherboard failure with moisture in centre of motherboard?
        How can be there moisture in winters of December? This means Note 5 cannot be used in Monsoons. I am not sure, if I could use this in Summers as well.

          Sir,
          I had purchased a Samsung Mobile Phone J700 from MK Electronics & Refrigeration New Delhi costing Rs. 14599/- on 5.10.2016. Suddenly, there was a software problem in the same which stopped working. Immediately I had made a complaint to the company on 13.10.2016 at [protected]@appsyouneed.in for replacement /repair of the phone together with claim form and other all supported documents as the same is under warranty/guarantee period and is covered under insurance who generated a Claim Intimation Number (CIN) No. D[protected]. Since then, I have been reminding them time to time over phone and emails but no further response about my claim has been received from their side so far. You are requested to kindly help me in this regard.

              I V.Jaya prakash had given my phone as it is given in service centre because of low battery back up.they said they will give order battery and it will take 20 days.iam paying money for that battery.but i had given on[protected].                 I have j5 phi e purchased in 23 Oct 2015 within warranty it was starting creating problem in charging in Sep 2016 I have repair it at service centre after two month it is again creating same issue of charging slow taking 5 hour to charge full battery I have charged 850 rd from service centre instead my problem is not resolved I am very annoying and I have filled a com0lain against you at consumer forum the docat no is 127030 if my problem is not resolved by you I have to take forward action against you because it is very bad that your handset is creating problem within 14 months of purchase I hope I will reply my eamil

                I have visited service centre today they have checked my mobile and charger also according to him their is no problem in my charger and phone but still I am facing problem in charging I am very frustrated that since 10th month of warranty I am facing issue regarding to this and still in 14 month of purchasing its is having same issue so please solved my problm or replace my phone otherwise I will have to take further action against to your compn6 that will be bad for the goodwill of your company only 11 to 12 month your set is start creating problm it should not done.

                I have visited service centre they have checked all and changed battery again but the problem is still I have sent a letter through speed post but there is no reply from samsung only one time call and they told me to go service centre again I am tired up with that phone and go to service centre again and again

                    I purchased a samsung s7 edge based on the offer in which they said they will provide Gear VR in 1999 which is actually of 7999. But they have failed to do so, I have written so many mails to my.[protected]@samasung.com, there is no response at all. I have called so many times to customer care but they directly say they could not help in this matter, to my surprise, there is no contact I should just email and wait like a stupid customer behind the screen for samsung to respond on my email, are we really in 2017, I think samsung is just trying to give false promises and attract the customers. I will never again buy samsung products, so irresponsible company cannot ans a single query. Such a shame.

                    Its true that someone from samsung contacted me. But to inform that my query will be resolved. I do not understand the logic behind this. When I can get amazon notifications on my galaxy app. Why not the gear vr code or banner. Please explain. I too want to know what is taking so long for samsung to just send a single notification. 20 days plus to resolve a simple issue. Really?

                      I have purchased Samsung Galaxy A7 A700F (Gold) vide IMEI No. [protected] on 31.03.2016. Two days back suddenly it was automatically switch off and tried to switch on but unable to do it. Today I have given it to a authorised Service Centre and according to them there is a display problem in the mobile and they will not repair it without cost. please tell me after purchasing a Samsaung hign end product and if there is a manufacturing defect than who will bear the cost. Is it customers fault that he had purchase a product from samsung on belief that it will be a very good product

                        I purchased samsung hd smart led model no ua 32h4300 32" on 19 jul 2016 from spectrum plaza gar ali jorhat showroom vide bill no 5825 dt 19 jul 2016. Now the tv sudden started creating the problem. The screen of this tv sudden started blinking and some time it automatic switched off. Also the picture turned black and white mode some time.

                        I request you to depute your engineer to solve the problem earliest.

                          Please refer email ref no. [protected] received from sunaina sehgal (Samsung electronics tech support team) to know the issue.

                          As suggested by sunaina, today i went to the service centre to get my phone fixed.

                          Mr. Gurinder (Kohli telecom, ambala cantt, india) was again arguing for the charges to fix the phone. I am really mentally harassed now with their behaviour.

                          I do not get a point to pay the charges for the thing which was their fault, they have ignored my request 4 times and 5th time they checked the phone deeply when warranty period was gone.

                          I do not know what to do now. Please help me to fix this issue.

                          It is really now a issue of ignorance of customer request by the service centre staff. It has to go on air now so that samsung gets aware of the issues like this and improve their services at their service centres.

                          Also, now my request is that - as said by mr. Gurinder (Service centre engineer) that the problem in the phone is due to moisture present on pcb components of phone but not in the dispaly/touch screen which they have replaced on[protected] and charged me rs.6676.71 (Inv. No. [protected], kohli telecom, ambala cantt). So i want that they take their dispaly/touch screen back and refund me rs.6676.71.

                            I have given my mobile samsung j2 in samsung service senter on 21/12/16 with hanging prblem stuck on name and does not go forward. they said that my mobile will be ready by the next day when it gets ready we will call then you can collect your mobile. i got no call till two days, when i called them they said that its not softer problem its display problem we need to replace display we have ordered it it will be ready in 1 weak. again they did not call me so i went to the service senter, they said one more weak again MY SELF I AM A MOBILE TECHNISHION AND I HAVE WORKED IN NOKIA CARE MORE THAN ONE YEAR IN TOTAL I HAVE 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE mobile hanging and stuck on logo problems will be solved in softer their will be no need to change to change display i am 100% sure that they have used my mobile display to other for money since my mobile is in warrenty they have odered in company and made me wait untill now and they not giving proper answer

                            I have given my mobile samsung j2 three weeks back when i given to samsung service center its hanging problem but they have replaced my mobile display to others if i dont get my mobile by tommorrow i am going to complaints in a police station i am getting ireteatting samsung and service give mee reply in mail [protected]@gmail, com

                              I purchased this set in may 2014 of costing around 60, 000/- and without any mistake from our end (Including voltage problem) my system stops displaying the picture. Now samsung people are asking for 28000/- to rectify the same. It's really very very bad from samsung company side that without human error, your people are charging for this much huge amount.

                              I am not at all convinced from the service person visited to our home and need proper/genuine solution from company end.

                                I purchased Galaxy A8 from MG EZONE New Delhi under invoice No 2454 dated 19.11.16.From the one its battery was quickly discharging and in order to rectify this error I visited the service centre .They did not conduct any repair as they said that it is out of warranty. I had purchased only less than two months back. I was provided documents which shows that its first sale date is 05.08.15 and after its use for more than a year it was resold to me .
                                The dealer was contacted and he is not ready to accept my claim.
                                So I post this complaint and in case no action is taken by the company I shall lodge an FIR and tske legal action

                                  I was an apple user earlier, but ur product Samsung Galaxy S7 edge really attracted me and i was happy to buy it after knowing its features but i never knew i would regret my decision. I bought this product on 6/1/2017 and by 9/1/2017 i faced display issues. The display does not work anymore. I was aware that ur product is a water resistant, but dint know that few drops of water would damage the display. I would like to return this product as i am really disappointed by this. Whereas there are official videos on youtube where i saw ur product being taken inside the pool for selfies and still working fine once dried. Such a shame that only a few drops of water damaged my display. I do not require ur product anymore and would also recommend my friends and family members never to buy samsung products as i feel cheated by Samsung. Kindly do the needful at the earliest before i am forced to take any legal action against your company.

                                    I (S.Krishna Swaroop) brought samsung j7 mobile on jan 27th 2016. after three months(April 2016) of purchase i got the frequently phone switch off problem. I went to customer care they said it is display problem and change the phone's display without any fee due to guarantee period.
                                    After two months(June 2016) again same problem this time customer care personnel updated my phones soft ware.
                                    After two months (september 2016) again same problem this time customer care again updated my phones software.
                                    with in guarantee period i got three times same problem. so i want to return my phone to samsung company as a default product.

                                      I bought samsung j2 pro 2016. The product auto restarts frequently and overheating withi 10 days of buying. It is not resolved though serviced for 5 times. The problem is still worse. The company is not also responding. The product does not have a life time of 10days. The samsung company is not replacing or refunding this defective product after so many phone calls. They are giving irresponsible answers. I'm totally depressed due to their irresponsibility. Kindly do in my favour

                                        Yar ek bat btado tum log kya chate hoo customer se.. naa to phon use me karne diya.. naa hi phon days policy complete or ab badla kyuki 7 days policy complete ho gaye.. ab kisi se approach lagvake tumhe check approval karvaya to 18 din ho gaye check ka kuch pata hi nahi hai kisi ko.. 15 din ki policy ke bad ye haal hai. agar yaha par customer hota to tum uske waaat laga dete sir apki policy complete hai ab hum kuch nahi kar sakte ye bol dete.. ab tumhare policy break tumne khud karde too customer ne compensation manga to us Mr ali ne batammeezi karke dikha de or phon hi cut kar diya.. ye acha hai.. last 7 days se call back ke liye daily request dalvye hue hai but koi cal to chodo sms tk ka koi reply nahi hai.. 24 hours me apke pas call aa jayga.. bs yahi but koi call nahi ata.. upar se juth dekho.. sir 9 jan ko 7:55 pe apko humne cal kiya tha or apke humse bat hue hai or juthhoo mere kisi se bat hi nahi hue.. mera to kal evening me phon hi switched off tha phir kaha se bat hoo gaye yar.. besharmo ko 180040SAMSUNG pe cal karo to un he ye hi nahi pata ki check kaha par hai aagar bolo ki senior ko call transfer karo to phale 5 min cal hold pe dalege or phir bolege ki senior busy hai available nahi hai.. KOI ZAHAR KAH LE BUT SAMSUNG SE PHONE NAHI KHARIDE.. VISHWAS UTH GAYA SAB SE .. ARE COMPENSATION KA TO PATA NAHI BUT MERA CHECK TO DE DO...
