Respected sir/madam,
I gave my samsung galaxy s3 phone for repair ( power button not working ) on 16/12/2016. The service centre people sent me a message on 24/12/2016, saying phone is ready to be collected . When i went there, i got my phone . To my suprise they had flashed my phone data without my permission resulting in loss of my personal and important messages and photos . When i asked them, they did not reply properly . And further they said the phone requires more work to be done . They did not explain me properly and sent me out, asking me to come when they call again . I am very sad and extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the staffs there . Samsung should take this issue into consideration and teach those staffs some manners . I have uploaded the service centre bill . Service centre bill number is [protected].     Dear all,

    I have purchased one samsung galaxy s7 edge (Samsung handset with model number - sm-g935fzduins and serial number - rz8h70lcgbx). Relevant documents are attached for your quick ref. Unfortunately, display got damaged due to accident. On 13/09/2016 i contacted service center for resolution. Service centre took the case advance from me for the estimate and cash as an advance (I asked for credit card payment however they said they need cash only) rs 6, 000 to start the work. I submitted all the money and cash as per instruction / order of the customer care executive. After few days on my follow up i got call from center for the commercial solution. They informed me they don’t have parts!!!

    They told me to submit the entire box and accessories with cancel check and id proof for issuing the refund. I did all the submission immediately on 08/10/2016. They told me normally it takes one month time for the processing refund. Which i thought would be right / justified. However, as a customer i expect the work has to be finished by the committed date. Till date i don’t have any update. Its more than one month now. Some days back i called the service center for the help. They told me to contact call center and ask them to expedite. I called call center and call center told me call service center. Now i don’t know what to do here. As i have lost my phone and i have no clue what will happen. I also asked for my refund of cash advance for the work but they said they can’t issue now.

    I wrote twice on the contact us section from your web site. Both the time i got standard reply and no clue what is happening and i have to wait till how long to get resolution here. I don’t know how many times i have to raise the request and how much time i will have to wait for the resolution. This is very bad client service experience. I was informed i will get update soon. Now i want to ask what is the definition of "some time" i can’t wait till infinity. My money is at stake after spending such huge amount i am without phone

    Now i have received chk from the company. However, my insurance company needs letter from samsung where they want fact to be mentioned that "since, there is no stock we have issued refund". Without this document insurance company will not process my claim. I have written multiple times to company for this letter but they are not providing this letter.

      I purchased samsung premium handset galaxy s7 edge on 10th september. After using heating, hanging and pink screen problem arrised. When I visited samsung okhla service centre on 20th december 2016 they checked it and said me the motherboard is faulty. After checking it more samsung executive told me the camera is also faulty, so the motherboard and camera has to replaced. I submitted the handset to service centre and they given my handset back on 24th december 2016 with assurance that your handset will now work properly. But when I reached my home in late evening and started using it then the same problem of hanging arrised. I was frustuated because I paid 50k to buy samsung handset and this type of service is provided by samsung to their high end device customers. On 26th december 2016 I again went to service centre to saught out the problem with my device and after telling the issue to samsung lady executive she now said the screen is also to be changed because it has a manufacturing defect. I was totally dejected because its been 3 months and all the main parts of my handset has to be changed . I was criticing why I trusted samsung, the worst experience ever. I also made a online complaint to them with complaint no:-[protected] where samsung customer care executive talked to samsung okhla service centre manager Mr Ramandeep singh regarding the issue of my device where Mr Ramandeep singh mentioned him that service centre has kept my device for upto 4 days and after testing the device it has been returned to customer. So, I just want you to raise my voice so that other peaple would not be cheated by this fraud company.
      Please revert me as soon as possible as I am waitting for your positive feedback.

        Hi,

        I brought samsung galaaxy J7 0n 04/03/2016.
        IMEI/Serial No. [protected]. I am getting problem in display it flikers .
        I have visited sansung service center of lalbag branch -400012 for two times
        they say that they have changed display but problem is not solved.
        I have given the mobile again.
        I asked them about replacement policy they said they have no such policy.
        Pls help me to solve my problem .

          I have a problem with my mobile, its a Samsung galaxy A8. Sunday it stopped working automatically, I went to Samsung shop from where I bought it(DADAR west). Their those people asked me to go and show it in Samsung service center(DADAR east) and I did the same. They opened my mobile and took charges from me but it didn't work, problem didn't get resolved. And asked me show it to mobile insurance people(Daily apps-An insurance company). On next day itself I showed it to them but unfortunately they said this problem will not get resolved by us and again you have to show it to Samsung service provider. Now scene is that none of the person is ready to help and asking us to run here n there which is highly impossible.

          My mobile is in warranty period as well as having an insurance too which is again in warranty period

            I rajesh patel a citizen of mumbai, writing this letter to inform you that my samsung mobile cell phone on 7 pro-duos model no-sm-g600fzddins had not been getting network after insert the sim card, so on 30.11.2016, i went to the samsung customer service centre at shop d-214, shanti shopping centre thane 401107. Mumbai maharashtra, they said that the mother board is not working, and they replace a mother board as the mobile under full warranty.

            On 6th dec’2016, i bought my mobile from the service centre. At the same time i didn’t check my mobile on my trust grown at the samsung service centre.

            On 8th dec’2016, when i start my mobile, i found no sound issue in my cell phone.

            On 9th dec’2016, with the same problem, again, i visited the same address samsung service centre. I am very surprised by the behaviour of that service centre employee regarding the same matter. He was claiming that the handset is repaired outside and the company does not repair the same. I denied and when i confirm him to give the same in written that the mobile has repaired outside, he denies giving the same and he demanded the cash amount against repairing of the mobile.

            First thing when i have the facility of the service centre then why should i go to repair outside, is it the common sense of your engineer. Secondly, after delivering the handset. Within a one day of a gap i am facing the sound issue problem. So this is the technical problem in replaced motherboard or manufacturing defect of your company which i do not pay at any cost.

            However, in regards the same issues i already informed dated. 10/12/2016 of samsung online customer care number field complain no. [protected].

            On 12/12/2016, due to not getting replies from online samsung support again called online customer care number.

            On 15/12/2016, due to not getting any type of feedback again, i called online customer care number.

            On 26/2/2016, due to not getting any type of positive feedback again, i called online customer care number.

            I am very disappointed with the samsung customer care service that every time executive hears the case and instead of taking solve the problem or taking prompt action in my case every time to time they said the word “sorry” “ escalated the matter further” and disconnected the line.

            Can i get any prompt action on my long pending unsolved problem?

            In the above fact & of this matter, i really felt very negative in against of your company and the behaviour of your service centre fraslin tech care pvt ltd. Shop d-214, shanti shopping mira road east thane 401107.

            I will appreciate the urgent action regarding the same complaint to replace of the handset as there is production or manufacturing defect in the handset.

              My two doors frigde shows over cooling and complaint last week to c. c. no[protected]. on friday 23rd one service engineer (mr sadikh) came here inspect the fridge and told me the Thermostat in the freezer compartment is not functioning and told me he will inform the rate and availability by 3.00pm on the same day, but still the moment nobody contacted me. yesterday again i called your customer care a lady attended me and told immediate action should be taken, but again still this moment nobody contact me.This is too bad.I request the officials to take action the bad service of your people in Kerala.                     Hi I am Vishal Goel and I brought samsung A7 2016, 2 months back but now it got damaged in my pocket (got band and its display also came out of phone frame) although phone is working perfectly fine . But my concern is when I brought this phone (with lots of money) with this thought that this phone will be durable and good in his performance but it was my mistake, it would have better if I bought some local china same alike phone and when I complained the same to your service center in gomtinagar lucknow they didn't accept my complaint and asked me to visit other service center (this is how we treat our valuable customer).

                    In last 15 years I used nokia, motorola, LG.. etc but never used samsung phone so thought to buy one for myself but seriously my experience is very bed with the brand and the product, this product quality is very poor and cheap.

                    Now pls suggest what to do and where to complaint.

                    Pls revert with the proper solution.

                    I just got a call (from [protected]) and was saying that you will get refund for this mobile and was asking my debit card no. I don't understand who is doing all this and why should I disclose my card no. Management should take action for the same. Even I am going to lodge FIR . Just be careful.

                        I had a deal with coolpack hvac system for purchase of vrv system
                        he commited with me on a negotiated price and took advance also to fix it
                        the site was under construction and the contract got late by 8 months so he increased the price by 10-15% on the machines
                        i agreed with the same as i was in a hurry
                        but suddenly at the time of commisioning the system he asks to install a ducting and also at a v high price and doesnot start the work
                        as per his commitment {verbally}
                        everything was covered in the contract and all provisions was done according to his suggestion
                        now he says to increase the grill by 15 inches or place a ducting or etc.
                        Ultimately he wants to make more money out of me and is trying to blackmail me
                        i am fed up of this guy
                        half of the time he doesnt pick up the phone
                        this is v much disgusting and embarrasing

                          In Galaxy on7, I am suffering advertising problem since 1.6.16. I have talked several customer executives but no have resolved the issue. Service centre and customer support executive are giving miss information regarding this set. Both are saying its issue, are not Samsung issue. But I am facing such issues.
                          Kindly resolved my problem or I will go consumer Forum.

                          Samsung campany have not taken any steps and not have done any call. I have talked Samsung customer care executive and service center but they are alway saying. It is not samsung issue but we are suffering advertising issue. They have also said, you can complain consumer forum. my contact number is 8004928384.

                            Dear sir, I have bought Samsung J7 prime on 21.12.16 and on the very next day I have found that my phone restarted thrice while using camera, phone call and also sometimes while charging. I went to the Service centre which is situated at Devghar, Jharkhand and they have updated the software and again while using camera the phone restarted in front of the worker of Samsung care. He received again to make it as D.O.A
                            But after 2 hours he called me to receive the phone. He said within 2 hours the phone has not restarted. So there is no problem. But yesterday when I got the phone after 2 hours again the phone restarted. So please change this phone. I know there will be problem in future. So Please replace it.

                              I have purchased a product Juicer Mixer Grinder from a person, he said that he is a truck driver of Army cant and one piece comes extra, so want to sell this for our expenses. He showed me Samsung juicer mixer grinder cost around Rs.4750.
                              It has Samsung box. and Samsung warranty card, Samsung mixer, all with ISI marks, no one can't believe it is a fraud product, he said that we are giving at half of the price, finally he said that i will give u at a cost of Rs. 1500 .

                              When i went to search that one, i come to know there is no such mixer grinders from Samsung and finally i got cheated.
                              BE AWARE MY FRIENDS, don`t believe anyone, LIKE THIS FRAUDS ARE HAPPENING...

                                Today I visit you Samsung service centre branch aasiyana lucknow there i face misbehaviour by your Sc manager he shouted on me and did not return my product against job seet . I have submitted my hand free and data cable at last month in November and he did not resolve my problem when I go to centre he said i will not resolve your problem and harassment to me by his language.
                                Your Samsung service centre Lucknow aasiyana branch is bad centre h always time dost not resolve the problem of all customers and misbehave to all customers. Today a female also feel guilty against the sc manager language always time he does not listing the problem and receiving any call . He always time shouted on all customers. If you will not resolve this problem then I will go to court against that manage

                                  I recently submitted my samsung a8 handset for display issue on 12th dec 2016 which i hardly used for 2 months.. It's been 14 days i have still not received my handset back stating no display in stock. I am highly surprised to see that after purchasing a 4g handset worth 25, 000 rupees i am without a smart fone from last 14 days and the new time line for return is now first week of jan 2017.

                                  I am really even more surprised to see that a basic part of a mobile handset is not available at the samsung service center and i am being given the shipment of stock as an answer for delay.

                                  Also the response from toll free number is very bad and the response from staff at service center is not all helping to close this issue.

                                  I request you to please help me get this issue resolved.

                                    I had been to a samsung mobile service center named f1 solutions at hazratganj, lucknow (U.P) . I had been faced so many problms by the employees of the service center. Their behaviour is ruthless nd pity.. they treat like im their servant or wat.                                         Samsung s6 edge 32gb mobile hand set back key is not working since 15.12.2016. When i contacted customer care at bir electronics pvt ltd., samsung service centre, rg baruah road, guwahati 781024 they said it can not be done within warrant as 4 days lapsed. One year purchase date is 20.12.2016. But please note the set started not working since 15.12.2016 well before warrant period but as i was busy in official work and remain out of station during the period, i have contacted today. Also no one from samsung contacted me for renewal of warrant period during its expiry. So please consider the repairing charges of rs.2100/- as free as we are samsung family with so many sets we are using within our own family.
