Dear sir/madam,
Iam Ganesha from Shimoga. From past 10 years I'm Samsung customer. And recently I took a new Samsung j7 phone excepting better performance. But all my expectations are been broken. I'm very surprised to see even after 6 times I have given for service because of network issue (during warranty period) still the problem is not resolved.and costumer service executives are telling they replaced motherboard but I neither find solution nor imi no. Being changed.From April 2016 to dec16 same complaint is been addressed but unable to solve. And I have given complaint 6times only two time its entered in your system. I never expected this from company like. Anyway my phone warranty will be finished by Jan 23 2017. Please I request to take this mail into records and take immediate action.orwise I have maintained each and every bill which I'm planing to present to consumer court.

I have contacted service center expert but they are not solved it's issue.
They are always saying that it is issue of Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.I am suffering to take this problem .

    Dear sir I, G Rajandar on 05/07/2016 purchased a new Samsung led tv from Bajaj electronic, karmanghat, hyderabad. It's model no is UA40K5570, Amount of rs 53000/- With invoice no kgt/16/5798. This new led tv literally hanged on the 1st day itself. The same thing informed to bajaj electronic showroom they skipped simply by saying pls contact to Samsung service centre. When I contacted Samsung service centre they did nothing. 3 times they sent their engineer for checking this tv. Still facing the same problem. 2 days back on 05/01/2017 again when I lodged a complaint with Samsung customer care they forwarded mine complaint to managememt level. On same day I got a call from priya jha, Samsung headoffice gurgaon. She assured me of solving my tv issue by sending there expert technician but nothing has done. Today 06/01/2017 I got a call by local service centre by saying ur tv motherboard part has come. But I never accepted for repair. It's a brand new Samsung tv. I simply need mine full amount back. I lost trust on Samsung brand. Viewers please don't purchase any of Samsung products they simply harasse while giving service. I request authority to take necessary action against Samsung India and Refund my money. For further details please contact me on [protected].

    Dear Samsung team it's very worst customer care service u have. Today morning I called Samsung customer care (Chennai) they are not providing status of mine issue. They are skipping by simply saying concern team will call ASAP. It's been more than a week still I didn't get any call. Last time ie. on 06.01.2017 priya from Samsung headoffice (gurgaon) called me she was forcing me to replace mine tv's motherboard but I refused. I don't accept repair as this Led tv unit is new. She told me she will discuss this issue with management and will get back to me or mail me. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. is this the service giving to customers by SAMSUNG. I strongly demand either u replace this faulty led tv in new or else refund my full amount.
    Let me know your part Asap so that I can start my paper work in consumer forum.

After a month they said your phone will be replaced with new phone but didn't receive, after some days again they said your cheque is ready and will be dispatch but till not received.         I purchased a M/Oven from Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Salt Lake, Kolkata 700064 on 19/12/2016 ( biil No. 4422/1617/05659). Engineer from Samsung Servive came for installation; but found the oven body to be badly dented after opening the box. So he returned back without installing it, after informing the Khosla about the condition requiring replacement. No replacement yet.

            Sir, Today as on 05 Jan 2017. I reported your customer center at Shakarpur office. Where I found of so many mischief. Like not to tell the right things. Not to co operate. Even your token number is not properly used and not attended. If ask then said you can wait for an hour. Whereas the many of the persons are coming after me and do their work without any proper entry and without the token.
            I have sumsung Yduos GT S6102.
            Problem is heating and not holding charge and battery discharge immediate.
            I can not understand how the system of your company has to do the work. Pl inform me. Then I reported to your manger. He would like to co operate.
            If such of your centers are work like that pl inform us not to report your office and not to purchase the Samsung Mobiles in future.

            Hope you do something for this.

                  It is with utmost dissatisfaction and pain that I am writing this mail to enlighten the state and service of Samsung. They had broken the trust that a customer envisages in a brand like Samsung. Though there are literally hundreds of options available in the market, I chose Samsung over others just to make sure that the after sales service and customer support I should be getting should be on par. However, I am sorry to say that Samsung had disappointed a loyal customer and in fact my entire family who had always believed in your products and services for every product starting from a mobile phone to television to washing machine, yet treated worst than I ever imagined.
                  I had purchased Samsung Galaxy ON NXT phone which I wanted to gift it to my brother who resides in Saudi Arabia- Jeddah. As per the guidelines listed in the catalogue, I had used the phone in India, made calls so that it is unlocked and can be used in any part of the world. Much to my disappointment, when my brother in Saudi Arabia tried to insert his local sim, he was unable to do so. He then put his Indian sim (since phone purchased in India) and made hugely costly international calls (this was advised by your customer care centre via online chat) on roaming to India so that the network gets unlocked. We had done this process about 10 times and on and on. Never worked. What surprising is that I spent so much on the phone just to know that it is a piece of junk now. I am sorry to say but at least the other brands in the market do not have this weird condition of sim unlocking that too in this generation of technology.
                  I even tried reaching your customer care. One of your associates there said me point blank that "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE SIR, THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO AND ASK YOUR BROTHER TO COME DOWN WITH THE PHONE"(I have the phone recording of the entire conversation, ticket number: [protected]). Upon, telling him and making him realise what he spoke was pretty rude, he then promised to arrange for a call from the Senior Executive or the Supervisor of your customer care the very next morning, call which I had not received until another two days. And when I received that call, the customer care executive told the same thing point blank. Very sad that because of your failure, am facing all the trouble and most of all betrayal of service and product itself.'

                  I had then got in touch with your CEO help desk (Ticket No: [protected]) and followed up with almost all the executives who never reply to emails nor have their desk numbers in their signatures. One of them who had hardly picks up the phone. I fail to understand, as to why do they get paid when they do not serve the purpose of serving the customers. Below are the names of the executives:

                  3.Pradeep Yadav on 22/12/2016
                  4.Rahul, mails on 23/12/2016

                  I had explained each and every thing to them and my helplessness. Yet, they choose to stick to their adamant attitude of bringing the phone to India. I told them and asked them to arrange a service centre visit in Saudi where they have their centres. They said they could not. Not even once were they willing to try and explore any such possibility. For a fault of Samsung, I had to face all the agony and the mental trauma and a huge financial loss. I eventually succumbed to their demand to get the phone to India by paying courier charges.
                  I called Sonia Upadhyay and congratulated her for winning the battle of getting the phone to India on my charges. As per her advise and false assurance I took the phone to nearest Samsung centre and again called her while I was at the counter of the service centre. IT was even more pathetic this time. The service centre guy, (ticket no: [protected]) openly declined service stating that this unlocking can not be done. I made him read what was written on the seal and on the websites. Sonia and the service centre guy had a conversation which I was unaware of since they spoke in private and that too on my phone and simply dis-connected after the call without even informing me anything. Basic etiquette, if not any professional responsibility. I had to call her back and I was simply amazed or rather shocked at her response. She said me that the service centre guy would explain me what needed to be done. It was shocking because, they wanted me to attempt something illegal and fraud and hence she could not convey the same on her phone since that could be recorded. The service centre guy asked me to go to a local market and get it unlocked using illegal and fraudulent meant which I said that it was totally unacceptable given that I spent almost Rs.20, 000 to get a legit phone and service. I had to then again call Ms. Sonia, and she came up with a line which she always does! She said me that she would talk to her senior management about the solution and then get back to me which she never ever did. And till date 05-Jan-2017, she is avoiding my calls, not responding to emails as well.

                  I really do not hope any service now. I write this to serve as an eye opener to all your prospective buyers. This is what I call sophisticated hooliganism.

                    I bought a samsung machine. Received a broken machine. I requested for the refund. I was contacted around 15th of Nov for the refund, i have shared cancelled check copy with sansung representative. On 28th i was advised that i they also have a repaired peice. I already had bought a washing machine as I requested for refund from the get go. I reached out to Associate supervisor who confirmed me that after sharing the required information i will get a refund. The I was directed to another person who requested me to write and email so that i can get the refund. I do not have any status update on the refund its 3 months i dont know what is the status and the amount of follow that i have done for the same. This is simply poor customer service and intentional harrasment.

                      My phones sim try is not ejecting when I try to remove it it stucks half way out and refuse to come out fully, and I visited a service centre near my home, they are saying they can't guarantee the repair if it fails I may want to replace mother board, seriously Samsung?                         I had purchased samsung galaxy a7(2016) last year in august. It's screen got blank one month later. They covered it in warranty as it was a manufacturing defect. After more than two months i got the confirmation that i would be refunded.I got the refund finally after 3 months of constant calling and doing rounds of the service center but didn't get any compensation. Should i ask for compensation?

                          Bought Double door refrigerator in Nov'15. Facing non cooling issue from Dec'16.
                          discussed with customer care. Advised few tips such as switch off for 6 hrs, wash with warm water, but no use.
                          Engineer visited and inform that Gas need refill.
                          No particular reason for Gas leak for such short period.
                          He informed there may be multiple reason, but what for mine.

                          My view is that there is nothing wrong at my end. this is your refrigerator which is malfunctioning. Customer is not at fault.
                          first you should get exact reason. And I want a replacement. Because it's a faulty machine, it may again get this problem. I have paid full amount for all the available features.

                          Leakage of Gas in One year is something which company need to plug.

                          Second, they are charging me Gas and repair amount as warranty period of one year is over.
                          This problem must be presist for 3-4 months, its only notice when freeze complete stop cooling. and because of weather we also didn't notice it immediately.

                          Further, above all why should I pay whereas I am not at fault at all.
                          A refrigerator automatically getting leak or stop cooling in just one year, doesn't this need to check with reason by the company, this is exception.

                          If they can't get exact reason, they are simple cheating innocent people, by selling faulty machine and after that keep charging money for repair and all. They are generating Money making machines for them.

                              I have called within warranty period due to connectivity problem of my Samsumg smart Curved TV, but customer care suggest me to call internet service provider to higher my frequency. They took enough time and my warranty was was over. I have called customer care, technician came and make my running TV blind and repetitive for three months they are unable to resend me the mail, which they demanding send by them on 21 Nov 2016. My TV is not even going to on from 28 aug 2016. More over several times I have called to customer care but they giving different comments on different time. today one of the customer care member has told that they could not able to resend me the mail not provide me service. I have also requested them that my TV had connectivity problem but it was running, so make my TV to my prior stage please. They also not ready to response on that. So please arrange justice for me.

                                1) I have been getting warning and alert messages against samsung note 2 everytime i am trying board a flight.

                                2) There have been incidents where i have been almost not allowed to board plane, which costed me serous mental trauma.

                                3) Several times while talking over my note 2, its leaves a red imprint on face because of overheating, that has left me worried of serious threat for my life.

                                I request samsung to kindly address these serious concerns with a replacement for this phone on urgent basis.

                                  I purchased Samsung Mobile J7 and its screen got dead. It is under warranty so I submitted the mobile in the Samsung service center in September. Due to unavailability of screen they agreed to refund the money. after 1month cheque came but with wrong name and now it is almost 1.5 month it was sent back for correction. Till date I have not received the cheque. After repeated follow-up with the service center they told me that they had send the cheque to the head office and they are taking time. I request you to kindly see this mater and send us the cheque as early as possible.

                                    Instance 1 :
                                    As soon as i show my phone a personnel named "verma" says its gone you need to spend around 18k.. I've explained him that i visited the store knowing that its (Screen is damaged) but its not gone and came to get it replaced under the 1 time screen replacement offer which is part of my buying offer, he immediately rejected this and said nothing of that sort of offer is there and din't even bother to check this on your system at-least!!! An another personnel took 10 minutes verified and then confirmed that yes the offer is available and applicable...
                                    My feedback on this : never scare a customer without hearing out their concern completely and validate it first, reassure and resolve to the best... And mr. Verma needs to talk like a human to a human rather than a robot or thinking that he is the king of the world..
                                    Instance 2: i was given an acknowledgement receipt which a contact number on it to check the status : 91-[protected] and was told that it will be fixed and returned to me within 5 business days.

                                    On 29th dec i called to checked he status and after around 20 attempts a lady answered the call and told that this number is not for checking the status and not to call it again (In a very rude tone and provided another number) this happened twice, before i confirmed that this contact for status number is on the receipt she hung up on my face twice...
                                    Instance 3 : i called to complain about the above behavior to your customer care [protected], my called reached chennai, a representative name obili answered the call took the compliant and i wanted to check the status of my device repair and he told that at around 16:30 dated 30th dec the query is approved and the part will be sent to head office in 24-48 hours and my device should be fixed then - he lied about this and mislead me (Ref case # [protected]), i called the service center today 31 dec'16 to find out the status and they told me its not yet approved and have to wait... (By now the tat time to return the device - 5 business days is over), i called you customer care again and spoke to vijaya lakshmi (Call routed to chennai again) she informed, that the issue is not yet approved and obili has given me false information and lied to me, (I have asked her to update the same notes on the case # i provided in your ticketing tool sap), i wanted to speak to a manager and she said the call cannot be transferred live and will be arranging a callback in next 4 hours... And i am waiting now.

                                    And then i got a phone call from samsung email support that my issue is escalated and nothing happened till now.

                                    I took it social media on samsung fb page they said that issue os addressed and i need to be patient.

                                    Today i wrote to samsung ceo's office and waiting for a response.

                                    Initially i was told that i will be getting my device back in 5 days its been 8 working days and nothing moved at all...

                                      I have given my Samsung tv for repair. Tech told it could be a problem with the panel or circuit board. Panel will cost around 20, 000₹ and circuit board may cost 5000₹ approx. Iam ok with whatever's it's. But they will take only cash!!! No card or any other digital payment. How is it possible to pay cash now when the whole country is going digital.
