To whomsoever it may concern

I was an apple user earlier, but ur product Samsung Galaxy S7 edge really attracted me and i was happy to buy it after knowing its features but i never knew i would regret my decision. I bought this product on 6/1/2017 and by 9/1/2017 i faced display issues. The display does not work anymore. I was aware that ur product is a water resistant, but dint know that few drops of water would damage the display. I would like to return this product as i am really disappointed by this. Whereas there are official videos on youtube where i saw ur product being taken inside the pool for selfies and still working fine once dried. Such a shame that only a few drops of water damaged my display. I do not require ur product anymore and would also recommend my friends and family members never to buy samsung products as i feel cheated by Samsung. Kindly do the needful at the earliest before i am forced to take any legal action against your company.

For how long am i supposed to wait to get this matter resolved. It din't take me 48 hours to make the payment to buy the product, then for what should i wait to get a refund??

    I (S.Krishna Swaroop) brought samsung j7 mobile on jan 27th 2016. after three months(April 2016) of purchase i got the frequently phone switch off problem. I went to customer care they said it is display problem and change the phone's display without any fee due to guarantee period.
    After two months(June 2016) again same problem this time customer care personnel updated my phones soft ware.
    After two months (september 2016) again same problem this time customer care again updated my phones software.
    with in guarantee period i got three times same problem. so i want to return my phone to samsung company as a default product.

      I bought samsung j2 pro 2016. The product auto restarts frequently and overheating withi 10 days of buying. It is not resolved though serviced for 5 times. The problem is still worse. The company is not also responding. The product does not have a life time of 10days. The samsung company is not replacing or refunding this defective product after so many phone calls. They are giving irresponsible answers. I'm totally depressed due to their irresponsibility. Kindly do in my favour

        Yar ek bat btado tum log kya chate hoo customer se.. naa to phon use me karne diya.. naa hi phon days policy complete or ab badla kyuki 7 days policy complete ho gaye.. ab kisi se approach lagvake tumhe check approval karvaya to 18 din ho gaye check ka kuch pata hi nahi hai kisi ko.. 15 din ki policy ke bad ye haal hai. agar yaha par customer hota to tum uske waaat laga dete sir apki policy complete hai ab hum kuch nahi kar sakte ye bol dete.. ab tumhare policy break tumne khud karde too customer ne compensation manga to us Mr ali ne batammeezi karke dikha de or phon hi cut kar diya.. ye acha hai.. last 7 days se call back ke liye daily request dalvye hue hai but koi cal to chodo sms tk ka koi reply nahi hai.. 24 hours me apke pas call aa jayga.. bs yahi but koi call nahi ata.. upar se juth dekho.. sir 9 jan ko 7:55 pe apko humne cal kiya tha or apke humse bat hue hai or juthhoo mere kisi se bat hi nahi hue.. mera to kal evening me phon hi switched off tha phir kaha se bat hoo gaye yar.. besharmo ko 180040SAMSUNG pe cal karo to un he ye hi nahi pata ki check kaha par hai aagar bolo ki senior ko call transfer karo to phale 5 min cal hold pe dalege or phir bolege ki senior busy hai available nahi hai.. KOI ZAHAR KAH LE BUT SAMSUNG SE PHONE NAHI KHARIDE.. VISHWAS UTH GAYA SAB SE .. ARE COMPENSATION KA TO PATA NAHI BUT MERA CHECK TO DE DO...

          Sir,

          I had purchased a SAMSUNG Mobile Model: SM - J700F/DD S.No.RZ8GA1B2RDZ on 12/11/2015 and after seven months the Phone has developed a defect and not showing network. Accordingly, I had deposit the Mobile at Authorize Service Centre Name M/s ABACUS INFOSYSTEMS, No.W.5/595, RGT Road, Port Blair Andaman for repairing as the mobile is under warranty period. After 07 seven days the had repaired the mobile and handed over to me. But 02 weeks later the phone has developed the same defect and I had again deposited the mobile to Authorized Samsung Service Centre, P/Blair on 03/11/2016 and after checked they will told me that both SIM Slots are not working and they have not skilled technician. Hence, the Mobile will be send to Chennai for its repairing and they will assured me the mobile will come within 02 or 03 weeks after repair. But till date I have not got my mobile. On several inquiry made from dealer they will told only "Aa jayaga do teen din me".

          Sir please informed me the actual position of my mobile and also request to please follow up with your Authorized Service Centre of Port Blair. SO that the customer have not faced the inconvenience as my present posting is so far about 250 KM from the Service Centre at Mayabunder.

            I would like to inform to your office that, since 1 month my mother had given her new Samsung J5 prime at Samsung care, Pandhri, Raipur to get repaired for Hardware fault from Samsung.

            Since last 1 month she taking follow up, but part is not available & handset is still with samsung care.

            I just want to confirm following.

            1) Should we stop buying Samsung phones.
            2) Why are you manufacturing sub standard products.(china items)
            3) How should we communicate? Since 1 month she is not able to use her mobile no.
            4) You are taking money as per your prices, then why are not we getting service.

            Request you to replace hand set immediately. Failing which we will take legal action against your company.

            It is not getting charged properly.The main issue is it is not getting switch on.When charging is turned on it only shows me a blue screen and over.Pls help me with this tab or take it or replace it.

              Hi Team,

              Myself Manjunath and booked new Samsung refrigerator on Oct 5 th . It's not working at al, very bad experience with this. I have given repeated complaints over this but till now the Samsung team is didn't replaced or refund the amount.

                His is regarding your newly launched A5, i bought this as gift for my husband on 6 sep 2016
                Exactly 15 days after that the phone went off, when we went to the service centre, they said screen is gone, we fixed it. Then again after 25 days it went off agin went back to the service centre they first said mother board is gone later said some starter had gone, we again repaired it. Now again after exactly 4 months of its purchase it gone off, please let me know what to do???

                Is this the Samsung quality you talk about??? this is utter rubbish and an embarrassment to me, my husband keeps making fun that did i buy it second hand?
                i need a resolution to this and i do not want the same phone, i payed extra money to get the new model and do not want a phone back which cannot work even for 15 days.
                My husband was earlier using a Samsung S4, with that we never had issues, this model or this particular phone has issues.
                We have been patrons of Samsung for long and now need to see your customer service too.

                  I have purchased Samsung smart T V on 3rd of January and the same was installed on 4th. Next day i felt that the installation was not proper and therefore i contacted your help line 3 to 4 times and every time they assured me that their service engineer will contact me within 24 hours. It's 6 days passed your engineer is not getting time to contact me and get the requisite done. When contacted your customer care department has no other work but to assure that the concerned person will definitely contact me. What sort of after sales service is this?

                      Dear Samsung Team,

                      This is very disgusting that a new product getting faulty within a week of purchase. I bought a new 32 inch HD TV in Samsung showroom Chennai. Purchase date Dec 19. Yesterday Dec 26 the display found off automatically and only audio is playing. Registered a complaint over voice also. My Samsung customer ID is [protected].

                      I raised a request for replacement/refund already & it has approved on 2nd JAN. Last Tuesday i got call from Samsung team[protected] and they confirmed that, they will replace the TV on Jan 9th. It means today. But i didn't get any call and customer care not supporting properly.

                      I need to fix this issue.

                      I am having s6 edge and as i have seen in advertising and also in the kit that the screen of the phone is gorilla glass, then how come my screen breaks jst fallind down i dont really understand, and now samsung care gives me the quote of 15000 buks to exchange the screen,
                      Ek dum wahiyat hai mobile hang n restart hota hai. or na net proper stable hota hai naa wi fi. aapke sarvice center wale sahi jawab nhi dete. 1 din ke kam ke 7 din
                      Drum is not working completely and machine is in idle condition.

                        The handset has display issue need to change the display, had shown to Malad West service centre thrice.

                          Hi team I brought Samsung galaxy note in the month of may.Recently I was in Kerala and was drenched in rain, my note was in bag after reaching home when I clicked on my phone ..I saw my phone was not getting switched on .so gave my phone for repair and its been 3 days with no response from executive .I have been repeatedly tried contacting them on phone with nil response as the phone is always busy.also I was advised there is not warranty on my phone.its shame that my phone costing 42000 does not have warranty for a year also my phone was never drowned in water ..why am not eligible for warranty.
                          My end for this phone is still existing and u guys don't provide warranty.
                          Very bad service
                          I am expecting warranty and no charge on my mobile repair as it is only 7 months that I have taken the phone.

                          Also I just chhkd the receipt recd for this issue and this has been incorrectly documented issue is phone getting switched on and they have mentioned some reason.
                          I want my phone to be replaced.

                          I want the phone to be replaced .such a pathetic service also provide escalation manager contact number .
                          Request you to consider my case and replace my phone.
                          It's very disappointing and traumatic experience with no phone since a week.
                          Samsung galaxy on 7 mobile phone use leta hu probably h unfortunately system UI has stopped

                              My samsung j2 screen was giving problem so i went divine electro solution (391/123 prince anwar shah road kolkata-700068) and they asked me to get it replaced. I paid rs 2900 and gt it replaced and as soon as i went home within 3 hours the phone is now not switching on.

                              This is absolute harrasment my phone is a brand new phone within 7months and was working fine.
                              First they asked me to replace lcd and now phone is not switching on.

                              Please look into this as i am frustrated with samsung.

                              I have a doubt this service centre has changed my parts or has given me some other faulty parts.

                                I have visited Samsung mobile office, karnal to get my mobile phone repaired as I was facing problem of mobile going sensor problem while calling. There was no other problem.That time My mobile have in extended warranty because of extended warranty they refuse to fix the problem and did argument with me because of their behaviour know i will never buy Samsung produts.

                                  I have given my j2 mobile on 5/12/2016. There is no response regarding repair my bill no [protected]. Service center people are telling for refund provide documents i didn't have that time to wait. Reference no is [protected], i don't need any refund please provide new hand set & i will bare charges for damage parts. I am thinking to buy samsung tv, if no response i will choose another product. I have given time till december 29 2016, again they asking time for 15 days. My friend & i planned buy j7 mobile, if delay continues, we planned to purchase another brand product. (Mobile or television) any product.

                                    One of our AC's has been constantly giving issues and each time the service technician comes, he refills the gas and does some work on it and collects money.
                                    Most frequent of problems is that of gas leakage according to the technician. Recently they changed a condenser also and charged about 9000 after keeping the set for about 8 days, and in less than a month again the AC would not cool properly.
                                    Again they said that gas leakage is there and so it needs to be taken to service centre.

                                    We are hardly able to use the AC during the most needed period, and all the service team in kochi will say that charges are applicable, and need to replace each part.

                                    A most frustrating experience i have had so far with the service team here!

                                      My phone's back camera lens protector glass had shattered and so I got the back panel replaced from your authorised service center DEE VEE Enterprises, on 31st December 2016

                                      First of all, I was told that the estimated time was nearly 1 hour but I kept waiting for nearly 3.5 hours and the staff did not even clearly convey the status to me
                                      After the repair was completed, I checked the working of device and found that camera was NOT WORKING PROPERLY. All images were blurred while capturing.
                                      Nobody even checked this fault before delivering the handset and did not even tell the exact problem

                                      Then I discussed this with the incharge over there and he promised me that they are going to replace my back camera. He said that they have ordered the camera module and qould be available by Wednesday, 3rd January 2017.
                                      But the part is not available yet.

                                      Also, when I contacted them, they told me that they have a pending s7 unit for repair and if I agree they can replace my device's camera with that device's part.

                                      This behavior and delay cannot be tolerated by anyone.
                                      Please look into the matter asap and assist me to get my phone repaired
                                      This is the the CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITY that I ever expected while purchasing such a high end device

                                        I have purchase Samsung j7 mobile on February 2016. I had a problem of mobile charging issue and memory slot unable to find out. so I given the mobile for service in Kanchipuram Tamil Nadu. the service persons are said that mobile is having problem of motherboard so they have changed the motherboard and given the mobile to me. after receiving the mobile I found that the mobile is getting switch off frequently then I called the customer care and they said that to give the mobile one more time for servicing. During that time sI am in Hyderabad so I given the mobile service centre in Hyderabad they checked the mobile and they updated the mobile software and given to me but the problem still exist. one more time I went to service centre then they said that will change the battery this time and will check. changed the battery but still problem exist. almost 30 days I am suffering with this problem I don't have another mobile also.
                                        please rectify rectify my problem immediately it is giving big problem to me please understand my issue or replace my mobile with new one.
