Purchased samsung galaxy j7 - 6 on 15/11/16 but within 25 days after purchase, receiver is malfunctioning.

extreamlely suprised that a standard company set has malfunctioned within 20 days of purchase mover over the local...

Please be informed that I have lost my Samsung on7 proMobile with IMEI No. [protected], on 19/12/16 at about 12 noon.while travelling in an Uber Cab (pool).

I have tried to contact the cab driver for locating the mobile, but in vain.

Request you to block the IMEI No.immediately, so that there cannot be any misuse of the data available in the mobile....

I vistited samsung care centre before a month for reparing my fon. They said displays are short so vist aftr 15 days. After 15 days they said same yet short. Finally after a month they took my fon for repare now more than 10 days passed i didnt receved any coll from care centre..
Before 2 months my friend submitted his phone at care centre for the same purpose. He got solution in 24 hours so its requsted kindly solve my problem as...

I bought Samsung Galaxy A7 for Rs 24000 and used it hardly for 3 months. Suddenly, one day, whole screen becomes blue, without any physical damage on phone. I went to service center and they totally denied to repair it in warranty, though I have shown them all the bills and references. They are asking for Rs7000 for repair and saying that its a liquid damage which can happen without any physical damage also.

I raised complaint...

Have submitted by Samsung A7 for touch screen change in Okhla service centre but they are struggling to get the parts from Samsung. I assume A7 is a latest model so am worried why this lack of service in terms of parts delivery. Feeling helpless as being your customer since last 9 yrs.

I got samsung a8 mobile 6 months before and display will damage i visited to service center they took advance to repair it saying that within 15 days you will get your device .Every day i follow up with them neither i got single call from from their side.Then i called to toll free no Samsung even they dont have answer i need my money back.every time when i called up service center people told me your complaint is escalated to higer level...

Hello sir i had purchase samsung mobile on 10.12.16 and the problem in the phone is the display issue i had to get in and out service center alot times after that they replace me at last on fri with lots of calling coustoner care and goin srvice center but when i got new phone the phone has red line on display i immeditaly gone to service center next day im morning they said the issue is clearly visible and it is again a hardware problem...

I bought one samsung mobile model Name : SM-A800FZKEINS on last nov of 2015.on dec 2016, its display was damaged so went to Service center (Kharadi, Pune) for repair . from there i got to know it will take max 3/4 day for display repair then i given my mobile to them and back.
After 4/5 days i called to service center number then i got to know mobile is not repaired because ordered display part still coming from noida and they told...

It has been 12 days and there has been no response from samsung mobile service center.

I purchased a samsung refrigerator on 09/11/2015 and from last 7 days that is in samsung service center but they are done only temporary repair and told me that collect refrigerator but i dont want to take that back, i want replacement or refund from last 5 days i continuous call to toll free number and through social media also but i don't have any response from their side....

Samsung is a Fraud and unprofessional company. I brought a Samsung Galaxy S7 on 31st July 2016 from Samsung Store and was told that I would get 10% refund for the total cost of the phone after 90 days. I connected with Samsung Customer Care and requested them to process my refund and I was told it will be refunded in 90 working days. I thought that I should wait for another 25 days (to compensate for the holidays) and again after 120 days...

I have given my j2 10fzddins mobile on 06/08/2016. There is no response regarding repair my bill no [protected]. Service center people are telling for refund provide documents i didn't have that time to wait. Reference no is [protected] i don't need any refund please provide new hand set & i will bare charges for damage parts. I am thinking to buy samsung mobile if no response i will choose another product......

I visited samsung service center: b2x service solution india pvt ltd - shakarpur, delhi - 110092 for remedies of problem in my samsung tab 3 which was getting auto switched off even when batteries was showing more than 70%. They collected my tab to find out the problem on 15th december2016... The samsung s6 screen started giving trouble soon after purchase.
May 2016- the display went blank and it was repaired, but the camera damaged
October 2016- the screen came off from the frame, tape changed
November 2016- in two days again the screen came off. Phone declared defective. Bank details for refund of amount taken....

This is to note that i have given my handset Samsung a5 for change of display as my display was not working.

I gave the handset to smart tele services, Vijayawada on 21/11/2016 bearing work order no.11464 & order no. [protected]

It has been over 25 days since i have given my handset in service centre but still they are saying that display is not available so it will take time.

I want to know that...

Sir i have purchased an led samsung led ua48j5300 from anand electronics kalkaji on 17 dec 2015 invoice no spk 1786 but from starting the panel (screen) started getting black paches from both lower side on complaining samsung they changed the piece that some pieces are alredy defected with the same problem and changed the panel of mine the 5 month of purchsed i told them to change the piece but they said that no problem will appear now but...

We have booked note 7 but later samsung not able to provide as they have huge manufacturing defect.
So we bought s7 edge as keeping trust in samsung.
But all note 7 offers are announced and when we are trying to avail them samsung is avoiding to give offers.
They try to search based on imei and say it is not showing in system.
But it is samsung responsiblity to map or customer?
