We purchase handset 29/06/2015 @ rs 41500. Purchase extended warranty 15/06/2016 rs 2482/-. On 4/01/2017 motherboard not working . Malad mumbai-400064 service centre reg no-[protected] not having note 4 pba. They told 10 days but yet no idea when they got. They not give any standby phone also no knowledge of spare part. So i think if they not produce spare part than not give warrenty or give latest phone or same note 4. But how they can put us on hold. Stop making emotional advt first satisfied their customer

    Everyone knows the Note 4 was having crazy issues after the L update (mine was too) but this M [ota 6.0.1] update literally DESTROYED my phone. The update took 2 tries to download. When it finally did it went through the usual update process...then it turned on, applied the updates and restarted itself. The phone was a lag/freeze fest. I turned it off for a few mins because it was overheating from updating. Took the battery out for a few as well. After that...the phone was good for about an hour even though it wouldn't let me update google play services the way the notification kept telling me to...I tried to exit out of instagram and the phone froze. Im swiping, tapping, home button, volume, power...nothing is working. Then it turns off. Goes to the samsung boot..then the sprint...goes black and then Crashes. Android on the front with error messages.. Like literally BRICKED. My screen has been black with my notification light pulsing from blue to teal. Have to take it to Sprint tomorrow. Smh I'm so heated. I have TEP so I hope they'll replace it because its software issues. No physical damage whatsoever.

      I have given my adapter (Bill/complain no-[protected]) which is under warranty to the service centre. Service centre has told a lot of excuses in repairing and replacing the charger.
      When I first went to the service centre, they are just first giving me the visiting card and told me to call them when the charger will be repaired or replaced. After my question and argument, they have given the Xerox of the form which I have filled and given to them. Again after the argument, they have finally given me the receipt of complain and assured me that as the new charger will come, they will inform me But It has been more than two weeks .They have not informed me. When I first complain to customer care executive, the customer care and service centre again making a lot of excuses.
      I have a good faith in Samsung but Samsung destroyed my faith. If such is the service of customer care and service centre of Samsung, I will never buy a product and will not suggest anyone to purchase the Samsung product whether mobile, washing machine, TV etc.

          Hello team,

          This is hectic and worst experience for the second time I'm facing with the Samsung, though I'm a die hard fan of Samsung user and whole my family, I'm a govt employee ..I purchased Samsung galaxy s7 edge 2 and 1/2months back and unfortunately my phone glass got cracked seeing all the adds and all the warranty I reached to nearest Samsung service center and asked for the one time glass replacement offer ..where as the worst customer service I had faced and I believed the Samsung phones and used all S series and followed now to s7edge ...now immediately I want my glass to be replaced nor I'm really going to take a seviour action on this and file the case on consumer court and ask for the justice for the worst experience and it's really cheating what Samsung is doing for me now ...Kindly immediately respond to email and resolve my issue ...what kind of misguide will the Samsung does by telling scratch proof, water proof and dust proof & one time screen replacement . I'm not gonna liv this unless and untill my issue get resolved. pfa retail invoice!!

            I bought a new battery from your dealer Mzone in goa for my samsung galaxy S4. after few days my wifi and my blue tooth stopped working and also my battery started getting hot. last week battery went completely dead and i went to ghatkopar mumbai service centre to get it replaced and my wifi problem solved and was shocked to hear from them that battery given by goa dealer is for samsung grand phone and hence they r unable to replace. Also they confirm that due to grand battery the motherbiard of phone got affected. I called goa dealer and he confirm that he sold grand battery as samsung claims that grand battery can be used for galaxy s4 model. Pls help me as different samsung dealers giving different version.               I am using mobile model : SM - G530H since 2 years. Recently my mobile became slow and used to hang very frequently. I went to nearest Samsung service at MOBILE SEVA at 103, 1st floor, Krishna grand, Marathahalli, Outer Ring Road Junction, BANGALORE - 560037. They told to update software and updated it. Since then battery dries very fast. I again went there. This time they kept the phone with them for 1 day. They told that there was problem with the port. They changed it and charged Rs.500. But still facing same problem which shows very poor customer service. I am not satisfied with their service and didn't expect this from Samsung. Please look into the matter.

              There's some problem with the audio of the tv. I hv tried by increasing the volume by the remote( which is functioning well) but the volume still is very low.

                Sir / Madam
                I Sarika jain R/o 6 A/ 24 2nd floor, W.E.A., pusa road, karol bagh New Delhi -110005 ( mob no - [protected], [protected], [protected], Email : [protected]@gmail.com ) have purchased two mobile of samsung . first J5 on[protected] for Rs. 13000, and second A7(2015) on[protected] for Rs. 19900/-.

                Both have one year warranty.

                Both mobile are having display problem in a gap of one day .

                For A7- screen start changing its colour from one corner and within two days almost covered 80 % of screen with black colour, all touch screen and functions are working properly, and there is no damage or brake in the mobile .

                For J-5, hal[censored]pper screen was working, and lower is changing its colour and touch not working for lower portion, and now screen turning black .
                We have put complaint to samsung authorized dealer in Naraina, Delhi, and Ashok Vihar Delhi vide

                complaint no (job sheet no)

                For A7- [protected] dt[protected]
                For J5 - [protected] dt[protected]

                They deny to repair the mobiles under warranty, saying display damage not covered, and asking Rs. 7500/- for A7 and Rs. 3500/- for J-5, and registered the complaint as out of warranty.

                I, personally talked to Samsung customer support vide reference no [protected] dt[protected] at 7.35pm, and they also deny to repair under warranty .

                Not understanding, how is it possible to have the same fault in both the mobiles .

                Its not that we are having only one mobile, we have other handset also, which we are using for more than 3-4 years like iphone, LAVA, LG Nexus, Samsung corby, J2 + other models, none mobile have such kind of sensitivity problem in such a short span.

                Either the product we have taken is faulty, or Samsung has lowered down its product quality .

                so I request either, repair my both mobiles under warranty, without cost, or replace my both handset with the new one.

                Being a genuine customer, I request you to support, else I have to take some serious step against it .

                SAMSUNG IS ACTUALLY MAKING FOOL OF CUSTOMERS, JUST SELLING THE PRODUCT AND THEN DON'T LOOK BACK

                WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE IN CHINESE ITEM AND SAMSUNG, IF BOTH ONLY WORKS FOR 6- 8 MONTHS,

                NO US SPENDING HEAVY AMOUNT ON BUYING SAMSUNG PRODUCT

                I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR BOTH THE MOBILES ALONG WITH THE COMPENSATION OF MENTAL HARASSMENT

                  My j7 mobile was damaged due to screen brinkling and i got refund because i have still warrenty .. two of my friend have same problem on same model but their warrenty is over what Samsung do to make the loss Good ??? I have full faith on samsung do solve this problem

                    Inspite of several follow ups from my side, i havent recieved any response from ur service centre in mumbai. A pick up was arraged for my device dated 13/01/2017 and nobody has come to pick up. Tried calling the given no. [protected] but still nk response.What a third class service for premium customers. Its better to donate money to the poor rather buying a samsung product.

                    I submited My mobile Model no SM -E700HZWDINs on 30 th Dec2016.They promise to get it repaired within 10-15 days. Till today they giving same excuse of non avaibility of parts. After 15 days they not able to confirm when it get repaired.
                    This leads to dis satisfaction and question mark about service provided by top branded company.

                    Bought my phone sam a7 in Dec 15.
                    There was prob which was two times solved in Nov n Dec 16. Screen was gone. Lost my whole data.Last tym hardware was replaced at palwal service centre. On 29thDec 17 again the same prob arise. They said out of warranty. Same prob arisin within 15 days of rectification.

                      One month after warranty period, microwave not heating. Service engineer claims capacitor and other components to be replaced. Estimated cost of service is 80%of the value of microwave.
                      On 13th Dec 2015, the purchase of MW73AD-B/XTL was from Ms. Alfa, Ville Parle West. On 11th and 12th heating failure detected and complaint given -ref [protected]
                      After enjoying trouble free purchase of microwave cum grill, from you from 2000, trusted again to buy your Brand product.

                      Immediately after online complaint, on Saturday, email acknowledgment was received from, [email protected] Customer care 0120-3055450 informed courteously on Sunday, about holiday on Sunday and response will come next day. Later (91-11-33184587) has contacted and listened to my problems. Then, they recommended service. When service was not received, complaint was further followed up through customer care 1800 407 267 864, the complaint was well received and they initiated action at appropriate level and committed timely service, which REALLY HAPPENED and my entire family appreciated it. for every complaint, update was received through SMS For online complaint, status update was made. Frankly, we all felt initially, we should never go for Samsung again. But, this service has earned them goodwill and my loyalty is to continue...

                        Sir/Madam, I bought a Samsung mobile J210F Galaxy J2 (2016) on 13/09/2016. The mobile unexpectedly went blank on 13/01/2017. The device was receiving calls and switching ON but the screen was black. I, then went to the authorised samsung service centre, they told outrightly that it will cost 5000 INR. At this point, I called the samsung customer care no.[protected]. They told me to go back to the centre and talk to the manager about the exact problem. I again went to the centre, they told me that they would have to open the device and it will cost money. It is not covered under warranty. I again called the no. and the executive told me that any water damage, falling of device or opening of device by unauthorised centre voids the warranty and I should go back to the centre to get a quality check of the device.                           I have lodged a complaint for my samsung charger not working at your service centre at BHOPAL (SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE, MOTI MASJID AT BHOPAL) vide service order No. [protected].

                          How they treat your customer after sale I mention below their working style in some points :

                          i. On first day after checking all the paper they said your papers(invoice etc) are o.k. but your have to bring your mobile set.
                          ii. On next day there was another person was there and he said no mobile set is not necessary now you will bring when you pick your new charge. Unnecessary they trouble me.
                          iii. After receiving service centre phone call I have approached on 13.01.17 for picking my new charger. (I have submitted my token at 12.05 PM in service centre)
                          iv. They have taken my mobile phone for some updation. I have sit there till 1.20 PM for this. It means they have no time value for their customer. Is the upgradation software realy take such a huge time. So horribly.
                          v. I have seen in this period they have so rudely talking to customer who come for their problem. They behave like they are begger.

                          I have never seen such type after sale treatment from reputed companies. Prior to this I used SONI co. mobile. But their service centre persons are extremely co-operative.

                          Please take it as good advise for betterment of customer service.

                          It will be very useful if some neutral person take surprise visit becoming a normal customer and observe their front line staff behaviour.

                          Each time during switching on the TV, there is a delay in response to the functioning of the TV like changing the channels and volume.

                            I am writing a mail regarding the SAMSUNG Galaxy TabS2 issue.When I bought this product from JBHIFI Sydney Australia, that time JBHIFi representative told me, SAMSUNG company is providing the warranty support across the world.I bought this product on date 26 dec15 from JBHIFY.Due to personal issue, I moved to India permanantaly and since Feb16 I am in India.

                            Since last 6-7 months, My Tab is not working and here(India) I approach to Samsung support centre and they are not ready to providing services to me as product was bought from out of India.Then I called to SAMSUNG customer care centre[protected] and got same response from customer care as well.

                            SAMSUNG Galaxy TabS2 is in under warranty period and no one is ready for attending my call on this issue.Please help me on this is

                            I spoke with SAPNA(sapna.[protected]@partner.samsung.com), She was telling as I have pay repair cost.
                            Why should repiar cost to them as my TAB is in Under warranty period.

                              Namaste Sir/Madam,

                              Myself K. Raghavendra, purchased a Samsung Galaxy J710 (2016 model) on 25 December 2016. But on 4 Jan 2017 I Observed some green spots on the display screen and these spots gradually increased entire screen, then I Switched off the same in the evening. Next day morning (5th Jan 2017) I had visited Samsung Service center at Nigdi in Pune (M.H).

                              I informed about the problem and they said that there is a damage from inside and it would not be considered in warranty. I am continuously follow up with Samsung customer care, but they are saying the same thing that there is an internal damage and you have to pay for the service of about Rs. 6500.00. I refused to pay for the fault which I have not done.

                              I have even not removed the plastic cover on the both the sides of handset till date and there is no scratches & damage on the screen and no damage from outside.

                              We have 2nos. Samsung mobile (Samsung Galaxy GT- 7582 & Samsung Galaxy Fame GT-S6812) and one HTC Desire 700 and using since 4 years. We haven't felt any problem with those mobile phone.

                              On 10th Jan 2017 i have visited Samsung "Creative Mobile Services" at Hadapsar in Pune. Maharashtra. they have seen then the mobile and said the same thing that service will be chargeable (they declaration copy as been attached with this complaint).

                              I asked Samsung customer care to drop a mail to me the reason for the display failure, but still i have not received any mail from them.

                              My sincere request is kindly look into the same and I want justice in this regards. I don't have any faith on Samsung mobile service. Suppose If i face the same problem after the service also, so I want my money back.

                              I have received a mail on 13 Jan 2016 from Samsung (Sana Ansari), Please have a look at below mail and my reply. They have appreciated my feedback on Samsung phone which i am using since 4 years, but finally they are saying that internal damage is bear by the customer and it's service charge is around Rs. 6300.00.

                              But i am not agreed with them.

                              Request you to look into the same and resolve the problem at the earliest.

                                Its so pathetic that in-spite of contacting Samsung on Facebook link, there''s no correspondence from their end. Seems there''s no value for customers.
                                I bought Samsung Note 5 phone on 03 December 2016. And on night of 31 December 2016, it asked for regular software update, which I ofcourse did. But after few hours, it went off and wasn''t turning on. I went to Samsung service centre - Janakpuri, where they plugged in their charger and it started showing charging bar. I was given Job sheet and I left my phone at the centre. Next day, I got call, there''s a water damage and it need to be repaired: that''s chargeable. On asking reasons of water source that could have damaged mother board, their skilled team was blank. I called up their customer service, they arranged call back from Escalation team and they are tooo arrogant to talk and were blank with no valid reason.I am not yet clear with the reason of water as I have been told by Service centre that water damage is in centre of Motherboard. And there was no LDI (Liquid damage indicator) on my phone as well before I submitted my phone. I am using Samsung phone since 2005.
                                Now, I want to ask:
                                How can they justify motherboard failure with moisture in centre of motherboard?
                                How can be there moisture in winters of December? This means Note 5 cannot be used in Monsoons. I am not sure, if I could use this in Summers as well.

                                  I had purchased a Samsung Mobile Phone J700 from MK Electronics & Refrigeration New Delhi costing Rs. 14599/- on 5.10.2016. Suddenly, there was a software problem in the same which stopped working. Immediately I had made a complaint to the company on 13.10.2016 at [protected]@appsyouneed.in for replacement /repair of the phone together with claim form and other all supported documents as the same is under warranty/guarantee period and is covered under insurance who generated a Claim Intimation Number (CIN) No. D[protected]. Since then, I have been reminding them time to time over phone and emails but no further response about my claim has been received from their side so far. You are requested to kindly help me in this regard.

                                      I V.Jaya prakash had given my phone as it is given in service centre because of low battery back up.they said they will give order battery and it will take 20 days.iam paying money for that battery.but i had given on[protected].                                         I have visited service centre today they have checked my mobile and charger also according to him their is no problem in my charger and phone but still I am facing problem in charging I am very frustrated that since 10th month of warranty I am facing issue regarding to this and still in 14 month of purchasing its is having same issue so please solved my problm or replace my phone otherwise I will have to take further action against to your compn6 that will be bad for the goodwill of your company only 11 to 12 month your set is start creating problm it should not done.

                                        I have visited service centre they have checked all and changed battery again but the problem is still I have sent a letter through speed post but there is no reply from samsung only one time call and they told me to go service centre again I am tired up with that phone and go to service centre again and again
