Sir/ Madam,
I purchased Samsung's basic phone (FM with Dual Sim- Rs. 1400) for my parents on 19/01/17. Which is giving a Beep sound throughout the day. So was shown to shop owner, who had RESET it. But still the problem persists, so shop owner told to show it to Kota service center, which is 80 KM's far away from my place. He also said that, if he will send the phone for repair to Kota center, then it may take 10 to 15 days period.
So i am upset due to this problem, with my new brand phone. I want you to take the product back, since i am not interested in keeping such a faulty phone. What it is use of going for Branded phone, if is crating nuisance...

      I have made a complaint at[protected] for the problem (non cooling of lower compartment) on January 22, 2017 and the engineering was sent on January 23, 2017 to my Lucknow residence (A-517, Indira Nagar, Behind Lekhraj Market) for repair. Without any proper check up he suggested three parts need to be changed and approximate cost of repair will be INR 3500=00. I gave consent for the repair. He changed only two parts but gave the bill for three item plus service charges.

      Anyway the problem was not yet properly rectified even though after the changes of these parts. Now I have feeling that the technician sent was not properly trained and doesn't have much knowledge about the refrigerator repairing and moreover I feel all these parts replaced were not genuine.

      Kindly looking into the matter urgently and rectify the problem.

        This is the 3 rd time I am getting issue with the Samsung s7 handset. I travel quite a bit and this phone is letting me down big down. I bought this phone in March 2016 from Kerala. In mid November 2016, the display had a crack when it fell from my hand. I got the same Replaced in Chennai since I was travelling. I went to the Service center in Anna Nagar Chennai. 4 Hrs after the replacement the phone again died. Samsung Anna Nagar service center took a week to get the phone repair. Now after 2 months the display is not working. The cost of the phone is 50K INR and I dont understand why the services are so unreliable. I paid 11K to get the display fixed. I had to travel to Chennai to pick the handset and had incurred the cost of my own.

        I am fed up waking every day and seeing the phone having some issues. If you folks are not confident of giving a permanent fix, pls let me know I can invest buying a new one rather than waiting to get this fixed again. I work out of Bangalore and your service center is 90 mins from my home, given the poor traffic in bangalore. I was told a concierge service is provided for s7 handset, since my display is not working and i need to use the galaxy app how do i use it.
        I am fed up with this handset letting me down every 2 months.

        It is okie if you folks write back to me telling pls buy a new phone ..

        I am struggling to find a permanent fix to sort out my Samsung S7 display issues. Every time I take it to service center it works for some days and again it fails. So this is my last resort and will wait to see if any help is possible from your end.

        Long Story Short, I have a samsung s7 which is 10 months old and has a lot of issues. My display broke and the same is replaced 3 times. Everytime it fails sooner or later. Your service team is not fixing the phone correctly.

        I tried writing to CEO office yesterday night, aIl got an SMS stating the complaint is closed as per the phone call. I wrote the mail at yesterday 10 PM and no one called me after that.

        Whom Do i meet to get this fixed permanently? What do i do ?

        My mobile is being stolen. I am searching for IEMI no. Till that I just wanna make sure that from my end it is clear that mobile has been stolen.
        I visited samsung care Dev service sabarmati ahmedabad but not solved my problems... samsung customer care not solved my complaint... very bed experience samsung

          Dear all
          I bought Samsung J2 ( 2016 ) on 11 jan and unfortunately on the same day his screen broke down.
          I send the handset to Samsung service center ( Kotla, New Delhi ) on the same day, now from 11 jan to 27 jan ( 17 Days ) they are not having the screen display. As per them there is shortage of spare parts in Samsung .
          Cost of the handset is 09, 500 and display cost is 5, 000 which I am ready to pay even after that I am not getting my phone repair.
          What a bad impression for a company line Samsung that they are not having the parts of their new sets in market.
          As I am working in a media group need smart phone for active news etc, but due to such bad service I am stuck .
          If anyone from Samsung is able to read my mail please check .

            This is to bring to your notice that I had bought Samsung note 4 mobile phone last year which started creating problems after few months. I informed the Samsung service centre, Patiala. But no solution was provided even after repeated complaints. Unfortunately, The phone stopped working on third of January 2017. I went to the service centre on fourth but they asked me to come back on fifth and deposited my phone on the same day. I was asked to collect the phone on seventh but I had to go there six times but neither my phone was repaired nor I was provided any solution . I was asked to contact Samsung customer care which I did. But even at Samsung customer care I was not provided any solution even after calling them many times. Either they put my call on hold are used to hang up every time. Even after 21 days of harassment I haven't been provided my phone back or or a replacement phone as I was promised.

                Sir, I visit samsung service centre at mobile cool1 st floor damaji shamaji industriel estate veera desai road andheri west mumbai 400058. i purchase samsung galaxy j7 prime from milan eleceronics andheri west on 6/1/2017. My phone is working fine but earphone is not working. your service centre engineer told me to bring mobile for update the software. and data will be lost. and that is your policy. My self i m a computer engineer and i have 25 years experiance.
                other earphone working with same mobile. i don't know what is logic to test earphone or update software to mobile. sir you don't have spare mobile to check earphone.

                  I have given my samsung mobile j2 for repair as screen has broken and got damaged with ref. No. [protected]. After repairing i got the call for collect the phone when i went to received the phone to service center . They were charging me 1% extra on bill because of card payment, which i denied to give them. How could they can charged extra to the customer from actual quoted amount. Even if there is process than it should be mentioned on service slip or inform to customer regarding this.

                  Really samsung india is a ridicules service provider, where the company is showing themselves a well reputed organization. The way samsung is providing service in that way that day is not a far away when they have to face the same market as nokia has faced and gone from market.

                  Top of it the service center manager mr. Saddab ali behavior is also too rude and unprofessional even he don't know the how to respond the customer. His behaviour was unethical, unprofessional and pathetic service provider people.

                  I have received the call from Samsung India but the kind of excuse which they are giving for extra charges is totally unexpected and illegally. Since as per their word this extra will go to government account as a tax, really kind of BS excuse such a organization give to customer's. If you are paying by cash than no extra charges and if you pay by card than you have to pay 1%-2% extra depend on card (debit or credit), It means they are not paying proper tax to government by taking cash and by doing this they are involved in financial irregularities. Since card transaction is transparent transactions so they couldn't hide this and have to pay the taxes. Really its a great scam doing by the Samsung India towards paying government taxes.

                  Really it's required an attention of government to check and find out their financial irregularities game. Top of it most of the Samsung service center in Patna has no facilities of card payment and if they have they are not encouraging this, instead of this they are directly communicating to customer we do not accept the card here.

                  However I have re-submitted my mobile to Samsung service center and got the communication that by Monday 06.02.2017 I will receive my mobile but I haven't received yet, even not a single call for confirmation.

                  Really pathetic service provider, and ruining their brand image themselves only.

                    With reference to subject mentioned above, I have purchased a new Samsung galaxy phone from your retailer online bay with flipkart, on 29/06/2016 in cash of Rs.15999/- INR. Now I am facing the problem of speaker voice on call time in the phone. I have been using internet in the phone since a long time and I have purchased this phone for net surfing and regular use . When I asked this problem to your customer care executive, I was told to contact customer care in himatnagar. I met Mr.Manish there and he miss behave including with sandip prajapti both are use raf Lange told me you can go and rapier your phone with local and go to dealer told your problem way are this service centre in himatnagar that’s type comment and Lange we parches this Samsung product I am facing this problem and now Mr.Manish says that there is problem in speaker voice waiting for the parts 4 days than i told if possibly please support arrange this parts your care he told me miss behave including with sandip prajapti both are use raf Lange told me you can go and rapier your phone with local and go to dealer told your problem

                    Now I asked the . Now I am getting tried with this phone and service which is being provided by your company. I have been roaming here and there from one week and no solution has come yet. I have been a loyal customer of Samsung Mobile but this time I feel that I have made a big blunder that I purchased Samsung phone since no response from your customer care executive and all. This is my humble request to you please check the phone properly and change if necessary.

                        I bought a handset model number SM-A800IZWEINS in march 2016 few day earlier on dated 22nd January 2017 my hand set swithoff by itself and since then not working so i move to service center Hazratganj lucknow but they said if they open the set the screen will shattered and it is not their responsiblelty and i have to bear the same ammount 8500₹ but why i bare the ammount if it is noty fault i will sending u this pls take action against ur service centre as they exploiting ur valuable customers their names are fahad and his associates. I[censored] will not take action against them i will move to consumer court for legal action and also for criminal court to vex me.

                          I have a Samsung Mobile model No A8 with purchased on[protected]. I have attached the scan of the purchase bill.

                          After using it 8 months, I realized it was getting hotter and then suddenly the display went off after 4 days after the machine was getting hot.

                          I took it to the customer care and there I was told that I need to pay for the display and will be charged in excess of Rs. 8000/-.

                          I am not sure if I agree to this, the machine is in warranty and the problem is for no fault of mine. Request you to take care of the problem at the earliest.

                          The display disappeared owing to the hotness of the machine.

                            I was promised a free surprise gift by one of the sales representative who called me on 12th of January 2017.

                            The Gear s3 has arrived but i never received the free gift that was promised.

                            This is cheating to enhance sales of new products !!!

                            The issue started when i added Gear S3 product as part of preorder and left it in my cart on 11th of January 2017

                            However, i did not make the payment

                            On 12th of January i received a call from Samsung Estore number and was promised a surprise gift i made the purchase on the same day. 12th January

                            However, i have still not received the order.

                            I tried contacting the team on their helpline number and email them as well.

                            Below is the email that i received which was not satisfactory at all...

                                My complaint to customer care samsung n conversation with executive rekha at headoffice delhi & executive mr eshwar at authorised service centre samsung ratna electronics abids hyderabad in month of october & november are in vain

                                On friday 16th dec i got a call from samsung service centre new delhi/gurgaon executive rekha tanvar said me to go to same samsung authorised service centre (Ratna electronics abids hyderabad) n replace the display
                                (Manager mr eshwar from ratna electronics, was in conference call between me executive mrs rekha samsung & agreed to replace display on call on friday 16th dec 2016)

                                When i sent my executive at the place mr eshwar refused to change the display saying it was external damage & doesnt cover under warranty

                                I would like to mention
                                》》 the same phone was given to ratna electronics where there was not any physical damage, after checking display was ordered by executive mr eshwar.
                                The service centre has photos of my device without damage.
                                They agreed the pink color line is bcod on internal issues in the phone & not bcos of external damage on the phone

                                Now they said that ponk color line is bcos of external damages.

                                Request samsing to check. The issue & repair the pink color line occure due to internal issues covered under warranty as said warlier at the earliest

                                  A complaint of low heating in my microwave was launched to samsung India. While the microwave was checked by service engineer due to wrong procedure of checking the same the transformer of the microwave was burnt. Now samsung India is charging the cost of transformer also for replacement whereas the same was burnt due to mishandling of service engineer.

                                  We bought a Samsung LED 40 Inch TV on Apr'2014. (2 years back) for the cost of 57000.00.

                                  Recently that is on Sunday 14th Jan . TV display panel got dark and it got burst.

                                  no picture coming .

                                  Service person came and told TV display panel is lost and life is only for 5 years.

                                  So Samsung quality is worse than anything.

                                      I bought samsung on nxt from samsung official website shop.samsung.com on sunday 15 jan 2017 and got delivered on 19 jan 2017.my order id is[protected]
                                      when i opened the package and swich on the phone, i noticed that the back button was not working. I called the samsung estore helpline number and told him about the defected phone the executive told me to go to samsung service center and to get a DO letter from there. I on the next day on 20 jan 2017 gone to kotla samsung service center (maa communication) there, the person sitting on the counter checked the phone till that time condition of the phone was proper then he told me that the engineer will check the phone and will make do letter but when he take the phone to engineer and come outside he told that the DO letter of the phone he will not make as there is some scratch in paint at top of the phone.
                                      Then again i called the customer care then he told me to submit the phone to service center and get the jobsheet of the phone.then again i gone to service center and submitted the phone.my jobsheet no is [protected].
                                      now on 25 jan 2017 i got a call from service center that they will not repair the phone untill i pay repairing cost to them.my phone is in full warranty then why should i pay the cost to them.in jobsheet also it is mentioned that the phone is in full warranty.
                                      i want that my phone should be replaced because i got a defective phone from samsung company.
