I am having the most premium and costly samrt phone the Great samsung Galaxy S7, purchased at Rs. 48500/- of cost but now I realize that its total wastage of money bcoz I don't expect that its 2.5d gorilla glass, the most toughened glass back side panel of my mobile got break by just only hitting with some my table corner in my jeans paocket.. I don't know why company provides corning gorilla glass in thier samsung mobiles, but i am very disappointed that my mobile back side gorilla glass panel got break due to some light hit inside pocket with table.. I want samsung company to change my mobile back side panel free of cost.. If not then in future I never purchase any items of samsung in my life ever..

Thanks to samsung india for resolving my problem ...they have changed my back glass panel free of cost.. First they have charged me 4033/- for my back glass panel..after that they returned my money..

On 02 feb 2017, I went to samsung service center vasundhra ghaziabad to change my samsung galaxy S7 back glass panel and paid 4033/- amount for the same...But when the samsung service center change my ordered S7 back glass model no. SM-G930FZDUINS, Sr. No. RZ8H30QR7YE is totally different colour from my previous original S7 back glass panel.My original back glass panel colour is Gold platinum but replaced new panel colour is not gold platinum..it is only simple gold...I want to complaint about this matter..Why Samsung providing this colour different from original..I need answer..It is totaly fraud from samsung ..my changed panel is not looking original see the attached claim bill and both my original break glass and new changed glass panel image..my TIN no. Is [protected], Claim no. is[protected]..
Dear samsung company please give me answer for that..If I am paying 4033 amount for the part then I need it should be original and same as it comes with my packed galaxy S7 mobile..

It is looking totaly fake and duplicate ...Please solve my problem now bcoz Now this replaced back glass panel is not free from your side ...samsung charged 4033 rs. for this from me so I need the answer and want same colour as original ...

    This is to inform you that i gave a complaint during 1st week of September'2016 regarding leakage of gas pipe of my refrigerator.Your serviceman Mr Kanaka Raju welding work to the gas pipe line and collected Rs 1881/- vide Bill No 862 dated 13/09/2016 of S.S.Associates, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. We observed some noise later and informed the same immediately but no one had come to repair it. Last week it has completly stopped working and again the same service man (Mr Kanaka Raju) attended and informed that there is no gas due to leakage.He is refused to do it free of cost as the warranty for the 1st service would be 3 months only. So we were forced to pay Rs 1600/- vide Bill No. 2714 dated 28/01/2017 of S.S.Associates.When it is not repaired in the 1st service despite of repeated calls, how far it is fair to charge again for the same problem. In this connection i would like to inform my experience with Samsung products as given below:
    1) I bought 2 TVs i.e. Sony and Samsung(1 inch bigger ) in 1998 out out which samsung TV stopped working from 2008.Prior to that we spend near about Rs 4500 for repairs. I have shown it to 2 service centres who asked Rs 5500 to get it repaired. So we scrapped it and bought SONY again. Both the SONY TVs are still working and very much satisfied customer.
    2) In 2012 i bought Galaxy 4 at a cost of Rs 37000 whose mother board got burnt after 15 months. As you aware that warranty period is only 12 months, so bought new mother board for Rs 8, 500/- and got it repaired. Immediately within 8 months i.e after 6 months warranty period of the new mother board, the 2nd one also got damaged. Finally i realised about the SAMSUNG phone quality and spent another Rs 8, 500/- for repairing the same. This time i sold it for Rs 11, 000/- and bought I Phone. No issues so far.
    Henceforth i am not going to buy any of SAMSUNG Products and would like to bring it to the knowledge of other customers.

        But when I am calling for status of my mobile no one responding on my complaint .

        We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
        As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

                I purchased my handset from lotus ujjain on 15 jan 2016, on 30th december 2016 very first time I submitted my handset to samsung service center (palak agency near langar petrol pump) ujjain and informed them my handset warranty is getting finished please check it completely as it's heating is anomalous. It's authorized service centre. I submitted my phone with heating issue and battery early discharge issue, service centre returned phone on 31 december 2016, and informed me now your handset working nicely we changed the charging port as it is defective and assured we have checked it's not heating, on 4 th jan 2017 I again visited the service centre with the same issue of heating. They asked me to submit my phone, on 5 th jan 2017 they have generated a new jobshit for my handset and changed its PCB(motherboard) and returned my phone on 6th jan 2017 now again they assured me we have checked the phone there is no heating issue. on 7th of jan 2017 I again gone up to service centre with same issue, they have taken the phone, and assured now they will check it, on 9 th jan 2017 they called me to check my phone as it's not heating I gone up to service center I showed the engineer how much the phone heating on use, the service centre engineer given me another A7 handset which is alright and asked me to play a game in both the handset for 10 10 mins I played and I showed it to engineer see heating he also measured the temperature with some device available there called temperature gun, the recorded temperature is more in my device tham other device, than on 10th jan 2017 they again generated the job sheet, on 11 th jan they have returned my phone on and informed me they have changed the PCB(motherboard) as the PCB received previously from company is defective, on 12 th of jan 2017 I submitted handset to service centre with same issue and reported the matter to CEO desk of company, from there one of there executive preeti yadav is talking with me on behalf of my samsung, and assured me she will look in to the matter and she is touch with me from 7th jan 2017, I informed her my handset is overheating and submitted to service center thrice till date and my warranty expiring on 14 jan 2017, she assured me she will help in all the way, I asked her should I externd my warranty, she said wait till we are looking in matter on 12 jan some other executive called me on behalf of preeti yadav and asked me to collect my handset as it's alright I informed her it's heating and my warranty is finishing on 14jan so I will not collect till it's not alright, on 17 jan 2017 I again got a call from some other executive mr. Narendra singh on behalf of preeti yadav, he asked me to check my phone it's not heating temperature range is 22 to 26 degree centigrade, I informed him I will check my phone at service centre and will not collect if it's still heating, he said plz check, I have checked my handset which is having 9gb free space, just after 25 to 30 mins activity is is between 39 to 37 degree centigrade. I called mr. Narendra from there but he not picked up. On 18 th jan 2017 I got call from a female executive from ceo desk on behalf of miss preeti yadav forcing me to collect the handset and also told u r warranty extension time is also lapsed, I told her it's heating she informed me that it's normal heating and not overheating up to 48 degree everything is normal and than asked me what I want I asked her I don't want anything just repair my handset so it will not heat I m having a son whom is just 3 month old may this phone will blast in night as it's heating anomalously, I asked her to inform it to me in writing but she is not doing so. On 22nd I got a email from preeti yadav samsung executive informing my handset is not having any issue, and as u requested for replacement or refund (even I not asked it) I also taken help from consumer helpline, but the company closed the call without calling me. And saying customer want replacement or refund which is against the company policy.

                  COMPLAINT AGAINST M/s S.M.SERVICE - SAMSUNG EXCLUSIVE SERVICE CENTRE FOR MOBILE PHONES.
                  I am using 2 Mobile phones of Samsung make - 1) Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo and 2) Samsung S4 (Model No. I9500). On 06.05.16 the Note 3 Neo was working at a very slow pace and to resolve this issue I approached one of your 'Authorised Service Centre' near to my place for which I had to pay Rs.400/- (Rupees Four hundred) only for Software Update. I was provided a Cash receipt no.2049 dt 06.05.16 carrying the firm’s name of 'S.M.Service, Exclusive Samsung Service Centre' and the SAMSUNG logo (Cash Receipt Uploaded). On 19.10.16 when the S4 (Model No.I9500) was having charging problem only, I approached the same Samsung Exclusive Service Centre – S.M.Service and as per their analysis I had to replace the old battery with a new one for which I paid 1760/- (Rupees One thousand seven hundred and sixty) only. After bringing back the mobile home, I found that the Back Key & the Option Key of the S4 Samsung Mobile were not working. I visited the very Samsung Exclusive Service Centre on 21.10.16 to resolve this issue and they again replaced the Sub PBA and charged Rs.1660/- (Rupees One thousand six hundred and sixty) only. On both these occasions I was provided Receipts of a different firm name ‘MANASI’ specialised in Sales, Service & Accessories of Mobiles having the same place of business as that of 'S.M.Service, Exclusive Samsung Service Centre' and sharing the same email ID but nowhere the receipts carry the SAMSUNG logo (Bill No.883 dt 21.10.16 Uploaded). On enquiry they claim ‘MANASI’ as a subsidiary of the Exclusive Samsung Service Centre – S.M.Service. I failed to understand when a Customer chooses to visit the Exclusive Samsung Service Centre with a presumption, belief and confidence that the repairing job is being entrusted in the hands of Samsung trained technicians, it is factually being executed by unauthorised trainees not from Samsung Co., as good as getting your mobile repaired by unskilled workers putting up temporary shops on the pavements. I wonder how such ‘Exclusive Samsung Service Centre' is betraying and depriving the Customer by getting the jobs done by untrained technicians not from the Samsung Co. and fiddling with the trust and faith of the Customers. How could the SAMSUNG Co. allow such parallel marketing be done under the name of ‘Exclusive Samsung Service Centre’. Consequently, as a Customer I had to bear the same burnt of my mobile being repaired by untrained technicians from MANASI and from 22.10.16 the Back Key & the Option Key again failed to work. On 27.10.16, when I approached the ‘Exclusive Samsung Service Centre' for the 3rd time, within a span of 8 days, to resolve this problem they asked to deposit the mobile with the assurance of sorting out the issues within next 7 days (Collection Point Job Sheet no.534 dt 27.10.16 issued by MANASI, Uploaded). Every fortnight till date my calls were answered with assurances that the requisitioned spare is not available and it would take some more time. Please let me know when shall I receive my Samsung S4 (Model No. I9500) in working condition and see to it that it is being repaired by the Samsung Co. trained technicians and I do not have to pay any additional amount as the firm claiming to be a subsidiary of the ‘Exclusive Samsung Service Centre’ – S.M.Service have already received Rs.1660/- + Rs.1760/- ( evident from the Job Sheet as Last Pay – 1660/- + 1760/-) towards getting my phone in order.

I complaint With in One Week so i went to replace the handset but they advise us to replace but he is very irregular about the customer and now 4 days was completed up to the till date i did not received the handset i am asking to service center people they are telling that we did not received from branch so why should i wait for this many days i want to Replace my mobile your company is making very very delayed and that is sending message like please change your way and give the replacement immediately or RE-Fund immediately your persons wasting our time. The company persons are not respond properly kindly check the status of my request and get me back as early as possible or the refund the my payment .                         I had purchased samsung j5 gold 7months back. A week ago suddenly the display stop working while i m using it. When i visited the customer i.e guwahati near chandmari they informed me that display crack is there and will be charged rs 3000. I am not sure if i agree to this and the machine is in warranty and the problem is no fault of mine. Same incident happen with my fiance also. I gifted him samsung j7 and customer care charged him rs 9000for display within the warrantee period only. So he choose another brand over samsung. If these kind of post service provided by you, how can you stick with youe estemeed brand. I am really disappointed with samsung. So request you to take care of the problem at the earliest.

                          very poor response and irresponsible behavior .
                          i purchased new phone and found problem with adopter on 07.01.2017 and contact service center and given compliant but no response from team by continues followup with samsung service center today 27.01.2017 team agreed to provide new one and taken two hours .

                            I had purchased Samsung galaxy J7 mobile handset from Flipkart in March-2016. The product was covered under one year manufacturer warranty. The particulars of mobile handset are as under:-
                            Mobile Code- SM-j700fzddins
                            Serial number-rz8h209gktj
                            IMEI number-[protected]
                            After 4 months of purchase display of above noted handset malfunctioned and the device was submitted to Samsung service care, M/s Jai Balaji Communication, F-Block, Yamunapuram, Behind MMR Grand, Bulandshahr-203001 vide service request no. [protected] dated 15.07.2016. The Samsung service care, Bulandshahr initially informed that handset is not serviceable and obtained some documents from me to facilitate refund or replacement of handset. Subsequently, another service request no.[protected] dated 14.08.2016 was generated by the said service care of their own. With the intervention of Samsung India official Mr. UNC Khetrapal, handset was delivered to me on 25.08.2016 after a period of 40 days. But, the handset didn't work properly and display of this handset went off again.
                            Accordingly, I submitted the handset to Samsung Service Care, Buland Shahr (Jai balaji Communication) on 05.01.2017 vide service request no. [protected]. Follow-up with the Samsung Care, it was intimated to me that handset has been repaired on 21.1.2017 and delivery of the same can be taken from the Samsung service care. To my utter surprise & disappointment, when I visited the said Samsung service care on 23.1.2017, I was told that handset is not yet repaired and some parts from the manufacturer are still awaited. With these updates, I again contacted Samsung Care and I was told that Samsung service care has generated a new service request no. [protected] of their own and that handset is not yet repaired. Now I have also visited Samsung service care, Buland shahr on 27.01.2016 and they have given a new date of 31.01.2017. But, I am not sure that Samsung service care will adhere his committed date. From the date of purchase of Samsung mobile handset galaxy J7 it has not worked properly and till writing it remained with Samsung service care for 65 days. A lot of inconvenience, harassment and monetary loss has been caused to me on account o[censored]nending delays by Samsung service care, Buland Shahr in servicing of the handset in working order.

                            I thus request you to kindly take up the matter with Samsung India Electronics Private Limited for their consideration and immediate resolution to return my mobile handset in proper working order and compensate the losses suffered by me on account of above.I shall be grateful for quick resolution of the case.

                            I sincerely thanks Indian consumer complaints forum & Samsung India for taking prompt action in the matter. I have received telephone calls from Samsung Care and Samsung service care, M/s Shri Balaji Communication, Buland Shahr. It is transpired that mobile handset was already serviced on 21.01.2017 and new service request was generated by the staff inadvertently.Now mobile handset has been delivered in working condition and there is no grievance against Samsung Care or Samsung service care, Buland Shahr from this end.Issue is resolved.

                              Very bad service.. u should prompt wid ur service u r talking more dan 2 weeks for repairing.. i dn't knw y u r taking dat much time for repairing i cn get it repair my ph from outside also.. sale is not importanr.. after sale service is alzo important to retain d customer.. nd dat salesperson is also very rude..even i m ready to pay dat amount for dat fr b dey r very slow or i dn't knw wheather dey had done or not.. dey r not giving me status jst saying reparing parts ni mil re...etna cheap ho gya ki market m samsung ka display hi mil rha

                                Sir/ Madam,
                                I purchased Samsung's basic phone (FM with Dual Sim- Rs. 1400) for my parents on 19/01/17. Which is giving a Beep sound throughout the day. So was shown to shop owner, who had RESET it. But still the problem persists, so shop owner told to show it to Kota service center, which is 80 KM's far away from my place. He also said that, if he will send the phone for repair to Kota center, then it may take 10 to 15 days period.
                                So i am upset due to this problem, with my new brand phone. I want you to take the product back, since i am not interested in keeping such a faulty phone. What it is use of going for Branded phone, if is crating nuisance...

                                    I have made a complaint at[protected] for the problem (non cooling of lower compartment) on January 22, 2017 and the engineering was sent on January 23, 2017 to my Lucknow residence (A-517, Indira Nagar, Behind Lekhraj Market) for repair. Without any proper check up he suggested three parts need to be changed and approximate cost of repair will be INR 3500=00. I gave consent for the repair. He changed only two parts but gave the bill for three item plus service charges.

                                    Anyway the problem was not yet properly rectified even though after the changes of these parts. Now I have feeling that the technician sent was not properly trained and doesn't have much knowledge about the refrigerator repairing and moreover I feel all these parts replaced were not genuine.

                                    Kindly looking into the matter urgently and rectify the problem.

                                      This is the 3 rd time I am getting issue with the Samsung s7 handset. I travel quite a bit and this phone is letting me down big down. I bought this phone in March 2016 from Kerala. In mid November 2016, the display had a crack when it fell from my hand. I got the same Replaced in Chennai since I was travelling. I went to the Service center in Anna Nagar Chennai. 4 Hrs after the replacement the phone again died. Samsung Anna Nagar service center took a week to get the phone repair. Now after 2 months the display is not working. The cost of the phone is 50K INR and I dont understand why the services are so unreliable. I paid 11K to get the display fixed. I had to travel to Chennai to pick the handset and had incurred the cost of my own.

                                      I am fed up waking every day and seeing the phone having some issues. If you folks are not confident of giving a permanent fix, pls let me know I can invest buying a new one rather than waiting to get this fixed again. I work out of Bangalore and your service center is 90 mins from my home, given the poor traffic in bangalore. I was told a concierge service is provided for s7 handset, since my display is not working and i need to use the galaxy app how do i use it.
                                      I am fed up with this handset letting me down every 2 months.

                                      It is okie if you folks write back to me telling pls buy a new phone ..

                                      I am struggling to find a permanent fix to sort out my Samsung S7 display issues. Every time I take it to service center it works for some days and again it fails. So this is my last resort and will wait to see if any help is possible from your end.

                                      Long Story Short, I have a samsung s7 which is 10 months old and has a lot of issues. My display broke and the same is replaced 3 times. Everytime it fails sooner or later. Your service team is not fixing the phone correctly.

                                      I tried writing to CEO office yesterday night, aIl got an SMS stating the complaint is closed as per the phone call. I wrote the mail at yesterday 10 PM and no one called me after that.

                                      Whom Do i meet to get this fixed permanently? What do i do ?

                                        Dear all
                                        I bought Samsung J2 ( 2016 ) on 11 jan and unfortunately on the same day his screen broke down.
                                        I send the handset to Samsung service center ( Kotla, New Delhi ) on the same day, now from 11 jan to 27 jan ( 17 Days ) they are not having the screen display. As per them there is shortage of spare parts in Samsung .
                                        Cost of the handset is 09, 500 and display cost is 5, 000 which I am ready to pay even after that I am not getting my phone repair.
                                        What a bad impression for a company line Samsung that they are not having the parts of their new sets in market.
                                        As I am working in a media group need smart phone for active news etc, but due to such bad service I am stuck .
                                        If anyone from Samsung is able to read my mail please check .
