Fake offer by Samsung that it gives VR headset on paying Rs.1990.00 for buying samsung galaxy s7 edge. I bought this device on 1st jan 17 but till date nothing happened regarding the vr headset. Although i followed everystep but failed to get that code. Contacted on my.[protected]@samsung.com several times but not a single reply received from them. Now realised that they only highlight the offers for selling of such a high end device. NO MORE TRUST LEFT ON SAMSUNG.Raised the matter in CEO level but no resolution given. The worst customer service in mobile market. i have all evidence that your team just ignored the matter. only got a call from a different executive and requested to repeat the matter. I repeated the same and she guaranteed me that the problem must be solved in 24 hour. however their 24 hour is not completing. CHEATER COMPANY SAMSUNG. My no. [protected]

    I use Samsung galaxy S4 and recently I experienced microphone and speaker problems which involve not working of either part while calling or playing music/video. Neither does the earphones work. I went to my nearest authorised Samsung service centre and showed my phone after a few days later the employee of Samsung called that it will cost around 850 rupees then I said them to fix the problem as I was OK with getting my phone fixed in 850 but then again they raised the price to 3000 next time saying that there Is some problems with the motherboard and it needed to be replaced. I even talked to their engineer who said the same thing. This was not good as they didn't tell me that reason at first. I believe that the problem in the motherboard occurred after they tried to fix it and then they tried to get money from me for their mistake. After that I talked to their senior officer who assured me that he'll check the problem again and let me know the problem. Now this time when I talked to the person after 3 days then the senior person told me that the problem is even worse and it needed to replace the motherboard which cost approximately 8000 to 9000 rupees and when I tried to enquire about the previous fixing in 3000 then he clearly denied that there is nothing that can be done in 3000 and after that the person tried to buy the phone from me in 3000 saying that he'll take care of the device and will pay me 3000 when the device will be sold. He offered me 3000 rs deal inside the Samsung service centre. This is outrageous that officials who are bound to help us are trying to loot us. They are playing their own shenanigans behind a highly reputed company's name. I refused to let them sell my phone or fix it and took my phone from them but now there are more problems like my SIM card and memory card slots are not working properly. I want justice from Samsung and demand a new phone for the troubles that I have faced due to their irresponsible system.

      Hi, i had purchased Samsung Galaxy j7 on 21st may 2016. My Phone's screen got damaged and i took the phone to Samsung Indira Nagar Service centre on 14th November 2016. I visited the service centre on 19th November 2016 again and the staff named -Ravi Kumar informed that Gold Screen for Galaxy J7 is not available either i can go the back screen and i will loose the warranty or i go for refund, where they will deduct the screen charges approx 4000 and refund the remaining money through cheque, which will take approximately a month. I choose the refund option and he asked me to send my bank statement, ID proof, phone bill and the job sheet through email to the Samsung indira nagar mail id. I sent all the documents on the same day. On 6th December 2016, i emailed again on the status of refund but didn't get any reply from the Service centre. On 10th January 2017, I visited the service centre and they informed that phone is repaired whereas they were suppose to refund the amount as told by them . I have already bought a new phone and after 2 months these people are informing that phone is ready. When i visited the Service Centre on 10 January 2017, the staff named ravi and his manager are denying the fact that they never gave refund option. They asked me to write an application and said will get back within 2-3 working days and also gave me an acknowledgement on my gmail id.
      I visited the service Centre today also and they people are not processing my refund and have been harassing me mentally from last 10 days almost. The staff and manager said words like - " Nahi denge refund, jaa jo karna hai kar le". Is this how they are taught to speak to customers and lie on their face. I am a middle class person and have bought the new phone only after confirming with them and now they are just denying the refund. Kindly help, i had also logged complain through phone and complain no - [protected] but nobody is bothered to get back and solve the problem . I am really heart -broken the way the people of the company has haraseed me. I need urgent help on this please.

        Hi,
        I am highly disappointed with the quality of Samsung 32 GB EVO+ card which i have purchased on[protected]. Hardly i've used twice and thrice and that i didn't work and got corrupted.

        More over the service for replacement is big crap and pathetic in Bangalore i've visited Balaji solutions (https://www.google.co.in/search?q=balajisolutions&oq=balajisolutions) for card replacement on 20/Dec/2016 they said no stock. Come on next week and before coming give a call. I had called on 31/Dec/2016 said stock closing time can't give now, contact on next week . finally called on 20/Jan/2017 from morning 11 am they didn't pickup the call . finally around 1 PM they picked and said when you have purchased and from where, i said from flipkart. then said no stock call on tuesday.
        i dont know what is going on . if Samsung cant deliver the service then why Samsung promise for 5 years, which didnt last for 5 weeks.

          I bought samsung Galaxy J7 Prime last month rupees 16900. but now i am facing display flectuate and lining issue its very bad experiance for me i am very shocked how can this problem bcoz i am regular user for samsung last 4 years but never face any issue. I request to company Superior person replace my phone becoz i cant use repair phone either i never never purchase samsung phone in future. Samsung is my first choice and i also user long time.

            I purchased a Samsung Television on May 27, 2015 from Agoan Electronics, Jaipur. I also purchased a refrigerator and a washing machine along with TV.

            But TV stopped working so i registered a complaint on customer care on 26/5/2016. When company guy came he did something and TV started but now TV had some kind of problem on screen. When I asked about the problem he said "Panel kharab ho gya hai".

            The TV was in warranty period at that point of time. I again registered a complaint regarding the same but didn't got any response from Samsung's end. Hence, i registered a complaint with consumer forum CANS (Consumers Action and Network Society) (Complaint No. CANS/Comp/2016/[protected].

            Now CANS has send about 2 notices to your company and i am sure CANS will help me to get what i deserve, but the main reason to submit a complaint is that it's been over 7 months and my TV is not working properly. After spending 53k on a TV, not able to make most of it is sad.

            I am highly satisfied with the quality of Samsung's products and i am a regular buyer with 2 samsung galaxy smartphones, and other home appliances, but this TV has turned out to be a nightmare. 53k is a big amount for a middle class person like me.

            Now CANS is asking me to send a legal notice, process for which will again take an year or even more.

            All I am asking is to look into the matter and get my TV replaced.

              Dear Sir,
              I bought a new Samsung A8 on 27th Nov 2016.However the phone stopped working after 2 weeks of working.
              Took it to service center (service center no:[protected]) and the phone is with them for almost a month now.Have never heard any update from them and when i contacted them as well as the samsung customer care, the only answer i get is no spare.
              Iam undergoing a terrible time running from service center to your customer care.
              I heard now that the spare is not available .if available it would take another month to get the phone back.
              I am terribly upset with the quality of Samsung Product as well as your service
              I humbly request you to replace my phone or give a refund.If these are not possible, Please keep my phone with you and i will never get back to claim it

                I have purchased a samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Gold) phone from dealer M/s Gurjeet Electronics, Bulandshahr on 06/07/16. Just few days later the screen started showing black lines on the screen. I submitted the phone in samsung authorised Service center " JAI BALAJI COMMUNICATION" at bulandshahr on 01/012/2016, Bill no being [protected] . Since then it has been a tough ordeal as I am being made to run, so many times at an interval of 2 - 3 days, by giving no of excuses for delay in rectification and handing over of the phone. It is not only very disgusting and painful but very unfortunate for a company of such an international fame and repute. I am attaching scanned copies of the bill and Acknowledgement of service request for your perusal.
                It is to inform you that if my problem is not redressed within a week, I will be forced to seek legal action, including approaching consumer forum, for which samsung company alone will stand answerable.

                  They told me part is not available.

                      I have purchased a A8 mobile on dated 02.02.2016 and due to technical issues i have submitted it in Samsung Service Center at Palwal (Haryana) with the Bill number [protected] on 13.10.2016 . As per the service center the problem cannot be resolve & the refund of mobile will be transfer in your accounts. Due to this i have submit with all relevant documents on dated 18.10.2016.

                      But till now neither i got the mobile nor the payment submitted in my account.

                        Dear i have purchased samsung galaxy a8 mobile on 19th sep'2015 for rs30000/- from mobile sales centre sanjay place, agra [uttar pradesh] with the bill no. 116/5701, my hanset display is damaged and i have given my mobile to the authorised samsung service center for repair they are saying that your display can'nt be repaired or changed we will refund you the handset amount by deducting the display amount . After a week they called me to take the cheque for the amount . They told me to give me the rs22000/- after deducting the display amount of rs 8000/-, but now they are saying that we will pay you rs 12000/- . I don'nt know what had happened now.
                        So it is requested to you to please look after the whole matter and make payment as early as possible .

                              i was facing that my phone samsung galaxy s7 getting air in between lcd and pda, i went to samsung service centre, they told me its peel off, we cant give you warranty,
                              i was shocked that its not physically broken nor water damage so why you are denying to give me a service, They are assuming that i had press the bezel so hard thats why a gap create and fooling me.
                              I had called to Samsung high authority Mr gunveer i have told him, there is a scheme from your end that who bought the product is September they will get free 1 time screen replacement warranty only in 1000 rs, in India everybody knows that, they denied and told me that there is no such offer this offer is only applicable who bought note 7 but device was discontinued then customer get s7 edge instead of NOTE 7, such a liar, I want justice i bought such a expensive product & there is no physical damage and they are asking for 9k for just assuming

                                Dear Sir/Mam,
                                Last evening, I send my phone to "1st Floor, Mehta Property Dealer, opp Petrol Pump Guru Arjun Dev Nagar, Main Road, Near Samrala Chowk, Ludhiana, Punjab 141001" with the front call listening speaker. but from there end they damage the sim tray and told us that it already damaged. I took all the pictures before sending it to service center and i show them that but they just did.t listen to me. neither they accept there mistake and they canceled my repair status and did.t give any print out of complaint what so ever. I already file a complaint in customer care and my reference number is '[protected]' . and i want that they accept there mistake and apologies and repair my device..
                                Herewith i attached invoice copy and before and after service center picture device sim tray..
                                and they told me that you have to change the mother board and have charge 5000/- for that and your speaker is not in the warranty and they have to charge me for that too. but my warranty period is not over yet...
                                Please see this problem as priority because this service center told 4/10 that the problem is in motherboard. and you have to change it...

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I bought my new samsung RT28K3953PZ/NL in 12/8/16. From the very begining the 4 degree lower region does not cool properly. We needed servicing 4 times since purchase and everytime servicing guys come and tell us there is defrosting problem. Now they are saying they need to take it to warehouse for checking. Fridge being an essential appliance in our large joint family we requested a substitute fridge but they refused to listen. My experience with samsung is pretty bad, emi is not over yet and the fridge is not cooling properly. I request you to lool into the matter and atleast provide us a substitution.

                                    I bought a Samsung refrigerator from a reputed dealer of yours in Trivandrum (QRS) on 18/12/2016 . The itemcode is SAMRT30K3983BZ . I got this delivered the next day itself.But within a week the refrigerator stopped functioning.A fter repeated calls the service engineer came and found out that the main board was damaged and has to be replaced .I contacted your regional head and told that this was a serious issue where the main component of a product has malfunctioned within a week of purchase.I told him very clearly that I have lost faith in your product and want the refund of my money .He said it will take 15 days for the refund and that I have to provide the copy of my bank passbook along with the copy of invoice and id proof .These proof was collected by a very arrogant service engineer who was not answering any questions properly and was at times making mokery of the whole situation asking questions like "oh your fridge is not working what happened?" .Is this the way samsung has trained the srvice professionals to behave? This was unbelievable .

                                    It is now about 15 days after the required proof was collected and now your area sales manager when contacted is giving the version that he hasn't specified anything about refund and will replace the refrigerator as soon as possible .

                                    I bought this fridge for my mother when i came for leave. I had talked to the area manager myself at that time and thought that the issue is settled. But now it seems that the situation has worsened .I am working in USA, I tried calling your area sales manger several times and he is not picking up the phone

                                    I don't want a replacement as i don't believe in your product and was very much dissatisfied with your customer service .I would need my money back as soon as possible

                                    I hope you will address this issue as soon as possible

                                        My new Samsung Mobile J7 got Damaged having a Valid Insurance, Insurance company has asked us to provide the Estimation Cost from Samsung Service Centre to repair the mobile,

                                        Dated : 16/01/2017,

                                        The Service Engineer name ( Sridhar) has asked me to pay 230 Rs to get Estimation Cost to Repair Printout, I asked him if i can pay by Card he said only above 1000 Rs will be paid by Card, and asked me to pay only by CASH, After paying 300 Rs by CASH, Engineer asked for change i had no change than he gave back 100 Rs and Charged 200 RS, I demanded for receipt he Said this amount will be added in the Receipt only if i give my Mobile for Repair.

                                        This is very wrong practice by the people running the Samsung Mobile Service Center - AUTHORISED ( S.V Communication)

                                        Kindly please take required action against this Samsung Authorised Mobile Service Center.
