His is regarding your newly launched A5, i bought this as gift for my husband on 6 sep 2016
Exactly 15 days after that the phone went off, when we went to the service centre, they said screen is gone, we fixed it. Then again after 25 days it went off agin went back to the service centre they first said mother board is gone later said some starter had gone, we again repaired it. Now again after exactly 4 months of its purchase it gone off, please let me know what to do???
Is this the Samsung quality you talk about??? this is utter rubbish and an embarrassment to me, my husband keeps making fun that did i buy it second hand?
i need a resolution to this and i do not want the same phone, i payed extra money to get the new model and do not want a phone back which cannot work even for 15 days.
My husband was earlier using a Samsung S4, with that we never had issues, this model or this particular phone has issues.
We have been patrons of Samsung for long and now need to see your customer service too.
Please find attached the bill & one of the worksheets.
