Hi i am nikunj as my refund is approved on 28 th nov and i didnt get it still today and on 3 rd january narendra calls me and says that i am only going ti get 21000 rs only as it was approved 38999 on 28 th november... My is already excleted to head office since 4 th january but still i dont get any feedback or any ans as i have already send them the recording of approval but still the case is open only and i am not getting my refund cheque

    I have gone to the service center in my city and firstly waited for 90 minutes for my turn but they told me that this handset has been purchased from out of India, so they can't fix the problem. I have my original bill but they are not considering my problem. What I should do now ? I want my problem to be solved. This is not the way the company is dealing with its customers. I demands an explanation to this.

      Sir
      I brought samsung refrigerator on 15/01/2015 . When in warranty itself they charged Rs.5661/- and the second time it's repaired claim no [protected] & Rs.2219/- Again now it's repaired I given complaint no [protected] 0n 12.09.2016 they attend Jr technician he said that after getting approval he I'll replace after none contact. Then again I given complaint no [protected] on 10.01.2017 . Now they taken the refrigerator on 18.01.2017 . In your Samsung service team each member saving different issue no synchronisation. Now I need the replacement for this item . Because in 2yrs of time 50% time refrigerator is coming issue one by one . I lost patient. Or i[censored] saying this is your quality of product . Then pls give in samsung letter head that ur product won't for long years. These service partner are very poor response. Am waiting positive reply .

        I tried to contact each authorized Samsung service center in Delhi and no one picked it once. In fact just hanged the receiver. I live in Oman and for my parents i need to confirm some accessory, how can i do that? This is so frustrating. Why the hell Samsung is providing con tact details then!! So disappointing from Samsung service centers. NO USE

          1. No response has been received by customer with reference to call reference :[protected] dated 18/01/2017, 21/01/2017 & 22/01/2017.
          2. Rs.15, 262/ was paid to mr srinivas, the assigned samsung representative 1 on 12/01/2017 vide r-logic technology services receiot no 9521for extended warranty. I am yet receive the original extended warranty documents.

          Samsung repair centre jayanagar, bangalore is charging 2% extra on card payments which is against the RBI guidelines
          Recently i buy a Samsung galaxy j7 prime but after some day its charger does not work. I went to Samsung customer care center so customer executive said to me for leaving my cellphone for processing. I said to him why, its a accessories problem not a cellphone problem so he reply me sir its a company policy.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            This is very unfortunate that I'm following up for my payment for last 20 days but still I have not received my payment and neither any confirmation to refund the money.
            Let me tell you date wise :-

            a.on 03.01.2017 - I have purchased one Samsung S7 Edge through your online site Samsung estore and paid the money by my HDFC Credit Card.

            b. On 04.01.2017 - I have found some urgent work and it has been decided to outside of the town for next 10 days, so I have called your customer care to confirm that to cancel the order, as I will be not it town and I purchased the Galaxy S7 Edge locally from Kolkata. Your customer care confirmed me to send a mail from official mail to cancel the same and I did same and they have confirmed that it will be taken care and send a mail. So I have purchased S7 Edge locally.

            c. Now on 05.01.2017 I got an sms that Samsung Store has send the product by ECOM courier, so once again I send a mail to know about it and given call to your customer care but they have send it is coordination problem - so I have to wait and as it will reach to me - I should not accept the product. So I given mail to ECOM not to deliver the product.

            d. Now on 07.01.2017 courier person called me to deliver it not ! I have said to him by phone that I have cancelled the product, so he should return the same to Samsung. In courier status it is showing that it has already returned to warehouse but from 4th of Jan'2016 to till date after completion of 20 days even it is not refunded and neither Samsung is confirming when I will get money, whenever I have called your customer care - they use to say wait for 24-48 house, it will be refunded and I have send 8 reminder mails to Samsung Estore but no use.

            Just let me know in today's context to cancel one order and getting money can not take 20 long days. It is not accepted at all.
            It is creating a bad image about Samsung to me and my surroundings. I thought I should write to you by the way it can be sorted out.
            I'm really facing problem and paying interest on Rs.50, 900/- without any fault from my side.

            Please look into the same and help me to get my refund as early as possible.

              This is regarding the samsung mobile j7 that i have submitted on 30th December in Mangalore, Karnataka service center and till now i did not get any update from them.

              Also i have called samsung customer care and raised the case with them: Case no:[protected]

              When i gave my mobile for repair they assured me that my mobile will get repaired by 25 days or else i will get the refund. Also i had submitted the documents whatever requested when i submitted my mobile. So far i did not get any call from them or when i call Mangalore service center they said my request is still pending. I called again customer care today and they disconnected my call.

              Every time i call customer care they say that i will get call back within one day but i never get call from them.

              I would request you to repair my mobile immediately or else refund the money as per the assurance given by service centre that they will repair or refund withing 25 days.

              MODEL NO G-570F is not working with Good Android Software.. kindly Upgrade the New Versio. Financial Transactions which are done with this phone are failed many times. The Digital payment Apps are showing to Upgrade Android System.

                The mobile got dead pixel by the third day of purchase but got hided by the edge panel and when i took to the service center on 16th day, they said that only within 14days they can do a replacement of mobile. I dont how the hell you people keep such low policies . My mobile got into service center on the 16th day of purchase. A worst part from Samsung . Along with Note 7 Failure, You people try to sell defective mobiles to customers and also making screen replacement with mobile

                      This is shame on the part of samsung that a customer complaint could not be solved for more than a month together and irresponsive customer care could do nothing than to drive me back to service centre and not even equipped to call on the service center or the concerned dignitaries who are squatting on my complaint
                      I reasonably learnt that samsung is in search of the spare to be procured from some good companies in the market and so the same being kept in dark and there upon the customer . Kindly disclose the exact person who could answer my problem despite my repeated complaint nothing or nobody could do any thing fruitful for the customer

                      THIS IS MY THIRD REMINDER AGAINST THE CUSTOMER CARE AS THEY ABRUPTLY ENDED THE CALL AND PUT ME IN LURCH .YOUR ASSURANCES THAT THINGS WILL BE SETTLED AT THE EARLIEST WERE ALL FLOWN AWAY AND NOW I SEARCH OF SOME OTHER ALTERNATIVE TO OTHER THAN SAMSUNG TO RECTIFY MY GRIEVANCES

                        I purchased a Samsung tv less than three years ago which has now stopped working. A service representative came to our home and informed us that the LED panel is no longer working, and we cannot replace due to the model being discontinued. When I asked what Samsung would do to either repair or replace the television, I was told that my only option was to purchase a new product. I purchased a Samsung because of its reputation for quality and realizability. The fact that this television has stopped working within three years is greatly disappointing. More so the fact that Samsung is not willing to repair or replace the television is even worse. I am reaching out to this site in hope that Samsung will honor the company's good reputation and resolve this matter.

                          Fake offer by Samsung that it gives VR headset on paying Rs.1990.00 for buying samsung galaxy s7 edge. I bought this device on 1st jan 17 but till date nothing happened regarding the vr headset. Although i followed everystep but failed to get that code. Contacted on my.[protected]@samsung.com several times but not a single reply received from them. Now realised that they only highlight the offers for selling of such a high end device. NO MORE TRUST LEFT ON SAMSUNG.Raised the matter in CEO level but no resolution given. The worst customer service in mobile market. i have all evidence that your team just ignored the matter. only got a call from a different executive and requested to repeat the matter. I repeated the same and she guaranteed me that the problem must be solved in 24 hour. however their 24 hour is not completing. CHEATER COMPANY SAMSUNG. My no. [protected]

                            I use Samsung galaxy S4 and recently I experienced microphone and speaker problems which involve not working of either part while calling or playing music/video. Neither does the earphones work. I went to my nearest authorised Samsung service centre and showed my phone after a few days later the employee of Samsung called that it will cost around 850 rupees then I said them to fix the problem as I was OK with getting my phone fixed in 850 but then again they raised the price to 3000 next time saying that there Is some problems with the motherboard and it needed to be replaced. I even talked to their engineer who said the same thing. This was not good as they didn't tell me that reason at first. I believe that the problem in the motherboard occurred after they tried to fix it and then they tried to get money from me for their mistake. After that I talked to their senior officer who assured me that he'll check the problem again and let me know the problem. Now this time when I talked to the person after 3 days then the senior person told me that the problem is even worse and it needed to replace the motherboard which cost approximately 8000 to 9000 rupees and when I tried to enquire about the previous fixing in 3000 then he clearly denied that there is nothing that can be done in 3000 and after that the person tried to buy the phone from me in 3000 saying that he'll take care of the device and will pay me 3000 when the device will be sold. He offered me 3000 rs deal inside the Samsung service centre. This is outrageous that officials who are bound to help us are trying to loot us. They are playing their own shenanigans behind a highly reputed company's name. I refused to let them sell my phone or fix it and took my phone from them but now there are more problems like my SIM card and memory card slots are not working properly. I want justice from Samsung and demand a new phone for the troubles that I have faced due to their irresponsible system.

                              Hi, i had purchased Samsung Galaxy j7 on 21st may 2016. My Phone's screen got damaged and i took the phone to Samsung Indira Nagar Service centre on 14th November 2016. I visited the service centre on 19th November 2016 again and the staff named -Ravi Kumar informed that Gold Screen for Galaxy J7 is not available either i can go the back screen and i will loose the warranty or i go for refund, where they will deduct the screen charges approx 4000 and refund the remaining money through cheque, which will take approximately a month. I choose the refund option and he asked me to send my bank statement, ID proof, phone bill and the job sheet through email to the Samsung indira nagar mail id. I sent all the documents on the same day. On 6th December 2016, i emailed again on the status of refund but didn't get any reply from the Service centre. On 10th January 2017, I visited the service centre and they informed that phone is repaired whereas they were suppose to refund the amount as told by them . I have already bought a new phone and after 2 months these people are informing that phone is ready. When i visited the Service Centre on 10 January 2017, the staff named ravi and his manager are denying the fact that they never gave refund option. They asked me to write an application and said will get back within 2-3 working days and also gave me an acknowledgement on my gmail id.
                              I visited the service Centre today also and they people are not processing my refund and have been harassing me mentally from last 10 days almost. The staff and manager said words like - " Nahi denge refund, jaa jo karna hai kar le". Is this how they are taught to speak to customers and lie on their face. I am a middle class person and have bought the new phone only after confirming with them and now they are just denying the refund. Kindly help, i had also logged complain through phone and complain no - [protected] but nobody is bothered to get back and solve the problem . I am really heart -broken the way the people of the company has haraseed me. I need urgent help on this please.

                                I am highly disappointed with the quality of Samsung 32 GB EVO+ card which i have purchased on[protected]. Hardly i've used twice and thrice and that i didn't work and got corrupted.

                                More over the service for replacement is big crap and pathetic in Bangalore i've visited Balaji solutions (https://www.google.co.in/search?q=balajisolutions&oq=balajisolutions) for card replacement on 20/Dec/2016 they said no stock. Come on next week and before coming give a call. I had called on 31/Dec/2016 said stock closing time can't give now, contact on next week . finally called on 20/Jan/2017 from morning 11 am they didn't pickup the call . finally around 1 PM they picked and said when you have purchased and from where, i said from flipkart. then said no stock call on tuesday.
                                i dont know what is going on . if Samsung cant deliver the service then why Samsung promise for 5 years, which didnt last for 5 weeks.

                                  I bought samsung Galaxy J7 Prime last month rupees 16900. but now i am facing display flectuate and lining issue its very bad experiance for me i am very shocked how can this problem bcoz i am regular user for samsung last 4 years but never face any issue. I request to company Superior person replace my phone becoz i cant use repair phone either i never never purchase samsung phone in future. Samsung is my first choice and i also user long time.

                                    I purchased a Samsung Television on May 27, 2015 from Agoan Electronics, Jaipur. I also purchased a refrigerator and a washing machine along with TV.

                                    But TV stopped working so i registered a complaint on customer care on 26/5/2016. When company guy came he did something and TV started but now TV had some kind of problem on screen. When I asked about the problem he said "Panel kharab ho gya hai".

                                    The TV was in warranty period at that point of time. I again registered a complaint regarding the same but didn't got any response from Samsung's end. Hence, i registered a complaint with consumer forum CANS (Consumers Action and Network Society) (Complaint No. CANS/Comp/2016/[protected].

                                    Now CANS has send about 2 notices to your company and i am sure CANS will help me to get what i deserve, but the main reason to submit a complaint is that it's been over 7 months and my TV is not working properly. After spending 53k on a TV, not able to make most of it is sad.

                                    I am highly satisfied with the quality of Samsung's products and i am a regular buyer with 2 samsung galaxy smartphones, and other home appliances, but this TV has turned out to be a nightmare. 53k is a big amount for a middle class person like me.

                                    Now CANS is asking me to send a legal notice, process for which will again take an year or even more.

                                    All I am asking is to look into the matter and get my TV replaced.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I bought a new Samsung A8 on 27th Nov 2016.However the phone stopped working after 2 weeks of working.
                                      Took it to service center (service center no:[protected]) and the phone is with them for almost a month now.Have never heard any update from them and when i contacted them as well as the samsung customer care, the only answer i get is no spare.
                                      Iam undergoing a terrible time running from service center to your customer care.
                                      I heard now that the spare is not available .if available it would take another month to get the phone back.
                                      I am terribly upset with the quality of Samsung Product as well as your service
                                      I humbly request you to replace my phone or give a refund.If these are not possible, Please keep my phone with you and i will never get back to claim it

                                        I have purchased a samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Gold) phone from dealer M/s Gurjeet Electronics, Bulandshahr on 06/07/16. Just few days later the screen started showing black lines on the screen. I submitted the phone in samsung authorised Service center " JAI BALAJI COMMUNICATION" at bulandshahr on 01/012/2016, Bill no being [protected] . Since then it has been a tough ordeal as I am being made to run, so many times at an interval of 2 - 3 days, by giving no of excuses for delay in rectification and handing over of the phone. It is not only very disgusting and painful but very unfortunate for a company of such an international fame and repute. I am attaching scanned copies of the bill and Acknowledgement of service request for your perusal.
                                        It is to inform you that if my problem is not redressed within a week, I will be forced to seek legal action, including approaching consumer forum, for which samsung company alone will stand answerable.
