Hi, i had purchased Samsung Galaxy j7 on 21st may 2016. My Phone's screen got damaged and i took the phone to Samsung Indira Nagar Service centre on 14th November 2016. I visited the service centre on 19th November 2016 again and the staff named -Ravi Kumar informed that Gold Screen for Galaxy J7 is not available either i can go the back screen and i will loose the warranty or i go for refund, where they will deduct the screen charges approx 4000 and refund the remaining money through cheque, which will take approximately a month. I choose the refund option and he asked me to send my bank statement, ID proof, phone bill and the job sheet through email to the Samsung indira nagar mail id. I sent all the documents on the same day. On 6th December 2016, i emailed again on the status of refund but didn't get any reply from the Service centre. On 10th January 2017, I visited the service centre and they informed that phone is repaired whereas they were suppose to refund the amount as told by them . I have already bought a new phone and after 2 months these people are informing that phone is ready. When i visited the Service Centre on 10 January 2017, the staff named ravi and his manager are denying the fact that they never gave refund option. They asked me to write an application and said will get back within 2-3 working days and also gave me an acknowledgement on my gmail id.
I visited the service Centre today also and they people are not processing my refund and have been harassing me mentally from last 10 days almost. The staff and manager said words like - " Nahi denge refund, jaa jo karna hai kar le". Is this how they are taught to speak to customers and lie on their face. I am a middle class person and have bought the new phone only after confirming with them and now they are just denying the refund. Kindly help, i had also logged complain through phone and complain no - [protected] but nobody is bothered to get back and solve the problem . I am really heart -broken the way the people of the company has haraseed me. I need urgent help on this please.

MODEL NO G-570F is not working with Good Android Software.. kindly Upgrade the New Versio. Financial Transactions which are done with this phone are failed many times. The Digital payment Apps are showing to Upgrade Android System.
