I have purchased samsung j2 (6) smartphone on 01 september 2016. After one month i updated my phone's software to new version but after updation phone is auto restarting again & again. I have done data factory reset two time but problem is same again. I have purchased samsung mobile first time but its very bad experience for me. I will never suggest to anyone to purchase samsung smartphones.

I have changed the battery of my handset before 6 moths back from the samsung gallery (J.B Nagar) and that time my phone was on under warrenty but again m facing the same issue for which i have already complained where my battery gets heat while using the 3G internet.
Dear Sir, I have purchased on[protected] but there is problem in screen small small black shades exists and it is disturbing the picture quality.

the black spots are spreading the over all screen.

Kindly send the engineer and do the repairing or replacement ASAP.

    I have purchased a 55cm led tv in march 2014 (Model code : ua22f5000armxl, s/n : 23523znd600423, manufactured in june 2013) from a reputed retailer im west bengal. But only after 2 yrs & 9 months, i observed it's display became grey coloured & nothing is displaying. I lodged a complaint on[protected] vide ref no : [protected]. A service engineer csme on[protected], inspected & suggested panel of my tv is damaged & to be eeplaced with a new one which cost approx rs. 6, 500/- i. E. Half of my tv purchase price.

    Is it possible to be damaged a led tv panel of a reputed company like samsung within a short periodnof time? I think a very inferior quality product has been used for the same otherwise it can never be damaged within such a short period.

    Then why i can reinvest a huge amount twice for a worst simgle thing again.

    Say i invest, then what guarantee it will never be damaged again in near future?

    Have i commit a mistake to chose, rely upon & purchase a big name like samsung?

      This is regarding my purchase from Croma, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

      Appliance: Microwave Smart Oven
      Brand: Samsung
      Date of Purchase: 31st Jan 2016
      Product Value: Rs. 15760/-

      After a comprehensive market and product study we zeroed in this Samsung Microwave and decided to buy from Croma being a reputed store despite of better offers from local vendors. But unfortunately the trauma started from Day 1 of installation. The story goes like this...

      On 1st Feb the technician from Samsung came for installation and training. The same evening we decided to cook Samosa using the unique Smart Fry feature.. But to our surprise in between the appliance got switched off ! When I called the technician his response was " Sir, this may happen due to over heat as the piece is new. Keep it switch off for some time and restart". This advise worked and after a wait of hungry 25-30 min it was ready to cook.

      Next day when we tried to bake cake, this event again happened and then we made our first complaint to Samsung.
      The technician came and diagnosed some problem in some fan motor and said in 2-3 days we will fit in a new motor to take care of this. I strongly objected and asked for replacement of the piece since this was a faulty at first place & first use. But Samsung's service centre and the technician convinced us to see if the problem get sorted out else we will do the needful to replace the same..

      Since then, I have lodged so many complains to Samsung and Croma but to no results.
      Many times Samsung people have not attended any complain and have even closed calls on fake reasons like "No body found at home" despite followup from Croma Customer Service.

      Please note, during this period, the Samsung technicians have probably changed 2-3 parts of the Oven with no success.

      After last visit to Croma in July and numerous calls to Samsung finally someone arrived from Samsung on Sunday, 10th July 2016. This man just switched on the oven, watched it like a photograph for few seconds and asked us the problem and then spoke to someone over phone and declared that all this problem is due to faulty Sensor circuit !!

      So another hit & trial exercise is on anvil. In this whole sequence the utter nonsense is statement of the so called technicians that the Oven is supposed to get heated and auto cut off after usage of certain minutes. Please note, I am not using it for any commercial use and is solely used for occasional domestic cooking !! Here the question is about the quality & capability of service people (forget Engineer, you can't call them even technicians).

      With high disappointment and almost a year's harassment now I am determined to take this up to all levels. As a vendor of this product I request you to take appropriate action on priority to replace the same with a new piece or return my money with interest.

      Samsung India — Double door refrigerator

        I want to state that i brought a samsung convertible refrigerator of 275 litres on october 5th 2016 but as after the deliveryof the refrigeratorfrom the dealer i noticed that the surface of the fridge has many irregular surfaces and at the corner of the fridge ther was a dent the person who came to deliver us the refrigerator noticed the defect in the refrigerator and complained the dealer about this the dealer responded to this complain well and there was a call from the dealer to us he tolod us that we have complained about this to the company the servicing centre persons also have come and saw the fridge but they didn't responded . After that the dealer told us we are looking for a reply from the company and after 25 to 30 days they told that we will give 5 percent discount on the purchase of the fridge and after much lagging with the dealer they told us that we will give nearly about 25 to 30 percent discount and we finalled also that they will give 30 percent dicount on the fridge . The servicing centre persons have once again come to see the fridge and they told us that you should get atl;east 45 percent discount on the fridge. And after 5 days today we have gone to the dealer but now he is totally denying to give any discount.Looking forward for your reply please sir reply me in my email adress sur.[protected]@gmail.com

          We wanted to buy best featured phone which should have reliability and manufactured either by apple or samsung. We decided to buy note 5 of samsung purchased 2 nos. Of samsung galaxy note 5 in january 2016. We purchased 2 nos. Of note 5 on 2nd january 2016 for which we paid rs.54000 each.

          Out of 2 note 5 phones, in one of the phone, we noticed that after removing the s pen, the screen was not getting activated. We contacted dealer who got it replaced on 6th january 2016. We again started facing the same problem of s pen in both the note 5 phones. After removing the s pen, screen would not get activated. As both the phones were being used for our business also, we decided to give it to the samsung authorized service center at a later stage. We handed over both the note 5 to zain telecom on 29th december 2016 (Samsung bill no.[protected] and [protected]).

          The note 5 with bill no.[protected] was handed over on 29th december 2016 for s pen issue and we were asked to come back after 45 minutes. When we came back to service center, we were told that there is problem with s-pen and display connector. We told the executive that there was no other issue with this phone other than s pen but she kept on saying that this was a feedback from the technical team and asked us to check the status next day evening. Next day also we were asked to come and collect the phones, but this phone was not returned. The executive promised us to hand it over to us on monday (2nd jan.2017) after repairs. We asked her to provide a standby phone if this repair was going to take time for which she told us that there was no standby handset available with them. Today i. E. On 2nd jan.2017, we are told that there is problem with s pen sensor and now they have to change the motherboard which will take few more days. Today also she refused to provide a standby handset even though we told her that this phone was being used for business and it will be a big loss for us if we do not get standby handset. She refused flatly and kept on repeating the excuses. We requested her to speak to her superiors/seniors in the office for this issue which was also denied.

          In the note 5 with bill no. [protected], beside the s pen issue, screenshot was not getting captured by swiping the palm across the screen. This phone was kept by the service center and returned on 31st december 2016. Though the screenshot problem is solved, the s pen problem still persists.

          For a co. Like samsung, is it difficult to provide a standby handset if repairs was going to take time?

          Does it take 5 days to find out a problem in a note 5 for your technical team at zain telecom? Also we are not sure whether they have zeroed on the problem even now. We are helpless and have no option but to listen to their various excuses.

          We purchased 2 nos. Of note 5 phones worth rs.1, 08, 000 expecting it to be of superior quality phones but experienced manufacturing defect of s pen in one of the phones in two days of purchase only. We strongly feel that both the note 5 have manufacturing defect of s pen and therefore should be replaced with new ones without any delay.

            Hi, we are very much tired of calling customer care as we are not at all satisfied with samsung tv product, we have purchased smart led tv worth of 50k and we have presented this to our sister. After purchasing 3 months onwards on tv screen we have seen few patches day by day it was increased and totally spread entire tv. We have raised querys n complaints and finally a technician came and he repaired. Again after two months the problem continued.

            Here i want to tell that we have taken extended warranty but unfortunately we do lost the warranty card but when we have taken from samsung they should have those payment and warranty details in there database. Icalled customer care today with reference # [protected] the agent transferred call to the person name is surya and the agent is so rude and we he have was telling that he is the last person he cannot do anything until unless i should have to provide my extended warranty card details. If i could have extended warranty card i could have give to technician but as i my tv invoice copy details and account id details which i provided him to trace out the extended warranty card details. I would like to take this further.

            I even asked technician if i didn't have warranty details he said the estimated amount of cost 20k. Now please tell me 50k tv and other costs incurred for to buy ex warranty. Such a big samsung doesn't have database to provide my exteneddd warranty details. Straight away they denying that they don't maintain and they are helpless this is not expected from samsung. It's very shameful and disgusting when i heard about they are helpless it is better to close the customer care and he person in cce who are telling about samsung cannoy do anything.

            Please suggest me other consumers to get my extended warranty how to obtain.

            I also suggest as my opinion is it is worthless and time waste money waste purchasing of samsung product facing lot of issues by customer care and product support.

              I am using Samsung j7 mobile.Screen started flickering when brightness is lowered.I tried all possible ways to fix it as suggested by samsung Customer care. But screen still keeps flickering.I found there are lots of complaints about screen flickering on Samsung j7 mobile by their users.

                I bought a samsung galaxy j2 - 6, 2016 model on 19 dec 2016, 9 pm from store in shahdara area (All record attached in the mail) despite offering many other brands there i chose samsung, but from day 1, it's sim slot no.2 not working properly, after try in settings, it was sometime working & sometime not, i went to store from where i bought it, he said go to service center. I went to service center durga puri, shahdara, delhi. They said it's sim related problem, i went to vodafone, they checked & found it's device related, i tried other sim in same slot, not working. I again went to same service center, they said it's regarding the settings & i came back but still same problem remain with the device. I went 3rd time to them, they now said 'mother board' is defective, will be repaired. It's shocking me, samsung sold me the defective device due to which i am suffering a lot from the time i purchased it. I request them to replace this defective device & give me the new one as it's a matter of defective device sold unethically, defective mother board is a serious problem for device if it occurs just after unpack it, they refused. They said if you would have been purchased it on 20th dec 2016, we could replace it & our policy dont allow us to do same in case of 19th dec purchased (Shockingly strange for me), we can 'only repair' it. So, i have been paid my hard earned money rs. 10 k for what - a defective device from samsung, which should not sell me by samsung. 2nd thing at the time of purchase samsung must be advised me that ' do not buy this device at now, just after 3 hours from now we are going to change our replacement policy, you will be cheated if you buy it now, wait for 3 hours, it's unethical for us to sell you this product at this time' or samsung should send an email stating same for atleast existing customers, but it didn't & i got cheated by purchasing on 3 hours before.
                I am a loyal customer of samsung, it's my 2nd device purchased from samsung, first one bought in july 2016-j3 & on 'my' recommendation same j3 bought by 'nadeem anwar-chauhan bangar, seelampur, delhi-53. (Both through-amazon) thus it was my 3rd device from samsung & i am helping brand samsung to sell more with word of mouth marketing.
                So, i do request you that please understand my point, i am feeling like looted, so, please replace this defective device & give me the genuine device for which i had paid my very hard earned money, not for device but for trust of brand samsung, keeping same defective or repaired device with me will pinch me always & torture me mentally. Please replace it to justify my purchase with samsung. I hope you solve my problem asap, will give me the piece of mind & build even more solid rapport with me for future.

                  Dear Sir / Madam, As I have given a samsung mobile j7 for service on 29.12.2016 agreed date of delivery is on 30.12.2016. I have gone to your service center by yesterday to receive my mobile. But they have haven't responded properly for the feed back and get such a bad kind of reply which I haven't got from any other service center. For keeping such a kind of employee in service center samsung should ashame for it. I requested them to give the mobile back she replied you go and complaint to any one I don't mind I 'll take care it is not proper response is it the way of talking to customers. Very nasty and hell people you have kept. Kindly take a necessary action on them...

                  Service Center is not providing me Original Bill of Display of J7 Mobile, which is changed by Customer service center on 18.10.2016 at chaibasa, Jharkhand.So Please immediate provide me original bill.
                  Under the register number [protected] of model number UA49K5100
                  Since the technician didn't come to fix the newly bought TV I got to register a complaint on it.
                  Today's our house warming ceremony went .

                    I have given my mobile for repairing on 8th December but still i haven't received any confirmation from the service centre.But I have been continuously calling them regarding my mobile weather it has been done or not but I have been telling that they have ordered the parts but still they have not received but no one has informed me about this when I call them then they say we have still not received the parts.The service of samsung is very worst and the people are very careless they don't even bother to call the customer.They keep on saying i will get my mobile within 2 days but it's almost a month now.But now I want a new mobile or else give a refund within 2 days.I don't like your service it's a very bad service it's really very disgusting and a bad experience from samsung ever the brand like samsung would do this it's a big name and such a bad experience.No manners from service executers but after telling them that it's almost a month they told me that if you can't wait you can take your mobile back and give some other place after a month they say that is this your customer service.Its really very very bad service from you people.

                        Refrigator (Ref) purchased in Jan2015 for second home in Goa. We visit 2-3 times a year and stay for about 7 to 10 days each time. Ref hardly used for 50 days from purchase. Ref not working now. Complaint lodged . Ref no [protected] DT 01.09.16. Second [protected] DT 26.12 16. Tech came only on 29th Dec. Infors that Repair possible only in service center . New ref has to be transported. Who is responsible for any damage, dents etc that may occur during transportation and handling at your workshop. How long does it take to get it back after repair? Who bears the cost? I am shocked at the Very poor response from Samsung Service center in Goa. I demand replacement of refrigerator and compensation for the of mental tension and aggany of following up with Samsung to get my refrigerator back in action. My holiday is getting ruined because of the ref not working and adding to my problems is the pathetic response from your service center which increases my blood pressure. Is this what Samsung promises to it Customers ?? I will further escalate the matter with your President & CEO Mr H C Hong. I am Henry Karkada, Vice Consule of Danish Consulate in Mumbai.

                          I have purchased a Samsung galaxy note from an authorised Samsung dealer along with that they provide me a insurance for that which says that if anything happens to your phone you will get the compensation.
                          Unfortunately it's very hard to say that a brand like Samsung it's cheating it's customer like this.
                          The insurance company when contacted for the claim money after submitting all the required documents to them found to be fake
                          It's an alert for all the general people who are purchasing Samsung phone don't believe in what they says.

                              I have given my j2 mobile on 5/12/2016. There is no response regarding repair my bill no [protected]. Service center people are telling for refund provide documents i didn't have that time to wait. Reference no is [protected], i don't need any refund please provide new hand set & i will bare charges for damage parts. I am thinking to buy samsung tv, if no response i will choose another product. I have given time till december 29 2016, again they asking time for 15 days. My friend & i planned buy j7 mobile, if delay continues, we planned to purchase another brand product. When we called dealership they have asked additional 1000 rupees for replacement though it is comes under warranty & later they come down to 677 rupees. Samsung certified dealer has very poor response bokaro and it seems they are fully money minded. Samsung enginner and reliance are fixing the match with customer, how to cheat them for warranty period products. This is something samsung india has to take care and check about the services of

                                  It is highly regretted that no reply has formally been received till this date thereafter. Once one representative from Gurgaon office had contacted and expressed inability to help but it is more than 4-5 weeks elapsed, none contacted thereafter even though requested to cannibalise to which he assured to come back . Need not say that TV set is lying n defective for last 2 months for want of speakers replacement whereas everything else is alright.

                                  It is a shame on Samsung service for being so inefficient.
                                  Kindly send me the mail of Samsung Korea so that I refer to them for help .

                                  further, being so frustrated, I shall now be afraid to buy any product of Samsung in future plus not advocate it further in society because of this disappointment .
                                  However, I would request once again to help in the matter . Scrapping TV with very nice video quality in the event as suggested by Samsung service centre is not a professional statement & acceptable.

[protected]). Then after one month they ask me for exchange or refund, I agreed for Refund then on 26th October 2016 I received cheque of INR 14700/- but cheque has cheque number missing. Then again I submitted my cheque to your Authorized Service Centre: MASTERCARE SERVICES (2nd Floor, Shop 201, Market Lane, Borivali West, MUMBAI 400092 Tel. [protected]). Now it’s been more than 2 month I have not received my Refund & whenever I call for status there is no proper response from customer care as well as your Authorized Service Centre: MASTERCARE SERVICES. & yesterday one of the Employee of MASTERCARE SERVICES (2nd Floor, Shop 201, Market Lane, Borivali West, MUMBAI 400092 Tel.                                       I registered complaint on 28 December 2016 & today is 9 January 2017, 10 days past but still No proper resolution yet. I received 2 phone calls from Samsung team but yet to get resolution for the delay. They are not giving satisfied answers about when will I get my refund.

                                      I'm facing lot of problem because of that. Any one can please suggest me the legal way to take legal actions against Samsung for Mental Harassment & other legal charges related consumer dissatisfaction as well as for threatening on phone while giving inquiry .

                                      I am getting suffered for my hard earn money & They have no regret for that.

                                        I purchased a LED T.V 2.5 years back and 2 months back it didnt switch on.People from Samsung team repaired the T.v and changed the SMPS board for around 4000 and 750 service charge.Within 2 weeks the mother board and the display has gone and they are asking for 25000 and 750 again for service charge.The cost of the T.V is around 30000 and the parts i am about to change is more than the cost of the T.V.Within 3 years all the parts in the T.V are damaged and samsung refused to replace the T.V.They have given me a totally defective one and they responded me very rudely.I have all the proof and recordings.

                                        Kindly advice me how to raise a complaint in consumer court India?

                                        There are only 3 boards and a display board in the T.V... if all of them are damaged within 3 years it is not acceptable.I will file a complaint in consumer court and let them give justice.
