Samsung India — Irresponsible and negligence in service of samsung

FINAL- REMINDER

P.S.: IN WARANTY PERIOD, SAMSUNG REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE OF MOBILE WITH NO CHARGES, We are suffering physical and mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of SAMSUNG, which could not be compensated in the terms of money, so look into this matter seriously, otherwise I will compelled to forward this matter to CONSUMER COURT for vindication of my right.

So, solve the pending matter for repair of my mobile WITHOUT ANY CHARGES immediate.

Madam,

Followings discrepancies have been found in the services of SAMSUNG:-

1.Personally visit by VERY SENIOR CITIZEN walked from a long distance in this winter season on dated 05/12/16 at HCL – Janak Puri service centre, they refused to service the set under the warranty period to solve the problem in software which was already informed to Ms.Parmila on the same day.

2. Call received on 06/12/16 by Mr. Anil and Ms. Parmila from the company on dated 07/12/2016 for again visit to service centre on assurance that matter will be positively re-solve on getting the approval from the MANAGEMENT, the same old person again visited on 07/12/16 for submit the set at service centre.

3.Regret to inform you that Ms. Parmila told on 07/12/2016 that we will pay the charges for repair the set which is in the guarantee period. Its a matter of very shame that there is no changes in Ms. Parmila statement, same as earlier, why?

So, solve the pending matter for repair of my mobile WITHOUT ANY CHARGES.

P.S.: We are suffering physical and mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of SAMSUNG, which could not be compensated in the terms of money, so look into this matter seriously, otherwise I will compelled to forward this matter to higher authorities for vindication of my right.

So, instruct the service center to solve the pending matter for repair of my mobile WITHOUT ANYCHARGESimmediate.

    Sub.-the complaint for ac 2 ton is not handled by your service center at valsad

    I had lodged the complaint for my ac on toll free no,[protected]. The a.c. Is not working properly and giving low cooling but two persons from samsung service station came to me as engineer out of them one has no idea to open plastic cover, and regret to say that they are trying to fool me. Without my permission they took photos of invoice and sided labels . They are not trying to find the fault or they are incapable of handling it.
    Only cloth used for body cleaning and said me that service is over. I contacted to service station in charge officer but he is not interested to give service to free calls. He also supporting to his men. But that both are ordinary labor class. And have not any identity card of samsung. After one mr. Sunil raval came for solve the problem but he has also not any knowledge to repair the ac.
    Afterwords mr. Aasish tandel came for solve the problem but he is also fail .
    Sir, i spend rs.60, 000/- for my facility not for take my self foolish.
    Sir, let me know that what should i want to do to take reward for my rs.60, 000/-
    Sir, i am a middle class man, i cant forget rs.60, 000/- which i paid to samsung dealer for this samsung a. C. Therefore i request your honer to do the needful to solve the problem . If the a.c. Is not repairable than please help me to get back my amount of rs. 60, 000/- and company can take away the a.c.

      I got 1 no duplicate refurbished smart phone on 8 from flipkart platform, biggest sale as per adv 18-21, Dec 2016, on online. This mobile during start on or off showing not the original mode, colour, start up tone also not of original samsung, i have taken the video of this fake model, moreover, LCD digitizer is refurbished, the contrast/brightness is very poor, dim, auto brightness also not working, photo etc overall quality is average, dull. I have video against this duplicate model with all features verified.

      Sir, You must STOP this kind of duplicate selling as going on from reputed platform, not only create bad impression about SAMSUNG also we are loosing faith on your product. Rest on u. We believe in you hence requested you to look after this on priority.

        I purchased microwave oven on 30-04-16 Model No. MC28H5033CK. From starting it is having a problem of power off in auto mode at temp18 deg in convection mode.
        Samsung service engginers have visited 5 -6 times & changed thermal sensor, thermostat, fuse, controller etc. But the problem is still unresolved. Recently service engineer came for repair and there was a minor blast in instrument. He called his colleague & changed the fuse. 1 day after this the problem again repeated and again there was a blast in microwave.

        Again the service person visited and now he said that the complete motherboard is defective and needs to be replaced. Now this has become a safety issue as there are small children in my house.

        Already my new microwave which i have hardly used 7-8 times has been dismantled multiple times.I am so much disappointed that next time i will have to think before buying any samsung product. Please take urgent action & get the instrument replaced or I will have to escalate the matter and take some legal action.

            The cooling of the refrigerator is not much effective as it used to be previously as a result it is hampering the food kept inside. This efficiency got lessened from almost the month of November. Previously it used to have effective cooling on both the compartments but now the lower part (Refrigerator) is not cooling up much. Please repair the necessary as soon as possible as some medicines are also kept inside the fridge which well get damaged without effective cooling. i hope that you will respond as soon as possible

              Our products pass through rigorous quality checks which are globally recognized; therefore, Samsung products stand out as best in terms of quality and service of the products.

              [Suresh] - I don't believe it ANYMORE. We have another TV brought for my brother (not even a big brand so called like "SAMSUNG") which works perfectly fine for last 5-6 years now.

              Having said that, we always believe that our customers are the best judge and may help with improving our products. Therefore, we take every feedback with an assurance of improvement with every passing day.

              [Suresh] - My humble request, please don't display these kind of products in any of the stores. I was searching on the web, there where so many similar kind of problem people have posted on the web. Do you think people have to pay 28, 000 Rs to buy product and goes for toes in less than 3 years and give feedback to improve your product?? Why common man spend so much of money to buy your product, is it to give feedback?

              The feedback shared by you regarding the product quality is appreciated. After an extensive research by our certified technical support engineer, we found that the product has developed a fault during its normal usage.

              We understand that you expect a cost less or discounted service for the product. We would like to inform you that the date of purchase of your product was 02.01.2014 and as such, the same product is out of warranty now. The unit needs to be repaired to rectify the defect reported by yourself.

              [Suresh] - On the same day i bought 4 other electronic products like, AC, Washing Machine, Fridge and Chimney. All are of different companies. Everything is working fine without any issue, except so called "SAMSUNG"

              Keeping customer satisfaction in mind, we are offering a very cost effective repair for your product. The total repair cost for your product is Rs.18461.

              [Suresh] - Please don't repeat the amount again. Do you think a common man will be able to spend 18K (very cost effective repair)to repair a TV? come on...

              Thus, to conclude, we would not be able to cater to your request for discounted repair.

              Nevertheless, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback and to give us any other opportunity to serve you. Please confirm your decision so that the necessary repair work can be carried out in your product.

              I was just going through some of the other complaints in this forum. It's a standard message from you guys saying "out of warranty so the repair is chargeable". The repair chargeable are more than the new TV cost.

              Humble request, please recall your Samsung LED TV's who bought TV's in less than 3 years, like you did you Samsung Note recently. or please stop displaying Samsung LED TV's in the stores.

              The only difference between Samsung Note and Samsung LED TV is, Samsung Note will blast and no use after that. Samsung LED goes blank and no use after that.

              One more request, please come to home and collect the scrap (Samsung LED TV). I don't know how to scrap it.

                Respected sir/madam,
                I gave my samsung galaxy s3 phone for repair ( power button not working ) on 16/12/2016. The service centre people sent me a message on 24/12/2016, saying phone is ready to be collected . When i went there, i got my phone . To my suprise they had flashed my phone data without my permission resulting in loss of my personal and important messages and photos . When i asked them, they did not reply properly . And further they said the phone requires more work to be done . They did not explain me properly and sent me out, asking me to come when they call again . I am very sad and extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the staffs there . Samsung should take this issue into consideration and teach those staffs some manners . I have uploaded the service centre bill . Service centre bill number is [protected]. Service centre number is [protected].                   Dear all,

                  I have purchased one samsung galaxy s7 edge (Samsung handset with model number - sm-g935fzduins and serial number - rz8h70lcgbx). Relevant documents are attached for your quick ref. Unfortunately, display got damaged due to accident. On 13/09/2016 i contacted service center for resolution. Service centre took the case advance from me for the estimate and cash as an advance (I asked for credit card payment however they said they need cash only) rs 6, 000 to start the work. I submitted all the money and cash as per instruction / order of the customer care executive. After few days on my follow up i got call from center for the commercial solution. They informed me they don’t have parts!!!

                  They told me to submit the entire box and accessories with cancel check and id proof for issuing the refund. I did all the submission immediately on 08/10/2016. They told me normally it takes one month time for the processing refund. Which i thought would be right / justified. However, as a customer i expect the work has to be finished by the committed date. Till date i don’t have any update. Its more than one month now. Some days back i called the service center for the help. They told me to contact call center and ask them to expedite. I called call center and call center told me call service center. Now i don’t know what to do here. As i have lost my phone and i have no clue what will happen. I also asked for my refund of cash advance for the work but they said they can’t issue now.

                  I wrote twice on the contact us section from your web site. Both the time i got standard reply and no clue what is happening and i have to wait till how long to get resolution here. I don’t know how many times i have to raise the request and how much time i will have to wait for the resolution. This is very bad client service experience. I was informed i will get update soon. Now i want to ask what is the definition of "some time" i can’t wait till infinity. My money is at stake after spending such huge amount i am without phone

                  Now i have received chk from the company. However, my insurance company needs letter from samsung where they want fact to be mentioned that "since, there is no stock we have issued refund". Without this document insurance company will not process my claim. I have written multiple times to company for this letter but they are not providing this letter.

                    I purchased samsung premium handset galaxy s7 edge on 10th september. After using heating, hanging and pink screen problem arrised. When I visited samsung okhla service centre on 20th december 2016 they checked it and said me the motherboard is faulty. After checking it more samsung executive told me the camera is also faulty, so the motherboard and camera has to replaced. I submitted the handset to service centre and they given my handset back on 24th december 2016 with assurance that your handset will now work properly. But when I reached my home in late evening and started using it then the same problem of hanging arrised. I was frustuated because I paid 50k to buy samsung handset and this type of service is provided by samsung to their high end device customers. On 26th december 2016 I again went to service centre to saught out the problem with my device and after telling the issue to samsung lady executive she now said the screen is also to be changed because it has a manufacturing defect. I was totally dejected because its been 3 months and all the main parts of my handset has to be changed . I was criticing why I trusted samsung, the worst experience ever. I also made a online complaint to them with complaint no:-[protected] where samsung customer care executive talked to samsung okhla service centre manager Mr Ramandeep singh regarding the issue of my device where Mr Ramandeep singh mentioned him that service centre has kept my device for upto 4 days and after testing the device it has been returned to customer. So, I just want you to raise my voice so that other peaple would not be cheated by this fraud company.
                    Please revert me as soon as possible as I am waitting for your positive feedback.

                      Hi,

                      I brought samsung galaaxy J7 0n 04/03/2016.

                      they say that they have changed display but problem is not solved.
                      I have given the mobile again.
                      I asked them about replacement policy they said they have no such policy.

                        I have a problem with my mobile, its a Samsung galaxy A8. Sunday it stopped working automatically, I went to Samsung shop from where I bought it(DADAR west). Their those people asked me to go and show it in Samsung service center(DADAR east) and I did the same. They opened my mobile and took charges from me but it didn't work, problem didn't get resolved. And asked me show it to mobile insurance people(Daily apps-An insurance company). On next day itself I showed it to them but unfortunately they said this problem will not get resolved by us and again you have to show it to Samsung service provider. Now scene is that none of the person is ready to help and asking us to run here n there which is highly impossible.

                        My mobile is in warranty period as well as having an insurance too which is again in warranty period

                          I rajesh patel a citizen of mumbai, writing this letter to inform you that my samsung mobile cell phone on 7 pro-duos model no-sm-g600fzddins had not been getting network after insert the sim card, so on 30.11.2016, i went to the samsung customer service centre at shop d-214, shanti shopping centre thane 401107. Mumbai maharashtra, they said that the mother board is not working, and they replace a mother board as the mobile under full warranty.

                          On 6th dec’2016, i bought my mobile from the service centre. At the same time i didn’t check my mobile on my trust grown at the samsung service centre.

                          On 8th dec’2016, when i start my mobile, i found no sound issue in my cell phone.

                          On 9th dec’2016, with the same problem, again, i visited the same address samsung service centre. I am very surprised by the behaviour of that service centre employee regarding the same matter. He was claiming that the handset is repaired outside and the company does not repair the same. I denied and when i confirm him to give the same in written that the mobile has repaired outside, he denies giving the same and he demanded the cash amount against repairing of the mobile.

                          First thing when i have the facility of the service centre then why should i go to repair outside, is it the common sense of your engineer. Secondly, after delivering the handset. Within a one day of a gap i am facing the sound issue problem. So this is the technical problem in replaced motherboard or manufacturing defect of your company which i do not pay at any cost.

                          However, in regards the same issues i already informed dated. 10/12/2016 of samsung online customer care number field complain no. [protected].

                          On 12/12/2016, due to not getting replies from online samsung support again called online customer care number.

                          On 15/12/2016, due to not getting any type of feedback again, i called online customer care number.

                          On 26/2/2016, due to not getting any type of positive feedback again, i called online customer care number.

                          I am very disappointed with the samsung customer care service that every time executive hears the case and instead of taking solve the problem or taking prompt action in my case every time to time they said the word “sorry” “ escalated the matter further” and disconnected the line.

                          Can i get any prompt action on my long pending unsolved problem?

                          In the above fact & of this matter, i really felt very negative in against of your company and the behaviour of your service centre fraslin tech care pvt ltd. Shop d-214, shanti shopping mira road east thane 401107.

                          I will appreciate the urgent action regarding the same complaint to replace of the handset as there is production or manufacturing defect in the handset.

                                  Hi I am Vishal Goel and I brought samsung A7 2016, 2 months back but now it got damaged in my pocket (got band and its display also came out of phone frame) although phone is working perfectly fine . But my concern is when I brought this phone (with lots of money) with this thought that this phone will be durable and good in his performance but it was my mistake, it would have better if I bought some local china same alike phone and when I complained the same to your service center in gomtinagar lucknow they didn't accept my complaint and asked me to visit other service center (this is how we treat our valuable customer).

                                  In last 15 years I used nokia, motorola, LG.. etc but never used samsung phone so thought to buy one for myself but seriously my experience is very bed with the brand and the product, this product quality is very poor and cheap.

                                  Now pls suggest what to do and where to complaint.

                                  Pls revert with the proper solution.

                                      I had a deal with coolpack hvac system for purchase of vrv system
                                      he commited with me on a negotiated price and took advance also to fix it
                                      the site was under construction and the contract got late by 8 months so he increased the price by 10-15% on the machines
                                      i agreed with the same as i was in a hurry
                                      but suddenly at the time of commisioning the system he asks to install a ducting and also at a v high price and doesnot start the work
                                      as per his commitment {verbally}
                                      everything was covered in the contract and all provisions was done according to his suggestion
                                      now he says to increase the grill by 15 inches or place a ducting or etc.
                                      Ultimately he wants to make more money out of me and is trying to blackmail me
                                      i am fed up of this guy
                                      half of the time he doesnt pick up the phone
                                      this is v much disgusting and embarrasing

I have talked Samsung customer care executive and service center but they are alway saying. It is not samsung issue but we are suffering advertising issue.
