I vistited samsung care centre before a month for reparing my fon. They said displays are short so vist aftr 15 days. After 15 days they said same yet short. Finally after a month they took my fon for repare now more than 10 days passed i didnt receved any coll from care centre..
Before 2 months my friend submitted his phone at care centre for the same purpose. He got solution in 24 hours so its requsted kindly solve my problem as soon as possible, because its really too long time to repare a display in 10 days ...i think asembling a new device took too less time as they take in repare ... bill no. [protected]...

    I purchased samsung mobile j2 6 2016 model on 16 nov 16. screen broken due to my mistake and i apporach to samsung service centre silchar on 12 dec 16 and his contact no is[protected] my job sheet no is [protected] . he commet to deliver the item with 7 days mens till 19 dec 16 it should deliver but neither deliver the items nor giving proper date service centre taken sevice cost 70 % in advance( total repair cost is Rs 5055) .Samsung support officer talk with service center as well as with me on conference. with conversation I
    found customer is totally loser in this act because service centre
    was telling Samsung GM not providing spare part ultimately mobile
    became useless and repair cost is also wastage . and no body is taking
    responsibility. ultemately my handset is under warranty.
    plz either repair on time or provide new mobile on this aspect.

      Hi i had bought a new samsung galaxy j7 on[protected]. I got so many problems with initially my charger adapter didn't worked i had been to samsung service center in west tambaram, chennai. Recently my headset was not working, i had given for a service on saturday[protected] they said they will return on monday but after being there they still saying it is not solved. Causing me a mental harassment and trouble where i need to travel so much time for the service center. I need my mobile immediately. Please do take necessary action asap.

          I am regular user of Samsung products .On 19.12.15, I purchased mobile battery from m/s Mobile wala, Govind nagar Kanpur at 13.58hrs. 18.12. 16 bieng Sunday, l went to lodge a complaint at your authorised service at Aliganj Lucknow today i, e 19.12.16 at 11.30hrs. l was told that guarentee is over on 18th and the complaint was not entertained.Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

            I have purchase my galaxy j7 on 13 april 2016 and my phone get off automatically again and again. Our nearby service center changed the screen after that same problem occures. The employ of samsung care has been updating my phone since last 2 days. Becouse of all this i'm facing many problems. Please sort out the problem. Looking forward to your quick action.               I have purchased samsung galaxy on nxt from flipkart on 29 oct 2016 . on 10th dec 2016 it suddenly stopped working. there was a message that was coming of operating system and i know it was an software issue. i went to samsung service centre in noida on 13 dec 2016 and they kept my mobile for a day and told me that there is moisture in my phone and mother board needs to be changed and it will cost 8800rs. i know that there is no such single incident that liquid went into the mobile and they are telling lie just to earn money. i am using mobile phone from last 10 years and used different brands like sony, nokia, micromax, lenovo and never faced this type of problem. and i am really disappointed with the mobile and now with the service centre. i request to kindly help me and get my mobile repaired with no extra cost.

                extreamlely suprised that a standard company set has malfunctioned within 20 days of purchase mover over the local samsung servive centre has no immediate response.

                  Please be informed that I have lost my Samsung on7 proMobile with IMEI No. [protected], on 19/12/16 at about 12 noon.while travelling in an Uber Cab (pool).

                  I have tried to contact the cab driver for locating the mobile, but in vain.

                  Request you to block the IMEI No.immediately, so that there cannot be any misuse of the data available in the mobile.

                    Samsung did not replace my screen even after being in warranty it was there manufacturing defect had to spend 8000 bugs n replace screen .

                      I bought Samsung Galaxy A7 for Rs 24000 and used it hardly for 3 months. Suddenly, one day, whole screen becomes blue, without any physical damage on phone. I went to service center and they totally denied to repair it in warranty, though I have shown them all the bills and references. They are asking for Rs7000 for repair and saying that its a liquid damage which can happen without any physical damage also.

                      I raised complaint (Reference Number: [protected]), spoke to Customer Care and escalated to higher levels but they simply ignored my request and this is not the first time, I am facing this problem.

                      Earlier also I bought Samsung TV for Rs 32000 and it stopped working after 13 months and costs me around Rs14000 just to repair the TV.

                      Now I don't understand what is the point of spending such a high amount and buying these products, when I have to keep on spending Rs 7000 or more just after 2-3 months. And what is the guarantee that after spending so much amount it will work later and I don't have to waste my money again.

                      I am really hassled and frustrated now with the quality and service provides by Samsung Company.
                      I am not sure what action actually taken in this forum, but this is my request for all to avoid Samsung products.

                          I got samsung a8 mobile 6 months before and display will damage i visited to service center they took advance to repair it saying that within 15 days you will get your device .Every day i follow up with them neither i got single call from from their side.Then i called to toll free no Samsung even they dont have answer i need my money back.every time when i called up service center people told me your complaint is escalated to higer level every time they gave me same reference no .Saturday i called they and inform that if i not get my mob i will not wait i need my refund.

                            Hello sir i had purchase samsung mobile on 10.12.16 and the problem in the phone is the display issue i had to get in and out service center alot times after that they replace me at last on fri with lots of calling coustoner care and goin srvice center but when i got new phone the phone has red line on display i immeditaly gone to service center next day im morning they said the issue is clearly visible and it is again a hardware problem u have to wait for tue as they as not in mood of doa i was realy disopinted as i had to go to outof station on tue plzzz provide me on mon as it is been a 8 days i was harrising by u they can do doa but no they had to prove they have poor service under the brand plzzz give me solution asap i did bigest mistake buying samsung

                              I bought one samsung mobile model Name : SM-A800FZKEINS on last nov of 2015.on dec 2016, its display was damaged so went to Service center (Kharadi, Pune) for repair . from there i got to know it will take max 3/4 day for display repair then i given my mobile to them and back.
                              After 4/5 days i called to service center number then i got to know mobile is not repaired because ordered display part still coming from noida and they told me for another 2/3 days . Again after 2/3 day i called to service center number then got same replay as like before it is on the way .and it happens thrice

                              Finally one day after 15 day i got a call that my mobile is ready then i feel little bit happy that i got my mobile.i went to service center for mobile after long wait again i got to know that again that new display part not working so they ordered another new display for mobile and it will take another 4/5 days.

                              Then feel how non sense these guys, they dont understand customers value .
                              there are lots of gap between service center Engineers with service center reception list.

                              i promise - i never go for any samsung product in future or never encourage other for this also.

                                It has been 12 days and there has been no response from samsung mobile service center.

                                This Email is to inform you that I am using Samsung Galaxy S7 device(Sr. No. RZ8H6111DZX).
                                on 05.12.2016 morning i noticed there was crack on the camera lense cover glass. Although no other sign of damage is there on the handset.

                                As Samsung Galaxy S7 owners(flagship mobile) are entitled for:
                                1) free pick up and delivery
                                2) Stand by mobile phone in case of repair.

                                I went to near by Samsung Service center (Adajan, Surat 395009). However the customer care engineer did not listen to the case and said that it is an external damage. anyway I asked him to take it for repair and give a stand by phone. but he did not agree. And I had to return with my hand set.

                                I came home and called customer care [protected]. I was told by Mr. Anwar Khan(Customer care Representative) that an Engineer will visit to my home for to solve the complaint before 06:00 PM on 05.12.2016. but no one came or called. Then I again called and talked to Sr. Customer executive Mr. Vicky. Who told that they are helpless and can not do anything as it was 7.30 pm. Also he told e the Engineer will visit on 06.12.2016.
                                Next day (06.12.2016 ), I have called several times (8-10 times) but still no one has come in-spite of the commitment given for today by various executives.
                                Meanwhile many times my call was dropped and i needed to explain my problem from beginning to every one of the customer care executives.
                                I am very much upset with the response of your team. I requested several times to connect my call to Sr. Executive but never was it done. today also no once came for my mobile from Samsung, neither was there any call from service centre.
                                The Executives on customer care are so helpless and cant help me.
                                I feel sorry to have purchased this mobile from your company and the way things are handled.

                                People are closing our complaints without any confirmation from us.
                                Request you to look into the matter and do the needful on the earliest.
                                I had taken Leave from My Job and waited for service engineer, nut no one from your end seems to be worried about it.
                                Everytime we call customer care, there is some new person to whom we have to explain our problems again and again.
                                if the call drops in between, we never get call back from your side. even after requesting for call back by Sr. Executive I have not received any calls.

                                customer care and service center people keep on blaming each other and we are suffering as customers.

                                  I purchased a samsung refrigerator on 09/11/2015 and from last 7 days that is in samsung service center but they are done only temporary repair and told me that collect refrigerator but i dont want to take that back, i want replacement or refund from last 5 days i continuous call to toll free number and through social media also but i don't have any response from their side.

                                    After some days I am facing same problem again, and placed

                                    (some HEATER) is damaged.
                                    So I think Technician could not find the exact problem and he
                                    is asking more money for that part. We are not at all satisfied with
                                    your company service.

                                    I am Capt. Philip Mathews, my service request is [protected]. For last seven days I am struggling to get my Refrigerator working. Poor response from Samsung and HCL Services.

                                    Just less than two months ago, Samsung Tech HCL Services changed two parts and charged me Rs. 1900 approx. Now again the Cooling stopped, the Tech said some other parts have to be changed. He charged me Rs. 460/- for the visit. I am waiting for seven days for the part to be changed. One can imagine the difficulty I go through. also it appears to be a fraud and cheating game to make money.

                                    If the Samsung Company cannot give service, why do they make such products.

                                      Samsung is a Fraud and unprofessional company. I brought a Samsung Galaxy S7 on 31st July 2016 from Samsung Store and was told that I would get 10% refund for the total cost of the phone after 90 days. I connected with Samsung Customer Care and requested them to process my refund and I was told it will be refunded in 90 working days. I thought that I should wait for another 25 days (to compensate for the holidays) and again after 120 days I was wondering why my refund is still not processed. I though let’s call them again and beg them for my own Money. I called them again and they said I will get it in next 2 working days. Again I called the customer case after 5 working days and again they told me it will take another 2 working days. Again I waited for 1 week (may be demonetization is impacting their business also, if Samsung have any) and still my money was not refunded. Today again I called the customer care representative of Samsung and he told me and it will take another 2 working day. Samsung has shown the paramount o[censored]nprofessionalism and I recommend all user of Samsung to be aware of their fraud. Now I am forced to go to consumer court to settle this and mind you Samsung you will end up paying much more to me now!!

Service center people are telling for refund provide documents i didn't have that time to wait.
