I had a product complaint on A7 ( broken touch screen). As they could not provide replcement screen; they agreed to refund the amount and the same was sent to mevide cheque on HSBC.My account number was mentioned wrongly and as such i am unable to encash the cheque.
In spite of repeated reminders they are NOT yet given the corrected cheque.

In spite of escalating to their CEO its no avail.

Need expeditious settlement of my concern

    We have samsung SCX printer, it is not working properly. If any made any print out it was struck and giving big noise. we are very much bother about due to this printer compliant. We unable to find what's the problem whether it is cartridge problem nor printer problem. Hence we request you that please visit our premises and rectify the repair as early as posibble.

      We have purchased a Samsung Mobile of Model No .A 500 Gold CE [protected] on dated.30.05.2016 from Cell Point (India) Pvt. Ltd., near SBH ATM, Visakhapatnam - 530016.

      Suddenly Mobile display blank & not worked on dated.10.10.2016

      [protected]st Complaint booked vide W.O/Complaint No. J 236 and claim no.[protected] - Service centre people committed & told us to be rectified within 18.10.2016.

      On our call dated.18.10.2016 - No reply from our HO, and within one week will call you back

      Again our call dated.25.10.2016 - Didn't get mail from our HO, and call you back to you on or before 31.10.2016

      Again our call dated.31.10.2016 - Mobile spare parts to be get from Head Office again it will take more time i.e. 03.11.2016

      on our call dated.03.11.2016 - SM A500GDS model stopped, hence spare parts are not manufacturing at present.

      Hence Your Service Centre Person told us to please submit MOBILE and accessories along with all your original Invoice and complaint Bills to us then we will refund actual cost of mobile price to you within 15 days through Cheque.

      On same day we have submitted all our original documents to your Vizag Samsung Service Centre against received Acknowledgement.

      On our call 18.11.2016 - It will take some more time

      On our call 25.11.2016 - didn't get any information i.e. approval from HO & call back to you within a week.

      On our call 03.12.2016 - Not given proper response and exact details of our Refund amount and told that depends against on HO approval and nothing in our hands.

      Above all discussions, samsung service centre not responded properly and meanwhile we have called Toll Free Number so many times nevertheless till date we are not getting any response at your end.

      we have suffered financially and mentally from last 50 days, we felt there is no way to settle the matter so finally we are going to proceed Legally against you and samsung service centre and cell point.

        Dear team,

        I purchased a LED Tv in 2011 around Sep. In Oct 2016, it started giving me problem. The TV did the power recycling whenever I turned it on. I took it to the Service Center to get it checked. The engineer checked the TV, checked the part availability and asked for an advance of Rs 3000 for the same.

        After waiting for 2 weeks, the engineer informs me that the part is in DNA status and will never be delivered. I have been following up with the customer service to get a proper resolution but have been disappointed by everyone.

        Its almost 1.5 months since I dropped my TV at the service centre and sill there is no resolution provided to me.

        Today, I got an SMS that my Case has been closed. This was done without even talking to me. Thats the level of service provided by the Customer Service Team.

        I would like to get a proper resolution for my problem. It was a hugely expensive TV for me and you cannot tell me that only in 5 years, Samsung cannot support it. Its very unfair. It has been tormenting working with your customer service team. I am really frustrated right now and am really hoping to get a resolution from your end as soon as possible.

          My ph caught fire and I threw that away. If I did anything wrong? Samsung kept my phone for 2 months and returned as it is. Really??????? Is it samsung??
          It caught fire so Shall I use this same phone again??If it caught fire again you take guarantee of my life that nothing will happen to me?????
          Your call center people tell me that I denied replacement. Samsung center says their backend team denied the replacement. Where should I go.
          Shall I go to consumer court? or tweet this to Samsung Corporate office or post this on Facebook??? Or go to publish this in newspaper????

            PROBLEM - DISPLAY WAS BLINKING
            it was said to me that within a week u will get ur mobile repaired or it will be exchange or refund money will be given.
            than on 12th the said that on 11th November, 2016 they said that my mobile is approved for exchange and i will get my mobile within 15 working days . now it has been around a month i haven't got my mobile and they haven't approached for the same. every time i call in service center or contact center they ask to wait for 2 days . please do the needful as soon as possible .

              I have submitted the lcd broken mobile phone in samsung care garcha road, ballygune, koikata on 03.11.2016 having bill no.[protected]. Yet now no respond from the samsung care. The employee named pooja kapoor told me that that i will get the phone within 2 weeks but the same period has been elapsed, and now over phone she told that she has left the job and when i called in the office, the same is not receiving the call. The bill amount was rs.8300/- and advance amount paid by me is rs.300/- so please look into the matter and reply as soon as possible.

                I purchased a Panel LED TV 81 cm. last year for Rs. 27, 000/- (approx) -refer attached bill. Now guarantee is over, after that I noticed horizontal lines on screen and it seems to increase in number gradually. I am surprised to see this issue happened just after guarantee over. I don't expect this from Samsung such a reputed product. I have suspect on quality of product or manufacturing issue from your end. What is the solution for the issue? What is the life of product? Request you to exchange the product or repair it.

                  I am including my problem with my device also so that if you get connected to customer care please forward it to them.

                  Yesterday i, e; 5 Dec 2016 i received my s7edge after 5 days from samsung service centre agra because the sound coming out from earpiece is broken and blurred so i repaired it from there.Things are going fine but i recently discovered that the sound coming from primary speaker is different. Earlier whenever i blocked the speaker opening there is very little sound coming out that is because of IP68 rating but now when i block my speaker i can feel the back panel vibrating and now sound is coming from back panel whenever i block the speaker. But if i press the back panel the sound goes down not exactly as it is earlier but reduced very much. I hope that you guys look into this matter because i am not satisfied with the work they done. Even the back have lots of scratches but thanks to the lamination it saved it alot. They even told me they take good care of smartphones but after this i don't think they really mean it. My smartphone doesn't even completed 2 months but thanks to samsung its behaving like year older.
                  I tried to connect with you guys through your customer care portal but the page is keep saying invalid email address. I even make new gmail account with the name [protected]@gmail.com but again still it keep saying invalid email address.

                  What should i do keep using my smartphone i, e; not more than a month or should i sell it and buy new from other company.

                    I have purchased new Samsung 192 ltr single door refrigerator just 20 days back. from the day 1 its giving vibration & sound while working.                       I bought s7 edge at 26/05/2016. After six month. I accidentally drop my phone in water. It said that it's water resistant phone despite that my phone is water damaged. I went to Samsung care they said it cannot be replaced and because of liquid damge now it is out of warranty. And also it repair cost is 34, 000. It's a water resistant phone and it does not include water damage warranty. I want replacement for my phone.

                        I have a Samsung TV with model no UA46D5500RR. I am facing TV on/off issue in a continuous loop. I did contact Samsung customer care but they directed me to Reliance ResQ. According to Samsung customer care it is there official service center.
                        Reliance ResQ is the worst service provider I have ever seen. They have kept me fooling for last 20 days that they have ordered a new mother board for me after taking 50 odd photos of my mother board from different angles and visiting with a mother board that doesn't match my board. I kept on following up with them for 20 days and got the answer that the part is ordered and it is on its way. Now they finally say that the part is not yet ordered. The engineer meanwhile also requested me to take the mother board along with him to his office so that he can find a suitable match.
                        There was a genuine attempt to fool me and extract money. Two engineers visited my place and where just killing time and fooling me around. The issue is minor and they are fooling me with all kind of lies which now has been exposed.
                        SAMSUNG is so ignorant of there customers who buy TV's that cost in lakhs that they don't even have there own service center. I bought SAMSUNG TV for its brand name but now I am going to make sure that people know how SAMSUNG fools its customer.

                          This is to inform you that i have bought this on 4th pf october tgis year, after 1 month of purchase tv screen started vanishing, some vertical black lines appears and then it blackout whereas audio keeps playing. I've complained about this to the dealer they never made any response, when i went there and personally visited them, they said they can do nothing about it. After 1 week service engineer visited at my home and updated software. Even then the problem was still there. Next week another 2 service engineers came and they saw the actual problem taken photos and videos which i'd recorded to show them. After 4-5 days they brought something and changed it from tv's motherboard. 3 days it worked totally fine and from yesterday morning it started again and again. I'm frustrated.

                          Worst product ever bought. I'm from a lower middle class family and when someone like me invest their money on appliances they actually expect great experience, but [censored] os happening since i've bought your product. Damn i'm facing both physical and mental disturbance cause of you guys. This is how you deal with your customers. A led cannot even work for atleast 1-2 years properly. How would you expect me buying any of your products in future.

                          I want this led to be replaced or else return my money. I better should have purchased sony's led.

                          Get this done or else i would be lodging complaint at consumer forum/court against physical and mental disturbance being caused by you.

                            I purchased samsung j2 cell phone at 14th of aug 2016 on emi.
                            By mistake my phone's screen got damage after 2nd emi.
                            I agree that mistake was mine but i visited at your service centre and there your employees told me that they will charge rs.4800/- and take one week to repaire it..
                            Till after one week they are saying that they have no parts availabe for samsung j2 new virsion. I submitted all the documents at your service center. What should i do right now? As you know samsung is one of india's most popular company which provides good services.

                            But i am not satisfied because i am suffering between all the mess..
                            Still i am paying emi but cant use cellphone, i just want to know from you that what action you will at my critical situation..
                            We are lower middle class people that's why i purchased phone at emi. As well as honest civilion that is the reason that we are still paying emi... Now please its a request that either repair my phone quickly, replace it or give my money back...

                            As a customer of samsung i have trust at you that you will take immidiate action at my problem...

                              I purchased LED TV 40' joy plus in last year for Rs. 50, 000/-refer attached bill.
                              Now guarantee is over, after that I noticed black spot on screen and it seems increases size. I surprise this issue happend just after guarantee over. I don't expect from Samsung such a reputed product. I have suspected on quality of product or manufacturing issue from your end. What is the solution for the issue? What is the life of product?

                              I have been informed after service person visit that LED panel needs to be replaced in purchaser cost. They have not produced report for failure & un justified reason. Customer care said Free replacement can not be done. It is not acceptable to me as premature failure due to manufacturing deflects. I unhappy about Samsung product. I never expected this reply from Samsung. This is purely quality issue with in short time life just less than 1.5 year. What is life of led panel? How can Samsung selling defect products to market? Pl. Do free replacement immediately.
                              I submitted my Samsung Galaxy j2 4g cell phone at khammama samsung service point on 26.11.2016. For phone complaint purpose. Still no information about my phone from service point.

                                  I was a samsung loyalist untill I experienced their services. I had an issue with my phone Galaxy Note 5 - the screen was damaged so I went to service centre on 2nd November to give my phone for repair. They seemed to be a good team. They heard me and then took the phone from me and told me that the total cost for the new screen will be 13000 for which I agreed. Since their card machine was not working I had to pay some cash as advance. They made the job sheet for the same and the female on the desk told me that within a week we will let you know the status of your repairs. She even specified that the parts are not available at the moment and if so then we will deduct the screen amount and refund you the rest of the phone amount. After a week I get a call that the parts are not available and we will deduct 45 percent of the phone cost and return you the rest of the amount. On 10th of November I got a message from Samsung that the repair of your Samsung product has been completed and it's ready for immediate collection. Next day I get a call from Ahmed of the service center stating that the parts are not available so what do you want to do. I was shocked coz two different communication for the same piece and from the same company. I asked him what was theconfusion why two different message?? He said his system shows the same. He said he will check and get back. He aslo mentioned the refund amount that I will get will be the price of the phone minus 50 percent minus the cost of the screen. I said that I will come to the service center and speak as I was working and could not come to the service center now. Then next I again got a call from Ahmed saying that your mobile is ready for collection please come and collect it, I said it's not possible now I will come on Saturday and speak to you'll. So he said that I will close the case for now and reopen it when you come next. On the following Saturday I went to the gallery, while speaking the lady on the counter she told me that the parts are not available and that we can't do much about it. Again same thing.. I have no idea is my phone repaired or not? I asked her for a solution and then she said that just give me a moment I will speak to my engineer and get back. When she came back she told me that 60 percent of the amount will be deducted minus the screen charges and the balance amount you will get. I told her that my phone warranty has just expired and it's just 6 days above that. She is like we do not consider even one day above warranty period and we will not be able to do much about it from our end you will have to speak to customer service and they will try to resolve your issue. So on 16th November I called Samsung customer service and told them my issue and they said that your call has been escalated and they will call you soon. I waited for about 10 days for them to call me but no reply from their end. On 29th November I called them again and they said the service center has asked for your warranty documents which you haven't submitted so I said I haven't got any such call or message, then they were like your phone is repaired and is ready for collection. They did not know what the whole issue was they just kept on making stories and I was on hold for about 40 minutes just to transfer the call from the service team to the escalation team. Pooja from the escalation department came online finally and says that mam your note 4 is under repairs she did not even know which phone I owned, she spoke to me about my issues and promised me that by day end we will resolve your issue and we will call you back for the same. There was no call. On 30th November I called them again and was on hold for 20 minutes and in the end the executive tells me that she is on leave today. On 1st December the same story was repeated that your call is on priority and they will call you as soon as possible...

                                  So much for the love of their costumers #samsungindia .. never again

                                  I have two complain numbers: the first one is [protected] dated 16th November 2016. Second one is [protected] dated 6th December 2016.

                                  Samsung Mobile India: today when I called the customer service center on [protected] and I spoke to an executive named Druv and he had no clue what was my case and asked me to repeat the whole story again which I refused and later he came online after studying my case and tells me that you speak to HCL service center and they will be able to help you we cannot do anything from here 😈 and he even said that I am escalating your call to the higher department and they will be able to resolve your issue.. Two different statements by the same person in about 5 minutes of conversation.. Wow.. All of you are really taking your customers for a ride. Later the call was transferred to the floor manager Salim. Finally when he comes online he tells me that the service center has asked for some documents from my end and I have already submitted it to them (again a new story. I haven't been asked to submit any documents so far) after I gave him a brief description about the harassment I am facing because of you'll he was completely reluctant and told me that WHY HAVE YOU CALLED US? Finally I had to hang up the call because it was no point speaking to such people.

                                  Is this customer service that you'll provide. Absolutely pathetic and non. acceptable

                                  I am going to take this forward to higher authorities

                                    beware samsung a9 pro is not a good mobile and please dont waste your money in buying a worst device.

                                    this mobile has dual sim and one sim always remains switched off or not reachable...its not only in my device THIS PROBLEM IS IN MY FRIENDS MOBILE ALSO..

                                    And the BATTERY is not at all 5000 MAH my friend has xiaomi note 3 and it has 4050 MAH and it has a excellent battery back up comparing to this useless mobile...

                                    Cooling problem occared, 72 Hrs after call registration in service station there is no engineer come to attain the complain, Multiple time followup done with the given contact no. very poor in response.
                                    I will never expect such feedback from SAMSUNG.

                                      I have a samsung plazma tv wich was purchased in oct 2013. The warranty of the tv will be end in oct 2017. This tv is a defected produced product which has been repaired 5 times till oct 2016. I registered a complaint regarding its functiong on 2 nov 2016 which cannot be resolved by service center and customer care center. I am steel complaining to your customer care executives but they are not taking this seriously. I am hoping that you will take some appropriate action in this direction. Otherwise i will have to take legal action about it.

                                        I purchased your Samsung Combi Micro Oven Model C103FL-KC/XTL (Serial no: 00187ZBWA0275Y) about 4 & half years ago. Initially all was fine but since last one year it is giving trouble with the Start Button.
                                        Twice your mechanic visited & some how rectified & collected his Service Charges.
                                        Now again from last week its not functioning. Today again your Mechanic Sushanta (from Vision Cool Services) M: [protected] visited on my Complaint no [protected] dated 30th Nov. After Inspection, he declared that there was some problem with the Circuit which he can not resolve. He also said unavailability of the Part in Stores. He took his Service charge & left.
                                        We are only the Two o[censored]s both Sr. Citizens (me 66yrs & my wife 61 yrs old) & have used the Micro oven sparingly. So how can you or your Rep say that Part is not available as it’s your Company Product & your Goodwill is at stake?
                                        We are under Tension & Depression for over a week & we had full faith on Samsung products, but now our faith is being shattered. Hence I call upon you to please investigate & arrange to rectify the defect ASAP.
