My washing machine top loader WA78K1/XTL's PCB got spoil. The part is no longer manufactured and is not available in Shillong or Guwahati Samsung service centres. But in Guwahati Service Centre they showed me in the computer that it cost Rs. 1999 and with service charge comes to about Rs. 3000/-

I went to West Bengal and in Samsung service centre HAKIMPARA the part was available. But, THOSE FRAUD, CHEAT SAMSUNG STAFFS are selling it at Rs. 4800/- plus service charge. In Jalpaiguri Samsung Service Centre, Natun Para the Samsung fraudsters are selling the same for even more, at Rs. 6800/-

Samsung India must take responsibility and STOP PRACTICING THIS UNETHICAL CHEATING BUSINESS. You first cannot stop manufacturing a part in less than 10 years after selling an item. Even if you do, the few spare parts available at Service Centres CANNOT BE SOLD AT A PREMIUM beyond the manufacturing cost. This is a fit case of consumer case.

      comunication which is located near durgapuri shahdara this is the add a 245, durgapuri extn.100 futa

      Shahdara, Delhi 110032.
      so this is the story i wanna share with everyone about samsung service center. my friend rohit visit

      samsung service center beacuse his mobile j7 giving him problem.problem was that his mobile was

      unloking itself automatically and unfortunately it was out of warranty. so service center excutive

      told him to replace the the pcb board of mobile and the amout will be around 5700 around something. my

      friend says yes and after that he collect the mobile and the old pcb but he was facing the same

      problem.problem was not resolved by replacing the pcb board then excutive told him to replace the

      display and the amount will be around 4000 somthing then my friend discuss this matter to me. then i

      came in the story and visit the service center and discuss this matter to the team leader i think and

      ask for the refund of pcb amout beacause you are going to laugh they didn't check the mobile properly

      and change the pcb. the real problem was in the back flip cover magnet i request to excutive to replace

      the new pcb with old one and mobile doesn't have any problem beacause they are just sitting for the

      money. they are telling me i am not elgibile for the refund

        I have a purchased Samsung j7 in march 2016 but unfortunately mobile displayed has black after a hanging on[protected]. as per guarantee of Samsung should be changed of display but customer care told me that your display has broken. but I assure you sir the display is not broken from my end. your service machine unable to understand of problem and judge . So please suggest me that how to solve the problem other wise I will go to court against your Samsung mobile company.

        Sir, once again I repeated you that we have purchased a samsung mobile since March but unfortunately broken of my display last 02 months before. we have changed display at your service center chaibasa jharkhand .and he is not provided me original bill of company, but on 20.12.2016 mobile at first hanging and not working properly last 02 hours and then we have start once again moible then not working properly, after few minutes mobile display automatically will be black. then go to service center and told my original fact but your service center is not understand and judge he told me your mobile display is broken. how is possible Sir.           Saala chutiya bananeka company hai. jabse cell liya hai tabse constmer care jaa hi raha hu. ther is still 6 months warranty left. but zero costomer satisfaction. bloody screw your samsung company. no use at all. apple is best. you call Note 5 a Premium phone. but i found nothing like that. till now i hav faced display problem. charging port problem.motherboard problem.nd now battry draining problem. which is still not solved.i lost my job due to running behind this bull shot costomer care centre again n again.
          as per ua saying premiuim phone should be serviced and returned back in 48 hours. youll tkae 15 days but still problem not solved. wow bravo.
          i am complaining about samsung costomer service centre located at lal baug Hila tower mumbai. and plz take strick actions as ull cant repair the handset so i hope this much could be your cup of tea that ull can at least yell on your workers.

            I bought Samsung J7 2016 by Amazon. in one month before. but it is not working still from a week. To resolve this problem I had contact to the customer Care of Amazon. He said that I have to contact Samsung service center of my city. So I contacted Samsung service center, because it is in guarantee period, but he is saying its touch pad is not working and he is demanding Rupees 6000/- to repair this problem.
            Please help me sir, I bought this mobile in Rupees 16, 199/- and again I have to pay 6000 Rupees.Why Sir? Is the 16200 Rupees of mobile will work only for one month.? Please help me and contact me as soon as possible. I will be thankful to you.

              Only one month before I bought the Samsung J7 smartphone through Amazon. Now It is not working.Blue lines appearing on the phone and phone is not working.When I called the Amazon's customer care to help, then they said that I have to take help from Gulbarga Samsung service center.When I go to Samsung service center Gulbarga, they are demanding me for Rupee 6000/-, otherwise they will not repair the mobile.
              What should I do, Only one month before I bought it, and it is in guarantee period.

                I vistited samsung care centre before a month for reparing my fon. They said displays are short so vist aftr 15 days. After 15 days they said same yet short. Finally after a month they took my fon for repare now more than 10 days passed i didnt receved any coll from care centre..
                Before 2 months my friend submitted his phone at care centre for the same purpose. He got solution in 24 hours so its requsted kindly solve my problem as soon as possible, because its really too long time to repare a display in 10 days ...i think asembling a new device took too less time as they take in repare ... bill no. [protected]...

                  I purchased samsung mobile j2 6 2016 model on 16 nov 16. screen broken due to my mistake and i apporach to samsung service centre silchar on 12 dec 16 and his contact no is[protected] my job sheet no is [protected] . he commet to deliver the item with 7 days mens till 19 dec 16 it should deliver but neither deliver the items nor giving proper date service centre taken sevice cost 70 % in advance( total repair cost is Rs 5055) .Samsung support officer talk with service center as well as with me on conference. with conversation I
                  found customer is totally loser in this act because service centre
                  was telling Samsung GM not providing spare part ultimately mobile
                  became useless and repair cost is also wastage . and no body is taking
                  responsibility. ultemately my handset is under warranty.

                    Hi i had bought a new samsung galaxy j7 on[protected]. I got so many problems with initially my charger adapter didn't worked i had been to samsung service center in west tambaram, chennai. Recently my headset was not working, i had given for a service on saturday[protected] they said they will return on monday but after being there they still saying it is not solved. Causing me a mental harassment and trouble where i need to travel so much time for the service center. I need my mobile immediately. Please do take necessary action asap.

                          I have purchase my galaxy j7 on 13 april 2016 and my phone get off automatically again and again. Our nearby service center changed the screen after that same problem occures. The employ of samsung care has been updating my phone since last 2 days. Becouse of all this i'm facing many problems.                             I have purchased samsung galaxy on nxt from flipkart on 29 oct 2016 . on 10th dec 2016 it suddenly stopped working. there was a message that was coming of operating system and i know it was an software issue. i went to samsung service centre in noida on 13 dec 2016 and they kept my mobile for a day and told me that there is moisture in my phone and mother board needs to be changed and it will cost 8800rs. i know that there is no such single incident that liquid went into the mobile and they are telling lie just to earn money. i am using mobile phone from last 10 years and used different brands like sony, nokia, micromax, lenovo and never faced this type of problem. and i am really disappointed with the mobile and now with the service centre. i request to kindly help me and get my mobile repaired with no extra cost.

                              extreamlely suprised that a standard company set has malfunctioned within 20 days of purchase mover over the local samsung servive centre has no immediate response.

                                Please be informed that I have lost my Samsung on7 proMobile with IMEI No. [protected], on 19/12/16 at about 12 noon.while travelling in an Uber Cab (pool).

                                I have tried to contact the cab driver for locating the mobile, but in vain.

                                Request you to block the IMEI No.immediately, so that there cannot be any misuse of the data available in the mobile.

                                The feature of “Find My Mobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
                                We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
                                As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

                                  I vistited samsung care centre before a month for reparing my fon. They said displays are short so vist aftr 15 days. After 15 days they said same yet short. Finally after a month they took my fon for repare now more than 10 days passed i didnt receved any coll from care centre..
                                  Before 2 months my friend submitted his phone at care centre for the same purpose. He got solution in 24 hours so its requsted kindly solve my problem as soon as possible, because its really too long time to repare a display in 10 days.

                                  Samsung did not replace my screen even after being in warranty it was there manufacturing defect had to spend 8000 bugs n replace screen .

                                    I bought Samsung Galaxy A7 for Rs 24000 and used it hardly for 3 months. Suddenly, one day, whole screen becomes blue, without any physical damage on phone. I went to service center and they totally denied to repair it in warranty, though I have shown them all the bills and references. They are asking for Rs7000 for repair and saying that its a liquid damage which can happen without any physical damage also.

                                    I raised complaint (Reference Number: [protected]), spoke to Customer Care and escalated to higher levels but they simply ignored my request and this is not the first time, I am facing this problem.

                                    Earlier also I bought Samsung TV for Rs 32000 and it stopped working after 13 months and costs me around Rs14000 just to repair the TV.

                                    Now I don't understand what is the point of spending such a high amount and buying these products, when I have to keep on spending Rs 7000 or more just after 2-3 months. And what is the guarantee that after spending so much amount it will work later and I don't have to waste my money again.

                                    I am really hassled and frustrated now with the quality and service provides by Samsung Company.
                                    I am not sure what action actually taken in this forum, but this is my request for all to avoid Samsung products.

                                        I got samsung a8 mobile 6 months before and display will damage i visited to service center they took advance to repair it saying that within 15 days you will get your device .Every day i follow up with them neither i got single call from from their side.Then i called to toll free no Samsung even they dont have answer i need my money back.every time when i called up service center people told me your complaint is escalated to higer level every time they gave me same reference no .Saturday i called they and inform that if i not get my mob i will not wait i need my refund.
