    FINAL- REMINDER

    P.S.: IN WARANTY PERIOD, SAMSUNG REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE OF MOBILE WITH NO CHARGES, We are suffering physical and mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of SAMSUNG, which could not be compensated in the terms of money, so look into this matter seriously, otherwise I will compelled to forward this matter to CONSUMER COURT for vindication of my right.

    So, solve the pending matter for repair of my mobile WITHOUT ANY CHARGES immediate.

    Madam,

    Followings discrepancies have been found in the services of SAMSUNG:-

    1.Personally visit by VERY SENIOR CITIZEN walked from a long distance in this winter season on dated 05/12/16 at HCL – Janak Puri service centre, they refused to service the set under the warranty period to solve the problem in software which was already informed to Ms.Parmila on the same day.

    2. Call received on 06/12/16 by Mr. Anil and Ms. Parmila from the company on dated 07/12/2016 for again visit to service centre on assurance that matter will be positively re-solve on getting the approval from the MANAGEMENT, the same old person again visited on 07/12/16 for submit the set at service centre.

    3.Regret to inform you that Ms. Parmila told on 07/12/2016 that we will pay the charges for repair the set which is in the guarantee period. Its a matter of very shame that there is no changes in Ms. Parmila statement, same as earlier, why?

    So, solve the pending matter for repair of my mobile WITHOUT ANY CHARGES.

    P.S.: We are suffering physical and mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of SAMSUNG, which could not be compensated in the terms of money, so look into this matter seriously, otherwise I will compelled to forward this matter to higher authorities for vindication of my right.

    So, instruct the service center to solve the pending matter for repair of my mobile WITHOUT ANY CHARGES immediate.

      This is regarding the Samsung mobile phone that I’ve submitted on 4th November’16 on your service center located in Sector-3, Noida ( HCL Services Limited, D-1 ) and still I’m waiting for my mobile.

      I’m trying to reach you on your given number [protected] but It is not getting contacted. So what should I do ?.

      Last time I’ve spoken with one your executive and he has updated me that my replacement request has been confirm and I’ll get new replacement mobile within max 10-15 days but I haven’t received any call from your side or neither your given number is contactable.

      Executive committed me that I'll get my product by Tuesday maximum but again they are repeating the same thing that it will some time and they are not even giving me the exact time for the same.

      So please help me out for getting my mobile or refund.

      I have talked in your customer care number[protected] and executive is not really helping me out as I was telling him to transfer my call to any senior but he is telling that there is no senior.

      And I want my refund or replacement asap.

      I haven't got any resolution yet.

      Will SAMSUNG give any resolution to their customers or they just want to trouble the customers . ???

      I got a call from your representative on 24th Dec saying that I will get the REFUND DD by Max. 7-10 days but as of now there is no update regarding the same and as of now no one is eager to picking up the calls.

      As today is 29th Dec'16 and they have given me the time till 3rd Jan'17 Max so I'll wait till given time.

      And if Samsung failure to provide me the DD by that time then I want any other compensation or last option remains that I need to take this case to the higher authorities.

        On 23rd of October, the fridge stopped working. I called a Samsung service centre. They advised me to defrost the fridge and clean it a couple of hours later. So, I did and restarted it. But it didn’t cool. On the 25th, Samsung service men came to check the fridge and said that the gas was over. Following which on the 26th, they replaced my gas for Rs 2678/-. It worked but the cooling wasn’t impactful. On the 30th October, it stopped functioning again and I placed a complaint again. Between them and now, people from the service centre have come at least 5 times and nothing has worked. Two of the people we have been consulting this is (Asain –[protected] and Mohana –[protected]

        Engineers visited us three different days
        1. They came and checked it, concluding that he will send the necessary person for the job.
        2. They bought gas and charged the fridge, but said that the gas would not be useful since the gas from the fridge was leaking and would visit again.
        3. The service person (P.Krishnamurthy) on 9th November brought another cylinder of gas and tried to fix the fridge again, but also concluded nothing could be done on the challan and that we could inform the higher authorities about this in fixable problem.

        On 16th November, I mailed Mona([protected]@partnersamsung.com) with the bill and fridge details. Following this, I spoke to the team leader (Bhisanh Kumar), who said he would look into the matter but there was nothing that could be done from his side. The following day, on our follow ups, we were given to understand that we would be given 30% of the MRP of the fridge within 21 days at the latest. Till date, we keep following up from our end with the service centre since we can’t buy a new one or replace or get rid of this old fridge. Multiple occasions have passed where food has been spoiled, we lived through the cyclone with no food stored, we now have festivals coming and we will not be able to store anything.

        We keep getting all sorts of false hope. Now that we remind them, they’re indifferent and no longer speak with any understanding or concern which is horrible cause the fridge (RSA2NQP1/XTC) we picked up is one of Samsung’s finest or at least was at that time.

          Refrigerator model no- RT28K3343D2, purchased on 10.12.2016. On 18.12.16 I complained for the defect, on 19.12.16 a person came but issue not resolved, on 20.12.16 again an engineer came worked for 2hours, but defect not resolved, engineer said product is defective and cannot be repaired. Now I am very much worried that wether I have been cheated by Samsung, because within 7 days of installation of my fridge, compressor is found defective and the representative of Samsung is telling that it cannot be repaired. Please help me as I am feeling cheated. I had very much faith on Samsung but now disappointed.

            My washing machine top loader WA78K1/XTL's PCB got spoil. The part is no longer manufactured and is not available in Shillong or Guwahati Samsung service centres. But in Guwahati Service Centre they showed me in the computer that it cost Rs. 1999 and with service charge comes to about Rs. 3000/-

            I went to West Bengal and in Samsung service centre HAKIMPARA the part was available. But, THOSE FRAUD, CHEAT SAMSUNG STAFFS are selling it at Rs. 4800/- plus service charge. In Jalpaiguri Samsung Service Centre, Natun Para the Samsung fraudsters are selling the same for even more, at Rs. 6800/-

            Samsung India must take responsibility and STOP PRACTICING THIS UNETHICAL CHEATING BUSINESS. You first cannot stop manufacturing a part in less than 10 years after selling an item. Even if you do, the few spare parts available at Service Centres CANNOT BE SOLD AT A PREMIUM beyond the manufacturing cost. This is a fit case of consumer case.

                so this is the story i wanna share with everyone about samsung service center. my friend rohit visit

                samsung service center beacuse his mobile j7 giving him problem.problem was that his mobile was

                unloking itself automatically and unfortunately it was out of warranty. so service center excutive

                told him to replace the the pcb board of mobile and the amout will be around 5700 around something. my

                friend says yes and after that he collect the mobile and the old pcb but he was facing the same

                problem.problem was not resolved by replacing the pcb board then excutive told him to replace the

                display and the amount will be around 4000 somthing then my friend discuss this matter to me. then i

                came in the story and visit the service center and discuss this matter to the team leader i think and

                ask for the refund of pcb amout beacause you are going to laugh they didn't check the mobile properly

                and change the pcb. the real problem was in the back flip cover magnet i request to excutive to replace

                the new pcb with old one and mobile doesn't have any problem beacause they are just sitting for the

                money. they are telling me i am not elgibile for the refund

                  Sir, once again I repeated you that we have purchased a samsung mobile since March but unfortunately broken of my display last 02 months before. we have changed display at your service center chaibasa jharkhand .and he is not provided me original bill of company, but on 20.12.2016 mobile at first hanging and not working properly last 02 hours and then we have start once again moible then not working properly, after few minutes mobile display automatically will be black. then go to service center and told my original fact but your service center is not understand and judge he told me your mobile display is broken. how is possible Sir. It is very surprise and unable to understand . My mobile number is [protected] and email id [protected]@rediffmail.com.

                    Saala chutiya bananeka company hai. jabse cell liya hai tabse constmer care jaa hi raha hu. ther is still 6 months warranty left. but zero costomer satisfaction. bloody screw your samsung company. no use at all. apple is best. you call Note 5 a Premium phone. but i found nothing like that. till now i hav faced display problem. charging port problem.motherboard problem.nd now battry draining problem. which is still not solved.i lost my job due to running behind this bull shot costomer care centre again n again.
                    as per ua saying premiuim phone should be serviced and returned back in 48 hours. youll tkae 15 days but still problem not solved. wow bravo.
                    i am complaining about samsung costomer service centre located at lal baug Hila tower mumbai. and plz take strick actions as ull cant repair the handset so i hope this much could be your cup of tea that ull can at least yell on your workers.

He said that I have to contact Samsung service center of my city. Now It is not working.Blue lines appearing on the phone and phone is not working.When I called the Amazon's customer care to help, then they said that I have to take help from Gulbarga Samsung service center.When I go to Samsung service center Gulbarga, they are demanding me for Rupee 6000/-, otherwise they will not repair the mobile.

                          I vistited samsung care centre before a month for reparing my fon. They said displays are short so vist aftr 15 days. After 15 days they said same yet short. Finally after a month they took my fon for repare now more than 10 days passed i didnt receved any coll from care centre..
                          Before 2 months my friend submitted his phone at care centre for the same purpose. He got solution in 24 hours so its requsted kindly solve my problem as soon as possible, because its really too long time to repare a display in 10 days ...i think asembling a new device took too less time as they take in repare ... bill no.                             I purchased samsung mobile j2 6 2016 model on 16 nov 16. screen broken due to my mistake and i apporach to samsung service centre silchar on 12 dec 16 and his contact no is[protected] my job sheet no is [protected] . he commet to deliver the item with 7 days mens till 19 dec 16 it should deliver but neither deliver the items nor giving proper date service centre taken sevice cost 70 % in advance( total repair cost is Rs 5055) .Samsung support officer talk with service center as well as with me on conference. with conversation I
                            found customer is totally loser in this act because service centre
                            was telling Samsung GM not providing spare part ultimately mobile
                            became useless and repair cost is also wastage . and no body is taking
                            responsibility. ultemately my handset is under warranty.

                              Hi i had bought a new samsung galaxy j7 on[protected]. I got so many problems with initially my charger adapter didn't worked i had been to samsung service center in west tambaram, chennai. Recently my headset was not working, i had given for a service on saturday[protected] they said they will return on monday but after being there they still saying it is not solved. Causing me a mental harassment and trouble where i need to travel so much time for the service center. I need my mobile immediately. Please do take necessary action asap.

                                      I have purchased samsung galaxy on nxt from flipkart on 29 oct 2016 . on 10th dec 2016 it suddenly stopped working. there was a message that was coming of operating system and i know it was an software issue. i went to samsung service centre in noida on 13 dec 2016 and they kept my mobile for a day and told me that there is moisture in my phone and mother board needs to be changed and it will cost 8800rs. i know that there is no such single incident that liquid went into the mobile and they are telling lie just to earn money. i am using mobile phone from last 10 years and used different brands like sony, nokia, micromax, lenovo and never faced this type of problem. and i am really disappointed with the mobile and now with the service centre. i request to kindly help me and get my mobile repaired with no extra cost.
