Still the Problem Persists E2 mode, Last Week The Engineer Guy Came to my House Tried to Repair the Machine changed pcb, sensor but still the problem persists and The Engineer Guy Said the company has said the problem will be solved in 13 days from now on plz solve the issue asap

Reference no may [protected] jun [protected], jul [protected] aug [protected], sep [protected], [protected] first time the engineer visits and said sensor needs to be replaced he tried still not worked nxt time he said pcb needs to be changed ho took 1000 rs as advance came with pcb and tried not worked then i visit the service center the engineer from service center said if it is repaired the the ac will be replace d and now from 3 months the service engg is not replying calls and when i visits the service center sir i will send the engineer today tomm like that he is saying and when i put the complaint nxt day i will just get the msg like rs 575 is being charged... sir/madam plz solve my issue on priority

    Dear sir,
    I have given my note 5 which I have bought on 28/12/2015 at service centre in Nashik(Maharashtra) on 19/12/2016 for display replacement with job number [protected]. My serial number is RZ8G90AX98E. I enquired about the status of my repair on 22/11/2016 at the centre they replied the part has been ordered from their side and you have to wait for 2 to 3 days. I contacted on 25/11/2016 but got the same reply from their side. On 29/11/2016 I enquired again at that time they said they don't have any information of the part and you call toll free number for more information. On the same day I called customer care toll free number and to my surprise they also were not aware about the status. I talked with four executives and all of them had different reply on my enquiry. Finally the fourth executive named Gaurav told me that the part has already being delivered on 28/11/2016 at 6.28pm. Later to cross check him.. I went to the local service centre who still had part pending as a status with them. After repeated asking the main head of the centre told me that the part is being shown as alloted in the status and it might be in the courier lot they have received in the morning, or else it might come in lot after 2 to 3 days. Call the centre tomorrow to know the status. The most disappointing thing what he said was that even if the part is received we have to check it for defect as the gold display parts are available in less quantity so there are chances of defect. And if they find the part defective they will again sent it back to warehouse.. and he said I will have to wait again for some days till they get the new part again which he was not sure as parts are in shortage for gold display of note 5 . And when I asked if I could know if the part which in case they receive was defective then he said I could not know it and I will only see in tracking as part is being allotted. I am very disappointed by this kinda service from Samsung. I want a refund for this kind of things from Samsung as it is already 14 days and still there is no clarity if I would get my note 5 repaired.

      My Entire Family are loyal Customer of Samsung and using Mobiles from last 8 Years. On 11th Sep 16 I had Purchased A5 2016 with Apps Insurance and on 12th Oct 16 my phone got damaged and Insurance has accepted and my phone got picked on 18 Oct, 45 days has gone and Insurance Company is diverting this issue with Samsung.
      Looking into the long relationship please provide me New A5 2016 so that i continue with the Samsung Phones.

        I have a problem on my samsung j7 mobile handset.. so I submitted it at nagerbazar samsung service centre([protected]). one week later then they have asked me to come along with all my mobile accessories &said the parts are not available so they will either refund my money back or replace my mobile within one month...fifteen days later when I called they assure me that the money will be refunded...now when I am calling they are not responding & taking me casually...so pls look after this mater...without my phone work is not going well...

          Dear All,

          I have purchased one Samsung Galaxy S7 edge ( Samsung handset with Model Number- SM-G935FZDUINS and Serial Number- RZ8H70LCGBX). Relevant documents are attached for your quick ref. Unfortunately, display got damaged due to accident. On 13/09/2016 I contacted service center for resolution. Service Center took the case advance from me for the estimate and cash as an advance (i asked for credit card payment however they said they need cash only) Rs 6, 000 to start the work. I submitted all the money and cash as per instruction / order of the customer care executive. After few days on my follow up I got call from center for the commercial solution. They informed me they don’t have parts !!!

          They told me to submit the entire box and accessories with cancel check and ID proof for issuing the refund. I did all the submission immediately on 08/10/2016.They told me normally it takes one month time for the processing refund. Which I thought would be right / justified. However, as a customer i expect the work has to be finished by the committed date . Till date I don’t have any update. Its more than one month now. Some days back I called the service center for the help. They told me to contact call center and ask them to expedite. I called call center and call center told me call service center. Now I don’t know what to do here. As I have lost my phone and I have no clue what will happen. I also asked for my refund of cash advance for the work but they said they can’t issue now.

          I wrote twice on the contact us section from your web site. Both the time I got standard reply and no clue what is happening and i have to wait till how long to get resolution here. I don’t know how many times i have to raise the request and how much time i will have to wait for the resolution. This is very bad client service experience. I was informed i will get update soon. Now i want to ask what is the definition of "Some Time" I can’t wait till infinity. My money is at stake after spending such huge amount I am without phone.

          Please look in to this matter and help me resolution

          I have done few update on my existing complaint. Since company did not revert I am making new complain again.

            Till now since April 2016 to November 2016, I have purchased (Rs.18000/-)Samsung J7, (Rs.8000/-)Samsung J2, (Rs.11000/-)Samsung A3 and (Rs.5000/-)Samsung Z2 within 8 months. All these mobiles are disappointed me and there is total waste of money in terms of hard earned income which I have wasted in these mobiles. The brand we trust is really disappointing. The samsung gallery executives are simply replying to open the piece without knowing or assuring me whether the product can be repaired or not. Since 10th November'2016 I am calling Mr. Gill ([protected]) is coming switched off and on Samsung Delhi number (011/[protected], it is only voice recording machine where no one picking the call or responding.
            In such a scenario, it seems that I have wasted almost Rs.42000/- and I request you to kindly compensate the amount at least 50% of the total cost and I will hand over all my 4 pieces of mobile handsets along with the bill and accessories.
            It is not possible for me to go to gallery for service or to purchase new mobiles. You are only making customers fool by various hilarious adds through different ways but the reality is completely different.
            I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue at the earliest or else I will be bound to take the matter to consumer forum and also highlight the same through Watsapp/Twitter to all over the population and make them knowing the worst side of the Samsung mobiles and its quality.
            Hope the matter explained above is clear and quiet sound to be understand. Waiting for your early response within 48 hrs of this mail.
            No further communication will be carried out in this regards after the stipulated time.

              I WANT MY MONEY REFUND WITH INTREST OF 2 MONTH .
              I have visited Samsung mobile office, ASKA, ODISHA to get my mobile phone repaired as I was facing problem of mobile going DISPLAY PROBLEM while using IT . There was no other problem other than this in my mobile. On my first visit to Samsung mobile office Samsung officials told me that there could be estimate LESS TO 1000 . AND told me to come after 6- 7 days .
              I visited the company office to know about my mobile, this time company officials told me that we send your handset to our head office and it'll come after 7-8 days .again i visted to the care they told me we provide refund money against your handset . it was completed 2 months but still i did'nt get it This has caused me avoidable inconvenience, mental harassment and cut off me with the acquaintance which has put me to financial loss but management of Samsung is totally indifferent and unconcerned to my harassment and mental torture.

                I have bought samsung galaxy J7 phone on 29.11.2015. My phone screen has started blinking and i have contacted to samsung care in oct 2016.. they wanted my phone to submit for 7 to 10 days in samsung care.. i have given my phone to samsung care sriganganagar team on 10.11.2016. They have raised a complaint and assured mee to give reply in 7 days. after 5 6 days they have conveyed a message that compny doesnt have the part to be replaced so my phone will be replaced or money will be refunded.. on 18 november i have deposited my asked documents regarding to my phone like my phone bill. They have told mee to wait for 7 more days to get the reply from company.. on 26 november i have called to samsung customer care and got information that exchanged has been approved and company will give me j2 against my phone j7.. i was stuck.. company has cheated me.. i have again contacted to samsung customer care sgnr office for rest queries.. i didnt get proper reply from there too. i was feeling cheated by samsung. After so many calls and follow ups i received a call to get j7 by 5 december 2016. But Even today on 29.11.2016 on 20th day of depositing my phone i am still in dilemma that what is going to be happen.. i have contacted customer care office today and they have again told mee to wait for 20 to 30 more days.. i am completely frustated by samsung people... they have cheated me... who is going to compensate for these 20 days and dont know how many more days to go... i am going to complaint on 6 december 2016 in court against samsung if they will not provide mee my phone back or refund my money till their comitted date 5 december 2016.

                  Samsung gave me the verst experience . Each and everywhere i used to buy samsung now this kind of services your providing . and your call centre guyz are so irritating they want some thing to disconnect the phone dats it . they doesnt solve the problem, each and every tym telling you will get a call .

                  (How Apple has cased on samsung, I know And samsung has to pay million dollars to Apple for Copying ) And I have the Right To Do case on you Guyz and take a support of Apple to Case on You For Cheating Me . I din;t get any reply on MY Email also, And not A PROPER cALL .

                  So Now be ready To fight against me, Beacuse i have the right im the customer . If you kind Provide the service then dnt ever make the product, And i will publish each and every Social sites, Twitter, Facebook, Which teenagers can boycott .                     I am a person who is generally patient and overlook at things many times. But this incident has really got on my nerves. I recently bought a Samsung W/M TL 6.2KGWA62K4200HY/TL washing machine from #Croma retail store. The product was delivered on 23rd Nov. Samsung promised that the service center technicians would install the product within 2 days. Guess what? THE MACHINE IS STILL LYING IN THE BOX WAITING TO BE INSTALLED! There were other washing machines from different brands in the store. Few brands also had lower pricing. Now a washing machine is not a complex piece of electronics. I could have considered other low priced machines but I went with Samsung. I believed that Samsung, being a reputed brand would give me an excellent customer service for the extra price. I believed that any queries or service request would be attended to promptly. But I was soo wrong. The customer service is pathetic! I called up the customer care so many times but got the same answer every single time-"we have notified the designated service center and a technician will be there by tomorrow". I feel they are in the wrong profession. They should have been in politics. Both have a habit of making promises and not keeping them.

                    I manage to get the service center number designated for my area and viola! I am treated to a very rude service center representative. As I was speaking she just hung up! My washing machine is lying in a box for the past one week and when I ask you install it-which is my right and promised to me, you hang up! wow!!! Is this is what I paid for? This is what I get for investing my hard earned money on Samsung?

                    #samsung please remember that you are not doing a favour to me by selling me a product. You need me and people like me but we have option to shop elsewhere.

                      I bought 2 pieces of this model S6 Samsung Edge in the year 2015 and probably the 1st customer in Croma South Extension-2, New Delhi.
                      Now I am facing quite a number of problems among them the main issue is the battery. You get it recharged to 100% and keep it overnight and also close all the apps and also used power brightness system so that consumption become less. But in the morning there remains 0% battery and within night the entire battery get discharged.

                          Hi, I have submitted my Samsung mobile J7 to Samsung care center ghatkopar Mumbai 40086 on 4-Nov-2016 due to display blinking. The handset was in warranty period. I didn't get any response from service center. I have tried calling on their landline no but, they didn't receive call also MTNL landline was not working. Then they ask me to submit the original bill and box of mobile to the service center. I have submitted all the documents. On 24-Nov-2016 they said they will exchanged my handset. It will take 10-days more. The was they are working and talking is very rude. They didn't know the value of customers time. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
                          I didn't get my handset yet, Its around one month now.

                            My phone flicker when brightness is decrease. Your customer care send some step to resolve this problem this trying this step my phone problem not resolved. Last time i visited service center they said there is problem in display. Unfortunately my phone warrenty finish 2 month ago and your service center employee said 4500/- for repairing for this problem. I am purchase samsung galaxy j7 because of your brand but right now i am facing this problem, could you help please. I hope you are resolved my problem.

                            I have attached video of this problem please give me proper reason why this happen and repaire my phone as early as possible. Please connect me as ealry as possible.

                              i have given my mobile on 03.11.2016 at 17:39pm in samsung care at silvassa centre dadra nagarhaveli state.

                              Firstly samsung care person naming darshan (boy) told that the handset will get ready on 12.11..2016 after 15:00pm anytime handset will get delivered, but when i reached on that day 12.11.2016 the samsung care centre person refused to give my handset and told me to come on 19.11.2016 after 15:00pm as it was not repaired, i thought might be some critical issue in mobile, so he is refusing and i too admited to come on next saturday 19.11.2016.

                              On 18.11.2016 friday a call came from [protected] name aniket working in samsung care, saying me that still your handset is not repaired, your handset will repaired and get deliver on 26.11.2016 saturday after 15:00pm, so today (26.11.2016) i (siddhesh bane - mobile owner) called aniket (customer care employee) on his given mobile number [protected], 22 times he didn't receive my call and i given him full ring no miscall i have done, but he neither received nor cut the call, in between he received some other call too on his mobile because i found his number waiting for 1-2 minutes, but when again i start calling him he again not receiving my call till, after 4-5 minutes again i tried to call him then he received my call and telling me, " your mobile still not repaired today also, you come on 6 december 2016 after 15:00pm." this time i scold that person too and ask for written commitment about my delivery of handset, but he refused to do that.

                              What the rubbish answer i daily get for my handset, thats why i complaint.

                              Samsung care is very irregular, careless, worst deliver repaired time allotment of handset,
                              no trust at all on this samsung care totally worst words come for it .

                              I want my handset repaired as soon as possible,

                              kindly ask them to repaired my handset and stop bullying peoples those trustfully use there material,

                              i want indian consumer complaint to punish samsung care for no sincereness in their work and for bullying peoples.

                              Hope i will get positive response soon.

                              I have attached acknowledgement of samsung care which they give me during i placed my mobile for repairing on 03.11.2016

                                I bought samsung a5 last year in december. I have been using samsung since years now & have always recommended people to use it. But then i have had pathetic experience with almost every samsung phone i used from past few years. Their displays are not easy to handle & break even when you least expect them to. This has happened more than twice with my s4 phone, i had to spend 6.5k each time to get this rectified. Still when i thought to change my phone i went for a7 & a5 both. My a7 had display issues, which i got resolved again paying close to 7k, now this time my a5's display is gone too. Probably this is the last samsung phone i m going to use ever. Thought to escalate it & let you all know about the bad experience i had with you all.

                                I got it corrected for another 7k coz there was no other option, then you all charged me an extra 2% coz I paid via debit card. Shameful! Please know, I would never buy samsung phones ever & would neither recommend it to anyone, even though we have been samsung family & frnds for years nw!
                                I have samsung galaxy grand max SM-G7202 mobile now i have facing problem about 4G connection when I purchase this mobile in this mobile specifications 4G connection is given but now im insert 4G sim but this mobile is not support for 4G network. How i can solve this problem

                                    I have bought a product of samsung a710f mobile phone worth rs.32400/= as on 18/02/2016. Approx after one month of buying this phone, the gorilla screen was broken due to some accident.
                                    Then i visited to your kankarbagh service center to repair my mobile, they told me that the parts are not available it will take max 10 days. But they returned my phone after 50 days. During this period i was begging several times for knowing the status of my phone, but they are not bother about customer senitmant they repairing the phone on their way.
                                    After one or two week o[censored]sage i realized that tho the gorilla glass screen which was replaced by service center was not proper paste due this the gorilla glass/screen was blinking and.5 cm a line is occurred.
                                    Since my mobile previously was repaired by samsung kankarbagh center, so again i decided to visit as on 04/07/2016 to kanakarbagh service center because the gorilla glass was not properly pasted by that centre.
                                    My past experience with samsung was pathetic. So i asked the lady at the counter how much time will take this time?
                                    The lady priyanka told me that… sir “us samay ye mobile naya tha isliy padeshani hui. Is baar 3-4 din mein apko wapas mil jayega”
                                    During 04/07/2016 to[protected]month 9days) me & my bearer visited the center so many times, but my mobile was not repaired.
                                    During my followup visit dated 13/10/2016 to your center, one of your staff mr. Santosh kumar told me
                                    That… “sir company ke pass spare parts available nahi hai isliye company ne apka paisa wapas karne ka faisla kiya hai. Apko kuch document jama karne honge apka paisa 1week mein aa jaayega.”
                                    That time i was carying my bag with me as on 13/10/2016, so i had submitted the all required documents like neft signed form. Cancell cheque, passbook copy. Add/id proof, invoice copy.
                                    I had raised a complained with complaint no. [protected] to the samsung company dated 6th nov. 2016, regarding after sales service and refund of my mobile phone amount.
                                    But unfortunately i am only receiving verification call from them, the issue is still pending.

                                    But unfortunately I am only receiving verification call from them, From my side I had submitted all the document which was asked by the company . But he issue is still pending .

                                      Our samsung smart tv is not working. It has happened before 2 months. We had book complain in the company at least 10 times bit the company had not resolved or complain. They are saying that the parts are not available in the company. They are saying that we will give 85000 rs but our price of tv is of 130000 rs. We have original bill of the company of tv. Either fit the parts or give us our money. We had purchase the tv before 5 years.

                                        I purchased one led tv on[protected], which i got panel problem after 13 months, and paid 15, 500 amount to replace, again i got problem on[protected], which they replaced and they said that the complete model is fail . Now on[protected], i got same problem.The replacement of the panel takes about a month and the panel problem is coming again and again and i have already paid 50, 000 for only the panel replacement and since the model is failed i want the company to replace the model or to exchange it or any other measures.i want any solution as soon as possible
