Sir, I have purchased Samsung Galaxy On7 8 months ago. Recently I inserted otg cable into mobile and phone gets switchoff . I charged it but it doesn't charge. I brought this phone to Samsung service center in Srinagar namely (Adil Electronics). They told me that it's out of warranty by telling me some excuses. Kindly look into matter.

    As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

      I bought samsung galaxy s6 from Chikmagalur where i live. Last week on 4th December 2016, I had gone to Mysuru on work and at night I realised I could not charge my phone. I could not insert charging wire's pin to phone's slot. Next morning i.e., on 5th December 2016 around 10.30 am, I went to K.D. Road Mysuru and went to a samsung retailer shop named New Fonearena, owner name Hemanth Kumar H. whose mobile no. is [protected]. He looked at the phone slot and said the pin inside phone's charging slot is broken and fallen off. I asked about location of samsung service center. He told me to go to Kuvempu Nagar, told me directrions and (PLS NOTE THE NEXT), gave me his visiting card (that's how i know his details now) and told me to show it in the center and only if i tell them he recommended, they will repair soon. I went to Kuvempu Nagar service center by auto. A middle aged man was there. Around 11.30 am. I showed him card. He looked at my mobile and said the same thing - "the charging pin inside the slot was broken off; it had to be replaced; as I did not carry my purchase bill i won't have warranty ; it won't get warranty as it was physical damage; the whole mobile phone had to be opened in order to repair it". I agreed to pay and said i want it repaired immediately. He said it will take at least one day and that I had to leave the mobile with him. I refused as I had to go back to Chikmagalur in the afternoon and came out. On my way to Chikmagalur, I went to Samsung Service Center at Hassan. There were many staff members working (courteous). I showed the mobile to a young boy there. He looked at it and immediately with the help of a pin removed the dust which was stuck and had solidified inside the slot (the previous day) which prevented the charging wire to go inside. SO SIMPLE. THAT'S IT. He did not charge, gave a smile and we returned.
      NOW : i[censored] have not understood what my complaint is about : it's about the Forearena shop guy on K.D. Road and the guy at Kuvempu Nagar service center. Why both could not see the dust? Why the Fonearena man gave me his card and insisted upon showing it in service center? Why the person at Kuvempunagar service center said the same thing about my mobile and asked to leave it overnight, why couldn't he see the dust; why did he lie????? HOW MUCH COMMISSION WILL THE SERVICE CENTER GUY WILL GIVE THE RETAILER FONEARENA GUY (either for enabling to make a big service/repair bill or worse - removing important parts from inside and selling off)?
      Kindly look into this matter.

        Sir,
        my phone is updated by samsung care . After that the problem rises for volte voice calls . I connected to samsung care Hanumangarh . Tey don't solve the problem . I went three to four time there . Then also there is no answer for this . They updated the phone two times but the problem untill suffer. I have also concern with JIO4G company . They have said that the network of sim card is properly working. the problem is inside the phone . so, kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible. I am facing problem to use JIO for making voice calls .

          Since my last reply, I have not receive any solution for my Samsung mobiles which are now only a toy for me and all loss of my hard earned money. I have tried to talk to your customer care numbers but all the extension numbers are invalid. Finally, I have connected to a number and talked to samsung executive Ms. Shruti during 13:13 hrs to 14:13 hrs today and she has informed me that she has no solution at present and connected me to the her higher authority Mr. Ramesh Kumar but no solution provided. At Sansung gallery also they have informed me that my mobiles can be repaired once mother board will be available. Is this the way Samsung is cheating the customers. While selling the product lots of promises are made and all are to make customer full which one understand after his/her mobile set gets damaged after purchase within 4 months. Now after all my requests and pledge I hereby wants to inform you that I don't want any repair I simply want replacement of my product with the new one at the earliest. Since I am going to outside the city today I have to purchase a new mobile once again with my own money with extra cost. This is for your information and action that I will be returned by 15th of this month and after that I will directly put the complaint with Consumer Court and there the matter will be taken care by them with Samsung and also I will Tweet/Facebook/Whatsapp the worst scenario of Samsung support and its products quality and also the loss of money for purchasing Samsung mobile.
          Further most, it is also to be mentioned that within a period of 4-5 months I have purchased 3 handsets of Samsung and all are waste of money and now I am begging like a beggar in front of Samsung India for repair of my new handsets which Samsung India is incapable to repair and wasting my time and money as well. I hereby declare that either Samsung should replace my damaged handsets with the new one or else refund/compensate my money for all the sets in full. If either of the things are not done, I will take the matter to Consumer Court and provide all relevant documents to them as and when required since I have all the bills for the handsets purchased.
          The request bill numbers given at Samsung gallery are as follows:- [protected]/[protected] and documents attached for reference. Please look into the matter and resolve within the stipulated period as mentioned in the mail, failing to do so will be taken into action legally through Consumer Court only.

            I am extremely dissipated to see the product back at back door steps. after the cancellation and refund initiation being confirmed by Samsung India eStore.

            Purchase Date: October 25 th, Note 4 battery, money deducted--- website has shown error message --- retried to order ---- money deducted again---- error message shown again.
            After half an hour received mail that both orders are Confirm...[protected],[protected]

            October 25: Contacted the care and asked for cancellation of both the products. They advised to send mail from official mail. The same was done.

            October 27: Request was Ignored and Items shipped. Contacted the care again. They told not to worry. Refuse the delivery. Once the packets are back the amount will be refunded.

            November 4th or 5th: Both items arrived and as advised the delivery was not accepted.

            November 10th: Followed up with care they have no idea of the status.

            November 11th: Refund received for 1 order, No refund received thereafter.

            Yesterday I got to know one packet is delivered back again to security sometime last week (not even to home).

            Cancellation request has been acknowledged and confirmed by Samsung India eStore for both the orders[protected],[protected].
            Then again this nuisance has happened. Product is delivered 2nd time without any call and consent from my side. They have no clue about the status as well. The website is showing both orders as completed.

            I have clearly requested for cancellation from day 1. But all requests have been ignored.
            I have been assured a call back several time but nothing has been done.
            Please help me get my refund.

              One year ago, after quite research, I zeroed in on SAMSUNG GALAXY S5. This handset was highly recommended to me by my near and dear ones. Moreover, I have always been a SAMSUNG buyer. Prior to S5 I had Samsung Quarto. I thoroughly enjoyed my Kinship with SAMSUNG but unfortunately the Galaxy S5 forced me to think otherwise.

              Sir, In December 2015 I bought S5 from FLIPKART. After receiving the phone, on the very next day its software misbehaved. I took my phone to the authorised Samsung service station (SAMSUNG MOBILE SERVICE CENTER – MAIN MARKET, FOUNTAIN CHOWK. KIRAN MOBILE CARE, Address: Shop No.4-5, 1st Floor, Main Market, Fountain Chowk, 141001.City: Ludhiana, Punjab, ) and they updated software of my phone. The phone worked well for a few months but after sometime, it again started misbehaving. I again took my Phone to the service station and once again they updated the software. Anyhow, the phone started working well but only for sometime. Third time, I had to go once again to the service station to get my phone checked. And Once again they did the same, updated the software. Sir I ask you, for how many times? Every time my data is erased, every time I have to update my personal data. It is really very disappointing that your service station people have not been able to fix the issue. They are perhaps ignorant as to what is the problem with my handset.

              Anyhow, helplessly, I lived with the poor and third class services of your service station people. This is not just the end. Again my phone stopped working and once again I took it to the SAMSUNG service station. I lodged my concern, firmly, with them that time and again you update the software and after a few days the phone is again back to its dilapidated condition. This time they diagnosed the phone thoroughly and reached to the conclusion that there is some serious problem with the motherboard of the handset. Hence, it needs to be replaced and we will do the same.

              Sir the whole case is in front of you. It took your otherwise intelligent and efficient SAMSUNG service people full one year to find out the real problem of the phone. Though I have Still doubt, that they have found the real problem.

              Sir my warranty is ending on 12th December, 2016. I am really worried what after this?. I fear that my phone will still not work properly. When I asked your service station people that what if the phone again goes strange! Your service executive replied that if it again stopped working, we are not responsible for it.

              Sir for the full one year I have been making rounds to SAMSUNG service station to find no good.

              I humbly request you to look in to the matter personally and comfort me at the earliest. I further request you to replace my phone as I suffered a lot because of negligent and not caring attitude of your service station people. I can give you the difference if you could give me the higher MODEL of GALAXY Series.

              Be charitable while looking in to my matter.

                This is to inform regarding the pathetic experience i had with Samsung Service Center (PRAYAG SERVICES, SWARGATE) in Pune.
                I Had bought a Samsung Mobile J7 last year from Vijay Sale on 12/01/2016.
                Last night the display suddenly fused automatically when i was surfing on the net something went wrong in the inside of the mobile as there was no physical damage outside the mobile. The mobile phone is still is in warranty period when i visited the service station the associate checked and rudely told that this is not a manufacturing defect and will be repaired on chargeable basis as the display has gone and they are asking for 4500/-.
                I wouldn't have approached the service center & wasted my time from the office if it had happened in an incident.
                Expecting revert as early as possible.

                    Sir, as I have purchased new refrigerator in april 2015.since then, there has been a problem of non cooling three times. first in warranty period i.e.nov.2015. then in june 2016, again there was a problem of non cooling. now again in December 2016, there is a problem of non cooling.
                    in a short period of 1 and a half year, my new refrigerator has been faced technical problems three times..a new refrigerator, I have been paying a good amount for repairing . i have already talked to samsung custumer care executives. now I request you to solve this problem by replacing it.

                      LED 3D TV(46inch) was brought in Saudi Arabia in the month of September 2015.The electronic item malfunctioned in the month of august 2016. We complained to local customer care and some workers were to sent to see what the problem was.But no one was able to provide the solution and seems like every one is behind the money.After their visit the condition of television became worst.People who are sent to look after the problem doesn't understand the problem but they act like they know how to solve it.They just play for sometime with the settings in TV and walk away.We never expected such a worst response from such a reputed company.We are highly disappointed.It would be better if some solution is given for us.

                        Rail Wheel Factory Yelhanka Bangalore Karnataka has received one 32"TV from KUNDAN ELECTRONICS BANGALORE in the month of November 2016 but after installing TV the doubt is about clarity of TV even after connecting HD channels in HDMI 1 port.Already spoken to customer care and follow the procedure about settings but after settings also clarity is not much again call to customer care but wouldn't get proper support.Please arrange Service Engineer to check the matter.

                          I had a product complaint on A7 ( broken touch screen). As they could not provide replcement screen; they agreed to refund the amount and the same was sent to mevide cheque on HSBC.My account number was mentioned wrongly and as such i am unable to encash the cheque.
                          In spite of repeated reminders they are NOT yet given the corrected cheque.

                          In spite of escalating to their CEO its no avail.

                          Need expeditious settlement of my concern

                            We have samsung SCX printer, it is not working properly. If any made any print out it was struck and giving big noise. we are very much bother about due to this printer compliant. We unable to find what's the problem whether it is cartridge problem nor printer problem. Hence we request you that please visit our premises and rectify the repair as early as posibble.

                              We have purchased a Samsung Mobile of Model No .A 500 Gold CE [protected] on dated.30.05.2016 from Cell Point (India) Pvt. Ltd., near SBH ATM, Visakhapatnam - 530016.

                              Suddenly Mobile display blank & not worked on dated.10.10.2016

                              [protected]st Complaint booked vide W.O/Complaint No. J 236 and claim no.[protected] - Service centre people committed & told us to be rectified within 18.10.2016.

                              On our call dated.18.10.2016 - No reply from our HO, and within one week will call you back

                              Again our call dated.25.10.2016 - Didn't get mail from our HO, and call you back to you on or before 31.10.2016

                              Again our call dated.31.10.2016 - Mobile spare parts to be get from Head Office again it will take more time i.e. 03.11.2016

                              on our call dated.03.11.2016 - SM A500GDS model stopped, hence spare parts are not manufacturing at present.

                              Hence Your Service Centre Person told us to please submit MOBILE and accessories along with all your original Invoice and complaint Bills to us then we will refund actual cost of mobile price to you within 15 days through Cheque.

                              On same day we have submitted all our original documents to your Vizag Samsung Service Centre against received Acknowledgement.

                              On our call 18.11.2016 - It will take some more time

                              On our call 25.11.2016 - didn't get any information i.e. approval from HO & call back to you within a week.

                              On our call 03.12.2016 - Not given proper response and exact details of our Refund amount and told that depends against on HO approval and nothing in our hands.

                              Above all discussions, samsung service centre not responded properly and meanwhile we have called Toll Free Number so many times nevertheless till date we are not getting any response at your end.

                              we have suffered financially and mentally from last 50 days, we felt there is no way to settle the matter so finally we are going to proceed Legally against you and samsung service centre and cell point.

                                Dear team,

                                I purchased a LED Tv in 2011 around Sep. In Oct 2016, it started giving me problem. The TV did the power recycling whenever I turned it on. I took it to the Service Center to get it checked. The engineer checked the TV, checked the part availability and asked for an advance of Rs 3000 for the same.

                                After waiting for 2 weeks, the engineer informs me that the part is in DNA status and will never be delivered. I have been following up with the customer service to get a proper resolution but have been disappointed by everyone.

                                Its almost 1.5 months since I dropped my TV at the service centre and sill there is no resolution provided to me.

                                Today, I got an SMS that my Case has been closed. This was done without even talking to me. Thats the level of service provided by the Customer Service Team.

                                I would like to get a proper resolution for my problem. It was a hugely expensive TV for me and you cannot tell me that only in 5 years, Samsung cannot support it. Its very unfair. It has been tormenting working with your customer service team. I am really frustrated right now and am really hoping to get a resolution from your end as soon as possible.

                                  My ph caught fire and I threw that away. If I did anything wrong? Samsung kept my phone for 2 months and returned as it is. Really??????? Is it samsung??
                                  It caught fire so Shall I use this same phone again??If it caught fire again you take guarantee of my life that nothing will happen to me?????
                                  Your call center people tell me that I denied replacement. Samsung center says their backend team denied the replacement. Where should I go.
                                  Shall I go to consumer court? or tweet this to Samsung Corporate office or post this on Facebook??? Or go to publish this in newspaper????

                                    it was said to me that within a week u will get ur mobile repaired or it will be exchange or refund money will be given.
                                    than on 12th the said that on 11th November, 2016 they said that my mobile is approved for exchange and i will get my mobile within 15 working days . now it has been around a month i haven't got my mobile and they haven't approached for the same. every time i call in service center or contact center they ask to wait for 2 days . please do the needful as soon as possible .

                                      I have submitted the lcd broken mobile phone in samsung care garcha road, ballygune, koikata on 03.11.2016 having bill no.[protected]. Yet now no respond from the samsung care. The employee named pooja kapoor told me that that i will get the phone within 2 weeks but the same period has been elapsed, and now over phone she told that she has left the job and when i called in the office, the same is not receiving the call. The bill amount was rs.8300/- and advance amount paid by me is rs.300/- so please look into the matter and reply as soon as possible.

                                        I purchased a Panel LED TV 81 cm. last year for Rs. 27, 000/- (approx) -refer attached bill. Now guarantee is over, after that I noticed horizontal lines on screen and it seems to increase in number gradually. I am surprised to see this issue happened just after guarantee over. I don't expect this from Samsung such a reputed product. I have suspect on quality of product or manufacturing issue from your end. What is the solution for the issue? What is the life of product? Request you to exchange the product or repair it.
