I have purchased Samsung galaxy j7 on 22/4/2016 in Samsung store raj computer &electronics in macherla city in andhrapradesh . last three days onwards I have faced problem with my ha and set .I.e my mobile is frequently discharged. So I telephoned to ur customer care .they suggest that go to near Samsung service center but here one our near service center is faraway from my long place .so needful your end as early as possible.

    Sub:- (May be) Cheating By Mobile Dealer and by samsung mobile service center abi guzar srinagar

    Before 2 and half month nearly 75 days i was waiting to repair my samsung a5 bec suddenly its touch screen not working from 75 days and i was calling to samsung
    service center and someone was receiving the phone and always i got same answer that service center is closed due to curfew and violence in kashmir but finally on 15/11/2016
    i visited service center abi guzar srinagar and they gives me a slip dated 26/11/2016 and told me visit at the same date and we will check your mobile.but on 26/11/2016
    when i visited service center with my a5 phone and after long waiting 2 to 3 hours i showed my phone one of there customer care he referred it to phone work shop,
    after 1 hour i shocked to hear that your phone can't be repaired under warranty because it is already repaired somewhere bec it has a copper panel in lcd back which is
    not belongs to samsung and they told me you have already changed its lcd touch screen which have different copper panel so you have to pay for it if you wanna
    change lcd touch and one person also told me if you wanna some jugaad discount then call me at evening.then i confused how it is possible.
    so now i have one question for you, i have 12 months warranty of phone purchased date 7/1/2016 and i not remember exact date of fault i think in september, so from
    january to september almost 9 months and service center told, you repaired it before right but if i have warranty of 12 months then why i paid 6000rs or 7000rs to
    someone for lcd touch screen when i can change it free in any service center in india ? why i paid when i have remaining warranty of my phone. so who is responsible dealer where i
    purchased it, service center abi guzar they don't want to repair it under warranty or me who has trust on samsung products, samsung LED, samsung refrigerator, samsung washing
    machines, samsung mobiles etc

    i have only one question for service center how you can said i have repaired it before when i have 12 months of warranty and why i paid 6000rs to 7000rs to repairshop
    jab main iss ko free ma theek karwa sakta hu.
    Finally i have to say dealer is responsile, if he gives me repaired mobile and service center persons who are not repaired it under warranty.

      I am the owner of a Samsung 3D TV with the model number: UA32D6000SNXZN. The TV has a complain of not turning on since October for which I had registered a complain to the service team. The reference number of the same is [protected]. There was a service visit and the technician informed us that a component has to be replaced. We agreed to the same and the technician informed us that he would get back to us in a few days. When following up after no response even after 2 weeks they informed us that the order was yet to be placed and would place it soon. Now it has been close to two months and we still haven't received any support with the service centre repeating that there was a delay in procurement. If this is the level of support that Samsung provides for one of its main products then God forbid me from buying others. I could understand that there could be difficulties in procurement of spares but a decent estimate of resolution time is the least they can do. The complaint page in the website is a joke where 3D is not even listed as a category and my model number is not even listed.

        I am yet to hear back on my complaint and am not getting any updates on my case.
        The Samsung customer care center has not been helpful at all and the service has been pathetic to say the least.

        Below is the summary of the case:
        A new Samsung A8 purchased on 10th Nov 2015 was sent to repair on 04th Nov 2016 while it was still under warranty.
        Problem reported: Phone was not vibrating for incoming calls/messages.

        The customer care has not resolved the issue so far, but has been reporting multiple issues which were not even detected while I was using the phone. This clearly indicates that either the customer care is not competent enough to handle service requests or is not professional enough to acknowledge and resolve issues.

        With the case as reported above, I am no longer interested in using a phone which is supposed to have multiple issues.
        I am looking forward to Samsung to refund me for the faulty phone.

        Kindly acknowledge the email so that I know that the case is being addressed.
        I am also going to publicize this case by putting details on the social media.

        Please treat this as an intimation as in case I do not get a response by 25th Nov, I will be referring this case to the consumer forum.

            Hello Samsung,
            I'm here to complaint about my Mobile SAMSUNG J7 which is of 2015 model . I purchased the mobile by March of 2016.After my purchase later the new model 2016 model has been released.
            So now my problem is about hardware/software I don't know because my Mobile getting Display Blinking Problem since 1 month.
            Today I have consulted the customer service Kukatpally Hyderabad.
            They said that they don't have stock of changing software/hardware and that too they suggesting me to get 1 more year extension of warranty.
            You need to service my Mobile when I have warranty but it's not to get extension of warranty.
            If the mobile has such a problem then why you have released that and making the customer a fool.
            It's not the right way and as soon as possible send the software's/hardware's to service centers.

              I am very disappointed to inform you that I bought a Samsung Galaxy j2 (2016) on Monday worth rupees 90750/only and brought home i saw many times screen was getting black after few seconds it becomes normal i thought it would be a technical problem but same problem i saw all letter days even yesterday and today's evening.I inform about this to Baba Mobile Buldev Plaza Golaghar(Gorakhpur) shopkeeper but he told he will not replace as he had taken a receipt during buying the mobile on which it was written that any product will not be changed and all problems will be resolved by service centre only he took my signature on that so he returned me to service centre on Munglam tower when i went the service centre took and on place of making duo's through which I could replace my mobile with new one he just softwared my mobile phone and told to come if same problem existing sir from first day of purchase i am in great depression and anxiety i belong to a middle class and not so wealthy so requesting you send a notice to guilty that i could replace my faulty Samsung mobile phone.

                I have purchased samsung refrigerator from kohinoor thane west in march 2016.
                The fridge has stated giving problem of non cooling and samsung technician has replaced some parts 2 times but of no use. From last two months the fridge is in non working condition and reply from samsung is.. Your complaint is in process.
                From last 2 months we have suffered heavy loss of food and eatable items and has also affect the health of children and senior citizen in our family.
                I request for replacement with new model of same cost immediately.

                  This is very sad to intimate you that, I have faced alot of stress or hard time with your Service center. firstly, your employees doesn't have any courtesy to speak to their customer (Especially women employees). I had an issue with my Samsung galaxy J7 Gold handset which is not working due to display issue.I had visited nearby service center Zain Telecom (Andheri(E), chakala branch, Mumbai) dated 24th September 2016. Service center checked my handset and they have agreed to change with a new display at the presence of branch (RMA) Mr. Keshav. He said once the new display is available from Samsung company will change the display ASAP.However, I have been chasing with branch from last 2 months regarding the same and my display is not yet changed.Service center manager Mr. Abdul Shaikh, mobile number- +91 [protected] said even he is chasing with Samsung colleagues via email but there is no response from them and Samsung warehouse department.

                  Its been a terrible experience with Samsung, never thought, you guys doesn't have any connections amongst each other or Dept

                      I lodged many complaint and finally darpg/d/2016/01319. My griveance is samsung is forgr company because in agra spider solution using samsung name brand hence i hand over my mobile to service and my mobile was not repaired hence i called samsung company and they said spider soluton was earlier authorise now they was rejected but how this news update to me on beleving the company i given but after my remainder also samsung not taking any legal action against spider solution. I was the affecetd person now samsung asking 16000 inr rupees to service my mobile sir the problem happened only not due spares of samsung and not proper service by samsung company but they are blaming me i am fighting for 10 months still my mobile is in amsung company first they itself asid 35% discount and ask me to hand over my mobile to pondy samsung and i given. But now they are rejecting. I wrote many complaints but for my last complaint only they respond. Please give important for this complaint personally and do the needfull for me they are asking 16000 rupees to service my mobile help me and take necessary action against samsung and spider solution they are lying. They only offered discount of service but now they are rejecting please confirm with chennai legal samsung and pondy samsung my mobile in their custody. My mobile samsung handset - sm-n910gzkeinu, bearing serial r58fb0syq0w. Was dead while i try to update software and i check samsung service center in samsung website at agra and it shows spider solutions in agra and i handover the mobile for service the mobile got repaired and only worked for two days and again the mobile was dead hence i contacted samsung office and they apology for their action and no reply for me hence i wrote i complaint to honble prime minister cell and for that samsung head office said to file consumer case since i am an advocate i issued legal notice to samsung head office and southkorea suddenly i got call from chennai samsung legal department and they offered 50service charge discount and asked me to hand over my mobile to pondy samsung service center. I handed over my mobile to samsung service center to the next day for three months there is no improvement hence i ontacted samsung once again they said that i want to pay full charge now but the pondy samsung company knows all full detail. To escape samsung now says that spider solution is not in their control but still spider solution using samsung brand but they never taken any action against spider solution. After service by spider solution my mobile only worked for 2 days there is clean deficiency and negligence of service by samsung. Further my legal notice was denied or opposed by samsung and no reply was given by them fr my advocate notice. Samsung company is full responsible hence take necessary action against the samsung company... My mobile is in pondy show room for 3 months un authorisely on beleive in samsung website i handed over to spider solution at agra but now they are cheating i had dooubt that my mobile parts was stolen. So samsung is full responsible they are not giving proper response to honble prime minister of india grievenance. The office for concerned section was aabha. [protected]@partner.                             I had given my note 5 device for camera repair under warranty.but unfortunately service damaged my lcd display .They said they have put the order of display and when it comes they will replace it and call when final repair is complete.several days have been passed.they give me time to call next week.. each time they say order is placed, when it will come they will inform .I doubt they actually have placed the order or not. It has been time and i am facing problem lots of problem .this is what samsung promises to premium customer?.i request you, kindly get in touch with the service center about this matter and get the job done as soon as it can be please :( thank you.

                              I am using samsung galaxy j7. I give it to the samsung service center lalbagh road bangalore:27 on 14/11/2016 due to screen flickering and it was under warranty. They said they will call with in 3 or 4 days but i didn't get any call from service team so i visited on saturday (19/11/2016) they told they did not got part it will take up to again 3 or 4 days but no response. Again on 24/11/2016 i called service center they are telling same think they didn't receive the parts so it will take up to again 3 or 4 days and sorry to say the lcd display is out of stock!! You need to wait for 25 days. What am i supposed to do now? I already spoken with samsung care ppl and they are also tell same story "lcd display is out of stock" how many days it will take you to send the parts to service center? Otherwise pls refund my amount or deliver a new phone.

                              I was give my mobile in service centre arrah bhojpur bihar before 10 days but any response not send me from samsung service center plz give any reply i have attach my receipt bill no pic

                                I am a regular samsung mobile phone user and currently using samsung s7 edge. I have purchased the phone on 08 may 2016 and already had issues with screen distortion thrice. I put a complaint yesterday for phone pick and service engineer called today and advised he will pick up the phone but will not provide temporary phone as they do not have it. Evening again they call and advise as per company policy we have ordered screen or hardware replacement without even checking. What a service and why should i allow phone hardware or any component to be changed when it is not even 6 months. Really disappointed with samsung phones service and no customer centricity.

                                I am going to formally lodge a complaint as well as discourage friends to use samsung products.

                                  History of this complaint:
                                  - logged in july or august 2015
                                  - samsung service engineers have visited multiple times
                                  - each time, i am told a different part is faulty - panel, motherboard, power unit and then panel again in the last visit
                                  - i was told that they will replace the faulty part, in this case, the panel
                                  - after learning that the tv is covered under extended warranty and that samsung will have to bear the cost of part replacement, samsung is now saying that the part is not unavailable
                                  - subsequently, they are offering me a 67% refund
                                  - this effectively means that i will need to shell out 33% cost of tv to replace a similar model because of samsung's inability to repair or replace a part
                                  - what is the use of extended wrranty that i purchased if at the end of it, i still need to pay to get a functional tv
                                  - i have emailed and requested to speak with someone senior, but i am receiving the same response again and again
                                  - on top of that, samsung head office in india is giving me a 7 day deadline to accept or decline the offer of 67% refund. I have emailed them that i am travelling and do not have the necessary documents with me, but no one from samsung is acknowledging my request or speaking with me
                                  - every samsung employee i have spoken with has agreed with my logic and request for repair or replacement of tv, without me having to incur costs. However, no one has come back with a reasonable resolution after agreeing to my logic

                                    Subject phone was bought before 2months from one of your authorised dealers in calicut. It was shocking to find its speaker not working since 23rd afternoon while talking to someone. I had lot of trust in samsung products as my previous phone was galaxy note2 which served me well. When i approached your authorised service centre i am told that as the phone model is new part required is not in stock and i might need to wait for a week minimum. I am booked to travel on a business trip to middle east 5th of december. I would like to know how can you help me to get my phone repaired.
                                    I am extremely disappointed by the poor quality of your product and also non availability of parts.

                                      With latest software update, network signal still persist. Weak network strength. Network signal is unstable. I have tried and studied with different sim's and with other devices and i found my j2 device to have some manufacture defect. My device is still under warranty. I have approached service centre twice but i was told my j2 is working fine, but i face the same problem. Kindly help to resolve the issue. Thank you

                                        I hv purchased samsung j[protected]. But due to display problem, submitted to service center (Ss enterprises, pune-satara road, pune 411048).
                                        As per discussion with them, the refund/exchange will be given within 10 days. Approved on 17 nov 2016.
                                        When i called to customer care[protected], the refund has been processed, but when i visit to service center, said exchange has been done and no refund will be given.
                                        From the same spot, i call to customer care, she said refund has been processed not exchange, then service center executive spoke to customer care, she repeated refund has been processed.
                                        I call to customer care (Supriya rai[protected], she said refund has been approved & will get cheque within 15 working days.
                                        I have 3 call recordings among this, service center is not responding, & manager is never available in center.
                                        So, i need refund asap.
