Sir/Madam,
I have already submitted complaint in your support office and CEO office regarding the following reason:
I have purchased Samsung Microwave oven Convection model:MC28H5025VS/TL-28ltr.on 19.12.2015 which became silent from 16.10.2016 and I have lodged complaint to service centre on 17.10.2016 against which they have pickedup the oven on 22.10.2016.
Since then after repeated phone calls and mails Neha, Juhi and at last NITIN fron Delhi HO have contacted me over phone and each & every time they have tried to consol me that the oven will be delivered within 3 to 5 days after repairing. In the mean time approx. 2 months have been passed, your Service centre has informed me that the said oven in not repairable and they have adviced HO to replace the oven. Hearing this I have made call on 12.12.2016 to[protected] and wanted to know regarding this matter. Though they have informed me that from HO we will get a call within 8 p.m. but sorry to say that they have not replied.
Today Mr. Nitin has called me to say that Company has decided that they will
replace the microwave oven. After that he said that I shall have to submit the copy of Purchase Invoice, copy of Identity card and a blank cheque of my Bank a/c. Against my questio he said that they may return me the purchase value in my a/c.
Sir, I have an objection in this matter. When company has decided to replace the oven and it was my demand also then why I should give my a/c details.
I confirm you that I don't want money, I want only replacement. If the abovesaid Model is not available or updated model has been released then to maintain your Company Goodwill as well as to provide better Customer Service you have to provide me either same model or updated model.
If I will not get replacement within 2 days I will produce all the voice recording( received from your Executives) to Consumer Forum which will proof- how the company executives of such a World famous reputed company are trying to cheat me.
I hope I will get proper judgement from your end.

    Dear Sir,
    I was a samsung loyalist untill I experienced their services. I have bought Samsung Galaxy J7 on 04 Dec 2015. I have submitted it to Samsung care located at SCO-62, 1st Floor Swastik Vihar, Panchkula -134109 due to display blinking on dated 21 Nov 2016. The handset is in warranty period. On conversation with customer care executive on dated 26 Nov it was told to me by that part is already issued to my phone on 24 Nov and phone will be repaired within 5-7 days. In mean time I have visited to service center but phone was not repaired due to non available of spare parts.
    On dated 08 Dec 2016 customer care executive told me that parts is arrived at service center and phone will be repaired before Monday. When I have visited to service center again same lines was repeated.
    Due to cash crunch in India and mobile phone is kept under repair causing severe hard ships to me. I feel you don't know the value of customer time. so I would like to Urge Samsung to refund my amount with compensation ...
    Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

    After submitting this consumer complaint I have received call from mobile No [protected].The person told me that he is talking from Samsung India and my claim for phone is approved . He asked my debit card No. after that he asked for OTP generated for transfer of 13500 Rs from MY account No to PAYTM account.on checking I found that No is activated somewhere in Bihar.When I refuse to asked OTP number he disconnect the phone.I have recorded phone conversation with him.how can I complaint against individual for fraud.

    i facing some problem in my phone display...It Blink regularly when i reduce the brightness of my phone.Half of the screen going white after that... please do something

      I have purchased a number of products from Samsung. Among them I have 32” LCD Television Series 5(Serial No. 12293PBS801202V) purchased in end of the year 2009. Yesterday by mistake my child just broke the screen of that.
      Today when I called your customer care for replacement of the same (Service request No. [protected]) your service engineer just told me that at present this LCD screen not available and if it is available than replacement cost of the screen is more than 21000/-. I just shocked as I purchase this TV in around 33000/-. When I asked to them that repair cost is too high so can they provide buyback to their old TV so that I purchase new one, they refused. If you have manufactured the TV it's your duty to make its parts available to people at reasonable price.
      i purchased a number of products from Samsung because I have a faith that if any thing goes wrong it will get repaired easily and economically.
      i surprised that A company like Samsung having this kind of poor and unethical after sales support.
      It is requested to you that kindly do the needful so that my television get repaired.

        Service not satisfied till date
        I have purchased Samsung LED TV 22" inch on dated- 30/06/2013. But recently this TV Display panel was not working. I contact Samsung customer care support on dated 01/12/2016 Ref No-[protected]. Customer care executive promised that the engineer will be visit tomorrow but no one visited. Then again i call customer care and launch complaint on dated 8/12/2016 Ref No-[protected]. Then next day engineer will be visited the guys name-Mr. Chandi Charan. He told Display panel board was not working.
        He give expected budget also, But right new he told me that Samsung was not manufacturing display panel board of LED TV . He suggest me sold this TV as 20-30% of purchase value...
        How it is possible...kindly suggest me...this Samsung customer care service

          Hello,
          I submitted my s7 edge due to display issue on oct 4th 2016 to samsung svc center, marathalli, bangalore when it was under warranty.
          It was then approved for refund on nov 4th.
          It's more than 2 months now, still i didnt get my refund amount or no reply from samsung svc centre.
          It's really frustrating situation being a loyal customer.

            I bought samsung top door automatic washing machine on 16-nov-2016 for my mother (She is alone), earlier she was using semi automatic and wanted to upgrade to automatic to help to her.

            We went to vijayawada e-city shop to buy better washing machine and sales representative has suggested to buy this top door washing machine, hence we bought it. But that was the bad decision we have taken to buy samsung top door.

            When we started using it observed that cloths are not drying much and washing quality is very very poor.

            Then i have called the service team and raised a complaint, and they said that some technician will come and look into the issue, but no one has come from past 15 days. I keep on calling them and they are saying that they have escalated the issue and someone will come.

            My mother got frustrated with the quality of product and their service service and wanted to get the money back and buy some other machine.

            Could you please help me how to get my money back?

              On 26th nov i gave my cell phone to service center, on 28th nov i made an enquire about the cell phone, the phone was not yet repaired, so i made an expectation for two more days, i made a call on 1st dec and so on till 6th dec.
              Unsatisfied by the feed back from the services center, i made my mind to contact samsung customer care - before calling the customer care i called up service center to get the feed back about the phone - they replied its still not repaired, so i made a call to customer care with help of my bill no., i got the feed from them, your phone is perfectly working from 28th of nov itself and till date i am getting feed from the service center it is still under repairing and customer care give the feed back it is perfectly working, i am facing so much of pain and loss financial - i am not able to do my online transactions.

                I had bought my phone on 8/11/16. Activated on 18/11/16 but display disapeared after 12 days. My screen is scratchless but the service center does not want to open & see the phone if there is some manufacturing defect they simpky say it must have fallen but cannot support the view as there are no dents. Still they say there are other ways i must have damaged the phone. They have been just trying to say that we must have damaged the phone by any means but by what means we ask they have no answer.. They show even the slighest mark on the back which comes when u place ur phone on the table, the show some marks of the phone which we keep on the car stand on 4 corners evenly but cannot show any dent but still do not want to change the screen. Its been 10 days now customer support always says the service center should open the phone but servicevcenter does not want to open says we would charge for screen.. Really haressing

                  I requested for service for broken display on 20.10.2016 it is a new mobile but fall down unfortunately they said physical damage will not cover warranty i accepted that it's my mistake. I bought this phone for rs 13410 during flipkart promotion offer service centre told me to provide identity card and bank book xerox and they told we will order the display if parts not available we will refund half money except display price, i told that i bought in offer price so i don't need refund if original display not available inform me i will collect phone and try outside for 2nd quality display but after 1 month they saying you will be refunded during this one month they didn't even call one time but i called them 8 times they said we ordered for parts under process but now they saying you will refunded without consulting customer how they make discussion on their own i can't buy this mobile now at same price so i asked for my mobile they saying not that option available you should only collect money they are forcing me to get money so please help me sir i need my mobile back or alternate new mobile i will also pay for display so please help me sir kindly. I attaching my purchase bill and service sheet with it.

                    My phone has a board issue and change in the service center. After the service there is a headset issue only hearing there is a mic problem using headset. Lot of times iam going to the service center and that problem was not resolved. I bought this phone about six months only please replace the phone or resolve my complaint

                    My fully automatic washing machine is not draining out water. It is only washing clothes, neither rinsing nor spinning. Please send one executive technician to redress the issue.

                      Washing machine had got an issue and these customer service people don't help at all. They don't book a service person at all. They are highly rude and not of any help.                         Worst service till date...
                        I purchased samsung tv
                        Model :ps51f5500arlxl on 10/10/2013. As per your customer support i also extended the warranty of my tv further for 3 years from 10/10/2014 to 9/10/2017.
                        But recently my tv caused accidental damage which involved changing of display panel. I am ready to pay for that. I booked complain on 9/11/2016. As my complain processed, your representative from pune told me that samsung doesn't have display panel of tv available with them, so he proposed me a silly offer.
                        I asked simple question what if instead of accidental damage it was the case of sudden damage in the machine itself. I still had warranty what would you do at that time?
                        Now tell me is it my fault that your company doesn't have display panel i want. If you have manufactured the tv it's your duty to make its parts available to people. If you can't provide me the part, you were not supposed to give me warranty in first place
                        I have already complained about it to service centre, ceo, everyone but in return i got nothing. Only few calls regarding worst deals.

                        Having said that, we always believe that our customers are the best judge and may help with improving our products. Therefore, we take every feedback with an assurance of improvement with every passing day.

                        The feedback shared by you regarding the product quality is appreciated. The unit component is old and the replacement isn’t possible as the parts are not getting manufactured now. Since the component is not available, the unit is beyond repair; however, Samsung has a mechanism to refund the customer for the same. Every product has a life cycle. In this life cycle, like any other thing, its usability and novelty goes down which is termed as depreciation. The customers use the product to its full functional capability till the time it depreciates to a level which is beyond repair. Samsung keeps the fact in mind that the customers have utilized the product till such time it was not beyond repair and thus give the adjusted value as a refund. This adjusted value comprises of a deduction for the time when the unit was functional; therefore, a full refund is beyond possibility. Though the customers have a choice for a partial refund.

                        As such, we would like to offer you refund on the invoice value of your product after deducting the necessary depreciation.

                        We would appreciate if you could let us know your decision as soon possible so that the refund can be timely processed.

                          and same day started facing issue of overheating and r
                          ed dot besides message icon from 5th December. Went to LAXMI NAGAR SERVICE CENTRE on the same got the problem rectified by upgrading the software as said by customer care Executive. Still tge problem persist, I approacged again to your service centre and they kept my phone the slip issued to ke stated only red dot problem not the heating of the set. The phone is with your authority.
                          The concern is not assuring that this problem will not happen again.
                          Kindly replace the hand set as i have faced issues in the beginning of the purchase and iam not assure about the life of the handset.

                          Please consider this on priority.

                            i have given my Mobile phone for warranty repairs at Smart Tele Services, Opp Nirmala Convent, Vijaywada, Job Order Number 11593 dated 21/11/2016.
                            Its been 20 days till today and every time i go to repair centre / call them they claim that spare part ( SCREEN DISPLAY ) is about to come from Noida
                            in case my understanding is right Noida is in India and should take appx 5-7 days to supply the part
                            For 21 days the mobile phone is kept under repair causing severe hard ships to me, i would like to Urge samsung to refund my amount with compensation as your team has failed to deliver timely services

                              I bought the S7 edge on 3rd October and from the first day itself the home button was a bit loose. Half the time when I used to press the home screen it didn't register.
                              Then after 3 days my phone fell from the bed which is barely 2 feet from the ground and the glass near the home button broke. The S7 edge has Gorilla Glass 4 which should not break so easily. My phone had a manufacturing defect which I plede Samsung to acknowledge and do the necessary.

                                    I bought samsung galaxy s6 from Chikmagalur where i live. Last week on 4th December 2016, I had gone to Mysuru on work and at night I realised I could not charge my phone. I could not insert charging wire's pin to phone's slot. Next morning i.e., on 5th December 2016 around 10.30 am, I went to K.D. Road Mysuru and went to a samsung retailer shop named New Fonearena, owner name Hemanth Kumar H. whose mobile no. is [protected]. He looked at the phone slot and said the pin inside phone's charging slot is broken and fallen off. I asked about location of samsung service center. He told me to go to Kuvempu Nagar, told me directrions and (PLS NOTE THE NEXT), gave me his visiting card (that's how i know his details now) and told me to show it in the center and only if i tell them he recommended, they will repair soon. I went to Kuvempu Nagar service center by auto. A middle aged man was there. Around 11.30 am. I showed him card. He looked at my mobile and said the same thing - "the charging pin inside the slot was broken off; it had to be replaced; as I did not carry my purchase bill i won't have warranty ; it won't get warranty as it was physical damage; the whole mobile phone had to be opened in order to repair it". I agreed to pay and said i want it repaired immediately. He said it will take at least one day and that I had to leave the mobile with him. I refused as I had to go back to Chikmagalur in the afternoon and came out. On my way to Chikmagalur, I went to Samsung Service Center at Hassan. There were many staff members working (courteous). I showed the mobile to a young boy there. He looked at it and immediately with the help of a pin removed the dust which was stuck and had solidified inside the slot (the previous day) which prevented the charging wire to go inside. SO SIMPLE. THAT'S IT. He did not charge, gave a smile and we returned.
                                    NOW : i[censored] have not understood what my complaint is about : it's about the Forearena shop guy on K.D. Road and the guy at Kuvempu Nagar service center. Why both could not see the dust? Why the Fonearena man gave me his card and insisted upon showing it in service center? Why the person at Kuvempunagar service center said the same thing about my mobile and asked to leave it overnight, why couldn't he see the dust; why did he lie????? HOW MUCH COMMISSION WILL THE SERVICE CENTER GUY WILL GIVE THE RETAILER FONEARENA GUY (either for enabling to make a big service/repair bill or worse - removing important parts from inside and selling off)?

                                      my phone is updated by samsung care . After that the problem rises for volte voice calls . I connected to samsung care Hanumangarh . Tey don't solve the problem . I went three to four time there . Then also there is no answer for this . They updated the phone two times but the problem untill suffer. I have also concern with JIO4G company . They have said that the network of sim card is properly working. the problem is inside the phone . so, kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible. I am facing problem to use JIO for making voice calls .

                                        Since my last reply, I have not receive any solution for my Samsung mobiles which are now only a toy for me and all loss of my hard earned money. I have tried to talk to your customer care numbers but all the extension numbers are invalid. Finally, I have connected to a number and talked to samsung executive Ms. Shruti during 13:13 hrs to 14:13 hrs today and she has informed me that she has no solution at present and connected me to the her higher authority Mr. Ramesh Kumar but no solution provided. At Sansung gallery also they have informed me that my mobiles can be repaired once mother board will be available. Is this the way Samsung is cheating the customers. While selling the product lots of promises are made and all are to make customer full which one understand after his/her mobile set gets damaged after purchase within 4 months. Now after all my requests and pledge I hereby wants to inform you that I don't want any repair I simply want replacement of my product with the new one at the earliest. Since I am going to outside the city today I have to purchase a new mobile once again with my own money with extra cost. This is for your information and action that I will be returned by 15th of this month and after that I will directly put the complaint with Consumer Court and there the matter will be taken care by them with Samsung and also I will Tweet/Facebook/Whatsapp the worst scenario of Samsung support and its products quality and also the loss of money for purchasing Samsung mobile.
                                        Further most, it is also to be mentioned that within a period of 4-5 months I have purchased 3 handsets of Samsung and all are waste of money and now I am begging like a beggar in front of Samsung India for repair of my new handsets which Samsung India is incapable to repair and wasting my time and money as well. I hereby declare that either Samsung should replace my damaged handsets with the new one or else refund/compensate my money for all the sets in full. If either of the things are not done, I will take the matter to Consumer Court and provide all relevant documents to them as and when required since I have all the bills for the handsets purchased.
                                        The request bill numbers given at Samsung gallery are as follows:- [protected]/[protected] and documents attached for reference. Please look into the matter and resolve within the stipulated period as mentioned in the mail, failing to do so will be taken into action legally through Consumer Court only.
