I am Shiva here I have brought Samsung mobile J7 6 model my IMEI No : [protected] from reliance digital on 13th August 2016. i was having the hearing sound of a call volume was very low, i have visited same day to reliance digital but they said by default J series mobile sound will be very low,
but when i have checked the same model in different outlet the hearing sound of a call was louder than my mobile. and i have visited Samsung service center they were also not responded properly. later i was facing a problem of battery touch is not working properly.

after that i wrote a mail to customer care and they requested to visit service center once again and i visited they said there may be a software issue and they updated and handed over the device. in spite of software update i was facing again the same problem and then i visited once again to the service center again they said they have checked the hardware of the mobile there is no problem and they updated the software. later also i was having the same problem.

again i wrote the mail to customer care said that you visit once again to service center informed to customer care that already i have visited 5 times to the service center and from customer care they you do final visit and they requested to give mobile for observation if at all the problem is not resolved they will go to next level and i informed them that i don't have any other stand by device. "They said once you handed over the device they will give stand by device to use regarding this already they have communicated to service center request to meet Mr. Jithendar Singr/ Sampat Kumar. i visited service center on 23rd September 2016 at 11.15 AM in Sri Ventures cmh indiranagar bangalore while handing over the device i requested for stand by device they said it is not available with them and said to executive customer care requested give mobile for observation, and i visited the service center in evening By 6.50 PM met Mr.Jithendar & Sampat kumar they said device is not ready they need to change the parts of the mobile so they have placed the request for mobile parts once it is received they repair and handover the device. but they will confirm me only by monday afternoon about the device when it will be ready.

I have asked them if any parts need to change why you person have not informed to me, but Mr.Jitendar said when mobile is under warranty we will not inform to customer for changing of any parts. there is no clause for service center to tkae mobile for observation & I requested at least basic mobile as stand by device until my mobile get repaired he said he can only sympathise on me and he will not help me in this case. and he said he has not received any communication from customer support nor customer care regarding my concern said if you want you can file a FIR at police station he is not bother about that.

if you have any problem you speak to customer care. he is not concern with this.

Before visiting the service center i have sent a mail on 23rd sept 2016 10.22. am to Samsung service center about stand by device and mobile is given for observation, i have received the system generated acknowledgement mail also for my mail.

i have called customer care they said, regarding stand by device no complaint is registered & no mail is also received against the same.

This is the way Samsung is treating customer while their visit & call.

    This to inform you that even after repeated calls since 22 Aug, and getting locked my complain as [protected]. I am still not provided any solution. Can you please share what is your SLA and what time is convenient for you to resolve the issue?

    Even receipt which indicates that my compressor is in warrenty, however as per samsung electrician, due to change in compressor, now I have to bear cost of relay, filter & Gas that cost around two hundred. Also its compulsory that I have to do all by samsung and cant try market.

      Dear Sir,

      As I have logged the complaint of my washing Machine front loaded on dated 13th Sep.2016. But till date no action has been taken to resolve the issue. Even not receive a single call from Service Engineer. Is really this much time required to reputed company like samsung to resolve an issue of a customer. After having repeated follow ups with so many customer Executives (Aakrati, Daulat, Shubam, Shishir, Pinky, Aishwarya, Dinesh) they just only pick up the calls and assured me that today definitely the issue would resolve but regret to say nothing will happen.

      Please look into the matter & provide the solution.

        I am using samsing galaxy J 1 since 2016.03.08 and after buying the cell it was having some display issue for a second and then it used to get normal. But suddenly since yesterday i.e 2016.09.25 evening the display is not clear & the screen has become hazy. So I went to my nearest service centre which is at nagerbazar so they took the cell for repairing & they said as this set is 6 months old so again after repairing some kind of display issue occurs they will repair it.
        Now can you please tell me why should I defective model?..Why should I trust samsung again?
        Suppose after 6 months when this display issue will arrise again that time who is going to pay for that?
        That means your company is expecting me to pay number of times for repairing.
        According to me I think I am eligible to get a new model in replace as why should i uae a defective model?

          My Samsung S7 Edge has faulty display horizontal line problem, Was given to Samsung service center([protected]) ahmedabad on 14/09/2016 at 11.15 am.My job sheet no : [protected] I have been told within 3 days you will get your part replaced or it will be refunded to your account for Refund process, till 21/09/2016 nothing was there, I want my money refund, customer care and Service center teaming up and harassing me...Customer telling service center will do needful, service center telling customer care will do, Customer Care suppose to call me within 24 hours till date no calls from their side...MY Reference Number for Service center is [protected] this is FLAG ship Phone with Manufacturing default, customer is entitle for REFUND as per my online research and Either Service Center([protected]) B2X service Solutions India PVT LTD.
          Now they called me on 23/09/2016 they told me my samsung Galaxy S7 edge is repaired, before that I told customer care as well as Service center that I want refund...

          Now as last effort I am launching complain here, Since 14/09/2016 till 26/09/2016 and counting...I am not having my Premier Mobile phone I am not going to accept my phone, I want refund

            I have purchased Samsung WF600OBHWQ Front load fully automatic washing on 19 August 2015.in this unit.doesn't work properly I have complained about this issue in Samsung call centre.The service engineer visited our home and changed the different kind of spare parts in this unit.But water drain problem is not resolved. I have send the email to Samsung CEO office after that I got calls from their office they requested me to send my washing machine to the service center for quality check.After 5 days the service center people delivered my washing in this situation on 19th September 2016 the same problem repeated in this unit.I given the complaint in call centre on the same day.till now there is no response from their end.I request to Samsung company take serious action against this complaint or else I have to take legal action against this company

              My refrigerator no. Rt31gcrr manufactured by samsung encountered water leakage problem which was reported by me to customer care on 20.09.2016. Accordingly a complaint was lodged vide no. [protected]. It was informed to me that the samsung engineer will visit my house by 8.00 p. M. On 21.09.2016. But no engineer visited my house till now although it is 25 the september, 2016 today. However he rang up from mobile number [protected] on 21.09.2016 and informed that some parts are required to be replaced although he has neither visited my house nor checked the refrigerator. The customer care was contacted again 22.09.2016 who simply assured that engineer will visit positively on 22.09.2016. But there was neither any telephone call nor any engineer visited my house. Once again the customer care was contacted on 24.09.2016 who assured the visit of engineer on 25.09.2016 without fail. But nobody turned up.
              My question is this how the engineer could opine that some parts are required to be replaced without checking the refrigerator. What is the time-limit of the visit of the engineer once the work is allotted to him? What action is taken against him when he disregards such allotted work? What action has the company has taking against the engineer in the instant case?
              My final question is this whether the company will take up the repairing work as envisaged in the policy of the company or i shall have to make my own arrangement. Even if the company takes up the repairing work when?
              My last but not the least suggestion is this that the survival of the company largely depends upon the post-purchase service. So, i expect immediate action in the matter.

                I purchased samsunc a/c in april 2016 n since then i m facing continuos water leakage problem from indoor unit and i have complained comtinuosly but engenieers never solved the problem and dint even respond and many times my complained was just ignored n till today i have complained n its been 5 days nobody even tried to call me regarding my problem and no response from company . You can anytime check the company records and no. Of complains registered on my number. This is highly disappointing on companys side. Kindly take action

                    Hi - I had bought a very expensive LED TV 4K from the Samsung showroom (baner prashant link road, pune) and it was bought in July of this year. It has a problem with some of the HD channels since it moves fast the normal, the airtel tried to fix it but concluded it was the TV problem.. since then I have been following up with the service center and showroom folks and there is complete lack of support. Ideally the TV should get replaced immediately, but unlike the reputation of Samsung globally for some reason they ignore the importance of customer service in India. This is highly disappointing. Can someone please respond to me at [protected]@Gmail.Com.

                      Display panel damaged
                      Complaint no...[protected] & 8454017 registered with service centre of samsung mobiles.. It's only 2months we have purchased a new handset samsung galaxy j7 for 14500/- now it got switch off automatically tried hard to on it but no use... Then i visited nariana service centre to which i was told that the display panel was damaged and it will cost another 6000/- to get the same repaired... My question to the samsung operations head is why i should pay another 6k without any fault of mine... It was not dropped on hard marble floor and it does not have any scratches or curves... What's our fault.. Why like apple it does not get replaced as it's covered under warranty... I am not at all satisfied with the service quality provided by samsung mobile india.. Need immediate resolution

                        I advocate sumit goswami using Samsung machine last 5 years.I have lodge several complaints regarding the washing machine problems but unfortunately your feild executives careless and neglecting behaviour hurt me a lot and due to this the respect and goodwill of your company dimnished. I write this mail to you because 3 months later I lodged a complaint of my registered address phone [protected] still unresolved and due to this behaviour of your company I am bound to file a consumer case against you.so this is my request to you that Either solve my problem within a week or I ll move into the consumer forum.

                          i reach center at 3.00 and my turn was come after 3.30 hrs and then engineer say ur handset is not check yet so u can submit ur cell and we will call if we found liquid and any damage then u have to pay checking charge.

                            Hello, I am using Samsung Galaxy note 5 since last year October and have already submitted my 4 times for repair. Recently I submitted my phone as my phone was not recognising and sensing my finger and I had to work with S-Pen all the time. Service centre were enough polite to change the mother board and gave my phone back to me with all data backed up. I was very happy to receive but again in 15-20 days time the recurring problem has started again and since last 36 hours I am waiting to hear from you as I was told by your representative that I will get a call from management. However I am worried about my warranty which is due to expire in next 30 days. I need a permanent solution as I have sent this phone 4 times in a year means I am facing problem in every quarter. I should not go through such pain with premium phones like note 5. I am sharing my phone details with you. Please consider issue "Dead On Arrival" DOA to get it replaced with brand new Samsung Note 5. I heard a lot problems with Samsung Note 7. Also I would like to inform that I found similar problems in other users of Note 5 and they all recommending a replacement as this problem keeps on coming.

                              I purchased a fridge last year in Oct'15 from M/S. Mehta Automobiles, Vijay Nagar, Indore. Since then i lodged two complaints, one is resolved & second is still not resolved. The complaint is of freezer door on which in every 3-4 days water automatically get condensed outside the door. I lodged this complaint last month (Service No. [protected]), engineer who visited my place to attend this complaint was unable to answer my query and straight away said that he will ask for another door from the company as unfortunately wrong freezer door is been fixed in your refrigerator (Isn't it a big QUESTION MARK on QC department of SAMSUNG ??), but anyway, till date no resolution is been done by SAMSUNG...Every 3rd or 5th day i am receiving an sms mentioning engineer will visit in 3-5 days for your complaint's resolution.I think they just want to kill the time of warranty (1 Year) & afterward they will ask money for their "WONDERFUL" services...I am very disappointed and highly dissatisfied. Very pathetic after sales service. I will not recommend this brand to anyone any more.

I went to ghatkopar service center met Mr.Jaiprakash (samsung franchise owner) over there.He assured us that he will provide me stand by device in 2 says time as samsung has no parts available to repair the device.He took my no.I waited for 4 days but there was no revert from him.I went to service centre again & met Mr.Jaiprakash but he behaved in very unprofessional way & was abusive in front of all his staff.He didnt even allowed us to submit the device for refund.Mr.Jaiprakash is an illiterate person behavs like a local mobile shop dealer..doesn't know how to talk to customers.very pathetic. .how samsung is giving franchise to such ppl ??

                                      I has purchased samsung galaxy s6 mobile from vijay sales – r3 mall – ahedabad.in the beginning the phone was working properly but after 2-3 months, the phone started getting automatic switched off & hanging frequently.

                                      Already went to service centre at shree krishna service sentre – galaxy mall - ahmedabad three times, every times they returns after servicing saying its been repaired, without any charges (as its in warranty period) but the problems persists the same.

                                      Problem facing now:
                                      Phone getting hang, getting off automatically while talking, touch screen not working properly while any incoming call comes, slow charging.
                                      I request to please replace this mobile phone, as i am very much harrassed & wasted so much of my time & energy, with this mobile.
