Hello team,
I am experiencing worst after sales service and would like to highlight issue i am facing about product service.
I log a complaint on 23 aug 2016. Tracking no. [protected] but no resolution yet apart from basic first inspection that too one month before. Whenever i do follow up with assigned service center i get excuses like... Part not available.. Part order.. Wrong part sent by company.. Part re-order.. Will call in another hour (Which never happen).. Need to collect part etc..
I am very surprise to see status of complaint on web as repair completed.

I bought your fridge ty mobiles and latest fully automatic machine with this hope that it will be good but i ashamed on my self why I bought your products and totally waste of my money which I earn that too much hard work. Your people miss guiding us they only want to sale. Ok if you are making us fool now its our turn I will go to media and tell the truth about your products and try my best that nobodybuy your useless products.

      I purchased one Samsung Galaxy J2(6) from M/s Pashupati Cellular, Gariahat Road, Kolkata-700029 on 5TH Sept. 2016. It was noticed that there was no/very feeble sound I immediately sent a complaint (on samsung Customer Care website)on same day evening. I also informed the Authorized Dealer Pashupati Cellular on phone.
      Unfortunately, I had HEART BLOCK ON NEXT DAY i.e. 6TH SEPT. 2016 AT 6.15 AM ON ROAD AND WAS HOSPITALIZED IN ICCU WHERE I HAD PACE MAKER IMPLANTED AT 1.30 PM ON 6TH SEPT. 2016, the same day. Hence the matter could not persuaded till 17th Sept, when I managed to visit their Service Center on Prince Anwar Shah Raod, Kol-68 but service center did not accept the complaint on the plea of Viswakarma Puja. Somehow on the next day, I was under compulsion to revisit their Service Center to lodge the set and complaint. My demand is that, why should I take a set which is a defective one (detected immediately after purchase) at higher price instead a REFURBISHED SET available at a much cheaper rate.
      The Service Center accepted the set after thorough checking (when it was detected very low sound in the service center closed environment).
      I sent several reminders but they always say, " kindly have patience and the competent Authority would contact you" That matter is still pending, set lying with the Service Center.

        Dear samsung service,
        This is to inform you that, i had purchased samsung rt27hdrz esa/tl-01 refrigerator dt.13th dec 2015. But there has created problem in your company refrigerator. So that i lunched compliant to samsung service centre. But i did not respond they very well and not understood our problems by samsung service person. I had repaired my refrigarator 3 times but your service team is not yet solved the problem. I also attached photos that is the proof of the faulty product.

          Cooling issue with refrigerator

          Hi,

          I have already communicated with you on this in the month of june and got the refrigerator replaced. Barely two month have passed and now even the replacement has started giving problems. It's the same issue i had raised before - cooling. The technician came and had a look at it and told us that the issue was because the connector came out.

          I have used barely 3 refrigerators in the last 40 years and each...

          I was buying Samsung on5mobile from Aman electronics jhabua dt3/8/2016.after using on date of 7 we know that it has signal problem.so I sent this to ujjai service centre there they changed its mother board .l know from that service centre.after that also showing same signal problem.so I saw this in Vadodara service centre there I know its antenna has broken.but the shop n service centre now denying that there is no problem returning that defective which giving signal problem n not support 4g sim.also the behaviour towards costumer is very rude they told I tempered that mobile.september October going a new mobile I can't use a single day of that mobile.so please its request take some kind steps if possible please replace that mobile n give a new one of that model.kindly request.

              From the last 15 days, i am writing mails to samsung. No one is receiving calls, not replying me back on email or facebook. They have done a fraud with me, my phone is under warranty and it was being damaged by their service centre, still i paid them 8000 for the repair. Now they are asking for more 10, 000. I have spent total 40, 000 on this phone and now they are charging me more 10, 000. The same handset comes for 24, 000 currently in the market. When i wrote several emails and tried to contact them, they are not receiving my calls, not replying to my emails. Samsung is ignoring all my communication openly thinking that i won't be able to do anything.

                Going against the opinions and advises of my very close people i opted for a samsung refrigerator for the first time in my life but had a worst experience as -

                1. The product is a defective one that was observed on the second day of its operation. Though 10 years warranty card has ben provided but due to very inefficient response, loosing the hope of the same.
                2. My complaints are being constantly ignored
                3. Phone calls not being attended

                This is more discouraging that already 9000+ complains have been reported and i guess with this kind of response this is going to increase.

                    I had a issue with volume down button in my s6 mobile. The phone is out of warranty. I approached the authorized samsung service center in tambaram, chennai. Upon checking they mentioned that for checking the phone they need to open the mobile since its in concealed panel with glass they mentioned that they cannot give any guarantee for the glass breakage which i have to do it at my own risk. If it breaks replacing the glass panel would cost 4500.

                    We the consumers are not responsible for the design of the phone. We have invested a huge amount and purchased a phone and now for service if you guys are not giving any guarantee where could we go. If an authorized service doesnt even give guarantee then why does samsung manufacture these types of model phones.

                        I am Surpal Singh and I am working with Maruti Suzuki India limited I received a call from Samsung office a few days back the caller name was ms Tanuja she told me that you are the one of lucky customer of Airtel user so that's why our company Samsung will giving you a mobile phone I.e.-Samsung galaxy j7 with some discount In the market that phone is available in range from 13000 to 17000 but as your are the luck customer so our company will give you this phone in 4100 only the mode of the payment is cash.
                        She told me that the phone has been delivering to your nearby post office after giving the payment you will get the mobile parcel
                        Today at 11:30 am I received a call from MS Tanuja she told me that the mobile phone parcel is available at your post office so you will go pay and get the parcel
                        After receiving the parcel when I was open it there is no mobile inside in it in fact there is a statue of goddess Laxmi and one red cloth
                        So this is totally bullshet
                        Again I call her back and said her to that abnormality happened with me
                        She told me to contact our enquiry department Mr Abhay
                        When I call Mr abhay he said that drop an email to our is that is [protected]@gmail.com
                        But I Get no reply from them
                        This is my worst experience with the Samsung mobile company that I had ever never seen in my life.
                        My humble request to you is that please sent me a mobile phone or I want my money back
                        Please take necessary actions and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I have brought Samsung Note 5 on 21 December 2015 and initially it works fine but with in 3-4 month it started giving trouble to me. First of all it's universal problem of sticky S Pen which keep giving me problem at regular interval. I have already visited 2-3 time service center for same problem but it was resolved only for few days and it come again. Now I have again got same problem in my phone along with some display problem.
                          I have registered complaint on 19 Sept for pick up of phone though your customer care, they have assigned "Master care" borivali for the same but service center denied to provide pick up service and cancel my request, They have again assign "Mobile technology" for pick up the phone but nothing happened. I am keep calling and doing follow up with customer care and service center since last 4 days but nothing happened.
                          I have spend Rs. 55000 on this phone keeping in mind that Samsung have good quality and after sales service but both are pathetic in Samsung.
                          I may have got same feature phone in less than Rs.15000 but I trusted on Samsung.
                          I just want to know that should I commit mistake to trust on Samsung. My two customer complaint reference number is given below.

                            Hi, all

                            I have purchased 32inh led tv on 25-oct-15 and at time of purchase i have asked for the extend warranty for tv. They have told that, 1 month before the expiry of 1 yr warranty period, you will receive the mesaage for extension of warranty and never guided us to take the warranty at same time at lower price. I have called your executive for the warranty extension request and he told to pay inr-5345 for 3 yrs which is inr-2000 more which was offered 3 months ago.
                            The customer have not been provided with complete information on extended warranty and they land up in paying extra amount ofr the same. Even the customer are not informed about the change or hike in the extended warrant charges.

                            So please look into the matter and do needful for getting the extended warranty for 3 yrs at lowest price.

                              Dear team,

                              Till date i have not confirmed about status of my handset. Today when i called your service center somebody mr amit told me that your request is in process and pending for some documents. Please find the attachment of your job sheet from rourkela service center.. Where miss priya written in his own handwritting that she has received... Original bill, id proof xerox, bank pass book xerox... Then what kind of extra documents required again???.

                              Request you, please provide me the concrete result for the same.. Else i will go for consumer court.

                                I am Shiva here I have brought Samsung mobile J7 6 model my IMEI No : [protected] from reliance digital on 13th August 2016. i was having the hearing sound of a call volume was very low, i have visited same day to reliance digital but they said by default J series mobile sound will be very low,
                                but when i have checked the same model in different outlet the hearing sound of a call was louder than my mobile. and i have visited Samsung service center they were also not responded properly. later i was facing a problem of battery touch is not working properly.

                                after that i wrote a mail to customer care and they requested to visit service center once again and i visited they said there may be a software issue and they updated and handed over the device. in spite of software update i was facing again the same problem and then i visited once again to the service center again they said they have checked the hardware of the mobile there is no problem and they updated the software. later also i was having the same problem.

                                again i wrote the mail to customer care said that you visit once again to service center informed to customer care that already i have visited 5 times to the service center and from customer care they you do final visit and they requested to give mobile for observation if at all the problem is not resolved they will go to next level and i informed them that i don't have any other stand by device. "They said once you handed over the device they will give stand by device to use regarding this already they have communicated to service center request to meet Mr. Jithendar Singr/ Sampat Kumar. i visited service center on 23rd September 2016 at 11.15 AM in Sri Ventures cmh indiranagar bangalore while handing over the device i requested for stand by device they said it is not available with them and said to executive customer care requested give mobile for observation, and i visited the service center in evening By 6.50 PM met Mr.Jithendar & Sampat kumar they said device is not ready they need to change the parts of the mobile so they have placed the request for mobile parts once it is received they repair and handover the device. but they will confirm me only by monday afternoon about the device when it will be ready.

                                I have asked them if any parts need to change why you person have not informed to me, but Mr.Jitendar said when mobile is under warranty we will not inform to customer for changing of any parts. there is no clause for service center to tkae mobile for observation & I requested at least basic mobile as stand by device until my mobile get repaired he said he can only sympathise on me and he will not help me in this case. and he said he has not received any communication from customer support nor customer care regarding my concern said if you want you can file a FIR at police station he is not bother about that.

                                if you have any problem you speak to customer care. he is not concern with this.

                                Before visiting the service center i have sent a mail on 23rd sept 2016 10.22. am to Samsung service center about stand by device and mobile is given for observation, i have received the system generated acknowledgement mail also for my mail.

                                i have called customer care they said, regarding stand by device no complaint is registered & no mail is also received against the same.

                                This is the way Samsung is treating customer while their visit & call.

                                  This to inform you that even after repeated calls since 22 Aug, and getting locked my complain as [protected]. I am still not provided any solution. Can you please share what is your SLA and what time is convenient for you to resolve the issue?

                                  Even receipt which indicates that my compressor is in warrenty, however as per samsung electrician, due to change in compressor, now I have to bear cost of relay, filter & Gas that cost around two hundred. Also its compulsory that I have to do all by samsung and cant try market.

                                    As I have logged the complaint of my washing Machine front loaded on dated 13th Sep.2016. But till date no action has been taken to resolve the issue. Even not receive a single call from Service Engineer. Is really this much time required to reputed company like samsung to resolve an issue of a customer. After having repeated follow ups with so many customer Executives (Aakrati, Daulat, Shubam, Shishir, Pinky, Aishwarya, Dinesh) they just only pick up the calls and assured me that today definitely the issue would resolve but regret to say nothing will happen.

                                      I am using samsing galaxy J 1 since 2016.03.08 and after buying the cell it was having some display issue for a second and then it used to get normal. But suddenly since yesterday i.e 2016.09.25 evening the display is not clear & the screen has become hazy. So I went to my nearest service centre which is at nagerbazar so they took the cell for repairing & they said as this set is 6 months old so again after repairing some kind of display issue occurs they will repair it.
                                      Now can you please tell me why should I defective model?..Why should I trust samsung again?
                                      Suppose after 6 months when this display issue will arrise again that time who is going to pay for that?
                                      That means your company is expecting me to pay number of times for repairing.
                                      According to me I think I am eligible to get a new model in replace as why should i uae a defective model?
