I have purchased my Samsung Galaxy (Galaxy J5) Sr. No.- RZ8G70BHVEN, IMEI NO. [protected]/01 on 09/11/2016 (In fully warrantee). After some time it has automatically shut down and blinking. I have raise a call for support on 5th September and today on 12th September I am still waiting for an engineer to visit. In the mean time I have called customer support for around 10 times and every time I got an confirmation that the visit will happen on that particular day. At the end of the day the visit got rescheduled to the next day.
Any service cannot be more pathetic to what I am going through.
