Samsung has not taken action on compliant no [protected] for model no UA55H8000ARLXL. every day we are spending 2 hours in escalating matter but Samsung is refusing to support. We are requesting Samsung but no call back. Service center is sending SMS for assigning the engineer and the canceling it from backend. Till today none of the engineer called us and once he visited and without opening the TV, he mentioned fault is with Power supply. When I requested him to ensure that power supply is fault or not he mentioned he will check with new power supply only. Last year August we have similar issue and one chipset was changed. No action on complaint from 13th Sept and time waste on pretext of non availability of parts is not true. Engineer put order in front of me and confirm part is booked and available and will install next day and till today after 20 days no action

    Dear sir,
    My samsung gt-n7100 note 2 mobile is getting heated up whenever i am useing it and also while charging it. I am fearing that it could explode some time soon which is very dangerous for me and my surrounding. Please take action on this issue as it is important for you reputation. Their shouldn't be any more incident of mobile explode. If possible exchange my mobile or provide some assistance to me.

      I have lodged a complaint[protected] on Sep 15 for my washing machine. Even after 10 calls to their service centre (reminder request no. [protected]), online escalations on their website and escalation on Twitter, the same has not been attended. Even they have acknowledged and assured on Twitter that it will be attended soon, nothing has been done. Why they boast of world standards brought to India in customer experience. It is a shame on them. They should realise the kind of problem a housewife faces in absence of washing machine in today's world. I have been quite liberally using Samsung products but all my loyalty seems to be shattering. Do they feel that they can keep on growing in this country with this kind of high handed attitude. They must understand that the day someone with customer centric approach like in US/Europe enters this market their company will be thrown away like so many others. I think time has come for them to pack up from this country. Suman Gupta

        I purchased couple of samsung ac's (Latest model) from samsung plaza hyderabad on 26th june'16. Out of the two ac's, one ac didn't work right from the day of installation. Initially i chased up with the dealer to fix the issue with the ac. Few technician visits were made and none were able to resolve the problem with the ac. After it i logged complaint with samsung customer care (Which really sucks) by calling [protected]/[protected]. I was told that the issue will be resolved shortly, and again some technician visits were made and again none of it was able to find any solution to the problem. Ever since then i and my family have had been making complaints with samsung customer care from my no. [protected], my wife's no. [protected] and my father's no. [protected]. Recently, about a month before i was advise by the local technician's manager who was handling my issue that samsung has decided to refund the purchase amount as the company is unable to provide the replacement for the faulty unit. When i initially heard this, it came as a reprieve for me, however, its been now over a month's time i heard this and i have no clue about the status of my refund. I have been chasing samsung customer care on a regular basis just to here on fake commitment every time that i will receive call from someone from the head office (As i have been repeatedly told that they are handling my issue and they are the ones who can provide any update on this — leaving samsung customer care helpless here and of no good use!!), which has never ever happened. I frustrated now, i rarely get enough time out of my busy schedule to follow up on something that should have had been taken care by samsung long back. Its been over 3 months i bought this god damm ac which never worked and i feel i like i blocked my money with samsung for a waste. If my issue is not resolved within a weeks time, i'll take legal action against the company as now i am really sick and tried of making complaints repeatedly without getting any resolution. This whole experience with samsung has been excruciation and torturous for me so far. I have made million calls so far to customer care, dealer, local technician and his manager and i am totally fed up now.

        Fyi, all supporting documents were submitted to some guy from your head office on his email long back, never heard from him again, tried calling his no., i also wats app him and mailed him, but no response whatsoever. His email id is deva. [protected]@partner. Samsung.com.

          Dear Sir,

          It is all a bitter experience for me at the behaviour of your service engineers, the way they attended my complaint.

          They have tried their best in all ways to convince me rather than to attend the complaint sincerely. I am surprised how the rust is formed from a quality product of your company. I have to suspect the genuinity of your service agents with astonishment at their advice to me to apply coconut oil over the Rusted Part of the Fridge. How can they advise a Claint like this? When I have taken the matter serious, they painted the rusted part and asking for closing the complaint or otherwise they close the same at their end. I feel much disappointed at the failure to meet your terms of Warrenty. I request your immediate attention in this regard to replace the Rusted item with New and Genuine item from Company with out giving me any scope to raise further dispute.

            Hi team,

            I am your valuable old customer.

            I was purchased a 32 inch led tv on 8th august, form first day of purchased i have complained with this product. So many complaints and so many engineers visits and repair have done.

            Now, i went to replace this product and my money back to buy other brand product, this product had manufacturing defect.

            After n number times call to call center on one resolve this, every time i talk with different person and no one bother on this.

            As a customer, i am very disappointing with your behavior and very dissatisfied with your product.

            Kindly do the needful to replace this or educate me to legal way to closed this issue.

                The refrigrator purchased on 3rd may 2016 rt56 model is not doing cooling, the engineer of company visited and accepted that there is problem in this model, but not made any call report and send one additional pcb will be install and problem will sort out. why should i do jugrooro system when the product is under warranty . the company should replace my model.

                  This is to inform your company that today i deeply regret my decision to buy samsung galaxy note 4. From last 2 months its motherboard is not available and it is totally dead.i completely think that my 51000 has been stolen. I have contact your service center jodhpur atleast 20 times. I have called your tollfree no. More than 50 times but no reply.
                  I have talk to your senior advisor also many times but they are also not doing anything i think so because no reply is coming from there side.
                  I have list of every person i have talked to and soon if i will not get any solution therefore i will case against all them.

                      Dear Mr. Robin,

                      First of all let me make myself very clear that I am not expecting that a free of cost repair of my TV should be made, but it is my right to get it repaired without payment as suggested in the warranty card. The warranty period gets over in the month of October. As i bought the TV in 20014 September, the warranty was for 2 years.

                      I am attaching the screenshot of my TV, the corner of which says that it has _quotTriple Protection Warranty _quot for 2 years and now I am being told that this is not covered in the warranty. SAMSUNG being such a reputed company has actually let down my faith in it. Infect, as intimated to you in the previous complaint, we were never given any warranty card by the vendor and the information that I am sharing with you was informed by the vendor only. You must check at your end what kind of vendor is being given your sales. It is only defaming the name of the company by such incidents.

                      I request you to look into the matter, else as mentioned earlier, I will be compelled to take help for the customer cell.

                      I would like to bring to your notice that I purchased a SAMSUNG LED TV with Model No-32EH4003 from Vijay Sales in New Delhi on 30th October, 2014. While I purchased the TV I was told by the Vendor that the TV had TRIPLE PROTECTION WARRANTY for three years.

                      In the month of August, 2016, all of a sudden a vertical white line (picture is visible) started appearing on the screen, for which I lodged a complaint with Samsung through M/s-Vijay Sales, Lajpatnagar, New Delhi and the complaint no is [protected], dated 18.08.16. An Engineer ‘Mr. Ramvir’ visited my place and explained to me the reasons for the disturbance on the screen. When asked for repairs, he told me that it was not in warranty and I needed to pay for it, while I was told by the vendor that my TV would be covered by TRIPLE PROTECTION WARRANTY for three years. Strangely, the vendor did not even give me the warranty card. The TRIPLE PROTECTION WARRANTY MESSAGE IS BEING DISPLAYED ON THE LEFT UPPER CORNER OF MY TV AS WELL.

                      My concern is when I was told by the vendor that it was covered under TRIPLE PROTECTION WARRANTY then why am I asked to pay for it. It is sheer harassment that I am undergoing. I bought a SAMSUNG product believing in the goodwill of the company but I did not know that I would be made to go through so much mental torture. I request you to repair my TV under the aforesaid warranty else I will be forced to seek help from the consumer court.

                      I would like to bring to your notice that i purchased a samsung led tv with model no-32eh4003 from vijay sales in new delhi on 30th october, 2014. While i purchased the tv i was told by the vendor that the tv had triple protection warranty for three years.

                      In the month of august, 2016, all of a sudden a vertical white line (Picture is visible) started appearing on the screen, for which i lodged a complaint with samsung through m/s-vijay sales, lajpatnagar, new delhi and the complaint no is [protected], dated 18.08.16. An engineer ‘mr. Ramvir’ visited my place and explained to me the reasons for the disturbance on the screen. When asked for repairs, he told me that it was not in warranty and i needed to pay for it, while i was told by the vendor that my tv would be covered by triple protection warranty for three years. Strangely, the vendor did not even give me the warranty card. The triple protection warranty message is being displayed on the left upper corner of my tv as well.

                      My concern is when i was told by the vendor that it was covered under triple protection warranty then why am i asked to pay for it. It is sheer harassment that i am undergoing. I bought a samsung product believing in the goodwill of the company but i did not know that i would be made to go through so much mental torture. I request you to repair my tv under the aforesaid warranty; else i will be forced to seek help from the consumer court.

                      Dear Mr. Robin,

                      First of all let me make myself very clear that I am not expecting that a free of cost repair of my TV should be made, but it is my right to get it repaired without payment as suggested in the warranty card. The warranty period gets over in the month of October. As i bought the TV in 20014 September, the warranty was for 2 years.

                      I am attaching the screenshot of my TV, the corner of which says that it has _quotTriple Protection Warranty_quot for 2 years and now I am being told that this is not covered in the warranty. SAMSUNG being such a reputed company has actually let down my faith in it. Infect, as intimated to you in the previous complaint, we were never given any warranty card by the vendor and the information that I am sharing with you was informed by the vendor only. You must check at your end what kind of vendor is being given your sales. It is only defaming the name of the company by such incidents.

                      I request you to look into the matter, else as mentioned earlier, I will be compelled to take help for the customer cell.

                        I bough washing machine and these year, one of its parts got damaged. I placed request with customer care executive. However, I have not received any response since last one month. There is misunderstanding between customer care and service center. Service center is claiming that product is out of warranty and customer care is saying product is within warranty. As per records available with me, product and request placed is within warranty period. My reference id is [protected]. I have lodged first request on 21 August 2016 and today it is 23 September 2016. Within this one month, I have called customer care and service center multiple time. However, I just get promises for resolution and no resolution has come to me yet.

                          I bought a new samsung galaxy s7 edge mobile on 2nd august 2016 from reliance digitel, infiniti mall malad west, mumbai in inr 56, 900/-.
                          The phone accidentally fell and broke easily in spite of the company claiming it as the unbreakable gorilla glass. However, it was my mistake so i got the screen replaced from the borivali service centre on 16th august 2016 after spending 15, 357 inr.
                          On 12th august 2016, the replaced screen started going awry and within seconds the display went off all by itself following which i had to take the phone to the same service centre again. The centre registered my complaint and kept the phone in order to carry on the procedure. They had claimed that i would receive a call from them within around two days regarding my phone. But i did not receive any call. When i called the centre they do not have any specific reply to my query and say that they will call when they receive the required spare parts from the company.
                          Today, as on 23rd september i have still not received any information regarding my expensive phone. On the top of it i have got rude replies from the customer service personnel. After a lot of distress i am finally complaining to the consumer forum about the issue.
                          I now demad a full replacement of my expensive phone and nothing less than that from the company.
                          Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful.

                            I have given my Samsung mobile model no A700FZWGINU for repair to Samsung Service Centre, 24, M G Road, Halwasia Court, Hazratganj, Lucknow 226001 vide Bill No. [protected] on 19.09.2016 with a assurance to get the repaired mobile it by 22.09.16. On inquiry today, In-charge of Samsung Service Centre, Ms Kaushal has replied that part has not been allocated by Samsung yet and once it will be allocated by Samsung then it will take further 3 days. I have told her that you should not give the date of delivery to customer, when you are not sure. She has rudely replied that It is fault of Samsung not mine and she has not informed that when part will be received fro Samsung then we will give you the repaired mobile. I have lodge the complaint no [protected] to Samsung Contact Centre in this regard. Mr Aman Tiwari has informed that part has dispatched at 6.30 AM today and call has been disconnected. I have call again. This time call has been taken by Ms Vishakha, she has informed that part is yet to be allocated. I have informed her that Mr Aman Tiwari has informed that part has been dispatched at 6.30 AM today, then she has made me hold and then informed that yes, part has been dispatched today and it will reach today. You can inquire with service centre in the evening for repaired mobile.

                            I am confused. whom to believe. I have given the mobile with the assurance to get the repaired mobile on 23.09.2016 because my son is going on a trip to Nainital on 24.09.2016, which has been shared with the service centre in-charge also.

                            All my family members have Samsung mobiles and first case of service has given such a bad experience, which has change my belief in "Samsung". I was not expecting this from a renowned organization "Samsung".

                            Request your intervention for timely delivery of my repaired mobile.

                              I am writing this because I have purchased a Samsung phone which has reoccurring issue of auto shut down and switch off. I went to Ajmer service center to get it fixed but instead of fixing the device they started threating as I raised my voice for reoccurring issue on my device and they called up their goons and threated to tear us apart, but when I have escalated this to SAMSUNG CEO, a guy named as SAMEER JAIN[protected] extension: 1533) called me from SAMSUNG ESCALATIONS and gave me false assurance for resolution and shared his number as well but he never called back to update the status of my complaint moreover even never answered my hundreds of call and left messages on recorded machine as well. its been 3 weeks so far since I have submitted my device to service center and yet I didn't receive any response from their side.

                              When I tried contacting the customer service(DHEERAJ) they have been very rude on the call and disconnected my call multiple times even when I told them that I'm recording these calls. it seems Samsung is just least bothered about customers service, they are only concentrating on selling more cellphone with pathetic customer service experience.

                                  Reference to above thanks for the explanation of quality service, but i had a few concerns about ur quality service with evidence of samsung suport, (Docs attached). And about my mobile as u say (This warranty is considered void if the product is tampered within the warranty period or due to improper usage.) This term can be used vise versa also because if customer had arguments with the service centre then it can be tampered in service centre also. As I already said I took my backup on 9th at the service centre and therafter series of arguments with the service executives and manager of stores due to not meeting delyed deadlines. I took back my phone it was dead, and the dead phone cannot be
                                  tampered. (With ticket no. [protected] dtd.[protected] had battery issue, suddenly it changed with ticket no.[protected] dtd.[protected] as lcd issue and as per above reference mail it has mother board issue. This is worst service given.

                                  The phone is in still warrenty so their is no question of paying for repairs. Though this is judge by final authority of service centre as says by Narendra I would like to go for refund of the mobile.

                                    I gave my samsung a5 phone at service center [protected]- kiran mobile care, ludhiana on dated 09/09/2016 at 18:23:05 time,
                                    My hand set received by ms. pawan and gave me bill no [protected] with promise to give me back on 12/09/2016 in running condition.

                                    Following then on regular basis but every day staff give time of next day n next day.

                                    Very unprofessional attitude of the staff.

                                      I am surprised by the shameless indifference that this company has for Indian customers, In USA they apologize and here in India they don't even bother replying to customer emails. Wonder what king of leadership and culture Mr. HC Hong is breeding in India. Problems can happen to anyone but at least keep the communication channel open.

                                      Open communication should be the DNA of any organization which I belive is followed by Samsung as well but this looks more like the case of weak leadership in the country.

                                      I have written multiple emails asking for updates but they all reach a department who apparently have been told not to respond as they don't really care. People even go to the length of putting on hold the customers phone saying that they are looking into the mail, whereas actually they are lying as they didn't even have the mail id of the customer.

                                      If Samsung only respects white skin then why do they even do business in countries with dark skin tones.

                                        Samsung ac purchased on 3rd july. Smell issue reported in aug, rayan services attended and changed the coil and blower due to humidity and fungus formation. Blower was not fixed properly and noise came up and i raised second issue in august. Same smell problem repeated after 20days. Third complaint registered in sep. Rayan services attended and gave the same solution. When i wanted a permanent solution/replacement of product rather than keep changing the coil and blower every one month, rayan services didn't respond properly and closed the complaint. I have raised fourth complaint and awaiting response from them. Ceo office message is a waste of time activity, i have written to them and no response still. Call centre supervisor call back - is also a waste of time. The root cause of the fungus and humidity formation is not looked at by anyone and rayan services is just pushing it by providing coil change solution everytime.

                                        My galaxy A8 display has broken and i have given my fone at ur service centre for something 1 month but ur service centre cant repair my fone . he said to me we have not galaxy A8 display . so we unable to repair ur fone... now u tell me what can i do... i am not satisfied with ur company...
