I was having some warranty issue with my samsung galaxy A7 which I ordered from flipkart. The flipkart people asked me for the jobsheet provided by the service centre, and when I sent them the sacanned copy of the same, they returned to me saying that the job sheet dont have the jobsheet number and they wont take it as prrof.
also, I was aked to get the estimated cost of repair done to my phone.
So, I thought I will get them on my email by just calling to the service centre by giving them the details required over phone. But to my surprise, no one answered my call on the numbers given on the service centre job sheet, also I had a number of an eployee working there who was in the charge of my case, I am mentioning all the details below:

I kept calling on these numbers through out the day yesterday, but when I didnt any answer I stopped calling.
Next day, means today also I tried calling on the same numbers but same thing happened.
Then I thought of confirming whether the service centre is open or not through customer care of samsung and one of the chat executive khusbhu confirmed me tht the service centre is open.
I went to the service centre after the confirmation, where I met Mr. Sunil, I dont know his designation buut he told me that the service centre is closed on the eve of Vishwakarma Pooja and I shoud come on monday. When I told my story and all that I was going through< he made an excuse that there is no staff who could do the need full so he cant help me. But, I saw almost all the staffs there, as I had been visiting the place frequently in past month due the warranty issue of mobile.
When I told him about the availability of the staffs he started shouting and me and said that nothing cane be done.
I kept standing there fore some time ehrn I saw a couple of service centre employees working on the system, and slowly I waed to them, fist they hesistated to help me but after few requests one of them got ready to help me, but he said that he dont know much about the billing or jonsheets as he worked as stock incharge. Mean while the service centre manager, Mr. D K gupta passed by us, and the stock incharge asked him to help him find the bills and jobsheet number in system but the manager scolded him for doing so and said, if you want to do this, do on your own and dont disturb anybody. When I requested him he went very rude on me, saying that I cant force him to give me the details and if I have any proble, I should go to the seler from where I bought the product and went inside. He was really really very rude and very unproffesional.
as a customer I would never tolerate this or expect to face this behavior from any service provider.
