I dont want any discount. As per policy customer has to pay only for damage part. In my case only screen is damaged where as everything is fine. I am ready to pay the charges only for damage screen and not for whole panel.
I am following the policy but this time company itself is voliating the terms. If you had made product in which if working should also required to be changed with damage then show me the detail on terms and conditions where its is clarified.
Kindly provide feasible solution as i will not pay any extra cost for damage.
