Service engineer not answer my question even responsibility

We called your network for a complaint in out TV your service engineer come here and told that was a remote control problem we changed that one after that the sensor may problem we should want to check that he told and he get his service charge from us after one week he came back and changed that again it not working he told the board want to change and check shall I order I say OK to him he get order from us but the product was we didn't...

After last updation at july i had more problem at my j7 mobile. Two times i reset my mobile after updation. But still problem is coming. Same problem facing my college and friends. I feel bad opinion nw. 1st when i purchase j7 that time iam face hanging problem after updation mobile working is good. Then last updation same problem comes again in my samsung j7. Pls rectify.

    Complaining about SAMSUNG Faulty Products

    I am writing to complain about some faulty products that were purchased on 16th September 2013, which were a 40 inch Samsung Smart TV and a Samsung Home Theater Blu ray player from SINGER Warehouse Discount Store (No: 38, Thurstan Road, Colombo 03) at a price of Rs.172, 000/=.

    Details about model/Serial and purchasing information as follows.

    SAMSUNG TV S/N: MQTR3PCD200087R
    MODEL CODE: UA40ES6800RLSG
    VERSION NO: AD01
    Price: Rs.172, 000/=

    SAMSUNG HOME THEATER SYSTEM S/N: ZW0G1RBD100024T
    MODEL NO: HT-E4550K
    MODEL CODE: HT-E4550K/XL
    Price: Rs. 45, 000/=

    Unfortunately, both the products had malfunctions.

    CASE 1: Image mirroring from half horizontal plane but unclear and darker at the bottom potion in the TV but sound is functioning well.

    CASE 2: Home theater system does not run certain file formats like AVI, MP4, XVID, MOV and MKV etc.

    CASE 3: Audio blocked by cinavia in Home theater system.

    CASE 4: Disk plate is jammed and stuck.

    I took it back to your service station in order to solve these issues. But it took them more than three weeks to find out the reason and come up with the solution which is to replace the panel for an amount of Rs.100, 000/= and to repair the Home theater system for Rs. 25, 000/= And the product was delivered back to me without the power cable as well.

    The service centre agent did not respond for a long time and the manager (Mr. Thimira) did not attempt to solve this situation I had to go behind the service centre agent which is quite unethical for a company with such a highly reputable name like yours. Unfortunately, your products are not durable, because it had just completed three years. We purchase goods at a higher price believing in quality and durability from companies like yours because we feel that the after-service will be in a good level but unfortunately it is not.

    I will not recommend anybody to buy products from your company because of such lethargic after-service. Please make sure that such instances won’t occur in the future where you will be putting your clients in to such difficulty.

    Please be kind enough to give a swift resolution for this issue.

      I brought one J-2 mobile, priced Rs.8500/- from Khosla Electronics, Kolkata which was stopped working within 9 months .After giving it to Authorised Samsung service Centre, Nager bazar, Kolkata, W.B .Ms Rimpa Ghosh called me up after 7 days and asked me to pay Rs. 8740/- for changing Display screen and Mother board . The person named Rimpa Ghosh (her phone no: [protected] ) lied that Display Screen of my phone was broken which is false because it was guarded by Tampered glass and regarding dead Mother board, truly I don’t have any idea. But my question is what Samsung’s warranty is? Is this the Service of Samsung? When I enquired, she fumbled and told me to visit Centre. Waiting for your reply.

            Refrigerator

            Dear Sir,
            This has reference to my Complaint/ Service Request no. [protected] on 10.09.2016.In response, on 12.09.16, your Service Engineer visited my place, attended the problem and stated that to settle the problem, spare parts are required, so we will come tomorrow after checking the availability of the required spares in our stock. But in place of tomorrow, some other Service Engineer, viz Mr.Mamod, has visited my place on 15.09.16, attended the problem and stated that to settle the problem, Compressor & Gas are required, so, let us check availability of compressor & gas in our stock and then will come, this may take 2/3 days times.
            That Sir, pl. note the date of my complaint & see the action taken status of the employee of a company of repute like Samsung as above . Under the situation, I have a doubt on sustainability of Samsung Company for a long term business in this competitive market.

            Pl. furnish the action taken status as of now within 15 minutes against the following complaint already logged on 10.09.2016 at the following phone no. & email address failing which other A-C manufacturers/dealers shall be contacted to short out the problems.

              My ac has been installed on 15th March 2016, during installation they haven't jammed the walls so due to that in this rainy season water is coming inside and it is effecting the ac and the wall.I have registered a complain in Samsung service centre, S.N Enterprise, B-30, katjunagar, Kolkata-700032, ph no: [protected]/41 on 23rd August 2016 but the concerned person "Mr. Papu", ph no: [protected], is not showing any interest to do the work, every time I call him he tells he is coming next day and doesn't come.its been a month I have registered a complain and the work is not done and when I call the service centre they tell Mr. Papu have to do we cant help.If this is not solved my ac will be damaged.I want action to be taken against Mr. Papu and my work to be done as quick as possible. Please help me.

                As per policy client has to bear the charges for any physical damage happend from clients end. I agree on terms and ready to pay the charges for my "DAMAGE SCREEN".

                Where as my handset touch and panel is working fine then WHY should i bear the charges for replacing the touch or panel????? Just change the damge screen.

                Its not clients fault that 3 things are combined by SAMSUNG.

                If SAMSUNG is not following the policy then its an violation of policy and cheat case with clients

                Dear Samsung,

                I dont want any discount. As per policy customer has to pay only for damage part. In my case only screen is damaged where as everything is fine. I am ready to pay the charges only for damage screen and not for whole panel.

                I am following the policy but this time company itself is voliating the terms. If you had made product in which if working should also required to be changed with damage then show me the detail on terms and conditions where its is clarified.

                Kindly provide feasible solution as i will not pay any extra cost for damage.

                      What started as a bubble on t octa screen...has taken up the whole top part of the phone...the display has started to come off which has affected t camera...t sound and the display...on contacting the customer care...a very disappointed response has been reaped tat it is beacuse of t moisture tat has come from t ears while talking...can u beat it...a phone is not meant to talk tat means...wuch a rediculous system of complaint they said tat shows a person should not do his work...just sit in the complaint office n lick their feet...a very very poor customer care centre...i am a doctor n i wonder i should do my patients or run behind samsung service centre n beg for their mercy... a thing which looks a clear manufacturing defect is bein somehow tried to be put on me

                        I purchased J2 2016 on 25th Aug.2016. Charging after 1 day I got there was a problem on adapter. Then, go to Samsung Service Centre but they have no adapter of J2 2016 in stock also they are not assure the time of availability of adapter. so my device is dead form the date of 27/08/2016.

                        I think this would be a bad effect from customers.

                          I have purchased a washing mechine of samsung 2 years back. Now it is disturbing due to some internal problem and I acknowledged it to the samsung customer care. M/s concord service and m/s home appliances service contacted with me and send two person from each concern and collected rs. 300/- and rs.400/- respectively with an assurance of repair the mechine. As a result they were cheated me and not tried to repair the mechine yet. Is it your business? All those mechanics commend that samsung washing machines was nasty in the world. My phone no. [protected]. I have paid those amount in cash against their bill. Hope, never I shall purchase samsung product and also try to explain all by Internet.

                            Please be informed that I had given my phone for repairs on 10\09\2016.
                            Details: service request bill no [protected].
                            Date: 10.09.2016
                            Address: Margao, Goa, India.
                            Warranty: Full warranty

                            But no feedback received from office as they were suppose to inform in 1 or 2 days. When I visited the service centre at Margao Goa-India after 4 days it was informed that it will take 20 days to repair the phone.
                            Such a slow service is not acceptable and that to by such a branded company like Samsung. Showing poor efforts in repairs department.
                            More over I cannot wait for more 20 days to get my phone repaired. Also I have lots of contact and my office related work saved on that phone. Moreover. All my data which was saved on phones is expected to get lose.

                            If Samsung is going take 20 days for repairs, which I cannot wait. Please arrange to give new phones or repair in 2 -3 days

                            The phone got spoiled in less than 7 days. Such a poor product of Samsung. We lost faith on Samsung products and services too. God please help us.

                            Kindly find solution or we have to switch over to efficient and reliable products.

                              I am dilip patra as employ os bhavin industries & we brought 3 mobile phones. It contains one of the mobile back switch was not working (While everything was working/ok) so we were given in samsung service vapi at date 9/sep/2016 but that is not yet able to repair.

                                I bought a side by side refrigerator on 03/09/2015. it encounter some PCB problem on 24/08/2016 so i regd. compaint. The person mr. siddeque mob. no. [protected] visited my house and closed the complaint no. [protected] on his own. Now when i call ur ser. no. on 05/09/2016 being not satisfied by ur service, ur personnel told me that the compaint is already closed and u hv to pay for PCB replacement being my new call was on 05/09/2016, two days later of purchase date. This is ridiculous, unfair n disgusting. Not expected from a brand like u. Pls. help me out as my refri. is not working since 15 days. Everything is on record at ur database, pls. go through that. my.no. [protected]. If not sort it out today will take d issue at every possible forum.
