This is to inform you that your product samsung 415ltr refrigerator - (model code 42k5468sl) has not been working properly. there is unnecessary frost formation in the bottom part of our refrigerator. we have to defrost the refrigerator to remove that frost and water accumulates under the vegetable box because of that. the engineer who visited us told us that 2 parts are missing in the refrigerator. the engineer told us that new parts will be required. after that we have not heard from samsung at all. we have registered multiple complaints on phone but our issue has not been resolved. we are highly disappointed with this unprofessional behaviour. this has caused a great inconvenience to us. we sincerely request you to look into this matter urgently and revert back at the earliest

    Here are the details - request your urgent help:

    1) on 13th april, 2016 logged a call ([protected]) for ac cooling issue
    2) on 14th april, there was an engineer visit charging rs 173/- and the ac was planned for repair at depot
    3) i was asked to pay rs 10520 (for condenser coil change and etc.) so that repair could be started and i paid that amount on 21st april
    3) the ac was taken from my home, repaired and installed back on 29th april (in between there was no call from the service centre regarding the unit pickup / repair progress / unit delivery and we had to call several times to get the information)
    4) however the ac cooling issue continued
    5) we again called the service engineer directly and there was again a service engineer visit
    6) the unit was again taken out and taken for repair
    7) after that there was no response even after repeated calls till 13th may and finally we logged an escalation request ([protected])
    8) subsequently the ac was installed back after a 4/5 days
    9) this time when we start the ac the entire electrical line trips
    10) we called up the electrician to find that the electrical line is ok
    11) we again called a service engineer who came on 30th may and saw that this time the compressor is not working and the unit would be picked on 31st may for service back to depot
    12) on 31st may, again when we did not receive any call, we raised an escalated request ([protected]).
    13) we had escalated to samsung customer service (through their online portal) on 2nd-june-2016
    14) after that the ac was reinstalled back & we got a number of calls from the cool point service centre requesting us not to give bad feedback against any escalation call from delhi
    15) last week the ac unit once again caused the electricity line to trip and couple of times and had stopped functioning completely
    16) i gave a call to samsung customer service and raised the concern on 17-sep ; as per the call, i expected a call from the service centre in next 24 hours
    17) there was no call till 19-sep, eod. i reescalated and i was told again that a service engineer will "surely" call me. no calls till now.

    I had spent in effect rs 10, 000+; till we really do not have a functional ac since last 5+ months.

    My request is very specific :
    1) i need a full refund of all services / repair charges paid till-date
    2) i want the cool point serivce centre to be blacklisted so that no one else suffers the same as we had
    3) i want to convey a very negative rating for samsung india customer service as an overall

      My samsung side by side fridge model # rsa2nqts1 is out of order since 25/07/2016 service reference number [protected] time 15:05
      Mr. rakesh sharma - engineer attended and informed the motor needs to be replaced and part will be ordered
      No response till[protected]
      Thereafter mr. anil d'souza - engineer attended tried to replace the motor and realized that the pcb needs to be replaced and hence need to be ordered
      Mr. hemant - engineer attended after checking the pcb, informs that the pcb that has been received for replacement is wrong hence again (after telecom talk with the senior mr sagir) the part with the right series has to be ordered
      Again mr shivendra attended (a fortnight back) with pcb shipped from service centre, once again the wrong one was shipped.. and am still waiting till date as on 20/09/2016 and have received several sms that an engineer will attend within 3-5 days.
      Did call earlier and informed samsung helpline number[protected] demanding to speak to someone in authority but was refused. also asked for replacement of the fridge.
      So the wait and frustration continues.

        Reference no may [protected] jun [protected], jul [protected] aug [protected], sep [protected], [protected] first time the engineer visits and said sensor needs to be replaced he tried still not worked nxt time he said pcb needs to be changed ho took 1000 rs as advance came with pcb and tried not worked then i visit the service center the engineer from service center said if it is repaired the the ac will be replace d and now from 3 months the service engg is not replying calls and when i visits the service center sir i will send the engineer today tomm like that he is saying and when i put the complaint nxt day i will just get the msg like rs 575 is being charged... sir/madam plz solve my issue on priority

        Still the Problem Persists E2 mode, Last Week The Engineer Guy Came to my House Tried to Repair the Machine changed pcb, sensor but still the problem persists and The Engineer Guy Said the company has said the problem will be solved in 13 days from now on plz solve the issue asap

          I called on[protected] for lodging complaint regarding the repair service for my refrigerator which is not working for two days. Some customer care executive came on phone and told me "we'll call back" for taking your complaint but still no body contacted me for lodging complaint. But I got a reference no. [protected] through a message in my Mobile phone.
          Kindly take this message as complaint for repair my refrigerator.
          Refregerator-195 Ltrs. Model No.RA20/2008 (freshtech).

          Problem started from last year, Fridge started making so much Ice. Fridger & fruit tray used to clogged with Ice. Suddenly it stopped cooling, no sound arising but Light is working.

            I purchased my new samsung galaxy j7 2016 on 15 th of September. It started hang problem and device heating problem on very next day. I went to nearby customer service center on 4 th day. They didn't give me any service option. They even were not listening to my problem saying if your device is heating show us rught here by staying here for one hour and if hang problem it should get hang in front o[censored]s here. They didn't even checked my phone. Plus for faulty charger they denie me to exchange within warranty period saying that you have to purchase it. This was worst service provided for genuine issue. I want to replace my piece and not purchase any samsung device further. Look into matter urgently.

              Hi

              I want complaint regarding my samsung mobile j5.
              My job sheet id [protected].in my mobile auto functionality start working. e. g without any key press every application open. so i went samsung service center kochi. after 1 week one text message came regarding my phone like your phone is ready. i went their and i check the details i found that they replace my mother board. on that day when i check mobile my camera was not opening so once again i call them and immediately they fixed that. i went home and insert sim card and i check my speaker and receiver was not working, so for checking speaker i look on top of my speaker then i saw that my screen display was out.

              O next day once again i went their and i told the problem regarding speaker and display panel. so they fixed speaker problem. and 80% display also fine but still i can see that some what out. i saw this to kochi samsung service center manager. he told that it fine. their is no problem with display. i argued with him but he still didn't do anything. then he took my phone and look clearly and find scratch. then he blame me that this display came out because of this scratch so it my be fall down or etc.. so regarding that scratch they already mention in my job sheet. so when i submit at time also this scratch was their. after so many argument i call directly samsung customer number. they call me that you just check 1 or 2 days after i[censored] feel any problem then go and tell. i went home. and at night itself my mobile dispaly came out (clearly we can see).

              O next day in morning i went their and i saw to manager. and really when i entered into office he didn't want to see my phone itself. even though i saw to him. then he discuss with other technical guy and tell me that this is physical damage so not in warranty. my concern is if it is happen because of me then i i am responsible. but that display came out not because of me but because of them. once again i call to samsung customer care number and i told the full story then service guy told me to talk with manager. i give him and he talk with them and call cam out me and then service guy tell me that it is physical damage so not warranty. any how all are samsung employee so all are same then at last he told me that i will raise query regarding this and senior guy will call you. so i went home i wait 2 days. and at last i call to customer care. they said we call you but u are out of coverage. actually what time they mention in that duration i already attend 2 calls. so their is no chance of not coverage. then i give my second number. i wait 1 day. and next day i call to samsung customer number. and really it was surprised answer by him. he told that no one contacted you and said like that senior call you. i told check the 2 days before details, he told you did not call and and if you called and some guys called you like that so that is wrong. then i ask what next. senior person will mail from here but not call. so i ask, is senior mailed or not. he called no. then i became angry and i told clearly what you want to do just tell me i want to talk with senior and give him call. they said we can't transfer call. you go to that area service center and told to talk with us. i told i already done that he is not agree with this situation. so he ask me what manager is saying, i said he told me physical damage. so he told me that we cant do anything. really why i am waiting full days and waste time even my fault was not their. i am really help less. i am really surprised that how customer care guys making us full. because of that i wait. and at last they said no one tell you like that and this procedure was wrong. even i have proof of jobsheet (regarding that scratch) then also helpless.

              O please don't purchase any samsung mobile phone. and really i want to complain regarding this issue to rti office.

                This is in regards to the complaint of my Samsung galaxy A8(SM-A800FZDEINS), serial # (RZ8GB0914LA).

                Samsung products stand out as worst as compared to other products in any other category. Even after their products pass through rigorous quality checks, they deliver defective products and useless mindless Samsung executives temper with them at service center and put a blame on consumer.
                I bought my phone in December 2015 and started facing problems from July 2016. Samsung did not provide free of cost repair even during warranty period and I was forced to pay 8000 bucks for its screen replacement.
                During the screen replacement, my device was mishandled by them and so I started facing other issues - power button, home button, charging port, finger print sensor stopped working. They told me they will replace my phone. Now when I visited them, they asked me to pay another 10, 500. I had bought the device for 31, 500 and have already spent 8, 000 on this device in just 7 months of purchase and now I need to again pay this much amount. The mishandling was done at their end and I am the one who is suffering. I have written several emails, have called them up many a times but to no avail.
                . why should i bear the expense of the repair when the product is tampered by their service center. They have hired all insensible stupid people.
                Samsung, You should check CCTV footage of your service centers and all the calls recorded and all my complaints.
                I was told that they would not repair or replace my product and I will have to pay Rs. 10000 more now.. My device was not even properly fitted, after their illiterate so called engineers opened and checked it. SAMSUNG I AM NOT GOING TO LEAVE YOU.FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE. YOU ARE A FRAUD AND YOU CHEAT ON CONSUMERS AND VERY SOON YOU WILL PAY FOR IT.

                  I have purchased a washing machine of 8kg semi automatic of samsung vide model no. WT1007AG/XTL on 03 January 2015 whigh has a warranty of 2 years.
                  From one and a half Month I have been facing problems viz burning smell, tripping of washing machine. For which I registered a complaint and an engineer visited my house and asked me to wash a single cloth one time and went away, then also the problem remained I again requested a call from samsung then he changed the motor and from thereafter noise of that something broken is coming and burning smell is increased i again requested a call on 13th September 2016 and on 16th September 2016 but no one came.
                  I think these companies are making fool of Indian consumers. Kindly Help me out in replacing my product or getting my money back from

                      Showroom people told me that for washing machine demo...samsung team will approach you with in 2 days.

                      It has been more than a month no body comes to my home.

                      I have raised a request on 8 Sep and then took follow up on 14...still no body come to my home for demo.

                      Finally, I have used the WM...with out demo.

                      I was having some warranty issue with my samsung galaxy A7 which I ordered from flipkart. The flipkart people asked me for the jobsheet provided by the service centre, and when I sent them the sacanned copy of the same, they returned to me saying that the job sheet dont have the jobsheet number and they wont take it as prrof.
                      also, I was aked to get the estimated cost of repair done to my phone.

                      So, I thought I will get them on my email by just calling to the service centre by giving them the details required over phone. But to my surprise, no one answered my call on the numbers given on the service centre job sheet, also I had a number of an eployee working there who was in the charge of my case, I am mentioning all the details below:

                      Next day, means today also I tried calling on the same numbers but same thing happened.

                      Then I thought of confirming whether the service centre is open or not through customer care of samsung and one of the chat executive khusbhu confirmed me tht the service centre is open.

                      I went to the service centre after the confirmation, where I met Mr. Sunil, I dont know his designation buut he told me that the service centre is closed on the eve of Vishwakarma Pooja and I shoud come on monday. When I told my story and all that I was going through< he made an excuse that there is no staff who could do the need full so he cant help me. But, I saw almost all the staffs there, as I had been visiting the place frequently in past month due the warranty issue of mobile.

                      When I told him about the availability of the staffs he started shouting and me and said that nothing cane be done.

                      I kept standing there fore some time ehrn I saw a couple of service centre employees working on the system, and slowly I waed to them, fist they hesistated to help me but after few requests one of them got ready to help me, but he said that he dont know much about the billing or jonsheets as he worked as stock incharge. Mean while the service centre manager, Mr. D K gupta passed by us, and the stock incharge asked him to help him find the bills and jobsheet number in system but the manager scolded him for doing so and said, if you want to do this, do on your own and dont disturb anybody. When I requested him he went very rude on me, saying that I cant force him to give me the details and if I have any proble, I should go to the seler from where I bought the product and went inside. He was really really very rude and very unproffesional.

                      as a customer I would never tolerate this or expect to face this behavior from any service provider.

                        I have been facing a lots of issues since i purchased in April this year. I am from gurgaon. It has been more than 72 hours and he is still awaited to attend the issue. We called up after 48 hrs of filing the compaint on Samsung customer care and after receiving the details of the Service Order and assigned engineer; he gave a commitment for the next day and again he didn't turn up. Samsung customers expect better service standards and a bit of professionalism. Unfortunately not happening.

                              the advertisement says "buy galaxy s5 and get free 4G data for 6 months"

                              this one is misguiding and hiding many things which is critical for end buyer.

                              "After checking this advertisement over Samsung India website I bought the product from flipkart WS retailer (that too after taking confirmation from samsung call center whether i should buy from flipkart or not), next i contacted Airtel to avail the offer benefit then Airtle guy told me that the handset Galaxy S5 does not have 4G support. "

                              then i realized that I have been cheated by samsung. I spend my hard earned money by looking over the misleading advertisement and did not get the feature and benefit which was shown.

                              I wrote to Samsung, but till date i got nothing but an assurance for resolution. now not getting any reply from them.

                                Regarding service station there is no qualified Enginers they don't know how to resolve problem " I was purchases Note 4 and i am business man i was spend 54 000 rs after One and haf year there is some issue Note 4 is not working without power better is alwayes full . in jodhpur service centre is not resolved my problem after 3 days they are saying better is not working then why take three day ? after they are saying please we replce the better come and take it . when i was reached they are saying we dont have bettery . i am really fed up please dont by any samsung product becouse after sale services is very poor

                                  I have purchased samsung refrigerator model no. Rt42k5068gl from jk enterprises, indore vide invoice no. 447 dated 04/09/2016. I have got this product in damaged condition & it has dent on upper left side. I am uploading the pictures of damage in the product for your ready reference. I have made complaint to the dealer jk enterprises as well as samsung within half an hour of receipt of the damaged product on 04/09/2016 as well as follow up many times vide complaint no. [protected] dated 04/09/2016, complaint no. [protected] dated 06/09/2016, complaint no. [protected] dated 11/09/2016 as well as taken many follow ups with jk enterprises on phone as well as mail. But still we have not got the replacement
                                  Of the defected product with the new one still after 2 weeks.
                                  I request you totake immediate & strict action against jk enterprises as well as samsung.

                                    I own a Samsung A5 2016 series smartphone which I bought in June 2016. Almost after a week the phone was hanging after every few mins. After some weeks the screen also start f getting coloured patches. I consultant the service centre in sector 15 Gurgaon. My experience was horrible. People there were not ready to listen to me, they kept telling me that I have mishandled my phone and dropped it somewhere. I tro d to explain my problems but before I could complete they had made this notion that it's my Mistake. I still told them put in a complain. I was asked to contact the customer care n they will help me further. I call d customer care thrice they said senior management will call you and discuss. I didn't get the call. What kind of a behaviour is this on account of such a multinataional company. It's not my mistake that the phone is not working properly I just requested them cover it in wareantky as the phone is so new. All they said that it's my mistake.
                                    It's mentally harassing your customers. I request Samsung India to look into
                                    This matter and do something. This was they are loosing their reputation and customers.

                                      I have been using 2 different networks in my mobile. Been using both numbers since years. Since I purchased Samsung Galaxy A8, been noticing that calls are gone blank if i make and recieve a call. I will call a number and the other person answers but i wont be able to hear anything nor they would hear me. Still I checked with both the network operators and they confirmed that the issue is with the handset. To my surprise, my friend uses the same model handset and she s facing the same issue since day one of her purchase. As i checked with others who use Samsung smartphone, most had reported the same issue. Im totally frustrated for having spent 25K for a handset which is not even allowing me to make calls.I need a fix on this immediately.
