I have recently purchased(august 15, 2016) a Samsung S6 Edge from your dealer(Coral, Mehta Automobiles Pvt. Ltd) in Indore. On using the phone for browsing the phone's back, edge and screen heats up within a span of 3-4 minutes. I have not even inserted a sim card or downloaded any apps on the phone. I submitted the phone for service to your service center in the afternoon and they did not resolve my problem. They called me at 7 and asked me to pick up the phone by 7:30. When I reached they asked me to check the phone at my home since it's their to leave. I used my phone to see if the problem was resolved but it wasn't. I received a message that my problem has been resolved, but it wasn't. I have been a user of samsung SIII, iphone, lenovo, xiomi. I have never faced such a problem in these phone. Specifically I have used samsung s3 for the past 4 years and I have never faced heating problem. As a customer I'm not satisfied at all with neither your product nor your service. If according to your company within a span 3-4 minutes if a phone's screen and back heats up is normal, you can keep this model and replace my phone, as for me heating of screen and phone's back while browsing is not normal . And if the phone is showing such problems from day 1 how can i expect to use it in the long run. A new phone has not brought any sort of happiness but rather has caused great inconvenience to me. I have raised an issue within 24 hours of my purchase. I submitted my phone for service again( on august 18, 2016) and the service centre refused to take the phone. I had to call the call centre for help. Right now they have asked me to give them time till Wednesday to resolve the problem. They are not worried about my problem, they just want the 7 day policy to be void. My concern is genuine. Why would someone who has bought a brand new phone would run around for replacement if the phone is working fine. I bought the phone for my personal use, as replacement for my old samsung phone. To upgrade from an old technology to a new one, But since the past 4-5 days the only thing I'm doing is to try and get the issue resolved. Please raise a DO for replacement, otherwise after a span of 7 days your company would have a dozen of more reasons to not resolve my issue. Either replace the phone or keep the phone for free. I can't keep a phone that may harm me or anyone using it.
And for anyone considering samsung, please don't go ahead with it. It's just fake marketing. A company who is trying to be like Apple. Maybe on the exterior they have, but quality and service is pathetic.
