    Hi!
    This is Rakesh Choudhary purchased Samsung S7 on 21st June 2016 from reliance store, near Ganpati plaza, M I road, Jaipur (Rajasthan). I am facing problem ever since I have purchased. The phone gets hanged. Received an update, which I updated but still problem persists. Took handset to store where they formatted my phone due to which data got lost and they also updated using their software but still same problem is there. Showroom people have shown their incapability in resolving this issue. Hence I request you to replace my phone.

    Received call from customer care and they asked me to take the handset S7 to service centre. As desired, I took the handset to service centre where they checked and said we will replace the motherboard. I am telling you very clearly that I am not going to allow to do that since my Samsung S7 ( the premium phone as on date) is only two months old and facing problem since then. I strongly recommend to replace my phone with new.

        Hi,

        I had put in a request for repair of my refrigerator to the customer care department on monday, 22nd august, complaint number- [protected].

        Firstly after so many follow ups the service centre person turned up on wednesday afternoon and said that the compressor was not working. Though the compressor is in warranty he still quoted additional charges for gas fill, dry filter, combo relay and transportation.

        I asked him why are you putting transport charges, he was like if after changing the compressor, the fridge doesn't work then we will have to take it to the workshop.

        My complaint is #1 if he is unsure that compressor is an isdue then why is he suggesting to change it first?
        Secondly, i raised this concern to the customer care team on wedesday itself and they assured that a senior engineer will come today, ie on thursday to resolve this. But till now one one has come or even bothered to call

        My concern #3, the service request has ahain been forwarded to the sane service centre from where the first technician had come. The request should have been forwarded to an alternate service centre. Since the service centre which is allotted the request does not even bother to pick the phone even once. I had tried calling them n number of times

        My concern#4, when i asked the customer centre to let me know the charges against the faulty products( dry filter, combo relay etc) that the technician has pointed out, she straight away refused saying that she does not have the rate card. How on earth will the customer know if the charges are correct. There should be 100% transparency for the charges that we are bearing

          Most highly inept handling, poor product knowledge, very high inefficiency in servicing. Your engineer is novice does not know even the basics of TV functioning. He blamed Samsung TV manufacturing whereas on the contrary he reposes highest trust and respect for Samsung brand. No Samsung product mal function within short periods. I am highly condemning your service engineer vishu apathy pathetic customer services. Kindly refund our services charges with immediate effect otherwise I will raise a complaint to consumer court.

          This is only to do HDMI cable issue your engineer faulting mother board, LED to be changed this and that without knowing the trouble shooting technique. What sort of engineer you recruit stop tvs electronics outsourcing. GOD saved me in additional investment on Samsung because I have profound deepest faith on Samsung technology worldwide. We are one of the oldest customers of Samsung from 1985 onwards. Kindly return our service charges with immediate effect.

            I have given my Samsung J7 phone to service center for repair on 16.07.2016 they had given me temporary Job Order No.4576 dated.16.07.2016.

            then after they had given me Permanent Work order No.[protected] Dated.13.08.2016.

            After a month by doing many followup they replied that your phone part is not available so we will give a refund of the same.

            i have submitted all necessary Document to your service center on 20.08.2016. (Cross cheque, Invoice Copy & Adhar Card ).

            on 23.08.2016 late in evening phone call came from your service center that u come tomorrow to service center.

            on 24.08.2016 i went to service center. the manager of service center talk to me so rudely and also insulted me in front of so many people

            and told me not to come here and you just contact to customer care only.

            in matter of this bad behavior i have raise complain to your customer support team by the Call Ref ID No.[protected].

            Now i am really very much dis pointed with this type of service and bed behavior


            For this reason we purchase Mobile phone of your company?.

            But now i realize that i have done a big mistake by choosing Samsung Products.

            Because there is very poor service after sale.

            So if Possible then look after this matter and co ordinate with Samsung team and solve my problem immediately.

                  I have Samsun a/c's at home and these have recently not been delivering the desired temperatures. Accordingly, I placed a request for service and checkup of these units by phone with Samsung Service Centre. My experience in getting service has been unhappy. My service request was placed on 19 Aug and I was told that the tech team would contact me shortly to fix an appointment. No call was received from their side and so I reminded the Service Centre about this 3 more times since then - on 22nd, 24th and today, 25th August. No action from their side, no communication either. I really don't know how to proceed further.

                    So i got a mail from Samsung senior Excecutive...I respect Samsung Privacy policies so i'm not going to post on what number i've communicated.

                    Quote

                    "As discussed during when you called me yesterday morning, MSC have completed the service & set is ready now. But you are out of station now. You can go & collect it from MSC once you are back, until then set will be kept safe.Also kindly intimate me on mail once collecting back the set."


                    Then After reading this mail

                    I was like...Thank god finally there was someone working for Samsung who having some courtesy to help others.

                    And i visited Service center...They said phone is not yet serviced completly..so u can't get your phone now..Wait for one more week...

                    And i contacted Your senior Team Excecutive again...this is what she said

                    Quote

                    "the actual delay is since we should make sure to perform water resistant test before handing over the set. Same been instructed to MSC, hence why they are delaying. MSC waiting for a necessary tape.
                    Kindly wait for the revert. It will take atleast 2 more days time.

                    Kindly get in touch if any help required "

                    then i waited for 2 days...Now its going to be nearly one week since i got this mail...

                    Whenever i contact her...she refuse to answer my questions...Perhaps she could have also given up because i know how rude the service center behave to customers...there is no mutual understanding between your team, no co operation...something is always misleading...Your senior team Excecutive is saying one thing and the service center is saying somethig that is completly irrelevant...they are also not ready to give back my phone...The individual who is named Bala pretending like he is very busy...it hurts him to attend my call...


                    I think phone was serviced and water resistant test should have been done again and phone might be dead again...Phone will be water resistant only if its repaired by professional engineers and not amateur people...Irresponsible service center

                    Not even ready to update the status...i wonder if i ever going to get back my device again...

                    I'm a huge fan of Samsung mobiles and its not fair to blame the entire company for one person mistake...i hope this complaint will take prompt action against the concerned person

                    Please give back my phone.

                    Your Technocare service center keeps on humiliating me ...i feel bad to talk to them...please ask them to give my phone back...Their ignorance proves that they haven't initiated any process regarding to my complaint...

                    there are so many service center here at chennai...I'm pretty sure someone can fix my query within a day or two...if my phone is still under the control of Technocare...i'm very sure i'm not going to back my mobile...

                    they are saying phone is ready...only water resistance test needs to be done...now my question ...why does it hurts them to show working condition of my phone ?

                    Samsung Responded through mail and helped to get back my mobile very soon.

                    Senior Team Executive contacted me through phone and told that she was on leave...Now i understand ...I do regret for stating that you refused to answer my question via mail...Samsung told me that you can read mails only if you are at office.

                    And this Case which seemed like it is never gonna end...Well, its ended now..they finally gave back my phone.

                    I would give full credits to senior team executive...For looking into this matter seriously and taking right decisions...without her...this case would have never ended..So Thank You for showing me amazing people like you exist in this world mainly in samsung...you proved me that i'm wrong...

                    You have no idea of the amount of happiness you brought into my life by helping me to get back my phone.

                      I have recently purchased led tv, all of the sudden getting defective audio.
                      Logged a complaint with samsung sr [protected] (Engineer name : amut sharma). Samsung engineer came to check tv and found motherboard defective as there was no audio coming out of the tv. However, he said he will only replace the motherboard. I would request samsung to please replace my led tv with a brand new peace as it's only been 2 months from the date of purchased. This is the first time i bought samsung product only on the recommendation of my friend who worked in samsung. However, replacing a motherboard in a brand new tv made me feel uncomfortable and completely fade away my trust from samsung. Kindly provide your approval for a brand new tv so that i do find samsung more trustworthy in future.

                        I had called samsung customer care regarding a problem with my tv on the 5th August 2016 after which i was assured that an engineer will be visiting soon. Now it has been more than 15 days and i still haven't received any update from the company. I've been calling them every single day for the past 15 days and i get the same response every single time i.e the engineer will visit tomorrow and we've sent a reminder to the service centre. I've lost all patience. I tried talking to the seniors but the answer was the same.

                          Just to please Indian Government, Samsung is playing lot of Gimmicks for make in India & Independence day but in actuality they are cheating Indian people & Government by selling third grade product.
                          Our Government will very soon realise this and put hefty penalty on Samsung for cheating & doing fraudulent activities in India.

                          My complaint for below problems in Samsung A8 is pending from over 8 months now.
                          1. Software glitch due to which contacts and SMS are not getting sync on phone.
                          2. Hardware Glitch - Wi-Fi, Bluetooth & Hot Spot not working, need mother board replacement as confirmed by Samsung Engineer.
                          3. Hardware Glitch - Phone heated up and temperature rises phenomenally.
                          4. Phone frequent hang up problem due to which I am not able to receive & make calls.
                          Kindly arrange to resolve these concern on top priority by refunding customer hard earned money.

                          Since 5th Nov 2015 when I had purchased Samsung A8 mobile I am facing data synchronization problem (software problem) for which Samsung CEO & his team has done nothing instead of manipulating customer and cheating him for his hard earned money.
                          This problem is still not resolved and within a span of 3.5 month I am facing another problem which is related to hardware.
                          Now my phone WI-FI, Bluetooth & hot spots are not working.
                          And when I had visited Samsung service center F1 Info Solution & Services Pvt. Ltd. D-25, Infocity -II, Sector - 33, Gurgaon on
                          28th Feb 2016, their Engineer Mr. Prem Raj (mobile [protected]) diagnosed my cell phone and found that motherboard is having problem which needs to be replaced.

                          Just evaluate cell phone quality, since beginning this device has software glitch due to which my data from previous phone is not getting synchronized & now this hardware issue for which motherboard needs to be replaced.

                          Samsung has sold this phone to me for 32000/- Rs. and what customer is getting for this amount is... frustration, harassment & suffering instead of peace of mind.

                          Above this recently Samsung has deputed one technocrat to manipulate customer so that I should come under his influence and start believing all the nonsense things which he wants to explain & make me to believe.
                          He claims that this device i.e A8 is a highly superior device having no comparison with other smart phones and since its launch company has faced no problem related to either software or hardware.

                          Its hard to believe that company like Samsung, its CEO and employees are so well trained that they can very easily tell lie to the whole world about the quality of their product.
                          But these foolish people doesn't know one thing that customer very well understand that they are selling third grade product in the market.
                          I think its high time people must boycott Samsung & its product.
                          I have interacted with lot of customer who bought Samsung product for the first time and all are literally frustrated with product quality and has taken pledge not to buy Samsung product ever.
                          So friends its high time buy some good branded product in the market instead of product labeled with Samsung.

                          As per con-call with you on 11th Dec 2015 and subsequent discussion today afternoon i.e 14th Dec 2015, I had again visited M/s Trinity Service Centre for the fourth time after purchasing Samsung A8 mobile on 5th Nov 2015.
                          I reached service centre at about 3:26 pm and waited for about 50 minutes for your team to come, token no. attached below for your reference. Although you have confirmed to me that Samsung team is waiting for me since 2;30 pm. I don't know why you have given false information to me...?. Please realize customer time is very precious and you cannot play with them like this.
                          Mr. Gauri and Mr. Vinay came to service centre at about 4:16 pm and after a brief intro I had explained the whole issue / concern to them. They ask me to demonstrate the problem and it was done as explained below.
                          1. They provided me with Samsung Galaxy 6S edge to demonstrate the problem.
                          2. Factory reset was done and phone was restarted, it asked to configure account and I have put my gmail i.d and password in the phone. Once the authentication was done by the server it showed the backup from HTC One E9 Plus and offered to download data with 55 apps.
                          3. As apps were not required hence we selected all other data accept apps and data got downloaded but that was only HTC desktop screen, few contacts (against 2000+ contacts) and no single sms.
                          4. Hence problem was clearly demonstrated to both the gentleman, Mr. Gauri as well as Mr.Vinay. This is now done for the fourth times since I have purchased this cell phone, shown to M/s Trinity Service centre engineers (2 times) than to Samsung Senior Engineer Mr. Deepak Sharma and now to Mr. Gauri and Mr. Vinay (Samsung Senior Executives).
                          5. After visualizing this now they insisted me to do the same on some other phone and they ask Mr. Durga to provide Sony mobile. I have agreed for the same also and ready to repeat the same activity again but somehow the process is not similar in Sony cell phone hence we concluded with this.
                          Now problem has been demonstrated to Samsung team for the 4th time, what more you want from me...???. Since 6th Nov 2015 I am continuously raising this issue, now its high time you must refund my hard earned money immediately so that I can overcome the harassment going on from past one and a half month.
                          You must appreciate my patience and sincerity, no customer will cooperate so much and spend so high time in demonstrating the problem 4 times to your highly competent engineers.
                          Now kindly arrange for the refund immediately as I am highly frustrated because of this issue.

                            We bought a fridge on may 15 2016, and by first week of july 2016, it started developing issues on cooling... All items started rotting, and when we called the cs, they kept on saying they hav sent some reminders to the service team... After calls with the supervisor team, somebody came to fix, however, the same problems started recurring in addition to fan issues, defrost issues, the gasket came off. The service engineer reported it as a defective piece and issues a refund or replacement. The supervisor team is so arrogant, treat us as if we work for them. Out of frustration, we requested for refund, after which we are kept on saying that we'll receive calls from the concerned dept. No response; the way the supervisor team treats us is completely disheartening and pathetic, really regretting why i even bought this brand. Please help us; we want a refund; samsung req # [protected]

                              I have purchased new Samsung LED UHD TV (UA40JU6470U) ON June 2015. My warranty expired on June 2016. I am not aware of extending warranty option available. On August 2016 a horizontal straight line started appearing in my TV. I contacted service center they mentioned that it was panel problem we need to change it and it will cost around 30, 000. We contacted Samsung customer care and requested them that we haven't made any physical damage. The TV was wall mounted and requested them that we will pay 7500 for extending warranty for 3 years or else please replace the panel free of cost. But they mentioned that they can reduce only 25% of total cost for service and they can't do nothing more than that. It has been only 1 year 2 months we have purchased TV and it was wall mounted. There hasn't been any physical damage. So from support engineer point of view he mentioned that its electronic product and it will function properly only during warranty period. Though there are number of local brand available is market which are much lesser cost comparing to Samsung, we went for purchasing Samsung TV only for one main reason their product standard will be good and the product life span will be more comparing to other local product. I am using Samsung galaxy Note 2 and my brother using Samsung galaxy S4 and washing machine also we are using Samsung only. We believed in Samsung brand that it will last longer comparing to other local brands. But now we are thinking that we have been wrong. The support engineer was so adamant that he has been mentioning repeatedly about policy and standards. the product we trust and bought based on Samsung sales person that no issue will occur and he guaranteed that the TV will be working properly for at least 3 to 5 years. We are using standard Everest Stabilizer that is meant for LED TV. Already we have spent 80, 000 for television now within 1 year 2 months adding 30, 000 to its cost is really unfair. If there has been any physical damage I would have paid out of my pocket for service. From day one till today the TV was wall mounted and there isn't any physical damage. Please if panel problem or any other problem is going to occur after one year please let the customer know that our product will function properly just for a year during warranty period so you must extend warranty periodically. If i would have known this beginning itself I would have extended my warranty. From 10th August I am communicating with Samsung support center and I have been communicated with nearly 10 members each of them repeatedly asked about my details and gave the same answer nothing can be done from our end. Top level executive was so rude. He is not even ready to listen to any of my request he keep on mentioning that only this is what he can provide. It’s look like I was begging to him. So this is how Samsung treats its customer once the warranty period of the product expired. Please suggest a way for me to proceed further since I have no other option.

                                I have purchased Mobile Samsung A-5 A500(Gold), From Gupta Mobile, Juna Bilaspur, invoice no 432 on dated[protected].S no RZ8H500RRBH.From August month this mob not supporting whats app vidio viewing.For this i i installed samsung tutor & connect with customer care Representative on dated[protected] id was [protected], they not solved my problum.2 times also visits in local samsung servive center but they also unable to salve my problum.Now what i do.We purchase expensive mobile for better performence but this is totaly worst & cheated to customer by showing advance features.
                                Now my mind set for case file in Consumer forum against Samsung.

                                  I have lodged a complaint at your customer care no.. Ab my refrigerator.. Rt440... It's been two months i keep complaining but of no use... Engineers come n go but my problem is still there... They have changed its parts too... There's no cooling in the lower portion... My complaint no... Are...[protected] and [protected]... Its been two days since u hv lodged the second complaint... But no one has visited yet... Is your products life is just 10 years...??? If it's so why any one would prefer it? And is it the way your company deal with your customers...

                                    Hi, i have given my samsung j2 gold mobile for service on 4th july 2016 at samsung service center tvs electronics, ground floor bascon tower, valluvarkottam, chennai-600034. They told with in 15 working days we will give back the samsung mobile changing display, after 5days some customer care person called and informed now the samsung j2 gold display is unavailable. Send the documents via watsap they given one number i too sent via watsap no [protected] on 9th july itself, and then samsung tvs electronic center manager mr. Janaki raman contact me via mobile number and asked me to handover samsung j2 mobile purchase bill copy, bank account proof and id proof for refund amount display is not available. I given all copy to the manager directly to the tvs electronics samsung service center on 10th, july 2016, after one week i contact samsung service by this number 40489555, call attender said that the refund is approved for your mobile, they said to wait for a week we will call u and inform once the cheque is recieved. But no respondse so i contacted another customer care number several times[protected] they also said refund amount is approved on 11th july 2016 given reference number [protected], we will call u back to confirm the details, and given chennai manager mobile number to get details after call disconnected i will recieve message trust your quary as been resolved please quote [protected], but the chennai valluvarkottam samsung service center manager mr. Janakiraman didnt attend the call, some other girl attend the manager number and said we didnt recieve cheque manager is in meeting, till the date no respondse from the chennai samsung service centre now already chennai service center 15days and another 15 days by[protected] totally 30days now 56days over till no proper respondse for my mobile. Kindly resolve my problem. This is bill no.[protected]

                                      I purchased one mobile handset samsung galaxy j7 from flipkart in mar 16. the particulars of handsets are: mobile code: sm-j700fzddins, serial number rz8h209gktj and imei number [protected]. after 4 months of its purchase, display of mobile handsets went-off. since the handset was covered under full warranty, i sent the hand set to samsung service care, m/s jai balaji communication, f-block, yamuna puram, behind mm, buland shahr-203001 vide service request bill number [protected] dated 15.07.16. on 22.07.16, he called samsung customer care & came to know that my handset is working fine and service request number [protected] has been cancelled. immediately, my son rahul singh went to the samsung service care, buland shahr to receive the handset. but, to my utter surprise m/s jai balaji communication, buland shahr didn't return my handset after service and ask him to visit after 3 days. it is thus revealed that samsung service care had posted false update that my handset is working fine. thereafter, my son visited the samsung service care, buland shahr again & again to receive the handset but every time he was given another next date. on 14 aug 16, i personally went to the samsung service care,, m/s jai balaji communication, buland shahr-203001 and met the person in-charge available there. i was categorically told by him that my handset is not serviceable and as such case for refund or replacement will be initiated. for that purpose, he asked copy of my identity proof, invoice of mobile handset, copy of bank account details and a photograph. on 17 aug 16, i submitted all these documents to samsung service care, buland shahr and fresh service request number [protected] was generated. observing that conduct of samsung service care, buland shahr is not reliable & transparent, i have contacted samsung customer care[protected] on 14 aug 16 and getting updates on daily basis. on 22 aug 16, i was told that this case has been forwarded to management team for approval of replacement or refund. today, the 24 aug 16, i have been told that case for replacement or refund has been rejected due to the reason that documents forwarded by samsung service care, buland shahr are not in pdf format and they have asked to resubmit the documents in proper format. now, the issue hangs in between samsung service care and the management of samsung india electronics pvt limited, gurgaon and i am the worst sufferer. till date 39 days have passed from the date mobile handset was given to samsung service care, buland shahr for service but as of now there is no definite timeline from samsung india either to return my mobile handset after service or replacement or refund if they are unable to service it. after all samsung india have warranted the products at the time of sale and they are bound to fulfill their obligation. but, in this case, samsung india have not so far discharge their after sales warranty liabilities nor assigned any reasons for this. anybody can guess how i am being harassed by samsung india with on account of gross negligence of their own service care centre.
                                      I hope you will kindly take up the issue with samsung india electronics pvt ltd for their consideration and immediate resolution to return my mobile handset after service or replacement or refunds, as the case may be.

                                      With the intervention of Samsung India customer support, Samsung service care, M/s Jai Balaji Communication, Buland Shahr has today delivered my mobile handset after service. It took exactly 40 days. Complaint is resolved.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I had purchased a samsung washing machine model no. wm full 90bwme on date 31/12/2013 bearing serial no. w0335pdda00673 from authorised registered dealer kohinoor televideo pvt. ltd. situated at 53, rajesh building, opp. lamington road police station, mumbai - 400007. i had also purchased extended warranty (invoice/warranty proof enclosed) dated 08/05/2014 of the washing machine as offered by kohinoor on behalf of samsung at the time of warranty purchase.

                                        I had made service repair complaints to kohinoor & samsung since 2 months ago over the telephonic calls regarding washing machine problem. the service repair complaint which is still not currently attended to is that the washing machine water inlet is not dispensing water inside the machine drum resulting in water not filling in the drum.

                                        When i had complained for service repair to kohinoor, they told me to register complain to samsung customer care and when contacted samsung customer care they again diverted me to kohinoor saying that “your dealer from where you have purchased has to register the service repair complain with us as you have purchased extended warranty from them”. then i again contacted kohinoor several times and they said that “your complaint has been registered and the repair technician will come soon” who never came. when contacted again to kohinoor the manager/head was not at all co-operative and was rude and then later said “they cannot provide any repair service under the extended warranty purchased by us”.

                                        I feel cheated, harassed & being pushed around for the extended warranty that i have purchased and the service repair that is not being provided to me under it by samsung & khoinoor.

                                        I request you to kindly look into to matter and solve the problem urgently. please also see to it that the same matter is not faced again by me or any other customers in the future.
