This is to bring to your kind notice, the challenges, I am, as a Samsung Customer, is facing in dealing with Samsung India and it's escalation team. I happen to face issues with the Semi Automatic washing machine since it's purchase and now requesting your kind help in the resolution.
1. I was sold an extended warranty under the tag name of Samsung India by your Authorised Dealer, Vijay Sales, New Delhi 110024, India. After Samsung refused any such warranty, the dealer revealed it to be a third party warranty. Samsung India washed off their hands saying that it's common so please ignore.
2. It took 3 years for Samsung India to finally figure out the problems, I was facing and gave me a resolution in December 2021 with few parts replaced.
3. Onsitego (my extended warranty partner) had approached Samsung India during June 2022 for help in resolution of my product. But apparently, Samsung India engineer's came not to give resolution but to harass me. Rather than approaching the local police for help, I registered complaint for behaviourial issues with both Onsitego and Samsung India. But of no use.
4. Apparently, my product has again been giving me problems since July 9th and I have been registering complaints with Onsitego. Now onsitego has been forwarding all my complaints to Samsung India seeking help for resolution. But since my last month's complaint resolved only after reaching the Samsung Escalation team (though there has been no communication received from your team).
5. Now my product again has problems. I had registered a complaint with Onsitego. Onsitego has again forwarded my complaint to Samsung India for smooth resolution. Since my last complaint went thru escalation team, Samsung India have closed 4 complaints for this particular issue under the tag " No issues found and no service needed". Seems like your Engineer's are harassing me and carrying a war against me for raising my voice for bad services and harassment. Your Samsung India Engineers are a threat to me and hence all Samsung India team is supporting the gangsters.
I request for a resolution. I would be happy to take this up on the legal front with the Consumer Court and claim for the cost of the product, damages your product has caused me, all my time and resources, all the legal expenses and challenges, your team's harassment and threat.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

- And Now from past 2days after an update the mobile is FREEZING AND
RESARTING
-After the software update installation is complete yet it is freezing and
restarting
-Removed all 3rd party app yet the same issue
-Even Wiped out Partition cache
- Factory reset is not Working
-Visited Samsung Service Center and they are charging for this issue.
-Without update the phone would get hanged which intern is trapping users to update the phone
This has been intentional push from Samsung so that customer be forced to pay the clear the issue.
& Verified this issue has been on other Samsung mobiles on YouTube and on consumer complaint as well.
IF this is software issue then company should fix the issue without cost why they are charging for this issue.
This is totally a loot for the Indian People.
Please don't purchase Samsung.
Even if we follow YouTube trouble shooting issue its not getting resolved.
