Our washing machine having problem in water pouring pipe. We already complaint directly to the madurai branch of vasanth & co. But they didn't come for service on washing machine..plz send the washing machine expert to service the maching as soon as possible.

    I bought a phone - Samsung M32 priced at INR 13749 from Samsung.com on 4th of july 2022 which was delivered to me on 8th of July 2022.

    Issue with the phone - Dated 13th of July 2022 - Phone purchased on 4th and delivered on 8th started causing problems on 13th of July and we reported the same with Samsung. We were advised to take phone on service center which we did and received a D.O.A. on 14th of July.

    Start of Torture and Unprofessionalism - Though we received D.O.A from Samsung there was no solution after that. We sent the same via email to Samsung but instead of solving the problem we were asked to either visit service center, collect D.O.A. again and what not. We did the same but there was no reply from Samsung. Our defective phone has been collected back by the Samsung team as well on 21st of July. And now, we dont have money, we dont have the phone and we are running here and there to get solution.

    I would like to know from the official people that why even after being the customer and making payment, its me and my family has to suffer ? Why we guys have to run to service center all the time and collect the docs? It has been confirmed with the D.O.A that phone was defective and still the issue has not been resolved?

    I had to tweet about it, write in customer forum, send emails, run to service center and face tons of hassles for nothing. I had never expected that a company like Samsung will do this.

    I contacted them. After lots of efforts they finally refunded my money. Also, consumercomplaints.in is a fraud site. Someone took my order details from this website and try to rob me by pretending himself as samsung customer executive. Do not share any details on this website.

      Samsung M31s Phone is getting switched off automatically after the software update and per the service center they have done the system update but still the issue is not resolved and looks like hardware issue and need fix the hardware. But this is happening due to software update then why we need to pay for this as other Samsung phones are also facing similar issues.

        My Samsung M30s phone stopped working suddenly after the update. Service centre is asking for almost half the device amount stating it be Motherboard problem. My phone is not under warranty.

          On 9th July 2022 after downloading security update when I installed it in my mobile suddenly switched off...at that time nothing understood what was going on at around 1.30/2.00 A.M. On 9th July 2022 morning I went to the Samsung Service Center Silchar...after checking my mobile they told me that somehow my mobile consumed water and because of that they found fungus...but I told them how is it possible? Before updating ..my mobile was perfectly alright then what happen now? Again they told me that any kind of liquid(water) has been consumed. After that I went to the Reliance Digital Silchar Assam on 09/07/2022 evening from where I purchased the mobile (Galaxy S20FE 5G, 09/10/2021) [at that time(09/10/2021) when I purchased that mobile I told them some dust was there under display then they told me that u have already paid for the mobile so replace option was not done yet and it was a manufacturing defact], now (09/07/2022)they told me we have nothing to do you should contact with Samsung customer care.
          After that I contacted with Samsung care(10/07/2022) they told me that through earpiece my mobile consumed sweat . Now Samsung company forcefully bound me to agree that I myself destroy my own mobile by imposing water or any kind of liquid things. But in reality I was not done anything like that... when I had done security update ...started for installing it, my mobile was jst shut down but Samsung company continuously pushing me to accept that it was my own fault.
          In last few days, whenever I contacted with the Samsung CEO Everytime they told me that it's my fault and I should repair the mobile from my own money they can't replace it though warranty is still there...on 25/07/2022 (last day) they called me and told that they will repair (replace the motherboard of the mobile) the mobile at free of cost whenever the parts are available, after that today (30/07/2022) When I went to the Silchar Samsung customer care center they told me the same thing that they repair it at free of cost whenever parts are available but it has a long procedure and this process took a long time after completion of all processes then they will start the repairing...now question is that why people are using mobile phones? Obviously for day to day use or for work purpose...In your views Is it really thinks that customer care center stored my mobile for a long time?
          After all the discussions with them I am decided to take actions against the whole things.
          Now I am bound to file a case on consumer forum against Silchar Samsung Service Care Center and Samsung company.

            Hello All,

            I am very disappointed to write that I had a very pathetic experience with Samsung India.
            Last year in 2021, in the month of June I purchased Samsung galaxy M31s, and just after 13 months i.e, in the month July 2022, My phone is Restarting automatically in just every few minutes. And after some time it finally switched off with only logo visible which is not even letting the device to get into bootloader.
            I visited the service center, they told me that the Motherboard needs to be replaced and it would cost around 8k.
            There are so many people with the exact same complaint in the internet and consumer complaints forum regarding their phones(all Samsung M and A series phones).
            I am very disappointed to know that this type of issue is happening with Samsung. Just Imagine within a Year, Motherboard needs to replaced though it is not a small thing to be purchased by everyone.
            Please have a look at the disaster the updates have caused.
            And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement. Customer concerns, problems and satisfaction should be the first priority of any brand to make them believe in their brand/products, so that they will purchase their products again. Kindly replace my phone's motherboard.

              I bought mobile on sep-2019 in Amazon, mobile condition is completely well up to yesterday but suddenly today morning mobile stucked and restarting at samsung logo.

              When i shown the same to samsung care kompally, They are saying motherboard & charging slot shorted & need to change the same for that, charges are 3800 rupees.

              How this was happened suddenly without any issue in mobile phone.

              When i checked in google this type of issues are more in samsung only

                    I have ordered samsung F23 mobile along with 25W travel adapter in order id [protected] on 10.07.2022 and amount paid for both items, and the mobile was delivered on 12.07.2022. But still now i have not received my travel adapter till today. i have called customer care so many times and still date no response from samsung shops. i have lost my trust on samsung products in this regards.

                      Hi,

                      I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone about 1.5 years back, on 29th Oct 2020 (I've attached the invoice). After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. I went to a nearby Samsung service center nearby my town and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced. There were over, more than, 10 people with the exact same complaint in the service center regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail, and of course it was never mentioned by Samsung that "Hey, this update might make your phone completely unusable, so update at your own risk!" and now they're expecting us to pay Rs. 8/9k for the motherboard replacement? Shouldn't Samsung take responsibility for this huge blunder that they've created, causing a loss of both time and money of thousands of its trusted users? Thousands of M30s / M-series users are facing the same issue, and there's not a single word from Samsung don't know why ? After that I proceed complaint of acknowledged and i get call from samsung customer care but there is no response from there side, this is not a way to handle your customer @samsung So Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount, caused by your updates or its going to social media, and will definitely file a case.

                      sorry sir, I'm not okay with your concern team I have asked and requested to recover my motherboard as free cost but there is no respond with your side and after that I asked for Atleast 80% discount to recover Motherboard but they are not accepting my concern see if it's my fault of physical damage surly I will pay for it but there is compliate from your company manufacturing falut for that problem who can I pay for it so please give respect for your costumer and make you costumer happy with your service . Already a time period is running so long I'm a student & I buy this product for my study purpose but now I can't use for past 6 months & I'm depressed after this issue I can't focus in my studies, so I'm requesting to you as a loyal customer give me a remedy & service your customer satisfed.

                        This is in reference to Samsung complaint number - [protected].

                        I purchased a brand new 1.5-ton AC from Samsung offline store. Which turned out to be defective. I raised a complaint regarding the same
                        on 11th July and I was told that a refund will be provided within 7 working days. Service engineer and Samsung customer care people assure me on this.

                        After daily follow-ups and numerous emails, still I haven't received my refund.

                        It's been 18 days and I don't want a replacement anymore. I needed a refund for the same.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am Mukesh kumar. i have ordered a samsung M12 Mobile on 4th july 2022 order id is : [protected] and my mobile no.[protected]. But it was cancelled by Samsung. I dont know why and my refund has not been credited for 25 days.
                          I called customer care on wednesday and talk with RAKSHA and she assured me that amount will be refunded within 48 hours but did not get my refund and today 29th july 2022 i again call customer care and Mr. Piyush told me again that the refund will be credited within 48 hours.
                          Sir kindly refund my amount of above said order id in my source payment method of credit card no. ending with 4003 as soon as possible. so that i can again order my mobile.

                            I've ordered Samsung washer dryer for our new home on 29th May 2022 and it was delivered on 2nd June 2022. I kept it unopened as interior work was going on and requested for installation 18th July as home was ready. On opening the box, we found that there was a small crack in the plastic part. Technician said that this is a damage from earlier and asked me to request for replacement of the part. Samsung customer service response is that they will not be able to address the issue as it was not reported within 3 days of delivery!!

                              I have repaired my Samsung display worth Rs 4660 on 11th July and they promised that is covered under warranty and on 20Th July i noticed a crack on my display which is invisible i requested them to repair as it is under warranty.

                                I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy tab vide order ID [protected] on 29.06.2022. Since it was an urgent requirement and the delivery date was not suitable to me, the same was cancelled on 29.06.2022.


                                It has been more than 4 weeks, I am yet to receive my refund. In the meantime my credit card bill has been generated for which I am required to make the payment.

                                It is highly unprofessional on your part to keep customers rightful earining with you for a period more than 4 weeks. I am loosing precious earnings from the blocked amount and also I have to pay to my credit card which will be further blocked as Credit until I utilize the same.

                                I don’t feel I am at fault in the whole process.

                                There is also a ticket pending[protected].) pending, duly raised by me for the same issue, for more than a week.

                                Due to the inefficiency in your system I am made to suffer and am undergoing unnecessary turmoil and loss of income.

                                Further calls from customer care and further ticket [protected] has been raised.

                                I regret to inform you that my refund is still pending.

                                Does your resolution team really work??

                                Really a bad experience.

                                I will make sure to percolate this feedback of mine and the harassment vetted to me by Samsung by holding back my money of more than Rs.59000 for more than a month.

                                  I purchase Samsung washing machine worth cost of 32k from Samsung online estore 0n 13th july. During installation technician visit we found there are several dents marks are on machine boast and there is broken bracket behind the machine. I requested to exchange the machine but they said it is not possible you need to return the machine and order a new one. I am ok with that they told within 4-5 days reversal pick up will happen but after completing 12 days no body bother about it . I am follow with this guys regularly but do not get any fruitful answer. I really annoyed and mentally harassed from this guys. I am not able to wash my clothes from last 12 days and giving clothes laundry services with so much high rates

                                    I had ordered a monitor (LS27R650FDWXXL) from samsung.com and it never mentioned about the installation service or mentioned that there is installation charges for the monitor. my order id is [protected] and they had told me to pay the installation charges or the warranty becomes void.

                                    In there entire webpage it doesn't mention about the installation charges for the monitor nor at the time of the checkout. they had failed to mention or inform me about the installation before the product was delivered or about the charges of it neither is it mention on there terms and conditions.

                                      I have purchased Samsung z flip 3 mobile and it is an horrible experience as within 1 month of its purchase I noticed the screen getting black from the folding area. I contacted the service center to resolve the issue and get the display replace but they denied to cover it in insurance and hasn't responded in responsible manner at all. Moreover, instead of getting the similar complaints, they are just trying to cover their mistake of production department and claiming it to be an impact damage. This unprofessional attitude cannot be tolerated at all. As a customer I expect to receive efficient service and it is their responsibility too. After purchasing a phone of Rs 100000, this is not what we should get. The phone is with the service center as its displayed stopped working and it has been around 2 weeks and there is no scope of them returning the phone. They are just asking me to wait every time I call them. How long can I depend upon a spare phone? I have all the chats with customer services and I want to be contacted as soon as possible.

                                        Last spoken to mr ravi ghodiyal and he had said that they will take back ac and give me 17693 as cost but i had purchased the ac for 28999. The original cost of the ac was 31990 and i got 2000 discount on my hdfc card. There was also a no cost emi in which flipkart deducted the interest amount which bank charged me. Now no cost emi means the interest is also a part of the principle. It basically means that its an interest free emi. Just because of your defective product why should i bear a loss of more than 11000. I have complained to flipkart also about issuing invoice of lower value by deducting no cost emi interest but that is not my concern. Its between samsung flipkart and bank what terms they have regarding emi. I was offered no cost emi which means i had to pay the total cost in 24 parts that simple. On my invoice also its written the discount of 6079 includes 4079 no cost emi program discount which i have paid to the bank. Already i am having a loss on this ac so either you’ll give the compensation as per 28990 as no cost emi discount is mentioned on invoice and i have paid that amount to the bank. Or i will be moving forward with legal proceedings against samsung as you’ll have cheated me since you’ll have sold the ac. No ac gets faulty for 6-7 times in a period of 2 years. And mr Ravi Ghodiyal closed the complain saying i refused the amount. I have not refused i told him to wait till flipkart gives new invoice. I will not be bearing this loss of 4079 because of your faulty product. If you’ll not solving the problem i will move forward to consumer court with all my past complaints and prove that its a defective product as more than 6 complaints in 2 years and see to it i get my full money plus all my charges of case.

                                        Sir this i have been hearing since 3 weeks that someone will call me but nobody is getting in touch. I am a hypertension patient and cannot live without an ac. Facing lot of trouble. Each time i am calling samsung call centre they are saying someone will get back to me but nobody is calling me.

                                        Even though i have accepted the amount of 17693 which samsung has offered me and told mr chamanlal supervisor at call centre to take back the ac he said mr ravi will call me but nobody is calling me. Height of negligence from samsung.
