I ordered Galaxy A73 5G from samsung official website on 10th July 2022 and was delivered on 14th July 2022. The display had a issue. I contacted with customer support team and they asked me to present DoA for the same. I got DoA and submitted to them via email a week ago. But there is no update since a week. I'm asking them everyday and they say the same thing that they will update within 24 hours. It's been a week since I have submitted all required document. I just want my replacement as soon as possible.

    I went to Samsung Customer Care office Sector 21 Gandhinagar Gujarat.
    They asked me to change motherboard worth Rs.8500/-
    Most of people facing same problem.

      My mom has purchased samsung refrigerator (model no- RT28M3954R3/HL) on 10.10.2018 in soorya agencies coimbatore Tamilnadu. I got cooling issue on my fridge and lodged a complaint to samsung service center via toll free number. On 23..07.22 an engineer has arrived to our home using samsung customer portal details and he confirms that my mom is an authentic samsung user and said gas to be refilled. Today another service engineer has arrived and said that there is an internal leakage in refrigerator. Unit has to be taken to service center and the engineer asks for purchase bill. Samsung service centers has already confirmed all the details. Product is Samsung it's in the name of my mom. I don't know why they are refusing to resolve the issue permanently? Now I have asked my dealer to give a duplicate bill Or invoice.

        Product is Samsung obviously and they have confirmed we are the end user. But why they are refusing to bring back life to their own product. As an Engineer myself, I don't know why there is a gap.

          I am facing issue of amount refund from past 1 month yet still i am not getting an exact date of my amount refund.
          Every 1 or 2 days i am getting mails from different guys that my refund is in process and it will take (7 to 10 days) time to process.
          Now my question is to which mail i have to follow the refund date and it has been above 1 month that the other employes has given me commitment of generating the arn number for refund process yet not done by any of the employe.
          I think on every call i have received the apology for this issue, and now i am in a situation that the apology is not even getting digested by me.

          I am a student and i facing this issue from past 1 month even my parents are scolding me now for doing a transaction online, because the bank is charging me the 2nd emi for an unpurchased product and still not recived my amount refund from samsung

            I placed an order for washing machine from samsung shop app on 14th July where they promised to deliver the product on 17th July but haven't received the product on said delivery date and when I called them to enquire about my delivery was told that the product is not yet shipped from chennai warehouse so on 18th July, I cancelled the order through samsung website. But still haven't received any communication from Samsung. Everytime I have to call the customer care number but just get a reply that I will get an update with 24 hours but I never get any update. Its been 9 days now I had been following up on email and over phone with customer care about my refund but don't get any update. Now I want to file a consumer case on Samsung and want to claim a compensation for harrasment I have been going through.

              I have ordered a product with order id:[protected] on 24/06/2022 and cancelled my order on 25/06/2022 .but they have not refunded me the amount of my order till date(26/07/2022).                   It's been 20 days since Samsung did not deliver my order, they have handed it over to 3rd party agency namely Ecom express, and they assured the delivery of the shipment on 22 Jul 2022, but failed to deliver. do update no follow back nothing, worst service ever. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. wasted my precious time by making 100's of calls, emails & messages.

                      I have purchased a A50s mobile on 15th October 2020. All of a sudden the mobile stopped and when i restart it, it is repeatedly stopped at the starting screen and later total stopped. tried wit service center and they want to replace mother board problem with a cost of 7, 0000 plus on paid basis. my fight is that when there is a manufacture problem, it should be addressed by the manufacturer and replace under free of cost basis. i strongly object the replies given by the service team. Rs. 14, 000 is not a small amount to invest on a yearly basis for a mobile. we are with Samsung as the durability was good in the long years.
                      And now the quality of components' are poor. the trust on the product quality lost when heard many complaints from local mobile market as defects in Samsung A series.

                        Samsung M31 auto-restarting again and again

                        I bought Samsung M31 in August 2020. I have been facing this auto-restart problem for three days. I visited the Samsung Service center where I was asked to pay 7/8k as they said the motherboard needs to be changed, and that it is a problem from Samsung's side only. They said they are hearing this problem daily and in frequent amounts.

                        If this is the company's issue, why will we pay this big amount for it? Samsung should provide...

                        Bought 52 inch android tv from Vijay sales Kalyan. Cost around 60k. within 8 months Display problem started. We hardly use tv one hour in a day. Blank screen is coming without any voice. More than 10 days passed still replacement of part is not done.cost is to high as compared to other brands and quality and services is very downgraded.

                        When communicated with customer care they told resolution time is 21 days. Then for payment why 21 days is not allowed. If you are unable to provide timely services then stop selling your products.

                          I am jayshankar maurya from mumbai goregav. I have purchase samsung m12 . When I have put the sim card than mobil is swich off. Than i have visited samsung galaxy. Than he speack your mobile is interl dammage. But phone is purchase only 3th july and i have received 6th july and i have submitted online clame on 15th july after that visited samsung galary but he said your mobile is mother bord is damaged.
                          I have talk to coustme care he said to me first take DOA when I talk to samsung galary for DOA he don't give me DOA
                          I have also talk to coustme care. But he don't give me DOA.
                          He asked me mony rs. 7500 for repair but i have purchase mobile on 9 days why give the mony
                          when
                          I have also received defact pees.

                            Hello Samsung Customer Support Team,

                            My Parents purchased a Refrigerator of around Rs 50, 000 from Croma in December 2020 along with an extended warranty of around Rs 5500 to have peace of mind in case of any repairs.

                            In Jun 2022, the fridge stopped working, so my Mom called the on-site number mentioned on the extended warranty.

                            The person visited and charged Rs 350 calling charges and said that the rat had bitten some wires and would inform Samsung and get it fixed but still no response.

                            Also, every other house will have some time have rat problems, so a big brand like Samsung must already have some preventive measures against rats spooling their fridge OR must have advised using a Rat Repellent.

                            We invested such a high amount in a big brand fridge and also bought the extended warranty so that we don’t have to pay for any such repairs & maintenance.

                            If Samsung does not cover this in warranty, then I will lose my trust in Samsung & never buy any Samsung product every in life and also inform people in my network so that we don't lose our hard earned money...

                            I look forward to hearing from the Samsung team to get our fridge repaired without charging us any amount.

                                - And Now from past 2days after an update the mobile is FREEZING AND
                                RESARTING
                                -After the software update installation is complete yet it is freezing and
                                restarting
                                -Removed all 3rd party app yet the same issue
                                -Even Wiped out Partition cache
                                - Factory reset is not Working
                                -Visited Samsung Service Center and they are charging for this issue.
                                -Without update the phone would get hanged which inturn is trapping users to update the phone

                                This has been intentional push from Samsung so that customer be forced to pay the clear the issue.

                                & Verified this issue has been on other samsung mobiles on youtube and on consumer complaint as well.

                                IF this is software issue then company should fix the issue without cost why they are charging for this issue.

                                This is totally a loot for the Indian People.

                                Please dont purchase Samsung.

                                Even if we follow youtube toruble shooting issue its not getting resolved.

                                  - And Now from past 2days after an update the mobile is FREEZING AND
                                  RESARTING
                                  -After the software update installation is complete yet it is freezing and
                                  restarting
                                  -Removed all 3rd party app yet the same issue
                                  -Even Wiped out Partition cache
                                  - Factory reset is not Working
                                  -Visited Samsung Service Center and they are charging for this issue.
                                  -Without update the phone would get hanged which inturn is trapping users to update the phone

                                  This has been intentional push from Samsung so that customer be forced to pay the clear the issue.

                                  & Verified this issue has been on other samsung mobiles on youtube and on consumer complaint as well.

                                  IF this is software issue then company should fix the issue without cost why they are charging for this issue.

                                  This is totally a loot for the Indian People.

                                  Please dont purchase Samsung.

                                  Even if we follow youtube toruble shooting issue its not getting resolved.
                                  Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
