I bought a samsung M21 mobile in august of 2020 in amazon, for 2 years it has been working well and never got hanged before, but suddenly today(5th august 2022) it hanged while i was using it and when i tried to restart, it is just showing "samsung galaxy M21"" on a black screen and isn't getting restarted.
pls tell how to fix this as soon as possible

    My samsung galaxy m31s phone screen freezes and reboots itself. I have tried factory reset but issue is same. all samsung service centre have only one solution of replacing motherboard, which is very expensive. Most users of M31s facing this issue. this is a manufacturing defect .why should customer bear this. kindly solve this.

      With great mental agony I'm writing this for a proper resolution. I have been using the Samsung Galaxy M21 4GB/64GB mobile phone which I bought in Mar 2021. The phone was nice & i use it very gently for daily works and few social media apps only. Carried out all company recommended upgrades also. In July 2022, just to change the look of the display, I changed the display colour pallet option from Galaxy Theme from standard blue one to saffron one. The next day started all the mess. The phone for the first time hanged and restarted. Then, i thought it to be normal, being first instance, but then onwards you cant do anything on the screen, it goes hang and restarts automatically. I tried to reset the theme back to previous one, deleted cache, factory reset...all sort of things, but no result. Finally took the mobile to Samsung service centre in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. They say the mother board needs replacement as some IC got corrupted and the reason being improper update of software (which is not possible as the mobile itself doesn't allow to break a software update progress) or over charging of battery (this also not possible as the mobile on reaching full charge disconnects itself to save from overcharging. The customer service centre are simply misguiding customers and trying to get money from customers by replacing major items. Even-though my mobile phone is out of warranty by 4months, replacement of mother board in such a short span is highly not acceptable from a such a reliable brand like Samsung Mobiles. As such pls look into the matter and resolve at the earliest, by replacing the complete mobile phone or repairing with branded original component free of cost.

        My phone is 1.5 yrs old and without any dropping or water damage or any sort of physical damage whatsoever the phone screen started to malfunction and one day it stopped working. i took it to the samsung customer service and they said to buy a new screen worth 7700 ruppees. this is samsungs fault all M51 phones are facing this problem and samsung should fix this for free. not the first time something like this has happened remeber the note 7 battery explosion problem just like that samsung m51 getting problems fix this for free or i will have to file an FIR for malpractice against samsung buying samsung phones is like subscribing for a pyramid scheme

        u guys should have given every single customer a free display or mptherboard because its your fault that all the phones malfunctioned cause of an update you did this on puropse give us our money backk!!! u cheated all the customers if this doesnt work we will be filing a complaint with the consumer protection department of India!!!

          Hi,
          I'am purchase RT28T3932CR Top Mount Freezer with Convertible Freezer 253L on 03.04.2022. Suddenly I found my fridge not working( no cooling ). Then engineer visit and check, said PCB not working properly . Service center cahnged PCB 2 times .PCB not working . Fridge pick up at Service Centre . Then service center reply that they again order a New PCB and wait some days. I am already talk to Local Service Centre, they said that all parts are checked but no fault found. After machine shutdown it can't start . I am suffer last 5th july about that problem, today in 4th Aug . Customer Care always same reply that they would like to inform you that as we can check your concern has been already highlighted to the dedicated team. Please be assured that the team will get in touch with you at the earliest and provide you with the best possible resolution at the earliest according to Samsung guidelines. Today is 4th August'22. I had lost my patience. I want to refund my money. Plz help me and solved that matter immediately .

          Hi, my problem still not solved. Local service center send my freeze to change Fan . They said problem solved.
          After that we found problem not solved. Service center mechanic come to my house check ( after on/off machine not start during 35 to 40 minutes ). They gone after 40 minutes, that time machine still not started. One simple question I want to know how much days we will survive that problem. My freeze only 4 months old.

              We have ordered a Samsung TV - Costing 46000 /- through Samsung APP ON 29TH June 22 . 04th july 22 we have received the damaged TV. We have requested for reversal of product and refund .On 13th july they have picked up the TV and on 19th july we got the confirmation from company that they have received the TV and they have initiated the refund process and with in 7 to 10 working days the amount will reflect in our account. Today is 03rd Aug 22 the refund is still pending .Every time we have to call the call centre for follow up and they have there standardise phrase that they will get back to us but till date we haven't received any call back from them

                I had raised a complaint for my samsung washing machine on 20th july 2022. Since then I am following up with them but no service was ever provided. I even sent an email to India head and CEO from the samsung portal but still nothing happened. And today i received the sms that request is canceled as appointment is postponed. Even though i never received any call or anyone visited.

                    Hi,
                    I bought Samsung Galaxy Z flip 3 on 1st November 2021 and within 3-4 months o[censored]sing it, i started facing issues:
                    1) While using the phone, it's screen gets blank and it automatically gets switched off. This happened once and then it started happening daily for 4-5 times a day.
                    2) I went to Samsung service center they first told me they will upgrade the software and check and if still the issue is not resolved they will change the motherboard. So they kept the phone, upgraded the software and handed over back to me saying it's fine now. But again after i started using it, i faced the same issue.
                    3) I went second time to the Samsung service center and now they are not ready to replace the phone or change the motherboard. Now they said let us check if the phone still has issues. And next day they called me telling that that the phone is working fine and no issue. I asked them to replace the phone or change the motherboard but they are not ready to do anything. When i went back to collect the phone they told me they have changed the screen and now there won't be any issue.

                    I am still facing the same issue and phone automatically gets switched off. My phone is in warranty and they are not doing anything, just passing the time, waiting for warranty to get over. This is really disappointing.
                    I had bought this expensive phone and i am facing this issue which is really not upto it's performance. And then secondly, the service center is not helping at all. I need my phone to get replaced as this issue is not getting resolved. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this phone.

                        I had ordered my Samsung M7 monitor on the 1st of August online with an estimated delivery date of 3rd of August. On the 3rd of August, I have zero update regarding the product. According to the website it's just "Confirmed", not even packed or shipped. I've called Customer Support thrice - one said the issue is escalated and I have to wait 24-48 hours, second said her tools aren't working so I need to call them again (no, they won't call, I have to call) and third again said I have only raised the issue 4 hours back so only to wait till 24-48 hours and the product will reach me as soon as possible. When is "as soon as possible"? Nobody knows. All I get to hear are vague answers. Samsung just wants quick money, no CoD and won't even look into it's delivery. I could've picked it from the store had I known about Samsung's pathetic delivery. No wonder there thousands on complaints floating around.

                          Galaxy M31s started freezing and auto restart problem. This is not what we expect from samsung. Samsung was a reliable brand before but now it's just a burden over us. High repair charges even it was not our fault.

                            Hello all,
                            This is a disaster under Make In India initiative, govt. have to counter this as this is an act of fraud done by Samsung with millions of Indians. Govt. focused for Anti-China movement, but how we can support this when there is no Indian company of mobile eq. to samsung (KOREA) and other chinese companies. Dont know how to buy next mobile with samsung brand who did this to me.
                            I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone in[protected], the official release date of this model is 2020 July 30, which says that it is pretty new and we expect descent updates over first few years. After a recent OS update (security patch update) on[protected], my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. It finally switched off with only logo visible which is not even letting the device to get into bootloader. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centre bareilly) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced.
                            There were over, at least,[protected] people with the exact same complaint in the internet and Consumer Complaints forum regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail. I have multiple 2 samsung phones in my home. I got problems with 1 phones recently (both are samsung Galaxy M02 phones). I paid hell lot of money to get them replaced as service centre's told mother boards need to be changed.
                            Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount. It's a blunder done by samsung and expecting customers to pay 9-13k to get the motherboard replaced. My contact No. is [protected] from Himachal Pradesh.

                              If the service centre is charging more than mrp .than what they r doing in service that is blind charges.from service to parts change to sale of product;

[protected] is so iresponsible statement .statement is no meaning of MRP our invoice is mrp .he change my folder and charging point m30s but do not show packing of folders and charging point mrp and gives me only invoice without showing packaged folder and .this open type of corruption .same on name on such type of activity.

                                I have been using Samsung m31s phone for about 18 months. After I updated to Android 12 my phone has started restarting by itself. It gets freezes and restart automatically. I visited my near by Samsung service center they told me that they'll change motherboard to fix this issue. I'm a student and I can't pay this much price. I feel either this is a manufacturing defect or software bug. I request higher authorities to kindly look at this issue.

                                Even I am facing this issue since past 1 week. And after checking online, many of them who bought M31s has got the same issue. Please fix it, as it is an issue from Samsung itself.

                                  Yesterday from Samsung CEO office an agent called me and told me that I gave them my Samsung S20FE 5G mobile on their new Samsung Service Customer care Center at Rangirkhari, Silchar from their former Customer care Center. So today[protected] I go to the Samsung Service Center to pick my mobile then I saw that a tamper paper was there on my touch folder then I asked Mr. Abhishek why it was there then he told me that it was there because of protection for any scratches ... after that I go to the new Samsung Service Customer care Center at Rangirkhari Silchar, where I saw a new touch folder was there which was perfectly clean at all no dust was there on touch folder but when I bought my mobile some dust were there on my touch folder ...now it is clear!!...how it is possible?

                                    Hi I have ordered a Samsung galaxy book2 pro 360 from samsung website on[protected], orderId - [[protected]] the estimated delivery date was[protected], the order was not delivered and i had kept on calling sending mails and no reply and the answer I heard from them was "due to technical error it's delayed" till[protected] i was so frustrated and kept on talking to customer care but samsung cancelled my order without my consent and the reason was again technical error
                                    Got mail from samsung that
                                    The refund will be initiated soon and it will take 7-10 days for it to reflect in my bank.
                                    It's already[protected] and i have been shamelessly begging them to return my hard earned money of - 115891 rupees, they are keeping my money for almost a month without giving satisfying my order or providing my refund
                                    This is a big mental harrasment to me as i have to keep paying credit card bill and interest charges, please help me

                                    I even went to Twitter to complain on this, no use

                                    Customer care person literally says he don't know when exactly you will get refund as there is no direct communication between refund team and support team.

                                    Finally after my money got stuck with Samsung without any reason, without delivering the product, without providing information on why they cancelled my order after 13 days of my order, without giving proper reason on why my refund is delayed, after 19 working days since the day it got cancelled i received my refund, And this was not easy, i had to keep sending mails, keep tweeting, keep calling them, frustrated, such a pathetic experience, never ever going to buy any samsung product and will never suggest anybody about samsung product. 1. Tweet them 2. Send mails to ceo help desk specified in ther website 3. Pray 4. They do not bother whatever the pbm may be 5. Consumer courts, umang, tweeter keep them posted everywhere They ll refund it

                                    Why is it running for so long?, No one is contacting me, and i just want the refund, the people who contact me just give false promises, this is a mental harassment, why are you guys keeping my money? is this a joke to you all?, such an experience i have never faced with any company be it small or big, time to re iterate and reform your customer care support, SAMSUNG is not a small company to take advice from people outside of samsung.

                                      Firstly i have been suffered a lot with this phone that is Samsung M31S and i have been faced many problem with this phone and as of now i have invested 10k for the replacement due to the motherboard and display problem and As recently 3 months back my phone was not yet starting and its hanged at Samsung Logo and as i visited nearest service centre and so i need to change EMC of the phone and then yesterday again i have the same problem with the phone and service centre people said that its motherboard issue and its cost too much and iam requesting you the replacement of motherboard and see as a student because of your company fault we are facing issue and unnecessary we need to give money for service and repair

                                      and
                                      iam requesting you sir/madam please exchange with the new phone or Mother board problem and as you say warranty period is over and still facing the issue
                                      and this is most critical problem not to me also many people those who bought the samsung m31s problem and iam requesting you to look over the matter

                                        A 73 phone bought online from samsung shop app and delivered on 23.07.2022 has display problem.It has blue/violet tint on fonts on top and greenish tint on bottom.(see attached photos) .

                                        I immedidately contacted samsung shop about it, but they asked me to get doa(dead on arrival) from service centre. I had to travel 30 km to the service centre by taking leave to get the doa, but the service centre refused to give the doa. They just ran some standard tests and said the phone is ok.

                                        Such harrasment and poor response from samsung and also such poor display on a premium smart phone (costing rs 38000) is unacceptable.

                                        I further requested to samsung to take the phone back or give a replacemenet manytimes, but they never gave a proper response.

                                        Now they are asking again to go to the service centre.Such response is completely unacceptable.

                                        Kindly help.

                                        Sir/Madam,

                                        Only delaying is the solution being provided. In am still left with a phone having display problem.

                                        and I am again being asked to visit the service centre.

                                        It is a harrasment. and also you are not giving confirmation that the phone will be accepted for checking at service centre.
