Its been 18 months since i started using the mobile Samsung M31, till last month it was working fine and issue started suddenly, its restarting every minute and when checked with samsung service center, they are advising to change mother board and it would cost 8k. I bought the phone @ 16k and for 18 months o[censored]sage do i have to spend 8k again ? that doesnt make sense. In the service center, i have seen a lot people with same issue in M31...

My mobile samsung galaxy m31 start bleeding without any type of physical damage.
I call to customer care he told me to it may be a software problem you have to reset your phone. N j have done reset my phone, then also my problem doesn't solve then he say it may be hardware problem you have to visit service center.
I go to service center I have shown my phone they said me you have to change your display n price will be 5, 350....

Hi, I have written a mail for the CEO, of Samsung Electronics India.
However I have had no response from him, but the same parrot-like answer from a lady Ms. Simran from the Samsung e store in Kolcutta, Savex Distributors for Samsung.

The brief purchase history is like this, for 9/10 months now, and no resolution or escalation, just harassment and cheating a senior citizen of his money and time.

I made a purchase of 1m 63cm (65_quot) Q60B QLED 4K Smart TV on 21/06/2022 vide invoice no. INVOICE NO. : NOT1MP[protected].
