Samsung 523L Double Door Fridge And Samsung Fully Automatic Washing Machine

Hi Team,

My all the previous requests have been closed even which I logged here that one also. no one is giving my any solution.

Samsung M series auto restart issue

I've been a Samsung user since a couple years on 2020 I switched to Samsung M21 when it was launched.
Since the last few weeks I've been been a serious issue like freeze and then auto restart. I've haven't even accidentally dropped my phone and when I visited the service center for god's sake they told to pay 8k to fix this damn problem which was caused by you guys after the recent update !

Faulty motherboard

I bought galaxy m31s 1.5 years back. Now it gets heated extremely and goes in auto restart loop. Contacted service center and they said that motherboard will be replaced which will cost around 8k inr. This same problem is with around 50-60% of people who bought this phone and some other models too have this problem. Being a student, I hardly saved money for this phone and now it is very difficult for me to get this repaired. Samsung has not...

Hi sir,

This mail is regarding replacement of Samsung tu8000 50 inch tv

21/March 2021 we bought this tv on showroom.

At January 20 2022 we noticed vertical line on screen.

After that we called samsung support and team member told like it's technical issue with panel so we will replace it with warranty.

At the time itself I ask about better TV replacement for this...

S20 Plus Display

I am using this cell phone from the last 18 months but recently an update came on my cell phone and i undate but after just update the version my cell phone display shows a pink vertical line and my cell phone has never been dropped or pressed not even a single scretch on it

F12 phone purchased 19/03/2022 had so many problems with that device

Order cancelled and refund issue

My order no [protected] placed on 21 th June 2022 on shop samsung app through icici Bank credit card smi option, I cancelled the order on same day. but samsung India didn't refund me till date i.e, 16 July 22 which is like 25 calendar days and more. Because of samsung refund complications my bank started deducting the emi and samsung India doesn't even addressing the issue and not credit the refund to original payment mode. I request a help...

I recently bought a new flagship phone from Samsung s22 with my hard-earned money of Rs. 75000, by spending this money, we should expect a phone should at least run with a full day of battery, as I am a normal user, and I don't have installed any games as well, however for normal usage of the phone, I need to charge it 2 times day it is very pathetic,

Samsung Refrigerator RT42K5468SL

We had purchased the refrigerator in the month of Nov 2021 and within a span of 8 months the Samsung Technician has informed us of the gas leakage issue. Would request support for the replacement of the refrigerator as once the product machinery gets opened it’s comes out of warranty it is persistent problem for the customer.
