We have ordered a Samsung TV - Costing 46000 /- through Samsung APP ON 29TH June 22 . 04th july 22 we have received the damaged TV. We have requested for reversal of product and refund .On 13th july they have picked up the TV and on 19th july we got the confirmation from company that they have received the TV and they have initiated the refund process and with in 7 to 10 working days the amount will reflect in our account. Today is 03rd Aug 22 the refund is still pending .Every time we have to call the call centre for follow up and they have there standardise phrase that they will get back to us but till date we haven't received any call back from them

    I had raised a complaint for my samsung washing machine on 20th july 2022. Since then I am following up with them but no service was ever provided. I even sent an email to India head and CEO from the samsung portal but still nothing happened. And today i received the sms that request is canceled as appointment is postponed. Even though i never received any call or anyone visited.
    Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Mobile Display is not working . Mobile is under warranty but they denied to repair free of cost, they said mobile was damaged. but in actual condition Neither mobile was damaged internally or externally.

        Hi,
        I bought Samsung Galaxy Z flip 3 on 1st November 2021 and within 3-4 months o[censored]sing it, i started facing issues:
        1) While using the phone, it's screen gets blank and it automatically gets switched off. This happened once and then it started happening daily for 4-5 times a day.
        2) I went to Samsung service center they first told me they will upgrade the software and check and if still the issue is not resolved they will change the motherboard. So they kept the phone, upgraded the software and handed over back to me saying it's fine now. But again after i started using it, i faced the same issue.
        3) I went second time to the Samsung service center and now they are not ready to replace the phone or change the motherboard. Now they said let us check if the phone still has issues. And next day they called me telling that that the phone is working fine and no issue. I asked them to replace the phone or change the motherboard but they are not ready to do anything. When i went back to collect the phone they told me they have changed the screen and now there won't be any issue.

        I am still facing the same issue and phone automatically gets switched off. My phone is in warranty and they are not doing anything, just passing the time, waiting for warranty to get over. This is really disappointing.
        I had bought this expensive phone and i am facing this issue which is really not upto it's performance. And then secondly, the service center is not helping at all. I need my phone to get replaced as this issue is not getting resolved. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this phone.

            I had ordered my Samsung M7 monitor on the 1st of August online with an estimated delivery date of 3rd of August. On the 3rd of August, I have zero update regarding the product. According to the website it's just "Confirmed", not even packed or shipped. I've called Customer Support thrice - one said the issue is escalated and I have to wait 24-48 hours, second said her tools aren't working so I need to call them again (no, they won't call, I have to call) and third again said I have only raised the issue 4 hours back so only to wait till 24-48 hours and the product will reach me as soon as possible. When is "as soon as possible"? Nobody knows. All I get to hear are vague answers. Samsung just wants quick money, no CoD and won't even look into it's delivery. I could've picked it from the store had I known about Samsung's pathetic delivery. No wonder there thousands on complaints floating around.

              Galaxy M31s started freezing and auto restart problem. This is not what we expect from samsung. Samsung was a reliable brand before but now it's just a burden over us. High repair charges even it was not our fault.

                Hello all,
                This is a disaster under Make In India initiative, govt. have to counter this as this is an act of fraud done by Samsung with millions of Indians. Govt. focused for Anti-China movement, but how we can support this when there is no Indian company of mobile eq. to samsung (KOREA) and other chinese companies. Dont know how to buy next mobile with samsung brand who did this to me.
                I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone in[protected], the official release date of this model is 2020 July 30, which says that it is pretty new and we expect descent updates over first few years. After a recent OS update (security patch update) on[protected], my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. It finally switched off with only logo visible which is not even letting the device to get into bootloader. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centre bareilly) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced.
                There were over, at least,[protected] people with the exact same complaint in the internet and Consumer Complaints forum regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail. I have multiple 2 samsung phones in my home. I got problems with 1 phones recently (both are samsung Galaxy M02 phones). I paid hell lot of money to get them replaced as service centre's told mother boards need to be changed.
                Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount. It's a blunder done by samsung and expecting customers to pay 9-13k to get the motherboard replaced. My contact No. is [protected] from Himachal Pradesh.

                  If the service centre is charging more than mrp .than what they r doing in service that is blind charges.from service to parts change to sale of product;

                  This is compromise with transparency .please be alert such type of service center. MR. MANISH GUPTA RESPONSIBLE PERSON CONTACT NO. [protected] is so iresponsible statement .statement is no meaning of MRP our invoice is mrp .he change my folder and charging point m30s but do not show packing of folders and charging point mrp and gives me only invoice without showing packaged folder and .this open type of corruption .same on name on such type of activity.

                    I have been using Samsung m31s phone for about 18 months. After I updated to Android 12 my phone has started restarting by itself. It gets freezes and restart automatically. I visited my near by Samsung service center they told me that they'll change motherboard to fix this issue. I'm a student and I can't pay this much price. I feel either this is a manufacturing defect or software bug. I request higher authorities to kindly look at this issue.

                    Even I am facing this issue since past 1 week. And after checking online, many of them who bought M31s has got the same issue. Please fix it, as it is an issue from Samsung itself.

                      Yesterday from Samsung CEO office an agent called me and told me that I gave them my Samsung S20FE 5G mobile on their new Samsung Service Customer care Center at Rangirkhari, Silchar from their former Customer care Center. So today[protected] I go to the Samsung Service Center to pick my mobile then I saw that a tamper paper was there on my touch folder then I asked Mr. Abhishek why it was there then he told me that it was there because of protection for any scratches ... after that I go to the new Samsung Service Customer care Center at Rangirkhari Silchar, where I saw a new touch folder was there which was perfectly clean at all no dust was there on touch folder but when I bought my mobile some dust were there on my touch folder ...now it is clear!!...how it is possible?

                        Hi I have ordered a Samsung galaxy book2 pro 360 from samsung website on[protected], orderId - [[protected]] the estimated delivery date was[protected], the order was not delivered and i had kept on calling sending mails and no reply and the answer I heard from them was "due to technical error it's delayed" till[protected] i was so frustrated and kept on talking to customer care but samsung cancelled my order without my consent and the reason was again technical error
                        Got mail from samsung that
                        The refund will be initiated soon and it will take 7-10 days for it to reflect in my bank.
                        It's already[protected] and i have been shamelessly begging them to return my hard earned money of - 115891 rupees, they are keeping my money for almost a month without giving satisfying my order or providing my refund
                        This is a big mental harrasment to me as i have to keep paying credit card bill and interest charges, please help me

                        I even went to Twitter to complain on this, no use

                        Customer care person literally says he don't know when exactly you will get refund as there is no direct communication between refund team and support team.

                          Firstly i have been suffered a lot with this phone that is Samsung M31S and i have been faced many problem with this phone and as of now i have invested 10k for the replacement due to the motherboard and display problem and As recently 3 months back my phone was not yet starting and its hanged at Samsung Logo and as i visited nearest service centre and so i need to change EMC of the phone and then yesterday again i have the same problem with the phone and service centre people said that its motherboard issue and its cost too much and iam requesting you the replacement of motherboard and see as a student because of your company fault we are facing issue and unnecessary we need to give money for service and repair

                          and
                          iam requesting you sir/madam please exchange with the new phone or Mother board problem and as you say warranty period is over and still facing the issue
                          and this is most critical problem not to me also many people those who bought the samsung m31s problem and iam requesting you to look over the matter

                            A 73 phone bought online from samsung shop app and delivered on 23.07.2022 has display problem.It has blue/violet tint on fonts on top and greenish tint on bottom.(see attached photos) .

                            I immedidately contacted samsung shop about it, but they asked me to get doa(dead on arrival) from service centre. I had to travel 30 km to the service centre by taking leave to get the doa, but the service centre refused to give the doa. They just ran some standard tests and said the phone is ok.

                            Such harrasment and poor response from samsung and also such poor display on a premium smart phone (costing rs 38000) is unacceptable.

                            I further requested to samsung to take the phone back or give a replacemenet manytimes, but they never gave a proper response.

                            Now they are asking again to go to the service centre.Such response is completely unacceptable.

                            Only delaying is the solution being provided. In am still left with a phone having display problem.

                            and I am again being asked to visit the service centre.

                            It is a harrasment. and also you are not giving confirmation that the phone will be accepted for checking at service centre.

                                I bought a phone - Samsung M32 priced at INR 13749 from Samsung.com on 4th of july 2022 which was delivered to me on 8th of July 2022.

                                Issue with the phone - Dated 13th of July 2022 - Phone purchased on 4th and delivered on 8th started causing problems on 13th of July and we reported the same with Samsung. We were advised to take phone on service center which we did and received a D.O.A. on 14th of July.

                                Start of Torture and Unprofessionalism - Though we received D.O.A from Samsung there was no solution after that. We sent the same via email to Samsung but instead of solving the problem we were asked to either visit service center, collect D.O.A. again and what not. We did the same but there was no reply from Samsung. Our defective phone has been collected back by the Samsung team as well on 21st of July. And now, we dont have money, we dont have the phone and we are running here and there to get solution.

                                I would like to know from the official people that why even after being the customer and making payment, its me and my family has to suffer ? Why we guys have to run to service center all the time and collect the docs? It has been confirmed with the D.O.A that phone was defective and still the issue has not been resolved?

                                I had to tweet about it, write in customer forum, send emails, run to service center and face tons of hassles for nothing. I had never expected that a company like Samsung will do this.

                                I contacted them. After lots of efforts they finally refunded my money. Also, consumercomplaints.in is a fraud site. Someone took my order details from this website and try to rob me by pretending himself as samsung customer executive. Do not share any details on this website.

                                  Samsung M31s Phone is getting switched off automatically after the software update and per the service center they have done the system update but still the issue is not resolved and looks like hardware issue and need fix the hardware. But this is happening due to software update then why we need to pay for this as other Samsung phones are also facing similar issues.

                                    My Samsung M30s phone stopped working suddenly after the update. Service centre is asking for almost half the device amount stating it be Motherboard problem. My phone is not under warranty.
                                    Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      On 9th July 2022 after downloading security update when I installed it in my mobile suddenly switched off...at that time nothing understood what was going on at around 1.30/2.00 A.M. On 9th July 2022 morning I went to the Samsung Service Center Silchar...after checking my mobile they told me that somehow my mobile consumed water and because of that they found fungus...but I told them how is it possible? Before updating ..my mobile was perfectly alright then what happen now? Again they told me that any kind of liquid(water) has been consumed. After that I went to the Reliance Digital Silchar Assam on 09/07/2022 evening from where I purchased the mobile (Galaxy S20FE 5G, 09/10/2021) [at that time(09/10/2021) when I purchased that mobile I told them some dust was there under display then they told me that u have already paid for the mobile so replace option was not done yet and it was a manufacturing defact], now (09/07/2022)they told me we have nothing to do you should contact with Samsung customer care.
                                      After that I contacted with Samsung care(10/07/2022) they told me that through earpiece my mobile consumed sweat . Now Samsung company forcefully bound me to agree that I myself destroy my own mobile by imposing water or any kind of liquid things. But in reality I was not done anything like that... when I had done security update ...started for installing it, my mobile was jst shut down but Samsung company continuously pushing me to accept that it was my own fault.
                                      In last few days, whenever I contacted with the Samsung CEO Everytime they told me that it's my fault and I should repair the mobile from my own money they can't replace it though warranty is still there...on 25/07/2022 (last day) they called me and told that they will repair (replace the motherboard of the mobile) the mobile at free of cost whenever the parts are available, after that today (30/07/2022) When I went to the Silchar Samsung customer care center they told me the same thing that they repair it at free of cost whenever parts are available but it has a long procedure and this process took a long time after completion of all processes then they will start the repairing...now question is that why people are using mobile phones? Obviously for day to day use or for work purpose...In your views Is it really thinks that customer care center stored my mobile for a long time?
                                      After all the discussions with them I am decided to take actions against the whole things.
                                      Now I am bound to file a case on consumer forum against Silchar Samsung Service Care Center and Samsung company.

                                        Hello All,

                                        I am very disappointed to write that I had a very pathetic experience with Samsung India.
                                        Last year in 2021, in the month of June I purchased Samsung galaxy M31s, and just after 13 months i.e, in the month July 2022, My phone is Restarting automatically in just every few minutes. And after some time it finally switched off with only logo visible which is not even letting the device to get into bootloader.
                                        I visited the service center, they told me that the Motherboard needs to be replaced and it would cost around 8k.
                                        There are so many people with the exact same complaint in the internet and consumer complaints forum regarding their phones(all Samsung M and A series phones).
                                        I am very disappointed to know that this type of issue is happening with Samsung. Just Imagine within a Year, Motherboard needs to replaced though it is not a small thing to be purchased by everyone.
                                        Please have a look at the disaster the updates have caused.
                                        And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement. Customer concerns, problems and satisfaction should be the first priority of any brand to make them believe in their brand/products, so that they will purchase their products again. Kindly replace my phone's motherboard.
