I have purchased a50s mobile on march20...and now all of sudden mobile stopped and when i restarted it, it is repeatedly stuck at the starting logo screen.and later totally stopped.
Tried with service center and they want to replace the motherboard and charging socket with a cost of approx. 9000 on paid basis...
My fight is that when there is a manufacturing problem, it should be addressed by the manufacturer and replace under free of cost as most of the peoples are facing the same problems...
we are with samsung as the durability was good in long years as we used many products ...And now the quality of components are poor ...
the trust on the product quality lost, when heard many complaints regarding this...I also want to mention that i'm not a hard user of phone..
To my utter surprise and that to from the brand of samsung, l never expected this, i'd never recommend an other soul to go with samsung products...

I urge samsung to take an immediate action on this and get my phone repaired.

    I have a samsung M42, using since 1 year, I am completely disappointed by its poor camera stability and user interface that shows up ads and auto install apps without permission. I want a refund or upgrade my phone by exchange. Samsung sucks.

      My samsung M31s has been freezing when using the device & then restarting again automatically.

      This is happening frequently
      Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      This is a common problem and they are denying it.. A lot of people are already cheated by samsung... I am a victim.Please share your details to me [protected].I am going to move to consumer court along with some other people have similar complaints.
      I am facing same thing. What to do ?????

        Dear Samsung,

        I purchased my samsung m31 sometime around august before the last. it's not even been 2 years. i took meticulous care of because changing my phone frequently is not a viable option for me. it had 128 gb memory and i haven't even used up a quarter of it. there weren't any other problems with it not lagging or whatsoever. one morning it suddenly went still and got into a boot loop. there after it did not turn on. I approached samsung customer center and they informed me that it was a motherboard issue. it costs nearly 8000. i didn't do it because of the price. then when I further looked into it seems that most phones in the Samsung M series and A series seem to have the same problem. a phone service centre said that people have been crying about the phones that they brought after saving up. many people warned me about purchasing a samsung product but i was quite satisfied with the previous samsung products that i choose to ingnore them. if i had know i would have invested my money on a more reliable product. as u might have noticed thatr many people have same problem and you have choosen to conviniently ignored it. i assume that is an example of the customer care that u provide. i hope that u address the matter quickly. thank you

          I purchased a samsung mobile phone model A33 5G from The Chennai Mobiles porur (date : 19/06/2022)

          I was cheated by getting defective phone
          The Chennai Mobiles showroom promised me that if any problem happens between 14 days from the date I purchased, the phone will be replaced

          But

          From the very beginning (The Next day) the phone is not working properly, Hanging, heating, Slowing down, Multi touch issue, I took it to the Chennai mobiles
          they updated all softwares and told me that, it would be working fine
          But same problem persists
          Again went there, They directed me to contact samsung service center porur,
          I went there and told the problems
          They reloaded the operating system OS, But the same problem persisted the next day.

          Again went to service center, they kept my phone for 3 days for absorbing the issue, and reloaded the OS again and gave it to me to use

          But same problem persists.
          Again went to service center with proof of screen recording video

          Again they did same things, reset the phone and push me use the same phone with same problems

          More than 10 days i used to go to the mobile showroom and the service center,

          The samsung company and the chennai mobiles shop are the responsible for selling phone in good condition. But they selling defected piece and convinced to use as normal

          Every time I complained about the issues they convinced me Use this defective phone. they were not ready to replace the phone

          I'm facing so many problems because of this phone,

          I am depressed,
          I can't go to my work

          waste of money, waste of time and I am very much depressed

          I have some proof for my complaint

          They told me again, to use this defective phone,

          I won't use this phone again
          You people promised me, if any problem happens, the phone will be replaced

          But its more then 25 days

          From the date i purchased, I never use single day, .

          Have I done any mistake?
          I went to The Chennai Mobile and the Samsung Service center more than 10 days

          Im depressed
          Im done

          I want new phone (As you promised)
          Or return back my money.

            My galaxy s20 plus mobile phone suddenly has a green vertical line on the screen. The phone did not sustain any physical damage nor was impacted in any way that could cause such problems in the screen. Having checked online multiple users have raised the very same issue. As consumers after paying such a hefty price tag for a premium product it is disheartening to face such ordeal. Samsung India is yet to acknowledge the problem and the only solution cited by the Authorised Service Centres is a screen replacement which would cost around Rs.15500. I hope Samsung India redress my grievance.

            Please note all issues has came after an software update

              I had purchased this phone in October 2020 and had been using the same since then.
              Last month the phone suddenly started showing a green line across the screen which has now changed to pink.
              On visiting the Samsung Care center I was advised to replace the whole screen at a cost of Rs 20000.
              I have since done some research and found that this issue is not isolated to me but is a bug from Samsung. I have been a customer since ages and changed to each newer generation since I owned a Note 2 phone. Please help.

                I have order phone from Samsung shop app on 24 jun and it has to deliver on 29 jun but in tracking details it show miss in audit and and tried several time and complaint against this but nothing happened no refund and no phone was delivered. Every time i called them they give different answers every time. Yesterday 11 july i got notification from delivery logistics it says package has been lost. My order id is [protected]. I want my refund and compensation of late delay and metal harassment of this every day i tried and nothing happened just got the mail of apology thats it. Help me out and give compensation.

                I have also registered a complaint in NCH(national consumer help)
                Its a big fraud company, never purchase from samsung shop. If you need to purchase samsung product, purchase from amazon.

                Bro i literally frustrated about this they are not taking action and delhivery courier they not give any customer support and on 11 juky they mark my phone lost and samsung is just saying that when ever it reaches us then they will provide refund

                    I have purchased Samsung galaxy M 31 online for my wife during August last 2020.(. Model number SM-M315FZBGINS, bearing serial RZ8N80DJEDR.)After one year o[censored]sage (during November/December 2021)my handset started showing restarting problem. Initiallly it was mild and I thought I can use some how. But it started getting worst. I approached two samsung service centers in Calicut during January 2022.I got a reply that it is due to the problem in motherboard due to software update and you need to change the motherboard. They told me that it will be charged around 8000.I was very sad and started searching for an alternate solution. I searched internet about the issue. There were more reviews of similar issues and I couldnt get a single case of positive response from samsung. There were many news for the same even in many news websites and all.Some of the links are as below

                    I again started complaiming through my mails to samsung in April. I got a call from their representative saying that it cannot be solved as the warranty already over. I told him that it is a common issue (not only the case of mine ) and I have told him just to google to know the fact and similar cases. He told me that there is no need and 80% of them are frauds. Again I felt very disheartened hearing that. After this I shared the news links and all to servivehead.[protected]@samsung. com. From there I got a call from Deepu, service executive. He asked me to submit phone again and submit a job sheet. I somehow managed to do that during my busy work schedule. After some days he again asked me to submit the phone and create a new job sheet as he needs to take some reports. I again submitted the phone. From the service centre they told me that there is no physical damage or water damage to my phone, the problem is only due to software update. But Mr Deepu after some days called me and told me that he cannot solve the case because there is a line on outer cover of the camera. I still dont know how it is related to mother board issue. It is a clear case of cheating customers (It is not only the case of mine, but for many). Interestingly we cannot mail back(reply) or call them back to the service team of samsung. We need to wait for their response for a never ending periode. I again raised a mail on 19/05/2022.They told me that they will contact me. But no one contacted me. After raising so many complaints in social media, again I got a call on 23 rd June from Ms Shivangi, customer service executive.Then they asked me to submit the phone again to service centre. I submitted my phone in the service center near by me.Aftrr this again I didnt get any response for many days. I tried to contact them through mails, calls etc. No response for many days. Again I raised my complaints through social media. After so many days I got a call on 4th July from Mr Jay Prasad, senior executive from samsung and he told me that he assigned Mr Deepu again to solve my ssue. Again the same thing repeated. He started not responding my calls mails.Finally on 10 th July I got a call from Mr Deepu saying that they cannot solve my issue as there is minor line on the camera outer cover. I asked them if any hospital reject a person who approached them with a heart attack, saying that there is minor wound on his leg??? He had no answer!!! Simply he told me that this is samsung's policy!!! What a policy is yours!!! Brainless, pathetic!!! You have a zero customer service policy!!!i I am attaching a photo of my camera outer cover here.. You decide the things..We can easily see many similar case in social media sayng similat issues. We are not getting any service from samsung india.

                        We have purchased a Samsung refrigerator on[protected] from Vasanth & Co -Mylapore Branch. from the day 10 the cooling issue starts, and we have giving a complaint to Samsung Service but there are not responding properly, and they are telling today we will come like that .but no one have turned up. After 3day of complaint there are coming to visit the service issue given by us, and they are charging a amount ok 5k for cooling issue .In between we have filed a lot of complaint to Samsung, but no response and we have the issue till 2022...and the service engineers are behaving rudely to women's. I need to replace the refrigerator or I need my money back.

                            Samsung is harrassing me very much..
                            Ur engineer Mr Abhijit is not coming on time and when coming always saying one more part is not working..
                            If all the parts are not working then why are you not doing it in working condition or replace it..
                            All the summer is about to go..
                            We are suffering all day and u are all sitting and enjoying in ur table..
                            This is the service of samsung..
                            Completely disappointed..

                              I have purchased ac last year which is under warranty, ac service was called, he has seen the problem and told us that 1 of spares in external unit is defected and it is not with them and will order and will come from company in a week, 1 of that spares was replaced but still not as 1 more spares was not working again that spare was also not there with them and to be ordered and will again take 1week but it took more than 10 days to fit...but again service man is replying us that 1 more spare is not working so our complain is not resolved since 40days...all summer is getting ended still not repaired...in 1 years so much problem with Samsung and is not resolved till...very disappointed with Samsung service, plz getted resolved...

                                I called sumsung customer support and escalated my issue. They have assigned my issue to one person named Jagathee.[protected]@partner.samsung.com

                                I am trying to explain my issue and he asked me to share the job id which is registered during warranty period.i have shared the same. Next day he called me and interrogating like police officer like when you affected with covid do have any proof. How many months took to recover. Why didnt you travel to Anantapur District for service center etc. I have never seen this type of conversation earlier. I clearly told initially reported the issue in Hyderabad. Later due to Covid i went my home town and visited few samusung service centers they told me as usual "reset factory setting" or "installing os". Even i called customer customer support and they guided me over the phone same factory resettings etc. After visiting they didnt provide any jobid/acknowledgement for me. Recently i have visited kodapur, Hyderabad service center same thing they have installed the software. Next day again restarting. After escalating many times and visited again that time they have created Job sheet . Could you please me to resolve my issue.

                                I have purchased this Mobile in 2020 aug 6. Its having heating and restarting issue. So given the mobile in Samsung support center with in the warranty period. But still facing the issue . In between i called many times and they suggested me to reset the factory settings. Still facing the same problem. Couple of weeks back also it's over heated and restarted . I have twin babies due to its over heated I was scared and called support people they suggested me to switch off the mobile and kept outside the house .Yesterday also visited samsung service center and changed the software. Still facing same issue.
                                After escalating and after questioning them strongly they are telling its mother board issue.

                                Above job id is created with in the warranty period regarding the same issue.

                                Here I want to tell my issue is keep repeating since the phone is under warranty. With in the warranty time I have submitted. They are not able to resolve my issue . I have visited few service centers and same as usual they installed the OS. I am not going to pay single rupee for this issue. I went through the portals samsung M31S having lot of heating and restarting issues.In my case wantedly they are keep dragging and telling common scenarios like reset factory settings/installing OS.

                                Same product having lot of issues. I have collected 10 to 12 documents saying samsung M31s having restart issue.Here pdfs i am not able to attach.Like that we have thousands customers suffered and wasting their money .
                                Requesting you to please help to resolve my issue . If you are not in the position to resolve this issue very sure i will file a case against Samsung India in consumer court. Thanks

                                I have escalated the issue.I have visited samsung service centre in Hyderabad 2 times. When I visited first time they told me to reset the factory settings. They didn't given any job id first time .After that the issue is keep repeated. After that i have visited few more service centres even they told the reset factory settings.Again i have visited jul 2nd in hyderabad., They changed the software again . For this day they didn't create any jobsheet. After escalating they created the job id with in warranty period. Job id: 4324696087. Since my issue is keep repeating when it was in warranty period. I got call from [email protected]. He is not helping and he closed my VOC.

                                Basically I am lover of Samsung even 4 months back i bought 55 inch led tc and earlier also i bought refrigerator, TV, washing machine etc. But i trusted lot. In case of my mobile every one betrayed me. Just i went through the internet came to know samsung M31S having mother board issue.

                                  Please note that I purchased Samsung's power bank on May 22, 2022 with a six-month guarantee from you, but only a month later my power b.The bank was dead. Due to the guarantee I went to your service center Sangrur on 5th July 2022. They put some pictures of the power bank and asked me to send these pictures to my senior officer to ask. Only then can we change it. They gave me two days but when I went to the service center twice today they said it can't be changed and I was not told any reson.I have also sent many mails to your support mail id but no satisfactory reply has been given. Please change my power bank or tell me the reason for not changing it. Thank you.

                                    Transition done and amount debited from account but recharge not done.

                                    Recharge of RS 179 by Samsung pay mini app, but i did not get the recharge and the money was cut from the account.
                                    I did a search on my bank account but they did not help me. He said that after the deduction of the money from the account, ask them whom you have been recharged. Please help me.

                                    I had complained about the washing machine not working in April 22. The service engineer mentioned that the PCB needed replacement, so paid for the same and got it repaired in about 2 weeks.

                                    In June again the machine developed a problem and the service engineer mentioned that the PCB was faulty and would be replaced as they had already charged for it. Since then I have been waiting for the part to come and be replaced.

                                    Samsung only replies that they will look into the matter but there is no resolution of the issue.

                                    I would like to understand why a part takes so long to be sent across.

                                      Samsung — Screen bleeding purple blue issue

                                      I have Samsung M31 purchased on 21. July 2020 and having extended Samsung care+ warranty up to July 24th 2022. From yesterday 7th july suddenly I saw blue and purple patches on the screen and it's started spreading gradually. Today I reached to Samsung authorized service center and they said it's not covered under warranty. Eventhough I have active extended Samsung care+ warranty which clearly implies accidental and liquid damaged covered. Authorized service center said that it not an accidental damage.
