Complaint no. [protected] dtd 12/12/2021. Attended by Peddina Malleswera Rao on 13/12/2021. But the problem was not resolved even though he has collected RS3, 500/-for service. He has not shared with me any receipt saying will get it online. Later on somebody telephoned for a follow up and came to know that the problem could not be solved But there is no one turned up. The problem of water accumulation is still there and now a new complaint was raised by me ie., [protected] dtd 10/08/2022. The Technician wanted to replace a part which is costing Rs3500/- without even checking the equipment. Please do needful so that the fridge is usable.

      Purchased a Samsung phone(Galaxy F41) in oct. 2020.
      Since last 4-5 months, immediately after the warranty period was over, I started facing issues of getting "switched off" on it's own "now and then".

      Initially I thought that there might be some power issue because of which it is getting switched off on its own now and then. But 2 days back, it stopped working all together and got "DEAD". Went to the mobile shop and came to know that the "IC" of the phone is faulty and will be replaced which will cost around 6500/- plus service charges plus GST. Also came to know that this problem is very common in most of the "F-series" Galaxy phones from Samsung.

      What I want?
      I want the replacement for the same and that too free of cost.

      Really couldn't expect this from Samsung India

        Bad quality phones s22 ultra, motherboard corrupted in 5 months without heavy use

        I bought a Premium phone from Samsung and within 5 months it's motherboard, and charging board is corrupted ( wifi stoped working after an update and services center informed it whole system is at fault seems like its a manufacturing defect)
        If this is the quality of Samsung Premium Product then I don't know how your other products are.
        I requested for a replacement which am told is not your policy, but I requested an exception...

        If this is the quality of Samsung Premium Product then I don't know how your other products are.
        I requested for a replacement which am told is not your policy, but I requested an exception as I see that you have sold me a defective product, Because if it's not a defective Product then this is much bigger problem as Samsung Rs 100k + product cant survive 5 months. So that means customer is bound to spend more money to repair it or let go of a product in 5 months.
        Please I am requesting help because i dont know where to go now, I have lost all interest in this phone if it's not replaced then suggest me something that would give me some satisfaction towards the hard earn money i have given you. It might be nothing for you but it was my few months salary.
        Please help, right now I feel cheated and robbed.

          I purchased 2 mobile M31 and M31S from Amazon in the month of Oct 2020.
          M31 had an issue on 3 Aug which got repaired after paying Rs 4600. M31S had a display issue on 8 Aug where the screen got completely black after displaying Samsung and the model name. Both issues come within 15 days after mobile updation

          Today I visit the service center and they told to replace the motherboard at 8K cost.

          There was 8-9 person having the same issue and the center told them to replace the motherboard.

          You can check last week's data where you will get a similar complaint from the customer side

          Phone not getting liquid damage / Cracks / Broken it is updation issue so request you please help to get it repaired without any charges.

            I've had my Samsung Galaxy M31s for 23 months. My phone has recently begun to freeze and then restart. This occurs so frequently that I can no longer use my phone properly. I checked some Samsung community forums and found the same problem posted by many other people there, and Samsung has yet to issue a statement on how they intend to resolve this issue. Because so many of their users are experiencing the same problem, they should investigate the matter.

              Hello Sir.

              Hope you are doing good and thank you for taking out time to read this in your schedule,
              I am Vishal Verma, use to be a loyal Samsung consumer from Galaxy Note 9 to current galaxy S22 Ultra I have bought them all and used happily.
              But the recent experience with Samsung has left bitter experience to say the least.
              I had ordered galaxy s22 ultra and galaxy watch from Samsung portal of which s22 ultra got delivered and the watch was not, it was supposed to be a birthday gift for my fiance and it did not reach her on birthday.
              To add salt to the wound it''s been more than 17 days since I raised complaint and no has cared to give me a tentative timelines despite following up twice daily on Samsung support on WhatsApp and call.
              It leaves me with utter disappointing experience how can Samsung treat it''s prime customer who buy it''s flagships product after spending their hard earned money.
              I''m afraid if I will be able to trust Samsung again with my purchases for someone special.

              Request if you could please kindly let me know when the watch will be delivered tentatively and no false assurance "Our team is working on it" (This is the response i have been getting daily, no has bothered to call and inform me anything)

                  The below ticket was raised on 3rd August and today is 11th still the the issue is not resolved.
                  On 5th August a engineer visited and told gas leakage issue and he will arrange and gas and come next day to repair it still there is no sign.
                  I called customer care executive and they informed me by Monday 8August engineer will cost still no sign.
                  We buy Samsung product as we heard after sales services are very good.
                  I have used multiple brand electronic items but no one has given such pathetic services as Samsung. I am disappointed with samsung.

                    Last month I purchased a Samsung Tab S7 FE and it had an offer of buying the keyboard board cover for 50% discounted price. I ordered the same by paying Rs 6200 approximately and upon receiving tue order, I found a basic Samsung notebook cover and no keyboard. Upon reaching out to Samsung chat support on this matter, absolute no support provided.

                      I had an issue in my Samsung M31s device (auto calling on emergency number) and I raised the service claim on 1st Aug 2022 as I had extended warranty under samsung care+.

                      During conversation with customer care, My device was supposed to be returned to me within two working days after the pick up date (i.e. 2nd August) but i have still not received my device. I have called several times to customer care but there is no proper resolution from the team. I have also escalated to their CEO team as well as Service Head but issue is still not resolved.

                      I am facing very much difficulty as I do not have another spare smartphone and Samsung Service centre is not able to return my device even after a week's time.

                            I have purchased a samsung mobile and given 4 times for repair in ktym service center.They have given after repair twice and not rectified at last they said they changed the display but still not working.Mobile is getting switched off often and I am not getting any proper service from the ktym service centre.In between the phone is working and they said they cannot take the phone for repair when it is working.I will never buy any samsung products in my life again .

                                I ordered a mobile and an adapter through Samsung shop app vide order id # [protected] on dated 18.07.2022. But on dated 20.07.2022 I requested to cancel the said order due to some reason. My order has duly been cancelled and I received a message on dated 25.07.2022 from Samsung that my refund will be initiated within 7-10 days.

                                But I regret to inform you that I did not get my refund against my order ID# [protected] even after requesting many times through every medium via email or chat with Samsung customer care executives. Every time I am being told that concerned team is working on your issue. But no action for my refund has been made till date. This is harassment of a customer.

                                My concern is already raised through concern/ticket ID # 65318760 which I got through email on dated 29.07.2022.

                                Please initiate my refund

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  In sep'2021, I had given a complaint for damaging my TELEVISION while i was in Delhi during visit of engineer fro LED issue and not supporting later on though sufficient evidence was provided that engineer had
                                  not given correct information,
                                  engineer had not given estimates and
                                  that the engineer's overvation found to be incorrect.
                                  Recommended Dongle is working perfectly which was asked to replace for Rs.6000.00 (around)
                                  Escalation done but no use, customer is not important.
                                  A new problem came--- suddenly the display was black (full screen) with sound continuing after 5 seconds of the display perfectly as usual.
                                  I called the Samsung engineer through the customer care call number.
                                  On visit engineer ([protected]) after inspection he said "TV's PANEL is no longer working and needs to be replaced whose cost is around 30000.00."
                                  i said fine, give me an estimate,
                                  he said "i cannot give", he was not giving a bill for visit charges also like last time,
                                  i said "do you know what problem i called you".
                                  he said "yes"
                                  Then i said "why you have written VISIT CHARGE, you should mention the problem inspected and also give an estimate for the same."
                                  i was in office, he gave me whatsapp photo of receipt mentioning VISIT CHARGE
                                  I said "did i asked you for tea so that you have just mentioned visit charges? At least your inspection report should be there in the receipt."
                                  then he mentioned PANEL PROB on 2nd whatsapp
                                  I said if there is a panel probe get it corrected.
                                  then he mentioned panel cost, on 3rd whatsapp
                                  i said am i asking just panel cost.
                                  Then he mentioned panel replacement cost is Rs.29897.00 on 4th whatsapp
                                  (all evidence is attached)
                                  . I said thanks, I paid his visit charges and was kept quiet for a week.
                                  Then I called URBAN COMPANY.
                                  They observed that only the KICK card is to be replaced and not a panel whose cost is only Rs.6500.00
                                  In 4 days they replaced the kick card and my TV is working perfectly fine.
                                  (evidence is attached for call and payment done to URBAN COMPANY)
                                  now my question
                                  Is this SAMSUNG really worth adopting,
                                  is the management sleeping all the time, no matter what is happening on field.
                                  The consumer court is the only solution.
                                  I know for this long email I will get an AUTO REPLY and a call with no solution.

                                    I had purchased Samsung Mobile A73 5G Mobile from Flipkart on 22nd July, 2022 and the product was delivered to me on 23rd July, 2022 and I am using it. As per the attached screenshot of Flipkart Offer, I should be eligible for *Galaxy Buds Live. @ INR 499. But, when I try to redeem the offer as per the steps mentioned on Flipkart's Term & Condition page, it says not eligible for Offer as the Offer is only for A73 users.

                                    Samsung Shop Support has updated me via Mail 3 times that "As we have checked your device IMEI details, there is no offer found for your device". Below are the 3 Ticket ID's.

                                    Samsung never exactly mentioned why IMEI details cannot be found for my Device and even after using the same Handset since Delivery, why I am not eligible as per screenshot, as the offer is only for A73 Users.
                                    Hence, as a proof of the IMEI Number of A73 5G Handset that I purchased, I am attaching all the below mentioned proof's with Terms and Conditions.
                                    1. Offer Eligibility for A73 5G Mobile
                                    2. How To Redeem Offer for Galaxy Buds Live
                                    3. Message on Samsung Shop App During Redemption of Offer
                                    4. IMEI Number on A73 Box
                                    5. IMEI Number on Back Side of A73 Device Label
                                    6. IMEI Number from Settings Menu of A73 Device
                                    7. Invoice of A73 5G

                                    I had activated the Handset during the Offer Period between 16th July, 2022 to 31st July, 2022 (Device Activation Date - 24th July, 2022). Also the offer said fresh enrolment/sign in to the Samsung Shop App (to be downloaded from Google PlayStore) must be completed by 15th August, 2022 failing which the customer will not be eligible for the offer.

                                    The delay in resolving the issue is not from my end, failing which if the Offer has changed (or might change in future), why should I suffer as I did all steps for redemption of Galaxy Buds Live @ 499 after product purchase as per the Offer terms and conditions as mentioned on the Website.
                                    If Samsung Shop App has issues, it's not on my part.

                                      We have purchased SAMSUNG S20+ on Oct 2020. We installed updates on around 20 Jul 2022 and green line appeared screen on 28 Jul. I did not drop the phone at all and neither there is a single scratch. It is not expected from brand like SAMSUNG with high end mobile phones. SAMSUNG need to fix this issue free of cost.
