Hi

I recently bought a new flagship phone from Samsung s22 with my hard-earned money of Rs. 75000, by spending this money, we should expect a phone should at least run with a full day of battery, as I am a normal user, and I don't have installed any games as well, however for normal usage of the phone, I need to charge it 2 times day it is very pathetic,

Also, a phone hits a lot and truly it's a waste of money.

Samsung please fix this issue or else refund my full money.

    We had purchased the refrigerator in the month of Nov 2021 and within a span of 8 months the Samsung Technician has informed us of the gas leakage issue. Would request support for the replacement of the refrigerator as once the product machinery gets opened it’s comes out of warranty it is persistent problem for the customer.

      I purchased a Samsung Note 20 on Nov 20 with 1 year extended warranty also the phone was insured for 1 year.

      Recently my phone display is started blinking and after some time its getting restarted and same issue repeating, I visited the Samsung ASC on 09th July 2022 with my Samsung warranty paper surprisingly they denied the warranty Due to minor scratch and aesthetic issues which was happed long ago, I don’t believe that’s not the real issue with the phone these Samsung people are just looking for a reason to deny the warranty. the display has no issues it works some time and goes off after sometime. the problem with internal components. Why customers are blamed for the internal issues.
      Samsung ASC is asking 13k for replacing the display even after changing the display if the problem arise again I have to bear their motherboard price which cost around 24k as per the Samsung policy.

        I have paid my EMI still my phone is locked and Samsung plus is not opening.
        it requires pin and when I put a passkey which is given above it says it is incorrect. What am suppose to do in order to resolve this issue?

          I recently purchase the Samsung 523L double door fridge and Samsung Fully Automatic washing machine.

          From the beginning I'm facing the cooling issue, my whole food everything is getting rotted and nobody is doing anything for this. After logging multiple complaints now I'm getting calls on daily basis and many technicians have visited at my place but nobody is able to resolve the issue.

          In washing machine, my clothes are getting worst after washing it and even its not getting cleaned properly. the use of water is also too much less.

          Its my humble request to you, please help to resolve both the issues on priority cause on daily basis my whole things are getting wasted. I am in loss after buying these products.

          I hope I will be able to get the resolution from you asap.

            It's been over a month since I cancelled a prepaid order and still have not received my refund. Order number is - [protected]

            Even though the amount is not huge, that does not mean the company cheats the customer off its money

              I bought this phone literally 2 months back Fold 3. The most premium phone available in the market and I was told that Samsung is trying to become a better company by making customer experience worldclass atleast with premium phone services. But NO. Yet again its all in vein.

              The day I bought this phone, the speaker was not working for a few hours after I opened the main screen. The same was reported at the spot to the shop keeper and it got resolved itself. The shopkeeper said its fine and sometimes this happens.

              Exactly after 2 months its again there and this time I was sent to the service station where they put it under Q&A Samsung support and 3 weeks later they're like its replied by Samsung that its not covered under warranty. This is a freaking manufacturing defect by this SAMSUNG FRAUDULENT company and levying on me that a very minor scratch on the body (very tiny which I believe is on everyones phone) makes it not covered in warranty.

              This is FAKING CLIENTS AND I SHALL SHOUT THIS OUT SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN WITH ANYONE ALONG WITH LEGAL PROCEEDINGS IF NOT RESOLVED AT THE EARLIEST.

              My business has struggled because of this CRAP phone and SERVICE Samsung assured. My biggest purchase buying a SAMSUNG.

              I wish I would have stayed with Apple which atleast cares for its clients and selling GENUINE PRODUCTS NOT FAKING CUSTOMERS.

                  I ordered one 49-inch gaming monitor on June 30th, and it promised to deliver 6th of July, after 13 days no one contacted email or anything. They took 1.5 laks from my account and did not respond to my chats and calls to customer care.No one knows anything about my order status every one says not yet dispatched.No ETA or anything else.I feel trapped.I never expected this form Samsung official website

                    Its been 18 months since i started using the mobile Samsung M31, till last month it was working fine and issue started suddenly, its restarting every minute and when checked with samsung service center, they are advising to change mother board and it would cost 8k. I bought the phone @ 16k and for 18 months o[censored]sage do i have to spend 8k again ? that doesnt make sense. In the service center, i have seen a lot people with same issue in M31 and thats the evidence that its not an isolated issue and there is something wrong with motherboard/ IC of the phone. I have tried mailing, using 'mail the CEO' option from samsung portal for which i didnt get any response. Hope this reaches samsung and behalf of thousands of people who is having the same issue.

                      My mobile samsung galaxy m31 start bleeding without any type of physical damage.
                      I call to customer care he told me to it may be a software problem you have to reset your phone. N j have done reset my phone, then also my problem doesn't solve then he say it may be hardware problem you have to visit service center.
                      I go to service center I have shown my phone they said me you have to change your display n price will be 5, 350. How can I give this much of money. If there is my no fault.
                      I have called customer care lots of time but no one helps me.
                      My phone Warranty date is over just before 1 month n I'm didn't take any claim.
                      We trust on Samsung products but you people break our trust.
                      So I have complaint against samsung quality.

                        Hi, I have written a mail for the CEO, of Samsung Electronics India.
                        However I have had no response from him, but the same parrot-like answer from a lady Ms. Simran from the Samsung e store in Kolcutta, Savex Distributors for Samsung.

                        The brief purchase history is like this, for 9/10 months now, and no resolution or escalation, just harassment and cheating a senior citizen of his money and time.
                        For being an ex-loyal customer of the co.

                        The issue.
                        18th November 2021, I made an online purchase of Samsung mob m21 series..I received a mail stating payment declined, order canceled. I immediately mailed to them that the payment has been received and debited in my account, no response.
                        I placed an order for the same mob ph with AMAZON, I received the same in three days, coincidentally, I received the mobile ph also form Samsung, ?
                        If the payment was declined, and the order canceled, who made the payment again, ??

                        Who created a new order, and who authorized it, ? How did you deliver without confirming and informing, just goes to show the mistake at your end, was never admitted but to cover up the same this new order was generated and the product sent, when actually it was a case of a refund of my monies.
                        They insist why I accepted the product, I was away and I received a call from my security at my residence to say a mobile ph is for delivery, I thought it is from AMAZON, and asked him to accept it, how would I know that the same persons to cover up their mistake had gone and raised another order in my name without payment, and without authorization.

                        Now they insist that the product cannot be returned, why not?, they keep saying as per policy.

                        what does your policy say to cheat and harass customers, ?I want my refund of Rs 14995/- which they are sitting with along with interest at 18%.

                        I have not opened the package at all and have shared the pictures with them on three occasions, still, they keep raising different tickets and passing the time of the issue instead of solving them.
                        Disgusting Samsung service, harassment, and disheartened customer, I thought the mail id to the Ceo, would help but the same mode and no reply from him, but someone who fails to listen, read and understand the facts of the case. WAKE UP WAKE UP, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. THE CUSTOMER WILL RISE.

                          I made a purchase of 1m 63cm (65_quot) Q60B QLED 4K Smart TV on 21/06/2022 vide invoice no. INVOICE NO. : NOT1MP[protected]. This was under the offer where I was to get a free Samsung mobile phone Galaxy A22 5G (6GB RAM) and shopping vouchers of INR 3000/- While the TV has been delivered the Phone is still undelivered and no vouchers given.

                          I have raised complaint on toll free no on 27/6 vide ticket
                          #61430430. No response till now despite several follow ups

                          I am writing with lot of distress as this type of behavior is not expected of reputed firm like Samsung. They You duping customers.

                            My name is Divya I bought a Samsung refrigerator. In 2018 After buying the fridge, it lasted only for a short time. After that it started getting worse. There was a warranty of 1 year after which they used to come and fix it but after that it has been 3 years. It gets worse every few days. No support has been given from your side.Every time I call on customer care and the engineer who comes, I tell them that some permanent solution should be given to it. Now again the same problem is happening in this. It's been almost 2 weeks. Last Thursday I called customer care. After that there was an engineer visit on Friday. He said that he will put something in a production. I forgot to bring that product. Since then no engineer has come till date. A lot of my stuff is ruined.Now I want a permanent solution for this. I want its replacement. I can't put any more money into it. You can talk to your department to find out how much money I have spent on this so far.

                              My order no [protected] placed on 29th may 2022 on shop Samsung app through axis Bank debit card EMI option, I cancelled the order on same day. But samsung India didn't refund me till date i.e, 12 July 22 which is like 40 calendar days and more. Because of samsung refund complications my bank started deducting the EMI and samsung India doesn't even addressing the issue and not credit the refund to original payment mode. I request a help and action against Samsung India from consumer forums.

                                I have purchased a50s mobile on march20...and now all of sudden mobile stopped and when i restarted it, it is repeatedly stuck at the starting logo screen.and later totally stopped.
                                Tried with service center and they want to replace the motherboard and charging socket with a cost of approx. 9000 on paid basis...
                                My fight is that when there is a manufacturing problem, it should be addressed by the manufacturer and replace under free of cost as most of the peoples are facing the same problems...
                                we are with samsung as the durability was good in long years as we used many products ...And now the quality of components are poor ...
                                the trust on the product quality lost, when heard many complaints regarding this...I also want to mention that i'm not a hard user of phone..
                                To my utter surprise and that to from the brand of samsung, l never expected this, i'd never recommend an other soul to go with samsung products...

                                I urge samsung to take an immediate action on this and get my phone repaired.

                                      I purchased my samsung m31 sometime around august before the last. it's not even been 2 years. i took meticulous care of because changing my phone frequently is not a viable option for me. it had 128 gb memory and i haven't even used up a quarter of it. there weren't any other problems with it not lagging or whatsoever. one morning it suddenly went still and got into a boot loop. there after it did not turn on. I approached samsung customer center and they informed me that it was a motherboard issue. it costs nearly 8000. i didn't do it because of the price. then when I further looked into it seems that most phones in the Samsung M series and A series seem to have the same problem. a phone service centre said that people have been crying about the phones that they brought after saving up. many people warned me about purchasing a samsung product but i was quite satisfied with the previous samsung products that i choose to ingnore them. if i had know i would have invested my money on a more reliable product. as u might have noticed thatr many people have same problem and you have choosen to conviniently ignored it. i assume that is an example of the customer care that u provide. i hope that u address the matter quickly. thank you

                                        I purchased a samsung mobile phone model A33 5G from The Chennai Mobiles porur (date : 19/06/2022)

                                        I was cheated by getting defective phone
                                        The Chennai Mobiles showroom promised me that if any problem happens between 14 days from the date I purchased, the phone will be replaced

                                        But

                                        From the very beginning (The Next day) the phone is not working properly, Hanging, heating, Slowing down, Multi touch issue, I took it to the Chennai mobiles
                                        they updated all softwares and told me that, it would be working fine
                                        But same problem persists
                                        Again went there, They directed me to contact samsung service center porur,
                                        I went there and told the problems
                                        They reloaded the operating system OS, But the same problem persisted the next day.

                                        Again went to service center, they kept my phone for 3 days for absorbing the issue, and reloaded the OS again and gave it to me to use

                                        But same problem persists.
                                        Again went to service center with proof of screen recording video

                                        Again they did same things, reset the phone and push me use the same phone with same problems

                                        More than 10 days i used to go to the mobile showroom and the service center,

                                        The samsung company and the chennai mobiles shop are the responsible for selling phone in good condition. But they selling defected piece and convinced to use as normal

                                        Every time I complained about the issues they convinced me Use this defective phone. they were not ready to replace the phone

                                        I'm facing so many problems because of this phone,

                                        I am depressed,
                                        I can't go to my work

                                        waste of money, waste of time and I am very much depressed

                                        I have some proof for my complaint

                                        I LEFT MY PHONE IN SERVICE CENTER

                                        They told me again, to use this defective phone,

                                        I won't use this phone again
                                        You people promised me, if any problem happens, the phone will be replaced

                                        But its more then 25 days

                                        From the date i purchased, I never use single day, .

                                        Have I done any mistake?
                                        I went to The Chennai Mobile and the Samsung Service center more than 10 days

                                        Im depressed
                                        Im done

                                        I want new phone (As you promised)
                                        Or return back my money.
