About a week (26/06/2022) back my Samsung AC stopped working.
I raised the complaint on the same day. After 3 days one technician came and said that there is no gas and he doesn't have R32 gas with him.
Since then i have raised 8 tickets and dialed customer care twice a day. And also visited the service center, but there is no response. There are elder people living with me who were unable to sleep at night and couldn't bear...

I recently made a service request to get my Samsung refrigerator checked.

The man came and did some checking with his equipment and multimeter. His diagnosis was that the compressor is broken. You are forcing us to use samsung pay mini which cannot be unistalled and it comes between full screen users of samung when its pop up is added to the home screen
This is so wrong, and unfair. There is no way to either remove that pop up or not even unistalling samsung pay mini, we are forced to use apps by samsung and this is not the first. Please look into this.
