        Hello

        My refrigerator got damaged after repair but no one is looking into it.

        The engineers are bad nature and need service fee for visit

        Within two years of door to door purchase of refrigerator compressor got damaged
        And took almost a month for repair and during return the doors were damaged and no help bad behaviour and now there is water seepage where should I go

        Good company but bad service

        Pl take action and look into the matter

          I have ordered a refrigerator from samsung shop app and i have received a damaged product which has a huge dent in the bottom. Same day i have requested for return and it has been more a week now and there is no response from the Samsung side. Everyday the support person will be saying the same answer that the issue has been escalated the backend team Sir. You will get a reply within 24 to 48 hours. I have sent multiple emails asking for the status but no reply at all. It's been more than a week now. Totally disappointed with the Samsung. Actually I never expected this from Samsung. Please help me out with the issue. I realised it is the blender that I choose samsung over other brands.

            This is regarding automatic switch off and switch on by Samsung M31s smart phone, . I have purchased the mobile in June 2021 and it's started struck and automatically switch off and switch on by it self by July 2022. I think to buy a standard phone which don't arises problem for atleast 5 to 10 years. Now, i loose my hope on Samsung and this type of small issues may be ignored by Samsung. When I reached customer service they checked suggested to replace the mother board which costs 8.5k to 9k with a warranty of three months. I have purchased the mobile for an amount of 23k and it's not worked even one year. Samsung have to take responsibility and pay / repair against failure.

            - And Now from past 2days after an update the mobile is FREEZING AND

            -After the software update installation is complete yet it is freezing and
            restarting
            -Removed all 3rd party app yet the same issue
            -Even Wiped out Partition cache
            - Factory reset is not Working
            -Visited Samsung Service Center and they are charging for this issue.
            -Without update the phone would get hanged which intern is trapping users to update the phone

            This has been intentional push from Samsung so that customer be forced to pay the clear the issue.

            & Verified this issue has been on other Samsung mobiles on YouTube and on consumer complaint as well.

            IF this is software issue then company should fix the issue without cost why they are charging for this issue.

            This is totally a loot for the Indian People.

            Please don't purchase Samsung.

            Even if we follow YouTube trouble shooting issue its not getting resolved.

              I dint expect this kind of response from Samsung, I order two products from Samsung e store even I paid the amount too, on mentioned date they dint delivered the products and response too waited two more days no response no product, I cancel the product through calling and also I sent mail, it's almost more than week, no refund no confirmation mail, I called more than 20 times even I mailed, the only response is will rectify in 24hrs, it's almost a week no response at all, worst support ever, I request everyone not buy any product from Samsung e store.

              Its almost 20 days, still they doing fake promises, I have more than 30 tickets and mails, calls, still not yet all responding, one of the worst support i ever seen, one more dram is they will call and will act like we are not responding, 2 time's they will call on second call they will not at all response after 14 sec they will cut the call and they do the mails that we trying to reach but no response like that, on July 19 i raised the request in this form but not even a single response till today.

                  This is to bring to your kind notice, the challenges, I am, as a Samsung Customer, is facing in dealing with Samsung India and it's escalation team. I happen to face issues with the Semi Automatic washing machine since it's purchase and now requesting your kind help in the resolution.

                  1. I was sold an extended warranty under the tag name of Samsung India by your Authorised Dealer, Vijay Sales, New Delhi 110024, India. After Samsung refused any such warranty, the dealer revealed it to be a third party warranty. Samsung India washed off their hands saying that it's common so please ignore.

                  2. It took 3 years for Samsung India to finally figure out the problems, I was facing and gave me a resolution in December 2021 with few parts replaced.

                  3. Onsitego (my extended warranty partner) had approached Samsung India during June 2022 for help in resolution of my product. But apparently, Samsung India engineer's came not to give resolution but to harass me. Rather than approaching the local police for help, I registered complaint for behaviourial issues with both Onsitego and Samsung India. But of no use.

                  4. Apparently, my product has again been giving me problems since July 9th and I have been registering complaints with Onsitego. Now onsitego has been forwarding all my complaints to Samsung India seeking help for resolution. But since my last month's complaint resolved only after reaching the Samsung Escalation team (though there has been no communication received from your team).

                  5. Now my product again has problems. I had registered a complaint with Onsitego. Onsitego has again forwarded my complaint to Samsung India for smooth resolution. Since my last complaint went thru escalation team, Samsung India have closed 4 complaints for this particular issue under the tag " No issues found and no service needed". Seems like your Engineer's are harassing me and carrying a war against me for raising my voice for bad services and harassment. Your Samsung India Engineers are a threat to me and hence all Samsung India team is supporting the gangsters.

                  I request for a resolution. I would be happy to take this up on the legal front with the Consumer Court and claim for the cost of the product, damages your product has caused me, all my time and resources, all the legal expenses and challenges, your team's harassment and threat.

                    I placed an order for 50k on 14 July, 2022. Paid using upi payment mode, order got cancelled.
                    I am still waiting on my refund.

                      I have received a defective product (S pen got stuck in the slot).
                      Purchase date: 10th July (Invoice: 1276/22/S-865) - Samsung authorized seller.
                      Defect observed: 12th July.
                      Contacted service center: 15th July (Due to persistent rains in Hyderabad)

                      Executive 'Niveda.[protected]@partner.samsung.com' has been assigned to my job no.

                      The conversation has been very pathetic as she inappropriately accused me o[censored]sing the phone wrongly where as, the product I received is under defective stage (feels like it was already used as I can see some mark on S-pen). I was able to open the s pen but not put it back into the slot. The executive even claimed that a customer should visit service center to put the s pen back into the slot (for a new phone) which is the lamest and unjustifiable reason. I do not want my brand new phone to get repaired (as I lost trust in samsung service). I want my phone replacement accordingly as the issue has been faced with first use of s pen.

                      The executive was very rude and harsh and has cut the phone while asking for help.

                      This is not acceptable and I would reach for further help if not resolved as with high integrity I confirm that I have clearly received defective product.

                          My name is Ajay Sharma. I have purchased a Samsung split AC on 28th April 2022. It was installed at my home on 2 May 2022. But due to bad service and bad installation of the product my ac is getting scraped. My AC is not working at all and the service team is very bad in response.                             I have ordered washing machine on 9th July from Samsung Android app. And it was supposed to be delivered me on 11th or 12th. But due to poor service it got delayed. On 14th, I requested fir cancellation and it was approved on 15th. But on same day I got a call from Delivery partner but I refused the delivery on call only. But still product status is not updated and even the refund not initiated. Please look into this matter.

                              My all the previous requests have been closed even which I logged here that one also. no one is giving my any solution.

                              I recently bought a Samsung's smart double door fridge that was too much costly and washing machine too from Reliance Digital store. I have logged several complaints and marked multiple emails but no one is resolving my issue.

                              There is no cooling in fridge, my whole things which I'm keeping into the fridge all is getting wasted and even not getting the cool water after buying this huge fridge I have to use water cooler for that I seriously cannot believe and even i would have any idea about it that after paying the huge amount I'll get the cheap material than I wouldn't make any mistake,

                              Please either repair it, replace it or refund my amount so that I can buy another product if I will have to pay extra amount for another fridge I'll do that but please I'm requesting please take both the products and return the amount cause no one is able to understand the issue.
                              Reliance's engineers are saying there is sensor issue, its not working while Samsung's engineer is saying who has visited thrice at my place that there is no such issue and he made even lament excuses then in end he is saying yes there is cooling issue and I'll get the update but I have not received any update.

                              just for reference, I have attached one image you can see that how its destroying all the foods, dough vegetables, fruits everything. unfortunately images do not show the smells otherwise I could have shown that too.

                              Can anyone is really help me for my both product issue please?

                                I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone in august 2020, After a recent update on 14 July 2022, my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. on 15 July 2022, It finally switched off with only the logo visible which is not even letting the device get into the bootloader. I went to a nearby Samsung service centre Shivam Sales, L P Savani Road, Surat. Samsung Service Centre. and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced and that will cost Rs. 8000/-.
                                There were over, at least, 700-800 people with the exact same complaint on the internet and Consumer Complaints forum regarding their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail.
                                Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount. It's a blunder done by Samsung and expecting customers to pay Rs. 8000 to get the motherboard replaced.

                                  I've been a Samsung user since a couple years on 2020 I switched to Samsung M21 when it was launched.
                                  Since the last few weeks I've been been a serious issue like freeze and then auto restart. I've haven't even accidentally dropped my phone and when I visited the service center for god's sake they told to pay 8k to fix this damn problem which was caused by you guys after the recent update !
                                  I clearly said no to them and went for searching a solution. Seems like there are thousands of complaints and your damn company haven't approached accepting it's their fault they'll fix it.
                                  When the note series blasted you repaid the world no-one trusted you guys . Everyone was scared about buying a phone. And even now the damn Exynos 9611 processor smartphones are facing the same issue and you're still mum.
                                  This is just insane!
                                  My device already restarted twice while writing this and now I'm on my computer.

                                    I bought galaxy m31s 1.5 years back. Now it gets heated extremely and goes in auto restart loop. Contacted service center and they said that motherboard will be replaced which will cost around 8k inr. This same problem is with around 50-60% of people who bought this phone and some other models too have this problem. Being a student, I hardly saved money for this phone and now it is very difficult for me to get this repaired. Samsung has not taken any initiative regarding this issue.

                                      Hi sir,

                                      This mail is regarding replacement of Samsung tu8000 50 inch tv

                                      21/March 2021 we bought this tv on showroom.

                                      At January 20 2022 we noticed vertical line on screen.

                                      After that we called samsung support and team member told like it's technical issue with panel so we will replace it with warranty.

                                      At the time itself I ask about better TV replacement for this issue.

                                      Because comes under warranty they told like no sir once we change panel again the problem will not come back.

                                      Two days ago again my tv got some problem it's shows like black screen but sound is running in background.

                                      Yesterday technical member check the TV and told like again display problem.

                                      So, Yesterday I contacted Samsung support team regarding problem with tv two times within 6 months.

                                      We connected with both supervisor and technician for problem.

                                      They told like please once again replace the panel this issue won't came further.

                                      But this case I didn't accept this scenario because if we change panel again issue may exists.

                                      There should be big possibility problem with whole TV machine.

                                      But company not providing replacement tv.

                                      They provide only service for display that also not not provide any guarantee for two years.
                                      They told like we can't provide warranty.

                                      Please take action against samsung india

                                        It's been more than 15 days since I canceled but I haven't received my refund. I didn't accept the delivery. Emi and processing fees is already deducted. I need my money asap.
