Dear sir
I am jayshankar maurya from mumbai goregav. I have purchase samsung m12 . When I have put the sim card than mobil is swich off. Than i have visited samsung galaxy. Than he speack your mobile is interl dammage. But phone is purchase only 3th july and i have received 6th july and i have submitted online clame on 15th july after that visited samsung galary but he said your mobile is mother bord is damaged.
I have talk to coustme care he said to me first take DOA when I talk to samsung galary for DOA he don't give me DOA
I have also talk to coustme care. But he don't give me DOA.
He asked me mony rs. 7500 for repair but i have purchase mobile on 9 days why give the mony
when
I have also received defact pees.

    Hello Samsung Customer Support Team,

    My Parents purchased a Refrigerator of around Rs 50, 000 from Croma in December 2020 along with an extended warranty of around Rs 5500 to have peace of mind in case of any repairs.

    In Jun 2022, the fridge stopped working, so my Mom called the on-site number mentioned on the extended warranty.

    The person visited and charged Rs 350 calling charges and said that the rat had bitten some wires and would inform Samsung and get it fixed but still no response.

    Also, every other house will have some time have rat problems, so a big brand like Samsung must already have some preventive measures against rats spooling their fridge OR must have advised using a Rat Repellent.

    We invested such a high amount in a big brand fridge and also bought the extended warranty so that we don’t have to pay for any such repairs & maintenance.

    If Samsung does not cover this in warranty, then I will lose my trust in Samsung & never buy any Samsung product every in life and also inform people in my network so that we don't lose our hard earned money...

    I look forward to hearing from the Samsung team to get our fridge repaired without charging us any amount.

      It is requested to you that i have but Samsung 770ltr refrigerator . Now i am very much disappointed with quality after two month is can not working properly from last week a very foul smell comes from the refrigerator i complaint continue and company sending every time new Engineer but he cant able to solve my problem my complaint no was [protected]. Today engineer open from back and we saw wire is cutting from inside। I am shocked to see how wire is cut from new refrigerator it is my request to you please give me new refrigerator the problem is not going to be solve। How much days we suffer from this problem। I am attaching the wire cutting image also and try to attach video also if possible

        - And Now from past 2days after an update the mobile is FREEZING AND
        RESARTING
        -After the software update installation is complete yet it is freezing and
        restarting
        -Removed all 3rd party app yet the same issue
        -Even Wiped out Partition cache
        - Factory reset is not Working
        -Visited Samsung Service Center and they are charging for this issue.
        -Without update the phone would get hanged which inturn is trapping users to update the phone

        This has been intentional push from Samsung so that customer be forced to pay the clear the issue.

        & Verified this issue has been on other samsung mobiles on youtube and on consumer complaint as well.

        IF this is software issue then company should fix the issue without cost why they are charging for this issue.

        This is totally a loot for the Indian People.

        Please dont purchase Samsung.

        Even if we follow youtube toruble shooting issue its not getting resolved.

              I bought Samsung m31 s phone in October 2020 from then it was restarting and hanging frequently thought it was software problem, but yesterday it was fully freezed unable start or switch off, contacted serviceman they told it's a manufacturing defect IC fault, highly disappointed with this Samsung product they have given a defective product which can last for just one year so it cannot claimed with warranty. Need resolution justice for this issue

                Hi Sir,

                This complaint regarding samsung s20 plus green line issue.
                This device whoever in india have issue, I have rasied complaint to samsung but they are not able to resolved my issue although they have introduced s20 plus policy for screen replacement till dec 2022.

                In my device green line issue increased like anything now currently it's 8line.
                I have raised concern muskan sharma from samsung head office who was handling my case not able to resolve as well as don't want to escalate or pass my to anyone.

                I have mailed like more than 40 plus time to samsung but not getting response only the think i am getting mentally torcher and harassment.
                My health is not good due to daily this activity happening.

                Begin a samsung customer from longer time never excepted that i will get this kind of output or treatment from samsung.

                  Recently I faced an issue with my S20+ there is a green vertical line all of a sudden without anything. I reached to customer care they told me as this is a issue from samsung side it will be repaired free of charge.
                  I submitted the phone to service center last week but now one week later service center refused to repair it for free and send the device back to me and now there are two more scratches which was not that time when it was pickedup, service center have added scratches to my device.
                  My phone is not in warranty I have mentioned that to customer care earlier and it was not a brand new phone it have minor scratches.

                      I registered a complaint on 15.07.2022 for my washing Machine.your technician came on 16.07.2022.he said that sensor boards and wire kit are damaged.but till today my problems was not resolved.I call to the customer care number several times.but my problem not solved till today. I request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest As it is Causing a lot of inconvenience to me.

                          After the software update my mobile, Samsung Galaxy M30S is restarting frequently. From a reputed company like Samsung this kind of cheap tricks are not acceptable.

                          Samsung should fix it with next immediate update of the software or it should replace the mobiles with new ones.

                            This is my very big mistake that in my life I took very wrong decision that I after leaving the best mobile phones I gone with the Samsung Company in Mobile Industry, In the last November 2021 I purchased the very highest range mobile phone of your company i..e Galaxy Z Fold3 5G with great happiness and enthusiasm. But now I am feeling ashamed on first of all on me and then your reputed organization. On 21.07.2022 while doing my some work on phone I got a single line in the side of the screen then automatically it increases on the screen and till the morning of 22.07.2022 the black portion reaches upto the half of the screen. It is pertinent to mention here that the phone is neither fall any where nor touch or hit by any thing. There is no single mark on the screen or body as well. After seeing that problem immediately I visited your Samsung Service Center located near by me in Ashok Vihar Deep Market with name Maa Vaishnavi Eservices Pvt Ltd, 101 First Floor Deep Cinema Jeet Building Ashok Vihar Phase 2, Delhi India. After inspection of the phone they said that there might be an internal damage or something other due to which this happen. Then I said that this situation is automatically arise then repair it or replace it whatever is your procedure under the warranty / guarantee period. They denied and said that contact to customer care. After that they denied for complaint also. After doing my most respect to their higher authority in the service center he issued me a complaint number i.e. [protected]. After that I called to the customer care and they told me that the service center has remarked that your phone is broken your screen is broken thats why your phone will not repair under warranty while if your reputed organization engineers will check the phone there is no single scretch or any single hair point on the screen. your service center employees mentioned the lie statement in the record. Today I will again go to their center and will ask why you do like this. Now you are seeing that how your organization is working on ground level. Respected CEO, for this day I have spent Rs 1, 50, 000? Sir now please tell me what I do further in this matter and how can I get my Ok screen,
                            Hope you will take an appropriate action against the culprits staff who are willing to make this type of bad image in the market of your organization or will solve my issue also.

                              I had ordered Samsung S22 mobile phone from Samsung App on 9th May 2022. The order number is [protected]. The purchase was Debit Card EMI purchase. I had cancelled the order on the same day i.e. on 9th May 2022 due to change of mind. Expecting to receive the refund in 7-10 working days I did not bother to call Samsung Support. Now it is been more than 2 months I have not the received the refund into my Bank account. I have checked with my Bank to check the refund and they confirmed it the refund has not been received. I have contacted Samsung Support more than a dozen times, but all they do is give a TAT of 24 hrs and they never bother to resolve my issue. I have even shared my Bank account statement twice with Samsung support as asked by them. Two EMI's have been deducted till now for the product I do not own or purchased. Will take legal course for such fraud.

                                  Hi samsung team,
                                  I placed an order for M12 from samsung shop, on june 30, 2022. The order was supposed to be delivered on july 4th but due to technical issues from samsung end, it was cancelled on july 5th and I was told i will receive the refund in 7 to 10 business days. I am following up until today 22nd july but no proper response about the refund. Every week i receive an email stating refund will be issued in 7 to 10 days. This is not fair samsung being a big conglomerate. No responsible answers from customer care team as well.

                                    Its Shameful that Samsung product wasnt be able to repair because quality issues and your service team is providing me 34% depreciation which is no way matching my current need. Is it what you care of loyal customers who invested and trusted buying Samsung products?

                                    Either you repair my fridge or replace it with same model, am happy to pay for the repair charges but giving this sort of petty depreciation doesnt help me any how. I have lost trust on Samsung products completely, I would never buy any Samsung products in future.

                                      I purchased Samsung TV from Reliance Digital less than a year back dated 11th Sep 2021. The TV started having display issues in just 2-3 months of purchase however issues were getting resolved after few restarts. Interestingly TV is not even powering on at all.
                                      When I filed a complaint with Samsung, they sent an Engineer to replace the hardware which is display panel, but I do not want the hardware to be replaced, either I want my money back or need a new TV as a replacement as this TV had issues since the date of purchase though it was getting resolved after few restarts, when I was thinking about complaining.

                                      The product is faulty but company is ready to replace it within warranty period.

                                        I Puchased a samsung TV on 18.10.2020 also i have puchased extendend warrant on 18.10.2021 for this . But from 28.05.2022 my TV gives problem of dispaly issue .I have logged a service complaint regarding this having service request [protected].
                                        service engineer near by has visited my house and told me that this may fail due to water logged . But i have not done any such type of activity .asked for photos how you have concluded that the display has failed due to water entry, beacuse 4 days before i have cleaned my TV display.

                                        i asked the service center and they told me that you better go to big service center where you can get warranty claim.
                                        i wrote to service head/ CEO team regarding this so many times but i won't get any solution.
                                        After so many follow up i got a mail that you have to pay approx 28 K for repair your TV . finaly i agreed to pay but now the service center are telling me it will cost 33 K for repair.

                                        What type of customer service is this? I do not understand.
                                        I request you to get involved in this and resolve my long pending issue .
