I have purchased samsung washing machine sam wm65h4020hp/tl from samsung authorized dealer e p electronic paradise pvt ltd., janakpuri (Bill attached below) on 06/06/2016. It was been a disappointed experience and still the matter is not resolved. The dealer sold us a faulty machine with lots of scratches.

No one showed up till 02/07/2016 to install it even after my multiple requests.

When the engineer visited us for installation on 02/07/2016 and opened the packaging, he noticed the machine had lots of scratches and had lots of dust on it. He said it looks like a display piece from shop and wrote the same in his report to get washing machine replaced.

We approached samsung customer care on 02/07/2016, complaint reference -[protected] and lodged complaint and they promised to replaced the washing machine at earliest possible which is not replaced till now.

Another engineer mr neeraj who visited us on 05/07/16 gave the same report that it is scratched and damaged, he will request company to replace it. I have the copy of his report as well.

I lodged an online complaint and got another reference-[protected] and a confirmation that the matter will be resolved within 48hours.

After that the company has arranged two more engineer visits and they concluded the same.

Since 02/07/2016, i am following up with customer service but each time i get a same answer that matter is under supervision of head office and will be resolved within 48 hours.

It's been 2 months now and no resolution so far.

The customer service experience is worst as well as every time i contact them have to go through the whole story again. I don't understand why they don't have record of everything or it's just a negligent attitude towards customers.

I have following concerns-

I want to know that the"customer service record card" filled by your engineer mr alam who visited us on 02/07/2016 is not enough for your company to replace the machine?

It's been more than 2 months since this faulty product is delivered, why your company is taking so much time to resolve it after so many engineer visits and same report?

The fake promise of resolution in 48 hours didn't even served in 2 months?

I am looking for a urgent resolution and replacement of the washing machine as it has already caused us lots of inconvenience and mental agony.

    Couple of days ago I was facing the problem with my refrigerator, I called Samsung call center and register a complaint, next day an engineer came and he checked the fridge and informed that gas need to be filled, after that for a week nobody came I spoke with call center executive every time they said the issue will be fixed today only but the prolonged the issue for a week due to that lots to thinks were getting wasted in my fridge. When I filled a complaint here then only they came, what a pathetic service of Samsung, in my life I will never bug a Samsung product and recommend my friends to never buy any product of Samsung. Now again there is problem in my fridge is making lot of noise, I register a complaint on Thursday on Friday an engineer came, and he told that there is gas problem, and said tomorrow someone will come and fill the gas however nobody has come yet, again they are waiting for this complaint. Also its a new fridge why I facing these many problem in it, fridge has not completed one year yet. I want my fridge to be replaced because I may face same problem in future as well and once my warranty is finished they will charge me heavily.

      Dear sir/ma’am

      I would like to bring to your notice that i purchased a samsung led tv with model no-32eh4003 from vijay sales in new delhi on 30th october, 2014. While i purchased the tv i was told by the vendor that the tv had triple protection warranty for three years.

      In the month of august, 2016, all of a sudden a vertical white line (Picture is visible) started appearing on the screen, for which i lodged a complaint with samsung through m/s-vijay sales, lajpatnagar, new delhi and the complaint no is [protected], dated 18.08.16. An engineer ‘mr. Ramvir’ visited my place and explained to me the reasons for the disturbance on the screen. When asked for repairs, he told me that it was not in warranty and i needed to pay for it, while i was told by the vendor that my tv would be covered by triple protection warranty for three years. Strangely, the vendor did not even give me the warranty card. The triple protection warranty message is being displayed on the left upper corner of my tv as well.

      My concern is when i was told by the vendor that it was covered under triple protection warranty then why am i asked to pay for it. It is sheer harassment that i am undergoing. I bought a samsung product believing in the goodwill of the company but i did not know that i would be made to go through so much mental torture. I request you to repair my tv under the aforesaid warranty; else i will be forced to seek help from the consumer court.

      I would like to bring to your notice that I purchased a SAMSUNG LED TV with Model No-32EH4003 from Vijay Sales in New Delhi on 30th October, 2014. While I purchased the TV I was told by the Vendor that the TV had TRIPLE PROTECTION WARRANTY for three years.

        I had purchase a samsung refrigerator from one of its dealers 'sargam electronics, mg road, gurgaon on 21 july 2016.
        Model no. - rf60j9090sl.
        Invoice number - splaza-01885.

        They sold me a defective product, when i got it checked, we found out that some of the components were missing from the unit. I requested for a replacement or a refund. Company agreed for a refund, took all the documents (Twice) but have not processed the refund. I have been following up for a month, but they give some excuse or the other to not give me the refund. I have complaint multiple time on their complaint center, but there is no solution.

          Dear sir,
          I jasmeen singh had opted to choose samsung s7edge on 20th june 2016 iemi no-rzsh60660qt. I am facing problem from last 25days and your person is not that capable to resolve my issues. The screen was broked by me mistakenly and i repaired it from authorised samsung centre okhla new delhi, "compliant number [protected]"they charged me ₹14, 505 after taking handset from there i was facing some issue again like earphone was not working there was eco while talking i went again for the same.
          Now again i am facing some issues and and they said their is moisture in the phone and they are asking me ₹30, 000 again my hand set is under warranty and i was facing issues from last so many days and if i am not wrong it is water resistence handset. The relationship with customer is never just business we trust you.
          Is this the way to treat ur customer then i am very sorry kindly return my money if it is not possible from your end please tell me have our right to go to

            Hello Sir,
            Recently all of a sudden my galaxy note5 has been showing purple screen on top and it's day by day increasing and getting darker.
            I have been a loyal customer of note series beginning from note2 itself.
            I am sure I haven't wet or dropped it and there isn't any single scratch on the phone. I buyed on nov2015 and it's still in warrenty, So i am need replacement of screen .

              I purchased one mobile handset samsung j7 from flipkart in mar 16. The product is covered under one year manufacturer's warranty. Within 4 months of its purchased, display of mobile device went off. Accordingly, i sent this device to the samsung service care my home district, m/s jai balaji communications, buland shahr which they acknowledged vide job sheet number[protected]. My son visited the said service centre again & again but every time false assurance was given. On 14 aug 16, i personally went to samsung service care, buland shahr and met the person in charge there who told me that my device cannot be repaired due to non availability of parts etc. And so replacement or refund will be provided in this case. He also asked me to submit invoice of mobile device, id proof, bank details & one photograph. All these documents have been provided to the samsung service care on 17 aug 16 and they have issued fresh job sheet bearing number [protected]. Till today samsung care centre has neither returned my mobile device after repairs or replacement /refund if the device it is not repairable. Since 14 aug 16, i have contacted samsung customer care on regular basis but they have give mere assurance and with this attitude of a multinational top company in consumer products has made me to face tremendous harassment. Could you please take up this matter with samsung india & get this issue resolved quickly.

              Customer service team of Samsung India customer care has neither contacted me or provided any resolution to my complaint. However, I am constantly calling Samsung Customer Care[protected] since 14 Aug 2016.Yesterday, i.e. 23.8. 16, I was told by Customer care that case has been sent to the management team for approval of replacement or refund of faulty mobile handset. Today, I have been informed that proposal for replacement or refund of faulty mobile handset has been rejected by the management team becoz Samsung service care, Buland Shahr (U.P.) has not submitted the required document in PDF format. Now, the issue is pending between Samsung service care, Buland Shahr and Samsung India Customer Care but I have been made to suffer un-necessarily. I don't know when the issue will be resolved by Samsung India Customer care because they have not given any timeline so for. For the last 40 days, I am facing mental agony due to unending wait. Would Samsung India Management like to examine this case and take necessary action as may be required to resolve this issue on top priority.

                  I am using samsung grand 2 (G7102) hand set 1.5 year in this between 3 times visited service center, when my handset under warranty that time samsung team fix the issue but this time my handset not under warranty.

                  For this thing no provided proper support.

                  I requested to cce please arrange meeting with technical engineer. But she not arrange meeting with them.

                  So i was took handset and came back with my handset.

                  Again same issue are coming in my hand set.

                  As i observe with in 1 year handset is faulty, no one be purchase samsung devices in future.

                      This refers to my purchase of my mobile phone (Samsung galaxy s7 edge). I purchased it under the offer/ scheme issued by samsung india electronics for gear vr at ₹999 with the purchase of the new phone. As per the offer the first number inserted in the phone shall be eligible for the offer.

                      Details of purchase of device :-
                      Purchase date:- 8th june 2016
                      Purchase price - ₹54500
                      Purchase shop – verdhaman electronics sahara mall
                      Date of first insert of sim card – 11th june 2016. (+91 *0205)
                      Case :-
                      1. On insert of the sim card, one has to login into the my galaxy app for retrieval of the offer. I tried to login into the my galaxy app and it showed an error with the same mobile that was inserted for first use.
                      2. Went to samsung service center, as it’s the first action that a consumer would take. Service center guys thought that it was software issue so they formatted the phone and installed a new software, but the issue of the login persisted along even after repeatedly formatting the system and reinstalling the my galaxy app.
                      3. Same day called the help support line system for samsung mobiles and they took the phone on remote access but found the same issue and wasn’t able to solve it either. After repeated calls, they suggested me to write to my. [protected]@samsung.com for help.
                      4. Wrote a mail to my. [protected]@samsung.com on june 13, 2016. Provided all the information that i had including the screen shot of the error message and image of the bill. They asked me about the imei number of the phone and told be to enter a vague number ending with *888. I repeatedly told them that i haven’t inserted any number accept the number of first use. But they weren’t able to understand. After writing more than 30 mails and following up for 45 days, no solution was found. (Conversation for the same has been attached)
                      5. Wrote a mail to samsung ceo from samsung website on 27th june and they sent me an email reply to solve my problem within 24 hours. Team member from partner. Samsung called me and asked me the same details that i wrote to the my galaxy team a number of times. After 20 days of continuous follow-ups, they told me that i have inserted some kind of other number for first use and the offer has been cancelled for me.in their words i am not anymore eligible for the offer. I repeatedly told them that i haven’t inserted any other number into my phone and if it is possible they shall provide me with the details of the number that they are claiming that i have inserted in the phone but they didn’t inform me anything because of customer privacy concerns.
                      6. I asked them what could be the reason of my number showing an error message and then they were speechless. They told me that they shall provide a resolution with in some time but there has been no communication from their side since then.

                      Only resolution left with me is to sue and file a complaint against samsung india electronics of the fraud they are playing on the indian customers

                        Last Saturday your executive come in my house and said me your PVC and Valves not working properly . and he said changes required and I told him to change this but he said PVC is not available in my store from last Saturday.
                        Can you explain this how to PVC is not available in your company from last Saturday.
                        If you not be able to clear my problem than you close your company . and not cheat customer .

                          This is to inform you that i have samsung a8 under warranty and i am goingtp service center from last 60 days but service is not registering my complaint and there behaviour intolerated and i also call so many times to samsung toll free number but no solution is coming

                          they are not providing me a jobsheet and making silly execuses all the time that there internet is not working and part is unavailable. ans samsung has said that dont provide any jobsheet to customer.

                            I have recently purchased(august 15, 2016) a Samsung S6 Edge from your dealer(Coral, Mehta Automobiles Pvt. Ltd) in Indore. On using the phone for browsing the phone's back, edge and screen heats up within a span of 3-4 minutes. I have not even inserted a sim card or downloaded any apps on the phone. I submitted the phone for service to your service center in the afternoon and they did not resolve my problem. They called me at 7 and asked me to pick up the phone by 7:30. When I reached they asked me to check the phone at my home since it's their to leave. I used my phone to see if the problem was resolved but it wasn't. I received a message that my problem has been resolved, but it wasn't. I have been a user of samsung SIII, iphone, lenovo, xiomi. I have never faced such a problem in these phone. Specifically I have used samsung s3 for the past 4 years and I have never faced heating problem. As a customer I'm not satisfied at all with neither your product nor your service. If according to your company within a span 3-4 minutes if a phone's screen and back heats up is normal, you can keep this model and replace my phone, as for me heating of screen and phone's back while browsing is not normal . And if the phone is showing such problems from day 1 how can i expect to use it in the long run. A new phone has not brought any sort of happiness but rather has caused great inconvenience to me. I have raised an issue within 24 hours of my purchase. I submitted my phone for service again( on august 18, 2016) and the service centre refused to take the phone. I had to call the call centre for help. Right now they have asked me to give them time till Wednesday to resolve the problem. They are not worried about my problem, they just want the 7 day policy to be void. My concern is genuine. Why would someone who has bought a brand new phone would run around for replacement if the phone is working fine. I bought the phone for my personal use, as replacement for my old samsung phone. To upgrade from an old technology to a new one, But since the past 4-5 days the only thing I'm doing is to try and get the issue resolved. Please raise a DO for replacement, otherwise after a span of 7 days your company would have a dozen of more reasons to not resolve my issue. Either replace the phone or keep the phone for free. I can't keep a phone that may harm me or anyone using it.

                            And for anyone considering samsung, please don't go ahead with it. It's just fake marketing. A company who is trying to be like Apple. Maybe on the exterior they have, but quality and service is pathetic.

                              I am facing a issue in which when i open any app foe ex. UC Browser. This app asks me for some permission such as access to storage etc. When i click the allow botton it says Screen Overlay Detected.
                              And i do not know anything about it. Please help me.

                                My Samsung washing automatic machine which is in warranty, all the function working aspect dryer but but company not entertain in this matter, when engineer visit at my home for service they told me taht wire will be change & also chargeable because this cause occur due to cut by rat, than he is chance the wire & take 1000/- from me, but in spite of changing the wire dryer is not working, then he told me that PCB is damage & also in warranty, he demand the copy of bill with demand 2 days for process, but when after 2 day i will call to him, then he told me that pcb is not in warranty, this is chargeable for rs. 4000/- but when i talk with Samsung care the told me that it will be change under warranty, but engineer is refuse to change the pcb,

                                  This is debobrata sarkar currently living in nagpur, maharashtra has purchased one microwave oven (Model no. Mc28h5023ak/tl) of samsung on 23rd november 2015 from one of your authorized distributor (Samsung plaza, khemka digital home, dhantoli, nagpur) amounting rs. 13300 plus delivery chargers.

                                  After using the microwave oven for 6 months on 7th month we encountered a problem in the touch pad where we are not able to assign the temperature or the timings and other related problem. Therefore, we registered a complaint on 23rd june 2016 (Complaint no. [protected]). After that one engineer (Name: mr. Dinesh) from samsung came and told that the digital touch pad is not working and will be replaced within 2 days. Then after 7 days we again registered the complain asking for status update, then next day mr. Dinesh came with a new touch pad but that also not worked. So he filled up one form took my signature along with the bank details saying the amount which we invested on the microwave oven will get refunded within 12 working days. And from then it has been 2 months there is no update on the same. We called numerous times asking for the update and received the same reply that the refund request has got approved and the concerned service team will call us by today and will update the exact date of refund handover and that today has never come and it has been 1.5 months since then listening the same line again and again.

                                  Their service is pathetic.

                                    Purchased Samsung J7 dated 8th Oct 2015 from flipkart. Handset fell down (Touch was cracked, dent in the rim) and was submitted to service center on 12th Dec 2015. The handset was received by service center and "charged Rs.100 for evaluation".
                                    I received the quote which specified Rs. 7169/- When I requested for the breakup, the service center said they will be charging for the replacement of Touch, display and the rim.
                                    Why is Samsung charging for the display???.
                                    When I request for the breakup, till date I have not received the breakup. Later I asked service center to return the handset. On physical examination, I find that the camera is also not working. Now I am asking them to send me a quote, which they are not willing to!!!
                                    My concern:
                                    1. When the touch is broken and needs replacement, why is samsung charging me for the replacement of display? Which is no where mentioned when the handset was sold!!!
                                    2. When Samsung service center has charged Rs. 100/- for evaluation, why was the camera issue not mentioned in their quote??? Since the camera is not having any serial No. my handset camera is replaced by a defective camera of some other handset!!!
                                    The price quoted for camera is around Rs.4000/-!!!

                                    Resolution: I am only willing to pay for the touch and the rim, not for the display and camera.
