Sir i purchased samsung j 7. My phone display is gown to black in some time ..when i gone into samsung service centre in pundri dist kaithal . They say ur screen is crack but sir they do not check my ph without checking they say ur ph display is crack and when i say to that i ki mai unki complaint kruga they made my ph out of warranty . So sir please slove my problm .other i will go itno consumer cour against samsung....

But last two week phone display is suddenly black.
After that i am going to samsung service center at city center 2, new town, kolkata
But they have charge for change or repair the display.

Mera mobile in warranty hone ke bad bhi mjhe service nhi mili service center wale bolte hai wo bill ko nhi mnte kya aisa hai! I had samsung j2 mobile which i had submit for reparing as my handset was total dead.
It was submit at ghatkopar east samsung service center.
They were not very helpful
On 1 of july i had submit there and they had not given me any response they just making excuse that there is batter fault or panel fault.
When i collet my mobile phone they had not fixed any screw on that it was open...

It has been about 3 months to the complaint made by me to samsung for my refrigerator,
Their service man came and changed the sensor, but the problem remain the same,
Their different engineers visited us about 20 times, tried changing different parts but still were not able to rectify the problem.
Now, as i called head office they also sent another service men... But no solution came out.
Company is not giving...

I have been reporting my issue related to my refrigerator from past 1 month but still Samsung is unable to resolve my issue. First of all they are not capable of sending service engineers at home and all they give is false assurances right from top management to team working at ground level that service engineer will visit today, tomorrow etc. First service engineer's visit happened nearly after one hour and that too even...

My phone has got purple and black colours all over the screen which as per service center is due to the display getting damaged.
Though there is no damage to the phone screen.In which case it should be treated under warranty as it is a product malfunction and cause is not due to any product damage from my side.
But the service center has refused to do free of charge.
We buy such expensive top of the line phone available...

I have purchased samsung galaxy note 5 on 21st of december 2015 from lot mobiles, hyderabad.
