We have given our Refrigerator on 10th May 2016 to rectify the complaint of Compressor which was under warranty and now almost one month passed, till now I haven’t received back refrigerator after repair. (Service center receipt voucher is attached). After reaching the refrigerator at Service center on 10th May 2016, they promised us to return within one week after service. Upon follow up with service center, technicians from service center started keep on postponing by informing that repair work not yet completed and within one or two days refrigerator will be returned. This procrastination was lasted for 2 weeks. During this period, very bad experience we faced during the follow up of my wife, that one technician (Mr. Dharman) from Run Service Infocare Pvt. Ltd, Calicut Center, have used abusive language and I was compelled to call my father in-law from another city, as I am out of station.
After two weeks, Service center informed us that the Compressor cannot be repaired and they will compensate us Rs.1, 800/- (Rupees one thousand eight hundred) as the value of refrigerator after depreciation. Please see attached purchase invoice of refrigerator which had cost us Rs. 18, 658/- (Rupees eighteen thousand six hundred fifty eight). We informed service center that we cannot agree with meagre compensation value and we have escalated the issue to the Chennai main office of Run Service Company. Numerous calls have been made to service center to get the update and many meetings held with Calicut Branch Manager, Mr. Kalendran, but we always received negative response from them with each time they gave different reasons. Then we started dealing with Chennai main office and many conference calls were made between us, Calicut branch office and Chennai main office. Whenever, we make follow up with head office in Chennai, they close the previous compliant and change it to a new compliant, then we compelled them not to change the compliant number. Please note the two compliant numbers [protected] & [protected] and you can verify all the recorded conversation related to this issue.
Each time your unprofessional and unqualified technicians justify the delay with strange reasons. Sometimes they say, compressor has no problem but condenser tube was jammed with compressor oil. Incompetent service technician from Run Service Company could not find out the deficiency of a refrigerator for almost 3 weeks. We strongly felt that Samsung do not have a Qualified and professional Service Partner in Kerala. Finally, we told them that we will be pushed to go to Consumer Court to solve this problem.
My family experienced very bad response from your service partner and Samsung brand has made our family’s life miserable for the past one month due to mental agony suffered by my family. Samsung is a world famous brand and we owned all of our home appliances & electronics gadgets from Samsung brand. If your service partner continues to give this kind of service to all valued customers of Samsung in Kerala, then most o[censored]s will be eventually shifted to some other brand.
Therefore, I kindly request Samsung management to urgently intervene in this matter to solve this issue as soon as possible or replace our refrigerator with another working condition refrigerator. Now I am skeptical about the current condition of our refrigerator
