Hello Team,

My Samsung Fridge Model number is RT28R3744S8/HL. On 8th June 2022, I had contacted Samsung Customer care as I was hearing too much noise from fridge, but their was no cooling issue. Samsung technician had visited my place on 9th June 2022 evening and troubleshooted the issue by accessing the fridge and left my premises at around 5.30 PM. Around 10 PM of same day we noticed reduced cooling in fridge, and on 10th June 2022 around 7 AM we found milk and other things which were stored were rotten.

So I had called the customer care again on 10th June 2022 and raised the issue on Zero Cooling and had asked for some supervisor to look into this issue as the fridge was working very well in cooling and after technician accessing the fridge we noticed zero cooling.

Contacted customer support and local authorized dealer - Venture Power Solutions 553/9 TKM Road, Muthuraja colony, Chengalpattu - 603001 many times but no response. Hence had escalated my complaint to samsung support CEO team.

DEEPU SASINDHRAN (deepu.[protected]@partner.samsung.com) from Samsung team had contacted me and said I need to pay around INR 4000 as motherboards has to be replaced. My question is how come the fridge was working very well before the technician visit and how come suddenly it will go to zero cooling, So its a fault on samsung side and SAMSUNG needs to rectify the same. Below is his mail response,

This is in regards to your complaint for your Samsung Model number RT28R3744S8/HL bearing serial xxx.

On the basis the inspection carried out by our Service Engineer, your unit requires repairs.

As your product is now out of warranty, repairs would be carried out on chargeable basis. As per repair estimate shared by the Service Centre, the repair estimate is Rs 4201/-

AS discussed we can provide 25% discount on repair as one time support

We further request to give your consent for repairs, so that we can proceed further on it.

My question is - How come the fridge was working without any cooling issues till 5PM on 9th June 2022 and stop working on same day after your technician has addressed fan noise issue. Could you provide an explanation on this.

    I bought samsung m21 mobile the device is automatically restart problem coming I asked to services they told OBS problem if we change OBS also we cannot give warranty for All m series mobile why they are doing like this.

      I am also facing the same issue of phone restarting after android 12 update tried everything I mean every possible scenario sometimes it won't start working well but again after sometimes restarting again and again what to do Samsung should send an update because it is a software bug that's it

        I purchased samsung M31s via Amazon, Invoice Date : 10.08.2020 but last week (i.e 15th June 2022) onwards it was frequently restarting and most of the time it got stuck with booting log after restarting. I took to Samsung authorized service center they mentioned Motherboard issue, in service most of the Samsung M31S people are facing the same Motherboard issue. I am seeing this issue after OS upgrading, The update caused the motherboard to fail.

        Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount. the service center person mentioned that Mother board cost will 9 to 10k, its not fair to pay from the customer(where I didnt done any mistake) so I hope from Samsung side could they can replace the motherboard free of cost?

          I struggled to get my refrigerator to get services for 3 months then contacted Croma and after lot of hassles my fridge was repaired on 1st june and after 3 days of services again same issue and I have complaint to service head, CFO, Customer care multiple emails no services untill now seems they are killing 3 months warranty period these people are into money making business harrasing and troubling customers pathetic services

          Really shameless act that even after multiple complaints my issue is still open useless customers support corrupt management real fraudsters the management keep on forwarding complaints here and there with no solution harrasing customers charging money and then never provide services during warranty period if management is pathetic howcome customers support team can be good

            Stuck on logo problem .i m facing this after the update last week before last week my phone is running absolutely fine with no hangs . when i go to service centre they said to change motherboard nd to pay 7 k for this which is a huge amount a very poor service samsung . my phone is in good condition no drops nd nothing happened then also this problem nd i know it happened after update kindly my service cost or replace my phone its one nd only samsung fault

              Hi Team,

              I purchased a Samsung 6.5 kg washing machine on Dec 2020. The dealer sold the washing machine by saying, it has all the protection including a completely covered rat mesh. Since, no one would want to look underneath, I also trusted them and didn't check if what they said is correct. That's how I trust the brand, since I'm using multiple products from Samsung

              I was in the same impression and was using it until today, that it stopped working. I found today that, there is a small square shape opening exactly in the bottom of the machine and looks like a rat might have gone inside and damaged the water pipes which causing the water to leakage.

              I spoke to technician and he said he will come and check. If it's a rat bite, any part replacement will be charged.

              I'm completely disappointed with this. I felt like I'm cheated by making me trust that there is nothing to worry for a product of Rs.30, 000 approx.

              As my machine has suffered damage because of Samsung's faulty design of the machine's bottom and their ignorance to it / KeyTek Soution's false assurance and leniency in fitting the rat mesh properly and leaving open the 2 holes. I also insist that you refer to the appropriate department within Samsung which can advise on closing these holes with some conscience, so that we can stop rats from entering my machine again and causing repetitive damage.

              I would request you to look into this matter and help me fix this issue without any additional payment.

                  I have been a big fan and loyal customer of Samsung products and almost everything in my house right from TV to washing machine, microwave oven, mobile phone and air conditioner are all samsung make . I was totally satisfied with all the products before i made a MISTAKE of buying samsung dual invertor air conditioner, 3 star . I bought 3 aircons in June 2019 and started using them from Jan2020 after i shifted to new house.

                  To my surprise, within span of 2 years, out of the three units PCB of outdoor got faulty last month and I had to spend around 4600 rupees to get new one and recently again the same outdoor unit PCB of other, 2nd unit has gone faulty .

                  I have served air-conditioning field for almost 12 years, and i strongly believe that since the PCB for outdoor unit for 2 units have gone faulty at the same time, I strongly believe either PCB have been designed as such that it went off in 2 and half to three years or there is something strictly wrong with particular batch.

                  My second question is, with AC i get warranty for PCB for 1 year and when the PCB for unit had gone faulty and I bought new PCB, warranty given by service provider is 3 months . Why is there a difference in warranty period, it brings in doubt that new PCB are repaired ones.

                  I am their customer for years and Hope samsung takes by feedback seriously and do needful .

                    1) Samsung portal confirms Instant Cash back with HDFC bank credit card, provided it is full payment in single swip , and Purchase was encouraged through Samsung shop Mobile App .
                    2) We used Samsung shop Mobile app for Purchase on 31MAY22.
                    3) we selected HDFC credit card for payment . We choose Full payment in single swipe .
                    4) Based on Samsung 's confirmation, the Mobile App after sensing the credit card number - should have passed INR1, 000 as instant cash back, at the time of Making payment against " Pay xxxx " tab .
                    5) Info said in point 4 did not happen, proving a clear case of Technical glitch in Samsung Mobile App programe .
                    6) We ( Customer ) with a faith in samsung paid full amount with out cashback = and thought we could inform Samsung about this, and take back cash back . Is it a customer mistake in having Faith in Samsung ?

                    Based on our posting in “consumer complaints.in” and after many follow up and subsequent to 6 reminders, Samsung said they would process the cashback which is still pending .Further unilaterally samsung decided to close the ticket with out effecting cash back and informing about cash back details.

                      Its been more than 200 days and i haven't received my cashback of 3000rs for my galaxy watch 4 classic 46mm lte and it's supposed to be received in 90 days as it was promised in the offer. I had word with my bank and they said talk to samsung and vise versa.

                        My phone samsung galaxy s20plus shows green vertical line on the screen since morning while charging. It doesnt hit or break. Automatically the line start showing. Please repair my phone because it is companies fault.
                        And this problem appears in india with many customers. I will not pay any charges for this. As i m regular user of samsung. Resolve my problem as soon as possible. Because its difficult to use such phone.

                          On 18th of June my galaxy s20 plus mobile phone suddenly has a green vertical line on the screen. The phone did not sustain any physical damage nor was impacted in any way that could cause such problems in the screen. Having checked online multiple users have raised the very same issue. As consumers after paying such a hefty price tag for a premium product it is disheartening to face such ordeal. Samsung India is yet to acknowledge the problem and the only solution cited by the Authorised Service Centres is a screen replacement which would cost around Rs.20000. I hope Samsung India redress my grievance.

                          Last year one of my Samsung S20 plus last year display got green line all of a sudden after 6 months now mine nother samsung note 20 ultra has display burn type near border visible. After paying such hepty amount for premium phone that to within 2 year, displays of sumsung are getting worst evne my MI Phone which is also amoled lasting long in display ...wont ever trust samsung as a brand now . Terrible feeling when u know the repair policy (Rs 20000 k for display plus service charge). Irony is such that company which supply display to other companies has kept worst display for his own customer. Thank you Samsung

                            i purchased samsung mobile from flipkart dt- 22.06.2021 (samsung m11). Currently camera of that mobile not working properly. I visited at service center ( east boring canal road, patna) yesterday. My mobile if checked by three engineer for find any physical damage even by open every parts and check by endoscope magnifier, after that they not found any damage, they told me your mobile is suffering from moisture.

                            They not provide me any complain no and return me.

                              My phon continuously freezes and restarts just after I have updated the software. Service centre personals say that the motherboard needs to be changed. I don't find any option to backup and recover my data. The local repair shops and service centres said that there were many cases like mine. Samsung has ruined trust and is liable to be sued.

                                This is in regards to a refrigerator bought by us on[protected] from Croma.
                                On 15th June 2022, we realised that our fridge wasn’t cooling enough and called the customer care. Prompt service was provided and two technicians visited our residence and were quite surprised and shocked to see that the freezer portion of the fridge seemed NOT normal. They clicked a few pictures, told us they will check with their team leaders and get back with a solution.
                                Ever since their visit, we kept waiting patiently until the next day to hear for a solution. Our case was being handled by Miss Bhushra Khan. The whole of next day went past and we didn’t hear back from anyone nor were we given any answer to our repeated calls.
                                The morning of 17th June 2022, I again made a call and spoke with a gentleman, and to my utter shock, he told me that they had the revert which said this is ‘not repairable’ and that I would be offered a mere 10% of my bill value.

                                Now after the above story, I would like to have a few questions answered as a customer who placed their trust in SAMSUNG and invested ₹80000/- plus on a machine of high repute of an extremely esteemed brand.

                                1. What exactly is the problem that has occurred in our refrigerator??
                                I do expect to be told why such a thing would happen to the machine which even the company cannot repair within such a short span of time of buying the product. By short span I mean a mere 5 years wherein fridges are known to last minimum a decade or even 15 years.

                                2. Just based on the visit of this ground technician (who can undertake casual repair work) how has it been ascertained through a few/ handful of pictures, that this fridge is not worthy of repair at all?
                                Does Samsung not deem fit to investigate this issue further? Is the value of our money so low that the customer can be offered a meagre 10% of total billed value for the machine gone wrong?

                                3. This seems like a manufacturing defect to me which even the company is unable to address. Its a clear case of " material failure" for which the maker is fully responsible & liable to compensate the consumer.

                                It would be rather not be in the interest of Samsung if I will be compelled to take this case to the Consumer Courts.

                                I refuse to accept this solution of offering me this meagre amount. As a customer, I would want a proper redressal to my problem. Such a vague answer is not at all acceptable by such a technologically advanced brand like Samsung.

                                The kind of revert I’ve got seems to have come from a local vendor selling second hand machines and not Samsung.

                                I look forward to a positive revert from your end. I hope Samsung will not let my faith drown and also value my hard earned money which I carefully invested in your product.

                                  I have bought a Samsung Refrigerator in Aug 2020. The choice was samsung as it is one of the most reputed brand in consumer durables. I paid around 55k for the Model which I had been told was one of the best among others.
                                  5 days back, the fridge stopped working and after lodging complaint, the engineer finally visited and told me that the gas of the product has leaked. He further added that this is very normal and "gas nikal jaati hai jaise aap uuncha model lete ho"
                                  He told me that gas needs to be refilled, "if you get this done by samsung they will add GST and if you want me to do it, I will not charge any GST and you will save money. "

                                  There is something very very wrong with entire functioning of Samsung technical deptt and the way they handle queries.

                                  First of all i want the fridge to be repaired on priority considering the hot weather of Delhi. Secondly if there is so frequent gas leak issues with fridge, it means that you people are manufacturing faulty products and for which we, consumer, are not supposed to pay.
                                  2 year is nothing considering the product which got damaged.
                                  Plz get this issue attended on priority, bill attached herewith

                                    Hello
                                    I have so many times complain to customer care number and every time they said technician coming today tomorrow still waiting no one arrived yet to solve my issue. I have problem since i bought this fridze just passing 1 yr. Then again an again problem with fridze and just before week i repair with samsung service centre they charge me Rs 2210 and just after 10 days i have problem again i have done complain 3 or 4 times no one looking into this issue even technician not coming to visit and see any fault cause fridze not working properly now i have a enough headche with this fridze

                                        I orders samsung Q990B soundbar on 2nd June 2022 on samsung shop online india and the product got delivered on 9 th June 2022. The Installstion team came on 12th of June and during installation process they found wall mount are missing in the order package. They told that the order will get replaced since items are missing in the delivery and specified the same in Samsung Customer record sheet. I immediately called samsung shop customer care and lodged the complaint for order replacement. Since the I am still waiting for my order to be replaced or refunded but nothing is moving further. Everything I call samsung shop customer care I get assurance that team is working on resolution but nothing is happening since last 6 days. This is very disappointing to see the samsung shop team casual attitude to resolve customer concern where customer is at no fault. The produce was delivered with missing parts but don’t know what team is doing to understand this simple case and replace to order . Poor after sales services.
