Order TV thru estore, not delivered within committed timeline

Order ([protected]) is submitted on 19th june which is 7 days before today. It was promised to deliver today. If gus cannot do you should update customer. In current scenario amazon or flipkart is providing 1 day delivery to any area. I purchased this mobile on 09/06/2020 . On the date of 5 th May 2022. its started hanging problem. why hanging problem start. no damage, no water issue. Why are you launching like this product. I waste money . why are you fool to the public.

    I initiated a purchase of a mobile phone on the 18 thof November 2021., for a Samsung mobile model no Galaxy M21, 2021. priced at Rs 14995/-

    We had initiated a purchase and made the full payment through our credit card of icici bank., for the sum of Rs 14995/-.

    Immediately we received a mail stating payment declined., the order was canceled. from samsung.

    We can share the screenshots of both the order and the cancellation.

    However, the payment had actually been made and deducted from our account.
    Based on their mail, we did not argue and instead placed an order with amazon, that very night, and the amount got debited too.

    We got a call from the courier stating that he is delivering the Product, we were not at home, and assumed that it is from amazon.

    Without realizing that Samsung had realized its mistake and they without our confirmation and knowledge raised another order on their own and dispatched the mob ph, which package till this day is in sealed condition unutilized and unopened.

    We had sent them a mail stating that the payment has been deduced and to make a refund.

    Their mail and screenshots, clearly state that if we want to raise an order we have to follow the process again, where was the question of raising a, and we did not, they did it to cover up their mistake.

    For nine months now they are harassing and not refunding our monies, with interest, and neither are they collecting the mobile stating that once delivered as per policy they cannot collect it back.

    In the preceding, I had been in touch with them through their helpline and every time a different person addressed the issue not Resolving neither Escalating, but parrot-like insincere answers were always given, to harass a senior citizen and a Loyal customer of years.

    Every mail of mine was relied on, on without a thought and always by a different person, who did nothing to clear or understand or listen to the mistake made by samsung, but to forcible thrust the product which we already bought now from amazon.

    Their customer care helpline misguided us and even told to visit the service center for a new mobile ph, and put us in an embarrassing situation, and we visited them as guided, with no help coming.

    Nine months have elapsed and this blame game continues.

    They are illegitimately sitting with my money, and do not need the product.

    Even as recently they repeated and asked for the pictures of the package which I have sent for the third time, but no resolution is in sight, as they do not mean to provide any sincere solution by taking the product back which is unused unopened and sealed as yet.

    The money must be refunded, with interest, the product collected, and this harassment should stop immediately.

    Team Samsung, I have received umpteen no calls and emails from different persons of your organization, but all have the same approach and reasoning, that your policy and only you matter, not the customer.

    How will it make a difference if you do not want to, Listen, read, and understand my situation, and why, I am being harassed for the last 9 months, is it necessary?

    Do you get joy out of this situation, by harassing a Senior Citizen, customer, who has paid you and you denied receiving the money and canceled the order?

    After realizing the mistake you made, you created another order without our knowledge, approval, or authorization.

    And you keep harping about your own policy, without having any understanding and accepting your mistake, why is it so difficult to understand what is going on.

      I purchased a samsung smart watch via amazon on 26th July 2021 and the product is still under warranty.
      After using it for 10 months, the back panel of the smart watch came out and i took it to the samsung customer service center near by, when the service center team checked the watch, the team stated that the product was purchased over seas and it cannot be covered in warranty. but I purchased the watch from Amazon India. ( i raised the concern with amazon as well)

      Later i received a call from Samsung, saying that the product cannot be covered in warranty because it has a minor scratch on the front screen. The scratch is so negligible and it looks like just a reason to not cover the warranty of the product.

      Looking for some justice on the product. Kindly help

        First of all there is no provision for cancelling any order placed on samsung india website, I had to refuse the delivery for cancelling then after 4-5 days on 24/05/2022 i have received the mail of cancellation and in mail it was mentioned that i will receive my refund in 7-10 working days, its been more than a month when i am posting this. Every time when i call samsung customer care they will say your refund is processed you will receive your refund within 24-48 hours, today when i called what they are saying is "your refund is not processed yet and i have mailed to concerned department regarding your complaint they will process your refund as soon as possible". so these persons (customer care) either they are lying to the customers or they don't know anything or so called concerned department is not doing there job. and just for information order was placed on 29/04/2022.

            I have given My samsung galaxy J7's power bottom replace, when i recived the phone they charge 500 for that switch, and didn't given a bill also, and when i ask them, they told me that for this parts they didn't gave any bill, and also my phones battery got Showllen, very disappointed service Given by them

              It is very disappointing that Samsung India is asking me to pay for spares for my washing machine repair within the warranty period. I had purchased Samsung washing machine on[protected] & it’s been just 2 months that i have faced issue of water leakage in washing machine. Upon visit of samsung customer care representative, he said that the rubber gasket has a small cut due to which leakage is happening & the same is not covered under warranty. Even i did not evide this cut in gasket at the time of purchase & if the gasket is cut so early it reflects that the quality of material is inferior. My complaint number registered with samsung is [protected]. I would like to inform samsung india that this is the 4th appliance we have purchased from Samsung i already have a samsung washer cum dryer costing around 60, 000, two refrigerators costing 30, 000 each & this washing machine for which i have raised complaint. I expect samsung to resolve my washing machine issue at no extra cost since it’s in warranty period. Also, i was about to extend my product warranty for 3 additional years but now it’s worrying me that whether samsung will still levy such charges on me in coming future.

              Hi, i got my washing machine spare part (rubber gasket) replaced from Samsung, it took a couple of days for the issue to get escalated to higher authority & finally Mr Rohit Majumdar (Customer Experience Manager) from Samsung was able to understand & help resolve the issue in warranty period with Service Request No: 6812280144. I would like inform other customers as well that rubber & plastic parts comprise in essential part category of an appliance. They should not be considered in cosmetics. There are other companies like IFB who provide warranty & post warranty AMC inclusive of Rubber & Plastic parts for their appliances. The experience with service centre & customer experience manager was seamless [except with VOS-Corrective 1 (CS)]. Thanks Samsung for the support & hoping samsung makes modification in their internal policies as discussed above.

              Received a call from Samsung [+[protected]], they are refusing to provide service saying that the gasket part comes under cosmetic category. Such a fraud trick this is. When i checked in the brochure, they have not even defined which parts are covered under cosmetics! However as far my understanding cosmetic should be external decorative items, but this gasket is internal part how can it be counted in cosmetics???
              I checked with peer comparisons of Samsung like LG, IFB etc. Even IFB provides replacement of rubber & plastic parts in warranty & " in purchased extended warranty" as well, attached reference image for reference.
              This is not at all convincing what Samsung representative is saying that we cannot disclose you whats covered or not covered in cosmetics, we cannot share that policy document it is internal document/data, nor it is mentioned in their brochure etc. etc. This actually seems like a white collar fraud activity in the market.

                I purchased a Samsung Monitor 24" LF24T35FHWXXL via Mahalaxmi Info Systems, Guwahati, Assam on[protected] and subsequently, after using it for a month the monitor began to show horizontal lines on the top half of the screen. The monitor was then submitted to the Samsung Service Center (BIR Electronics Pvt. Ltd) Guwahati, Assam on[protected]Samsung Service Request No. [protected]).

                I went to collect the monitor on[protected] whereby the service centre person told me that my monitor would not be repaired under warranty because of a sticker that showed the serial no. inside the monitor was torn. (The picture the service centre person sent to me is attached-https://photos.app.goo.gl/PjYf6aZiE3pA8MoH6). They said that they have also talked with the head office and the warranty has been denied.
                The service centre person also told me that you must go to the dealer and ask him to replace the monitor since it has been tampered with. Now the thing is that the dealer is denying any fault on his part as the monitor was handed to me with the seal intact and the monitor was opened by me itself while verifying every seal in every packet is proper.
                The service centre person also gave me the toll-free number of Samsung customer care[protected] and told me to inquire over there. I went home and called the same and after talking to the person, they said to call the customer care while in the service centre so that they can directly inquire about the problems relating to the denial of warranty. I went back to the service centre and then called customer care and the associate transferred me to his superior because he did not have the authority to converse with the service centre directly. After explaining the issue to the superior who then talked with the service centre person over the phone, verified that the issue was internal and that the customer has no fault on his part, assured me that a satisfactory resolution would be reached. He opened up a new service request for the monitor. (Samsung Service Request No. [protected])

                On[protected] the service centre person again called me and told me that they cannot provide a warranty for my monitor and they have sent emails and stuff and the warranty has been denied. She also told me to call Samsung customer care and talk with the person I have talked with before.
                I have called Samsung customer care and after speaking with the person he said that he has escalated my issue and they will contact the service centre and call back.
                Do I as a customer need to verify that all the stickers within a product itself are intact?

                Received a call at around 5 pm from a Samsung partner whereby I have again explained the issue.

                I received two missed from the Samsung partner at 5:57 pm and 5:58 pm and when I tried calling back at 6:12 pm the lines were closed.
                The Samsung partner emailed me the following, “We tried to contact you on *********** to discuss your concern but we could not connect. Request you to kindly confirm the convenient time to call you again or provide me your alternate number. Your unit is not having the serial & model number sticker so it will be considered out warranty.”

                I received a call from the Samsung partner at 12:28 pm whereby he said the same thing: there is no serial number and model number sticker, so it will not be covered in the warranty. So I said if it's a problem from the factory then I would go to the dealership itself and that I would refer to the conversation between me and him.

                I collected the monitor from the service centre and went to the dealership whereby I explained my issue to them and they called the Samsung head, who asked them to forward the emails that I have received from the other Samsung partner stating that the product will not be covered under warranty and that he would look into the issue.
                I have forwarded the emails to him instantly.

                I finally contacted the samsung ceo email team regarding my complaint and after much deliberation, they have given instructions to the service center to repair my monitor and now my monitor is repaired and working properly.

                The Samsung Service Partner has told me that this is not an issue of service but rather sales as the dealer have to contact the sales department to replace the monitor or refund the amount to me. The service team will not be able to help in that regard, but I can contact him if any issue arises.

                  I bought my Samsung F62 mobile from Amazon in June 2021 with full online payment. But now it got locked by showing message like "Payment overdue for Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan". But if I did not buy my device from Flipkart, why Flipkart is locking my phone. I am unable to access anything. Is this some kind of ransom flipkart is trying . When reach out to customer care of both companies they are simply saying it's not their issue. When called Samsung support, they are saying there is nothing in this they can help with.
                  What should I do??
                  Thinking of filing a complaint in Consumer Court, if not help received on urgent basis.

                    Samsung has released Android 12 one UI 4.1 and I have updated my mobile on[protected]. Right after the update a Green Vertical line came on my Device. My phone was in perfect working condition before that. I was requested to submit my Device in nearest service center for Inspection. I was requested to comeback after 4 hours as it will take time for inspection and later on, I was informed that my device doesn't have any "LIQUID DAMAGE / HARDWARE DAMAGE" and there is a dot on below the volume button which they didn't show me while taking my mobile. I have already questioned then about this and came back with the Job Sheet created. I kept on escalating this case to higher authorities provided by Samsung, but it's been first assigned to "DEEPU VJ, then to KAMLESH and now handled by KAMALI", They keep on giving different reasons each time for the same device and trying to convince me. They are mentally harassing and torturing me on the calls for last 45 days. First, I was informed "water Damage", then when I questioned about usage, then I asked to elaborate they are saying there is a dot on the device so the issue happened. I asked the same thing to send in written but they keep on sending the same template "IMPROPER USAGE". I'm having all the call recordings of their behavior". Finally, yesterday KAMALI has called me and stated my device is Water Damaged. When I questioned from where you are getting this false information and asked to take service center guy in the call, we spoke, and I clarified everything and provided all the proofs that there is no "Liquid / Hardware Damage". She said she needs 1 day time to get back and I thought I will get a positive response. But again, today she called and states, she took to Management to get the "FREE OF COST REPLACEMENT OF DISPLAY" for my device but management denied as there is a dent on my Device. I asked her how come you guys are saying this dent will make the display as it is clean that all over India 1000's o[censored]sers are facing the same issue after the software update, and many have got the free screen replacement from Samsung. So, I requested in written to send like this Dent caused the issue so that it will be helpful for me to escalate but again she disconnected the call and sent the same template. I really want Samsung to answer me and provide me proper justification why my Device has affected with this issue. I'm attaching all the evidences where Same Samsung team is providing different reasons for the same device and not mentioning what they are talking in email to the customers. As I don't have option to upload the call recording, I'm adding the Image of my mobile where Samsung team claims that the issue is due to the dent which even is not visible to human eye. I would like to get free replacement of my display as this is clear that My Device is crashed due to buggy software update from Samsung as my Device is just 14 months old and I made all possible ways to protect my phone till now.

                    I faced the same issue, service center giving illogical reasons like dent or something so that they dont have to repair it free of cost.
                    I got the same reason and literally i dont think even the company wanted to do it free of cost, they just circulated the guidelines and none of the service center is following even though the issue is from samsung software update that cause the hardware failure.
                    Let me know if you get any update.

                      I have bought samsung galaxy M31s on 28th August 2020. 3 days back I got an issue that my mobile is not working and it stopped working suddenly. I have took the mobile to the Samsung service centre. They have tested my mobile and said that mother board of the mobile have been failed and you need to replace the mother board which costs about 8, 600 rupees. Then I researched more about the issue then I noticed that samsung M31s has an built-in issue from the company itself based on recent software updates the failure of mother board has been occurred, not only me thousand of M series users facing the same issue . Please consider this issue as serious one and please resolve my problem by replace the new mother board as early as possible.

                          Hi team, I bought my Samsung M31s mobile on September 2021
                          (Model: SM-M317FZBDINS, Serial No : RZ8N81T7THV)
                          Exactly after 1.2 year, My mobile stopped charging, when i checked with customer service center they told you need to replace charging port which costed me around 1800 /- rupees, even though I maintained my mobile in good condition,
                          after another 2-3 months now, my phone has started to auto reboot with an endless loop, which makes it unusable, When i checked with customer support first they said may be software issue and reinstalled the same which costed me 236 /- rupees, after a week again the same issue occurred now, when i again checked with customer care they said Motherboard has given up and we need to replace, which cost 7500/- rupees... are you serious i could have bought a new phone instead of repairing the same, i am sure this is caused by an software update which was released by samsung, but we need to pay for it.

                          I am not sure if this complaint is going to help, But at least it will be a lesson who blindly trust a reputed company whose mobile wont last for 2 years.

                          Being a loyal Customer and believe in samsung, I will check how samsung responds to this issue and their support, If i do not get any fruitful reply, Thanks samsung, this will be the last product i will be using from samsung not just me but make sure all my family do not buy anything from samsung,

                          Remember you are not loosing money here, you are on the brink of loosing a loyal customer.

                            Dear sir /madam,

                            I went to Opera House with my Samsung phone and complaint session is not cooperated with the requried issue and more over the number which given for insurance is different and same number is not avalaible with us and they say that otp will come to that number until they won’t give it can’t be resolved. This is nonsense from your side need to be rectified your policy.. you learnt us lessons not buy sumsung phone..I need a reply or else I will go to consumer forum…

                              I have been using my phone for 16 months and the issue of auto restart started to occur suddenly after samsung update (which got updated automatically though). Your service center asked us to replace the motherboard which costs around 7000/-. This is not feasible for me to pay such huge amount within 1.5 years of buying the phone. My previous samsung phone (M21) had the same motherboard issue and for that I had to buy another phone. In total, today, we have 3 samsung phones out of which 2 phones have motherboard issue and the phones are not that old. I also met other customers at the service center who had the same motherboard issue. I am a student and I cannot pay such huge amount and I didn't expect a 16 months old samsung phone to get dead or to pay 8000/- to make it work. You have to look into this matter for motherboard replacement for free since its not our fault due to which the problem occurred. Before updating the phone, we werent alerted saying "update your samsung phone at your own risk since it might need to change the motherboard at cost of half a price of your phone". Even on the internet, youtube, forums, I've been seeing thousands of customers facing the same issue and can't afford paying 7-8k on such new phone. I request you to look into this matter ASAP. I need to shift to another city and I'm with no phone in working condition. I had trusted and believed in samsung as a company being non-chinese and bought new phones of this brand and this is what we get from them. Samsung has let me down. Kindly, do something about it or do this with a free of cost, I cannot pay such huge amount financially. Nobody can. Or atleast stop with the frequent forced updates on our phones or atleast take the phone back at half a price!

                                So, all this nightmare of a mess begined when I ordered a Refrigerator from the Samsung website on 10 Oct 2021 with my SBI Credit Card as it had some discount. Order #[protected]

                                I got It delivered on 12th or 13th October. Samsung authorized technician arrived at my residence on the 14th for the installation and Demo. While he was removing the package to unbox the refrigerator I was recoring the unboxing in the meanwhile.

                                Just as the last cover was removed, to our surprise, the edge of the Refrigerator's top door was severly damaged and the refrigerator had also suffered few dents here and there. For reference, attached photos along with the technician's signature indicating product was damaged.

                                I then contacted Samsung store customer support at support.[protected]@samsung.com and they failed to resppond in a given time frame(48 Hours). For the sake of their beloved customer, they responded me after 1 goddamn month, maybe after they woke up from their sleep!

                                But in the meanwhile, I had already filed for chargeback dispute with SBI chargeback team against Samsung for delivering damaged product and that they were not responding to mails. I filled the dispute form with all the required details with proofs attached.

                                As per the transaction dispute details, SBI had contacted Samsung regarding this issue. So this where both the bank & Samsung [censored]ed things up for me. No one communicated properly with each other. SBI charge back team says they asked Samsung to process for refund but Samsung instead misled the bank by providing them with just delivery proof of Refrigerator. They completely hid the fact that they had delivered damaged product to the customer.

                                Not sure what SBI charge back team thought of that proofs they had provided. And they never even tried to understand my actual concern in the first place. They just closed the dispute in favor of Samsung saying I didn't provide the valid documents of proof of returned item/goods (proof of refrigerator being sent back to Samsung).

                                Samsung had finally responded to me about pick up of the product around the end of the November(24th I believe) and they did pick it up later around the first week of the December. I also notified this with SBI chargeback team.

                                To this day, Samsung's website still says item as delivered instead of returned status. And they're very adamant and not providing me with the acknowledgement proof showing item has been returned to them.

                                First, Samsung misled and behaved fraudulently with my Credit card bank by showing only the document proof of the item's delivery and never mentioned that they had delivered the damaged product.

                                Second, SBI charge back team failed to understand that their Credit card customer received a damaged product and the merchant didn't respond to the customer's emails. They should have proceeded with the dispute fairly as per customer's proof and on behalf of them. But they failed to.

                                And whenever I try to contact the charge back team I just get the same reply like a bot that I have to contact Samsung. Screenshot attached.

                                And Samsung's reply to my query about refunding is just the same bots like reply.
                                "The amount 33300/- has been charge backed on[protected]. hence, we request you to coordinate with the respective bank."

                                Dear Samsung, What is the payment status of my PayU ID [protected] and transaction ID [protected]? does it still show as charge backed?

                                I believe the customer support teams of SBI and Samsung are some 10 year old kids who never attended customer service training.

                                At this point I'm just being bounced backward and forward like a tennis ball.

                                Who has my goddamn money?!

                                Nothing positive is coming from this complaint forum. Is this just for name sake? I'm preparing to file an actual complaint in the consumer court and recover the amount along with the bank interest.

                                  मैंने पिछले सात दिन पहले सैमसंग एम 12 मोबाइल खरीदा है, मोबाइल ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहा है और प्रोसेसिंग बहुत धीमी है, और किसी भी ऐप को ओपन करने में ज्यादा समय लगता है और कुछ बार ओपन भी नहीं होता है, मुझे सैमसंग जैसे ब्रांड के मोबाइल से ऐसी उम्मीद नहीं थी, इस मोबाइल मे नेट भी बहुत स्लो चलता है, मै चाहता हूँ कि आप इस मोबाइल को वापस कर लें, क्योंकि मेरा पैसे बेकार गये।

                                    We bought a Samsung front load model washing machine about 3 years ago, and we had few issues in the machine, we have contacted the customer care and they came for service but the customer care is saying that we should pay for the service even we have 3 years waranty for the machine, we informed about a 4C issue on May 19, 2022 your staff came and repaired and after the day we made only one wash then again machine got repaired but we have no idea what happened and again we called the customer care while still waranty period wasn't finished . We are complaining about the problem since that day but there was not any much gentle response they are just telling reasons and now they came and saw the machine and the came to the point that we have to pay Rs.7000 to repair the machine saying drum is damaged and spare need to be changed . But we had been complaining about this when we had waranty . We are so frustrated that the quality of the product is very bad and also about the careless responses from the customer care . We are not going to pay for the service as we informed about the issue when we had waranty . And we will file charge about this issue legally if we have to, but we hope it shoul not get that far . So consider this complaint and you better repair our machine with no cost estimation . THANK YOU

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am a Doctor from Chennai. I bought a new Samsung Fridge model number SBS 689L RS73R5561FB for Rs 74369/- on 02.07.2021 from Infiniti Trading Ltd, CROMA.

                                      This fridge is found to be faulty, with it's mother board and motor has been replaced thrice by Samsung service engineer Mr Senthil. In spite of complaining to Samsung to find a solution to this problem by replacing, so far nothing has been done and inspite of sending so many e-mails, no one contacted me till date. I had even contacted the customer care on toll free number who promised me that my complaint is running with their team mates and requested to have patience, which I have been doing for 11months since the purchase of this defective fridge which cost me ₹74369/-.

                                      This is not a small amount and investing so much in a reliable multinational company like Samsung thought to be wise on my part, but the experience and harassment facing now due to defective fridge supplied by you have been to be rethink to buy Samsung products.

                                      I hope you will replace the defective refrigerator. Needless to say that if the needful is not done, I will be compelled to take necessary legal action for redress.
