I have ordered a refrigerator from samsung shop on june 22nd, it has been cancelled by samsung itself, the reason was 'no stock available'
They said they have initiated the refund on 23 june, and whenever i contacted samsung customers care for the refund they were angrily spitting me with their 7-10 days refund policy.
Today, july 8th, they have failed to fulfill what they have promised, i am not recieved my refund of 24040 Rs.
I have mailed the ceo department, service head, and contacted all the available sources, but i did not recieve any refund or valid responses.
Because of this order from Samsung, I lost my reputation and became financially unstable
