I have purchased ac last year which is under warranty, ac service was called, he has seen the problem and told us that 1 of spares in external unit is defected and it is not with them and will order and will come from company in a week, 1 of that spares was replaced but still not as 1 more spares was not working again that spare was also not there with them and to be ordered and will again take 1week but it took more than 10 days to fit...but again service man is replying us that 1 more spare is not working so our complain is not resolved since 40days...all summer is getting ended still not repaired...in 1 years so much problem with Samsung and is not resolved till...very disappointed with Samsung service, plz getted resolved...

    I called sumsung customer support and escalated my issue. They have assigned my issue to one person named Jagathee.[protected]@partner.samsung.com

    I am trying to explain my issue and he asked me to share the job id which is registered during warranty period.i have shared the same. Next day he called me and interrogating like police officer like when you affected with covid do have any proof. How many months took to recover. Why didnt you travel to Anantapur District for service center etc. I have never seen this type of conversation earlier. I clearly told initially reported the issue in Hyderabad. Later due to Covid i went my home town and visited few samusung service centers they told me as usual "reset factory setting" or "installing os". Even i called customer customer support and they guided me over the phone same factory resettings etc. After visiting they didnt provide any jobid/acknowledgement for me. Recently i have visited kodapur, Hyderabad service center same thing they have installed the software. Next day again restarting. After escalating many times and visited again that time they have created Job sheet . Could you please me to resolve my issue.

    I have purchased this Mobile in 2020 aug 6. Its having heating and restarting issue. So given the mobile in Samsung support center with in the warranty period. But still facing the issue . In between i called many times and they suggested me to reset the factory settings. Still facing the same problem. Couple of weeks back also it's over heated and restarted . I have twin babies due to its over heated I was scared and called support people they suggested me to switch off the mobile and kept outside the house .Yesterday also visited samsung service center and changed the software. Still facing same issue.
    After escalating and after questioning them strongly they are telling its mother board issue.

    Above job id is created with in the warranty period regarding the same issue.

    Here I want to tell my issue is keep repeating since the phone is under warranty. With in the warranty time I have submitted. They are not able to resolve my issue . I have visited few service centers and same as usual they installed the OS. I am not going to pay single rupee for this issue. I went through the portals samsung M31S having lot of heating and restarting issues.In my case wantedly they are keep dragging and telling common scenarios like reset factory settings/installing OS.

    Same product having lot of issues. I have collected 10 to 12 documents saying samsung M31s having restart issue.Here pdfs i am not able to attach.Like that we have thousands customers suffered and wasting their money .
    Requesting you to please help to resolve my issue . If you are not in the position to resolve this issue very sure i will file a case against Samsung India in consumer court. Thanks

    I have escalated the issue.I have visited samsung service centre in Hyderabad 2 times. When I visited first time they told me to reset the factory settings. They didn't given any job id first time .After that the issue is keep repeated. After that i have visited few more service centres even they told the reset factory settings.Again i have visited jul 2nd in hyderabad., They changed the software again . For this day they didn't create any jobsheet. After escalating they created the job id with in warranty period. Job id: 4324696087. Since my issue is keep repeating when it was in warranty period. I got call from [email protected]. He is not helping and he closed my VOC.

    Basically I am lover of Samsung even 4 months back i bought 55 inch led tc and earlier also i bought refrigerator, TV, washing machine etc. But i trusted lot. In case of my mobile every one betrayed me. Just i went through the internet came to know samsung M31S having mother board issue.

      Please note that I purchased Samsung's power bank on May 22, 2022 with a six-month guarantee from you, but only a month later my power b.The bank was dead. Due to the guarantee I went to your service center Sangrur on 5th July 2022. They put some pictures of the power bank and asked me to send these pictures to my senior officer to ask. Only then can we change it. They gave me two days but when I went to the service center twice today they said it can't be changed and I was not told any reson.I have also sent many mails to your support mail id but no satisfactory reply has been given. Please change my power bank or tell me the reason for not changing it. Thank you.

        Recharge of RS 179 by Samsung pay mini app, but i did not get the recharge and the money was cut from the account.
        I did a search on my bank account but they did not help me. He said that after the deduction of the money from the account, ask them whom you have been recharged. Please help me.

          I had complained about the washing machine not working in April 22. The service engineer mentioned that the PCB needed replacement, so paid for the same and got it repaired in about 2 weeks.

          In June again the machine developed a problem and the service engineer mentioned that the PCB was faulty and would be replaced as they had already charged for it. Since then I have been waiting for the part to come and be replaced.

          Samsung only replies that they will look into the matter but there is no resolution of the issue.

          I would like to understand why a part takes so long to be sent across.

            Samsung — Screen bleeding purple blue issue

            I have Samsung M31 purchased on 21. July 2020 and having extended Samsung care+ warranty up to July 24th 2022. From yesterday 7th july suddenly I saw blue and purple patches on the screen and it's started spreading gradually. Today I reached to Samsung authorized service center and they said it's not covered under warranty. Eventhough I have active extended Samsung care+ warranty which clearly implies accidental and liquid damaged covered. Authorized service center said that it not an accidental damage.

              I have almost all home appliances from Samsung. One of them is Front Loaded Washing Machine. I registered a complaint and they have promised me that engineer will come next day. But no one called and no one came. I called again and registered the same complaint, They again promised that next day engineer will come to fix it. I got ONE call but then no one come. I called again THIRD TIME and registered complaint and next day I got a call and they gave me a number of engineer. I called him and engineered promised to come by afternoon. I took off from my office and was waiting for the engineer to come but he did not come. I called many times he answered one and gave an excuse. then I called many times but he did not answer. they I call to the first person who called me. He also answered once then he did not answer.

                Yesterday(7/7/22) my Samsung M30 got stuck on reboot and Today I went to Samsung Service centre, Tibet Road, Gangtok, Sikkim. My case was was received by Yasudhara Gurung where she told me that I need to replace my phones IC and Charging port and it would cost Rs 2500 since my warranty was expired to which I agreed and after an hour she returned my phone after completing repairment. I then turned on my phone to check it out but to my surprise I found that all my data, photo, documents were erased which were very dear and important to me. Then I asked her how she erased my data without even notifying me before doing so to which she shouted back on me saying "it was my fault that I didn't ask" I was amazed and confuse how I am I supposed to know. Also they gave me no bill of my payment to them. I be never received such kind o[censored]gly and irrational customer service in any company and still in shock and distressed by that response and feeling completely helpless that all my data has been erased.

                  I have ordered for Samsung monitor on 24th Jun'22 and it was promised to be delivered on 28th Jun'22 but the product did not arrive.

                  I continuously followed up with customer care and they always say that they have escalated the issue to their "Back-end" team and it will take about 24 hours for them to respond back to me. Days go by and still no update from anyone.

                  I waited for 2 weeks patiently and finally I requested to cancel the order. Now they are not initiating my refund. The product is worth Rs 11, 149/- which is a big sum. Plus I have made this purchase from my credit card. If the refund is not processed before my credit card due date, I will be charged additional interest on my credit card.

                  The customer care doesn't care about my issue. Every time I request them they have their standard dialogue stating that they have escalated the issue to their "Back-end" team and they will respond to me within the next 24hours but no one seems to return my call.

                  I have tried contacting Samsung all possible helplines, via customer service, whatsapp support, "Email the CEO" section and also "Email the Service head" section but the end result is the same - "No response"

                  I am requesting Samsung not to play with people's feelings and their money as it their hard earned money.

                      I have ordered a refrigerator from samsung shop on june 22nd, it has been cancelled by samsung itself, the reason was 'no stock available'

                      They said they have initiated the refund on 23 june, and whenever i contacted samsung customers care for the refund they were angrily spitting me with their 7-10 days refund policy.

                      Today, july 8th, they have failed to fulfill what they have promised, i am not recieved my refund of 24040 Rs.

                      I have mailed the ceo department, service head, and contacted all the available sources, but i did not recieve any refund or valid responses.

                      Because of this order from Samsung, I lost my reputation and became financially unstable

                          My Samsung M31s smartphone stopped working suddenly after updating to 12 Android, giving constant screen freezes and restarts. Tried factory reset and issue is still same. I saw most of the M31s user is facing the same issue after 10-15months . This is clearly a manufacturing defect and needs to be rectified by Samsung. visited service center but they said most of the m series phone is facing the same issue and had to get the motherboard replaced. It may cost around Rs9800. This is the manufacturing defect which we can't bear. you should take action on this.

                            I undersigned Mr. Darshil Sandeep Vasa, hereby write a complain to make attention towards a problem which is ongoing with Samsung Company. I ordered a product and placed the order on 17th of June 2022 on Samsung.com and I cancelled the order on the same day i.e on 17th of June 2022 with order id [protected] and with order name Sandeep Vasa. So I thought that company will refund my amount as soon it is cancelled but Samsung has its policy that it takes 7-10 working days for refunding an amount. It's more than 10 working days and now its 15 days from cancellation date and I haven't received my refund yet, I complained my problems to Samsung customer care number on 27th of June 2022 and also I mailed them to their customer support mail id of samsung but they are giving same answers and from that day I m calling them everyday for regular follow up about my problem but their executive or employees just say "Sir please wait for 24 to 48 hours and your refund will be in ur account and they give me assurance that there will be call arranged and you will get your refund in 24-48 hours everytime" and this a typical cassette which they are repeating in every single phone call and they gave me fake commitment that they will refund today, tomorrow and like that they said me everyday. It's my money and I m asking my money to refund me which they are not refunding me since more than 20 days, they are not even telling what's the reason, they just said it's a technical issue and probably a month will be completed in few days and yet they are not refunding me. This amount is too important for me because I m middle class person and it matters to me, because of Samsung and it's irrelevant answer it's making me mentally depressed for me and my family and it's making me feel more pressurized. And for transacting I had used the credit card and the bill for credit card has already been generated in which I have to pay double amount because of the refund not provided in time and the company authorities and the executives said "That its not our problem its your problem and we are only concerned with your refund". Their executives and the company authorities are not giving me proper answers and they are just saying we are taking your problem is taken as a priority call basis and we will give you your refund with proper answers within 24-48 hours everytime they say this. They are just telling me to wait for every single day which I can't afford as I have to pay credit card bill and if I don't pay on time, my cibil score will be affected badly but they are not understanding my problem despite I m saying to take my refund as faster it can be. So plz I request to look in my concern and help me get my refund as it's getting delayed and I need it urgently. So i request that i get the refund as soon as possible with all your help. I m too depressed because of human error or silly mistakes because of Samsung employers and their executives and their fake assurances and fake commitments. Plz help me faster because I cant arrange this amount on short notice because of samsung not providing my refund amount.

                            Samsung e-shop is a fraud company, never purchase anything from samsung e-shop also file police complaint against company.
                            I was Rs.10499/- through upi to samsung india Ltd. for purchase a tablet. but due to some reason I canceled my order on same day I.e. on 20.06.2022 and my order ID is [protected] and complete no is 62074635. till date I am not received my refund from Samsung Shop please help me and solve my problem

                                I have purchased M33 5g from samsung shop and provided GST certificate. This was purchased in the month of May 2022 and till date have not received GST credit.
                                On calling the helpline number no one is answering on this and just providing another number.
                                I have emailed on this issue to samsung id but there is no communication from samsung side.
                                I want the GST credit ASAP as later on cannot be claimed.
                                Need resolution soon.

                                  Hi,
                                  I purchased samsung m7 monitor worth 40k from samsung website. I returned this on 25 June and on 27 June, I received mail from samsung that my refund will be credited in 7-10 days. Today, om 6th July, I called them for status update and they said Today your refund has been initiated and will credited in 7-10 days. I was like okay but the amount on the mail is 36, 059 instead of 39, 790 + 200 credits.

                                  Pls help.

                                  Samsung has become fraud company now. Although I got the mail with correct amount but I literally had to call them every hour for this issue as it was already more than 2 weeks. They betrayed my 15 yrs of trust. I will never be near Samsung products again.

                                  Samsung e-shop is a fraud company, never purchase anything from samsung e-shop also file police complaint against company.

                                    Hello my name is kishan patel i purchase a samsung refrigerator 1 months ago due to some issue they told me need to change cooling coil and etc.i complain 10 days ago and still not getting any update from samsung.i called around 20 times to service center as well comapny help center still they not giving any update .i surly suggest you don't purchase any item of samsung because after purchase if you never get any help regarding your products.i am completly dissatisfection by samsung service.don't by any item of samsusng.

                                        I had ordered a microwave( order no: [protected]) from the official samsung india online store which got cancelled from their end on 8/6/2022. Since then, I have received countless emails stating that the refund has been initiated on 10/6/2022 as well as 15/06/2022 and yet, I've not received the refund amount. I have since then spoken to several of their customer care agents, who keep escalating the issue further and put remainders on the complaint request but to no avail. I have also emailed their grievance cell regarding the same and have not received a reply back. It's been almost a month and they keep telling me the same thing over and over again

                                        One and half month and I'm still waiting on my refund. The customer care service is atrocious. They are refusing to provide updates regarding my refund status even though I've been emailing and calling them continuously.
