I bought a refrigerator of Samsung India in January-2022. After passing 2 month, one day suddenly it stopped cooling and started leaking oil from refrigerator then i register a complaint against it to check and verify the above. When, engineer visited at home and find out whole in the Freezer Box. For which Samsung Company charges us about 8k and assured me that after making expense of 8k it will be working properly.
When i raised a request to fix the refrigerator they told me that the pickup and drop will be provided by the company. After waiting several days, no response received from the company. when i called again then i came to know that i have to drop the refrigerator at Samsung Service Center. Anyhow, i delivered the refrigerator at Samsung Service Center. After passing 3-4 days i got a message from Samsung the part has been delivered and will be repaired soon. Then after some days I got to know that Refrigerator couldn’t be repaired due to internal leakage in suction pipe which was occurred at Samsung Service Center and after this the company has raised hands up the product is not reparable, not replaceable and not refundable and due to this reason we have not pickup the refrigerator from Samsung Service Center till now.
Now, please let me know that who is responsible for the internal problem arised in the product at the Samsung Service Center and if the Company (Manufacturer) will not be able to repair the product then who will repair the same.

    Hi,

    I logged a complaint with Samsung with reference number#[protected] on 13Jun2022.

    This complaint is regarding the indoor unit of Samsung AC which burnt on 11Jun2022 and burnt my complete floor, enclosed are some pictures.

    I purchased this AC on 04Apr2021 from Vijay Sales Pitampura Delhi.

    Sanjeev (+[protected] Samsung Engineer came to my home and took all the pictures on 13Jun2022 but post that no response from Samsung even after followups.

    Samsung team of representatives and supervisors has been so pathetic that they asked me multiple questions regarding there AC and argued that it is not because of there AC but never asked is my family safe. A company like Samsung is more focused on saving themselves rather caring for there customer life. Infact I politely shared with there supervisor that this is how Samsung care for there customers. Your team can validate on the recordings of Mr. Anurag talking on Samsung helpline and Mr. Mahesh on [protected].

    I am not getting any response from Samsung now even after cooperating with them after such a mental trauma.

    i dropped a mail to servicehead.[protected]@samsung.com on 14Jun and 18 Jun but no reply. I dropped a mail to there CEO mail id on 18-Jun but no response. I called Samsung helpline on 11Jun, 13Jun, 16Jun, 17 Jun and 19Jun, everytime after waiting for 10 mins to connect there supervisor response i get is this is a escalated case and i will hear from there department head soon. But no response till now.

    I really want Samsung to reply on the damage that there AC has caused to my house and there pathetic way of handling the customer afterwards.

    I have never experienced in my life such a pathetic customer service which Samsung offers. All complaints fell on a deaf ears and nobody responds. Samsung has mentally harassed me like anything. Stay away from them.

      Hi,

      I have ordered samsung M8 monitor from samsung india online on 12th june and got delivered at 29th june instead 26th june delivery date on top of it i got damaged product.
      I have filed a complaint to samsung support, samsung told me someone will contact me with in 24 hours.
      So far no one contacted me on my issue. I already received this product late and very disappointed with customer service.

      Its been 40 hours and more...Still nobody from samsung contacted me on my issue. Whenever i call to their customer support they keep saying that they have escalated to senior team and keep asking me to wait further 24 hours. Not sure why this straight forward issue is taking so long, samsung should replace with in few hours.
      Really disappointed with customer service provided by samsung.

      Never purchase any samsung item.

        I have bought galaxy M30 two months back with my saving money .The phone costs me around 17, 000 that time .Now the phone is having restarting problem which happens at every 15 min . I need proper resolution of the problem. Please help me as I cannot afford new phone now.

          I was using samsung galaxy S6, which suddenly stopped working. On inquiring, it was informed that the mother board has stopped working and needs to be replaced. Further, it was informed that the company has stopped providing support for that handset. Isn't it robbing and cheating the customer. Should, i throw that handset.

            You are forcing us to use samsung pay mini which cannot be unistalled and it comes between full screen users of samung when its pop up is added to the home screen
            This is so wrong, and unfair. There is no way to either remove that pop up or not even unistalling samsung pay mini, we are forced to use apps by samsung and this is not the first. Please look into this.

                My Refrigerator is freezing in fridge part from the date of purchase.
                Now it it is out of warranty.

                I did a complaint when it was in warranty then samasung technician didn't come but he did a video call and said please clean the refrigerator from inside but problem occurred in 2-3 months.

                Now i complaint again and now they are saying we will send a technician & his fees will be 450+gst and if any part is not working then it will cost more charges.

                My only concern is why they didn't send technician while the product is under warranty,
                Is this because samsung people dont get paid in warranty?

                Worst service i faced.

                  I bought refrigerator on 3 April and it got delivered on 6 April.On 8 may, I did compliant that we have water leakage issues in refrigerator and water is getting collected Belo the vegetable box in refrigerator.One technician who was very improfessi jional came and asking to ignore the issue as he was not able to find out issue.Then he requested for new tray. Then he came after 15 days and replace it.

                  But the issue is still there. I did lot of complaints. Lot of refrence numbers were shared. Even some videos calls were also happened. I got call from supervisor also. But no one helped me properly.Many refrence numbers has been closed without my confirmation and without resolution.

                  I already have one more double door refrigerator and LED TV of samsung in Faridabad. Both are working fine. That's why I took decesion to buy Samsung refrigerator again.But I think this time I took wrong decesion.

                  I am frustrated by the delay and services of samsung.On 8 July it will be 2 month.

                    Hi Samsung team,
                    I purchased the samsung m31s mobile handset on 5April2021 with 12 -months warranty. On 24Jun2022 onwards mobile handset restarting continuously and I am not able to open any application. After checking with samsung service center, they are asking to change the mother board and its costs 9000-/-. and I found same issue occurred 90% of M31s mobile handset users. Most of the users reported same issue after 1-year. Samsung manufactured this series of devices with defective. End of the day asking customer to change the device motherboard and asking 9000, which is unfair, if one/two users has the issue its fine and we can accept but here the issue reported for most of the users. Also many users raised the consumer complaints as well.

                      I purchased ac from samsung 10 months back and after that i am facing a lot of issues with it. In last 2 months it got repaired 6 times and still samsung is not ready to replace or refund for my ac. They simply repair it knowing that it is a defective piece so that once the warranty is over they can earn money from customer as repairing cost. A very cheap tactics from such a big brand name.

                        I had ordered through your estore as a corporate customer given the discounts available, 1yr free accidental cover and exchange option where I got 3800 for an iphone 6S. Also there was a promotion available for galaxy buds2 at 2999. I was at work when delivery attempt was made.The blue dart delivery executive vehemently denied to accept a fully functioning iphone due to a very small bump, no damage on the screen and it works perfectly fine. I had asked to reject the order so I can speak with Samsung to resolve my issue. But what followed was harrassment, deceipt and lies. I spoke to your customer care agent who was struggling to communicate properly in english thought he had assured me to email cashify team regarding my issue and get back in 24 hours. After few hours I see a cancellation email so I called up Samsung and was put through to the same agent he said he will resolve it and asked to give until next day afternoon. I wasn't connected to a manager when asked. The next day to my complete disbelief the lady i spoke to said that my order was cancelled and I needed to reorder .again i was denied speaking to someone higher up. I had raised the issue on twitter, written to service head but no one seems to care.
                        In anticipation of my new mobile I had purchased 1800 worth case on amazon, I had to ordered the phone from amazon not only paying a higher price but also losing out on free warranty benefit. It is hard to believe that you guys can put a customer through so much trauma, inconsistency in your handling of issues and don't care attitude across. I would like someone from your escalation team speak to me.
                        I need a formal apology from Samsung and redressal of my issues..

                              I purchased this mobile on 09/06/2020 . On the date of 5 th May 2022. its started hanging problem. why hanging problem start. no damage, no water issue. Why are you launching like this product. I waste money . why are you fool to the public.

                                I initiated a purchase of a mobile phone on the 18 thof November 2021., for a Samsung mobile model no Galaxy M21, 2021. priced at Rs 14995/-

                                We had initiated a purchase and made the full payment through our credit card of icici bank., for the sum of Rs 14995/-.

                                Immediately we received a mail stating payment declined., the order was canceled. from samsung.

                                We can share the screenshots of both the order and the cancellation.

                                However, the payment had actually been made and deducted from our account.
                                Based on their mail, we did not argue and instead placed an order with amazon, that very night, and the amount got debited too.

                                We got a call from the courier stating that he is delivering the Product, we were not at home, and assumed that it is from amazon.

                                Without realizing that Samsung had realized its mistake and they without our confirmation and knowledge raised another order on their own and dispatched the mob ph, which package till this day is in sealed condition unutilized and unopened.

                                We had sent them a mail stating that the payment has been deduced and to make a refund.

                                Their mail and screenshots, clearly state that if we want to raise an order we have to follow the process again, where was the question of raising a, and we did not, they did it to cover up their mistake.

                                For nine months now they are harassing and not refunding our monies, with interest, and neither are they collecting the mobile stating that once delivered as per policy they cannot collect it back.

                                In the preceding, I had been in touch with them through their helpline and every time a different person addressed the issue not Resolving neither Escalating, but parrot-like insincere answers were always given, to harass a senior citizen and a Loyal customer of years.

                                Every mail of mine was relied on, on without a thought and always by a different person, who did nothing to clear or understand or listen to the mistake made by samsung, but to forcible thrust the product which we already bought now from amazon.

                                Their customer care helpline misguided us and even told to visit the service center for a new mobile ph, and put us in an embarrassing situation, and we visited them as guided, with no help coming.

                                Nine months have elapsed and this blame game continues.

                                They are illegitimately sitting with my money, and do not need the product.

                                Even as recently they repeated and asked for the pictures of the package which I have sent for the third time, but no resolution is in sight, as they do not mean to provide any sincere solution by taking the product back which is unused unopened and sealed as yet.

                                The money must be refunded, with interest, the product collected, and this harassment should stop immediately.

                                Team Samsung, I have received umpteen no calls and emails from different persons of your organization, but all have the same approach and reasoning, that your policy and only you matter, not the customer.

                                How will it make a difference if you do not want to, Listen, read, and understand my situation, and why, I am being harassed for the last 9 months, is it necessary?

                                Do you get joy out of this situation, by harassing a Senior Citizen, customer, who has paid you and you denied receiving the money and canceled the order?

                                After realizing the mistake you made, you created another order without our knowledge, approval, or authorization.

                                And you keep harping about your own policy, without having any understanding and accepting your mistake, why is it so difficult to understand what is going on.

                                  I purchased a samsung smart watch via amazon on 26th July 2021 and the product is still under warranty.
                                  After using it for 10 months, the back panel of the smart watch came out and i took it to the samsung customer service center near by, when the service center team checked the watch, the team stated that the product was purchased over seas and it cannot be covered in warranty. but I purchased the watch from Amazon India. ( i raised the concern with amazon as well)

                                  Later i received a call from Samsung, saying that the product cannot be covered in warranty because it has a minor scratch on the front screen. The scratch is so negligible and it looks like just a reason to not cover the warranty of the product.

                                  Looking for some justice on the product. Kindly help

                                    First of all there is no provision for cancelling any order placed on samsung india website, I had to refuse the delivery for cancelling then after 4-5 days on 24/05/2022 i have received the mail of cancellation and in mail it was mentioned that i will receive my refund in 7-10 working days, its been more than a month when i am posting this. Every time when i call samsung customer care they will say your refund is processed you will receive your refund within 24-48 hours, today when i called what they are saying is "your refund is not processed yet and i have mailed to concerned department regarding your complaint they will process your refund as soon as possible". so these persons (customer care) either they are lying to the customers or they don't know anything or so called concerned department is not doing there job. and just for information order was placed on 29/04/2022.
