Few days ago i updated my galaxy note 10+ and yesterday a green horizontal line showed up on my phone I went to service center they told me I have to get my display replaced which will be 22k. But there was no physical damage to my screen. Why Samsung is giving us this kind of issue like earlier in my s20 I faced the same issue

    I bought a Samsung Top Load washing Machine
    Model No. - WA70T4262GS/TL
    Product serial no. - BO861BRS3BHSN.84501100
    Date of Purchase -17 Jan.2022
    After 3 months the machine started throwing a lot of muck(kachra). Complain was put up 17th April and after 25 Days my problem was so called resolved.
    Now again on 30th June 2022 the Machine caused the same problem.
    THIS FAULTY MACHINE OF THEIRS HAS BEEN CAUSING LOT OF PROBLEM FOR ME FROM THE TIME THAT I HAVE BOUGHT THIS MACHINE, I HAVE PUT A REPLACEMENT REQUEST BUT THEY ARE PAYING NO HEED TO IT. MY MACHINE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.
    FOLLOWING ARE MY CONCERNS:
    1. It took nearly 25 days to solve my problem when it occurred first time.
    2. AGAIN THIS TIME I AM FACING PROBLEM.
    3. EVERDAY I HAVE TO CALL THEIR SERVICE CENTRE AND WAIT FOR 25 MIN.FOR SOMEONE TO UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM.
    4. My machine has been picked up by the Service center Nagpur, 4 DAYS BACK AND I AM YET TO GET ANY UPDATE FOR THE MACHINE.

      I have Purchased Samsung M31s phone about 1.5 year back. Now it get hang on samsung log. Then i approached samsung service center. then they told me this is common issue in Samsung M series .and it costs about 8000 rupees. And they also got lot of complaints of same problem.
      They knew very well about the problem.Then I request the Samsung to provide a free motherboard replacement due to their technical issue.

        This is to bring to your notice that I am highly unsatisfied with the refund process of Samsung.

        Following is my problem:

        I bought M33 on 4th May 2022 using Samsung App on Samsung Mobile using EMI through ICICI Debit Card.
        Following is the order number:

        After placing the order I cancelled the order instantly. I also received an order cancellation mail from Samsung. I have shared the cancellation receipt in my previous mail.

        1st EMI got deducted on the same day. I thought the amount will be refunded as soon as samsung refunds it to my bank.

        After 10 days, since I didn’t get the refund I contacted my Relationship Manager from ICICI Bank to understand the issue.

        They explained me that they have not received any refund from the merchant hence account has not been credited.

        On 18th May 2022, I contacted Samsung to inform them that they have not refunded the amount in my EMI account. After that Samsung sent me a mail saying that “They have initiated the refund and the amount should be credited within 8-10 days”.

        Later I contacted my Relationship Manager at ICICI Bank and she said I will have to provide them “ARN Number” of the transaction made by samsung. This is the only way they can track a specific transaction.

        I have been in touch with Samsung for more than a month for ARN number but unable to receive a basic proof of transaction made.

        From above what I have understood is Samsung has done following two faults:
        1. Not initiating the refund soon after the order was cancelled. I had to inform them to initiate the refund only after that they initiated the refund.
        2. Unable to provide ARN number even after more than 30days from initiation of payment.

        Till today, I have all paid three EMI's summing INR 14312.08 and still awaiting my refund.

        I have attached following screenshot:

          I am using Galaxy M31s, and after recent updation phone is getting restart often and sometimes getting stuck on restart screen, I visited service centre they said it may be motherboard issue.

          When update is not properly ready why company is giving such update which is harming phone, and it’s companies responsibility to compensate for same.

          And it;s just not me and others are also facing same problems, open community forum and see comments, chats & why should i pay for things which is happening due to updation.

          I don't think with this kind of response and attitude is going to help samsung in long run, instead of giving solution company is backing out .

          and i[censored]pdation process is so risky that network glitch also could harm motherboard then why it was not mentioned while giving updates, and inserting unnecessary apps while giving updates.

            Hi,

            I have placed an order for a soundbar on Samsung website. The delivery was supposed to be on 30th June and till date there is no visibility on the order.

            I had emailed the CEOs office, Wrote to Senior People on LinkedIn (Who did not bother to respond), Call Center (No clue why the order is delayed. One even hung up telling me that my order wont be delivered) etc.

            I am supposed to travel and I am stuck due to this order. I am the only one at home to receive this product.

            While all this the Soundbar price is now reduced by 4, 000 as well. This pains the customer who has not received their order but at the same time the website is trying to service new customers at a cheaper cost.

              I bought this watch on 28th Jul’21 i.e. less than a year back. The watch is now dead and taking to the Samsung Service centre they are saying water has leaked into the watch hence it is dead. It would cost about 10K plus to repair. The watch is still under warranty and for this issue it is not covered. This means company knows that the watch is not water resistant and there is all possibility that water will get in.

              I had taken utmost care of the watch and not sure how water gone in. I have not used in shower/pool but in last few weeks rain yes it might got wet.
              It is pathetic that watch which costs around 40K is not water resistant? How can rain drops affect the watch. How could water get in even when u claim that up to 1 meter depth is water resistant.

              No update from Samsung for the last 2 days, should i need to file a legal compliant.

                [Resolved] Samsung — Green line appearing on Samsung Galaxy S20+ post software update

                I am a Samsung Galaxy S20+ user for more than a year and a half. All of a sudden a green line started appearing on the phone. I did restarting of the phone, resetting all settings, but none worked. Then I contacted Samsung Customer Care who took my phone on remote via Smart Tutor app and verified the phone and did not find an issue with the softwares installed. He suggested to visit the authorised Samsung Centre. Through the Samsung Support (available on Whatsapp), I visited the Samsung SmartCafé (Aaa Retail Inc) located at Building No 26, AVS Arcade, Kammanahalli Main Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560084 on 02.07.2022. The representative at service centre verified the phone including physical damage, if any, and informed that it is not due to physical damage. Further it was informed by the representative that the only solution is to replace the screen and then since it is out of warranty, it would cost me around INR 15, 000/-. Upon enquiring if it is due to software issue, he was silent and asked to enquire with Samsung Customer Care. I was not provided with any job card or inspection.

                Post my visit, I contacted the human representative of Samsung Support (via Whatsapp) and explained the details, and he started demanding for inspection report. I explained that the visit was to your authorised service centre and i was neither provided with an inspection report nor the same was informed by the customer care on whose advice i visited the service centre. When I enquired further, he suggested to visit another service centre for reasons best known to him, as I had visited an authorised service centre.

                I need an immediate solution to the issue for the following reasons:
                1. Green line appeared post the software patch update;
                2. Customer care inspected the phone via Smart Tutor and suggested to visit your authorised service centre;
                3. Visited the authorised service centre mentioned above and there was no solution except screen replacement;
                4. Spoke again with your human representative on Samsung Support (Whatsapp) and he is not ready to provide a solution.

                I have tried all the means to resolve the issue, but a reputed brand like Samsung is trying to evade its responsibility for replacement of a screen which has most likely arisen due to the software update. I have been running from pillar to post but no one is bothered to give a concrete solution. My email communication (enclosed) herewith have also not been responded. This is a clear cut case of deficiency of services on the part of Samsung in resolving the issues of the users.

                Samsung should not only compensate me for the time value for resolving the issue but also compensate for the mental agony and harassments for not providing a positive resolution to the issue.

                Very pathetic service by Samsung, worst experience. Fake assurances to resolve the issue. Haven't received any single response from Samsung Team. It can't be the case that all Samsung S20+ users face similar issues at the same time. Samsung Team needs to acknowledge the issue and cannot get undue gain from its own software update.

                    Hi.. I tried all possible ways to find solution, but the is no resolution in sight.

                    Gist of my issue:
                    I ordered M33 5g mobile via Samsung shop website & it clearly said all Icici credit cards eligible for 2000 cashback, which didn't happen. Initially your samsung support team said my card was ineligible.

                    After several followup's samsung mailed We regret to inform you that, we do not find any cashback details in the order.

                    It's clearly mentioned in the website samsung.com and not giving discount after purchase.

                    Later I provided samsung offer pdf to the regarding the offer then they are telling
                    you are not eligible to terms & conditions below mentioned:
                    1-Cashback offers do not apply to corporate cards.
                    2-The upgrade offer cannot be clubbed with a bank cashback offer.
                    3-Cashback/EMI schemes are provided by respective issuers at their sole discretion.
                    4-This cashback can be availed on one card only once a month irrespective of the product purchased.
                    5 If a product purchased with Bank Cashback Offer as mentioned above is cancelled/rejected, then the customer will not be eligible for the offer with the same card within 24hrs (As per Bank’s discretion) of the earlier purchase.
                    And I am eligible for the terms and conditions.

                    The biggest problem is that your customer support team doesn't even understand my problem & sweep under the carper saying my card was ineligible.

                    I'm attaching the offer screenshot along with invoice and order details. Would appreciate your swift resolution.

I would like to let you know that even after making multiple complaints my sound bar has still not been delivered and the delivery date is only getting postponed.I have called customer care and only getting assurances of call back and even Supervisor ( Siddharth ) did not give promised callback.                         Sir/Madam
                        I have ordered a Samsung Tab S6Lite on 5th of June 2022 from Samsung E shopping app and paid Rs 27999/-but my order is cancelled from your hand on 14th of June. But no refund has been done yet irrespective of several customer care calls and mails. I am a Medical student but no help, no refund is given so that I can buy a new one. Your executives say that the refund is initiated on 23rd of June to me and is in process. But it's more than 8 days but no amount is credited to my account by Samsung till yet. I consulted my HDFC bank also but they need to submit a written document from Samsung team with transaction details for any pending amount if any initiated for any further actions. Samsung team is not responding to my requests of refund ASAP. Where is my refund sir? If you initiated then please mail me with details of transaction of refund so that I could consult bank if needed. Please refund my amount and help me.

                          Poor customer service!!
                          I have been facing issues with my refrigerator since Saturday morning and raised a complaint with samsung on Saturday around 8.30am. I was informed that a service person would come in within 24 hours. I had been following up multiple times since then and they raised it as urgent but still no response and it has crossed 48 hours now. When we called today, we were informed that the server is down and can't see the status. First a customer care person picked the call and spoke in Hindi. We asked him to talk in English but he was unable to a d disconnected the call. We called again and the same person attended the call and we were not able to communicate with him as he only knew Hindi. Samsung is at it's poor service these days

                            I purchase s21 fe 5g from samsung offline store battery is Not long lasting as company claimed all day battery life I want refund my money someone helped me only 5 days old

                              Dear sir/ mam,

                              My name is Barkat Ali. I bought Galaxy M31. My mobile have microphone problem last 2 months. Sometimes there is no sound, sometimes there is cut the sound, now microphone sound is so slow. In calling opposite person say hello hello but my voice not gone properly.
                              I went to the service center 2 times but she said that there is a network problem. While clear talt with the earphone. There is no issue of network problem in earphones.
                              They are not solving my problem. My mobile is under extended warranty period.

                              Samsung service center TELERIKSSON GALLERY, sector - 16, faridabad doesn't solve my problem.
                              Please solve my problem and repair my phone in extended warranty period.

                                  From the day 1 of purchase my right ear bud of galaxy buds 2 was faulty and not charging properly. I visited the dealer shop on second day and they asked me to visit the service center. The product box mentioned 14 days replacement in case of any issues and the dealer assured me the product will get replaced by service center. The service center engineer checked and acknowledged that there was a fault in product and mentioned that he needs more time to observe and if there is an issue the product will be replaced. However later that day I got call from service center that the product has been repaired. Despite my telling the service center clearly that as per the note on box I would like a replacement and not a repair. Later I tried reaching Samsung head office customer care who mentioned that they will look into my issue. They promised me a call back on 29th July however no communication received from them till now. Also the phone number shared by them dosent connect and there is no response on my emailsfrom their associate who was handling the issue. I also noted that despite corona pandemic multiple staff in the service center handled my earbuds with bare hands and without any gloves or sanitization of hands. I mentioned this to the headoffice associate as well. I am therefore requesting the company to provide me a fresh replacement for the faulty product and not harass the customer.

                                      About a week (26/06/2022) back my Samsung AC stopped working.
                                      I raised the complaint on the same day. After 3 days one technician came and said that there is no gas and he doesn't have R32 gas with him.
                                      Since then i have raised 8 tickets and dialed customer care twice a day. And also visited the service center, but there is no response. There are elder people living with me who were unable to sleep at night and couldn't bear the heat. It is due to the negligence of the service center and the people. There are only fake promises made by customer care people and there is nothing.

                                      AC was uninstalled. I with my own money sent it to the service center. They are saying that there are multiple issues with AC. They are making jugaad fixes like welding without replacing any part. How can you fix a part making tricks instead of replacing????? It's been 15 days since AC is not working. Very dissatisfied. I want complete replacement or complete refund of the product
