Hi team, I bought my Samsung M31s mobile on September 2021
(Model: SM-M317FZBDINS, Serial No : RZ8N81T7THV)
Exactly after 1.2 year, My mobile stopped charging, when i checked with customer service center they told you need to replace charging port which costed me around 1800 /- rupees, even though I maintained my mobile in good condition,
after another 2-3 months now, my phone has started to auto reboot with an endless loop, which makes it unusable, When i checked with customer support first they said may be software issue and reinstalled the same which costed me 236 /- rupees, after a week again the same issue occurred now, when i again checked with customer care they said Motherboard has given up and we need to replace, which cost 7500/- rupees... are you serious i could have bought a new phone instead of repairing the same, i am sure this is caused by an software update which was released by samsung, but we need to pay for it.
I am not sure if this complaint is going to help, But at least it will be a lesson who blindly trust a reputed company whose mobile wont last for 2 years.
Being a loyal Customer and believe in samsung, I will check how samsung responds to this issue and their support, If i do not get any fruitful reply, Thanks samsung, this will be the last product i will be using from samsung not just me but make sure all my family do not buy anything from samsung,
Remember you are not loosing money here, you are on the brink of loosing a loyal customer.

I faced the same issue, service center giving illogical reasons like dent or something so that they dont have to repair it free of cost.
I got the same reason and literally i dont think even the company wanted to do it free of cost, they just circulated the guidelines and none of the service center is following even though the issue is from samsung software update that cause the hardware failure.
