Dear Sir
I had purchased from bajaj electronics attapur outlet Samsung led model no. 40JU6470U for 79900 cash payment. srl. no.0A453PCG500124R and was working well.
The fault in the remote of the Smart TV has been encountered.
The experience of service is with Samsung is described bellow
The Samsung product complaint was given on 19/05/2016 received ref number [protected] at 17:16, follow-up call on 23/05/2016 and message received on 23/05/2016 the service engineer chandrakanth mob no [protected] has been assigned against reg no.[protected] no response received. I had been contacting Mr. Suresh[protected] no response and got the mob no [protected] when I ever I am calling the message used to be “I am busy call later” and on 19/05/2016 I was trying to contact Mr Suresh “continuous messages received at 10.20 am and 10.43 am “ I am in meeting” on 21 may at 16.19 “sorry, I am busy call back later” I had messaged customer is more important after that on 03 June, on June 04 the messages were like this only,

Service engg no [protected] so no [protected] at 17:50 when contacted him he is not for the area where I am residing.

04/06/2016 msg recd at 18.48 serv eng name Purushottam mob no [protected] has been assigned ser ord no. [protected] he had visited on o4/06/2016 ascertained the remote is not working. Which took almost 15 days from Samsung to ascertain that the remote is not working, which is my complain

My complain has been resolved but i am intimating my experience so that any customer like me should not face this type of problem

how much mental truma i had for 21 days who will pay for my trumma

    I purchased samsung A8 on 29th April, Submitted to Service center after 20 days i.e on 19th May 2016, with complaint that display is blank and they returned me same after 1 day by saying it has been serviced and now working properly, immediately after 10 min i have submitted again as display stop working, after that i waited for 20 days and they given me my mobile after changing display on 4th june 2016, but unfortunately after keeping my handset for 14 days they will not able to fix my screen properly, and moreover they made it worst as i cannot hear anything when i call anyone for first time, i have to disconnect call and dial again to hear anything,

    i have been harrased by samsung service centre and Mr. pankaj who is at senior level has no concern, unfortunately you guys sold me defective piece and harrasing me after 20 days of purchase

    my handset is still with service center and no step has been taken by them

      On 7th June 2016 we noticed that the refrigator was not cooling, the referigator was bought on 6th June 2015.just one day over warranty.
      The service guy came on 8th and told that gas needs to be refilled. Since then I have been making calls daily about the status as to when will the service engineer come to fill gas but have been getting false assurances.Today 12 June I was told a person was assigned to take care of my request (Dushyant).bit later in the day when I called him I was told that he is not having my request and the complaint will not be aatended today. I am rally for frustated with this kind of behavior. Don't know what to do.

        A7-6 purchased on 8/5/16 from paragon telelinks pvt ltd, thane-w, viviana mall vide bill no. 00084 dtd.8/5/16. Sr no.[protected] has come with a charger.this charger when used, phone gets very hot but when the phone is vharged with other samsung charger it charges normally and fast.

        This charger was sent to the service center at andheri west, near laxmi indl. Estate, instead of chkng the charger or responding regarding the relevant complaint they were of the opinion that they would open the phone and data would be lost while doing so.
        This is beyond our understanding that ph is ok and charges well with othercharger than why is the necessity of opening the phone. Instead of checking and changing the charger they want to divert the attention to data loosing. So that we do not agree and matter of replacement does not arise.
        i have taken this matter seriously and will pursue the same till a replacement of original charger is made now to me at my residence.
        If this is not taken up seriously by you than i will report to your head office in korea and ensure that this replacement is done with a lot of inconvenience to the relevant service staff who has given such training to the service center staff.

          I am pained to rivet your attention to the bad performance of our one split AC 1.5 ton installed at our home . As we had purchase 2 nos split AC with same rating & model (SAMSUNG) on dt.06.05.2016, where one AC is running satisfactory but another history of another machine after installation it was gone faulty several times &many times repaired by technician
          I would like to draw your kind attention towards our lodge complaint before 40-45 days regarding faulty compressor, after replacement of 3 times compressor it is still not working and faulty. Your technician has also suggested to replace above unit because it is not repairable .
          now we have been patiently waiting but no action has been taken towards rectification of above faulty AC.
          it is indeed regretting that your company has turned a deaf ear to our several telephonic complaint / reminders.
          i can hardly believe that a company likes yours which is reputed for its efficiency should be taking so much time in doing the needful.Now we are not interested to repair above unit. Kindly arrange to replace it, due to that we feel our great loss & heavy suffer. After your negligence we may have to approach consumer forum.
          I have every hope that you will take a prompt action and oblige in this regard

            I purchased my samsung galaxy a3 in june 2015 and got it serviced in july 2015 due to the device not starting. Now, a few days back the screen started flickering and i went to the same service center.
            But they declined to service the same as the activation date now was showing different i. E.[protected] from that of the previous service which was showing as[protected].
            Kindly help me regarding the same.

              I do have a refrigerator from Samsung. On Monday (Jun 6), I raised an urgent support request, as my refrigerator was not functioning. In spite of several follow-ups, no service engineer visited till the next afternoon to check the problem. However, during every call, they would promise that, someone would visit within a few hours. The service engineer mentioned that, the compressor needed to be replaced, and it would take 2 days to complete the job. When I call the customer care number, they ask me whether the service engineer already visited to diagonize the problem!! They give me the local service center number (in Bangalore) for me to follow up, which is not answered by anyone easily. The complaint# is [protected]. There seems to be no responsibilty on anyone from the, so called, customer care or service center to handle the customer problem.

                Glass shelf of the refrigerator

                I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 12 April, 2016. On 10th of May I was cleaning my Refrigerator for the first time. As soon as i tried to take off the glass shelf for cleaning it suddenly broke into multiple small pieces. I called the Samsung customer care for this issue but they are saying me that I have to pay for that broken shelf as it is a physical damage eventhough I m not reponsible for that. Even they claim that the shelf cannot...

After delivery i found that the product i received, is used and not in working condition still it filled charged.                   We have given our Refrigerator on 10th May 2016 to rectify the complaint of Compressor which was under warranty and now almost one month passed, till now I haven’t received back refrigerator after repair. (Service center receipt voucher is attached). After reaching the refrigerator at Service center on 10th May 2016, they promised us to return within one week after service. Upon follow up with service center, technicians from service center started keep on postponing by informing that repair work not yet completed and within one or two days refrigerator will be returned. This procrastination was lasted for 2 weeks. During this period, very bad experience we faced during the follow up of my wife, that one technician (Mr. Dharman) from Run Service Infocare Pvt. Ltd, Calicut Center, have used abusive language and I was compelled to call my father in-law from another city, as I am out of station.
                  After two weeks, Service center informed us that the Compressor cannot be repaired and they will compensate us Rs.1, 800/- (Rupees one thousand eight hundred) as the value of refrigerator after depreciation. Please see attached purchase invoice of refrigerator which had cost us Rs. 18, 658/- (Rupees eighteen thousand six hundred fifty eight). We informed service center that we cannot agree with meagre compensation value and we have escalated the issue to the Chennai main office of Run Service Company. Numerous calls have been made to service center to get the update and many meetings held with Calicut Branch Manager, Mr. Kalendran, but we always received negative response from them with each time they gave different reasons. Then we started dealing with Chennai main office and many conference calls were made between us, Calicut branch office and Chennai main office. Whenever, we make follow up with head office in Chennai, they close the previous compliant and change it to a new compliant, then we compelled them not to change the compliant number. Please note the two compliant numbers [protected] & [protected] and you can verify all the recorded conversation related to this issue.
                  Each time your unprofessional and unqualified technicians justify the delay with strange reasons. Sometimes they say, compressor has no problem but condenser tube was jammed with compressor oil. Incompetent service technician from Run Service Company could not find out the deficiency of a refrigerator for almost 3 weeks. We strongly felt that Samsung do not have a Qualified and professional Service Partner in Kerala. Finally, we told them that we will be pushed to go to Consumer Court to solve this problem.
                  My family experienced very bad response from your service partner and Samsung brand has made our family’s life miserable for the past one month due to mental agony suffered by my family. Samsung is a world famous brand and we owned all of our home appliances & electronics gadgets from Samsung brand. If your service partner continues to give this kind of service to all valued customers of Samsung in Kerala, then most o[censored]s will be eventually shifted to some other brand.
                  Therefore, I kindly request Samsung management to urgently intervene in this matter to solve this issue as soon as possible or replace our refrigerator with another working condition refrigerator. Now I am skeptical about the current condition of our refrigerator

                          Myself vijin mathew varghese writing behalf of my wife who was actually affected with the mobile we bought from the samsung showroom 1.5 years back model number a3 which is of cost rs 20k.


                          We bought this mobile because of the brand name and expecting the same quality from the brand. But we experienced a very bad experience with the product last day. Just escaped from the horrible situation of the mobile getting blasted.


                          Last day my wife was talking on the mobile and suddenly she experienced the mobile getting enlarged on the middle of the panel that too to the front screen and she suddenly switched off the mobile. When we saw the mobile it was just going to blast from the from screen. It is now in the curved, enlarged position.


                          When we shown this to the samsung showroom and raised the complaint to the samsung customer care they are asking us for the repair and pay for the service as it cross 1 year. My biggest concern is the statement given by the showroom people that all the samsung inbuilt battery models have same issue even there showroom exhibition piece have the same issue multiple time and replace.


                          The reason they are telling is the over charging. Here i want to raise the concern that the samsung brand is not capable of handling the 100% charge disconnect case and also even they are producing and selling the products to the customer which is having the basic issue of getting blasted if over charging or any issue with battery. This will cause the damage to customers ears, hands, eyes or even life. Think if it was in my kids hand where he don't know what was happening and end up in blasting. I cant even think of that situation.


                          And the branded companies are so easily taking this technically faulted products to indian market and customer with out any care. I have not handed over this to any service centers or any other people as i would like to put this forward to indian judiciary and ban the samsung models which are not capable to handle the technical challenges and wrong products.


                          Please need your help in solving this case upto end. I have the receipts, complaint numbers, conversations, images and the actual proof in my hand, we have never used this mobile while charging or not done the charging overnight or not put in water which every people usualy ask. Hence i am not handing over to service centers until this is forwarded to the court.

                          Hi my name is afroz affan and i have faced the same problem with my j5 prime model its been 12 months i purchased the phone and now the battery has bulged from inside making my phone a curvy one in the middle its become fat and when i went to the service centre they said it would cost me around 7.5 k for the repair .. i dont understand if it would blast and this incident happend in the night when my phn was just beside me i woke seeing my phn as a fat and broken lcd .. i am confused what to do about this phone see i want to go to the court if no action is taken by samsung india. The thing is we are buying phones where they can blast and explode .

                            In response to first service order, official came and inspected the fridge . He informrd that compressor has to be changed. Then an official called me quoting ₹7, 500/- as the cost. I enquired as to the cost of new fridge. His respinse was not impressive.
                            Then i came to know that the complaint is treated as closed. I had to again lodge a complaint.
                            In response to second servive order, official visited and thereafter silence is the answer.
                            Even more than a month after lodging complaint, fridge is not repaired. I am sorry to say that this is not the type of service we expect from Samsung.

                              Dear sir,
                              We have bought samsung led tv (Ua40f5100arlxl), bearing serial (Mqwm3pbdc00745b) on 02-02-14 of price rs.56, 900 (Fifty six thousand nine hundred rupees only) that to through finace emi. Suddenly while watching tv on 27-05-16, automatically screen gone to black and only sound is audible. We have registered online complaint vide request no:[protected]. Samsung executive came to our place, checked and confirmed that entire screen need to replace which will cost approx rs.26, 000/- which is ridiculous.Investing huge amount money on product which will not last atleast 2 years is absoulutely mistake from manufacturers. We have other brand tv's which is running years and years.
                              This is completely samsung manufacture defect and need to replace with free of cost and we cannot bear loss for it.
                              We understand that warranty is one year for some reasons. We never guess/dream/imagine brand new tv main screen will damage in two years which is the main part of tv.

                              We request you to look into this matter and please do the needful.
                              Please resolve the issue immediately. I have bought it from my hard earned money.

                              Samsung has to give back my tv in working condition with free of cost as it is manufacturers defect.

                                We have been patiently waiting but no action to be rectify, now i would like to draw your attention towards our complaint that we are having a problem with ac conditioner for last 1 month. We have complaint so many times on tollfree no. People are coming but not able to resolve the problem. Sometime the said ac having compressor problem after some time they said ac having gas leakage problem, again after some days they said ac having oil problem. The exactly problem they are not able to find. Because of that we all are surviving a lot.

                                  I have used lots of samsung phone in my life. Even i am only user of samsung but its first time experience in my life. I bought this phone in 15 august 2015 its under warranty phone i have visited twice - time at samsung service at problem not resolve.

                                  I don't know what can i do this phone some time i fell i will through phone but i think you guy can do something for your regular customer.

                                    In continuation to the previous complaint dated 05/06/2016 at 10.26 PM regarding my update [ID No.1302537].

                                    I would like to inform you that after visiting the Samsung authorized customer service center as prescribed by you, Samsung Service Center in Ghaziabad in the name of Garg Trading Co. at Loha Mandi, Ghazibad has refused to change my Samsung Power Bank 1600 MAH stating it to be not orignal.

                                    I have purchased it online from online website Book My Offer with the Brand name of Samsung and proper order no.[protected] stated on it. How would a customer get to know about the original/ duplicate products being traded online. Company like Samsung is not expected to sell duplicate products online.

                                    You are therefore requested to kindly change my power bank as it is causing lot of inconvenience. Early response on your part shall be highly appreciated.

                                      The company backtracked its words on wavering Service Charges and Handling charges when i wanted to have a small attachment of a washing machine replaced. as it is only a small lint collector and has got clogged due to excess salt content in my water supply. they wanted me to pay visiting charges of 250/- while the machine is functioning properly i did not want any visit. the part can be replaced by any housewife and no technicalities are involved. Secondly they want me to pay handling charges 225/- while the part cost itself is 110/-, my point is that while you offer services all over India and yet on this small replacement you tell me that we have to create separate demand for every item which will be forwarded to Chennai and it will reach us in 15 days, how do you expect this to be true for such a big company. they dont keep ANY Spare par in their SERVICE CENTERS how do you expect service then ?
                                      Thirdly after 10 complaints (they change your complaint number every time)
                                      they agree to waiver your charges but once you go there (to the service center) they refuse to give you the deal, and are abusive if you insist. on return to complaint cell they cut off your line, keep you on hold for as long as 15 minutes and then disconnect/slam down the phone on you.
