I called multiple (4) times to speak with supervisiour to resolve my issue. As per customer care executive, i will get call from one of the respective supervisior.

But i did not get any call from anybody to address my issue. I got frustrated with this type of worst service. Please resolve my problem. Samsung is playing with customers. worst worst and worst service. i won't recommend...

I have learnt and follow customer is the most important person who visits to premises. Invoice copy is attached i have purchased Samsung J7 in Jan 2016 and i had display issue .I have contacted customer service shop of silvassa to day 24/05/206, he accepted my mobile and contacted me after 24 hour and told me mobile had an issue of display and issue is of kind which can be solved under warranty .

I bought a samsung television less than one year and ten months back and the led panel has stopped working. The tv was pretty expensive and did not even serve us for two full years. I was under the impression that samsung is a very good company but i have been proved wrong. My annoyance knows no bounds. I will strongly advocate against buying electronic goods from this company....

I have bought refrigerator seven months ago & from starting i am facing temp issue.

I have raised issue 6-7 Times but still i am not getting permanent solution.last time engg has replaced PCB after this moisture issue has resolved but now i am facing temp issue.When i convert into freezer, There is more cooling in upper bucket & In lower bucket vegetables are getting destroyed, there is no cooling.

I raised a complaint on may 22, 2016 (Saturday) to the costumer care n waas given the complaint no [protected]... They promised that there would be a service engineer next day, but no one came... Again we requested on sunday and monday they said our problem will be sorted the very next day... N on tuesady they had another story that our request is cancelled... My Samsung Fridge double door which has stopped working from last 3 weeks we paid service charges after that no once coming to repair. When we call for inquiry they yelling at us speaking bad words. Complaint no[protected]. Model no RT27. Our product is in warranty and its warrant get expired in 2/7/2016.
It would be helpful for us if action taken as soon as possible once the warranty period ends we have to pay more amount for the repair....

I just now received call from Samsung CEO office. As per them the product is 12 year old and they do not have spares to repair it.

This is a home appliance and not like a product such as mobile phone, why Samsung cannot keep spares of these.

My question is why Samsung did not say during purchase of their home product that the life of the product will be 10-12 years only and also in between if Samsung discontinues...

I don't really have any complaint on samsung smartphones, but my complaints r about customer care in karunagappally. (Galaxy communications). When we ever try to contact them they switch off their phone or if the phone is ringing they never picks it up. It really makes us sad. It is same with all my friends. Samsung engineer have visited my house on 14.05.2016 and informed me that there is problem in the compressor and I have to send the compressor to workshop for repair. Since, the compressor is under warranty I sent the compressor to your work shop for repair.

Today again their engineer called me and told that there is no problem in compressor, its small capacitor change, their engineer while visiting my house have wrongly given...

I am very upset and dishearten to write you that your distributer reliance cheated me as i have purchased 1 ton air condition 3 star from panchkula sector 9 on friday. They committed me that the installation will be done on tomorrow definitely but there was no communication done by them with samsung.

I have purchased a samsung galaxy J2 mobile in poorvilamobile store on 5th november 2015, on 20th may my mobile had a charging problem i had warranty card so i went to poorvika store they asked me to go to (Alpha Electronics ) samsung service center tuticorin, they told me to wait for half an hour they did respond me for more than two hrs later they told me to come on 21st may I went on 21st morning they tols your problem has not been identified...

Since starting i am facing the problem on no voice/interruption when someone calls me. I am able to hear what other person is saying but my voice does not reach him in 5 out of 10 calls. I have tried using other sims in my phone but the issue is same. I have used this phone in delhi, gurgaon and many other places but the issue is still same, so it's not a network issue.

Now, comes the time to mention the horrible experience...
