My name is Ravi kumar and i have purchased a slimmest phone of samsung which is my wish to purchase this phone. i purchased this phone on 17/12/2015 and on the next day the display of this phone stops working properly. On next day i went to the service center where they said that this damage comes in physical damaged then i have to pay 8125 to repair my phone. But the engineer has not repaired it properly. The problem was that the display was not properly fitted or repaired the glass of the phone is comming out from the upper side of the phone.After some days my handfree of this phone also stopped working properly then i went to service center to get a new handfee at the same time i showed my phone to one of the engineer of that service center and i told her my problem of the phone then she told me that the engineer has not repaired it properly then i told her to repair and my phone get repaired. but after some days the same occur then i again went to the service center they told to change the tape of the phone then i told them to change the tape but they told that they dont have the part of that phone. a week gets over but they have not provided me the tape then told then please give me the part code so that i dont need to come to the service center just i need to contact you that my part of the phone is available or not. I contact them regularly for one week but they havent provided me the part of the one day i went to the same servce center and i directly meet to one of the lady engineer then i showed her the part code of the phone then she told me that this part code is wrong. then i asked her the right part code of the phone then she given me the new part code that was also not available. then i stopped gong to service center then i contact to the customer care and i told my complain but they dont have any solutionto then they told me that we are tranferring your complain to the higher authoity and they contact you soon. I wait for many day but they didnt contact me and two to three days they contact me but i dint get any solution. then i stoped going to service center or contacting customer care. Recently in my phone liquid enters into my phone from the upper side from where my glass of the phone is coming out i dont know from where the liquid enters but it damages my whole phone like motherboard, display and some small parts. next day i went to service center but they told me thay all part is going to change and for that i have to 18000 but i told them that it was your irresponsibility that my phone was not prepaired properly and it totally damage but they ignored me that you have to pay. On 2nd july i send a mail to the CEO of this compain but from there also i havent get any reply from them. Between these 6 moths i have to face these kind of problems with a new and latest phone. Sir i have proof what i have said i want that please take some action to my complain it was my humble request to you PLEASE...

    Dear sir/madam

    I have purchased samsung 16800mah branded power bank against cash on delivery by making complete payment of rs.548 as desired by online portal book my offer against order no. [protected] dated 28/04/2016.

    But the same is not working properly from the very same day and i am trying to contact the customer care of book my offer over phone from that day but all in vein. Customer care executives automatically disconnect the call everytime.

    With this kind of services by book my offer, it has been requested to them to refund my money and take your product back immediately.

    Request you in helping the product exchanged as the online products being provided are of samsung only and cant expect this kind of low quality products from samsung.

      I bought Samsung 5in1 convertible series refrigerator on 9-4-2016 It has manufacturing defect and Samsung is not replacing it. In advertising Samsung says freezer can be converted in to fridge. But this feature is not working. I have complaint numbers registered with Samsung customer care [protected], [protected], [protected]. I have been calling customer care service centre and many Samsung executives but nobody seems to be serious. Company is cheating people via advertising.

        Sir,

        I have been following up with CEO desk through internet channel for almost two months and since I am seeing noting coming out of it, I am constrained to bring the issue to your notice.

        Short summary: There were product issues related to the Samsung refrigerator bought by me for which I needed to interact with Samsung Customer service and that's where the horrible experience began to unfold!

        First the service center which was supposed to listen to me and resolve started to close complaints with out even talking to me and when I started to complain to CEO desk, CEO desk employees started to close my complaint emails addressed to CEO of Samsung with out even talking to me.

        I posted on social media to try an alternative route for my complaint to reach the right ears.
        Ms. Rupendri Rathore contacted me and assured of closure to my satisfaction. But over a period of time I realized even she had been siding with service center and her focus was to create diversion and prove service center did nothing wrong.

        Details of the issues and proof of complaint closure (SMS snapshot) with out even talking to me by CEO desk and customer service, are attached with the email for your consideration.

        And yes, amongst all this, the real issue in the product still remains unaddressed. But before that I would like to understand what kind of CEO desk is being run by Samsung which is working to protect the wrong doings of service center at the cost of neglecting its own customers !!!

        Inspite of continous followup on social media, regular email to them through their website to CEO desk/executive team, Samsung has chosen to keep quite.

        It clealry indicated that they are least bothered about customer satisfaction!

          Hi samsung costumers services,

          My samsung glaxy s4 android phone stolen in belapur(near railway station), navi mumbai, maharastra. I have been made police complain FIR to nearest police station but didn't tracked by police authority yet.

          Requesting to block my samsung glaxy s4 Imei no so stolen phone not to be use by third party.
          I have blocked my sim by idea company also blocked my gmail account which was in phone so not to access my acount by third party

          but phone imei not yet blocked by samsung india

            After registering complaint dt 3rd june 2016 having comlpain no. [protected] with samsung customer care, we have received sms that ser vice engineer mr dinesh would turn up at our home shortly within 24 hrs to resolve the issue. Even after 24 hrs the service engineer didn't turn up to resolve the issue and on calling him on the phone he rudely answered that the company has told not to attend the complaint. Well its good to see that company paying salary to employees for not attending the complaints.

            May i know the reason that complaint is left unattended and unresolved by the company. The ac was purchased from the reliance digital alpha mall vastrapur ahmedabad and even the dealer of your product have failed to resolve the issue leaving unattended.

            Both reliance digital and samsung have shown lethargic and pathetic approach in dealing the complaint. Request you to take the matter on a serious note.

                I have purchased s7 edge on 14th april with the offer of gear vr and was supposed to get vr code with in a week.. But two months have passed i havent received any gear vr code...Inspite of mailing them every detail complaining again and again... I havent received any coupon all i got was fake promises of getting the gear vr coupon... From past two months now i am asking for coupon code its like begging for coupon...

                    I pledge before you the unprofessional, unwarranted attitude of your employee working in service center and customer care.
                    That, i gave my mobile samsung E7 to your service center at Jajpurroad, Odisha on 3/6/2016. The officer-in -charge informed me to come tomorrow, you will get back your mobile by depositing Rs. 7, 256.00 towards LCD charge although it comes within warranty period.
                    I called at about 11.40 A.M., i was asked to come about 2 P.M., I called at about 2.10 PM, there was no response. I again called at 4.30 P.M., i was informed to wait for our call...
                    I called customer care toll free no:[protected] at 4.35 P.M. and talked with the person in charge at that time and talked more than 7 mnts and tried to convince him to tell the service center to address my grievances.
                    That gentleman showed extremely unprofessional attitude, which is unwarranted and uncalled for. In his opinion it is usual way to dealt with. Because of nonavailability of parts, it did happen.
                    I have all the call records with me.
                    Hope you will reprimand the persons involved in callous attitude which ultimately tarnish the reputation of Samsung.
                    You are also requested to instruct the service center at Jajpurroad, Odisha to return back my mobile set without repairing.

Jo ki mai issko sahi karane k liye moti nagar delhi servies center gaya ek baar unhone display daal de. Or sahi ho gaya 23.05 16 ko. Pir uski display mai line aane lagi 28.05.16 ko. Mai ussi din mobile fir moti nagar lekar gaya. Unhone mujhe 30.5 ko call kiya k mobile le jaye sahi ho gaya hai. Mai gaya or mobile cheq kiya usmain line aa rahi thi. Maine kaha sahi kaha hua hai. Jab maine vaha 1.2 logo ko kaha k kaha sahi hua hai. Tab unhone mana k thik hai humare pass display nahi nahi aap ko hum phone karke bula lenge. Tab se na unka phone aaya. Mai he unhe phone kar raha hu k display aayi k nahi. Sir maine aapko 31.06 ko complaint ki thi रिप्लेसमेंट k liye. Par samsung se mujhe call aaya k hum रिप्लेसमेंट nahi karenge hum thik karke he denge. Sir na tou vo mob thik karne ke date bata rahe hai na रिप्लेसमेंट kar rahe h.                           Sir/madam,

                          I had purchased samsung galaxy grand prime mobile from authorised dealer anmol watches & electronics ltd., sector-22-b, chandigarh on 2nd june, 2015. Phone being in warranty had been giving a problem that it frequently hangs while working, gives a black and a white screen and its battery gets excessively heated up. I contacted the authorised service centre (Mobile solutions) located in phase-5, mohali on 25th may, 2016 and 31st may, 2016.
                          But they and their service seems incompetent to rectify the fault. They only update the softwares (Reboot the phone) and give it to me as it is. They do not rectify the main reason of the problem. A similar case was with my phone samsung galaxy grand quattro and the fault was not rectified from the service centre.
                          You are kindly requested to ponder into the step by informing the company either to rectify the fault in the phone or replace the above set (Grand prime). An early action into the situation would be highly appreciated.

                            Dear sir/ma'am
                            I own a note 4, which was getting auto restart in an hour or so from last 10 days.
                            It did not have any other problem and was working perfectly fine.
                            Today i went to one of your service center - aditya infocom private limited, ashok vihar, phase-2, new delhi.
                            They told me it can be either a mother board issue or software issue, we will first check software and will confirm. After connecting it to the system phone got dead and they said it was mother board issue, you will have to get it change and it will cost you around rs. 17, 000 because it is our mistake we can offer you some discount, is it a joke or what.
                            I told them to give my phone in the condition i gave it to them, they refused and said you can mail to whosoever.
                            You guys have opened up service centers or money earning centers???
                            I need an urgent and a strict action against this case. If nothing more i want my phone back in the condition i took it to the service center.
                            You can not fool people like this, first we buy expensive phones and then without any mistake of ours, just so that your service centers can earn money we can not get expensive parts replaced.
                            I will not pay a single penny for mistake of your service center.
                            If my issue is not taken seriously i will file a complaint against samsung india and respective service center, will also take up the issue further on social media.
                            I do not have so much money for wasting.
                            This is no way to earn money, i expect justice.

                                I happened to buy a samsung mobile (Galaxy note3) pricing @ 30, 000 in november 2015. It’s been hardly 6 months and my mobile has stopped working all of a sudden, when i went to the tolichowki samsung service centre and explained the problem, the executive examined the phone and asked me question like, was the phone exposed to water or was dropped from a height which might be the cause of the problem. I said no, as that was true.
                                I explained them that the problem started out of the blue and it was not because of any impact to the phone either by water or by dropping it. The executive them said, must be a software problem, should take a couple of hours to fix it and assured me a call back. Hours passed, there was no response, which was expected, so i gave a call myself and the agent there replies it’s not software problem, but the motherboard of the phone is crashed and it cannot be claimed under warranty as there was external damage to the phones rim (This damage was caused almost 5 months ago where i accidently dropped by phone to ground from a height of like 3 feet, it actually slipped from my pocket, since there was no back cover safeguarding the phone, the damage took place. It was a minor damage though to the external body and my phone just worked fine even after that) the store supervisor says that warranty cannot be claimed because of this damage. My point is, how would an external damage to the phone that to 5 months ago can lead to mother board crashing. The amount they offered me for repair was rupees 10, 200 to get a new mother board fixed, why would i spend 10k for a 30k phone when it is eligible for warranty. If that is how it works, then why does samsung offer such costly phones without proper support? Further, when i asked for explanation, the store supervisor rajender was so reckless and reluctant in hearing and answering to my question, it was such a bad experience i had for the cost of buying a samsung mobile. Who does protect the consumer rights in situations like this, i am hoping that this team would take proper action and get a feasible solution for my problem.
                                Further, when i expressed my dissatisfaction by telling him i will launch a complaint under consumer forum, he was like go do what you want to, i have handled hundreds of such complains and i am still here.
                                I regret to say that if this issue is not taken care, i would be forced to lodge a complaint in consumer court and also publish this is social media. I am an llb student and very well know how to take things legally.

                                I buy samsung s8 edge phone in 23 july2018 and suddenly after 20 days it having a issue.phone speker automacally on during the call and speker option showing desible mode .i go to the shopkeeper where i purchage the phone.shopkeeper go to the samsung service centre.service centre people said thatbit is softwarw issue and formatted my phone and installed new software.i go back cto gime and use my again i satlled application and data.but after one day same problem occured again i call samsung service centre he picked my phone and after one day they called back and said no issue detect i have formatted phone now working fine collect phone.i collect phone after one day using my phone occurin same problem again call service centre.there proceed happen foure time but they always said no issue detect i gave proof as a vedio.but they denied the proof.and said they will not cobsider any proof.i said i will go consumer court they said no body can do anything.this is service center support i request to all consumer don't busy any samsung product because they always belaming to customer not agreed with there faoult.i have file case in natinal consumer help line and send a remainder by mail. But still they are not considering there fault.i am waiting of there mail reply then file a case in consumer court.also i am very surprised to listen these word from samsung service centre they advise me dont use android opp and one samsang head office person name neha advice me use less adroid app what a foolish solution thwy provided me if samsing premium phone not able to support android then i dont want samsung phone i back my money.

                                  I had buyed a samsung smart tv of 50 inches but tv was in defect i had given complant and executive came and took my empty cheque invoivce bill and id proof he told there is no stock and samsung company vil refund amt to us but past 73 days thete is no response at all plz lindly help me to solve my problem samsung company is nt giving any response and there r draging my time from past 73 days when ever i am cl there r telling that i vil receive there the cl from consul department within 4 hour but no cl nathing

                                      I had purchased a washing machine in june 2014 from samsung's authorised dealer m/s shivam electronics, model no :wt657qpndpgxtl, serial no: w0625pdd900406e. Since the purchase the machine had some issues but i dint bother as the machine was running, hence i dint complain about it.
                                      Since last 6 months the machine is not working, there is always some issue with the spin or the mcb gets trip or the drain knob has some fault and all such neusence. Finally i am fed up of the machine.
                                      Since my first complain every time i call customer care i have never got the solution from them. I have to call them a couple of times and even have to involve the dealer into the issue for a technician visit.
                                      The technician always comes empty handed so he checks the machine and gets the form signed saying some parts need to be repaired and replaced so soon he will visit with all spares. Again the same procedure to be followed from my end for a technician visit. Till now the technician has repaired the machine trice, still the machine is not working and samsung is not bothered about it as they have a got their money and just have to wait for a few days to get the warranty expire.

                                        My model is SM-G313HU.I am complaining regarding the mobile service provided by my mobile..it is hanging quite frequently and touch stops working...recently I went to mobile servicing centre located in BKP, WestBengal with this issue and they updated software and took Rs400 from me as my warranty period is over. They assured that it will work properly but still the issue is not resolved.
