    I hv brought samsung galaxy s6 from vr traders, jhansi on 05/05/16.
    Just after a week of purchase this phone is not working well. The screen is showing negative colours and screen is flickering. It shut down's automatically. Sometimes it is even difficult to read messages becoz of its screen problem.

    Kindly take necessary action to resolve my problem at the earliest

      I have complained regarding the water leaks in air conditioner on 28/May/2016. Till today that is 31/5/16, 9 pm I did not got any call from Samsung till now. I called more than 9 times to the customer service. But no response from anyone yet. One of the customer service representatives took my call at 7.45 pm he dint talk anything and put me on hold for more than 22 minutes. Finally I had disconnect the call. His name is HARI. I want action on all the responsible persons and need a apology letter from Samsung. If not I will proceed further with this complain to the senior officials of this company and the media.         The oven was purchased in May-2010. I faced issue on 21-May-2016 and raised a complaint with Samsung customer care. Service Request # [protected]. The service engineer visited to repair and confirms some parts have issue and on cross checking with his office confirmed that model is obsolete and hence it can't be repaired due to unavailability of parts. I again called customer care on 25 & 26 May 2016 to raise an issue of irrepairability of the unit. I was promised a call back in 4hrs but got no feedback or response.

        How can organization stop supporting a model in just 6years?!! No way to complain on their website as it doesn't allow moving fwd as soon as I select the model.

          I have purchased a samsung mobile (Type b-350) from anand stationers, airport road, hinoo, ranchi 834002 (Jharkhand) on[protected]. Just after using it i could find that i am not able to receive about 50% of calls as it was getting cut as soon as i put the receiving button on. I submitted the mobile within a week in the shop stating the problem. They accepted the mobile and after a few days, they said that the problem has been rectified. But again i could find that the same problem continued. Again i submitted the mobile in the shop. They sent the mobile to the repair center of samsung in lalpur, ranchi.

          The authorised repair center of samsung returned the mobile so called repair after 15 - 20 days through anand stationers. When i collected the hand set the same problem continued but the rate of call cut reduced to 30 - 40% from 50%.

          Again i deposited my mobile in the shop situated in hinoo. Even after more that a month, the mobile has not been returned to me. When i contacted the shop they state that the set is working fine.In this connection i have to state that an agency has to give me guarantee that the set is working fine.

          I contacted your toll free customer service and talked to shri sagar on[protected] in the after noon. He suggested me to submit the set in the authorised service center in lalpur. The set is with the shop.

          The service centre is about 12 km from my place of stay. Once it has been submitted to the service center by the shop. They could not repair it properly. Now, why should i take the botheration of going to the service center, which is about 12 km from my place. Again i will have to go to them for collection of the same. This is not help of service from the service center.

          I need either mobile set to be changed or if repair is required it should be collected from the shop or my place. I can not tolerate further torture.

            I brought a Refrigerator on 2013, Jan. Now the refrigerator is not working properly. I raised a complaint on 27 April 2016 with Service order (SO)no. [protected] and service technician mobile no.[protected] for contact . After keep on calling this number for couple of days the person responded that he was not assigned for this job and provided local service shop number to check for any other technician assigned. After calling local service center in kakinada we had a shocking response that our SO/no. [protected] was already closed. I explained them that nobody from samsung called me regarding my service. again i inform to customer care and they advice they open the SO and the technician will visit soon. on 2nd May 2016 the technician visit and adviced to mobilize the unit to service center for further repair and he charged Rs.350 for service.
            We mobilized the unit on same day and service center people told that they will call us next day to inform about the status of repair. no response on next 2 days. when i called them on 6th may they informed me that the compressor damaged and to be replaced. They informed me that the compressor was on order will take 4 days to arrive and advised that they will call me again next day to update about estimated cost of repair. no call couple of days. on 9th may they informed me that repair is complete they fixed the problem without replacing compressor and refilling the refer gas. The compressor is working good no need to replace and informed the main problem is leakage of gas and they fixed the problem completely. they charged Rs.1500 as repair cost.

            The Refrigerator worked for couple of days and we observed the refer is not working and Ice cubes are not forming.after observing few days we informed the customer care that the repair is not completely done.As advised by customer care person to check the refrigerator On/Off method with ID no. [protected] registered. we checked and inform the problem is still there. On 25th May 2016 he registered another SO/no. [protected] and technician visited home evening and released some gas and informed there is more gas refilled at service certre now the fridge will work. He advised to observe all the night and inform him next day if the problem not resolved. when i ask him it will take such a long time for the refer to work (Ice cubes) ?? He replied to will take that much time..

            Next day we informed him the problem still not resolved. he advised to mobilize to service center for further repair as there is leakage of gas. i was confused did they troubleshoot properly as they are giving double answer. after checking with Customer care they advised that they will arrange senior technician. since 26th may i am calling every day to customer care getting top priority commitments that they will send senior technician and resolve my issue. i am getting false commitments every day from different customer care personnel. all personnel are informing me that they have escalated this issue to their superiors but same result Negative ..

            i request you (Samsang India) to confirm me if you cannot fix my problem i will go with third party.

            I really don't understand how Samsung has kept this issue as resolved.

            After i sent the compliant yesterday 31st May i got a call from samsung customer care +[protected]. they discussed all the issue and given a confirmed promised commitment that the service technician will visit today 1st June as he is not available yesterday. i have waited all the day but all negative. no one called me and no technician visited my home.
            i got another call yesterday evening @ 19.18 hrs from no. +[protected] asking about my compliant. As i informed them about the above previous call that they are arranging a technician on 1st June she kept the phone with good "Thank you"

            no body visited how they are making this problem is resolved. its really frustrating. Is this Samsung customer care core values to the customer ????? i can not able to call any of the above phone numbers which are not responding. who is the focal point for my issue to discuss.

            As i mentioned in my compliant the fridge repaired in your Kakinada service center and delivered to me on 9th May saying that its completely repaired and working ( repair summary --- leaking of gas / refilled the gas and now completly working). after i receive refrigerator in a couple of days its again not working. cooling not upto mark refer not working (Ice cubes not frozen). Is this your standard of repair ?? you have to re think where you are going wrong.

            all i deeply request you to resolve this issue or confirm me if you can not provide any further service

              I am using many samsung products. I purchased a inverter ac on 14 april 2014. The ac gone bad in 2016. Many complaint was raised vide complaint no. [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected].

              The service engineer was appointed and the first visit of the service engineer (Mr. Imran) was held on 11 april 2016. He expressed his in ability to resolve the issue ans subsequently mr. Chaitanys a sr. Service enginer visited on 12 april 2016 and suggested to change the pcb. The pcb was changed still the problem was not resolved. Thus the compressor and the alaves in the outer unit was also replaced. Still the ac was in non working condition. Then the outer unit was taken by them for inspection and was finally declared that it is having some deffects which cannot be repared and which is beyond understanding.

              Mr. Hinmanshu verma an executive from samsung ho in india was involved in the matter and was informed with all these matters (Verma. [protected]@partner. Samsung.com). I kept him posted an all the matters and complaints and hardly received any response from him.

              The outer unit is with the service station from almost 2 months and they are not providing any written receipt for the unit taken by them.

              Kindly intervene to get my complaint resolved or suggest proper process of actions to be taken against the company.

                I have brought the samsung convertible refrigerator from m/s vasanth&co double door and get delivered on[protected]. And demo done on[protected]. From the i st day itself i am facing temperature issue, there is no cooling in the lower portion and vegetables and foods getting destroyed. It is very difficult to raise the issue again & again. If engg. Not able to find permanent solution please replace the refrigerator. I am totally disappointed with your company services

                  Would like to bring into your notice that i have purchased new samsung refrigerator model no 465 ltr (Rt47k6358sl) real ssl from reliance digital gurgaon haryana on 15th may 2016. Got the demo on 16th may from one of the samsung engineer chandan kumar. After the installation after two days using this product i came to know that cooling of this refrigerator is not up to the mark as ice cream is getting melted and water is not getting cold after 4-5 hrs. Launched the complaint regarding the same on 22nd may and customer care get it change the setting and asked me to observe. Post changing the setting problem is still there and food and other things are getting spoil in the refrigerator due to cooling issue. Again launched the complaint regarding the same issue (Service order [protected]) till now my complaint is still not resolved and one of the technical engineer santosh kumar told me that there is a problem with this model and cooling issue is there that is why company has close this model. He told me that he has assigned my complaint to one of the senior engineer and he will try to resolve the issue if possible.

                  I am requesting for the technical engineer visit since 22nd may and till now i am waiting and after getting this kind of response that this product has cooling issue and company is going to close this product i am feeling that i have been trapped and my money is waste.

                  Just wanted to share the feedback with you that i am not satisfied with the service and performance of the product and in case there is no resolution of my complaint in that scenario i will escalate the same matter further and go by indian law rules and regulations.

                    I have saled a led on 26/05/2016 and also registered installation complaint on tollfree no which is [protected]. But till now no one executive have been reached for installation of led yet.
                    I have called on tollfree number two more times and re rejistered my complain. But still no responses received till now for my led installation. What should i do. Is this kind of services are being provided by the company to their valuable customers now a days.

                    I have also the same issue. At the time of purchase seller said that Samsung has very gud customer service. They respond very soon, but all is myth. I am one of the very old customer of Samsung and i purchased only Samsung product always. but Now samsung is only big name and not focusing on after sale service. I had call at least 3 time at customer care about the mount wall installation of my LED TV. But no service engineer visited till yet. It is regarding request no: [protected]. Customer Care and service center executive all tells lies to you. They just focusing on picking there salaries and commissions.

                        I bought samsung single door refrigerator on 21-April-2016. It was manufacturing defect with
                        cooling problem. one week later we identified there was problem with cooling and the same
                        informed to service center. They fixed the problem at the moment. Post fixed 5 days later the problem
                        has been repeated and next time service center pickup the refrigerator and they were saying
                        to replace or refund the money as soon as possible. It has been completed more than 15 days to
                        take away the refrigerator and till I have n't recieved any refund or replacement.
                        The Service center people saying to contact samsung call center and the call center people
                        are saying to contact service center . Because of this I am facing lot of problems and
                        frustrated.

                        Please help me to resolve the issue.

                          I bought this phon s6 edge 32gb on 30may2015 from embience mall gurgaon delhi for approx 60000 rupee. Recently I shifted to pune for which I have to change my sim card.but my phons simcard tray was not opening for which I went to the samsung service center on 16may2016 at shree communications 1st floor dhanshree height aundh police station road pune.i clearly mentioned to the service care executive that its only the simcard tray which is not coming out to which they asked me to give the phon and they said that they will call and tell me the problem which they dint.i called them twice the nxt day to which they said they will call me again.evening they called me and said that my phons simcard" slot"and motherboard got damaged and that is bcause of me.i repeatedly told them that my phon was absolutely working when I gave it to you so what happened to the motherboard when problem was only the simcard tray. And now they want me to pay 14000 for the damge I am not responsible. I mailed the ceo of the samsung online to which after many repeated mails n telephonic conversations with the costomer care executives they are not able to tell me why my phons motherboard and simcard slot got damaged when I have went for the simcard tray problem.my phon was absolutely working when I have given it to the care centre but I think its the costomer care service center s fault that my phon is not in working condition. They have done something wrong with the phone due to which the phons motherboard and simcard slot got damaged its an internal damage so how can I do that thats what I am asking to the samsung service center executive. I have mailed them to give me a clear reason why this happend but they have not provided me with any reasons on mail abt the fault in the motherboard and the card slot.my phon is in warranty so I want it to get it repaired in warranty but the service care centre are putting all the blame on me and asking me to pay for the damage I am not responsible. My only concern is that why should I pay for the damage I have not done to my phone and my phon is in warranty.

                              We have been a thorough brand loyalist to samsung since 2004 and we have been putting immense trust on samsung. All the fmcd items in our house are from the stable of samsung and we have been very happy about the experience, till the time we bought our new refrigerator. What hurts us more is the lackadaisical approach that we have faced from samsung team.

                              Kindly find below a detailed account of this forgetful journey:

                              The last year, on 27th june, we had purchased the newly launched rt33jsrfesl samsung convertible series refigerator from reliance digital, sarjapur road branch, bangalore. The product was delivered on 28th june 2015. As there was a dent during transit we had requested for change of product. After series of mail exchange between reliance digital staff and samsung, the product was delivered on 2nd july, 2015. This time one of the glass shelf inside the refigerator was missing so reliance digital team helped procure the glass shelf by 19th july 2015. Despite the series of events we kept our calm.

                              However within 2 weeks of purchasing the product, the side panels which hold the fruits & vegetables basket developed cracks post which we had lodged a complaint with samsung customer care. We were completely taken aback as never till date we had any issues with the quality of products purchased from samsung in such a short span of time.

                              Samsung service engineer (Mr. Ghous shariff) attended to our complaint and installed side liners to avoid further cracking. This installation made the fridge look very clumsy from within and it also hindered free movement of the food and vegetable trays. The service engineer also assured that post installation of side liners we wont face this issue again. Further he voluntarily suggested that we can ask for a replacement if we were unhappy with such installation. Due to our trust in samsung we felt its a trivial issue to seek a replacement and hence didn't pursue it at that point in time.

                              In mar, 2016 we noticed that the other side panels which hold the glass shelf inside the refrigerator have also developed cracks from within. The plastic panel which holds the fresh room also has started to chip-off. Hence, we raised a complaint again with samsung customer care on 3rd mar 2016. Mr. Azam (Service engineer) attended to our complaint no. [protected]. Post inspection he stated that this is a manufacturing defect and very few percentage of samsung refrigerators have developed such issue. He took pictures of our refigerator from inside and stated that we can seek a replacement or complete cash back in this case. He further stated that someone from samsung shall connect with us and accordingly process replacement request or cash back request.

                              Few days later i received an automated message from samsung customer care that our complaint has been resolved and closed. Upon contacting customer care, we were informed that the complaint has been closed by mr. Ameen (Service manager). Upon contacting mr. Azam he directed us to speak to his manager. Mr. Ameen who told us that he had escalated our complaint to samsung head office and they outrightly rejected the request stating the damage has happened on account of customer negligence. This response was completely unanticipated by us.

                              Our point of contention is

                              1. We had already reported this issue within 2 weeks of purchase, at that point of time it was never attributed as customer negligence, then why now?

                              2. The damage has occurred within the refrigerator and across the side panels which hold the glass shelfs. How can such damage be caused by a customer?

                              3. One of the selling proposition of this refrigerator was big storage basket to facilitate more storage of vegetables and fruits. What's the point in providing a big basket when the side panels are unable to take such load?

                              During our discussion mr. Ameen, he stated that he is aware that this is a manufacturing defect but on account of pressure of from his head office he was forced to close the ticket. He said that he cannot stand by the customer as he has no say in such cases. He also stated that the email exchange and pics of the refrigerator have been uploaded by him while closing the ticket and we can speak to customer care team to take it up again.

                              Hence on 10th mar 2016, another complaint no. [protected] was raised. This time without any call or visit the complaint was closed again by mr. Ameen and team.

                              Post discussion with customer care team, our complaint was escalated and a senior official from customer support called us to assure that they shall escalate our concern to head office directly.

                              On 15th mar 2016, ms. Tripti called up from samsung head office in chennai ([protected], ext. 1650) and shared that she is personally looking up into our product concern and asked me to reach her directly and not contact anyone from customer care team. She also stated that she would positively get back within a week with resolution. After a week, we tried reaching her on the number flashed but all our repeated calls went unanswered.

                              Upon contacting customer care on 13th apr 2016, the executive stated that the previous complaint was closed on account of non receipt of warrenty card and product purchase documents. We would like to share that there was no formal communication from anyone asking for support documents so we were unaware of any such requirement.

                              Post discussion, on 13th apr 2016 another complaint no. [protected] was raised. This complaint again was closed without any resolution despite several marathon calls with multiple customer care executives and their supervisors.

                              On 27th apr 2016 raised another complaint no. [protected] which again was not attended.

                              Finally, on 5th may 2016 raised another complaint no. [protected] which this time was assigned to same service centre executive mr. Azam and his manager mr. Ameen. Both mr. Azam and mr. Ameen were reluctant to address this issue and mr. Ameen suggested that we escalate to higher authorities. He openly said he has no say and has no authority to challenge his head office decision and cannot stand by the customer as he does not have the liberty to do so despite acknowledging that its a manufacturing defect and such damage cannot be caused by the customer.

                              We would like to put on board that this entire sequence of events has left us extremely disappointed for the trust we have placed in samsung all these years. Never before have we experienced such humiliation.

                              Our sincere request to the higher authorities is to help us restore the faith we have put in samsung by positively addressing our concern and not penalising us for no mistake of ours.

                                Dear Team Samsung,

                                I take no pride in writing this, but people just ought to know that Samsung is probably the worst brand, ever !
                                This goes out to as many consumers, the world over, through SMS, Facebook, Linkedin, Yahoo Messenger, Google and through other personal platforms.

                                There has seldom been a case of such gross neglect and inconsideration towards a ‘PAYING Customer’.
                                It is apparent that, Samsung’s post sales completely suck and we, consumers, are left to contemplating why we even considered Samsung as a global brand with global, international and far-reaching processes.
                                What I have experienced, after purchasing a high-end ‘Samsung’ refrigerator (805 litre / French model / Rs. 1, 68, 000), has been excruciating and far from the standards expected out of companies and Brands that, have grown owing to consumers buying into promises galore.

                                Allow me the pleasure to elaborate, why I believe, Samsung is a terrible Brand and company ~

                                Background:
                                I purchased, from Croma, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore, India, the Samsung Refrigerator (805 litre / French model) approximately 5 years ago, paying Rs. 1, 68, 000.
                                Before the warranty expired (1 year), the cooling system ceased to function.
                                The Samsung engineers took close to 15 days to resolve the issue, while all the meats and perishable foods rotted and lay waste.
                                Since the then and till date, the refrigerator has FAILED 5 times.
                                Each time, the Samsung engineers and / their so called TRUSTED Partners, have been late to visit, even later to rectify but absolute when it came to CHARGING me.
                                Each time, I would be paying for different line elements, where the ‘FAILURE’ in cooling remained constant.
                                It’s like they’re shooting off from a book of 101 best reasons to charge a customer.

                                The recent apathy:
                                The recent case has certainly brought me to my senses and has clearly demonstrated Samsung’s intent.
                                They’re simply out to MAKE MONEY and literally intent to CHEAT customers.

                                1. 9 months ago, my refrigerator STOPPED cooling, again – For the 5th time in 5 years.
                                2. I called in the Samsung so-called experts, who, post a great deal of debate and argument, came in to conduct repairs.
                                3. I briefed them on each issue of the past, the same non-cooling problem
                                4. I was indicated that, a permanent solution will be in place, for the 5th time
                                5. Work completed, the fridge seemed fine, as usual, after the 2 –day long repair work, which left my home in a mess.
                                6. I was CHARGED again and that is quite obvious. I personally feel that CHARGING a customer is fine provided work delivered is upto standards and promises given to us
                                7. I was told that, there will no further problems, but standard policies mean that, the warranty on ‘COOLING’ is for 6 months only.

                                On the 12th of March, 2016:
                                1. The Samsung fridge STOPPED cooling again and this time both the Freezer and the remainder of the unit

                                On the 15th of March, 2016:
                                1. I decided to shift residence (From Gold Summit, Hennur Main Road, Bangalore to Berlie Street, Langford Town Bangalore)
                                2. I therefore, decided to use TWO refrigerators at my new residence.
                                3. So I ended up buying a new Samsung refrigerator, which I am currently using, since the 16th of March, 2016.
                                4. The previous Samsung fridge I turned off completely.
                                5. As I was shifting residence, I decided to have the first Samsung fridge ‘Permanently’ and ‘Completely’ fixed, then tested, post which to be moved to my new residence.

                                On the 24th of May, 2016:
                                1. I called the Samsung toll free number and shared my displeasure at the break-down of the fridge and also completely briefed them regarding my plans to shift of the 28th of May, 2016
                                2. The executive assured me that, Samsung will help.

                                On the 25th of May, 2016 @ 1932 hrs:
                                1. I received an sms saying that a service engineer by name of Irfan has been assigned to my case, with the service request number [protected]
                                2. I did not receive any calls from the person nor anybody at Samsung
                                3. So on the 26th of May, 2016, I called Irfan who then said that, he cannot handle the case as it has been wrongly assigned to him.
                                4. I was asked to call the toll free number again. This was at 2130 hrs.

                                On the 27th May, 2016 @ 0945 hrs:
                                1. I called the toll free number and spoke to one Ms. Aishwarya.
                                2. I had to repeat the entire apathy / episode to her and she too, like every previous Samsung rock-star, told me that she will help me
                                3. I briefed her regarding the fact that, I needed to shift my residence and the date that, I needed to get the work done was before the 28th of May, 2016

                                On the 27th May, 2016 @ 1221 hrs:
                                1. I received another sms saying that, my complaint was noted and that, the engineer, one Mr. Sudheesh, was assigned to my case.
                                2. The service order number was [protected]

                                On the 27th May, 2017 @ 2000 hrs approximately:
                                1. Sudheesh visits my home at the Gold Summit, Hennur Main Road, Bangalore, inspects the fridge, understands my issue, takes a photograph of the recent bill from LR Enterprises (A Samsung Partner) and tells me that he will now instruct LR Enterprises to come in the morning, the next day, and have the fridge taken away for repairs. (Please find attached the invoice from LR enterprises)
                                2. He said that, LR Enterprises will take the fridge, repair it, test it and then install it at my new residence. He said that, this will be done first half on the 28th of May, 2016 (The days that I was scheduled to move my residence to Berlie Street).

                                On the 28th of May, 2016:
                                1. Nobody came, called and when I called Sudheesh, at 1230 hrs, he says that, he has already passed the case to his office and that he cannot help further
                                2. I then called the Samsung toll free and miraculously, the first service / complaint done on the 24th of May, 2016, did not show and only the service / complaint on the 27th of May, 2016, seems to be showing.
                                3. Anyways, I briefed the Samsung call executive regarding the ‘CHALLENGE’ and she assured me that someone from R Logistics (The Samsung’s partner company, for whom Sudheesh works for will call me)
                                4. Imagine my plight, its 1230 hrs, and I am alone at my place because all my materials have left for my NEW Place, waiting for someone from Samsung to call me.
                                5. Nobody did…
                                6. I called the toll free number again and had to de-brief a new executive on the line regarding the entire issue. She promised to ‘Send R Logitics’ a reminder.
                                7. I don’t know what Samsung call center was doing / did, but nobody called me.
                                8. AT 1430 hrs, I called the Samsung call center again and had to brief a fresh executive on the apathy and like any of previous experiences she said that, a reminder will be sent
                                9. I then spoke to Sudheesh, who said that, he just cannot help further because he had transferred the case.
                                10. I asked him for his boss’s number and he gave me 3 LAN line numbers: 080 – 43560915 / 16 / 17. Sudheesh told me to speak to one Ms. Reena.

                                On the 28th of May, 2016 from 1445 hrs:
                                1. I placed 4 calls to each of the numbers provided by Sudheesh, that means a total of 12 calls, and not once did anyone answer the phone.
                                2. I called Sudheesh back, who said that maybe Reena was in a meeting and I should be calling her after 30 minutes.
                                3. I did… I called each of the numbers 3 times, totalling 9 attempts and nobody even answered the phone.
                                4. I called the Samsung toll free line and, imagine this, had to brief a FRESH person all over again, from the start. ALL this while materials that have left from this location to my new home and cannot get off-loaded as I am onsite waiting for Samsung to move the fridge.
                                5. The Samsung executive on call told me that, a reminder will be sent and that someone from Samsung will get to me immediately.
                                6. Nobody called
                                7. At 1630 hrs, somebody at R Logistics, answered the phone ([protected]) and this is the heights because, when I asked to speak with Ms. Reena, the lady tells me that she is busy and just hangs up the phone.
                                8. I redialled and requested her again to put Ms. Reena on, as it was an emergency.
                                9. She obliged, and when Ms. Reena answered and I had to de-brief her again and from the start.
                                10. Ms. Reena assured me that, she will speak with Sudheesh and call me back immediately.
                                11. She did not call and when I called back the same number, after 45 minutes, nobody answered.
                                12. I called Sudheesh again, who finally gave me the number of one Mr. R Lalin ([protected]) and told me that he would be the person from LR Enterprises, who will handle my issue.
                                13. 9 times I called Mr. Lalin… First six times – No answer / Next 2 times – Phone busy / 9th time – He answers
                                14. I briefed Mr. Lalin, who seemed to not have any idea about the issue. After listening to my plight, he says that, I will need to speak to one Mr. John. He gives me John’s number, which was the wrong number…
                                15. 9 times after that, Mr. Lalin failed to answer his calls
                                16. I even sent an sms to Mr. Lalin requesting for John’s number, but till now have received zero revert
                                17. Since then I placed 22 calls to all of the 3 numbers provided to me by Sudheesh and nobody answered the phone.
                                18. At around 1815 hrs, when I called for the 23rd time, someone answered the phone. I literally begged to speak with Ms. Reena. Now I could hear the lady call out to Reena and this is exactly what I heard over the phone… I am quoting her and in English, ‘Just put down the phone’
                                19. I tried the number 6 times again, and nobody answered my calls.
                                20. I called the toll free line again, briefed a new person, again, who then actually told me that,

                                It’s the 30th of May, 2016 and 1022 hrs:
                                1. Nobody from Samsung has even bothered to call / sms
                                2. My high-end Samsung fridge (805 liter / French model), which I paid Rs. 1, 68, 000 at Croma, still remains in my old home.
                                3. While I am getting my new home in place, I am so concerned wrt the entire treatment meted out to me

                                To summarize :
                                1. Samsung rates, according to me, as one of the WORST Brands in the world, given the way they have treated, and continue to treat me

                                  We would like to inform you that we have purchased the split ac from reliance digital on dated 09th may 2015 .our ac cooling not done properly since last 3 months .Regarding that we have lodged complaint on dated 13th April 2016.One engineer (Mr. Munna) came and did servicing of AC but unable to solve the issue even after the servicing my AC was not cooling and that why we not signed on customer service closing copy. After that we did lots of follow up with customer care and with each call they were giving me different complain number and convincing us that senior technician will go to check but no one came and after few more call to customer care, they send Mr. Munna( same technician) again. And he said that senior will come but till date we became puppet of Samsung customer care dept. as we keep calling and dey keep giving false commitment. In this scroching summer its very difficult to spend one night and I have 1 year old baby who is suffering a lot and she is having heat rashes all over the body due to extreme heat. Who is responsible for this??? Who will compensate those horrible nights???? who will be responsible for doing us mentally harass???
                                  Our warranty was going to be expired on 9th May 2016 and we have complained since 13 April 2016 but intentionally customer care Executives didn't entertain ouir complain seriously so that our free service will be expired and they may charge against the service. Same thing happened, on 28th may after again following up customer care dept., one engineer called from Samsung and said that I will come but you have to pay the charge against the service as your warranty is expired. Now I don't understand on what ground Mr. Munna (Samsung engineer) is asking for any charge...If you have not given the service on time then is it our responsibility??? If it is like that then we will go for further action at National consumer forum because it is not only the thing of any product service but it is more harassing the customer to the extent that he is mentally tortured every day by you people. Please note the detail of my product given below and I need prompt action within 2 days:

                                  Product- Samsung AC
                                  Complain no.- [protected]/ [protected]/[protected] (this no. was given in the last week of April and May. 13th April complain no. we don't have but you can trace from our mobile no. i.e [protected].

                                  Till date not a single complain no. closed but I don't know the process how you people close the complain no. without customer confirmation.

                                  Its very sad to say but it is worst experience we have with Samsung. We have all the products( Refrigerator, one more AC and TV, Mobile) of Samsung product but in future we will be no more interested to buy this product and nether we will suggest anyone else.

                                    My Samsung washing machine which is under warranty shreds my clothes, rips off the sleeves, and makes huge holes in everything. The service centre took the machine for repair and returned it after 2 weeks in an even worse condition. Phone calls to the call centre are in vain, and the so-called 'callback from the supervisor' never happens! Utterly hopeless machine (8 kg washing machine with a drier) and even worse service. Help.

                                      I bought a Refrigerator on 2013, September. Now the refrigerator is not working properly. I raised a complaint on 22 May 2016 with complaint number [protected] and the registered number for contact are [protected] and [protected]. Following this Technician visited my home and later informed that the compressor requires a replacement and gone. At the time of visit he told that it will take two days for performing the replacement operation. Even after 7 days of registering the complaint the service is not yet carried out properly. Please perform the necessary action to sort out the issue.
