Dear sir, my mobile Samsung j2 series is minar fault of speker is not working. So I bring my phone submitted to Samsung service centre kumbakonam, tamilnadu. They are open time broken my douch screen. After 5 minutes they are bringing my mobile say lying on your phone is broken we are not services here's. What can I do? 1. I show the mobile phone attempt at the moment reception people is no comments for my mobile broken
2. After 10 minutes they're saying my mobile phone broken.
3. How to possibly this thing

    Dear sir my phone earphone jack is not working and my phone get switch off while i connect earphones ..I had visited service centers but they are saying they dont have stock of jacks there is no support from any service this is very unprofessional way of working . Also my phone warranty is till 17 may but they said it would not be available till 17 may . But i had visited you in my warranty period tou should see how to resolve this issue .I hope u would understand my problem nd have some professional support..

      This is to inform you that we purchased a samsung led-tv on the date[protected]. Few days back after watching tv we turned it off for a duration of 1 hour. The moment we resumed again we found that half of the display was appearing black and the quality of picture was not appropriate in that region.

      We filed a complaint in samsung india and their engineer told us that the display panel of the led-tv got malfunctioned and it will cost around rs.26641.The details of the tv are given below:

      Dealer name - chiragdeep video & audio pvt. Ltd.
      B-52 murari nagar, faizabad road, lucknow-226016.
      Model number - ua40f5100armxl.
      Serial number - 234832ed601539.
      Display panel - bn95-01037a.

      So we request you to take an immediate action and we will be highly obliged if you solve our query as soon as possible.

        I bought the mobile handsets/vn31936/samsung ([protected]) on 14/01/2016, even when the phone is on the caller gets the message like the number is switched off or not reachable every time this happens the phone have to be restarted. The battery life is very poor. In the beginning the the camera clarity was good but after two month the clarity gone down. The phone is very hot within few minutes of starting play games.

          I bought a refrigerator one year ago and it never worked properly. I complained several times but no use.. you can check PAN: [protected]
          every time service engineer told it will be fixed and it never got fixed. Once I ws told that product itself will be replaced but this also never happened.. then I wrote to SEO office and it also went in vain.. you can see mail content and reply. Now I am loosing my hope on SAMSUNG... It is very bad for consumers..

          Now Service engineer called and he is saying that he will only come if we pay 550 rupees as product is more than one year old.. I was expecting this.. Will someone tell me to whom I can talk so that this problem is solved.. the frustration is piling up day by day...

            This refrigerator is not working since i bought. I complained several times and every time a service engineer used to come and say it will be fixed.. Once they told that product need to be replaced so we have informed to headquaeter.. But nothing happened..               Hi,
              I booked and received a samsung 20000 mah power bank with 6 port usb smart charger etc from chup chap lelo where it came from a dealer named rr enterprises, sector - 63, noida-201301 with tin no.[protected].

              But the day 1 when i charged it full which took more than 3 hours and while charging my lenovo mobile which is 3000 mah it charged only upto 40 % and the full power of samsung power bank got over.

              Need this to be exchanged or can return the fund of rs.699/-.

              Your immediate action will be highly appreciable.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I had bought Samsung Smart TV with 3D 50 inch on 2013, but a week before a thin black line appear in my tv. I reported the same to Customer Support and the executive checked and told that it would cost around INR 50, 000/- (Fifty Thousand rupees) to solve the issue.

                I had bought this TV for 1.08000 (one lakh and eight thousand) and it worked properly not even three years completely which is really degrading the Samsung reputation. I cannot expect a floppy product from World's leading brand.

                The executive told that this can be covered if you have extended warranty. So it means the product is worth only for 12 months which is not acceptable. I need a replacement for this.

                  Despite escalation to CEO's helpdesk, nobody has even bothered to give a call.

                  This is in continuation with my Door to Door fridge, wherein I had taken the refrigerator from Reliance Digital, the fridge was not performing up to the mark.
                  For this reason, I had called Reliance Digital, they told there is issue in gas and had filled it.

                  Now when i logged the call, the samsung engineer is refusing the entertain the problem and I am suffering because I have purchased Samsung fridge.,
                  Kindly get my fridge repaired or take this to your showroom.

                  Hi, Good morning, i purchased refrigerator (Wardrobe) in Mar 2013 from Reliance Digital in faridabad and paid additionally for the extended warranty Rs.6000/-.

                        I submitted my samsung galaxy s3 for charging related issue and they made my phone faulty. In my previous complaint i have reported my issue that care and care services ltd, authorized service center of samsung at allahabad, civil lines took my phone for charging issue and made its camera faulty, but are denying to take any actions on that and are not paying any attention to my grievances and are misbehaving.
                        No action from samsung or consumer forum has been taken.
                        If consumer forum can't resolve my complaints i don't know whom is should complaint.

                          Due to ml intention and poor service of the service provider of samsung i registered the following the complain to ceo of the company -
                          Like every year i have registered call booking at your customer care centre for cleaning of my ac and vide my call no [protected] your authorised service personnel saumen guria attended the call for cleaning of ac and changing the outside pipe cover. During cleaning he changed the outside pipe cover with taping but he said that it will not be provided by company but it should be paid to him. I paid him rs.1800/- along with service charge rs.570/- but he paid me the bill on 29/03/16 for rs.570/- only( copy attached) .
                          But surprisingly after such service the cooling effect of the ac became low and the wind flow was nil from the right corner of ac.I informed him over telephone but he did not turned up.
                          Finding no other way i registered complain with customer care vide complain no [protected], but he did not came rather reported that my mobile is switch off. I registered another complain with customer care vide no [protected].
                          To day he came at evening and again found dust within ac on right side which he did not clean on last time on 29.03.2016. He told us that on that day he was busy, so failed to do. But during opening of inner net inside the ac some amount gas leaked, which i pointed out and he admitted that due his handling such gas leaked.
                          Then he gone to the outside unit and told me that during change of pipe cover &amp tapping, the copper pipe has been damaged and it should be changed and he will do it personally at the cost of roughly rs.2400/-. He also said that it is due his fault on last day which he noticed but did not expose it to us.
                          The ultimate effect is that before such cleaning the cooling was normal and after 1st cleaning the cooling effect was less and after his visit to-day the cleaning effect is very low.
                          Sir, i am a customer of sumsung in tv, mobile and in ac. Even in this month i have purchased another ac of sumsung. Now for being a loyal customer of your company product i am to suffer for the fault of your serviceman . I have not given any private call but it is through your customer care department of sumsung such service made and the man is also your authorised provider. But instead of providing the service he will carry his own business and for his fault i am to suffer in this hot situation with very little cooling effect.
                          I demand that the steps should be taken to restore the normal cooling effect, the pipe that is damaged due his technical inefficiency should be replaced without my cost and the gas that is leaked due to his mishandling during cleaning should be adjusted without my cost and above all the cooling effect should be normal.
                          I hope that you will take immediate steps to redress my grievances and will stop such private business motive of your service provider whose name is saumen guria.

                          I am very happy to inform in this forum that after my registration of complain on this site and on your initiative to inform the corporate office of SAMSUNG, corporate office has given me full support and my complain has been fully disposed at my satisfaction.Even the company has forced the defaulting mechanic of the company who is responsible for my trouble for his own business motive Saumen Guria was forced to provide the service in free of cost. Company also sent another mechanic to observe the work of Saumen Guria. However, I am fully satisfied and once again thanks to this site who has notified this complain with the Customer support of SAMSUNG. I also convey my sincere thanks to the members of CEO office who has talked with me on several times and has solved my problem. Thanks to all.

                            Dear samsung customer care team,

                            This is in reference my previous email reference number [protected] regarding sim slot problem.

                            As advice by you, i've visited your another service centre but no resolution i got from them. They suggested me to escalate the matter to samsung’s senior management for rectifying the issue under warranty.

                            In past 2 months i faced 3 issues in the mobile purchased from samsung. The first issue of sim slot not working has already been communicated to you through email bearing reference [protected], in-addition to this subsequent two issues of display problem and home button is not working are also happened in product sold. Post sale within 5 months 3 problems have been occurred in the device, which clearly state that the product sold by samsung is very inferior in quality and doesn't has the level of quality and its durability that can complete its warranty period. Because of these repeated occurrences in the device post sale i am suffering a lot.

                            Kindly not the 3 issue of home button is not working is happened in the device while replacement of display screen by you service franchisee.

                            Multiple visits have already been done at your service centres for seeking resolution to the issue regarding sim slot. Now i don’t have much time for this. So kindly look into matter seriously and provide me an appropriate solution to this problem without any cost to me rather than focusing on more money from customer under the pretext of anything.

                            It is strongly recommended to more focus on quality of product.

                            In-light of the above, i must say that the device sold to me is completely inferior in quality and needs to be replaced by new device.

                            Since, it is the quality issue of device sold, so give direction to your service franchisee and write them an email to rectify the sim slot issue under warranty and without any cost.

                              I was purchased mobile online on November 2015 throgh shopclues website. Since that mobile using soft and safely. Not even stop down.
                              Last week mobile was getting problem in display not working.
                              I reached your service centre that people told me this is liquid patches, not able to do warranty service. We will do only non warranty. That time I was shocked.
                              See am using samsung products more than 8 years not getting these kind of troubles.
                              Am said your people am not stop down the mobile even not scraches also. And not water flootting. How it is happen liquid patches. I think this was your manufacture defect.
                              I also log a complaint of your customer care people they told me give your mobile in service center. I do what he said. Have my mobile in service center and make a job sheet.

                                My order docket number : unibmoc212071 has been delivered by gojavas.

                                I have received the samsung power bank which differs from my order which i have placed...

                                I have not received its charger...

                                I have received the charging code which is not been inserted in the power bank nor in mobile phone. So it is duplicate.

                                The battery of the power bank drains down quickly...So it is also duplicate...

                                So i requst u to take ur goods return & refund my money back as soon as possible...

                                  I is very regretting that samsung service center in india is very lazy and harassing me . I have purchased the refrigerator on[protected] and installed on same date.When i found that refrigerator is not working properly. I complained to local dealer, service center and toll free number. But no one satisfied me and problem is sustained. Every authorized person contact me 4 to 5 day after but worthy product for rs. 68000 could not be corrected. I am mentally harassed by your side and my son who purchased the refrigerator on the name of mine mr mukul agrawal is very in depression. He is not making attention on his business and disturbing himself and his business. Because now a days family is disturbed with your product. If you don't hear us, we will approach for local court for suit under the indian law.

                                    I have purchased galaxy core battery sr. No. Aa1g 409os/2b ( eb-b150aebecin) from sakchi, jamshedpur- 831001 on[protected] from your autherised store ( mobile city ).After only seven months the battery was almost exhausted . It is taking 10-12 hrs for full charging and got discharged in 4 hrs even without internet use . I have visited your service station at sakchi, jamshedpur, india on[protected] . But they could not help . Quality of the battery is very poor . I request you to replace the battery .

                                      I have registered a complaint regarding refrigerator not cooling on 29-April-2016 by phone. Complaint I'd was [protected]. One person visited next day evening after repeated reminders. Explain that relay is not working and tomorrow will be replaced. I have repeatedly calling today since morning to supervisor and Madam in following phone numbers [protected] & [protected]. Kindly do needful urgently and take actions on such irresponsible persons.

                                        I brought the handset a week before what i noticed that the display does not display accurate colors and the has a yellow tint. All the white colors looks yellowish and other colors too differs from the actual colors.
                                        The super amoled displays has this issue but the company is not interested in resolving the problem. The company has to come up with the solution either with the software update or replacing the hardware for all the super amoled display for free of cost to the customers because customers pay a huge amount for purchasing the product and in return they should be provided customer satisfaction.
                                        Yellow tint issue is very annoying comparing to lcd display. I request the company to look into this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible.
