I have purchased an ac from a shop named 'great eastern appliances private limited' vide bill no hbs/sa/1617/01814 on 14 april 2016. After that i have make a call for installation of the product. Customer care provided me the service centre details as named - celcious address- 38 jatin das road. Kolkata,
Pin- 700019. Call centre also given me two contact no which are - [protected] and [protected] and both nos are wrong. Supervisor of celcious name raju contact no [protected] call me and he told same word daily that engineer will visit today. Bur till date no mechanic visit me and my product remain uninstalled.Now a days service center and shop are not attending any call from me. So my request to you that such a poor service of service center may please be delt with seriously and same way license of this type of service center and shop may please be cancelled. So that no more customer like me will not harassed in future. Thanking you.

    I have purchased double door refrigerator serial no: 03034paf103083w, from galaxy distributors in visakhapatnam, is not cooling. It appears the compressor is not functioning.

    It is not even a year, purchased. Please kindly support the srvice. The distributor in gajuwaka has changed.

      I have buy a power bank of samsung 16800mah from book my offer as reference no.:- [protected].
      But it's very weak to keep charging in, only 2 to 3 minutes it's take place. After that it's discharge suddenly.
      I had feeling very surprised & frustrate too, can't understand what to do? I have also many times try to call on book my offer customer care help no.:- [protected], but no one picked up phone.
      So, please help to return.

        Went to service centre in ahmadabad for memorycard.Name of service centre is balaaji solutions pvt ltd
        Told me not to replace memory card instead of memorycard which i had.
        I have 64 gb evo+ memory card which is superior to only evo memory card series.
        He told me we can only change it to evo. You can not get evo+.
        I requested him to provide jobsheet or any written statement where you have guaranteed that we provide evo instead of evo+.
        He refused to provide it.
        Please take action for this service centre or close this service centre.
        These types of centres are worsening samsung's image.
        So please look into matter.

            I have already repaired my samsung refrigerator from kuttiady, kerala, india.It took around one month to visit our premises for the repair.Two persons came and finally they changed some thing on the board and charged us 1800.After one week it was not working again.When we called the customer service they are not responding to our phone calls.It is very shamefull for a brand like yours to give a pathetic service.

              Dear Sir,

              I have purchased a samsung washing machine and my washing machine is not working and i have complained regarding it on[protected] and my compalin ID is [protected]. Service engineer was visited and told me to change the wiring cable and which is chargeable, we permit them to replace it and the engineering visted to take an old or repaired cable to change this and charged as new one. This is also accepted by the service provider that the new cable is not in stock so he is doing this. We told him to change this with new one and i am also informed to the CEO office of the Samsung regarding this type of cheating but i didnot get any response from their side.
              Again i have complained regarding the issue, that is not resolved till now on[protected] and my complain id is [protected], But till date no any response is received to resolve the issue.

              Please help me.

                Dear concerned team,
                I am shraddha desai from Bangalore, I bought galaxy s7 edge on 14th April 2016 at your outlet in Orion mall, Bangalore. On the 24th of April I could see a small semicircle dot on the display at the top right corner just above the battery percentage display. This issue started without any physical damage to the phone not even a small scratch. I lodged my first complaint on 26th of April and requested to help me get my phone replaced. I was told that as per the company policy they cannot replace the phone since the phone had exceeded 7 days o[censored]sage. I was told that my issue is being processed by the decision making team. And today that is 29th April I got a call telling me that they cannot replace the phone entirely but they will provide me free repair. My first concern is when there is no physical damage at all why are you people giving me false hopes that you will give me free repair. And my most important concern is I don't want my phone to be repaired at such an early stage while it is only 14 days old phone. I even asked the person who had called me Mr. Abhishek from the decision making team to send me a mail mentioning that Samsung cannot provide replacement of the phone. While I haven't got an email yet. I have already submitted my phone to the samsung service centre in bashyam circle rajajinagar, Bangalore.
                This is my humble request to you to consider my issue and support me. Else I will have to seek the support of consumer court as I have all the call recordings of all your employees from the customer care executives to the decision making team.

                  I submitted my Samsung galaxy S3 for charging related issue to Samsung's Care and Care Authorized service center, Allahabad, Civil Lines, on 11th April, 2016 bill no. [protected]. When i went there to receive my phone they said it was not switching on but when i submitted my phone it was in perfect condition except for charging issue. I told this issue to Center manager and he said issue with my mobile will be resolved by 18th. On 18th i went their .and they made my phone's camera faulty as it was showing error 'Failed to open camera'. I filed my complaint to Samsung Customer Care with complaint no. and they said my issue will be resolved within 24 Hours. But it has been more than 10 Days and my phone is still with them. Now service center is not picking my call and customer care is telling me to keep my patience. I also complaint them on face book page and twitter still no action has been taken.

Previously a complaint was lodged vide complaint no- [protected], but no needful action was taken from your service centre (Suri). Again i lodged this complaint bearing no- [protected]. The date of purchase in the tax invoice is 21.12.2010.
                    Now i am enclosing the enlarged view of the tax invoice (Date portion) for your kind information & necessary action please.

                        The refrigerator got a cooling problem. when i complained in the warranty period. The Hyderabad service provider visited my house and never completed the job, But from your office got a report that he completed the job, but the fact is he has not completed the job.This is a high degree of cheating.The register reference no is [protected].the service man who attended is same guy who cheated me before called me today that he do not have tools to repair.your call center man mr.Ankur knows the details of the service man.the service man name is mohammed mateen hp no [protected].All my food, and valuable items chocolate and beverages from over seas are spoiling. pl provide the correct service immediately.I am regretting why i bought a Samsung product.

                          Facing an issue with my double door fridge

                          Logged a complaint on sat 23 april :1:18 pm ref [protected]- got a message that the complaint is logged with the engineer for a visit.
                          Called the no praveen -[protected] and he said has no assigned ticked

                          Called back on 26 april log no [protected] and they said would send an engineer
                          Called back on 27 as recd a message saying query resolved and asked them to send the engineer-got a call back [protected] where the executive was casual and giggeling at the concern raised saying that as per her the ticket is closed

                          Called back the online number [protected] and asked them to send the engineer post which they sent the engineer-who was good

                          He said that the part is damaged( gas is not rotating) and that will drop the message at the centre for them to call and have the part replaced

                          There has been no call back and this is the worst experience

                          After spending 75, 000 for a fridge have to keep my stuff outside in this heat and no concern from you guys

                          Please help resolve

                            We bought samsung ac in the month of march 2016, the unit had a problem since installation, we called the customer care for engineer visit, guy visited the place and said that unit will be replaced, mr sanjay visit the place and said that that he had requested the company to change the unit but nothing has been done till now, since last month in the peak summer, with two small one years kids at home and respiratory patient at home, this has been a harassment from company, that even after spending so much money we are not able to use the ac

                              I am from patna having a samsung window ac. Due to improper/low cooling(Compressor stops after every 5-6 min), i logged a service order no:[protected] on 23rd april 2016. Mechanic came on 25th april 2016 for check the issue and did not identified the problem. On 26th april 2016 another mechanic came and take away the pcb with him, on 27th april 2016 pcb has been fitted in ac and charged rs. 1700 as repairing and service charge which i have paid. But problem not resolved again i informed the issue immediately. Then he removed a device from compressor( later known that device as overload protector) and run the ac. After this ac has started working and after few hours of running, compressor has been burnout.

                              Now the service center telling "compressor has been burnt" we can not do anything, you have to replace it.

                              Actually compressor burnt due to service center fault as they removed the overload protector and run the ac without proper knowledge and also change the pcb some parts without needs. So, i need my compressor replaced and money back of my pcb repairing charge.

                              Please do the needful asap.

                              Samsung service center is cheater.

                                My name is vikas shikhola from haridwar. I had purchased a samsung a8 phone from batra communications, haridwar on[protected] for rs 31, 500.
                                Since the day one it is not working properly. Most of the time when i try to access emails or internet from this device it usually hangs. Not only this it also has voice problem. Half of the time i have to disconnect the phone because the other person on the phone is unable to hear my voice.
                                Several times i have visited samsung customer care center in haridwar and all the time they have made me disappointed. Every time they tell me my mobile is working fine and internet makes phone hang. And ask to me to use internet as minimum as possible. But i have purchased this expensive device to access internet otherwise this device is useless to me.
                                Now since last few visits to the customer care center the staff has been so rude that i am feeling very embarrassed to visit them again. This device has some serious issues. It does not work good. Even the camera hangs and the picture quality often is so worst that even a picture on rs 1000 handset could be better of compared.
                                I request you to please either return my money or exchange this handset. Mobile details are (Samsung sm a-800 batch: [protected])

                                  This is in regards to the complaint of my samsung mobile (Sm-j700fzwdins), bearing serial # (Rz8gb0czvze) that was purchased on dated 20th nov 2015 i.E hardly lesser than 4 months; the very disappointing fact is that the display of my mobile is slowly disappeared. I visited to service center i.E hcl services ltd d 1, sector 3, noida. The feedback i received from them for the said mobile is as there is inside patches appeared so due to that the display of mobile is not working. Even this patches is not visible to me. As per them this cause will be treated as physical damage so any expenses against this will be chargeable to customer. Service engineer has also realized this kind of inside patches happened in rare to rare case. The engineer was not able to explain exact reason of patches but obviously guessed this might be due to hard push on screen. I was surprised to listen this assumption of hard push as this did not damage external screen but appear patches inside. This is not acceptable to me to understand the explanation of physical damage. Their technical team did not provide solid reason of inside patches other than simply saying hard push however this is not the case happened. Even i asked them to open the mobile to show patches but still not shown me to understand .

                                  Simplest and easiest thing is blame to customer. This looks samsung is making mobile with zero manufacturing and assembly defect in display . Hardly three months over the display was appeared slowly.

                                  I want resolution from the company as they are simply refusing to take the responsibility because this is not covered under warranty because changing the display will cost more to company. At least within the short span of 2-4 months they have to take the responsibility to replace the product.

                                    I, bikash kumar jaiswal bought a side by side refrigerator model number-rs21hstpn1 from fundamental electronics(Samsung smart plaza) p-27, c.I.T road scheme vi m, kolkata- 700054, email [protected]@gmail.com .My invoice number is fepb/16-17/0254when the fridge was delivered i saw that the fridge was in damaged condition as i saw that there was a dent as if the fridge was hammered, also the colour was not what i had seen.When the technician of samsung electronics came to install the fridge, he too noticed the damage and said that it would be changed.Later on i recieved a call from ujwal banerjee the salesman of fundamental electronics saying that the refrigerator would not be replaced.This is utter shame on the name of samsung..Such hospitality and behaviour was not expected.Therefore, i ask you to replace the fridge ..Please look into the matter..

                                      The person came fr installation n damaged my ac now i want replacement or money back.I have called samsung service centre bt getting no response.I have being cheated now i have to take legal actions regaring the same.Is this the way to serve the customers.My ac is one tone inverter ac.Samsung is giving redeculous service i must say this...Hopeless cheap

                                        I receive a fake call from mobile no. :[protected] on dt: 27.04.2016 time: 03:27 pm name: shalini. She ask me that " i am calling from samsung mobiles from delhi and you are selected for gift voucher and we are provided you samsung galaxy j5 mobile which cost is rs.11500/- will provided you in rs.3500/- and also asking for verification call.
                                        Today i received a another call as verification from shivani mobile no. [protected] dt: 28.04.2016 time: 04:12 pm. She ask me to collect your phone from post office karnal.
                                        But for confirmation i called to samsung customer care then he said these are the fake calls . Please take a action for this fake numbers who manipulate the peoples and flay peoples for future...
