Dear sir /madam,

I went to Opera House with my Samsung phone and complaint session is not cooperated with the requried issue and more over the number which given for insurance is different and same number is not avalaible with us and they say that otp will come to that number until they won’t give it can’t be resolved. This is nonsense from your side need to be rectified your policy.. you learnt us lessons not buy sumsung phone..I need a reply or else I will go to consumer forum…

    I have been using my phone for 16 months and the issue of auto restart started to occur suddenly after samsung update (which got updated automatically though). Your service center asked us to replace the motherboard which costs around 7000/-. This is not feasible for me to pay such huge amount within 1.5 years of buying the phone. My previous samsung phone (M21) had the same motherboard issue and for that I had to buy another phone. In total, today, we have 3 samsung phones out of which 2 phones have motherboard issue and the phones are not that old. I also met other customers at the service center who had the same motherboard issue. I am a student and I cannot pay such huge amount and I didn't expect a 16 months old samsung phone to get dead or to pay 8000/- to make it work. You have to look into this matter for motherboard replacement for free since its not our fault due to which the problem occurred. Before updating the phone, we werent alerted saying "update your samsung phone at your own risk since it might need to change the motherboard at cost of half a price of your phone". Even on the internet, youtube, forums, I've been seeing thousands of customers facing the same issue and can't afford paying 7-8k on such new phone. I request you to look into this matter ASAP. I need to shift to another city and I'm with no phone in working condition. I had trusted and believed in samsung as a company being non-chinese and bought new phones of this brand and this is what we get from them. Samsung has let me down. Kindly, do something about it or do this with a free of cost, I cannot pay such huge amount financially. Nobody can. Or atleast stop with the frequent forced updates on our phones or atleast take the phone back at half a price!

      So, all this nightmare of a mess begined when I ordered a Refrigerator from the Samsung website on 10 Oct 2021 with my SBI Credit Card as it had some discount. Order #[protected]

      I got It delivered on 12th or 13th October. Samsung authorized technician arrived at my residence on the 14th for the installation and Demo. While he was removing the package to unbox the refrigerator I was recoring the unboxing in the meanwhile.

      Just as the last cover was removed, to our surprise, the edge of the Refrigerator's top door was severly damaged and the refrigerator had also suffered few dents here and there. For reference, attached photos along with the technician's signature indicating product was damaged.

      I then contacted Samsung store customer support at support.[protected]@samsung.com and they failed to resppond in a given time frame(48 Hours). For the sake of their beloved customer, they responded me after 1 goddamn month, maybe after they woke up from their sleep!

      But in the meanwhile, I had already filed for chargeback dispute with SBI chargeback team against Samsung for delivering damaged product and that they were not responding to mails. I filled the dispute form with all the required details with proofs attached.

      As per the transaction dispute details, SBI had contacted Samsung regarding this issue. So this where both the bank & Samsung [censored]ed things up for me. No one communicated properly with each other. SBI charge back team says they asked Samsung to process for refund but Samsung instead misled the bank by providing them with just delivery proof of Refrigerator. They completely hid the fact that they had delivered damaged product to the customer.

      Not sure what SBI charge back team thought of that proofs they had provided. And they never even tried to understand my actual concern in the first place. They just closed the dispute in favor of Samsung saying I didn't provide the valid documents of proof of returned item/goods (proof of refrigerator being sent back to Samsung).

      Samsung had finally responded to me about pick up of the product around the end of the November(24th I believe) and they did pick it up later around the first week of the December. I also notified this with SBI chargeback team.

      To this day, Samsung's website still says item as delivered instead of returned status. And they're very adamant and not providing me with the acknowledgement proof showing item has been returned to them.

      First, Samsung misled and behaved fraudulently with my Credit card bank by showing only the document proof of the item's delivery and never mentioned that they had delivered the damaged product.

      Second, SBI charge back team failed to understand that their Credit card customer received a damaged product and the merchant didn't respond to the customer's emails. They should have proceeded with the dispute fairly as per customer's proof and on behalf of them. But they failed to.

      And whenever I try to contact the charge back team I just get the same reply like a bot that I have to contact Samsung. Screenshot attached.

      And Samsung's reply to my query about refunding is just the same bots like reply.
      "The amount 33300/- has been charge backed on[protected]. hence, we request you to coordinate with the respective bank."

      Dear Samsung, What is the payment status of my PayU ID [protected] and transaction ID [protected]? does it still show as charge backed?

      I believe the customer support teams of SBI and Samsung are some 10 year old kids who never attended customer service training.

      At this point I'm just being bounced backward and forward like a tennis ball.

      Who has my goddamn money?!

      Nothing positive is coming from this complaint forum. Is this just for name sake? I'm preparing to file an actual complaint in the consumer court and recover the amount along with the bank interest.

        मैंने पिछले सात दिन पहले सैमसंग एम 12 मोबाइल खरीदा है, मोबाइल ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहा है और प्रोसेसिंग बहुत धीमी है, और किसी भी ऐप को ओपन करने में ज्यादा समय लगता है और कुछ बार ओपन भी नहीं होता है, मुझे सैमसंग जैसे ब्रांड के मोबाइल से ऐसी उम्मीद नहीं थी, इस मोबाइल मे नेट भी बहुत स्लो चलता है, मै चाहता हूँ कि आप इस मोबाइल को वापस कर लें, क्योंकि मेरा पैसे बेकार गये।

          We bought a Samsung front load model washing machine about 3 years ago, and we had few issues in the machine, we have contacted the customer care and they came for service but the customer care is saying that we should pay for the service even we have 3 years waranty for the machine, we informed about a 4C issue on May 19, 2022 your staff came and repaired and after the day we made only one wash then again machine got repaired but we have no idea what happened and again we called the customer care while still waranty period wasn't finished . We are complaining about the problem since that day but there was not any much gentle response they are just telling reasons and now they came and saw the machine and the came to the point that we have to pay Rs.7000 to repair the machine saying drum is damaged and spare need to be changed . But we had been complaining about this when we had waranty . We are so frustrated that the quality of the product is very bad and also about the careless responses from the customer care . We are not going to pay for the service as we informed about the issue when we had waranty . And we will file charge about this issue legally if we have to, but we hope it shoul not get that far . So consider this complaint and you better repair our machine with no cost estimation . THANK YOU

            Dear Sir,

            I am a Doctor from Chennai. I bought a new Samsung Fridge model number SBS 689L RS73R5561FB for Rs 74369/- on 02.07.2021 from Infiniti Trading Ltd, CROMA.

            This fridge is found to be faulty, with it's mother board and motor has been replaced thrice by Samsung service engineer Mr Senthil. In spite of complaining to Samsung to find a solution to this problem by replacing, so far nothing has been done and inspite of sending so many e-mails, no one contacted me till date. I had even contacted the customer care on toll free number who promised me that my complaint is running with their team mates and requested to have patience, which I have been doing for 11months since the purchase of this defective fridge which cost me ₹74369/-.

            This is not a small amount and investing so much in a reliable multinational company like Samsung thought to be wise on my part, but the experience and harassment facing now due to defective fridge supplied by you have been to be rethink to buy Samsung products.

            I hope you will replace the defective refrigerator. Needless to say that if the needful is not done, I will be compelled to take necessary legal action for redress.

                Hi,

                I am facing samsung green line issue from past 3 months every month my green line is increasing day by day now it's 4 vertical green line. I have read so many article and you tube video many user have this issue for samsung s20 plus. My phone not dropped any where still samsung asking me to pay for screen.
                We are not that much rich to buy new phone every year and repair with huge cost without any fault samsung has to reply why s 20 plus have this issue.

                  I have purchased Samsung S20 plus on November 2020 and using it for last one year. After using for an year I have gone for samsung Ui 4.1 update and suddenly two vertical lines formed in my phone.I have visited the service centre (TVS Perumbavoor) and they had quoted 17 k for replacing screen.I know this is purely a software glitch and no issues from display side. I have contacted samsung head office several times and they are not responding properly.After some days I had done a research on this issue and found that it's a common issue with S20 plus.Many countries it has been repaired by free of cost even outside warrenty as it's a software glitch.
                  After some days I got call from head office and they are telling that they can offer a discount on repair which will cost around 13 k.Now I can see more than 1000 people in India facing the same vertical line issues after software update.Samsung is blindly ignoring this issue. Please find the below news on social media. also there are similar issues reported in samsung community also.

                        Hello Team,

                        My Samsung Fridge Model number is RT28R3744S8/HL. On 8th June 2022, I had contacted Samsung Customer care as I was hearing too much noise from fridge, but their was no cooling issue. Samsung technician had visited my place on 9th June 2022 evening and troubleshooted the issue by accessing the fridge and left my premises at around 5.30 PM. Around 10 PM of same day we noticed reduced cooling in fridge, and on 10th June 2022 around 7 AM we found milk and other things which were stored were rotten.

                        So I had called the customer care again on 10th June 2022 and raised the issue on Zero Cooling and had asked for some supervisor to look into this issue as the fridge was working very well in cooling and after technician accessing the fridge we noticed zero cooling.

                        Contacted customer support and local authorized dealer - Venture Power Solutions 553/9 TKM Road, Muthuraja colony, Chengalpattu - 603001 many times but no response. Hence had escalated my complaint to samsung support CEO team.

                        DEEPU SASINDHRAN (deepu.[protected]@partner.samsung.com) from Samsung team had contacted me and said I need to pay around INR 4000 as motherboards has to be replaced. My question is how come the fridge was working very well before the technician visit and how come suddenly it will go to zero cooling, So its a fault on samsung side and SAMSUNG needs to rectify the same. Below is his mail response,

                        This is in regards to your complaint for your Samsung Model number RT28R3744S8/HL bearing serial xxx.

                        On the basis the inspection carried out by our Service Engineer, your unit requires repairs.

                        As your product is now out of warranty, repairs would be carried out on chargeable basis. As per repair estimate shared by the Service Centre, the repair estimate is Rs 4201/-

                        AS discussed we can provide 25% discount on repair as one time support

                        We further request to give your consent for repairs, so that we can proceed further on it.

                        My question is - How come the fridge was working without any cooling issues till 5PM on 9th June 2022 and stop working on same day after your technician has addressed fan noise issue. Could you provide an explanation on this.

                            I am also facing the same issue of phone restarting after android 12 update tried everything I mean every possible scenario sometimes it won't start working well but again after sometimes restarting again and again what to do Samsung should send an update because it is a software bug that's it

                              I purchased samsung M31s via Amazon, Invoice Date : 10.08.2020 but last week (i.e 15th June 2022) onwards it was frequently restarting and most of the time it got stuck with booting log after restarting. I took to Samsung authorized service center they mentioned Motherboard issue, in service most of the Samsung M31S people are facing the same Motherboard issue. I am seeing this issue after OS upgrading, The update caused the motherboard to fail.

                              Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount. the service center person mentioned that Mother board cost will 9 to 10k, its not fair to pay from the customer(where I didnt done any mistake) so I hope from Samsung side could they can replace the motherboard free of cost?

                                I struggled to get my refrigerator to get services for 3 months then contacted Croma and after lot of hassles my fridge was repaired on 1st june and after 3 days of services again same issue and I have complaint to service head, CFO, Customer care multiple emails no services untill now seems they are killing 3 months warranty period these people are into money making business harrasing and troubling customers pathetic services

                                Really shameless act that even after multiple complaints my issue is still open useless customers support corrupt management real fraudsters the management keep on forwarding complaints here and there with no solution harrasing customers charging money and then never provide services during warranty period if management is pathetic howcome customers support team can be good

                                  Stuck on logo problem .i m facing this after the update last week before last week my phone is running absolutely fine with no hangs . when i go to service centre they said to change motherboard nd to pay 7 k for this which is a huge amount a very poor service samsung . my phone is in good condition no drops nd nothing happened then also this problem nd i know it happened after update kindly my service cost or replace my phone its one nd only samsung fault

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I purchased a Samsung 6.5 kg washing machine on Dec 2020. The dealer sold the washing machine by saying, it has all the protection including a completely covered rat mesh. Since, no one would want to look underneath, I also trusted them and didn't check if what they said is correct. That's how I trust the brand, since I'm using multiple products from Samsung

                                    I was in the same impression and was using it until today, that it stopped working. I found today that, there is a small square shape opening exactly in the bottom of the machine and looks like a rat might have gone inside and damaged the water pipes which causing the water to leakage.

                                    I spoke to technician and he said he will come and check. If it's a rat bite, any part replacement will be charged.

                                    I'm completely disappointed with this. I felt like I'm cheated by making me trust that there is nothing to worry for a product of Rs.30, 000 approx.

                                    As my machine has suffered damage because of Samsung's faulty design of the machine's bottom and their ignorance to it / KeyTek Soution's false assurance and leniency in fitting the rat mesh properly and leaving open the 2 holes. I also insist that you refer to the appropriate department within Samsung which can advise on closing these holes with some conscience, so that we can stop rats from entering my machine again and causing repetitive damage.

                                    I would request you to look into this matter and help me fix this issue without any additional payment.

                                      I bought a samsung moble phone.Mobile touch is not working.I am with in the warranty period.I have approached samsung service centre.But they have rejected my claim for change of mobile touch .POC:[protected].

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I have been a big fan and loyal customer of Samsung products and almost everything in my house right from TV to washing machine, microwave oven, mobile phone and air conditioner are all samsung make . I was totally satisfied with all the products before i made a MISTAKE of buying samsung dual invertor air conditioner, 3 star . I bought 3 aircons in June 2019 and started using them from Jan2020 after i shifted to new house.

                                        To my surprise, within span of 2 years, out of the three units PCB of outdoor got faulty last month and I had to spend around 4600 rupees to get new one and recently again the same outdoor unit PCB of other, 2nd unit has gone faulty .

                                        I have served air-conditioning field for almost 12 years, and i strongly believe that since the PCB for outdoor unit for 2 units have gone faulty at the same time, I strongly believe either PCB have been designed as such that it went off in 2 and half to three years or there is something strictly wrong with particular batch.

                                        My second question is, with AC i get warranty for PCB for 1 year and when the PCB for unit had gone faulty and I bought new PCB, warranty given by service provider is 3 months . Why is there a difference in warranty period, it brings in doubt that new PCB are repaired ones.

                                        I am their customer for years and Hope samsung takes by feedback seriously and do needful .
