To Claim warranty

My samsung washing machine purchased in October 2019 stopped working suddenly.The technician comes and simply says it is due to rat bite and not covered in warranty. And it costs 5000rupees.There is no chance a rat can get inside my house in 7th floor apartment.I never expected this from a premium company like samsung...

Compensation for delay in refund

I had purchased a Galaxy S22 from Samsung online (order id [protected]) on 09 May 22. Since the delivery date of 20 May did not suit me due to my travel plans, I cancelled the order on 10 May and received an email on 10 May saying that I would receive the refund in 7-10 business days. Defective mobile received of Galaxy M32

Dear sir/madam,

With respect to the above mentioned subject, please note that I have received the New Samsung Galaxy M32 (6gb/128gb)(Light Blue) model on 10th May 2022.

When I started the mobile, I noticed one small issue. The display doesn't looks like as per its original specification i.e. FHD+ Super AMoled. But irrespect of this I still using that and doesn't go for any complain.

REFUND not credited

I have cancelled Samsung a53 order on May 5th and I got a cancellation confirmation mail and told that the refund will be initiated by 7 to 10 days and it's may 20th and yet the refund has not credited...

I am complaint about my new mobile for samsung company. Samsung give me a duplicate handset forme.

Poor design of NVMe SSDs

I would like to bring to buyers attention a possible design flaw in Samsung NVMe SSDs.

Generally there are 2 types of NVMe SSDs. PCIe 3 & 4.
PCIe 4 may require heatsink while 3 can work without heatsink.

However Samsung NVMe SSDs pcie 3 operate at high temps like 54C when there's no load and this may not be good for the health of the SSD. The SSD life may get shortened due to high temps. More over the...

Absolutely pathetic service experience

Id like to share my unpleasant experience with Samsung, I ordered a Rs 50k monitor from the online website, the delivery time of which was 7 days. After 10 days of order, I noticed that the delivery service purposefully sent missed calls on my phone during odd hours and then marked the delivery as “Customer Unresponsive”. Missing of product

Dear Samsung team,
I ordered an Ac through online mode & my order number is - [protected], dt. 15/4/22 but I didn't get free 3-meter copper wire, a pair of flayer & 10-meter wire with AC (as the installation person told me), so the installation cost incurred is Rs 14300/- which is approx. half of my AC cost.

Samsung s20 plus green vertical line without any physical damage

Hi,
My samsung s20plus display showing green vertical line without any physical damage I don't know why, but after surfing on the net and customer service many customers using this device facing problem after an update from samsung.

AC not working multiple times within one month of purchase

we purchased a Samsung AC from Vasanth and co on 5th April 2022, and installed it on 8th April, within 2 days of installation the AC was not working it switched off automatically, service request was raised for AC not working, it took nearly 2 weeks for the service person to rectify the issue.

Unusual weird line on display
