Last year i extend my samsung phone warranty for one year thought that samsung gives me a better service for this. Now when my phone's charging slot is not working and i go to service center for this. they says me that company's policy had been changed and for extended warranty customer pick and drop facility is available. they raise my complaint on servify app and my phone is picked up on 25th may.till today no respond from both of these. they both are blaming each other. i am suffering from this situation since last 10 days.please resolve my issue

    My samsung galaxy m31s is last month he showing update your phone latest version I also updated the phone he updating 75% and then phone is automatically switch off and restarting and switch off automatically and then finally hanging the phone and stopped., next day I will go to samsung service center (salem city, tamil nadu) and the that machanic telling this software problem I will put software and then you use ., I waighting and then he telling this is motherboard fault you must change phone will ready ., I will argue the machanic I bye the phone 2020 October how the sudely faulty ... I asking phone is normally working that good condition you release the new version update I will update the phone therefore the phone will be going faulty condition...

      My name is ashwani kumar gautam and my order number is [protected]. I have ordered on 11th may and i cancel it on 17th may. After 17th, I have made so many complaints regarding this on your samsung customer care store number. After complaining again and again it is very strange and shameful that still i have not got refund.
      Please, Either you return my refund on urgent basis and either you tell me some other way so that I can get the refund faster. I don't want to stand waiting queue.

          Response from Samsung on 6th June- "Replacement not possible"

          Complain Raised within 30 days from Purchase date ( 5th May to 4th June ) and LESS THAN 30days from Installation date.

          We could have gone for any other brand on Amazon which had better Review, Ratings and Discount. But we chose Samsung because be believed in the brand.

          Machines are of course not everlasting but stopped working within 30 days from installation date, that is truly shocking for a brand as highly reputable as Samsung.


          Least they can do is provide better customer support by gaining the trust back again.

          After investing 44 thousand of hard earned money, Samsung is forcing me to keep up with this faulty product until it frequently breaks down for a year again and again till my warranty is over, I

          Hence reporting this as this is extremely UNFAIR.

            Hi,

            I bought Samsung M21 phone (Samsung Model number SM-M215FZKDINS bearing serial RZ8NA2HP9GK) in Nov 2022 through Samsung shop app. And I purchased Samsung care and damage protection plan for 1 year. Based on my good experience with Samsung phones bought before I dint take extended warranty. It worked so well till last week and all of a sudden, without any action from my side, it did restarting very frequently which made the phone unusable.

            I inquired with local Samsung service center and they asked me to replace the motherboard which costs around Rs.5600 which is almost half of the phones cost, which is not affordable for me in just 18 months since I bought the phone. I didn't expect this major cost in the first place, for which I am no reason for the cause. And the service executive hinted to disable the software update after the replacement, as many users faced similar issue after automatic software update, which is not the customers fault. And in some consumer forums, I found that many have found the same issue in this specific series or model due to heating issues in motherboard, which happen because of the use of low quality hardware component, but I am not sure about the exact issue.

            Please provide me with free replacement of motherboard, as it seems to a defective Model designed by Samsung, where the problem occurs over a period of time, that too soon after 1 year manufacturer warranty.

              This is to inform the unprofessional behaviour by Samsung service center executive at Kunnamkulam service center in Kerala. They are involved in their personal business and make customers wait and at the end do not offer any solution. They try to cheat customer by asking money.

                Purchased A23 @ the rate of ₹20000 along with Samsung Care for ₹3000..
                New mobile had connectivity issues, unable to call, microphone stops working.

                Submitted the mobile and got a replacement.

                Again the same issue occurred in new mobile..Submitted within the trial period 14 days, but they are not replacing the defective product. They asking me to get it serviced.

                  My Samaung TV screen went black 10 days ago. I was told it needed replacement of some panel and a request was raised for the part. After almost 10 days, when I called your customer care today, I was told it is waiting for approval by the quality team.

                  I said it has nothing to do with me as a customer but it reflects how the company treats a complaint and the level of seriousness they attach to it. I wonder why Samsung is sitting on the repair request and how long does it think should I be staring at the empty black screen?

                  I am hereby making this complaint to:
                  1) seek immediate addressal of my complaint
                  2) compensation of Rs. 25000 for the negligence and unnecessary delay by Samsung for my mental agony.

                      I will by samsung galaxy m31s in October 2020 he works good and I enjoyed but last month's, I have information/message from samsung your have updated new version on your phone. I will click the updated button and phone is updated in 75% and then switched off and the phone is automatically switch off and on switch off and on... Continuous., I take my phone and go to samsung mobile care in Salem he telling this is motherboard fault you replaced motherboard motherboard rate is (7, 600) I will return sadly because I don't have enough money. One week going I will saw my relatives and then he aoso says same problem in galaxy m31 model phone I searching what I do and suddenly I saw internet on this issues many people have this problem. I searching the internet whare I complind the problem and got consumercomplaints.in I will complaint in now please help me sir/madam please take action thanking you

                        Order number #[protected] placed on 06/05/2022 from the samsung india website. Order was for samsung S8 ultra tab and its keyboard cover.
                        only part of the order ( the S8 ultra Tab ) has been delivered, the keyboard has not been delivered and its has already passed the expected date of delivery which was 20/05/2022 according to the status of the order shown on the website.
                        I received two phone numbers while chatting to the samsung customer support on whatsapp[protected] and[protected], out of which only the first one works and the second number does not work. The team have not been updated and are giving customers phone numbers which do not work.
                        I have placed many calls to the customer support phone numbers and written many emails which have given me the same reply for the past 2 weeks, Their reply was to please be patient and wait for 24 to 48 hours. I have waited for 2 weeks, and I have asked them time and time again about my order and the status, but they are not able to tell me what exactly is the problem and still telling me to wait.
                        I have also asked them to cancel my order, since they were taking a very long time to dispatch my order. They are not even willing to cancel and offer me a refund. Therefore I want to file a complaint against them.
                        Please help.

                        Samsung India has delivered the second part of order number 11131293722, and have fulfilled my order. The product has been delivered on 9th June 2022. Therefore i would like to mark this matter as resolved. Thank you. I posted on social media (facebook) by tagging samsung and samsung global and described my experience with Samsung customer support, This was seen by samsung and i was contacted via social media by samsung and they made efforts to speed the delayed delivery. I took this route even after calling and emailing their customer service many times and received instructions to wait for 24 to 48 hours. It was after a month of calling and emailing the samsung customer support team I finally posted my experience on facebook and got results with in a week. Thank you once again.

                          I am kalyani from telangana state of rajanna sircilla district. My samsung phone a50 model display was broken now in my pohone there is nothing is vissiable so i want to replace my phone with new display board. Then i have called to my near samsung service center in karimnagar. 1 month back the cantact number was switched off regulary and later some time finally my call connacted after so many attempts and i explained my issue then they said that now we dont have stock you please come / call next week the same conversation / incident took place from last 1 month. Now i called to service center still contact number was switched off so kindly take my complaint and solve my problem immediatly .

                              Hi,

                              So I have been an avid fan of Samsung devices. I got 4 of them at home. Started from s5 and now I got an s20 plus after numerous upgrades over the years.

                              This is the first time I'm facing major issues with my phone, never I had such issues before. Its quite surprising that such premium device has these many manufacturing defects. First it was the back panel that was opening up, I got it fixed at the samsung service center and now out of the blue. A purple vertical line across the screen. I have taken exceptional care of my devices and this happened. I'm quite shocked that a premium device has such defects. I'm not the only one facing this issue, plenty of others are facing the same issue as well. This happened after one ui 4.1 update and other countries are replacing their screens FOC even if they are outside warranty.

                              More than 1000 users in India are affected by this.

                              Now I don't know what solution you are going to offer me but unless it's a FOC screen replacement I don't think I'll ever trust Samsung devices again. My view on Samsung devices will only change based on how I'm treated by your customer service now. I'm not willing to pay 16k for a screen replacement since this is not my fault. I might have to shift towards other companies that provide premium devices of high quality with superior hardware and customer service.

                              I will attach the previous Samsung chargesheet for fixing the back panel along with my device image and the link of Samsung community where others are facing the same issue.

                                  The touchscreen of my 9 month old Samsung Galaxy S20 FE stopped working abruptly on 8th May, 2022. The screen was intact, but then the touch response was not working. I took it to the service center the next day, 9th May, 2022. In the service center, they discovered a vertical green line also on the display which was not there before. Now I'm left with a phone with both touch not working and green line on the screen. I was told the screen is totally gone and it has to be replaced. Then, I was asked to go to a different service center as apparently they don't have machinery to open the screen.

                                  I then took it to a different samsung service center. After close examination, they have found very minor dots on the frame (not the screen, on the frame). They told me that warranty can't be given as there were these small dots on the frame. They were saying the phone had an impact damage by which the damage had come. I know for sure, the phone didn't have any impact damage or anything of that sort. There were not at all markings on the screen, except these minor 2-3 dots on the frame.
                                  I conveyed this and the service people then told me that I can reach out to Samsung and explain this issue to them. If Samsung complies they can give warranty on this. I have been following up with Samsung from then on. Every single time I got the same response, that the warranty can't be claimed. Apparently, they were using a picture as reference to deny the warranty for that which the service people had sent. One service representative said the issue has been escalated to some quality team of Samsung, and they will examine the device to say if warranty can be claimed or not. I requested an email for these, Samsung denied saying these are confidential and can't be shared to customers.
                                  There was no follow-up call regarding this escalation, after two days I again called Samsung for which they replied the quality team also denied warranty. There was no physical examination that happened. They simply looked at the photos again and denied warranty. They even started accusing me for the impact damage and said like because of which the screen is gone. I don't understand how they are confirming impact damage by merely looking at the pictures.

                                  I never got any satisfactory response from Samsung regarding this, so at last I got exhausted and asked to repair it. I gave Rs.8237 from my end for repair.Samsung to this day, hasn't shared a written note on why they were not able to give warranty for this damage, despite asking this from my end multiple times.

                                  I wanted to raise a complaint on the sheer negligence and apathy of Samsung towards its customers - on wrongly denying warranty for my phone, wrongly accusing me of causing the impact damage on the phone, lack of proper communication and follow-up through calls, denying proper response through mails especially the reason for rejection of warranty citing confidentiality.

                                  Samsung should acknowledge the above and apologize for this and provide me with a complete refund (Rs 8237) for the expenses incurred for getting my product fixed.

                                    Iam using Samsung M31s for past 1.5 Years..Phone overall performance is very good but after 1Year there comes the problem (Mobile will automatically Swtich off, it will turn on and it will stuck on Samsung logo)When I search in Google all the M Series model is having the same problem. As per the policy phone warranty will be 1 Year..But I think this is not the single person mistake this is the mistake by the whole Samsung mobile development team..So taking in to the consideration Samsung should allow the M Series customer to take a free service in their nearby showroom.

                                      I have purchased Samsung Mobile M21 before 1.5 years. Suddenly it get hang and not reboot.

                                      On going service center it was called that motherboard crash and need to replace. It is common problem in M series as I can see on complaint board.

                                      I purchased this phone due to non-Chines mobile phone sentiments but unfortunately not happy with this product.
