I have mailed lots of time to Samsung customer care but no response at yet.
Actually I ordered a AC for my home through online mode but I didn't get free 3 meter copper wire, flayer & 10 meter wire with AC (as the installation person told me), so the installation cost incurred is Rs 14300/- which is approx. half of my AC cost.

I bought a premium tv(samsung frame tv)from samsung website with order ID:[protected] on 03/11/2021.
Towards march 2022 i started facing issue's with tv and on 5th april 2022 i raised a service request.after few days the technician visited home and he said the samsung one box needed to be replaced....
