Dear sir,
My samsung S7 edge device (purchased in March 2018) is showing a pink line suddenly on the screen, from 6 months . My complete smartphone body is perfect and have no damage yet has pink line issue.
Please provide me the silution. Since this is a well known samsung manufacturing mistake, you must solve my problem without charging any cost.

    We bought a Samsung tab A7 in Jun 2021
    for my child's online education . However, we realised that the tab doesn't support google meet and the microphone doesnt work . The tab is of no use to us if it doesnt solve our purpose. It's been almost one year and we have been filing complaint after complaint.. we have given the tab for service many times but they are not able to solve the issue .
    My child's education suffered terribly due to this .
    Below is the recap mail that I sent to them:
    .This is ref to still pending complaint that we lodged way back starting 22nd aug 2021, when we first contacted your call centre.

    Some trouble shooting was attempted over the phone, which didn't lead to any solution.

    Subsequently, numerous calls were made and assurances recieved but to no avail.

    Another attempt was made on 7th September on your customer service chat.

    We paid Rs 199 for the tab to be picked up by your service centre in RT nagar bangalore.

    This was returned to us assuring that the issue is resolved.. however we continued to face the same problem, basically nothing was done.

    Then again on 23rd September 2021 we raised another complaint . It was again picked up by your RT nagar service centre and again returned with the problem still not resolved.

    Yet another complaint was lodged on 3rd October 2021.

    Thereafter, we ourselves visited the service centre, where the executive told us that the issue is resolved . He tried to do a live demo, however he understood himself that the problem remained unchanged.

    After this we wrote numerous mails to your customer support, but to no avail . They want to treat it like a close and shut case by force.

    Dates when these mails were sent for your ref :

    15 th November 21
    26 th November 21
    27 th November 21
    1st December 21
    Apart from this there were numerous phone calls for which there is no record.

    The fact of the matter is that this tab was hardly used for 20 days by a 7 yr old for whose education this tab was bought.
    As a result of you not finding a solution and neither giving the refund or replacing the tab, our child was forced to use a small screen phone despite having a eye condition of concern.

    For your kind information this tablet has been lying at your service centre from the month of October and no one has bothered about this in any way.

    We find this attitude extremely unhelpful, insensitive and quiet high handed as if it is our fault that we opted for your product and not your responsibility in any way . As you can see we are writing to you after a long gap as we are tired of this nuisance but not given up on this. We do not want our hard earned money to be washed up like this and ultimately if it is a case of a hapless consumer against a big corporation, then we will not hesitate in exercising our consumer rights.

    We would like you to keep customer centricity in mind and care to reply to our concerns which are 100% genuine.

    Awaiting your reply with either a replacement by another model or a 100% refund .

      Bought F22 samsung mobile through filpkart on 3.11.2021.Mobile is just 6 months old.Now display colour is changed and i visited service centre in Coimbatore.They are asking its a physical damage by pressing hard the display screen.But my father is 57 years old. Handling of devices is very smooth.In service centre they asked to pay So, i called customer care service on 13th june 2022 morning they said will escalate this issue to superviser and i was keep try to connect with him but the team said manager will call back but untill 14th june 2022 evening 6pm i didn't receive any call then i called them to connect again they connected and said the same.For the same answer i waited for two days and my mobile in service centre.For Rs.13211 product they are asking Rs.5100 for screen replacement within 6 months.So that the quality of product is very low.

        I have raised a service request on 9 june 2022 ; for my refrigerator which was not working, and the technician visited on 10 june 2022 ; from 10 june onwards technician visit daily and each time they try do something new, but they are not able to find out the problem why my fridge is not cooling, even when I talked to Mr Ritesh Bhatia (SUPERVISOR - JANAKPURI BRANCH, DELHI), he was just pretending to the head of samsung what he wants only he will do, he told me I am doing favour by doing your work, he doesn't know how to talk with customer. I regularly call your team minimum 5 times a day. Until today (14 june 2022) my fridge is not in working condition, and when I am calling your technician he is not picking up my phone. I have all the call recordings. Now tell me when my fridge will be in working condition, after 1 year or 2 years.

            Dear Sir, I have purchased one Samsung fridge in year 2016 on which 10 year warranty on Compressor. My samsung fridge Compressor got faulty and not working. I have complained to Samsung Customer care and local technical team visited. I have lost my invoice. Samsung customer care and local technical team is asking for invoice and saying that without invoice they will not replace compressor. They are saying to pay Rs 9000/- for replacement of compressor though compressor is on warranty. The details are attached herewith. Samsung Fridge details: RT27JSMSARZ Top Mount Freezer with digital Inverter 253 L, Serial No or IMEI : 03BK4PAG700649E. I am tired of complaining but issues not resolved. Plz help

                I have recently purchased refrigerator from Samsung. Within a month the refrigerator was not working and the field service engineer came and find the issue because of ants the refrigerator was not worked. So i have asked the customer service executives to call back to discuss about solution for the issue but no proper response from Samsung. I never received any call back regarding the issue. Worst tech design from Samsung and how the international brand service is not a responsible way.                   I am Dr. R. Shivaraman, founder of Big Bang Boom from Chennai. We recently bought the newly launched, heavily hyped Galaxy Flip3 in Nov from Samsung Amara Showroom in Velachery, Chennai.

                  I was promised a 7k instant cash back, which I have not received till today. They said wait 90 days, and nothing happened. Customer care says speak to shop because we only deal with online customers. Shop says we have sent email pl ask bank. Bank says we dont have any record of cash back credit from merchant.

                  But the bigger issue happened last week after 7 months o[censored]se, the phone suddenly switched off, it seemed like the battery was drained (but it was at 15%). I assumed some minor fault, and restarted the phone and it kept turning off. After recharging and several trials, I figured out

                  1. Phone doesnt turn on. It restarts after Samsung screen.
                  2. When connected to charger, phone works normally so no issue with software, motherboard, display, ram, storage etc.
                  3. When you take it off the charger it switches off in 2 mins.

                  I went to Samsung service center in Velachery - Veetee Communications excepting a quick fix or a replacement (as it happens with most flagship phones) and was surprised when the engineer (M.Vivek) said it is a software problem, lets do a factory reset. I re-explained the problem to him and showed him how it works when charger is connected, and then he goes into a huddle with the manager (J Deepak) and makes a few calls (to technical expert).

                  He comes back and says we have check and this is a display problem and we have to change the display. Just to clarify there is no error or scratch or dent in the screen. Checking online, this is well established problem with Samsung phone and their batteries. Numerous forum say the same.

                  I point this out, and he says no no, I have checked with my experts we need to replace the screen. I say ok, and then he asks me if I have insurance for the phone. I say, I dont.

                  He says this cannot be covered under warranty because there is small scratch on the "back side of the phone" since this is part of phone screen. After asking him to show to me, he searches for 60 secs to show me a small scratch which he calls a dent. Infact I have bought and used the official samsung silicon cover since the day the phone was got. The scratch (around 5 months old) is normal wear and tear of the phone and has absolutely nothing to do with the current problem.

                  But now they want me to pay 30k for a phone I bought for 90k just 6 months back.

                  This is absolute cheating and I have no option but to take this to the consumer court beyond this. I am sure I can prove that my phone doesnt have a display problem, and Samsung is doing this just to cheat consumers.

                  Most importantly, neither our company nor me will ever use Samsung ever again.

                  A similar case has happened with my younnger sister who bought the phone in november 2021 instead of buying an iphone (despite my strong opposition since i always thought it wont be reliable phone) and since june 2022 the phone only works when it is connected to a power source when she went to the service center and tried to contact samsung they have never replied and only keep saying there is a dent on the body which is actually just a minor scratch which has nothing to do with the battery or the screen.
                  They are just giving lame excuses to no cover it under warranty.
                  My sister did not even tell me about ituntill recently when the phone stopped working overall. What do you expect from a phone which is continously connected to a power source since six months because otherwise it doesnt work for a minute also.
                  Samsung should actually sell landlines because their mobiles with mrp of 95k+ dont work without being connected to a power cable after 4-5 months o[censored]se.

                    I have purchased a Samsung AC 02/04/2022 from VARDHAMAN ELECTRONIC PVT LTD . Invoice No : PP/22-23/0015.
                    From the date of Installation my AC has icing problem at outer unit . Installation done by your vendor MATRIX SOLUTIONS and they charged me Rs 4700 and now they are not responding .

                      I ordered s22 ultra and watch 4 44mm on 30 may. order id - [protected]. I got s22 ultra delivered on 2 June but my watch is still yet to be delivered. i contacted the support but they told me wait.
                      There has been no progress on the shipment and it is still in confirmed status not even packaged.

                          Dear concerned, my order number is [protected] and I'm Anita from kota Rajasthan and I ordered F23 mobile from Samsung app and earlier some shopping fest was going on the app so I purchased this phone in the offer and samsung India promised me to give free travel adapter and you can see the attachment also it is a screenshot of the mail that I received on the time of order but after my payment samsung India is not providing my adapter and saying that I have to pay for that adapter and I'm complaining to CEO also but they are not responding to it and they have hopeless management and staff nobody gives me any response and they have canceled my order of adapter also without my permission what is this going on samsung India please take action I want my free travel adapter or else I will take action on this and never recommend your company to anyone for purchase thank you

                            Samsung shop app portal promised HDFC credit card instant cash back offer of INR1000. At the time of making payment, and even after selecting HDFC credit card with full payment method, Samsung app portal did not reduce payment by INR 1000 ( which is instant cash back ). In the confidence that samsung would not default and would protect consumer interest, we paid full payment thinking that samsung would refund INR 1000 . But even after sending 5 reminders, even as a basic human gesture, samsung has not even replied .

                            We expect refund of INR1000 back to the same credit card account - which was promised by samsung .

                            Consumer's mail id, phone number, order id is all registered under samsung complaint number 58143542. still samsung posts question asking for contact details, which proves that samsung wants to just react but does not want to close the complaint with fairness .
                            Samsung just replies but nothing in action . what is more ackward with samsung is two different customer support team members reflect two different informations .

                              Yesterday, without any reason, a single green line appeared on the center of my screen. Immediately, I approached Samsung service center. They informed me that the phone''s warranty has expired and also Samsung Care plus tenure has also expired. Therefore, I need to pay the full amount of more than Rs.20, 000 to replace my display. I was completely devastated. The display did not fail due to my mistake. I had not dropped the phone or nothing happened from my side to result in this problem. This green line appeared on my screen all of a sudden from nowhere for no reason. And the service center guys had checked my phone and agreed that there is no physical damage at all in my phone and that the screen damage is not due to my mistake.

                              When I expressed my grievance, they told me that samsung customer care can help with one time free screen replacement or discounts for such genuine cases.

                              So i called the customer care after that right from the service center.Please pay keen attention to the below conversation.

                              As soon as i explained my issue to customer care executive, he immediately asked me the following:

                              DID YOU DO THE LATEST SOFTWARE UPDATE?

                              I thought this was a normal question and I told him that I have done all updates. Please keep this conversation in the picture.

                              Later, The customer care also spoke to the Service centre person (via my phone) and asked him to send the photos. The same was sent.

                              However, when I contacted customer care to know the status of my claim, they bluntly informed that the phone is out of warranty and hence I have to pay full cost for display replacement.

                              Am shocked by this response for 2 reasons.

                              1. With no mistake from my side, am asked to pay Rs.20000 for display replacement.

                              2. I was falsely given assurance about the possibility of discounted price for display replacement and I was made to wait for more than 2 hours in service center. If there was no such option, why to cheat and give false hopes.

                              And the main reason and very crucial reason is as under:
                              When I went through Samsung Members forum, I found that so many people have informed that they have this same vertical green line after softwares update. I have already attached the screenshots of few for reference. Also, two of my friends are ex employees (very recently resigned) of Samung who own mobile service and sales business now.

                              Both of them have been in constant touch with me regarding new product launches or regarding servicing my family members smartphones.

                              The moment both of them saw my phone yesterday, instant comment was "This should be due to software update". The sales guys also said 3 of his other note 20 ultra customers have also faced this same issue within the past 2 months.

                              Now all makes sense. Now I understand why the customer care executive asked me if I did the latest software update as soon as I told him about green line. He did not ask me if I dropped the phone. The 1st thing he asked was if I had completed the latest software update.

                              From this, it is very evident that Samsung is aware of the Display failure issue due to software update. Or else, I can''t find a reason why he would ask about software update when I told him about display green line issue.

                              Also from the Samsung members forum, I see that this is a generic issue and not just for my phone. Considering all this, I had requested Mr.Kishore, Senior Executive, Customer experience to provide me with some support from Samsung via one time free screen replacement or minimum of discount for screen replacement.

                              Even after service center guys had already sent reports for proof of NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE, he had asked for some additional reports from service center. Those sought reports were also sent within 1 hour of asking.

                              However, after so much discussions, today I was informed bluntly that Samsung cannot support me in any way.

                              The reason stated is that the display failed due to IMPACT DAMAGE and not due to TECHNICAL ISSUES.

                              However, after the final call with Mr. Kishore, I went to the service centre today. The service center people showed me the results of the reports u had asked. They clearly explained that this display failure is due to a TECHNICAL ISSUE and not due to an impact damage.
                              They even showed me the reports they sent to you where they have clearly mentioned the reason for diplay failure.

                              TECHNICAL ISSUE.

                              This is what my other friends in samsung has been telling me. This is what the entire internet is saying with all the display failures in many cases. And today, even the Samsung service center official report says that it is TECHNICAL ISSUE.

                              Still Samsung is trying to falsely close my case stating that it is due to impact damage.

                              As a genuine and loyal customer of Samsung l these years, I have once again requested them to reconsider their decision.

                              What i understand is, Samsung is aware of a huge problem (software update and display issue) and trying to conceal it individually.

                              Once again I would like to highlight the fact that the service centre has already certified about NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE and NO MISTAKE FROM CUSTOMER for the damage in display. Even the official report by service center says that the display failure is due to TECHNICAL ISSUE.

                              And the earlier attached screenshots says a lot about this problem. This screen issue after 15 months o[censored]sage or after software update is all over the news. So Samsung, take responsibility for your flaws do provide a reasonable solution.

                              Entire internet is talking about your screen green line issue.

                              Please provide me one time free screen replacement. I would appreciate your special attention to my case.

                              I would like to have a call back from some real caring customer care executive to explain further on this issue.

                                I bought an Air Conditioner by Samsung today. The indoor installation went smoothly but they really messed up the outdoor unit installation. They did not install the unit in the proper position which was shown to them because of which I am not able to open the ventilators of my room. When I asked to fix it and reinstall the outdoor unit they told me that I have to but the coolant gas additionally.
                                The model no. is AR18BY5APWK.
                                I hope Samsung does something about this and reinstall the outdoor unit properly.

                                      I have purchased Samsung double door 670litre refrigerator on[protected], from day one i am facing low cooling and condensation issue in my refrigerator .I raised complaint's regarding this issue many time to Samsung in under warranty period but they always told me that u r refrigerator is ok there is no problem .But unfortunately last month i.e. on 09 May 2022 it was totally stopped cooling and from that day i logged complaint to Samsung customer care and after several visits of their engineer and replacement of many parts of refrigerator, engineer and customer care told me that u r refrigerator is not repairable due to manufacturing facult / internal fault so they will provide me replacement after deducting depreciation value of 44% of the bill amount, but i am not agreed with this because from day one i am facing problem and i am regularly complaining about this and finally it got broke down due to manufacturing fault than why i wll bear the loss .

                                      They are not responding me, after several attempts today Mr.Atul from samsung head office is saying that they provide coupon of amount equal to invoice after deducting 29% value as depreciation and i have to purchase samsung refrigerator only with that coupon.
                                      This is totally wrong because it is a manufacturing fault in refrigerator from day one i purchased and i am continuously logging complaint regarding this than why i will bear the loss as a depreciation value .
